6:40 day ensure that we are able to give
6:42 about 45 to 50 hours at least and

6:48 the second thing is it gives us a better
6:50 lifestyle because it's very clear that
6:52 Saturday Sundays as weekends are the
6:54 time to rest while others are the times
6:56 where we really need to work hard and
6:59 focus and finally it gives a semblance
7:02 of consistency because we are working
7:04 for five days so then we are able to
7:06 give that level of quality and service
7:09 to our clients so I'm sincerely in favor
7:12 of the thought that five days is better
7:14 and finally come someone who wants to
7:17 criticize five-day system and well this
7:18 is tough because you are going to
7:20 challenge an existing system so the

7:36 Millennials may not be able to give long
7:37 period of time and therefore it's

7:50 beg to disagree by saying two things we
7:52 need to plan for the future and the
7:54 Millennials will be the workforce very

7:58 drag them to work for five days or six

8:03 deteriorating effect on their
8:05 concentration on the other hand if we
8:06 give them a clear mindset that work for
8:08 four days and then enjoy for three days
8:11 they may do best in both the
8:12 circumstances and focus for four days
8:15 and enjoy for three days I also feel
8:17 that as Society has been evolving we
8:19 used to have a six day work culture from
8:22 which we moved to five I think time is
8:24 almost ripe for us to take the next leap
8:26 and give greater value to human life and
8:28 balance in our life

9:25 when it comes to certain education

9:40 wise we can evaluate and decide where we
9:42 should go ahead with four days and where
9:44 we can continue with five days
