2:46 would be for carbohydrates would be

2:55 can't say say that it's unhealthy but
2:57 still I don't know I'm not a huge fan of
3:01 bananas these days or maybe some
3:05 dates. I don't know. Yeah, that that's
3:08 also nice. Uh the third best option
3:11 would be sugar because um you at least
3:15 it has no fiber. Okay. And yeah, it also
3:18 has no water. So it's not I would say
3:21 it's pretty disgusting. But
3:24 uh some sugar like let's say something
3:27 like coconut sugar, it it's pretty
3:29 delicious, okay, on its own, I would
3:32 say. But something like cane sugar, it's
3:34 it's very disgusting. I could I could
3:38 not eat that. But at least at least has
3:41 no fiber. Okay. It also lacks water, but
3:43 somewhat I would say it's still
3:46 healthier to have some sugar than to eat
3:49 chocolate. Okay. Like that's that's my
3:52 opinion. And um yeah, at least you're
3:53 not having toxic beans. You're just
3:55 having pure sugar.
3:59 Okay. But um yeah, it's not something
4:01 that should replace meat. Okay. Nothing
4:05 will replace meat. And what else about
4:08 router 4? Yeah, I think I covered sugar
4:11 and fruit. And about starches, yeah,
4:14 potatoes are the best, I would say.

5:09 just have some nice watery fruits. At

5:20 now I'm having here um pasteurized
5:23 um pasteurized orange juice. Yeah, I I'm
5:26 not having any trouble to to drink some
5:29 pasteurized orange juice for
5:31 hydration. Um yeah, I'm also going to
5:35 get into hydration, but um ideally you
5:37 would want something like raw orange
5:40 juice. But if you if you don't have the
5:44 money for it or or simply it's it's just
5:46 not as available, then just have some
5:50 pasteurized. I I could juice for myself,
5:53 but for that I would need to buy so many
5:55 oranges, man. I would need to buy as
5:58 many oranges as a futarian probably.

6:05 know. Um but yeah. Um and also that's
6:08 work. Okay, I'm okay with just having
6:09 pasteurized. This is what I can

6:17 about route till 4. On route till 4,
6:20 you're recommended to to drink a lot of
6:23 water until your urine is clear. But a
6:26 clear urine is not an indication that
6:29 you're hydrated. Okay. And Durian Ryder

6:37 him that he can't hydrate and he looks
6:39 dehydrated. Okay. like don't give
6:42 hydration advice when your skin looks
6:46 just so so wrinkled up from from lack of

6:56 those who are defending him and are on
6:58 or on high carb lowfat diet you keep

9:14 say that that water hydrates you. Cuz if
9:16 I would drink just water, it just
9:18 doesn't feel the same, man. It doesn't
9:20 feel the same as as having some nice
9:23 orange juice. And um even if if you're
9:26 having brown meat, it's it's just not
9:29 enough water, man. I don't know. You
9:31 need the electrolytes and and you need
9:35 that that water to be like coming from
9:37 something that leaves or whatever, man.

9:42 juice, it it's somewhat it's it's still
9:44 better than what you get from tab. Maybe
9:47 if you live somewhere near to a spring
9:49 or something and you have good water.

15:15 you don't even need to watch out for for
15:19 for fat cuz it's it already is is pretty

15:37 white parts. You're going to skip the

15:42 beginning I would say have some and

15:54 you would not feel hungry for many hours
