0:07 please welcome the president of emerge
0:18 Americas Melissa Medina how awesome was
0:20 the video introduction it makes me want
0:24 to grab a mojito and start dancing you
0:28 all are in for a very very big treat
0:31 right now for this finale keynote
0:35 session the first person I'm going to
0:37 introduce is someone who definitely
0:39 needs no introduction he's a Grammy
0:43 Award winning artist song or songwriter
0:46 entrepreneur investor most importantly
0:48 great friend and as he says I'm going to
0:51 quote him he's been through the emerging
0:53 markets journey from the fruit to the
1:10 hello and she said from the fruit to the
1:12 root its from the root to the fruit but
1:17 a Rooter to the tooter wear this to the
1:21 root and moderating this incredible
1:25 session is a global world renowned
1:27 entrepreneur from companies like
1:31 Priceline calm and you bid a new friend
1:33 to emerge but hopefully he'll be a
1:43 longtime friend Jeff Hoffman thank you
1:44 all right
1:47 we are so glad to be here today we are
1:49 gonna talk about entrepreneurship and
1:51 why it's important how we're gonna sit
1:55 you want to sit so I want to start real
1:56 at first by just talking to the audience
1:57 here I've had a chance to visit the
1:59 hundred startups here and a lot of you
2:01 folks that are here we just wanted to
2:03 find what entrepreneurship is before we
2:04 start and the reason that we're here the
2:06 reason that you're here the reason
2:09 emerge America America's exist and it's
2:11 really simple it's because we
2:13 fundamentally believe that entrepreneurs
2:15 are the people that are going to solve
2:17 the world's problems you are the people
2:20 that create change entrepreneurship is
2:23 not a job guys entrepreneurship is a
2:26 mindset it's the mindset of waking up in
2:27 the morning and saying my ideas are
2:30 gonna make somebody's life better that I
2:32 can make change if you think about the
2:34 power in this room right you are the
2:36 army of change in here there's the power
2:38 to bend history right here in this room
2:41 and you got to have the attitude to wake
2:44 up and do that and it's about before we
2:46 jump into this it's about self
2:49 determination entrepreneurship is about
2:52 saying this is the life I have this is
2:54 the life I want and building it why
2:56 would you wait for the future when you
2:58 could create the future the same way you
3:00 created yours so we are here to design
3:02 the future and that's what we're going
3:04 to talk about today there's kind of
3:05 three steps to being a successful
3:09 entrepreneur dream big work hard create
3:11 value start with a big dream work as
3:14 hard as your dream is big and go out and
3:16 create something the world wants and the
3:18 sky's the limit you can lead
3:21 an epic life and speaking of epic life's
3:23 I am humbled and honored to be on this
3:25 stage with you the same in appreciated
3:27 and thank you so much Jeff took time out
3:28 of everything that he had going on to be
3:30 able to come over to emerge and have
3:31 this conversation and more than anything
3:34 just to drop some gems and and some
3:35 jewels on you guys and everything that
3:37 he's been through and find ways on how
3:39 we can help each other to help others to
3:41 that way basically to teach y'all how to
3:45 fish bottom line so what I said Jeff no
3:46 thank you for being a appreciate
3:48 absolutely and I also wanted to start by
3:56 saying cable on my Cuban you guys you
3:58 guys a key hola say go hola kevala
4:01 I shake your loom give a long go wait
4:03 yeah with God all right
4:05 I think the other thing was done de a
4:08 style up a Chonga don't talk about anger
4:11 that's that one later yeah that's that's
4:14 later on tonight yeah so it starts with
4:16 a dream yes we want everybody here to
4:18 live an epic life we want you to use
4:20 your success to make other people's
4:22 lives better but you got to have a dream
4:25 first and when for you when did it
4:26 because I remember when my first dream
4:29 was when did you say to yourself this is
4:31 the life I have but I want something more
4:32 more
4:34 when did you dream start well first of
4:35 all when I talk about dreams I always
4:37 let everybody know why dream when you
4:38 can live it which is what we're talking
4:40 about absolutely believe it in that I
4:42 lived in an apartment building on
4:45 Northwest 7th Street and 49th Avenue off
4:48 of all right back in lock Park and I was
4:50 about five six years old is when I said
4:52 okay this is not what I want in my life
4:54 and let me tell you that I didn't dream
4:56 or I didn't want money all I wanted was
5:00 security stability and protection and
5:03 that's when I created the mind state of
5:05 obviously in order to create those
5:06 things you need some kind of financial
5:09 freedom and that's basically when the
5:11 journey started because at that time I
5:14 had already moved by five years old I
5:16 had more maybe I would say four times at
5:17 that point on my way to move next time
5:20 and it just didn't stop from there so
5:22 the chance that I got want to be able to
5:23 invest myself
5:25 get you made that Quran so let's be rare
5:29 so when we when we made the chance a
5:32 I invested into myself and that's one of
5:33 the biggest things guys when it comes to
5:35 entrepreneurship it's all about helping
5:36 others it's all about creating an
5:39 amazing team but it's also about taking
5:40 that risk and investing in yourself when
5:42 people don't believe in you and and
5:45 listening to your guts I always say this
5:47 it may sound crazy but it's a truth you
5:49 got to think like an [ __ ] and listen
5:52 to your gut you know it's not be an
5:54 [ __ ] but listen yeah so it's because
5:57 I think gut when you talk about follow
5:59 your gut your gut instinct I think your
6:01 gut needs a new marketing manager and
6:03 here's well yeah yeah you tell people I
6:05 just follow my gut they think you're
6:07 being a responsible and the truth is
6:09 your gut is should be here's what it
6:10 should be renamed it should be called
6:13 your fast intelligence your gut is the
6:15 sum total of every mistake you've ever
6:17 made and everything you've ever done
6:19 right so when your gut is telling you to
6:21 go forward listen to it agree knows man
6:24 it's connected to your heart 150% and we
6:25 all know what happens when your [ __ ]
6:26 doesn't listen to your gut you [ __ ] on
6:32 yourself so listen to your gut I like
6:34 that one what is it fast you're fast
6:35 intelligent past until it's your gut
6:38 knows and you guys we want all of you
6:40 when you have that dream when you listen
6:42 to your gut because and I'm gonna ask
6:44 you this again in a minute what happens
6:46 most times when you guys have a big
6:47 dream is the world laughs at you no one
6:50 believes you if you back then told
6:52 people you were gonna be mr. worldwide
6:53 today Yeah right
6:54 Yeah right who's gonna who's gonna
6:55 believe that yeah I mean we'll just
6:57 think about it I got in the rap game and
7:00 the first person that gave me a deal was
7:02 Luther Campbell from 2 Live Crew but
7:03 imagine how I got laughed at trying to
7:05 be a Miami boy again in the game light
7:07 skin blue eyes Cuban they're like yeah
7:10 right so not only did we get in the game
7:12 we created our own lane created our own
7:13 game and that's one of the biggest
7:15 things about being an entrepreneur it's
7:16 finding and learning from everybody else
7:18 on what they're doing the negatives and
7:20 the positives and create your own lane
7:22 so therefore anytime you come across
7:24 opportunities you guys have the leverage
7:27 in that deal I was saying that to be
7:28 honest with you look I've been in the
7:29 game 20 years now
7:32 and this is my first year completely
7:34 independent and that's what we've worked
7:38 for thank you that's that's in fact it
7:40 is what it's all about and I like that
7:42 you said it before because it's not
7:43 really let me tell you guys some
7:45 people that focus on money don't achieve
7:47 success I agree in fact you know what I
7:49 always tell people don't chase money
7:52 chase excellence okay if excellence
7:54 money follows excellence
7:56 he created excellence which is why he
7:58 got money everybody focused on money
8:00 they they're never gonna get there for
8:01 me it was the same thing you said I grew
8:04 up in a small desert town single mom no
8:06 money and I wanted to see the world how
8:07 you gonna see the world without a dime
8:08 no one's gonna pay you to see the world
8:10 so like you said you create your own
8:13 lane right I went out in fact I had my
8:14 first company I went out and created
8:16 when you guys go to an airport and you
8:18 check in have you ever used a kiosk that
8:19 you check in and get a boarding pass I
8:22 actually invented those when I was 27
8:22 years old
8:25 thanks patented dos sold them all over
8:26 the world
8:29 I got a chance I wasn't focused on money
8:30 I was focused on freedom and my dream of
8:32 seeing the world so I wound up getting
8:35 and I've been to 94 countries now but
8:37 the crazy part is like you I get paid to
8:37 do it
8:40 so what we want you guys to do is chase
8:43 your dream go do that but connect it to
8:44 the things that you care about the
8:47 passions that you have I agree and what
8:50 he's saying is bottom line you know you
8:52 make the money don't let the money make
8:54 you and a lot of people think that one
8:57 way or another money is gonna be some
8:59 kind of magical solution believe me it's
9:02 not if you were an [ __ ] without money
9:03 you're just gonna be a bigger [ __ ]
9:06 with money it's all about being humble
9:08 it's all about wanting to give back it's
9:10 all about won in the help and I have
9:12 these three steps of success I was just
9:14 talking about them in the other room and
9:16 you start with succeed succeed is to
9:18 make it everybody says it's the easy
9:20 part it's the easiest part but it's not
9:23 easy okay success is the second part
9:25 which is maintain it that's the tough
9:27 part and once you understand how to do
9:29 all that then you become successful right
9:30 right
9:32 but in those three words if you look at
9:36 them they all have the word suck because
9:39 the more you grow the more they suck all
9:40 right you got two managers that suck
9:42 agents that suck lawyers that suck
9:44 friends and families that come out the
9:46 Woodward's that suck you know I was like
9:48 man so when you understand how to handle
9:50 all of that then you can embody what it
9:53 is truly to be successful so don't think
9:54 that anything that comes with success
9:56 and wanting to grow and investing in
9:57 yourself and becoming an
9:59 preneur is easy it's not that's why you
10:01 got to love the journey not the money
10:03 yeah I gotta love the journey I
10:06 absolutely agree as a matter of fact one
10:07 of the most valuable things I've learned
10:10 you know we were blessed enough to be
10:11 part of to create some multi-billion
10:13 dollar companies you know our big one
10:14 was well you guys know it as booking.com
10:17 it's priceline.com but I was part of a
10:19 number of multi-billion dollar companies
10:20 and here's the biggest thing I learned
10:24 success is not a destination it's a
10:26 platform that enables you to finally do
10:28 something that really matters right I
10:30 thought it was all about success one day
10:32 they say hey you made it you're done I
10:34 said are you done we just started this
10:36 puts you in a position to do the things
10:37 that really matter and you can't lose
10:39 sight of that ever and you can't do it
10:41 alone I'd love to hear you talk about
10:43 how you started to build a team around
10:45 you when you realize I can't achieve
10:47 this dream without a team and how'd you
10:51 find one I think that was that was and
10:53 that is the hardest part of becoming
10:55 successful I want to say to team
10:56 pit-boss out here today I want to say
10:57 thank you to you guys because without
10:59 you guys there's no way we'd be able to
11:00 be on the stage
11:02 there's no way as a movement there's no
11:03 way a revolution there's no way we'd be
11:05 able to touch people to where we do we
11:08 all have the same vision we trade
11:10 thoughts and we come up with goals and
11:14 we execute now it was real it's funny
11:15 how you can cut fat quick when you meet
11:18 people so I met certain people and
11:19 obviously you tell them you know there's
11:21 no I in team and one person told me you
11:22 know a couple people told me oh but
11:24 there's an M&A II I was like okay great
11:28 I know I'm not working with you right
11:31 with the team is a lot of responsibility
11:34 you have to lead by example but more
11:36 than anything they don't work for me I
11:38 don't work for them we work together
11:41 we're all leaders okay we delegate to
11:43 each other and we love to bounce ideas
11:45 off of each other now if you want to run
11:46 a dictatorship that's a whole different story
11:47 story
11:49 and believe me you what's gonna happen
11:51 is your team's gonna turn on you when
11:53 you have a circle that is all about the
11:55 same goal and focused on that that's
11:58 when you're able to achieve now with
12:00 what we've got going on we're at a point
12:02 where we want to take the brand to a
12:04 conglomerate at this point so that's the
12:05 goal between the team all right guys
12:06 from here this is what we're going and
12:08 so we're gonna do how do we utilize what
12:10 we got going on music being the driving
12:13 factor and in a business mind you
12:14 remember we've been growing in a
12:15 shrinking business music business been
12:18 getting hit but we've been growing 20
12:20 years in the game thank God for that and
12:22 things to the fans for that yeah you
12:27 know what they do but with that said yes
12:31 a great team is a pivotal point in asset
12:33 and a monument to factor on what you got
12:36 going on and let me tell you they come
12:38 and they go and sometimes it's hard to
12:40 get rid of certain folks but you gotta
12:42 know when to cut in order to grow
12:44 there's some people I'd like to expand
12:48 this is expand right and then you want
12:50 to grow what do I mean by people that
12:52 grow are looking at what's the next
12:54 opportunity how to invest into the next
12:55 thing people had expand get the money
12:56 that they got and they buy a bunch of
12:59 [ __ ] that they don't need you know
13:00 little about this car and about this
13:01 house and about this restaurant I got
13:03 this and I got done and I got this and I
13:03 got that
13:05 all right great what's what's generating
13:07 there what's coming out of that those
13:08 are people that expand you don't need
13:11 that in your life you need to grow you
13:12 know people that stay lean and mean and
13:15 stay focused on what the goals are but
13:15 more than anything
13:17 you guys gotta want the best for each
13:21 other and when in about two seconds let
13:23 me tell you they say money is the root
13:25 of all evil but that's the first place I
13:28 ever seen in god we trust' okay yeah
13:31 ironically huh but let me tell you money
13:34 has a great way on in layman terms
13:37 [ __ ] up teams so just know that
13:40 between you guys money has a great way
13:42 of dividing and conquering as you guys
13:44 become more successful don't ever let
13:45 money be the driving factor like we said
13:48 before enjoy the journey that's the fun
13:50 part yeah and in fact you know people
13:52 always ask is the joy is it about the
13:54 journey or the destination it's not
13:56 about either it's just about the people
13:57 you're traveling with right when you
13:59 were with the right people in life you
14:01 will survive failure and if you are the
14:03 right people and life success is worth
14:05 having it's pretty empty if you're
14:07 celebrating alone in your castle right
14:09 and you annually die like that what you
14:11 said about keeping your team focused
14:12 together two things about that
14:15 first of all in in terms of building the
14:17 team it is the servant leadership model
14:19 right the reason I was successful is
14:21 because I surrounded myself with people
14:22 smarter than me
14:24 and then I took really good care of them
14:25 my job was to take care of the really
14:27 smart people so they never left me and
14:29 that's what caused us to be successful
14:31 there's no way you can do it alone but I
14:33 like another thing that you said I have
14:36 a sign on my door and it says your ideas
14:38 are welcome here but execution is
14:41 worshipped okay it's all about executing
14:44 everybody talks all day people pitch me
14:46 ideas and almost nobody does anything so
14:48 it's all about executing you know talk
14:51 is cheap ideas are great and the vision
14:52 is but you got to get out there and you
14:54 got to make it happen what do you think
14:56 was the key to your success and being
14:58 able to execute your vision and turn it
15:00 into reality well one of the
15:01 neighborhoods that I lived in I've lived
15:03 all over Miami by the way you name it
15:04 from good neighborhoods the bad
15:05 neighborhoods are the worst
15:06 neighborhoods but one of them was
15:09 Lynwood before it was the art mecca it
15:13 was the heroin capital and they always
15:14 said in the neighborhood they say don't
15:16 talk about it be about it don't talk
15:17 about it be about it don't talk about it
15:19 be about it because we are know growing
15:21 up in certain neighborhoods and a lot of
15:22 people like to step in your face they
15:23 say they're gonna do this do that then
15:25 they do a whole lot of nothing well it's
15:26 the same concept like you're talking
15:28 about in business what allowed us to
15:30 grow the way that we grew is because we
15:31 flew under the radar like we still
15:33 continued to fly under the radar well
15:34 everybody else does everything that
15:36 they're doing we go the complete
15:38 opposite way and create something that
15:40 nobody's looking at so it allows us to
15:43 build things without the noise without
15:45 the turbulence without dislikes or the
15:48 hates and especially in the society that
15:49 we're living in right now because social
15:51 media is a bunch of social [ __ ] if
15:54 you ask me and social media is is
15:55 socialized and what reality TV is the
15:59 reality it's [ __ ] and I tell kids
16:01 all the time mind you we got ten schools
16:04 now ten thousand kids with slam and I
16:05 tell them they forget about followers
16:07 and likes always think about and keep
16:09 your people keep yourself around people
16:10 that are leaders in unique like you were
16:13 saying earlier so with that said is on
16:16 the execution part what allowed us to do
16:18 it why because while everybody's over
16:19 here being cool and I tell people this
16:21 all the time there's no future in cool
16:25 that's a trend that's a fad it comes and
16:25 it goes
16:27 just like dope money dope money comes
16:30 quick and leaves quicker okay we're here
16:32 for slow butter four so this is a
16:33 marathon not a sprint
16:36 Paso code to beat talaga
16:39 short stabs long vision and that's what
16:41 we've always implemented across the team
16:43 well I don't let those guys be hot
16:45 let them be that the biggest things in
16:47 the world don't worry about that we're
16:49 gonna creep up on them so it's literally
16:51 the common when I told you I tell the
16:54 story the turtle and the hare it's
16:56 literally what we practice in laymen
16:58 terms I'm gonna get this wrong go to up
17:00 or go to save a lejos not even close
17:03 go double ooh I don't know that one but
17:04 you might not tell me it's the same
17:07 thing it's it's dropped like something I
17:09 need some support out there so I'm
17:14 pretty good give it a shot man go step
17:18 by step we go floor go yeah it is what
17:19 did you do though because you pointed
17:21 this out and you know I'm not in your
17:22 business where I'm on stage in front of
17:23 people every night so it's less obvious
17:26 but even in my world we got haters right
17:28 when you're haters because you succeeded
17:29 and they didn't and they don't hate you
17:31 they hate themselves because you had the
17:33 guts to try and they're still sitting on
17:35 the couch but I want to know you know I
17:38 got I got my ways but how did you handle
17:40 that when the moments when it felt like
17:41 this is never gonna work everyone's
17:44 laughing at you and you're just down how
17:45 do you get through those moments well
17:46 let me tell you I love haters they'll be
17:48 honest with you I showed them nothing
17:50 but love and they're the gasoline to the
17:51 fire they'll be honest with you if
17:54 you're not getting hated on you ain't
17:57 doing [ __ ] right you need people talking
17:59 about you you need people saying I like
18:02 that person because in turn they really
18:05 want to be you like you said they didn't
18:08 have the guts to go out there and do it
18:12 right now in in the music business
18:15 strategically we laid ourself low for
18:17 about three to four years in order to
18:18 get to this independent state that we're
18:20 at right now so a lot of people are
18:22 going oh welp it hasn't really knocked
18:23 another one out the park in the last
18:25 three four years that's what they got
18:28 [ __ ] [ __ ] up that's why this is chess
18:31 not checkers but this is the fun part
18:33 you get a chance to see how the the
18:36 playing field gets leveled out of the
18:37 people you don't need in your life the
18:38 people that were there just for the ride
18:40 and then you go back to your core team
18:43 who you dug it with who you grind with
18:45 who you work hard with and then you
18:49 enjoy the journey the destination by morning
18:49 morning
18:51 people that live with you because you
18:53 know how how hard it was to prove
18:55 everybody wrong my friend there's
18:57 nothing like it there's nothing like
18:58 when people don't believe in you there's
18:59 nothing like when people hate on you
19:01 there's nothing like when people talk
19:03 [ __ ] about you and you prove them wrong
19:05 today I sing mono that means you can
19:07 slap them without touching them and you
19:09 tell them thank you very much I
19:11 appreciate the love they're the first
19:14 ones asking for tickets to the show and
19:16 you give it to them and make sure they
19:19 get free cocktails to guide us in mono
19:23 simply I think that is exactly right
19:25 though you guys know that the best form
19:27 of a revenge is success always go
19:29 leaving and make go lead an amazing life
19:30 and I also agree with you that you never
19:32 lower yourself the other person's level
19:34 give them the tickets even though they
19:36 were non-believers they were the haters
19:37 they never thought you were gonna make
19:38 it and then they're all in line asking
19:40 for tickets but he's right guys give it
19:42 to him anyway because karma is real the
19:44 way you treat people in the world will
19:46 always come back to you so never lower
19:49 yourself to somebody else's level you do
19:50 the right thing and it comes back that
19:53 way you're always always does absolutely
19:56 so I gotta say another thing I and you
19:58 know it's about finding your tribe guys
20:00 when you are around the people that have
20:01 the same vision and share the same love
20:03 and you are with your tribe that's what
20:05 makes everything connect that's what
20:07 makes it all worth doing that's the way
20:08 you and I connected the first time we
20:10 met it's like right there as fur as soon
20:12 as we met we knew we're being each
20:13 other's lives are ever because we have
20:15 that same kind of connection the same
20:18 tribe the same the same vision for the
20:20 way that you operate but I have to say
20:22 this about you I respect you you know I
20:24 admire you but I love you for something
20:27 much bigger and the love is for the way
20:29 you give back the love is Flores of
20:32 cortisone much bigger than your music my
20:36 friend and when you first told me about
20:39 the schools and the way you give back I
20:41 got to tell you guys I know people that
20:44 do one thing put their name on it call
20:46 16 press conferences and they didn't do
20:48 anything this is a man that does
20:50 everything doesn't put his name on it
20:52 doesn't even tell people because he does
20:55 it to help not to get credit for it
20:57 I just want to honor you for that I love
20:59 you for that I'm here today for that
21:02 reason tell tell them tell everybody a
21:03 little bit
21:04 more about what else you got going on in
21:07 that area I mean look the reason that we
21:09 hit the stage and we've been a part of
21:11 emerge from the from the root to the
21:13 fruit or from the Rooter to the tooter
21:17 is it's real simple man
21:19 when I say 3:05 till I died I'm a Miami
21:22 boy Dade County representa I take that
21:22 to heart
21:24 anywhere I go I put Miami on my
21:26 shoulders I put it on my sleeve and I
21:27 got a chip on my shoulder to be honest
21:29 with you because Miami has always been
21:31 underdogs always been slept on always
21:33 been laughed at and all we do is come
21:35 and kick everybody's [ __ ] ass
21:40 and then people still people still don't
21:42 show love which is cool god bless I'm
21:43 cool with that I appreciate that
21:45 whether we did it with um throughout the
21:47 dynasty any time the AP polls will come
21:49 out they still put us number two even on
21:50 the undefeated season cool that's Miami
21:53 [ __ ] no problem the Heat come and do
21:53 what they do
21:55 boom all they're never gonna do it again
21:57 of course you're gonna do it again the
21:59 Marlins come and do it same thing of
22:01 course we're gonna do it again it's all
22:03 about being underdogs and being a Miami
22:05 boy in the music game nobody ever really
22:06 respected what we had going on
22:08 especially with what to Live Crew didn't
22:09 loot the cameraman back a little bit
22:11 loot the camera mind I'm not been the
22:13 best rapper but he was the only one that
22:15 went against the supreme court and
22:17 fought for the First Amendment and won
22:19 so a lot of these rappers wouldn't be
22:21 rapping with a rapping about including
22:22 myself if it wasn't for Luther Campbell
22:24 so his cause was such a higher cause
22:27 that's what makes it real to me so being
22:28 a Miami boy I got to represent that way
22:30 and being a Miami boy that did not
22:32 graduate high school being a Miami boy I
22:34 went to 25 different high schools lived
22:35 all over Miami like I said before good
22:39 bad ugly but to be able to share a stage
22:40 with Jeff and all the amazing things
22:41 that you've pulled off on the tech side
22:44 of things and knowing I just came from a
22:46 room with the mayor of Miami let me tell
22:48 you something jay-z has a great line
22:50 where he says I ain't even supposed to
22:50 be here
22:53 so with that said to be able to be on
22:55 the stage it's an honor to be able to
22:58 spread the knowledge spread the wealth
22:59 and I'm not talking about money-wise
23:02 okay and letting you guys know that
23:05 anything you want to do in your life you
23:07 can do it because if I'm on this stage
23:09 right now I promise you I could do a
23:11 bigger better better stronger but don't
23:13 listen to nobody cut out all the noise
23:17 all the [ __ ] especially social media
23:19 if you read too many of them comments
23:22 you're gonna lose your goddamn mind all
23:24 right it's the truth so I just want to
23:26 tell you to be up here is we're living a
23:28 dream right now we were focused we built
23:30 things and we get a chance to do it with
23:32 great people next to us so for you guys
23:34 I want to say thank you so much we
23:35 appreciate the opportunity and thank you
23:37 so much for someone loved in Miami and
23:38 matter of fact I want to let y'all know
23:40 him you know you got Silicon Valley
23:44 Silicon Alley Silicon paradise well I'm
23:47 what the tech hub for Miami is gonna be
23:49 it's like you know a leader saying 3:05
23:52 right or damn it the 305 so it's three
23:57 Oh F I like Wi-Fi but five so welcome to
24:02 the 305 so we got to wrap this up
24:03 because we want to get to the judging we
24:05 want to see the finalists but I'm gonna
24:07 say the same thing you get they're gonna
24:10 leave you guys with even if nobody in
24:11 the world believes in you but you that
24:12 is enough
24:14 you got to tune it out and you got to
24:17 execute while everybody else talks go
24:19 out and create excellence go out and
24:22 build something go out and create your
24:24 own future the way you did guys it's
24:26 your world we want you to own it thank
24:27 you very much thank you I really
24:29 appreciate you taking the time to come on
