0:03 Sad crap primal gang. As a Thailand
0:06 expert, I'm going to review um what I
0:10 eat in a day. Thailand edition high carb
0:14 low fat by Lauren loves carbs. Let's get
0:20 Yeah, make sure you brush your tooth well
0:22 well
0:25 because you ate too much sugar and uh
0:29 yeah, that leads to rapid cavity forming
0:32 like it's like it's speedrun speedrun
0:35 cavity forming when you're on high or
0:38 lowfat diet and you make these type of
0:42 syrup like um super sugary drinks. Like
0:45 on top of the the fact that there is
0:48 enough sugar in that juice, you add like
0:51 10 extra tablespoons more. And yeah,
0:55 that just leads to to cavity formation
0:57 super quickly. Unless you you brush it
0:58 really well. You you really need to
1:02 brush it well. Just like with um with
1:04 when you eat honey, you you need to
1:06 brush your teeth after honey. That's
1:10 just how it is.
1:12 Okay, we have these bananas here. In
1:14 Europe, you would say ah it looks kind
1:17 of sad or whatever, but in Thailand
1:21 that's not the case cuz um these bananas
1:23 are really delicious and they are
1:39 As you can see it here, it's it's like
1:41 really yellow. It's almost like like
1:44 honey yellow or something cuz it it has
1:49 a lot more sugar and yeah, more more
1:52 um even in terms of minerals and
1:55 vitamins when the the fruit was tree
1:58 ripen it it's just more nutritious.
2:00 So yeah, there's nothing wrong with
2:03 this. One day I also found really good
2:07 quality bananas here in Europe and um I
2:09 had five in just one sitting because it
2:12 was so delicious. It's nothing compared
2:14 to what is in Thailand cuz yeah that's
2:17 local but yeah it was still pretty good
2:20 for Europe standards compared to the
2:23 fact that it was um transported when it
2:26 was green.
2:28 For breakfast, I had about a handful of
2:29 these little bananas just to have
2:31 something in my belly before I went to
2:34 the market. And of course, I drank my
2:43 Yeah. Um so she had those because um
2:45 because rice is just simply not enough
2:48 for dinner and you instantly feel really
2:53 hungry in the morning. And um on top of
2:56 that um what I wanted to say I almost
2:59 destroyed my keyboard. Um
3:02 on top of that she had to drink water to
3:04 wash this horrible high carb blowfed
3:07 diet out. By the way, she blocked me
3:11 because I said stuff. Um yeah, I I I
3:13 guess she wasn't comfortable with what I
3:15 said. Whatever.
3:18 >> All right, let's go to the market and
3:26 Oh yeah, this looks nice. I have nothing
3:29 against watermelon. Not a huge fan of
3:32 papayas. I don't know. I I had good
3:34 papayas, but still I'm not a huge fan of papaya.
3:47 let's roll back just a little bit. Okay.
3:51 So, this Let's go to the market. And
3:59 >> Yeah, there was durian. And I guess this
4:02 is some type of I don't know. I I I
4:04 think it's peach. I I I have no clue
4:07 what this is. Or it's some type of prune
4:09 cuz in Thailand they have a yellow type
4:11 of prunes. Oh, yeah. And there's like
4:13 wall durian in the back. And this is
4:21 and coconut. Yeah, nothing wrong with
4:25 coconut. It's kind of small. I I I don't
4:27 think I ever seen such a small coconut
4:30 in Thailand. I always see these big big
4:33 green ones and they they open it up for you.
4:40 That's that also look like an older
4:44 coconut cuz the the flesh I don't know
4:46 it I didn't had this type. Maybe it
4:49 comes from a dwarf tree or something.
4:50 She's having durian.
4:54 >> Okay, so this durian is pretty soft from
4:58 what I can tell. And it's [ __ ] stinky.
5:08 think though you buy it.
5:10 >> Then why did you buy it? If it's not
5:13 soft enough, I don't know. I think I
5:16 think Durian is a waste of money
5:19 just like buying Durian Ryder's coaching
5:21 group. Oh, sorry. Sorry, I misspelled
5:24 it. Durian Liars's coaching group. I
5:26 Nothing has to do with Durian Ryder.
5:29 Durian Liar is a different person.
5:38 Some people say it's literally like
5:43 custard and uh garlic. Like come on and
5:45 onions or something like that. Like how
5:52 I I I bought same and I had to throw it
5:56 away and then I bought an entire thing
5:58 and they uh opened it up and they placed
6:01 it in my food container exactly like you
6:04 can see in Durian Rider's videos where
6:06 they open it up and they put it in the
6:09 food container. I asked them to do that
6:12 and that was slightly better but when I
6:14 bought it like this uh packaged or
6:16 something it wasn't that delicious. I
6:19 don't know. I'm not a fan. And both of
6:22 them I had to throw most of it away. I
6:24 just had like little bit and it's also a
6:28 little bit uh fatty like it has it has
6:32 plant oils. So yeah, it's it's not
6:35 really a high carb low fat.
6:36 It's not really it's kind of like an
6:40 avocado and I don't know like sweetness. Yeah,
6:42 Yeah,
6:49 And she's not enjoying it either.
6:50 That's not the face you make when you're
6:53 enjoying something. And uh in the first
6:58 video, I already told her that uh um
7:01 if if her instincts are telling her that
7:03 she doesn't like it, then it means it
7:07 doesn't like it. And u
7:09 and there were there were people that
7:11 trying to convince her, no, no, it's
7:13 good. You just have to get used to it.
7:15 The more you eat it, it's better. I
7:35 It's like vanilla cheese.
7:38 >> It's like vanilla cheese. Yeah, cuz
7:40 that's what what you crave. Would you
7:43 ever buy from the store cheese with
7:45 vanilla flavor? Like, come on. I don't
7:48 think anybody would buy. I bought some
7:51 manego today, but that's just made out
7:54 of raw milk and some salt.
7:58 >> It's better than the last one. I guess
8:01 >> you guess it's not. If you have to say
8:04 like it like this, you guess.
8:08 Oh my I I don't know. You just These are
8:09 the type of people that they just don't
8:12 listen to their instincts. So, this
8:15 market that I'm at is for like local restaurants.
8:28 A lot of people coming with like cars to
8:31 load up. >> Okay.
8:36 Well,
8:46 So now I'm going to go and buy something sugary.
8:47 sugary.
8:48 >> Scared to buy a whole durian again
8:51 because it's like a waste of money if
8:52 it's not good.
8:54 >> See guys, I I said the exact same thing.
8:56 I just guess I haven't watched this video.
8:58 video.
9:01 >> I don't know.
9:10 You can throw it to the ants. There are
9:18 >> But this is pretty good.
9:21 >> Oh, now it's good. But well, yeah, there
9:23 are there are certain parts of the fruit
9:27 that it can taste like differently.
9:30 >> Except it's like hard in some places.
9:32 >> Yeah, exact exactly what I I was
9:34 explaining. In some places it can be
9:36 hard. It can have like slightly
9:40 different taste, but overall it's I can
9:44 see how some parts it can be can feel
9:46 like special or something. Yeah. But
10:06 I know.
10:08 >> I don't know.
10:10 >> While while she's explaining stuff, I'm
10:12 going to I'm going to tell you a story
10:16 cuz um yeah. Um so, basically what
10:21 happened um her um I don't know what to
10:24 call it. Is it like a boyfriend or just FWB?
10:26 FWB?
10:30 I don't know. Um, it's Carbs King and u
10:33 Carbsking was making videos how you can
10:36 be high carb, low fat on just $2
10:39 and they live like in Spain or something
10:42 or I don't know Portugal and the carbs
10:46 king uh is left basically in Portugal
10:49 and I asked them hey if the thing if the
10:52 diet costs only $2 per day then why
10:54 didn't you you go to Thailand as well
10:58 cuz you can just be a vegan. on $2 and
11:01 that's not expensive. Like come on.
11:06 Maybe this durian already costs like it
11:08 depends where you buy it. Well, yeah, it
11:11 can cost like one or maybe four or maybe
11:14 eight in some places dollars.
11:23 Yeah. Let's hear what um Oh, yeah. And
11:25 because of because I asked that, I got
11:30 blocked cuz um yeah, how dare how how I
11:33 dare to even question the fact that
11:37 their video was are not real cuz cuz
11:39 yeah, what they were consuming it
11:42 clearly wasn't just $2 and behind the
11:47 camera they they 100% ate more.
11:56 I'm much better. But it's so
11:59 potent at times. Like
12:06 I don't know.
12:08 I don't want to say sulfur.
12:10 >> What type of futarian needs to put on
12:13 gloves to eat some durian? Come on, man.
12:15 You are scared that your hands are going
12:18 to stink or something like just eat it
12:20 with your bare hands.
12:23 It's like I would eat raw meat cuz I'm
12:25 scared of getting some type of skin
12:28 infection or something like come on man
12:30 if you have to eat it I when I was there
12:38 >> but something like it
12:40 all right see this is like really
12:43 >> you should have bringed um corpse king
12:46 and corpse king would help you finish it
12:49 cuz now you need to waste it most of it
12:52 >> raining this part here. Okay.
12:58 You cannot be high carb low fat on just
13:02 $2 unless you only buy like a bag of
13:07 potato or I don't know rice and you just
13:09 eat half of it or something. Oh, that
13:12 sounds so sad.
13:15 But uh yeah, the and after that the guy
13:19 uh quit uh making videos about just $2
13:23 per day u vegan cuz uh yeah, I called
13:26 him out. Oh yeah, and and um Corpse King
13:29 also blocked me. Man, I I I need to make
13:32 a shout out to uh those u vegans that
13:34 actually didn't block me. I I should
13:37 make a video about that cuz most of it
13:39 are just like this. They're like um they
13:42 they just don't like
13:44 normal communication. And I asked things
13:48 that they already share on the internet.
13:49 So it wasn't like I was pushing
13:52 anything. It's basically what they
13:55 share. I I asked cuz cuz yeah, this is
13:58 kind of sad situation. The fact um that
14:02 they u they're making videos that high
14:05 low fat vegan cost just $2 per day. And
14:08 when it comes to Thailand, um, yeah,
14:12 only one of them can afford to go. Like,
14:14 come on. You just pl pay pay the plane
14:16 ticket and after that you you live on
14:20 $2. It's a fact that fruit there is a
14:21 lot more cheaper. Like in terms of
14:25 mangoes and stuff for $1, you can buy
14:28 more mangoes than in Europe where I
14:32 don't know one mango can be like like
14:35 one $1. And there you can buy like I
14:38 don't know like 1 kilogram or one and a
14:40 half kilograms and it's top quality mangoes.
14:50 >> Yeah. Then there's like this aftertaste
14:52 of like
14:55 that after taste of badness like you
14:59 can't wait to uh I don't know. I'm not
15:05 Yeah, but I'm getting more of these
15:20 >> It almost feels like it's overripe in
15:22 some spots, but then it's underripe in
15:25 others. So, I can't imagine eating.
15:28 >> I believe that good durian exists,
15:31 but it's rare.
15:35 like a durian that's falling apart. That
15:38 would that would knock me out in some
15:47 >> Well, he didn't I didn't even pay for it
15:48 yet. He just said, "You're going to eat
16:03 she would enjoy some re some liver a lot
16:06 more than than this. So yeah, she's kind
16:08 of disappointed. Maybe after this she's
16:11 going uh back she's going to quit
16:16 veganism just like I did and uh yeah,
16:18 just go back to eating cooked food and
16:25 >> That would be the smartest uh that would
16:28 be the smartest idea. The king was here
16:31 to tell me which one to eat.
16:34 >> Yeah, why didn't you bring Corpse King,
16:36 man? Like, come on. Just bring Corpse
16:38 King. You're not going to solo trip just
16:41 like that. Just because Durian Rider
16:44 said to you to go solo trip. You should
16:46 have waited until both of you you can
16:48 afford. And that's how it's it's
16:51 wonderful to travel. You travel in two
16:56 at least. And um and yeah and then you
16:58 can share this durian and it would cost
17:01 you less basically and you already pay
17:05 for hotels or something and uh nobody is
17:06 going to ask you that why are you two
17:09 persons or something cuz you just cuz
17:12 basically two people can just just pay
17:14 once. It doesn't make any difference
17:17 that you are alone or in two.
17:21 Oh, come on. These people, they are so
17:23 undercarbed or they don't have enough
17:26 energy to think about the fact that it's
17:29 it's actually cheaper to go into cuz
17:31 Yeah, you basically don't waste food.
17:40 This is by far the creamier one when
17:46 >> Yeah. Like there are there are like ice
17:49 cream vibes
17:50 and not like this like spicy carrot vibe.
17:55 >> All right. Is it going to be is it going
17:58 to be anything else or we're just eating
18:02 durian here? We're having some papaya, I guess.
18:07 >> All right. So, the background noise was
18:10 like super loud.
18:13 >> First it looked like she's having raw salmon.
18:15 salmon.
18:17 That would be interesting. I guess
18:18 that's papaya.
18:20 >> That's the other thing like being in
18:22 these markets and being on the street.
18:24 It's just all you hear is these
18:27 motorbikes, motorcycles,
18:29 and like smell the exhaust and
18:31 everything. It's really loud and it is
18:34 like very stimulating, but you can
18:37 always find a place to like sit down and
18:40 eat here. So, this wasn't very far from
18:43 the durian place that I ate this papaya.
18:47 All right. I'm again not a huge fan of
18:48 papaya. Whenever
18:51 >> There you go. I It's the same thing that
18:53 I say. I'm not a huge fan of papaya either.
18:54 either.
18:57 >> I ate papaya in Canada. I would make
19:00 papaya apple juice and I would love
19:02 that. Of course, at that time I wasn't
19:03 adding any sugar to
19:05 >> Yeah, if you're juicing it, I would say
19:07 it's better.
19:10 >> Anything. I don't even know if I would
19:11 want to add sugar. I'm sure it would
19:14 taste good to add sugar to this p papaya
19:20 actually. Now it's I prefer
19:24 I think like sour and tart fruits just
19:28 in general. That's what I like more as a
19:30 preference. Okay. Like I don't eat
19:32 cilantro because I think cilantro tastes
19:34 like soap. So
19:36 >> cilantro. I guess that's some type of green.
19:38 green.
19:41 I've got a certain palette here that I'm
19:43 working with and I find it really
19:46 interesting trying all these fruits
19:48 during this time. I don't even know what
19:50 I'm saying. I'm saying it's good. It's
19:52 not bad. But there were parts of there
19:54 were parts of this papaya that were
19:57 better than other parts of it. So
19:59 fruit's really strange in that way. Or
20:03 durian and papaya and these kind of like
20:07 semieet fruits or I don't know. It's
20:08 just very interesting.
20:10 >> Yeah. Don't expect that in Thailand
20:13 every fruit is going to be perfect, but
20:16 it's the standard is a lot more higher
20:20 cuz it's it's already more sweeter.
20:23 >> But this was actually good. I really did
20:25 enjoy this for what it was, but it's not
20:26 something that
20:28 >> Yeah. I am also not saying that papaya
20:30 in Thailand is bad or something. I'm
20:32 just saying if you're comparing it to
20:34 mangoes to the average mango in
20:36 Thailand, you're going to like the
20:39 average mango more. I I maybe it's it's
20:42 just me, but u the average mango in in
20:45 Thailand is like 10 out of 10 for me.
20:47 >> I'm going to be like, "Oh, yes. I love
20:50 papaya so much. It's my favorite fruit."
20:52 And now that coconut
20:54 was amazing. And then I
20:58 >> I agree. Coconuts are are amazing in
21:00 Thailand. They they are just so good.
21:02 It's unbelievable.
21:04 >> I went across the street and I asked the
21:07 lady to like chop it up for me and she did.
21:08 did.
21:11 And I ate some of the flesh. So I
21:14 >> Yes, the flesh too. I I sometimes I
21:16 scooped it up because I was high carb
21:19 blue fat. I was just drinking the the
21:21 water, but I couldn't resist and I just
21:23 had to scoop up a little bit. But I knew
21:28 it it has like coconut oil inside and
21:31 yeah, I'm not a huge fan of that. But u
21:34 it still still tastes delicious. The the
21:36 flesh when it's like jelly like.
21:38 >> I ended up kind of having like
21:40 >> it's when it's young coconut, it's still
21:43 jelly and then it hardens to the to the
21:48 more harden white part.
21:52 >> A fatty type of afternoon. If you want
21:54 to talk about the durian and the coconut
21:56 meat, right, and this papaya all
21:58 together. I mean, the papaya is not
22:01 fatty, but just eating all these fruits
22:03 together. That coconut water was so
22:06 good. I am already craving it again. So,
22:09 I think tomorrow I'm going to go back
22:11 and just
22:13 drink like two large coconuts instead of
22:14 these little teeny
22:17 >> Very good idea cuz that will going to
22:20 kind of wash out the the the horrible
22:23 diet that you had before cuz right now I
22:25 wouldn't call it horrible just because I
22:27 don't like durian. I I'm I'm not saying
22:30 it's it's bad or something. I mean, if
22:32 it if it if you don't like the taste,
22:34 you should not force yourself. But in
22:36 terms of having papaya and those nice
22:40 bananas that she had, it's it's perfect.
22:42 >> Tiny coconuts because then I realized
22:44 what am I doing? What am I doing?
22:48 >> Of course, she needs meat and organs,
22:50 but um yeah,
22:52 we are talking about high carb, lowfat
22:53 vegans here.
22:57 having this very very small coconut when
23:00 I could be having a large coconut
23:02 and these coconuts are
23:04 >> exactly the same thing. Wow. I'm saying
23:07 the exact same thing that why why is she
23:09 drinking such a small coconut? I guess
23:12 it was cheaper than a than a big
23:14 coconut, but I have never seen such a
23:16 small coconut.
23:18 It's always these huge huge things that
23:22 as big as your It's almost as big as as
23:24 a as a head or something.
23:26 >> Look like they're not in like a bleach
23:28 water. They look like they're just in
23:32 ice just to keep them cold. So,
23:35 you just have to kind of look around.
23:37 Now, I do have to
23:40 >> It looks like that that piece there.
23:43 There. It kind of looks like raw salmon.
23:46 That's what it reminds me. do a few more
23:49 fruits. There's this like apple plum
23:51 thing. I don't know what it's called,
23:53 but it seems to be just coming out
23:54 recently, so it must just be coming in
23:57 season. But when I go to these markets,
24:00 I don't want to like oversaturate my bag
24:02 either because I can always go back the
24:04 next day and it'll be just as fresh,
24:07 right? So
24:10 again, I'm still like jet-legged and I'm f
24:11 f
24:13 >> you would be better off with those plums
24:15 than uh than the durian.
24:17 >> Finding that as soon as I ate these
24:21 fruits, I had this feeling of like go
24:24 rest, go rest. It's like it gives this huge
24:26 huge
24:29 serotonin dopamine sort of tryptophan
24:33 like tryptophan feeling. Um, and it's
24:36 almost like rewiring
24:42 my DNA or like kind of adapting my
24:44 pallet to something new. Like it's this
24:47 whole new introduction of having fruits
24:50 that are not traveling so far to get to
24:52 my table. And
24:54 >> yes, like I said, it's overall higher
24:56 quality. And as a high carb, lowfat
24:59 vegan, you barely need to consume sugar.
25:01 like you just have the fruit and maybe
25:04 have some fruit joys, but you barely
25:06 need to consume sugar compared to being
25:09 in Europe. You they would add extra
25:12 sugar to their to their fruit smoothies
25:14 or on top of the fruit because it just
25:18 doesn't have enough and u carbs are
25:22 basically their only source of calories
25:25 cuz they eat really low oils. They they
25:28 eat no animal fat. Yeah. So, what else
25:29 are you going to have? You're going to
25:32 have corpses for energy.
25:36 >> And it's just it's ripe. It's picked.
25:39 And it's only taken, you know, a few
25:41 kilometers or maybe a few hundred
25:42 kilometers to get where it's supposed to
25:44 be, which is at this mark.
25:47 >> Exactly. It was three ripen. The closest
25:50 thing you can try to Europe
25:53 is have Okay, but it's going to have
25:56 heavy metals, but whatever. You can have
26:01 um um this canned can canned um jackf
26:04 fruit or canned rambutan. It's usually
26:08 in these Asian shops. And um
26:12 and um that the the canned fruit that
26:15 that you buy from Asian shops, it even
26:18 says it was like packaged in Thailand or
26:21 in Philippines or whatever. And uh the
26:24 thing is that it was packaged while
26:26 while it was tree ripen like you can
26:29 feel how how good it is even even if you
26:31 don't take in consideration that there
26:33 is some sugar added to it but you can
26:36 actually feel it that it's good quality
26:38 cuz it it even ripens a little bit in
26:41 that can or something. But still, it it
26:45 feels really high quality >> market
26:47 >> market
26:48 and you really have to like keep your
26:50 eyes open all the time because there's
26:52 just constant motorbikes and constant
26:54 things going on.
26:57 >> Yeah. Um in Thailand it's hard to cross
27:00 the road in certain places. Like if you
27:02 are used to the fact that you press the
27:05 button and it turns green or something.
27:07 Even if you go to a place where it has
27:09 the button and you press it and it turns
27:12 green, you get completely ignored as pedestrian.
27:14 pedestrian.
27:17 It's just um it's it's difficult to to
27:21 to cross the road. One time I was um
27:23 scared to cross the road and I I just
27:26 ordered food cuz uh yeah, I couldn't
27:30 cross it and I I didn't wanted to go a
27:32 lot around or something
27:34 and the Thai locals were just crossing
27:36 it and I I just didn't dare. I I don't
27:39 know. I I don't want to get in an
27:46 >> Um but I do find that
27:48 >> Oh, yeah. And this was after a hard day
27:51 after I cycled. So you can imagine I
27:54 didn't wanted to walk a lot or I I I
27:56 just didn't feel like um crossing the
27:59 road. But of course before that I
28:01 crossed many roads but in the safer
28:04 places but wouldn't cross it. It looks
28:07 like a highway of three three ways or
28:10 something and the cars are just not stop
28:13 coming and they come with high speed and
28:16 there's I don't know
28:17 it's it's just difficult to cross. Yeah,
28:20 you need to pay attention
28:22 >> when I'm here.
28:25 >> And by the way, oh yeah, I should just
28:27 make a video about Thailand and yeah,
28:30 that would cover it.
28:32 there's not a lot of other tourists. So,
28:35 it really and I think it's super busy in
28:38 the morning like before restaurants open
28:41 because it is a supplier for it's a very
28:44 large market and it's it's it's really
28:46 nice. Like there's garlic like there's
28:48 there's garlic, there's onions, there's
28:52 tomatoes, there's radishes, there's I
28:54 don't know all kinds of stuff that I
28:58 have never seen before. And then there's
29:01 lots of like fried
29:05 vegetables or things that they bag in
29:08 different seasoning and fried scorpions
29:11 and fried seafood
29:13 >> and there's stuff that I don't that I
29:14 don't even know or don't even really
29:17 care to try. But
29:19 it's really it's really nice to be
29:22 involved in this kind of like open air
29:25 market and it's right along
29:28 >> Yeah. It's it's so spectacular to go um
29:31 to such a such a market cuz it's it's
29:33 way different than in Europe. I I I
29:37 really like um um markets to just go
29:40 there and to just have a look around cuz
29:42 yeah, it's it's something that that you
29:44 don't experience here in Europe.
29:47 >> This like river that I still haven't
29:49 crossed over to the other side, but
29:52 maybe I will soon. So yeah, during the
29:55 day it's like that's when I should be
29:58 sleeping according to my old time zone.
30:01 So now when it's the evening, I feel
30:04 more normal, more regulated, but then
30:07 it's I should be going to bed soon. So
30:10 this is this is a lot for me this being
30:15 in like being in this new time zone. So So
30:16 So
30:29 That's some type of melon. This is um
30:33 what's the name? This is shampoo. Um or
30:35 I don't know how it's called. It's like
30:38 an apple, but the apple tastes better
30:41 than this. And this is the type of um if
30:44 you watch my what I ate in what fruits I
30:47 tried in Thailand, it's I said about
30:50 these um oranges that's that are have
30:53 some type of green inside like green on
30:55 the peel, but it's very ripe and it's
30:59 very sweet. And I guess this is I'm not sure.
31:00 sure.
31:02 I'm not sure what this is what this
31:05 brown thing is. I guess it's tamarind,
31:07 but yeah, I'm not sure. which is kind of
31:09 like a date.
31:13 And these are apples, I guess.
31:17 It looks like apple. And are these
31:21 percims? I don't know what this uh what
31:26 this orange thing is. Maybe it's orange. Okay.
31:41 I don't know what that white was.
31:46 And um these are pomelos and these are
31:50 jackf fruit. And this is the plum
31:53 or wait
31:58 h I I'm not sure. Maybe maybe I'm
32:03 maybe I'm wrong. But I it could be um
32:07 raw dates cuz we in Europe we mostly see
32:10 u dried dates but it could be raw dates.
32:14 I'm not sure. I I I don't think I I know
32:16 that such a big date exists or
32:19 something. But it could be raw dates or
32:21 or it's plums. Yeah, I'm not sure. This
32:26 green thing I have no idea what it is.
32:31 and apples and green apples and oh maybe
32:33 yeah this is this is some type of grape
32:35 I think
32:37 these are some huge grapes I never tried it
32:40 it
32:42 cuz I thought um but yeah I haven't seen
32:46 such a big grapes there
32:49 cuz I thought I had good grapes in
32:51 Europe already so yeah but if I would
32:53 have seen such a big grapes maybe it's
32:55 covered in pesticides I I would Still
32:57 try some. And
32:59 And
33:03 h I guess this is
33:05 it could be coconut. It could be pomelo.
33:07 This big green thing. I guess it's pomelo
33:15 and mango. Look mango things. Where did
33:17 she found the mango things at this part
33:21 of the year? I don't know. Yeah, it's
33:23 it's kind of not in season. At least
33:26 someone said there that it it's not in
33:30 season, whatever. And um and these
33:33 mangoes are the best. Like this is S
33:36 tier right here. It's really good. And
33:38 dragon fruit.
33:43 And um yeah, I can see some um pineapple
33:49 And this thing,
33:58 It kind of reminds me of a durian rider
34:06 Yeah, this thing is pineapple here. It's
34:08 It's in that shape. And this I guess
34:11 it's guava. Yeah, it kind of looks like guava.
34:47 All All right. Who's a sweaty mess in
34:50 Thailand? It is me. It is me. Okay.
34:55 Let's take a look what's in my bag.
34:58 Another beautiful bunch of bananas.
35:01 Little babies.
35:05 25 bot for this orange juice.
35:08 Kilo of mango steam. I
35:09 >> Yeah, that was raw orange juice, by the
35:12 way. That's really delicious.
35:14 I couldn't find mango stems, man, at
35:17 this part of the year.
35:18 >> Tried to pick the ones that didn't have
35:20 ants crawling on them. But that's also
35:22 how you know the fruit's good, I guess,
35:25 if the ants want it. I got jack fruit.
35:27 >> Nice. That's also good. It's kind of
35:30 like bubble gum. Like
35:31 Like >> And
35:33 >> And classic.
35:42 I also got me some mangoes. And
35:43 that's what I have in my bag.
35:45 >> Nice. That's the best. I would have this
35:48 entire bag right now. >> So,
35:50 >> So,
35:52 I'm good right now. I had that coconut
35:54 water. I had that durian. And I had some
35:58 papaya. And I just I'm feeling like as
36:02 soon as I have this fruit, it makes me
36:05 makes me sleepy. So, that's that.
36:08 >> Cuz u carbs are not enough. You can call
36:11 yourself lower and love scarves all day,
36:14 but when reality hits in Thailand and
36:17 you having the best fruit
36:20 and it still hits you that the fact that
36:23 that's not all you need. Even Thai
36:26 locals eat meat because yeah, meat is
36:30 good. It's healing you. You can can
36:32 pretend that we don't need meat and you
36:34 can block everybody, but you cannot
36:36 block your own senses when it's telling
36:39 you that you should eat meat. Yeah,
36:42 that's the thing.
36:45 And I'm going to maybe take a rest cuz I
36:46 didn't get to bed till like 2:00 last
36:49 night and I woke up at 9:00. So when I
36:51 wake up, I'm going to have some more of
36:54 this bang. Yeah, you can carb up all
36:56 day, but you're still going to be sleepy.
36:57 sleepy.
36:59 >> And fruit that I got today. So, this
37:02 this market is excellent. Like, I should
37:04 be going there like every day, but the
37:05 market that's across the street from me
37:07 does have some stuff, too. So it's not
37:10 like, you know, and at this at this one,
37:13 it's like I drove when we were
37:17 >> even eating the scorpion that was uh
37:20 it was fried in seed oils. It's it's
37:22 more hurty than to just eat fruits
37:25 >> on the motorbike.
37:27 I saw a sugar cane juice guy, but he was
37:30 like on wheels.
37:32 So maybe there's somebody close by that
37:34 has sugar cane juice. That would be
37:37 amazing. So I'm going to
37:39 try to figure out how to find this man
37:40 with sugar cane juice because that's
37:44 something that I really want to try.
37:47 >> Sugar cane juice. Yeah. Um I also wanted
37:52 to try that but could not find it. Um
37:56 I I saw reactions that um they don't
37:58 really people don't really react like it
38:01 tastes really delicious.
38:03 So there's that. Um, so I'm just going
38:07 to assume that it's not like this um
38:44 >> I don't really like it. >> What?
38:46 >> What?
38:48 That's impossible.
39:02 It must be not too ripe then or
39:04 something. It It was one of my favorites.
39:05 favorites.
39:07 >> Like perfume.
39:09 >> Exactly. It kind of feels like you're
39:11 eating perfume or something because it
39:15 has this this intense smell, but it's
39:17 but it's in a good way. It's good type
39:32 and the texture is not
39:34 >> It's still better to eat um something
39:38 that uh tastes sweet like jackf fruit
39:40 than having durian that tastes like
39:46 but
39:49 I don't really like it.
39:55 >> Mhm.
40:00 It feels like I'm eating perfume.
40:03 One time I had it from um 7-Eleven, some
40:05 jackf fruit, and that wasn't as
40:09 delicious as the one that I had um from
40:13 um from from a lady that was opening up
40:24 Nice. This is the fruit that I could not try.
40:31 I'm actually curious what's her opinion
40:38 There you have it.
40:40 That's how you react compared to how she
40:43 reacted to durian. That's how you react
41:06 I believe her cuz I I heard from others
41:08 that this is really delicious. Even
41:12 Sugar King said that. Not Corpse King.
41:15 Sugar King.
41:17 They have such a complicated
41:20 carbohydrate names.
41:23 >> These are great.
41:33 >> I only had it um free freeze dried
41:37 or dry I guess said freeze dried and
41:43 I did not had it raw cuz I couldn't find it.
41:52 So, if you couldn't tell from my
41:55 reaction compared to the jackf fruit, I
41:58 obviously love these mango steeen. And
42:00 >> I agree. I I would say even I would
42:02 enjoy it. Even if I didn't had it, just
42:04 by reaction, I I would say that even I
42:08 would enjoy the um mango steins more
42:10 than the jackf fruit.
42:12 >> They're sour, but they're sweet. They're
42:14 not sour like a citrus. They just have
42:20 this hint of acidity that I love about
42:24 this fruit. So, I I had no problem
42:28 eating a kilo of these.
42:31 These are by far my favorite.
42:34 They are so good.
42:36 I haven't had anything like it in my life.
42:38 life.
42:41 It's so sour and sweet at the same time.
42:44 I don't mind the texture.
42:46 I'm not the best at opening them.
42:48 >> Exactly the same. You You shouldn't mind
42:50 the texture of liver. You shouldn't mind
42:53 the texture of kidney. You should You
42:56 just eat it exactly like this raw. You
42:59 You eat it. And um yeah,
43:01 >> obviously I dropped one while I was
43:02 doing this, but
43:04 >> you don't need to be disgusted just
43:06 because um it came from an animal or
43:10 something. You just um eat it raw.
43:12 >> That's neither here nor there. They're
43:15 like sticky on my hands and they kind of
43:16 like color you.
43:19 >> It means it was really ripe. That's how
43:20 it should be.
43:23 >> Like a beet.
43:28 Um but I don't mind. They're so good.
43:35 I probably could eat, I don't know, 3
43:38 kilos of this.
43:40 >> 3 kilos. If you can eat 3 kilos of that,
43:43 it means you're starving. It means your
43:46 body is craving meat, craves animal fat,
43:48 and um
43:51 your body is convinced that this this is
43:56 all you can find. It's some fluid. Okay?
44:00 Because um the brain was brainwashed and
44:03 uh your brain is convinced that meat is
44:08 bad for us and you keep craving food and
44:11 you just reach out for um for carbs.
44:14 Yeah, that's what you do and um it's
44:16 just not going to be enough. That's why
44:18 you have the feeling that you can eat 3 kilos.
44:19 kilos.
44:22 3 kilos would last me I I think for a
44:25 very long time.
44:29 Um, but that was 1 kilo down easily.
44:31 The jackf fruit I just I don't know. It
44:34 tastes like chewy perfume and there's
44:37 nothing wrong with it. It smells
44:39 >> but that's how it should be. Fruit has
44:43 to have smell. Okay. Some have stronger
44:46 smell and some have not as strong.
44:49 But it has to have smell.
44:51 If it wouldn't have smell, it would be
44:55 just like a piece of fiber or something.
44:56 sweet and fragrant and all these things,
44:58 but I think I'm just going to give it to
45:00 the people at the front desk and see if
45:02 they would like to eat that instead because
45:04 because
45:06 not going to force myself. And I drank
45:08 that orange juice. That was really good.
45:11 I like spilt it, but luckily not too
45:12 much spilled.
45:14 Um, but I didn't get it on camera cuz I
45:19 just I dropped it and I cracked it. So,
45:20 I ate it over the sink to make sure I
45:23 didn't make a huge mess.
45:25 But yeah, maybe I'll have some bananas now.
45:27 now.
45:28 So far, orange juice.
45:32 >> What? That wasn't enough. Wow.
45:35 Wow.
45:37 For me, that would be enough with some
45:41 some raw meat, raw eggs.
45:43 Uh, it's kind of difficult to ask for
45:46 raw. I'm pretty sure you can find raw
45:48 meat and raw organs there and all of
45:51 that. It's just the language barrier
45:54 that um
45:56 it's difficult to
45:59 to ask um you know that um where did the
46:02 animal come from and questions like that
46:06 when you don't really speak the language
46:09 and some people might say that yeah it's
46:12 it's safe or something but yeah you you
46:15 don't know what you don't know okay and
46:17 I guess if you would be in that
46:19 situation you should be very careful and
46:22 just eat very little of it. Just like
46:24 goddess is saying that um you should eat
46:28 just a little bit of it and see if if
46:29 you're okay. And if you're okay then
46:31 then then yeah, you can you can trust
46:34 the place
46:36 cuz you can never know if that animal
46:38 was like
46:42 injected with bunch of hormones and just
46:44 fed a lot of grains or wasn't fed its
46:47 natural diet. The only way it would be
46:50 safe if you would go to like a farm or
46:52 something and the animal is you see the
46:55 animal it's right there eating the grass
46:59 and um yeah they give you some and you
47:02 you can see that yeah it's it's sold
47:04 there. Yeah. Even then you you need to
47:08 be careful with u with traveling and and
47:11 eating um raw meat from um from places
47:15 that you don't really trust. es bananas,
47:18 mango steeen, mangoes.
47:20 >> This is too much fruit to just eat in
47:23 one sitting, man. You're really starving.
47:25 starving.
47:29 That would last me for like long time.
47:33 >> Have been A+ plus and I have really
47:34 enjoyed pretty much every
47:36 >> Look that look at that banana. If I had
47:44 like that yellow color. Look at this
47:46 yellow color. In in Europe, it's like
47:49 white or something. It has to have this
47:53 yellow color. It's just it's way
47:56 different. It's softer. And yeah, it's
47:58 definitely one of my favorites there.
48:01 Mango and these bananas.
48:04 And after that would come jackf fruit.
48:07 And after that h everything is pretty
48:09 much good but these are top
48:14 >> juices bananas mango steeen mangoes have
48:17 been A+ plus and I have really enjoyed
48:20 pretty much every single one of those
48:22 >> yeah those bananas are really small but
48:24 they are delicious
48:26 >> fruits while I'm here so I'm going to
48:28 continue oh and that coconut today just
48:31 like opened up a whole new world
48:36 >> by the way no Thai local it's like this
48:39 maybe some of them um promote like raw
48:43 futarianism or something for views but
48:45 other than that nobody eats like this
48:49 and um I was warned by a Thai local to
48:51 to not eat too many mangoes
48:53 >> for me so more coconuts for me in the future.
48:53 future.
48:55 >> So who are you going to trust? Some
48:57 futarian who
49:00 tries to sell you a book or something or
49:04 um or a Thai local? I would say you
49:06 better trust the Thai local. >> Sure.
49:08 >> Sure.
49:09 >> So, I probably about five of these bananas.
49:21 >> I I gave some of these to monkeys. By
49:23 the way,
49:24 >> I have some green grapes, too. Maybe
49:27 I'll have a few of those.
49:29 Oh, yeah. Look at that. It was grapes.
49:32 Okay. It kind of looks green, but I
49:34 trusted that this is going to be sweet.
50:02 They're good.
50:04 >> All right.
50:06 >> They're not mind-blowing. >> Okay.
50:06 >> Okay.
50:16 >> I don't know about the pesticides.
50:18 Is there going to be anything else?
50:20 She's having KFC. I'm just kidding, guys.
50:22 guys.
50:25 Let's just jump to dinner a little bit back
50:26 back
50:29 >> till I feel good. I'm not pushing myself
50:31 to eat so so much. So,
50:34 >> you're not what? You're not pushing
50:36 yourself to eat so much. You just eat so
50:39 much fruit that Yeah, it's it's just way
50:42 too much. I I I bet you can't wait to
50:44 eat some type of rice or something that
50:47 is a little bit difficult to digest just
50:50 so you can um just so you can prank your
50:54 own um organism, your like your own body
50:56 that um you're eating meat. Because when
50:59 you're having these um these foods that
51:01 are more difficult to digest, you're
51:03 kind of pranking yourself that um you're
51:06 eating meat.
51:09 That's why um rice is given next to the
51:12 meat to to prank yourself that you're
51:16 eating enough meat. But um when it gets
51:17 in the body, yeah, it's just
51:19 carbohydrates mostly and very little meat.
51:28 Okay, what do we have here? We have um
51:31 Ed I don't know how to say it, man. I I
51:37 did not learn it. Adam Adam like or Adam
51:39 I don't know how to say it. Okay, it's
51:43 basically the soy bean. Um
51:46 I guess you can call it like a fruit or
51:49 I don't know. It's legume. I don't know
51:51 what you can call it. It's It's
51:54 basically like beans, but it has soy
51:58 bean inside. Okay. And it's not bad to
52:00 be honest. U
52:03 you can call me a soy boy all day, but
52:06 um I actually enjoy this and I bought it
52:08 multiple times
52:11 cuz um yeah, soybeans when it's like
52:14 boiled like this and with little bit of
52:17 salt, it's it's actually not bad. I
52:21 guess it's not good for your um um for
52:23 your hormones or something because
52:26 you're turning into a soy boy, but um
52:30 yeah, it's it's not too bad, trust me.
52:33 And here we have some rice. Maybe she's
52:37 she's also going to tell us. And here,
52:39 I don't know what this is. I guess it's
52:41 some type of
52:44 salty something
52:47 kind of like a miso soup or something. I
52:50 don't know.
52:52 I thought she's having some type of seafood,
52:55 seafood,
52:56 but that's not seafood. That's
53:00 plant-based. And this is lemons. And
53:04 that's very little amount of cucumbers
53:12 Yeah. Okay. She's in a Japanese
53:15 restaurant, in a sushi restaurant. And
53:19 why do people go in sushi restaurant?
53:22 Because they crave raw fish. Is this raw fish?
53:29 What? What is this? It kind of looks
53:31 like um raw salmon when it's like thinly
53:34 sliced. And maybe she did not have it,
53:36 but uh this is put here just as
53:40 decoration, but maybe she did have it.
53:44 Um this is the wasabi paste or something.
53:45 something.
53:48 So basically, it's just rice with
53:52 with cucumber inside.
53:55 I'm 100% sure, guys, that this is raw
53:59 fish right here. Or it could be cabbage,
54:00 kimchi, or something. But it looks like
54:03 raw fish and it's placed here as decoration.
54:05 decoration.
54:07 Maybe they thought that um this person
54:11 is starving and um let's put some raw
54:14 fish. I'm curious if she even eats this
54:17 cuz if she eats this then it's
54:20 then I don't know then then she's not a vegan.
54:22 vegan.
54:24 >> I've been eating this for the past six
54:26 nights. Some nights I have an extra bowl
54:29 of rice. Tonight I did not. Sometimes I
54:29 have a
54:32 >> Yeah. So this thing the the soup thing
54:36 was a miso soup. That's how I know cuz
54:39 um she was in a Japanese restaurant.
54:42 >> Third roll of sushi tonight. I did not.
54:43 It just depends on
54:45 >> So basically you just ate rice with
54:48 rice. Wow.
54:50 >> And how hydrated and carbed up I am
54:51 during the day.
54:54 >> These are really good. U you can call me
54:57 a soy boy all day. I I loved the taste
55:00 of this.
55:03 I would actually say it. Yeah, it's it's
55:06 it's for me in terms of greens and
55:09 veggies or something like that. And I
55:12 would place this first place in terms of taste.
55:13 taste.
55:15 >> Depending on how much I want to eat at
55:18 night, but this is a solid meal for me.
55:19 I'm enjoying a little bit.
55:22 >> Is this a solid meal?
55:24 Come on.
55:26 >> Of edamame beans. And I'm reminiscing from
55:26 from
55:28 >> edamame. Okay.
55:30 >> When I used to work at the sushi place
55:33 when I was younger and yeah, it's just a sad
55:33 sad
55:36 >> So you you've worked at the sushi place
55:39 in the past and now you craved raw fish
55:42 and you had came here to instead of
55:44 having some raw fish, you had some um
55:47 rice with rice. Why are you not showing
55:50 us if you ate that red thing or not? Cuz
55:52 I'm pretty sure that that was raw raw fish.
55:53 fish.
55:55 >> Satisfying starch meal just to get out.
55:57 >> Maybe she had it secretly. Maybe they
56:01 are secretly not even vegans.
56:03 >> And kind of socialize and see what the
56:04 rest of the world is doing even though
56:07 tonight the restaurant was pretty much
56:08 empty except me and a different
56:11 gentleman. So
56:13 overall really good meal though. It's no
56:16 oil and but there is the soybeans have
56:20 oil. Oh yeah. And the miso soup
56:24 in some places it's u basically um soy beans
56:26 beans
56:30 and soy sauce. I'm not sure, man. Yeah,
56:33 I'm not like a specialist in Japanese
56:35 cuisine or something, but I just know
56:38 that sometimes it's um cooked together
56:41 with bones. It's bones cooked together
56:45 with um with veggies and salt and stuff.
56:48 And that's how you get this um soup.
56:50 Well, yeah, I guess they also add tofu inside.
56:52 inside.
56:54 It could be vegan, but it could be not
56:56 vegan. If she if she asked, she asked.
56:59 If not, then it's not my problem. It's
57:01 actually it would be the healthiest
57:09 Did she eat the raw fish? That's the question.
57:15 Oh, the raw fish is gone. What in the
57:18 world? I I'm actually have to look it
57:22 up. Um I'm I'm really curious if if that
57:24 was raw fish or something. The raw fish
57:28 is gone, guys. Maybe it was cabbage,
57:30 like kimchi cabbage.
57:33 I'm not sure. I I don't know. But I
57:34 don't know. I don't know. But it did
57:39 look like thinly sliced salmon or some
57:42 type of raw fish.
57:45 comments, questions, and suggestions.
57:47 >> I can't comment because you blocked me,
57:52 man. A come on. So much censorship.
57:54 >> Please leave them down below. Thank you. And
57:55 And
57:57 >> I'm going to stop commenting to high low
57:59 fat vegans or anything or vegans in
58:02 general cuz they all just block me and
58:05 censor me. And the only way to deal with
58:07 it is to just uh never comment again cuz
58:09 it's a waste of time. Imagine I I leave
58:12 some good constructive comments and on
58:14 top of that I'm getting blocked and all
58:17 my messages and the comments disappear.
58:19 They just get vanished from the other
58:22 people cuz it's huge censorship and I'm
58:25 having enough of it. And the only way to
58:28 deal with it if they come to comment to
58:32 my videos cuz uh that way uh they cannot
58:34 silence me. And this is how you deal
58:37 with it. just wait on them to come to
58:41 you and um then you have control over
58:44 what is censored and what is not because
58:48 why they censor me it's uh because in
58:50 the future
58:53 whatever happens uh those my comments
58:56 have to disappear from high carb lowfat
59:01 um videos because um someone might find
59:04 my videos and they might turn against
59:07 this diet or something, they might get
59:11 convinced to not do it at all
59:14 cuz um yeah, this is kind of sad and no
59:17 wonder she doesn't have enough energy
59:20 cuz it's the high carb, lowfat energy diet.
59:22 diet.
59:26 Um yeah, that's the video and Copcorn
