0:02 What's up, Primal Gang? How's everybody
0:05 doing? Lately, I've been thinking a lot
0:08 about why some vegans are just so
0:11 insufferable to talk to. Just endless
0:15 mind games, non-stop jokes, ghosting,
0:19 and blocking, pretending to care, and
0:21 then just ghosting again. And then they
0:25 just forget to answer or the answer is
0:27 just so inconsistent. Like, come on. I
0:29 make a video of like 10 minutes or
0:32 something about them and those who
0:34 notice it just give like a really really
0:37 short answer full of absolute nonsense.
0:40 Like I have been trying to use humor.
0:43 I've been trying to use logic and when I
0:46 got angry to what they have to say, I
0:48 just just show them that, hey, this
0:51 makes me frustrated and raised my voice
0:53 a little bit in my videos to make it
0:55 clear that they should just wake up to
0:59 reality already. And many times I also
1:01 explained it nicely and I've been
1:04 thinking a lot about um what is wrong
1:06 with them like why they can't make the
1:09 connection why they can't connect the
1:11 dots and I remembered about a
1:14 documentary that I saw many years ago.
1:18 I'm going to leave the full video in the
1:20 description and I also have some clips
1:23 from it that explains it that why vegans
1:26 are just so insufferable to talk to. The
1:28 short answer is that they just can't
1:30 make the connection.
1:32 >> The human brain is a network of
1:36 approximately 100 billion neurons.
1:38 Different experiences create different
1:40 neural connections which bring about
1:43 different emotions. And depending on
1:45 which neurons get stimulated, certain
1:47 connections become stronger and more
1:50 efficient while others may become
1:52 weaker. This is what's called
1:54 neuroplasticity. Someone who trains to
1:57 be a musician will create stronger
1:58 neural connections that link the two
2:01 hemispheres of the brain in order to be
2:03 musically creative.
2:06 Virtually any sort of talent or skill
2:09 can be created through training. Rutiger
2:11 Gan who was a self-admitted hopeless
2:14 student used to fail at basic math and
2:16 went on to train his abilities and
2:18 became a famous human calculator capable
2:21 of performing extremely complex mathematics.
2:23 mathematics.
2:26 Rationality and emotional resilience
2:28 work the same way. These are neural
2:31 connections that can be strengthened.
2:34 Whatever you are doing at any time, you
2:36 are physically modifying your brain to
2:39 become better at it. Since this is such
2:42 a foundational mechanism of the brain,
2:44 being self-aware can greatly enrich our
2:46 life experience.
2:49 Being a vegan in the end of the day, it
2:52 means that you just refuse to eat animal
2:55 foods. Yeah, there's more into it.
2:57 You're not going to wear leather jacket
2:59 or whatever, but I don't care about
3:02 that. This is a diet channel and I don't
3:04 care about ethics. In the end of the
3:06 day, it's all about what you eat. And we
3:09 can say that vegans refuse to eat animal
3:12 foods. And the first time vegan has to
3:15 like work really hard on his brain
3:18 connections to quote unquote rewire it
3:22 until it gets used to um refusing to eat
3:25 animal foods. And vegans lit literally
3:29 train themselves to get better at um
3:32 replacing animal foods with plant-based
3:34 options. And for some of them, it's like
3:37 a competition that who can stay vegan
3:41 for longer or who can become a better
3:44 vegan athlete or who can outperform the
3:47 meat eaters on a plant-based diet. And
3:50 some of them even lie about how many
3:52 years they have been vegan cuz they are
3:55 ashamed of admitting failure or they
3:58 just get paid too much money and they
4:00 have too much to lose. So, they just
4:03 going to pretend that they are vegans.
4:05 And the more they train themselves to
4:08 stay on a plant-based diet, like a 100 I
4:10 keep saying plant-based diet, but that
4:14 can mean that they eat um mostly plants.
4:16 Let's just say it like this, 100%
4:19 plant-based diet. Like the more they
4:22 train themselves to stay on a 100%
4:24 plant-based diet, the the better they
4:27 become at it, the better they become to
4:30 refuse their own senses. When they crave
4:33 animal fats, they keep disciplining
4:35 themselves. And discipline is like the
4:37 worst thing ever. The only time you
4:40 should discipline yourself is um in this
4:44 modern age when you when you know you
4:47 have to go to work cuz um you have a
4:49 family to take care of or you you you
4:52 have to provide food for yourself or for
4:54 your loved ones or for your family
4:56 whatever. That would be the only case.
4:58 You discipline yourself to get yourself
5:00 some money so you can take care of
5:03 things. But you should never discipline
5:06 yourself just to stick to a diet. That's
5:09 just that's very crazy. And when I make
5:11 videos that, hey man, look, you're
5:14 eating vegan sushi, that means you crave
5:17 raw fish. Or you eat vegan hot dogs,
5:20 that means you you crave real hot dogs.
5:23 these vegans start laughing at me that
5:27 how much of an amateur I am that I I
5:30 can't train myself to instead of eating
5:33 real hot dogs I should eat like
5:36 plant-based hot dogs or instead of
5:39 eating real sushi with raw fish I should
5:42 eat vegan sushi and that's what they do
5:45 they are basically laughing at me and
5:48 deny it how they crave raw fish because
5:52 they went through hard work to so-called
5:54 rewire their brains and they want
5:57 everybody else to uh rewire their
5:59 brains. That's why they keep saying go
6:03 vegan. Anyway, I never met a vegan who
6:06 understands like basic biochemistry cuz
6:08 in order to understand basic
6:10 biochemistry, you would have to quit
6:12 veganism. you would come to the
6:14 conclusion that u you just just don't
6:16 get you just don't get the same
6:19 nutrients as someone who eats meat and
6:21 you will never get those nutrients as
6:23 someone who eats meat. I have some
6:27 respect for those vegans that believe
6:30 that eating some type of grain or some
6:33 type of aged soy gives them some type of
6:37 nutrients that we meters get. Yes, they
6:41 are misinformed, but at least they are
6:44 they're trying their best to get all the
6:48 nutrients contrary to sugar dieters who
6:51 only eat mostly sugar. And uh yeah, they
6:55 don't get any so-called vegan nutrients
6:58 or whatever. They don't eat any of those
7:01 uh vegan foods or whatever. It's like
7:03 they don't want to be healthy at all.
7:06 sugar diet is like full extreme full
7:08 extreme mode. I don't think I can help
7:11 them. There is no escape from that type
7:14 of eating disorder. Unless they really
7:16 start to feel like really horrible side
7:19 effects from their diet. But some of
7:21 them even then they just keep living in
7:24 denial. When someone like me challenges
7:26 their belief system, they get super
7:29 triggered about it. So triggered that
7:31 they would rather not watch my videos
7:34 ever again. Some of them like dare me um
7:37 delete their channel or they just stop
7:40 uploading instead of admitting that I
7:42 was right. They want to live in this
7:53 Specific neurons and neurotransmitters
7:55 such as norepinephrine trigger a
7:57 defensive state when we feel that our
7:59 thoughts have to be protected from the
8:02 influence of others.
8:04 If we are then confronted with
8:06 differences in opinion, the chemicals
8:08 that are released in the brain are the
8:10 same ones that try to ensure our
8:15 survival in dangerous situations.
8:17 In this defensive state, the more
8:19 primitive part of the brain interferes
8:22 with rational thinking and the lyic
8:24 system can knock out most of our working
8:26 memory physically causing narrow-mindedness.
8:28 narrow-mindedness.
8:31 We see this in the politics of fear, in
8:35 the strategy of poker players, or simply
8:36 when someone is stubborn in a
8:39 discussion. And in this defensive state
8:43 of mind that I put them in, there is no
8:46 place for rationality. Like no matter
8:49 how much of a rational argument I try to
8:52 bring up, no matter how hard I try to
8:55 explain that they won't get the building
8:57 blocks that I am getting from eating raw
8:59 meat, they are just like scared of
9:02 talking to me. I do admit that I can be
9:05 very annoying if I want to. And I admit
9:08 that I wasn't always the nicest, but I
9:11 only did that to push their buttons. cuz
9:12 my thinking is that when when I'm
9:15 pushing their buttons, it brings them
9:17 back to reality. In the end, it it did
9:20 bring them back to reality in a way that
9:23 uh that the primitive part of the brain
9:26 kicked in. But the problem is that the
9:29 brain is already rewired. And the
9:31 primitive part of the brain only kicked
9:34 in to defend veganism. Like what in the
9:37 world, man? That wasn't my goal.
9:39 Whatever. We we don't always get in life
9:42 whatever we want to. I guess in order to
9:45 help them like in order to help a vegan
9:48 to quit veganism, I would need to be
9:52 there like a good friend and uh be nice
9:56 and not too judgmental about their diet,
9:58 not just like a stranger on the
10:00 internet. And I guess they just don't
10:02 have a good friend like me or the
10:04 friends they have, they just don't care
10:07 about diets and and things like that.
10:09 Most of the times, not most of the
10:11 times, almost we can say that all the
10:14 time when I'm talking to vegans, I feel
10:17 like I'm talking with children who
10:20 pretend that um who are playing let's
10:25 pretend we don't need uh meat. But the
10:27 thing about children that they would
10:29 just play it for a while and then they
10:32 would just go home and eat meat again.
10:34 But vegans don't do that. They just play
10:37 forever and ever until they quit or
10:40 cheat. And children like this, they just
10:43 can't process it that how valuable my
10:46 videos are. No matter how valuable an
10:48 idea is, the brain has trouble
10:50 processing it when it is in such a state.
10:52 state.
10:55 On a neural level, it reacts as if we're
10:57 being threatened. Even if this threat
10:59 comes from harmless opinions or facts
11:02 that we may otherwise find helpful and
11:19 But when we express ourselves and our
11:22 views are appreciated, these defense
11:24 chemicals decrease in the brain and
11:27 dopamine neurotransmission activates the
11:30 reward neurons making us feel empowered
11:32 and increasing our self-esteem.
11:35 Our beliefs have a profound impact on
11:38 our body chemistry. This is why placeos
11:40 can be so effective.
11:43 Self-esteem or self-belief is closely
11:45 linked to the neurotransmitter
11:48 serotonin. When the lack of it takes on
11:50 severe proportions, it often leads to
11:53 depression, self-destructive behavior,
11:56 or even suicide.
11:59 Social validation increases the levels
12:01 of dopamine and serotonin in the brain
12:04 and allows us to let go of emotional
12:06 fixations and become self-aware more easily.
12:09 easily.
12:12 and my videos are a threat to their
12:15 discipline, a threat to veganism in
12:19 general, and a threat to um the safety
12:22 of the animals that we are about to eat,
12:26 cuz that's our natural food as humans.
12:29 In my entire YouTuber career, if we can
12:31 call it like that, well, it hasn't been
12:33 too long. It's like one year or
12:35 something. I've been only talking to two
12:38 vegans who admitted that meat is very
12:41 nutritional. They love it. It used to be
12:44 their favorite food, but they only don't
12:46 eat it because they don't want cruelty
12:49 to the animals. And they would sacrifice
12:52 their own heart. Well, actually, this
12:54 was just one of them who uh who
12:56 basically admitted that they would
12:59 sacrifice their own her just to protect
13:02 the animals. And that's like another way
13:06 of u rewiring your brain. But hey, what
13:09 can I do? I can't convince everybody or
13:10 maybe I can't convince anybody. Who
13:13 knows? And it's not just vegans, man.
13:15 When when I try to bring up that don't
13:18 eat seed oils, they some of some people
13:21 just um jump in and they they try to
13:24 say, "Oh, it's the seed oil propaganda
13:26 again or whatever." It's a waste of time
13:30 to argue with people like that. And also
13:32 here's another explanation why I why I
13:35 am having trouble talking to certain
13:38 people like why they refuse to talk to
13:41 me. They are just not comfortable of um
13:45 talking about certain subjects on or in
13:47 a certain way. They find me cringe or
13:50 something. And hey, if you find me
13:52 cringe, yeah, there's nothing I can do
13:55 about that. But just know that uh
13:57 everything I say there's there's nothing
14:00 that I find uh cringe. I am totally
14:02 comfortable to talk the way I talk.
