0:02 It's hard to explain how much effort
0:03 I've put into this video. It's not even
0:06 fair to call it a video. It's a course.
0:08 I've hired two full-time employees,
0:10 spent over $10,000 on mentorship and
0:13 coaching, and I've invested $20,000 of
0:15 my own money that has actually gone to
0:17 waste trying out methods for this video
0:19 that I know are bad. And then I've spent another
0:20 another
0:23 $20,000 testing every single one of the
0:24 methods I'm going to be showing you in
0:27 this video. I cannot believe I'm giving
0:28 you what I'm about to give you for free.
0:30 I have sent hundreds of different people
0:32 this course and every single one of them
0:34 has told me that they would pay me
0:35 thousands of dollars for the information
0:37 I'm about to give them. My goal with
0:39 this video is to take you, somebody who
0:42 is either currently reselling, has never
0:44 resold, or is looking to scale their
0:46 reselling business, and literally help
0:50 you grow a zero to over $20,000 a month
0:52 reselling business. This video is going
0:54 to have every single step that you're
0:55 going to need. I have a seven-step
0:57 process that if you just follow these
1:00 steps, you are guaranteed to make money.
1:02 I am so confident that these steps are
1:04 going to work. If you do every single
1:05 thing that I say in this video, if you
1:06 buy from the vendors that I'm going to
1:08 tell you to buy, which by the way, I'm
1:09 going to give you those vendors for
1:10 free. If you list them how I'm going to
1:12 tell you to list them, if you scale like
1:14 how I'm going to tell you to scale, and
1:16 if it doesn't work for you, I will
1:19 literally send you $1,000 cash. And the
1:21 only reason why I'm offering this is
1:23 because I've sent this method to so many
1:25 different people that every single one
1:26 of them has come back and said, "I made
1:28 so much [ __ ] money from this." Like,
1:30 you think I want to give out any more
1:31 charity than I already am? Absolutely
1:34 not. Think of this video as, you know,
1:35 how the vast majority of reselling
1:38 creators are like Costco where they only
1:39 give you free samples and then you
1:40 actually have to go and buy the [ __ ]
1:42 that you actually want. This video is
1:44 like going to Costco and everything that
1:46 you see is free. I'm giving you free
1:49 vendors, free step-by-step methods, free
1:51 coaching, and following up. There is no
1:52 reason why you shouldn't be able to
1:55 create a minimum $20,000 a month, most
1:57 likely even $40,000 a month reselling
1:59 business. How do I know this? I have
2:01 scaled my reselling business to over
2:03 $40,000 a month using this information.
2:05 And what's crazy is that I'm not
2:07 special. I'm just some guy. I'm just
2:09 some dude. Literally, anybody can do
2:11 what I did. The only difference between
2:13 where I'm at compared to where you are
2:15 is the information that I have. And this
2:17 video is going to give you all of that
2:19 information. I want every single person
2:20 watching this video right now to be
2:22 living their dream life. I promise you
2:24 that if you just watch till the end of
2:26 this video, you follow every single one
2:27 of the steps I'm going to show you, you
2:29 will make a [ __ ] ton of money. Before we
2:32 get started, I wrote an entire book
2:33 version of this video. This video is
2:36 just a companion piece for my $1 million
2:38 reselling game plan book, which is a
2:40 step-by-step guide on how to grow a
2:42 sevenfigure reselling business from
2:44 scratch. This guide literally has every
2:46 single free vendor. It has tons of
2:48 step-by-step formulas. How to list
2:50 products, how to phrase listing
2:52 products, how to deal with customers,
2:53 how to provide a good customer
2:55 experience, how to get repeat clients so
2:56 you don't have to keep finding new
2:57 people, but you can just find a couple
2:59 of people to service because one person
3:02 worth $2,000 is way better than 10
3:04 people worth $200. How to find clients
3:06 like that and how to scale up and how to
3:08 even grow a team around your reselling
3:10 business. The $1 million reselling game
3:12 plan comes with all of that and more.
3:14 There's a ton of golden goodies inside
3:16 of the game plan that I did not include
3:17 in this video. Which, by the way, fun
3:19 fact, the game plan is available in the
3:21 description for 100% free. You can
3:23 literally just go to it. I've spent
3:24 hundreds of hours writing it and
3:26 proofreading it. I literally got a
3:28 professional bookw writer to proofread
3:30 it and to actually format it nicely so
3:32 it looks clean. There is not a single
3:34 better book on reselling on the
3:35 internet. Trust me, I looked at all of
3:37 them. I bought a ton of courses. I made
3:39 the best one. and I'm giving it to you
3:40 for free. It's available in the
3:41 description, 100% free. On top of that,
3:43 while you're in the description, if you
3:45 already have a reselling business, check
3:47 out the million-doll reselling roadmap.
3:49 So, basically how this works is it's a
3:51 small questionnaire that once you fill
3:53 it out, it literally will take you like
3:55 30 seconds. After you fill it out,
3:57 you'll get an automated email basically
3:58 saying what I would recommend your next
4:01 steps are to either start or scale your
4:02 reselling business. So, if you're having
4:04 problems with stuff like customer
4:06 service and chargebacks or if you're
4:08 having issues with like listing products
4:10 that aren't getting any views, we have a
4:11 ton of really, really good reviews. You
4:13 can see this guy right here said the
4:14 guide is fire. He's never seen anything
4:16 like it. This guy up here said that it
4:18 was great and he even posted on his
4:20 Reddit just to help because the amount
4:22 of free game that I've given people.
4:23 That's also going to be available in the
4:26 description for 100% free. But in order
4:28 to make this video properly, I got to
4:30 change up this set. First off, I want to
4:33 talk about maybe the biggest issue that
4:35 I see people reselling. First off, let's
4:38 even define what reselling is. Reselling
4:40 is just taking somebody who, I don't
4:42 know, let's call him John. John here
4:44 wants an AirPod, but he doesn't want to
4:47 pay the $150 for one. So, what we do is
4:49 we tell you, "Hey, John, we have a
4:51 different supplier where we can get
4:53 AirPods for cheaper. So, I'm going to
4:55 give you an AirPod for $60 or whatever."
4:58 And what we do is that we're over here.
5:00 We got our resellers hat on. You can see
5:02 right here it says R. We actually are
5:06 buying these for 25 bucks. We sell them
5:08 to John and from that we make a profit
5:12 using some basic math of $35. So what we
5:14 do is that we use this to fund the next
5:17 unit to then sell it for another 60
5:19 which then we use it to buy the next two
5:21 units and the cycle repeats. This is
5:23 what reselling is. It's just getting
5:25 normal products that people get a lot
5:27 having one to one versions of them which
5:29 are literally like made across the
5:32 street from the real factories and they
5:34 work the exact same. They act the exact
5:35 same. Like I said, I'm going to be
5:37 giving you 100% free reselling vendors
5:38 in a second. But like this pair of
5:41 AirPods here, for example, I paid 25
5:42 bucks for these. These are AirPod Pros.
5:44 They have noise cancellation. The
5:45 microphone is just as good. They have
5:48 spatial sound and they connect to your
5:49 phone like you would expect the real
5:51 ones to. And they like have the same
5:53 like tap tiles and you can like scroll
5:55 up. And what's even crazier is they have
5:57 a working Apple Care serial code. Like
5:58 there's literally no difference. And you
6:01 could do this with AirPod 4s as well. If
6:02 you don't have a lot of money to get
6:03 started reselling, uh the number one
6:05 product I would recommend is AirPod 4s,
6:07 but I'll talk about why in a second. But
6:10 a lot of people ask in this transaction,
6:13 should we tell John that this is a real
6:15 or fake? Which one should we do? The
6:18 answer, [ __ ] fake. I have never sold
6:21 a fake as a real. So, the reason why you
6:24 should never ever sell a fake, because
6:25 that's what these are. They act the
6:27 exact same as the real ones. They look
6:29 the exact same. And I know that a lot of
6:30 people are going to say like, "But I've
6:33 never been able to sell a a fake as a
6:34 real." Well, you were thinking about
6:36 going and buying those AirPods that I
6:37 just showed you, right? You know, I
6:39 showed you how they have all the same
6:40 features, that they look the exact same
6:42 on the box. Don't you think that if you
6:43 just showed somebody that that they
6:45 wouldn't be okay with this? Which, by
6:48 the way, is it illegal to sell fakes?
6:49 No. As long as you're selling them as a
6:51 fake. The problem is is when you commit
6:53 blatant copyright theft. If you're not
6:56 doing that, then aka selling a fake as a
6:58 real, then you're fine because Teimu
6:59 does this [ __ ] all the time. You ever
7:01 notice how they call it wireless
7:03 earbuds, but it looks exactly like an
7:05 AirPod? They do it with Yeezys, too. You
7:07 can go on Teimu right now, look up
7:09 Yeezys, and you will find sandals that
7:12 look exactly like Yeezys. And they get
7:13 away with it. There's no class action
7:15 lawsuits there. there's no felonies
7:17 being issued. The problem is is when you
7:20 deliberately sell reals as fakes. That's
7:22 the issue. The issue is not selling a
7:23 fake as a fake. It's not how copyright
7:25 infringement works. So, now that we've
7:27 clearly outlined the terms here and what
7:29 your goal as a reseller should be, which
7:31 is to make a [ __ ] ton of money, because
7:33 double XX margins on a physical product
7:35 like this are [ __ ] crazy. As somebody
7:37 who has been in the ecom world, a
7:39 traditional profit margin for a normal
7:41 like e-commercebased business, like even
7:43 if you're selling physical products
7:44 based on like eBay, I've done stuff like
7:47 estate sales before and so I know quite
7:48 a bit about this industry. A typical
7:51 profit margin is like 10%. Like 10% is
7:52 actually killer. Like that's like good
7:54 good. For reference, your local grocery
7:56 store gets a 2% profit margin. Walmart
7:58 gets a 2% profit margin. Target gets a 2
8:00 to 3%. So the fact that with reselling
8:04 you can get like 135% profit. $35 is
8:06 like 135% profit out of 25, I think. I
8:08 don't know. But this is killer. You're
8:11 literally making over 13 times as much
8:12 as you would in the traditional ecom
8:14 world. That's why, in my opinion,
8:16 reselling is the best business for
8:19 beginners because it's first off going
8:21 to have the easiest sell. Second off,
8:23 it's the easiest to set up. Provided
8:24 that you watch this whole video, you're
8:25 going to know exactly how to do it. And
8:27 then finally, number three, the profit
8:29 is huge. Even if you just sell one,
8:31 that's 35 bucks. That's like 35 things
8:32 you can buy from the dollar store.
8:34 That's freaking killer. Now that we've
8:36 defined if you should be selling a fake
8:39 as a real, which by the way, in my book,
8:41 The Million-Dollar Reselling Game Plan,
8:43 uh I talk about more specifically on how
8:46 to uh sort of inform customers that
8:48 you're selling fakes and how to make
8:49 sure that they're okay with it. Like the
8:51 specific strategies that we use
8:53 internally to make that work and that a
8:54 lot of people that I've sent the
8:56 strategies to have made it work. Again,
8:58 this is available in the description for
8:59 100% free. You don't even have to put
9:01 your your email to go get it. It's 100%
9:02 free. You can literally just go to the
9:04 description and it's right there. Let's
9:06 talk about the first step of reselling
9:07 in the sevenstep game plan. This is step
9:10 number one. First step is to get a
9:13 product. This is when 90% of you are
9:15 going to take no action. Alexi talks
9:17 about this a lot. Mindset is nothing
9:19 over action because action is what
9:22 actually pushes the leverage. Action is
9:25 what actually creates businesses. It's
9:28 what creates money. It's action. It's
9:29 not thinking about action like you're
9:30 doing with this video. You're just
9:32 sitting there mentally jacking off right
9:34 now. You [ __ ] spo. Yeah, I'm gonna
9:37 make 40k. There's tons of studies out
9:39 there that have shown that the
9:41 satisfaction of thinking about doing
9:44 something is pretty close to the same of
9:44 actually doing it. So, you could
9:46 daydream about being a billionaire or
9:48 making 40 grand a month from reselling
9:49 and retiring your family and giving
9:51 yourself financial and location freedom.
9:52 That's something you can sit here and
9:54 daydream about and you will get a
9:56 similar dopamine response compared to if
9:57 you actually did it. The difference
9:59 between not doing it and actually doing
10:01 it is that from not doing it, you get
10:03 zero [ __ ] benefit. So, our biggest
10:05 step, if you don't do this step, you
10:07 might as well just press control W and
10:08 never watch another video of mine again
10:10 cuz you're a waste of time. Like I said
10:12 before, if you do every single step that
10:13 I said in this video and it does not
10:14 work, and if you actually do it and you
10:16 provide me proof, I will send you $1,000
10:18 cash. I know for a fact it works. I am
10:21 100% positive that reselling is a killer
10:23 business model. Your first step is to
10:25 get a product. And you want to know
10:26 what's great about this step is that I
10:28 have already taken out 99% of the
10:29 resistance for you because in the
10:34 description I have 100% free vendors.
10:36 100% free. You can go to the description
10:38 right now and get every single one of
10:41 these vendors right here. So, North Face
10:44 jackets, denim Terrace, shirts, pants,
10:46 and hoodies, all different kinds of
10:47 cologne. I have Chanel here as an
10:49 example, but including Dior Savage,
10:52 including Creed, AirPod Maxes wrapped in
10:54 a box with the correct seals and working
10:57 Apple Care Tags, Spider hoodies, and
10:59 then finally also the AirPod Pro 2Os and
11:02 the AirPod 4s. You can get all of that
11:03 with the spreadsheet in the description
11:05 for free. You can get all that in the
11:07 description. Now, obviously, you have to
11:09 go and buy the product, right? Again,
11:13 those AirPod 4s are like 15 bucks. 15
11:16 bucks for noise cancellation, spatial
11:18 sound, and every single other feature.
11:20 And it hooks up to your phone. The phone
11:21 will recognize it. The phone will have
11:23 like this little message box here that
11:26 says like AirPods 100% charged. It like
11:28 even has the little like AirPod popup.
11:30 All of that for 15 bucks. That's your
11:31 AirPod 4s. You can get the spider
11:35 hoodies, forget this, 45 bucks. You can
11:38 get the denim tears with all the
11:41 flowers. I'm so awful at drawing. for 20
11:43 bucks. You can even get the AirPod
11:45 Maxes, which by the way, these are a
11:47 killer seller right now. If you have the
11:49 money for these, I'd highly recommend
11:51 them for a h 100red bucks. The real ones
11:54 cost 500 and they work the exact same.
11:57 All of these, they look the exact same.
11:59 Nobody can tell the difference and
12:00 nobody is going to have an issue buying
12:03 these. I also have even crazier vendors
12:04 in there for free. I have iPhone
12:06 vendors, which by the way, that one's
12:09 only $300. iPhone 14 Pro Max, I have
12:11 that vendor. I have an Apple Watch. I'm
12:14 g draw a little apple. This is only 40
12:16 bucks with all of these different
12:17 products in the description. And I'm not
12:19 even including my colog. All of that
12:21 100% free. You can go buy them right
12:23 now. And if you just don't go buy a
12:26 product, every piece of the value that I
12:28 am giving you in this goddamn video
12:30 means nothing. You have wasted your
12:31 time. You might as well have just been
12:33 jerking off because that's basically
12:34 equivalent of what you're doing. You
12:36 were just doing mental masturbation. If
12:38 you are not willing to take action, if
12:39 you're not willing to do the things to
12:41 make yourself the money, literally all
12:43 of this for free. You know, people
12:45 normally charge you 50, I've even seen
12:47 some people charging $70 for these
12:49 vendors individually because of how good
12:51 they are. Nobody is giving out the kind
12:52 of game that I'm giving right now.
12:54 Nobody. Cuz nobody actually wants to see
12:56 you succeed. Everybody wants to see you
12:58 struggle and then give up and then go
12:59 buy their course or whatever. I am not
13:01 like that. I literally told you if you
13:03 do all the steps that I told you in this
13:05 video, word for word, all of them, and
13:07 you don't make money, I'll send you
13:09 $1,000. And I'm so confident giving that
13:11 offer because I know for a fact that if
13:13 you do these steps, if you buy these
13:14 products and if you list them the way
13:15 that I'm going to tell you to list them,
13:17 you will make money, guaranteed. Now, in
13:19 order to get these products, you have to
13:20 join my Discord. Inside of my Discord,
13:22 it's a nice little community. I have a
13:23 ton of like different vouches for the
13:25 reselling vendor spreadsheet. I've also
13:26 been running live events inside of there
13:28 where I review your reselling business
13:30 as well as providing other support. I'm
13:32 pretty active in the chat. There's a ton
13:34 of other resellers as well that are also
13:35 very active. Uh keep in mind if you're
13:37 going to join the Discord, there's a lot
13:38 of like scamming bots. If you get like a
13:40 DM about somebody, check out my free
13:43 vendors or here's my exclusive vendor
13:45 list or like a drop shipping something.
13:47 Just ignore it. And while you're at it,
13:48 just report it to Discord's Trust and
13:49 Safety because they're just trying to
13:51 scam you. I don't know why people would
13:52 try to sell you vendors inside of my
13:54 Discord when it's a Discord full of free
13:56 vendors. It's kind of confusing. Or if
13:58 anybody sends you a free vendor, most of
13:59 the time they're just sending you like
14:00 their own scam site where they're just
14:02 going to take your $40 that you paid for
14:04 Dead and Tears instead of using my $20
14:06 link, which is significantly better
14:07 quality. I mean, check this thing out.
14:09 It actually looks really, really good.
14:10 This looks exactly like the real one.
14:12 I'm actually so confident in the quality
14:13 of this, I'm going to put this on for
14:14 the rest of the video just so you guys
14:16 can sit there and judge me. See, look.
14:18 It looks great. It looks killer. Looks
14:19 just like a real one. I paid 20 bucks
14:21 for this. I could sell it to somebody
14:24 for at a minimum $80 as a fake and they
14:26 would have no problem with this and I'm
14:28 getting a 4x markup. This is this is
14:30 insane. And what's crazy is because of
14:31 how good the shirt is, I'm going to get
14:33 reoccurring clients, which is actually
14:34 part of step six, but we'll get into
14:36 that. Again, if you don't do step one,
14:38 which is get a product, I would
14:40 recommend getting at least three
14:42 different products. And I would also
14:44 recommend bulk ordering. So, a lot of
14:45 these products, the AirPods, for
14:47 example, like just the the normal
14:50 AirPods, just the normal AirPod Pros,
14:52 we'll make a little pro here. These are
14:54 $25. If you buy five of them, that price
14:56 goes down to 19, which makes you an
14:58 additional $6 per unit. Meaning that
15:00 you're literally making like 3x per sale
15:02 because you could sell these easily for
15:03 60 bucks, maybe even 80, which by the
15:06 way, 60 is like low low. Like if you're
15:08 trying to compete on price, $60 is like
15:09 the lowest that you should be going and
15:12 you're still making 3x margins, but you
15:13 would make a little bit less if you only
15:15 bought one. So that's why I'd recommend
15:16 buying at least five of the products and
15:18 getting some of that bulk discount. The
15:20 AirPod Max one is crazy. If you buy five
15:23 of them, you get them for only 75 each,
15:25 which is crazy. Spiders, you get them
15:27 for if you buy, I think it's 12, you get
15:29 them for 30. People buy their vendor
15:31 links from this site called DHGate. A
15:33 lot of people say that DHGate is a scam.
15:35 These are just other scammers who
15:37 promote these [ __ ] agents like Panda,
15:39 which turn out to be exit scams. Even
15:41 though DHGate is the
15:43 longestrunnbased basically Amazon
15:45 provider, they've literally been in the
15:47 business for well over a decade, lasted
15:49 longer than any of these other agents
15:51 and have exclusive products that none of
15:52 the other agents have. And you're not
15:54 buying from some sketchy site. DHGate
15:56 does billions of dollars every single
15:58 day. They're basically China's Amazon.
16:00 And what's even crazier is you can get a
16:01 30-day return. So, if you don't like any
16:03 of the products, you can return them to
16:05 DHGate within 30 days if you send it
16:06 back. I have a full video explaining
16:08 exactly how to buy from DHGate. That
16:10 video is inside of my Discord. It's
16:12 about 12 minutes long. It'll give you
16:14 literally the exact rundown. I actually
16:16 go through and I make an entire purchase
16:17 with you. And I tell you everything that
16:18 you should be doing. I tell you how to
16:20 put in your address, right? I tell you
16:22 how to use coupon codes to get really
16:24 good discounts. All of that is included
16:25 in one video, which that video is also
16:27 inside of the Discord. So, you have any
16:28 questions about buying from DHGate, that
16:30 video will answer every single question.
16:31 But I would highly recommend getting
16:33 these bulk discounts. Amazon has no bulk
16:35 discount like this. Take advantage of
16:38 these bulk discounts and get at least 15
16:41 products. I think 15 products is a good
16:42 starting point because that's going to
16:43 have you put some real skin in the game
16:44 and it's going to want to make you move
16:46 inventory. What I see happen a lot is
16:48 that people will buy one product like
16:51 they'll buy an AirPod 4 for 15 bucks and
16:52 then they'll never sell it because they
16:54 get lazy. But if you put in a couple
16:56 hundred bucks and that's like a lot of
16:58 money to you, that'll make you have a
16:59 lot of skin in the game. Therefore,
17:01 you're going to be more incentivized to
17:02 actually continue the process and sell
17:04 them because I don't see any benefit if
17:06 you just sit there and hold the product.
17:08 I only see benefit if you guys go and
17:10 sell them. Like I said, action over
17:12 mindset. If you're not going into the
17:13 description and checking out the free
17:16 spreadsheet vendors and at least getting
17:19 a pair of AirPods, which are 15 bucks,
17:20 you were going to spend that on Chipotle
17:23 today. 15 bucks. Or a spider, which by
17:24 the way, you could just wear the spider
17:25 around if you want to. You could just
17:27 use the AirPods. They work just like the
17:28 real ones. if they don't sell, which I
17:30 know they will, which if you listen to
17:32 section three will explain exactly how
17:34 to list and sell products, but like
17:36 there is literally no way to lose
17:38 because again, if the product comes out
17:40 bad for some reason, even though I
17:41 literally have had thousands of reviews
17:43 inside of my Discord, thousands of
17:44 people post about their success stories
17:46 inside the Discord, inside of the wins
17:48 channel. I have a full tab on the
17:50 spreadsheet dedicated to vouchers of
17:51 people winning with AirPods, getting
17:53 them to sell literally next day, and
17:54 they were only scared about shipping
17:56 them out. people who sold an iPhone
17:58 within their first week of buying it.
18:00 Like, I have had people make crazy
18:02 life-changing money repeatedly, hundreds
18:04 of different times across thousands of
18:05 different people. You can be from any
18:07 country, any state, any age, does not
18:09 matter. I've had 12-year-olds move 10
18:11 AirPods a week. That's how easy this
18:13 game is. Anybody can get into it if you
18:15 just get started. Like I said, action is
18:17 everything. Mindset is nothing. If you
18:19 watch this video and you're not buying a
18:21 product right now, you have wasted your
18:23 time. just go into your corner and jerk
18:24 off and be sad that you're going to be
18:25 broke for the rest of your life because
18:27 this is the easiest way of making money
18:28 that you're gonna find. I give you
18:30 everything for free. There's no reason
18:31 why you shouldn't get started. With that
18:33 all being said, let's move on to step
18:35 two, which is preparing your listings.
18:37 All right, bro. It's time for probably
18:39 the most important step of this video.
18:41 This is the step that has cost me the
18:43 most money to learn, right? because of
18:45 the amount of time and the amount of
18:47 people I've had to hire to truly figure
18:51 this out. And that is step two, setting
18:55 up accounts. This part is unbelievably
18:56 important. If you don't do this part,
18:57 you're not going to be able to sell
18:59 [ __ ] It's the reality of it. And I'm
19:01 going to preface this by saying it's
19:02 going to require a little bit of work.
19:05 If you get scared at the idea of doing
19:08 work, okay, go be broke. Like, you have
19:09 to put in work. You have to put in hard
19:11 work. There is no easy way. You have to
19:13 put in hard work. I'm giving you the
19:15 step by step, but keep in mind this is
19:17 going to require some effort. Not like,
19:19 you know, thousands of hours. I mean, it
19:21 cost me thousands of hours to learn, but
19:22 it's going to take some work. It's going
19:24 to take some real effort putting. And
19:26 there's no cheap out method for this.
19:28 You can't buy accounts. You can't age an
19:30 account. That's not how this works. You
19:32 have to set up your accounts. If you
19:33 don't set up your accounts, your
19:34 listings are going to get banned. The
19:36 most important thing to do when it comes
19:40 to this is to create an account and sell
19:43 at least three to five different
19:46 products before you start your reselling
19:48 stuff. So, let's do eBay for example,
19:50 but this works for every single listing
19:52 app, which by the way, you should be
19:53 making accounts for every single one,
19:55 which is in order eBay, Facebook,
19:59 Marketplace, Offer Up, Vinted, Mancari,
20:02 Depop. These are the six. And in order
20:05 for you to be a true reseller, I would
20:08 recommend having accounts in all six and
20:10 listing every single one of your
20:11 products that you buy, which by the way,
20:13 you should have already bought some
20:15 products at this point on every single
20:16 one of these marketplace sites. There
20:18 should not be a single stone unturned in
20:20 your efforts. You need to hit all of
20:22 them. Every single one. This is
20:25 important because you never know if the
20:26 algorithm gods might bless you on one or
20:29 another. It's impossible just to focus
20:31 on just one. And I would recommend
20:32 selling on every single one. And what's
20:34 nice is that not a single one of these
20:36 requires you to meet up with anybody if
20:37 you don't want to. Facebook Marketplace,
20:40 you can send eBay, send, offer up, send.
20:41 I've never done a meetup. It's not
20:43 necessary. It makes good content, but
20:45 realistically, if you're looking to
20:46 scale your reselling game, it's way
20:48 easier to ship out products than to
20:51 spend all day driving around town. So, I
20:52 would recommend listing on every single
20:54 one of them. And the way to create
20:56 accounts properly on every single one of
20:58 them is that you have to sell at least
21:00 three to five products on all of these
21:02 that are not reselling products. This is
21:04 the only way to correctly set up an
21:06 account. And step two, the most
21:08 important part, if you're creating
21:10 multiple different accounts, different
21:14 bank accounts per account. That means
21:16 not for different platforms. Like if
21:18 you're on eBay except eBay and Facebook
21:19 Marketplace, you have to have different
21:20 bank accounts for these because Facebook
21:22 Marketplace works directly with eBay.
21:24 There is a golden tidbit that cost me
21:26 $2,000. But if you're creating, which
21:28 you should be, probably at least two to
21:30 three different accounts on each
21:31 platform just to start where you're
21:32 selling three to five different products
21:34 that are just normal looking products.
21:35 So like you could sell electronics
21:37 around your family's house. You could
21:39 sell old shoes that you have. If you
21:41 just go around your house right now, I'm
21:42 sure you could find at least three to
21:44 five things to sell that are not, you
21:46 know, reselling items in any way or just
21:47 three to five different products. And
21:49 you can do that for every single one of
21:51 these, which at a minimum should be 18
21:54 different products cuz it's 6 * 6 * 3 is
21:55 18. I'm sure you can find 18 different
21:57 products. If you can't find 18 different
21:59 products, go to a thrift store and go
22:00 buy some products and then just sell
22:02 them on there. And you have to have
22:03 different bank accounts per each
22:05 account. So, I'd say probably two
22:07 accounts. Generally, if let's say you
22:09 get banned on eBay, which is bound to
22:11 happen, um or you get banned on Facebook
22:12 Marketplace, when you create a new
22:14 account and you start the warm-up
22:16 process, you have to set up a brand new
22:18 checking account under that account. The
22:20 name doesn't matter. The social security
22:21 number doesn't matter. Like stuff like
22:23 that doesn't matter. What matters is a
22:25 different routing number and account
22:27 number. This is how you get around the
22:28 like perma bands that people talk about
22:30 is that if you just have a different
22:32 bank account, then there's no way to get
22:34 essentially perma banned because the
22:36 algorithms only look at your routing
22:37 numbers and your account numbers and not
22:39 your actual names. This is a huge piece
22:40 of sauce. I just taught you a huge
22:42 thing. I've gotten banned several
22:44 different times on eBay and Stripe, too.
22:45 I come back every single time cuz I come
22:47 back with a different bank. My name's
22:48 not banned. My name will never be
22:50 banned. The bank account underneath it
22:52 will get banned. Um, an easy bank that I
22:53 found that you can use just to create
22:54 multiple different accounts easily is
22:57 called Mercury. Um, there was that, if
22:58 you remember that FinTank bank collapse
23:00 that happened. Uh, they were close to
23:02 this, so I wouldn't recommend storing a
23:04 lot of money with them, but Mercury
23:06 makes it really really easy easy to
23:07 create new checking accounts. Uh, they
23:09 it costs nothing to start and you don't
23:11 need an EIN. You can just use your
23:12 social security number. Just stick your
23:14 social security number inside of here.
23:15 There's no age limit either, so you can
23:17 be like 12 and do this. And then just
23:18 create a new checking account anytime
23:20 that you need to make a new account. And
23:21 then just the only thing that those
23:23 checking accounts do is daily. They just
23:24 take whatever money they have and they
23:26 just stick it in your personal checking
23:27 account. So that's how to set up
23:29 accounts is that you have to sell
23:30 products on each new account that you
23:32 have. The products don't matter. They
23:33 just can't be reselling products. They
23:35 have to be like random fresh products.
23:37 And maybe if you can get a review, that
23:39 would be nice. I'll talk about customer
23:40 service a little bit later, but if you
23:41 could get a review, that would be good.
23:43 And you have to have different bank
23:45 accounts per each on each platform. The
23:47 only platforms where you have to have
23:48 different bank accounts between each
23:50 platforms are eBay and Facebook
23:51 Marketplace because Facebook Marketplace
23:53 works directly with eBay. So, I would
23:54 recommend having two separate bank
23:55 accounts for eBay and Facebook
23:57 Marketplace, but then you could just use
23:58 one of them for the rest of the sites
24:00 here and then when you get banned on one
24:01 of the sites, just create a new account
24:04 to then avoid getting banned again, like
24:06 instantly. This is how to get around the
24:08 Insta ban thing. And this is how you can
24:10 set up an account that can sell hundreds
24:12 if not thousands of products before
24:14 getting any kind of [ __ ] This is the
24:16 steps. I just gave you a how much money
24:17 did it cost me to learn all this? Like
24:19 an $8,000 trade secret for free. All
24:21 right, now we're moving on to step
24:24 three, which is listing your products.
24:26 There's a way to do this, and you have
24:29 to do this the right way. The first step
24:33 in order to do this is good pictures.
24:35 This matters. Take some nice [ __ ]
24:38 pictures of the products. Like, have a
24:39 contrasting background. So, if you're
24:41 taking a picture of an AirPods, take a
24:43 picture of the AirPods on a black
24:45 background. like my black curtain for
24:46 example. This is a photography curtain.
24:48 That's part of the reason why I use it.
24:50 Use a nice camera. Your phone will work
24:52 fine, but I've paid thousands of dollars
24:54 for these cameras because I want to make
24:57 sure that my content, which doesn't just
24:58 include listing pictures, but also
24:59 includes like this content for you all,
25:01 looks as good as possible. Gives me a
25:03 professional aura. It makes me look
25:06 real. Good pictures. And this is a
25:07 golden tidbit that you're never going to
25:11 see another reselling video. And video.
25:12 Oh my god, the amount of people that
25:13 I've sat down and talked to that are
25:15 like, "Dude, my listing is getting
25:17 views, but it's getting no sales." And
25:19 then I'm like, "Okay, did you take a
25:21 video of the product and how it looks
25:22 and how it works?" And they're like,
25:24 "No." I'm like, "Well, there you go,
25:27 dumbass. That was your problem. Take a
25:28 nice video of the product actually
25:30 working." And if you really want to go
25:33 for gold, show the listing in the
25:34 background of the video. So, I'll do
25:36 this with my laptop, for example. I'll
25:38 have like, let's say I have eBay on my
25:40 laptop that shows the product listing
25:42 that I'm about to do. I then take out my
25:44 phone, right? Like this. And then I show
25:46 them the product. So I show them the
25:48 product listing and then I say the date.
25:50 Like I go this far. This is how you make
25:52 a lot of sales. And only then I'll
25:54 actually pull out the AirPods and show
25:55 them how they work. So like this is
25:57 another pair of fake AirPods. I use this
25:58 one all the time. This is how they look.
26:00 Again, if you haven't bought one yet,
26:01 we're going to have issues. I'm going to
26:02 have a problem with you. I talk about
26:03 this a little bit more in the
26:05 million-dollar reselling game plan
26:06 because I think that this is super
26:08 important. It's about showing your
26:11 customers the product. It's about
26:13 showing your customers how the product
26:15 looks, feels, and acts so they know
26:17 they're not getting [ __ ] So they know
26:19 that they're not getting an inferior
26:20 product, but they're actually just
26:21 getting the same for cheaper. It should
26:24 be a no-brainer that people go and buy
26:26 your stuff. Like it should be without
26:28 reason that somebody wouldn't want to
26:30 get yours compared to going to apple.com
26:31 and getting the real one. There should
26:33 be no question like it should be set in
26:35 stone. It should be carved on the Mount
26:38 Olympus how good your [ __ ] is. Also,
26:40 step two, write nice descriptions. Just
26:42 like write a nice little description. Uh
26:44 there's a way to do this that I have
26:46 noticed works the best uh just in terms
26:47 of like marketplace compliance and stuff
26:49 like that. Um in the again
26:51 million-dollar reselling game plan, uh I
26:53 have a bunch of examples that I would
26:55 recommend using for a bunch of different
26:56 products and not just AirPods, but like
26:58 clothing too and how I would phrase it
26:59 and all that fun stuff. I would
27:00 recommend just copying and pasting
27:02 those. That works well. So, this is
27:04 actually step three to four. I'm I'm
27:06 just going to bundle the steps in here.
27:07 Again, the book goes into more detail,
27:09 but it's I'm I'm just going to bundle
27:10 the steps for the sake of saving you
27:12 time. Let's talk about like actually the
27:14 process of listing it. So, what do you
27:15 say it is? And by the way, this applies
27:18 for every marketplace app. So, every app
27:19 every app should follow these
27:20 principles. I don't care if it's offer
27:23 at Mari or Deepop or whatever. Buy now.
27:25 Always list it as buy now. No auctions,
27:28 nothing. Just buy now. Also with that
27:31 offer a best offer but inside of eBay
27:33 only allow it to be less than 20%. So
27:36 the deal is is that generically I like
27:38 to provide free shipping right but I
27:41 have a motto internally with um my my
27:43 partners which is uh don't negotiate
27:44 with terrorists specifically price
27:46 terrorists. So a lot of people like to
27:48 haggle price u my deal is that if we
27:50 give you a discount on price no free
27:53 shipping or I make shipping cheaper. So
27:54 I also include free shipping. So, we can
27:58 do 3A uh free fast shipping, which the
27:59 nice thing about those free vendors I
28:00 gave you, by the way, is all of them
28:02 usually have under two week delivery
28:04 times, but I like to offer free fast
28:06 shipping. So, I like to do 2 three day
28:08 express delivery, which on an AirPod, a
28:10 label for that is going to run you like
28:11 five bucks. And the review that you're
28:12 going to get from the customer being
28:14 like, "Oh my god, these AirPods look so
28:16 good, and I got them so quick is well
28:19 worth the $2 or $3 extra that a cheaper
28:21 Express label would have cost." But if
28:22 I'm just trying to move inventory and
28:24 I'm just being kind of lazy and I'm
28:26 like, "All right, a guy offered me I I
28:28 had this AirPod listed at 60. He offered
28:30 me 50." I won't just accept the offer at
28:32 50, me accepting that offer has to be
28:34 contingent on him not getting a part of
28:36 it. Okay, I'm not going to give you fast
28:38 shipping then. I'm going to do two week
28:39 shipping. And you're going to find most
28:41 of the time that people who are trying
28:42 to be price terrorists will cave
28:44 instantly when it comes to 2 weeks and
28:45 they'll just be like, "All right, I'll
28:47 do the normal pricing." And then you'll
28:49 end up making more money. But if you're
28:50 just trying to do a fast sale, that's a
28:52 method to do it. But never let somebody
28:53 walk over you because if you let them
28:54 walk over you once, they're going to do
28:56 that forever. So if like they say like,
28:58 "I just can't afford it or whatever."
28:59 And if they're really stingent about it,
29:01 cutting out a part of the deal that you
29:02 would normally offer to somebody who
29:05 pays in full, that's just a good strap.
29:07 Okay. Also, this is this is another
29:08 thing that I probably should have
29:09 included in step two. Uh in terms of
29:11 actually listing what your products are,
29:14 list them as zero lbs and zero ounces.
29:15 Uh don't tell eBay or Facebook or
29:18 whatever like how much it weighs. Also,
29:21 USPS. Use USPS, specifically First
29:23 Class. This is the best shipping. Uh,
29:24 don't use any other carrier other than
29:26 USPS. They're just the best, most
29:28 consistent, most reliable. And also,
29:30 they need a search warrant to break into
29:32 your packages. There's a $5,000 mistake,
29:35 not using uh USPS. Some more money that
29:38 I spent to learn that. Step five, boost
29:41 listings. So, on the million-dollar
29:43 reselling road map, a common question
29:45 that we get, people say that they list,
29:47 but they're either having problems
29:48 getting banned from marketplace apps,
29:49 which we solve, or they haven't got
29:51 anyone to order yet. Doing the nice
29:52 pictures and the nice video that we
29:54 talked about as a way to fix that, but
29:55 another big way to fix that is just
29:58 boosting your listing. So, nobody does
30:00 this. I don't know why. on eBay and
30:03 Facebook, you can like set aside a
30:05 percentage of the listing. Like I think
30:08 it's up to 30% that Facebook will spend
30:11 on ads for you to then sell it. So
30:12 again, this is the price terrorist
30:15 thing. Uh if you're taking a 30% cut,
30:16 don't give them as good of shipping,
30:18 right? But like nobody ever does this
30:20 and I don't know why. Like this is a
30:22 killer way just to have Facebook and
30:25 eBay give you a bunch of customers. And
30:28 yeah, it costs money, but so you got to
30:29 spend money to make money. And that 30%
30:31 would have been nothing. Like, let's say
30:33 you did everything else right. And you
30:34 didn't do this 30% thing. Maybe that's
30:35 the thing that finally gets somebody to
30:37 buy is seeing it's sponsored from
30:39 Facebook. Hard to say. But again, price
30:40 terrorist thing. We don't negotiate with
30:42 price terrorists. So, this is when they
30:44 get the two week shipping instead of the
30:45 two-day shipping. And we can tell them
30:47 after they buy it, hey, if you buy
30:49 directly from our store next time, we'll
30:51 give you two today instead. Um, also
30:53 another thing in boosting listings,
30:56 nobody talks about this one, reviews on
30:58 your pages. Getting a bunch of four to
31:00 five star reviews is killer. So,
31:03 something I like to do is I'll print out
31:05 little cards and I'll send them in every
31:07 single one of my packages or I'll write
31:08 them like a little handwritten note on
31:10 the back of the receipt cuz like I'll
31:12 print out a physical copy of the receipt
31:14 that eBay gives me and then I'll put
31:16 that in the package with them and then
31:18 on the back say like, "Oh, thank you so
31:19 much for buying from us. We're a small
31:21 business. If you could give us a quick
31:23 four to five star rating that we would
31:25 really appreciate it on these sites,
31:27 terms of service, marketplace apps, you
31:29 can't solicit reviews. So, that's
31:31 actually a way to get instant banned.
31:34 Uh, don't do this. I tried doing this.
31:35 Don't tell them like, "Oh, if you give
31:37 us a four to five star review, we'll
31:39 give you uh a free 4-day shipping."
31:41 Don't tell them that. And also, in that
31:42 little card that I'll send them, I'll
31:44 include a QR code that will redirect
31:46 them just directly to like my page where
31:48 they can instantly leave a review. Just
31:50 doing small stuff like that is going to
31:52 give you a ton of reviews on your
31:54 account. And what I've noticed is that
31:55 when you get accounts that start to have
31:57 like a 100 plus reviews, which this is
31:59 going to take, you know, you a couple
32:00 months. This is going to take a while.
32:01 This is going to take some work. This
32:03 this probably means that if you're doing
32:06 this card system that I just explained,
32:09 uh it's probably going to be about 500
32:13 orders, 500 plus orders for 400, four to
32:15 five stars. And what I've noticed is
32:17 that this is when we start talking about
32:20 20 $30,000 a month eBay accounts is when
32:22 you start getting this big chunk of
32:24 reviews because people really care about
32:26 reviews these days. They will notice
32:28 them and they will pay attention to them
32:30 and they will like look at them and read
32:33 them. And if your reviews suck or and if
32:35 people say that like, "Oh, he said it
32:37 was a real AirPod and it wasn't." And
32:38 then they give you a one star, you're
32:40 [ __ ] That account's over. This is
32:42 another reason why I say to sell fakes
32:44 as fake because people know what they're
32:46 getting into. This is a killer way to
32:48 make a ton of money. It's focusing on
32:50 eBay reviews. It's going to cost you a
32:52 bit of effort in the short term. Like
32:53 asking people for reviews is going to
32:55 make you feel uncomfortable. But you'll
32:57 notice that if generally speaking in
32:58 business, if you just ask people to do
32:59 things, a lot of the times they'll do
33:01 them. And this is a thing that is going
33:02 to massively benefit your business. So
33:05 just keep that in mind. Um, another part
33:06 about boosting your listings that I'm
33:08 not going to include in this video, but
33:09 I'm going to include in the
33:11 million-dollar reselling game plan,
33:13 which by the way, this is for free, is
33:15 customer service. So, it's how to deal
33:17 with shitty customers. And it also
33:19 includes a voice recording of my
33:21 favorite ever shitty customer ever.
33:22 Yeah, it's pretty funny. He said he was
33:24 going to [ __ ] my dog and [ __ ] my mom and
33:26 then put my nut sack in my dad's mouth,
33:29 which is wild. But in terms of customer
33:31 service, there's a reason why they say
33:35 the customer is always right. The reason
33:37 why the customer is always right, even
33:39 it doesn't matter how [ __ ] annoying
33:40 they are, the customer is always right
33:42 because they're the ones with money and
33:44 the money is our objective. So, if we
33:46 get their money and we make a ton of
33:47 money off of them, at the end of the
33:50 day, who's laughing, right? And in the
33:52 uh customer service section, I talk a
33:54 lot about how to deal with chargebacks.
33:56 So, an easy way to deal with chargebacks
33:58 is if you're doing like meet us with
34:00 Facebook, uh, just offer payment
34:02 processing methods that you can't charge
34:04 back from. So, stuff like crypto, cash
34:06 app, cash app is a huge one. PayPal,
34:08 friends and family, Skril is another
34:10 good one. But also, another thing to
34:11 mention about customer service, and I'll
34:13 just include the small snippet. I I have
34:16 a lot more uh game plan actually how I
34:18 turned that guy who left me a shitty
34:19 review into a positive testimonial
34:21 later. I have that included in there as
34:24 well. But something else to mention is
34:27 if somebody asks for a refund, give it.
34:29 I know this is hard. It's the hardest
34:31 thing in the world to give a refund
34:32 because it's money that's going out of
34:34 your bank account that you just got. And
34:37 there's a level of pride and that gets
34:39 hurt and our ego gets crushed when we
34:41 refund somebody because it does [ __ ]
34:44 hurt. It hurts the bottom line. It hurts
34:46 your soul. It sucks to give refunds. Do
34:48 them. Every time somebody asks for one,
34:51 do them. No questions asked. Just don't
34:52 say [ __ ] like, "Oh, it's our refund
34:54 policy. Like, we can't do that." Don't
34:56 do that because if somebody requests a
34:58 refund through one of these marketplace
34:59 apps, they're going to get it.
35:02 Chargebacks represent 2% of all of my
35:04 orders, and that's considered a pretty
35:05 good rate. A lot of e-commerce
35:07 businesses operate at 3 to 4%
35:09 chargeback. They operate at a huge
35:12 chargeback loss, and there's no way to
35:14 get around it. It is a cost to business.
35:15 It's a tax write-off. Fun fact, get
35:17 giving out a refund is a tax write-off.
35:19 and any expenses that that refund costs
35:20 like sending them back. And another nice
35:22 thing about the marketplace apps is that
35:24 they will print labels for you for free
35:26 at the customer's dime. So even though
35:28 they're getting a refund, they will send
35:29 you the product back. So this is another
35:31 reason why I don't like uh anything else
35:33 but marketplace apps is because you're
35:35 not building this review base. You you
35:36 can't build this review base if you're
35:40 just doing in-person meetups. But also,
35:42 if somebody wants a refund, they can't
35:44 spread bad word of mouth if you just
35:46 give it to them and then you get your
35:48 product back. Bad word of mouth kills
35:49 businesses. I've had people say like,
35:51 "My eBay account was doing great and
35:53 then it just died overnight or it died
35:55 progressively slowly." What happened
35:56 there is that you started getting one
35:58 bad review and then people looked at the
35:59 bad review and we're like, "Eh, I don't
36:01 like that." And you got the bad review
36:02 because you didn't give a refund. Yet,
36:04 if somebody asks for a refund, you have
36:05 to give it to them. Advantage of keeping
36:07 the money is nothing compared to the
36:10 disadvantage of having a bad customer. A
36:12 person who does not like your business
36:15 will give you. Always give refunds. it's
36:16 just going to be better in the long
36:18 term. All right, we're gonna talk about
36:19 the step that's going to be
36:21 controversial. A lot of people are going
36:22 to be controversial with this step, but
36:24 if you're really looking to scale a
36:26 reselling business, it's kind of the
36:28 best way to do it. Not literally, but
36:30 it's the best way to do it for somebody
36:32 who has already been reselling for a
36:34 while, you can't do this if you haven't.
36:37 It's literally not possible. So, this
36:40 section is only for people who are 20K a
36:41 month and up. If you're not, I'd
36:43 recommend just skipping this cuz this is
36:44 going to give you ideas that you should
36:46 not be having. Only if you're 20K and
36:48 more. If you're more than 20K, watch
36:50 this section. If you're not, I'd
36:51 recommend just skipping it. For step
36:55 six, building a social brand. So, this
36:58 will take up the form on either IG, so
37:02 Instagram, Discord, telly, YouTube, Tik
37:04 Tok. So, I talk about this a little bit
37:07 more in the book. So, if you want more
37:09 golden tidbits about this in the book,
37:10 then I'd recommend just going to the
37:11 book cuz I'm going to keep this section
37:14 light. But building a following, even a
37:16 really small one on these socials, will
37:18 provide you an infinite source of
37:20 customers. If you say something to the
37:22 tune on TikTok of like, I'm selling
37:24 these AirPods, just make a video about
37:26 it. And then you list your eBay listing
37:29 in the bio. So in your bio, you just
37:31 have your eBay page. You're going to get
37:33 a ton of free impressions that these
37:35 marketplace apps will not give you. Or,
37:36 you know, your manari page or your
37:38 offerup page or your depot page. You're
37:41 going to get more impressions this way
37:42 than you would from those sites
37:44 originally. And what you can even do
37:46 from there is start your own store. So
37:47 start your own store where you're
37:49 selling people directly, where you're
37:51 using, again, I talk about this more in
37:53 the book, where you're using like Apple
37:54 Pay and you're talking to people
37:56 one-on-one and directly sending to them.
37:58 This avoids marketplace app fees. Uh I'm
38:01 actually building a small private
38:03 network of people who are looking to do
38:05 this specifically building a social
38:07 brand around their reselling business.
38:09 Again, it's only for resellers doing
38:11 minimum 10 20k a month in reselling. If
38:12 that's something that's interesting to
38:14 you, I have limited applications.
38:16 There's a place to apply in the
38:17 description. Keep in mind, I'm only
38:20 doing this for people who are above 20K.
38:21 I literally make you provide income
38:22 proof because there's no other way to do
38:25 it because part of the appeal of this is
38:26 that you're providing proof that you
38:29 know you know how to do it. But like
38:31 this is a way that you can build a lot
38:34 of impressions really really quickly and
38:37 scale up your operation even more out of
38:40 the confines of these marketplace apps.
38:42 It's something from in my opinion is
38:44 only something that advanced resellers
38:46 should be doing. It's not something that
38:47 beginners should be doing. Beginners
38:49 should be focusing on the basics. I feel
38:51 like a lot of people in business um and
38:52 I'm guilty of this have shiny object
38:55 syndrome where they're like oh this like
38:57 cool thing like I can start doing this
38:58 and then if I start doing this like I
39:00 can build this wing when it's completely
39:02 unnecessary and if you just focused on
39:03 the thing that you're already good at
39:05 you just make more money. Like if you
39:07 just sold 10 times the amount of
39:09 products you'd make 10 times the money.
39:11 If you had 10 times the eBay accounts
39:13 you make 10 times the money. Like just
39:15 focusing on stuff like that is 99% of
39:17 the time better. But this is for the
39:19 edge case where you've kind of hit the
39:20 limit, even though there is no real
39:22 limit, but you've kind of hit the limit
39:25 and you want to move away from being a
39:26 beginner, which there's nothing wrong
39:27 with being a beginner, and start to get
39:29 a little bit more advanced. This is how
39:30 you do that. I'm going to erase this
39:33 really quickly because I don't want
39:35 people who aren't ready for it to be
39:36 thinking about it. The place to apply
39:38 for that is going to be on the book.
39:39 Again, don't apply for it if you don't
39:41 meet the qualifications. I'm just going
39:43 to ignore you. Also, if you fill out the
39:45 million-dollar reselling road map and if
39:47 you say in here that you're making 10K
39:48 per month, you'll get an email that'll
39:50 say like, oh, like here's the place to
39:52 apply. Um, also, if you're watching
39:54 along and if you've already started
39:56 reselling and you have like specific
39:58 questions cuz now we're back to the
39:59 chunk of the video that you should be
40:00 watching. If you watch step six and
40:01 you're not making more than 10k bone
40:03 through reselling, I'm going to kick
40:04 you. And if there's any like specific
40:06 problems that you have with reselling,
40:07 such as you've listed products, you
40:09 haven't got anybody to order, you're
40:11 looking to scale, like stuff like that,
40:13 the million-dollar reselling road map,
40:14 it's just a simple questionnaire. It'll
40:16 take you 30 seconds. After you fill it
40:18 out, you'll get an automated email and
40:19 we can go forward from there and see how
40:20 we can help you. Let's talk about step
40:22 seven, which this is the step that if
40:23 you're going to be re-watching this
40:25 video and you're going to be coming back
40:26 cuz this video should be seen as a
40:28 resource. Put a lot of [ __ ] work into
40:29 this video for you guys to make it as
40:31 simple as possible. The original script
40:32 I wrote for this video was 20 pages.
40:34 compress it down to five. A lot of work.
40:36 If you haven't bought a product yet and
40:37 you haven't started reselling yet, you
40:39 should have pressed control W a long
40:41 time ago because you're wasting my time.
40:44 Step seven, scaling up. So, at this
40:46 point, you have made more than 5K
40:49 reselling. If you haven't made this, go
40:50 back to listing. But if you're at this
40:52 point, we can talk about some specific
40:55 strategies to go from 5K to 40K per
40:58 month. So, one strat is to hire staff.
40:59 It's not something I've had to do, but
41:02 I've seen people do it. staff and
41:04 warehouse. So, if you're at a point
41:06 where you're inside of your house and
41:07 you just don't have the space anymore,
41:09 you can go to U-Haul and you get a
41:10 storage unit and then you can even hire
41:13 somebody part-time to package and list
41:15 orders for you. It's very, very easy to
41:17 teach staff how to do this. I actually
41:19 have a full-time virtual assistant that
41:22 handles uh creating new eBay accounts,
41:24 um listing and selling them, and also
41:25 handles all my customer service and
41:27 stuff like that. Um, so a staff for a
41:29 virtual assistant that I hire them for
41:31 the Philippines. I hire them from
41:33 upwork.com and I just train them on how
41:35 to work on eBay and how to do all that
41:38 and they automated a lot of that part of
41:39 the business for me. So all I have to
41:40 focus on doing is just shipping out
41:42 products. I've even seen people hire
41:44 people to just ship out products and
41:46 also they'll do like big massive bulk
41:48 orders and then they'll hire people to
41:50 like list all of those and then send
41:52 them out individually. So staff and
41:54 warehousing. That's a way that you can
41:57 scale to 40k per month is actually like
41:59 building a real like shipping eBay
42:02 business. Number two, new products. So
42:04 maybe you've been doing AirPods for a
42:05 while and you feel that the market's
42:07 kind of dead. Try cologne. That's one of
42:08 the great things about reselling is that
42:10 there's so many different products that
42:13 you can try. Inside of the uh again, I
42:14 sound like a broken record. Inside of
42:16 the million-dollar reselling game plan,
42:18 I actually have um ways to get access to
42:20 some exclusive products that aren't on
42:23 the spreadsheet. So such as like Legos
42:25 and Mosai watches and stuff like that.
42:27 Uh kind of un and video games kind of
42:29 like really untapped markets that
42:30 nobody's really talked about yet. Uh
42:32 there's ways to get that inside of the
42:33 million-dollar game plan if that's
42:34 something that's interesting to you. So
42:36 new products like stuff that people
42:38 aren't normally doing. Uh so a lot of
42:39 people do AirPods and they do them
42:40 because they work and they're going to
42:42 work forever. A lot of people do spider
42:43 cuz it does work and they work forever.
42:45 A lot of people do denim tears cuz it's
42:46 going to work and it's going to work
42:48 forever. Northace is a really good one.
42:50 Jordans, Rolexes, stuff like that. just
42:52 trying new things. The biggest piece of
42:54 advice that I would give with this new
42:56 product is there is no such thing as a
42:58 dead product. So, if you feel that
43:00 you've exhausted all your AirPod
43:02 options, I promise you, you haven't. If
43:04 you feel like a product isn't getting
43:05 any sales or it's not getting enough
43:07 sales, like I said, list it on every
43:09 single marketplace app using the account
43:11 setup strategies that I have given you.
43:13 And then if it doesn't get any like
43:15 hearts or if you have nobody like
43:18 interested in like listing it, go ahead
43:20 and take it down, change the title, and
43:22 then relist it again with new videos and
43:24 new pictures. That's important. And if
43:26 you do that five times with your first
43:28 product and every single marketplace
43:29 app, like you've already like
43:31 historically grown the account by
43:33 selling at least three to five products
43:35 on that account that aren't reselling
43:36 related. That's when you get that
43:38 thousand reward that I talked about.
43:41 Again, new pictures five different times
43:43 across every single marketplace app and
43:45 every single one of them has been warmed
43:47 up correctly in step two. But trying out
43:49 new products is a way to scale up
43:50 because stuff like Mosanite, you can
43:54 sell that for 2 to 5K a pop and you can
43:56 get it from a super clone vendor for
43:59 about $5 to $900, which you know selling
44:02 30 compared to 300 AirPods that you
44:03 would have to get for that profit margin
44:05 is obviously going to be a lot easier.
44:07 It's easier to sell to 30 rich people
44:09 than 300 poor people. Or actually, in
44:11 this case, 3,000 poor people instead of
44:12 30 rich people. It's just something to
44:13 think about. And with that all being
44:16 said, friends, that's the course. There
44:19 is no stone unturned. I've given you
44:21 everything. I've given you every single
44:22 golden tibbit. Anything I didn't talk
44:24 about in this video is included in the
44:25 game plan. Again, I would recommend
44:27 reading it because there's a lot of game
44:29 in there about stuff like customer
44:30 service, about how to distinguish your
44:32 own listings, about how to beat out
44:34 competition. I would highly recommend
44:35 checking that all out. My voice is about
44:37 to give out. I've been talking for the
44:40 past hour and a half. I am extremely
44:41 proud of this. This is the video that
44:43 I've made that I think I'm the most
44:45 proud of. It's definitely the video I've
44:47 put the most work into and I've put
44:49 hundreds if not thousands of hours into
44:51 this video. There's so much knowledge
44:53 that I just gave you. There's so much
44:55 game. Again, if you haven't bought a
44:56 [ __ ] product yet, if you haven't at
44:58 least downloaded the million-dollar
44:59 reselling game plan, if you haven't
45:01 joined the Discord, like, what are you
45:02 doing, man? I just gave you everything
45:05 to get rich. Sorry for the weird cut,
45:07 but unfortunately the ending that I
45:08 originally recorded for this course
45:10 while I was first filming it got [ __ ]
45:13 up basically. So, I'm just going to redo
45:16 it for you guys right here. First off,
45:18 before I get into anything else, thank
45:20 you so much for watching this. I know
45:22 because you're the kind of person who
45:24 would sit down and watch an educational
45:26 video like this one. You are somebody
45:28 who is committed to making money. You
45:30 are somebody who is committed to getting
45:32 rich. you are somebody who is committed
45:34 to getting the life that you want
45:35 because the first step is getting the
45:37 information that you've been lacking.
45:39 However, something that I've been saying
45:42 throughout this video a lot is action is
45:44 everything. Mindset is nothing. Now that
45:46 you have the information to be able to
45:48 take action, I've given you every single
45:50 free reselling vendor. I've given you
45:52 exactly how to create marketplace
45:55 accounts so they won't get banned. I've
45:56 shown you how to scale up your reselling
45:59 operation. I've even given you resources
46:01 like the million-dollar reselling game
46:03 plan, which teaches you literally
46:04 everything you need to know about
46:06 reselling in a convenient under 12-page
46:08 document, which is available for free in
46:10 the description. As well as if you're
46:13 having specific issues, the million-doll
46:14 reselling road map, which is just a
46:16 simple quiz that literally takes you 30
46:19 seconds to fill out. And with this, any
46:20 question that you have about reselling
46:22 can get automatically answered. You
46:24 basically just get an email explaining
46:25 what your next steps are if you have
46:27 specific problems. I've also given you
46:30 every single major reselling vendor such
46:32 as the AirPods, AirPod Maxes, Northface,
46:35 Spider, Denim Tears, even Rolexes and
46:38 Cologname watches. There is no reason
46:40 why you shouldn't be able to get
46:41 started. Actually, I could think of one
46:43 reason why you haven't started yet is
46:44 that you're nervous. You have
46:47 reservations. You don't know if this
46:49 reselling thing can actually make money.
46:51 So, I decided to do a favor for you. I
46:53 ran a small poll inside of my Discord
46:55 and I found that literally, and this is
46:59 the exact number, 82% of people who
47:01 bought a reselling product sold it
47:03 within their first week. Meaning that
47:05 they made profit within the first week
47:08 and they have just started to reinvest.
47:10 I found that on average, people who buy
47:13 from my vendors make an additional
47:16 $4,500 from reselling in pure profit.
47:18 And from that poll, I found that the
47:20 biggest things holding people back is
47:23 not lack of clients. It's not an
47:25 inability to sell, but it's just getting
47:27 products fast enough and listing them
47:29 fast enough. That's most people's
47:32 issues, specifically about 76% of
47:33 people. With the knowledge that I have
47:35 given you in this video, there is no
47:36 reason why you shouldn't be able to
47:38 start. I have given you everything for
47:40 free. And if you have any questions, the
47:42 reselling road map is right there. My
47:43 free Discord is available in the
47:45 description. and the reselling game plan
47:48 is available for you to read. Thank you
47:49 so much for watching this video and
47:52 investing in your future. This knowledge
47:55 cost me an insane amount of money and I
47:56 want to put it out in the world because
47:59 I believe that sharing education is the
48:00 right way to go about it. Because I
48:02 believe that telling the world your
48:04 knowledge is the most fulfilling thing
48:05 that you can do. There is nothing that
48:08 makes me happier than seeing somebody be
48:10 able to buy their mom for their birthday
48:12 a nice bag that they were never able to
48:14 do before with reselling. A kid who was
48:16 struggling in school make a ton of money
48:18 and able to move out of their house.
48:20 I've seen people put their down payments
48:22 on their first homes. I've seen people
48:24 just blow it all in Dubai. There is
48:26 literally nothing that makes me happier
48:28 than seeing you guys get rich. That's
48:30 why I put so much work into these videos
48:32 and that's why I am so proud of you for
48:33 watching till the end. Again, everything
48:35 is in the description for 100% free.
48:36 There's no reason why you shouldn't be
48:38 able to get started. And with that all
48:39 being said, thank you so much for
48:41 watching. If you want a full video of me
48:43 reviewing every single reselling vendor
48:44 and ranking them, I have that video
48:46 right here. Thank you so much for
48:47 watching and I hope that you have a good
