0:01 Hey everyone, my name is Tetic Killer
0:03 and I do Peewee spear doning. I've been
0:05 doing four stones in a limited trade
0:06 environment, so I feel moderately
0:08 qualified to talk about safe and secure
0:09 league starters. I'm starting the video
0:10 with the entire list here, so you can
0:12 pause, screenshot, leave, do whatever
0:15 you like. No 10 minutes of BSing, no
0:17 fluff. Let's get into it. Lastly, I said
0:18 that Slam Zurker was the best with
0:20 Volcanic Fiser snaking and Earth
0:22 Shhatter being up for choice. With the
0:23 Volcanic Fiser snaking nerfs, I really
0:24 think that Earth Shhatter is going to be
0:27 the most viable endgame option. Do not
0:29 link auto exertion to rallying cry or
0:31 enduring cry. The rest are fine. I
0:32 personally wouldn't use more than three
0:34 manual war cries. Late game, this build
0:36 can transition into strength stack jug,
0:37 one of the strongest builds in the game.
0:39 For number two, we have cold smite
0:41 slayer. This build was created by Rutu
0:42 and I'll be maintaining it a bit this
0:43 league. Personally, I think that getting
0:45 some block nodes as well as life
0:47 recovery on block on your shield would
0:48 make the build even stronger than it
0:50 already is in late game. For early game,
0:52 you'll still be playing explosive
0:53 concoction. The nerfs mean that the
0:54 skill will not carry you to two stones.
0:56 So you may be forced to form a glove for
0:57 your old quality smite and you will
0:59 likely have to swap sooner than last
1:00 league which will end up being
1:01 uncomfortable if you're unfamiliar with
1:03 the build. Number three, we have
1:04 righteous fire chieftain which has
1:05 slowly crept up to being one of the best
1:07 builds in the game. Although fire trap
1:09 got nerfed last league, this build was
1:11 never meant to be a bosser. Part of the
1:12 reason why I like this build as a
1:13 starter is that later on it can
1:15 transition into cast when stunned which
1:16 can farm ultimatum, one of the only
1:19 endgame farms left unnerfed. Follow's
1:20 website for any and all questions RF
1:22 related. Do not go to his stream and ask
1:24 a question without checking his website
1:26 first. For number four, we have Ignite
1:28 Wave of Conviction Elementalist. This
1:29 build has some sick progression all the
1:31 way up to two stones and is extremely
1:33 flexible. In my opinion, there are a lot
1:35 of options for elementalist this. I also
1:36 highly recommend keeping an eye out for
1:38 Rut's exang elementalist. It looks super
1:40 silk even on scuffed gear. Last league,
1:42 I rated Arch Mage Manto man a lot lower
1:44 than I probably should have. Asking Ben,
1:45 he said that it belongs in the top five
1:46 for sure, which is the same as what he
1:48 said last league. So, here it is.
1:49 Honestly, not much has changed for
1:51 previous leagues and it's still a solid
1:52 choice. I recently had time to test the
1:54 self-cast connect Bless Warden, which
1:56 was a Russian build originally, and I
1:58 was pleasantly surprised. It had more
1:59 than enough damage, and I was able to
2:01 complete Uber Elder with Maven with
2:03 ease, although I did have to use trade.
2:04 I would not recommend playing this build
2:06 in SSF. I can also vouch for the jung
2:08 version, which upon first glance appears
2:10 to be better. Note that you will be
2:12 dying a lot playing this build on board.
2:14 If you've ever played KB before, you'll
2:15 know that firing your projectiles
2:16 against a wall is an insane damage
2:18 multiplier, as it causes your explosions
2:20 to overlap. I don't know the exact
2:21 calculation, but it's going to feel a
2:23 lot better to play wands to sleep. On
2:24 top of that, one of the hardest things
2:26 historically about playing wands has
2:28 been getting an actual attack wand since
2:29 there are so many spell modifiers that
2:32 roll on these. Newly introduced to 327
2:34 are the attack wand bases. And while we
2:35 don't know how they work, we can assume
2:37 that they're going to work similarly to
2:40 how war stats do. Just use a wo essence
2:42 or flat damage to attacks essence on an
2:43 attack wand and you should have a pretty
2:45 good time. At number seven, element
2:46 ahead of the spectrum dead eyee is
2:48 completely unchanged. Do note that build
2:49 builds on the bottom right side of the
2:51 tree saw a defensive nerf in the form of
2:52 suppression only decreasing spell damage
2:54 taken by 40% instead of 50%. This will
2:55 still be a top choice for far for
2:56 farming legion early on in the league,
2:58 but it will still struggle to do
2:59 high-end content. For my minion
3:01 enjoyers, Esus Guardian or Necromancer
3:03 is still a premier choice alongside
3:05 Zummancer and some Spectre nonsense. The
3:07 new bloodlines introduce the Katarina
3:09 Sensei, which Gassi seems pretty excited
3:11 about, so keep an eye out for that. Holy
3:12 Relic still seems like a good choice for
3:14 late game, and you can transition to
3:16 that with some currency on day two.
3:17 Poisonous Concoction of Bouncing saw
3:20 some hefty nerfs, and I'm afraid to say
3:22 it's still completely viable. Pathfinder
3:23 ended up becoming the superior choice
3:24 for people looking to do late game
3:25 farming, while Slayer remained a better
3:27 for progression. The skill lost some
3:29 flat damage and was compensated with
3:30 increased damage when it consumed SL
3:32 charges, so I recommend Pathfinder as
3:33 you'll definitely notice the nerfs as a
3:35 Slayer. and as Pathfinder, you'll barely
3:37 even notice them. On the opposite side
3:38 of nerfs, Cyclone actually received a
3:40 really nice 20% damage buff at all gem
3:42 levels. This build was already really
3:43 good, so the increase is more than
3:45 welcome. These builds typically scale
3:47 Shockwave as they're a cyclone shockwave
3:48 build to deal their damage alongside Gen
3:51 Cry, so it's not technically a 20%
3:53 overall increase, but hey, a buff is a
3:55 buff. I'm also including Blade Flurry
3:57 Gen Cry in this tier as well. Next,
3:59 Retalia Gladier saw no changes, so it's
4:01 still here. It's a great build with good
4:03 clear speed and amazing defenses. If
4:04 you're wondering why I'm not including
4:05 elementals here, it's because the early
4:06 game and the mid game are questionable
4:08 at best. I guess you could technically
4:09 level an ignite wave of conviction
4:10 elementalist then transitioned over to
4:12 this build if that's your cup of tea. At
4:13 number 12, I played a couple different
4:15 versions of Reap Xang Mines Trickster in
4:16 the last patch and I found that Fearless
4:18 Dumbos was the best. Trickster got shot
4:20 in the leg, but it's still able to walk
4:22 just fine. It'll definitely suck going
4:25 from 108% action speed down to 100%. But
4:26 one step ahead retains its immunity to
4:28 freeze. It will also suck to lose 20%
4:29 spell suppress chance, but this
4:31 archetype was already overperforming. At
4:33 number 13, I tested lightning condo
4:34 elementals by Zit TV and I really
4:36 enjoyed it. Once you have impulses, the
4:38 build ascends to a new height.
4:39 Unfortunately, in order to cap spell
4:41 supple, the colors required to make the
4:43 build are extremely annoying. On top of
4:44 that, I didn't really feel like the
4:45 build was anything noteworthy until
4:47 Uberlap. Definitely still viable for
4:48 those who enjoy the two button play
4:50 style. Next is Captain Lance's Blight of
4:52 Contagion Hyraphin. If you want to know
4:53 anything else about the build, go ask
4:55 him on stream. Why Hierofin and not
4:57 Ukus? Go ask Lance. Why not trickster?
4:59 Go ask Lance. Not my build, not my
5:01 problem. Okay, so technically I have
5:03 explosive air champ and winter dy brand
5:04 in this spot and that's where they're at
5:06 on the Twitter tier list and they're
5:08 still totally fine, but they're not
5:10 great. This is going to be the first
5:12 time ever that I include flicker strike
5:14 on this tier list. If you know what
5:16 you're doing, it's actually really sick.
5:17 I enjoyed the build so much last week
5:18 leak that I might play it again as a
5:20 strength stack flicker this league. Some
5:21 notes that I like to get into are that
5:23 dual strike of ambidextterity and viper
5:25 mumbo remain top tier builds that
5:27 require cluster jewels to function. I
5:28 include them in the notes down here
5:30 because people always ask about them.
5:31 Yes, they're still strong. No, they are
5:33 not stronger than alternatives in the
5:35 early game. I am aware that tune has a
5:37 viper check of them mambo that functions
5:38 even after normal lab. And while I might
5:40 give it a try at some point, I can't
5:41 really see how it's better than leveling
5:43 and playing peacon. It's the same reason
5:45 why toxic rain doesn't exist on this
5:47 list. Peacon is just straight up better.
5:48 Lastly, I wanted to mention that Venom
5:50 Gy and Carbalash might end up being some
5:52 endgame powerhouse builds, but I'm not
5:53 confident in their ability to take on
5:55 early game content. So, play them at
5:57 your own risk. If you're watching this
5:58 when it goes up, I'm live right now on
