0:02 If I were starting a brand new digital
0:04 product business today with everything I
0:06 know now, these are eight digital
0:08 products I would seriously consider
0:10 creating this year. I did a lot of
0:12 research and these are products people
0:14 are currently paying for right now.
0:16 Because the truth is, many digital
0:17 product ideas that worked a few years
0:19 ago just aren't hitting the same
0:22 anymore, while others are getting easier
0:23 to sell. I'm including quite a variety
0:25 of niches and product types on this list
0:27 so you can pick and choose what works
0:29 best for you. One type of digital
0:31 product I've always been a big fan of is
0:34 templates and resources that genuinely
0:36 make someone's life or business easier.
0:39 And project management spreadsheets are
0:41 such a good example of this. This shop
0:44 called Hey Morning has truly had such
0:45 incredible growth. They've only had
0:47 their Etsy shop open for about a year
0:50 and a half and they've already generated
0:52 over $255,000
0:55 in revenue mainly from selling Google
0:57 Sheet templates. One of their top
0:59 selling listings is a project management
1:01 spreadsheet. And that single product
1:05 alone makes over $3,000 per month on
1:07 average. And what's really important to
1:09 understand here is why this works so
1:11 well. Project management is a pain point
1:14 for so many people, freelancers, small
1:16 business owners, content creators, and
1:18 even students. People don't want a
1:20 complicated system that's just going to
1:22 take up more of their time. They just
1:24 want something simple, organized, and
1:26 easy to use, which is what these
1:28 spreadsheets offer. I also love that
1:30 they include a demo video on how to use
1:33 it before people buy. I always recommend
1:35 having some sort of walkthrough tutorial
1:37 on how to use your templates because it
1:40 increases the value by so much. Now, if
1:42 project management isn't your thing,
1:44 that's fine because there are many types
1:46 of spreadsheets that work really well,
1:48 which is clearly demonstrated in this
1:51 shop alone, like pricing calculators,
1:52 social media planners, and book
1:55 trackers. And yes, these look quite
1:57 comprehensive and can take time to
1:59 create, but in my opinion, it's worth
2:01 the effort to learn this skill and offer
2:03 a really valuable resource to your
2:06 customers that you can charge more for
2:09 rather than$1 to $2 low value digital
2:11 downloads. I want to be really clear
2:13 that Etsy isn't the only place you can
2:15 sell these digital products. I'm using
2:17 Etsy as an example because it gives us a
2:20 ton of public data to research. You can
2:21 absolutely sell these on your own
2:23 website, and that's something I
2:25 eventually recommend anyway. In fact,
2:27 this shop owner does have their own
2:29 website alongside Etsy because although
2:31 it's a great starting point for
2:33 visibility and validation, having your
2:35 own platform down the road gives you
2:38 more control and a stronger brand.
2:40 Keeping that same template theme going,
2:42 the next digital product I would
2:44 seriously consider creating is ADHD
2:48 focused notion planner templates. This
2:50 shop has now been open for about 3 years
2:53 and they've already generated almost
2:56 $400,000 in revenue selling notion
2:58 templates, which is pretty wild. And
3:00 here's what stood out to me the most.
3:02 They currently have only 16 active
3:05 listings. 16. That's such a good
3:07 reminder that you don't necessarily need
3:09 a massive product catalog to be
3:11 successful when your product is well
3:13 thought out, well positioned, and takes
3:16 some time and skill to produce. Although
3:17 they sell a few different types of
3:19 notion templates, their ADHD focused
3:22 planners are their top performers. Two
3:24 of which are generating over $3,000 per
3:26 month each. And people aren't buying
3:28 these just for their aesthetic. I mean,
3:30 yes, they look really nice, but the
3:32 biggest reason people buy them is
3:34 because they help reduce overwhelm,
3:36 create structure, and make day-to-day
3:39 life or work tasks feel more manageable.
3:41 I've been mentioning Notion a lot lately
3:43 because I personally love using it every
3:44 day. But if you're considering this one
3:46 and you have no experience with Notion,
3:48 I barely did either. When I created my
3:50 first Notion planner, I literally
3:52 watched a bunch of free YouTube
3:54 tutorials and figured it out as I went.
3:56 So, you can do the same thing. This is
3:57 also why I really recommend learning
4:00 this skill if it interests you because
4:02 Notion templates fall into a higher
4:05 value category of digital products in my
4:07 opinion. They're not quick $1 digital
4:09 downloads, which I feel like more people
4:11 are pursuing now because they're just
4:13 easier to create. Depending on how
4:15 detailed your notion planner is, you can
4:18 realistically charge anywhere from 20 to
4:20 $60 and sometimes even more. If you're
4:22 willing to spend a little more time
4:24 creating something more robust like
4:26 this, your products will instantly stand
4:28 out. Whether that's ADHD planners,
4:31 business dashboards, content systems, or
4:33 life planners, this type of digital
4:35 product has so much potential. I really
4:37 wanted to include this next one on the
4:38 list because I know some of you watching
4:41 are genuinely very creative and love
4:43 graphic design, whether that design work
4:46 is complex or very simple. And honestly,
4:48 that was me when I first started. So, my
4:50 next idea for you is PNG bundles. Now, I
4:52 do want to be really clear about one
4:54 thing. I'm personally not a fan of
4:57 encouraging people to create $1 or $2
4:58 digital downloads if you haven't already
5:01 noticed because while they can sell
5:04 really well, you need a lot of volume to
5:06 make them worth your time in my opinion,
5:08 which again is totally doable. It just
5:10 depends on how much time and effort you
5:12 want to put into it. So instead, I did a
5:14 deeper dive into PNG bundles that are
5:17 priced slightly higher than the average
5:18 and are actually performing really well.
5:21 And I found a few really good examples
5:23 that you can take inspiration from, like
5:25 this just one more chapter PNG listing,
5:28 this sarcastic PNG bundle, and a
5:30 Christian SVG and PNG bundle. Even
5:32 though some of these listings go on sale
5:34 from time to time, their original prices
5:37 typically range from $5 to $11 or so.
5:39 You might have also noticed that the
5:41 designs themselves are actually very
5:42 simple to create. Most of them are
5:45 quotes paired with super basic graphics
5:47 or decorative elements that you could
5:49 easily grab from a beginner-friendly
5:51 graphic design platform like KD, who's
5:53 the sponsor of today's video. Now, when
5:55 it comes to creating aesthetically
5:57 pleasing and truly unique designs that
6:00 will stand out, KD is hands down the
6:02 best platform for this. If you've seen
6:04 some of my other videos, you already
6:06 know how much I love KD. Creators are
6:09 using it to make all kinds of custom AI
6:10 digital products, design, branding, [music]
6:11 [music]
6:13 and marketing assets, and even produce
6:15 print on demand products with beautiful
6:17 mock-ups. So, you can use the link below
6:18 to create your account and start
6:20 browsing through all the new features
6:22 they have to offer. There are a few
6:24 different ways you can create your PNG
6:27 bundles, but my favorite way is to use
6:29 KD flows, and I'll actually share my
6:31 template with you below that you can
6:33 access right away and customize it for
6:35 your own designs. And if you want to use
6:37 a different template or start your own
6:40 from scratch, go to templates, scroll
6:43 down to KD flows right over here, and
6:45 click on show all. You can either select
6:47 use template under any of the ones you
6:50 want to customize or simply click on new
6:52 project to start one from scratch. So in
6:55 my example, I'm creating a books and
6:57 coffee themed PNG bundle. I started with
7:00 this artboard where I grabbed this
7:02 beautiful book and flowers graphic from
7:05 KD's illustrations over here which you
7:07 have full access to and I used their
7:09 text feature to add in my quote. Now
7:12 with KD flows, you'll see how easy it is
7:14 to instantly create a variety of designs
7:17 using the original one as inspiration.
7:20 So click on your artboard and select add
7:22 smartboard. And then you're going to
7:24 write out an AI prompt to describe your
7:27 variation. So, for example, create a new
7:30 design inspired by the original
7:31 featuring a different book with
7:34 different flowers and a new coffee and
7:36 books quote. Keep the font and colors
7:38 the same. If you need help improving
7:40 your AI prompt, you could also click on
7:43 enhance prompt and it will generate a
7:45 more descriptive and detailed prompt for
7:47 you. It's just that easy. Now, you have
7:49 access to my template. So, when you
7:51 click on any of these, you'll see the
7:54 actual prompt I used. Feel free to
7:56 change them up, build on them, and
7:58 create multiple variations of these. You
8:00 can sign up for KD using the link in the
8:03 description box below and use code
8:06 Sandra YT for 25% off any plan you
8:08 choose. This applies to the first month
8:10 or the first year if you choose an
8:13 annual plan. Okay, you've probably heard
8:15 of digital courses a thousand times by
8:18 now. And maybe you've also heard of mini
8:20 courses, which usually have one to three
8:22 modules with a few lessons inside each
8:24 one. But the next category I want to
8:26 talk about is what I like to call tiny
8:28 courses. Tiny courses are even more
8:31 focused than mini courses. They usually
8:33 consist of just a few short lessons
8:35 designed to help someone achieve one
8:37 very specific outcome and that's it.
8:39 I'll give you a personal example. I
8:42 recently purchased a tiny course for $27
8:44 and it was only five lessons in total,
8:46 each about 10 to 13 minutes long. So in
8:48 about 1 hour, I had consumed the entire
8:50 thing. The course was all about
8:52 structuring a content calendar with more
8:55 engaging emails. Specifically, how to
8:57 map out all 12 months of the year, where
8:59 to place promotional emails, and how to
9:01 balance those with emails meant to
9:03 connect with my subscribers. There was
9:06 absolutely no fluff or a massive system
9:07 to get through. It focused on solving
9:10 one problem very quickly. And I think
9:11 that's why tiny courses work so well
9:13 right now. Many people just aren't
9:16 looking for a huge all-in-one program
9:17 anymore. They're just too busy for that.
9:19 They have a problem right now and they
9:22 want the fastest, clearest way to solve
9:24 it. This is also such a good option if
9:25 you've ever thought about teaching
9:27 something but felt overwhelmed by the
9:30 idea of creating a full-blown signature
9:32 course with 6 to eight modules and 20
9:34 lessons inside each one. Keep your tiny
9:37 course to about 5 to 10 lessons max with
9:39 each lesson around 3 to 8 minutes. You
9:41 can include one to two resources or
9:42 templates to help your customers
9:44 implement the strategies you're
9:45 teaching. By the way, if you want to
9:47 sell educational digital products, like
9:50 a tiny course or even an ebook or a
9:52 workshop, I put together a 36-page PDF
9:54 guide that's all about how to create a
9:56 digital product people actually want.
9:58 You can grab that for free in the
10:00 description box below. All right, I did
10:02 promise you a variety of niches in this
10:04 video. So, let's shift gears a bit and
10:06 talk about workbooks and trackers
10:08 because these are really underrated in
10:11 my opinion. I came across this gardening
10:13 workbook and tracker bundle from this
10:16 shop. And this one listing alone is
10:18 generating around $400 to $500 per
10:20 month. It's also not an oversaturated
10:22 niche. It's very specific and very
10:24 valuable to the right person. Since
10:26 these products help people actually do
10:29 something like track their progress,
10:31 build better habits, follow a process,
10:33 or stay consistent with a hobby or a
10:35 goal, they'll always be profitable
10:37 products. I actually recently bought the
10:40 Atomic Habits Workbook, even though I
10:42 own the actual book, Atomic Habits, and
10:44 have read it twice. I just loved the
10:47 idea of having a physical workbook and
10:49 tracker to help me break my bad habits
10:51 and hopefully develop better ones. These
10:53 are also not really hard to create, so
10:55 it's a great option for you if you're
10:56 just getting started. You could
10:59 literally create a full workbook or
11:02 tracker bundle using KD or Google Docs,
11:04 export everything as PDFs and sell it as
11:06 a digital bundle. And obviously, this
11:08 doesn't just apply to gardening or
11:10 developing better habits. You could
11:12 easily apply this to so many other
11:14 things that you're actually passionate
11:16 about and are skilled at. Some examples
11:19 are self-worth or self-care workbook
11:21 bundles, preschool activity workbooks,
11:23 and novel writing trackers. The next
11:25 digital product category is especially
11:28 powerful if you're in a service-based or
11:30 professional niche, and it's client
11:32 guide templates. A great example of this
11:34 is a real estate listing and buyer
11:36 presentation bundle from this shop, Real
11:38 Estate Template Co. This one listing
11:41 alone generates over $2,000 per month,
11:42 which is incredible. And what's
11:44 important to understand here is that
11:47 this isn't just a basic PDF that someone
11:49 consumes once and forgets about it. It's
11:51 a complete client guide system that real
11:53 estate agents use directly in their
11:55 business. Inside, it walks clients
11:57 through things like pricing strategies,
11:59 what to expect during the buying or
12:01 selling process, negotiation tips,
12:04 staging advice, and clear step-by-step
12:06 road maps, all in a really polished and
12:08 professional way. So, instead of
12:10 explaining the same things over and over
12:12 again, agents can use this guide to
12:14 educate their clients and set
12:16 expectations. And even though we now
12:17 live in a world where you could
12:19 basically get any information online
12:21 with all the different AI tools popping
12:23 up, that's not why people buy templates
12:25 like this. People buy them because
12:27 they're based on real experience from a
12:29 professional that's simply sharing their
12:31 steps and process. This same concept
12:34 works incredibly well for photographers
12:36 sharing pricing and process guides,
12:38 coaches onboarding new clients,
12:40 consultants explaining their framework
12:42 and deliverables, or freelancers
12:45 outlining timelines and expectations.
12:46 Not to mention, you can charge quite a
12:48 bit for these because of how valuable
12:50 they are. Like this listing, which is
12:53 originally priced at $72. Shifting gears
12:56 once again to a category that I feel is
12:58 quietly becoming more and more appealing
13:00 to both creators and buyers. and that's
13:02 memberships. Now, you might hear the
13:05 word membership and immediately picture
13:07 something overwhelming that includes
13:09 producing daily content, getting on
13:11 constant live calls, and providing
13:13 endless resources. But that's not
13:15 necessarily what people are looking for
13:18 now. Similar to offering tiny courses,
13:20 people are just very busy. They don't
13:22 have time to consume new content and
13:25 resources every week, let alone hop on
13:27 constant coaching calls just to get the
13:29 help they need. What most people do want
13:31 though is ongoing support,
13:33 accountability, and structure without
13:35 feeling the pressure or overwhelm.
13:36 That's why smaller and more focused
13:39 memberships work so well. A membership
13:40 can be as simple as providing new
13:43 monthly templates or resources, a
13:45 library of guides that just grows over
13:47 time, or even a private community where
13:49 people can ask questions and stay
13:51 consistent. The value really comes from
13:52 helping people stay on track with their
13:54 goals. From a creator perspective,
13:57 memberships are also really powerful
13:59 because they create recurring income.
14:01 Instead of constantly starting from zero
14:03 every month, you're building something
14:05 that compounds over time. And from the
14:07 buyer's side, memberships often feel
14:10 like a low pressure way to get ongoing
14:12 help without committing to a big course
14:14 upfront. Now, as an example, I
14:16 personally pay for a membership that
14:19 costs me $97 a month, which gives me
14:21 access to a big library of templates,
14:24 trainings, and resources that may grow
14:26 slightly every month or so. I'm part of
14:27 a private community where I get to
14:29 connect with fellow entrepreneurs and
14:31 ask questions. And there's a monthly Q&A
14:34 call with the creator. That's it. I have
14:36 not had nearly enough time to consume
14:38 even half the actual content in the
14:40 portal. I pay because I love the support
14:42 and accountability it offers. Now, you
14:46 can charge anywhere from $7 to $97 or
14:48 more per month for your membership,
14:50 depending on what the topic is, what
14:52 your members gain access to, and what
14:54 transformation you're helping them
14:56 achieve. So, this next one immediately
14:58 caught my attention while I was doing my
15:00 research, and I'll explain a few reasons
15:03 why. It's Airbnb income and expense
15:06 templates. I came across this shop, and
15:08 I actually had to doublech checkck the
15:10 numbers because they're kind of wild.
15:12 They've only been open for about 3
15:15 years, currently only have 49 active
15:17 listings, sell primarily Google Sheet
15:19 templates, here we go again, and have
15:23 already generated over $1.2 million in
15:26 revenue. Like, what one of their top
15:28 performing listings is this Airbnb
15:30 income and expense spreadsheet. And what
15:32 I love about this example is how
15:34 incredibly specific it is. And honestly,
15:36 it's also just a really pretty
15:38 spreadsheet. They did a phenomenal job.
15:40 But anyway, a generic budget spreadsheet
15:43 alone tends to perform really well. But
15:45 this one is built specifically for
15:48 Airbnb hosts. That niche positioning
15:50 makes this listing stand out so much
15:52 more. Instead of competing with every
15:54 other finance tracker on the internet,
15:56 this template speaks directly to a very
15:58 specific type of business owner with
16:01 very specific needs. Airbnb hosts need
16:03 to track their income, expenses,
16:06 cleaning fees, repairs, occupancy rates,
16:08 and profitability. And having a
16:10 spreadsheet designed exactly for that
16:13 makes it instantly way more valuable. I
16:15 was also personally intrigued by this
16:17 one because my husband and I have a huge
16:20 dream of owning an Airbnb business in
16:22 Florida someday. Wish us luck. I'm
16:24 manifesting this right now and putting
16:25 it out into the universe. But this is
16:28 genuinely the kind of tracker I know we
16:30 would want and need when that time
16:32 comes. You can sign up for KD using the
16:34 link in the description box below and
16:38 use code Sandra YT for 25% off your
16:40 first month or first year depending on
16:41 the plan you choose. And if you're
16:43 thinking of selling educational and
16:46 helpful resources like ebooks,
16:48 templates, mini courses, or workshops,
16:51 you can check out my free 36page PDF
16:53 guide down below on how to create a
16:55 digital product people actually want.
16:57 Head over to this video next where I
16:59 share the mistakes I made selling
