that what type of open relationship he
has. Like he promotes both of the
girls and the girls between them they
don't promote each other. Like Natasha
only promotes her

videos. It's like they hate each other
or something because this younger
model is going to take the place of Get
Fit with Natasha because what's up with

do, and to promote his horrible sugar
diet. just so um just just using a
younger model to promote uh his bad diet
and to promote his himself. And I guess
guess this girl gets like lot of
attention online cuz yeah, she's
beautiful. There's no denial about
that. Um yeah, and that's the use of of
her. Um yeah, as you can see, she
promotes exactly what Durian Rider is
promoting like cycling and running like
in the next 10 years if they they still
work together, she's going to age
rapidly and um yeah, just becoming
fertile and before some Durian Rider
fanboy or fan girl comes to my channel
and to say that I'm envy or
something, my heart is already taken
like I I want the the as for the real
rider. I I don't care he has 10 tricks
or whatever. My heart is already taken.
So yeah, there you have it. Um so yeah,
I I would do the same. Like I would I
would switch out I I would switch out
Natasha cuz yeah, Natasha is is just on
a horrible diet and the damage has been
done already and yeah, she's just going
to age rapidly and do the real just
looking for a replacement. and also to
to promote his diet of like I said with
a younger
model. Dude, zip up that that [ __ ]
thing cuz nobody wants to see that and
nobody wants to be like you. I mean
maybe some some obese dude who who
already it looks like you like this type
of face like this type of sad face like
eyes don't lie man you you keep you keep
pretending how you are happy or
whatever. I I I believe you that after
being with her, you're happy or
whatever, but other than that, you're
you're very miserable. Like, look at

rice is uh rice is super cheap. And

doing this for 10 years, 20 years, how
you're going to look like. And it's and
it won't be just natural aging, man. It
it's going to be like rapid rapid aging.
You know how you know how Asians um age
like really hard? Well, that's not going
yeah, she's just going to turn into a
granny like really fast if she sticks to
it. And if she's not, nobody really
knows what they eat. Like like behind
the camera, they can eat like steaks and
whatever. But yeah, uh anyway, my my uh
thinking is uh
that everybody here in that this
relationship is like an open

Today is another episode of me cooking
rice while we talk about something
important or sometimes not so important.
But today is going to be something
really important. I'm going to be
talking about one meal a day's OMAD
diet. Okay. So, I have my rice
here. Can you guys see? It's I It is
totally possible to eat one meal a
day. Um, but it just takes up too much
volume. I would say if I would if I
would eat my 500 g of minced meat in one
sitting plus six eggs plus a little bit
of parmesano regiano and
um and some heart and liver u like like
just just just small small amount of
small portion of heart and liver cuz I
don't have too much of that in one
sitting dude I could I could work and uh
yeah maybe it would take like a lot of
space and it would not be as comfortable
but yeah I could I would not be hungry
for many hours. I would just just leave
off coconut water and whatever else
liquids. Yeah, but I I would not be
hungry for for many many
hours. I I definitely would not leave
off just water cuz yeah water is not
very hydrating.
can't tilt it too much because it's so
full of you can't leave on one meal of
day if you add rice to it cuz it just
takes up tummy space in your tummy and
um and
yeah it's just space wasted. You should
just fill it up with important stuff
like like raw meat, raw organs, uh raw
eggs, raw bone, raw bone marrow, and uh
a little fluid maybe, but uh yeah, not
too much cuz yeah, that that also takes
up a lot of space, all the liquids. You
should just hydrate after and you're
fine. But I don't know why would you do
just one meal cuz like I said, it's just
not going to be comfortable. So yeah,
you are already debunked. water. I don't
want it to spill. So, um it's very full
of water. By the way, this is a this is
a a part of the rice cooker. It's it has
teflon coating which has u harmful
chemicals and it's just to not stick to
make the rice stick. It's just like a
taffle pen. So yeah, it it's going to
leech already chemicals in his in her
rice on top of the the fact that rice is
already arenic and rice. So I'm putting
it inside the rice
cooking. Okay. So in it goes red. At
least when I used to cook a rice cook
rice, I used to use like a a stainless
steel thing to boil it or whatever. But
yeah, that's not the case for her. Talk
about diet. Whatever. It's horrible
diet. Anyway, so everyone is on a diet.
Okay, whatever you eat, the definition
of diet is what you consume. Okay, so
let's talk about the OMAD diet. One meal
a day
diet. This is a diet where you starve
yourself for the whole No, you're
completely wrong. If I if I would eat
what I eat in a day in one sitting, that
that would not be starvation.
It would be uh painful to eat it at once
and it's not like it takes up much space
but it would it would be just not not
not necessarily painful but it would not
be comfortable for me to eat that much
in one sitting whole day and then you
finally give yourself some food to eat.
Okay. Why do not just some food you if
you give yourself the right food you're
definitely going to be fine. people do
one meal a day is their OMAD diet is
basically because they are starving
themselves because they don't think they
deserve food. Yeah, you are going to
starve like I said if you don't do what
what I said and you're trying to to like
have it cooked maybe some
cooked. If you would have everything
what I said cooked like rare. Yeah, you
would still be
fine. Okay, that's number one. Number
two, they're trying to lose weight. And
they think if I just shorten my window
of eating and I can still eat all my
things, okay, and all these calories.
Yeah, some people do this. Like I agree
with this that some people, let's say
they just have like one one bowl of rice
a day, like in just one sitting, and uh
some meat. And yeah, that's not going to
be good. That's going to be starvation.
is if I eat 10,000 calories in one go,
it's not going to add up. Okay. Number
three, uh they have an eating disorder
and they're trying to control themselves
with something. Yes, exactly. It is
control yourself. If you're trying to
eat in one sitting
everything, it is going to be control
and you should never control yourself.
you should eat uh when you feel like it
and as much as you feel like it and the
right foods. Like don't get fooled by
all these uh chemicals and flavor
enhancers and whatever. Like don't just
go for McDonald's.
Um just so they can have some structure
in their lives. Number three or number
four, I don't know, some other reason,
whatever it is, just trying to lose
weight. And um yeah, I think that's
enough cuz we already know what Durian
Ryder promotes. It just promotes fruit
until 4 and um after that you can have
some starches and keep the oils low
whatever but if you don't have fruit
then have some starches already and um
yeah I think this is enough no need to
make a long video on this and yeah just
wanted to show somebody who like one of
one of their first of all who are their
followers how they make
Honey, Michelle from China. Of course,
she's pretty. She goes on social media.
She gets a lot of attention from men. I
don't know. She already has like a
PayPal there and men uh donate to her
through PayPal. I maybe she will start
an only fans cuz Get Fit with Natasha
has an only fans. Like maybe that's the
big plan after they have like a big
enough fan base. Yeah. And yeah, that's
how she makes her money. Plus, she makes
uh YouTube is not doing too well, but
it's she's not doing bad either. Like in
three months almost having 10,000
subscribers just because she's a hot
girl and yeah, promoting a harmful
diet. Yeah. Um what else can I
say? Yeah. So, so this is how she makes
money. And of course, Durian Ryder
sponsors her, like gives her a space to
live and whatever. Yeah. Good for Durian
Ryder, man.
Um, oh yeah, and um there are the people
that fall for fall for this
diet. I always use this girl cuz at
least she posts sometimes. So, these are
the people that fall for this diet.
By moving more and more your body, you
create a habit and you will inevitably
get by moving more and more you create
more stress and you adapt to the stress
and uh which is definitely going to age
you. But yeah, you adapt to stress. So
you don't get as stressed when you
you're exercising so much. Get fitter.
Get fitter means you just get more
stressed and you adapt to the stress.
Like I said, you just have to commute
everywhere, take your bike everywhere,
do all your errands. Yeah, there's
nothing wrong with with with with riding
a bike, man. Like I I also ride bikes
like before you come here and saying
that, oh, I don't do any exercise. I do.
I I don't even own a car and uh I I ride
my bike everywhere and I I take home my
groceries, big watermelons, coconut
water and raw meat and raw organs on my bike.

On your bike and enjoy the scenery. You
can also go for walks, do hike. Yeah,
you can do whatever. It's it's nothing
wrong with uh with just just going to
the shop with your bike and whatever.
Just just bringing home or going for a
walk in nature. Yeah, this is all cool.
Like I I do this. Okay. King everything
that is
outside. Make the outside your
playground for getting fitter. Yeah,
this is some good advice cuz um cuz you
move and you have some some purpose but
the moment you are forcing yourself to
do like like runs or whatever and you
just force yourself to go to the gym.
So hiking that is the moment when it's
it's just harmful and the moment you you
you believe that a high like a high
sugar diet that this girl promotes and
this girl already does u is going to be
good for you. No, you're just going to
age rapidly like like this
guy like like this is going to be your
face just wrinkled up and the the lips
are like sinking in. The eyes are
already sunk in. Yeah. And uh Yeah. This
