0:02 As corny as this may sound, I've always
0:04 wanted to become a force to be reckoned
0:06 with. I've always wanted to be an
0:09 absolute unit of an individual, not just
0:11 having a nice and muscular body, but
0:14 being developed in every domain of life.
0:16 I wanted to become multi-dimensionally
0:18 jacked. I wanted to max out all of my
0:21 stats. I didn't want to be an NPC. I
0:23 wanted to be a level 100 player. All
0:25 areas of the map unlocked. Maxed out
0:28 physicality, intellect, and professions.
0:30 bank overflowing with gold. I wanted to
0:33 do it all. Mind, body, spirit,
0:35 relationships, money. And this desire
0:38 has drastically influenced how I live my
0:40 life and what I pursue. As a teenager, I
0:42 became obsessed with fitness. Then I
0:44 wanted to absorb as much knowledge as
0:47 possible. Then I wanted to be free, so I
0:48 failed at multiple different business
0:50 models until one finally worked. I've
0:52 had various spiritual and philosophical
0:54 stints that have given me a deeper
0:57 perspective on what most people see as
0:59 superficial things like fitness or
1:01 money. That's why I wrote the book
1:03 purpose and profit because most people
1:04 think those two things don't go
1:06 together. Now, over the past 15 years,
1:08 I've researched the depths of
1:10 psychology, personal development,
1:12 philosophy, social dynamics, technology,
1:14 the internet, startups, money, religion,
1:16 and meaning. So, after writing about my
1:18 findings online for the past 5 years,
1:20 I've noticed critical overlapping
1:21 patterns that have begun to form a new
1:24 philosophy for today's world. That's
1:26 where human 3.0 comes in. I want to
1:28 synthesize everything I've learned into
1:30 one comprehensive map to navigate the
1:32 modern landscape. I want to provide you
1:34 with the knowledge, skills, and
1:35 principles that help you escape
1:37 mediocrity and actualize your highest
1:39 potential. Now, I will attempt to make
1:41 this as non-dogmatic and scientific as
1:43 possible, but I also want to get the
1:45 point across with clarity and
1:47 conviction. And if I just water things
1:48 down all day with like, oh, here's the
1:50 science, here's the nuance, then it
1:52 starts to lose its impact. So, I'm
1:55 placing the burden of nuance on you, the
1:56 viewer. Now, there are plenty of
1:59 incredible models and gurus out there to
2:01 follow or adopt so that you can find
2:03 more clarity and meaning in your life.
2:04 things like spiral dynamics for
2:06 psychology, Buddhism and Christianity
2:09 for meaning, materialism and mentalism
2:11 for the nature of reality, e-commerce
2:13 and consulting for business, red pill
2:16 and feminism for social dynamics, and so
2:17 on. Anywhere you look, you can find
2:19 hundreds of mental models that promise
2:21 you the answer to all of your problems.
2:23 Now, all of them have their truths.
2:25 They're just a perspective. But the
2:26 critical flaw is that most of them are
2:28 just isolated to one domain. We learn
2:31 math, English, and science as singular,
2:33 siloed classes when knowledge is a web.
2:35 We dissect frogs in a lab and draw
2:37 conclusions without considering the
2:38 entirety of the ecosystem and
2:40 interconnected relationships from which
2:42 they come. Beyond that, and for some,
2:44 this is a hard pill to swallow. Many
2:47 spiritual teachers have frail bodies.
2:48 Many businessmen can't maintain
2:50 relationships. Many alpha males are
2:52 emotionally unaligned. And while these
2:54 are incredible things on their own to be
2:56 developed in one domain, it is growing
2:59 increasingly rare that a single person
3:01 is truly self-developed. Now, even if
3:03 these mental models do cover multiple
3:05 domains of life, like the ancient Greek
3:06 philosophies, they were often created
3:09 and prevalent before the internet and AI
3:11 and technology before those started to
3:13 change everything. And on a more
3:16 important note, very few, very few of
3:18 them talk about money, which is
3:20 surprising because that's what dominates
3:22 most people's minds and lives. So today,
3:24 we will lay the foundation for human
3:28 3.0. And just so you're aware, I do have
3:31 a human 3.0 knowledge base linked in the
3:33 description and a metatype prompt. If
3:34 you don't know what a metatype is yet,
3:36 but once we get to the end where we
3:38 actually talk about metatypes and what
3:41 they are, then you can find where you
3:43 lie on the human 3.0 graph to kind of
3:47 map your development. So to get started,
3:50 human 3.0, a map to reach the 1% to
3:52 reach your potential. This model offers
3:54 the big picture. It is not a dogmatic
3:56 set of actionable steps, but a set of
3:58 guidelines for reaching your maximum
4:00 potential that allows you to bust
4:01 through mental, physical, spiritual, and
4:04 vocational plateaus. So, vocational is
4:06 like business or how you contribute to
4:08 the world. It orients patterns found
4:10 across human development and builds on
4:11 top of various scientific,
4:13 psychological, spiritual, and vocational
4:15 models that have already done a lot of
4:17 the heavy lifting. So my goal is to take
4:19 the best parts of the world's greatest
4:22 theories and apply them to the life of
4:24 the individual, to you. And once you
4:26 understand this model, you can begin to
4:27 map where your current level of
4:30 development lies within each quadrant,
4:31 which gives you your archetype for the
4:33 quadrant. And then you can map what your
4:35 overall development looks like or your
4:37 metatype for all four quadrants. And
4:39 then you can attempt to move further
4:42 toward a 3.0 plus level metatype, one
4:45 who has maximized all areas of life. So
4:48 as an overview here is what the human
4:50 3.0 model looks like right there are
4:53 four quadrants mind, body, spirit,
4:55 vocation. These represent the four
4:58 domains of life or the four fundamental
5:00 perspectives as Ken Wilbur says that
5:03 allows us to create a generalized map of
5:05 reality. So in the mind quadrant you
5:07 have your thoughts, emotions, beliefs
5:08 and internal world. It's how you
5:10 interpret the world. This is your
5:12 personal mental world. So this is the
5:15 interior subjective world. So you have
5:17 your personal interior world and then
5:19 you have your personal exterior world
5:21 which is your body. So your behavior and
5:22 appearance. It's how the world
5:24 interprets you, your habits and actions.
5:26 And then you have the spirit domain
5:29 which is the collective mental world or
5:31 the collective interior world. This is
5:33 your relationship to your environment,
5:35 community, culture, family, friends,
5:37 colleagues and reality. It's the domain
5:38 of meaning and connection. And then you
5:40 have the collective physical world which
5:42 is vocation. So this is the collective
5:44 external world. So you have personal
5:47 interior, personal exterior, collective
5:49 interior, collective exterior. So the
5:51 vocation domain is your relationship to
5:53 systems, structures and social
5:55 institutions. This is your education,
5:57 career and economy. How you contribute
5:59 to society. Now within this quadrant,
6:01 there are a few things to note. There
6:03 are three levels of development. There's
6:07 human 1.0, human 2.0, human 3.0. Within
6:10 each level, red, blue, and green, 1, 2,
6:13 and three, there are three phases that
6:15 you must go through to reach the next
6:17 level, which is dissonance, uncertainty,
6:19 and discovery. And then in order to
6:21 advance through each phase, you need to
6:23 acquire specific traits, which is
6:25 knowledge, experience, and skill. This
6:27 map of reality prevents partial thinking
6:29 and doesn't reduce problems to one
6:32 perspective. An internal mental problem
6:34 may not be best solved by vocational
6:36 means like getting a new job. A
6:37 spiritual problem may not be best solved
6:40 by bodily means like nutrition. A
6:41 capitalist and Christian are developed
6:43 in their respective domains, but will
6:46 experience unnecessary pain when trying
6:48 to apply their model to problems within
6:50 other domains. Money often doesn't solve
6:52 for meaning and vice versa. But that
6:54 doesn't mean they aren't intimately
6:56 connected. All of these domains overlap,
6:58 and by developing yourself in all of the
7:00 above, you begin to live a life where
7:03 you become in control of your future.
7:05 Since life development and evolution
7:08 follow a general unfolding toward more
7:10 chaos or complexity and ordered
7:12 structures are created to contain that
7:14 chaos, we can call the process of life,
7:17 especially your personal life, problem
7:18 solving. So, if that last part kind of
7:20 confused you, stick with me as we
7:22 explain this because we're starting off
7:25 a bit deep here. A seed unfolds until it
7:27 becomes a flower. A flower is many times
7:29 more complex than a seed. And to reach
7:32 that state, it needs resources from its
7:34 environment to self-develop. The seed
7:37 has the natural desire to grow. And
7:39 through many courses of evolution, it
7:40 has solved the problems that have led to
7:43 many other species of plants dying off.
7:45 Now, one may not think that a seed is
7:47 consciously trying to solve problems.
7:50 But still, through observing how a seed
7:51 evolves and connecting that to our
7:54 personal life, that's what we would call
7:55 it in our personal life is solving
7:58 problems so that we can survive and
8:00 grow. And we call it that because we
8:02 have language. Seeds and plants don't
8:04 have language. We can label their
8:06 behavior. They can't. So we can start to
8:09 understand that there is a natural flow
8:11 of life toward greater complexity.
8:14 Complexity introduces problems. And to
8:16 constrain the entropy that stems from
8:19 complexity in order structure must
8:22 emerge through creation. As an example,
8:24 in your own personal growth or personal
8:26 evolution, you have the desire to reach
8:28 your potential. Then you take a step
8:31 into the unknown and are introduced to
8:33 complexity or chaos. Then you acquire
8:36 knowledge and skill to solve problems
8:38 that prevent forward movement or
8:40 stagnate and let chaos consume you. Then
8:43 your identity expands and ascends to a
8:46 new level. And then the process repeats
8:47 unless you get stuck. Now, if that
8:49 didn't make any sense, then after you go
8:51 through this video, I would encourage
8:53 you to rewatch this video maybe a week
8:55 from now because this pattern that we
8:56 just discussed can be noticed and
8:59 observed across all plains of reality.
9:01 So, we already touched on quadrants and
9:03 we want to move over to levels to
9:05 understand that. But for quadrants
9:07 themselves, we have four quadrants,
9:10 mind, body, spirit, vocation. And these
9:12 were adapted from Ken Wilbur's AQAL
9:14 model, which is extensive in and of
9:17 itself. If you want to understand this
9:19 more, watch my video called this mental
9:21 model will help you think like a genius.
9:23 And one thing to note here is that there
9:25 are crossquadron unlock patterns because
9:27 we just talked about how growth or
9:29 evolution or ascending to the next level
9:32 or reaching a new level is about solving
9:34 problems. But life problems within a
9:36 specific domain are often blocked by a
9:39 lack of development in another. So body
9:41 unlocks spirit where physical vitality
9:43 creates energy for deeper connections
9:45 and presence. Mind unlocks vocation, so
9:47 mental clarity reveals authentic career
9:50 paths and creative solutions. Vocation
9:52 unlocks body. Financial stability
9:54 enables investment in health and
9:56 training. Spirit unlocks mind where
9:58 community support provides safety to
10:00 question beliefs. Body unlocks mind, so
10:02 exercise and nutrition directly impact
10:05 cognitive function. And mind unlocks
10:06 spirit. So self-awareness enables
10:09 genuine intimacy and connection. So if
10:11 you're a person, an ambitious person who
10:13 is building a business, becoming a
10:15 creator, becoming an entrepreneur,
10:16 trying to advance in their career,
10:18 you're all about the money because you
10:20 understand money is important, but
10:22 you're neglecting other areas of your
10:24 life, you have to understand that you
10:27 can only get so far in business when
10:30 other areas of your life fall down. If
10:31 you think of a skill tree in a video
10:33 game, when you've played it, you choose
10:35 a skill and then that creates branches
10:38 to other skills. But the ones over here
10:39 on the right are still grayed out. You
10:42 can't access them until you hit the
10:44 right level. And you unlock the right
10:46 sequence of skills in order to unlock
10:49 those ones. So you don't even know what
10:51 you're capable of in business or how far
10:53 you can go or how much you're missing
10:55 out on because you haven't prioritized
10:57 any part of your mind, your body, or
10:58 your spirit. You're just focused on
11:00 vocation. And now this has actually led
11:03 to something new that I'm creating
11:05 called Superhum 90. In short, this is
11:08 just a 90-day reset, a complete reset on
11:10 your life, but not in the business
11:12 domain. As I've talked about before,
11:14 I've always had this obsession with
11:16 health and fitness, but I've never known
11:18 how to fit that into my brand. Like, how
11:20 does lifting and exercise and nutrition
11:22 and other things fit into a productivity
11:24 and business and philosophy channel?
11:26 Because I can't just come in and start
11:28 telling people to go beast mode and have
11:30 this very masculine aura about me
11:32 because that won't get people motivated.
11:34 So instead, I added a bit more onto
11:36 that. I started working with my trainer,
11:38 Randy, to cover the training side and
11:40 nutrition side to make sure that's
11:42 comprehensive and give you a spreadsheet
11:44 to map all of your weights, how to
11:45 track, how to actually get in the gym,
11:48 how to feel confident and not feel like
11:49 everyone's staring at you, how to know
11:51 what you're doing, but also tacking on
11:54 the dopamine detox side and the monk
11:56 mode side and the lifestyle redesign
11:58 side. So Superhum 90 is just this
12:00 complete and total reset. First, we
12:02 dissect and dig into your psyche to
12:04 understand your motivations. Then we
12:06 turn that into fuel to actually commit
12:09 for 90 days of change. And then at the
12:11 end of 90 days, you see a complete
12:13 transformation of mind and body. You
12:15 look better. You feel better. You're
12:16 ready to do more work. And on the
12:19 landing page, we map out day 1 through
12:22 day 90. What does every milestone feel
12:23 and look like? What happens to your
12:25 brain and body? So, link in the
12:28 description to check out Superhum90. Now
12:31 within each quadrant there are three
12:33 macro levels of development and these
12:34 represent low consciousness,
12:37 midconsciousness and high consciousness.
12:39 And again these levels were adapted from
12:40 various models in developmental
12:44 psychology like spiral dynamics up here.
12:45 And we've talked about this in a few
12:47 videos before. And then the nine stages
12:50 of ego development from impulsive to
12:53 unitive. So how the mind evolves through
12:55 predictable stages over time. We talked
12:57 about this one in how to become more
13:00 intelligent than 99% of people video. So
13:01 all of these models in developmental
13:03 psychology have shown that our mind
13:05 which is our values, beliefs, and
13:06 worldview that influence how we think
13:08 and make decisions evolves through
13:10 predictable stages over time. So for
13:13 human 1.0 or level one, we call this the
13:15 conformist stage. This is the low
13:17 consciousness way of thinking. And these
13:19 people value established authority and
13:20 tradition. It's characterized by
13:22 narrow-mindedness, black and white
13:24 thinking, and believing there is only
13:26 one right way, which often stems from
13:28 childhood conditioning. Now, human 2.0
13:30 or midconsciousness, or what we're going
13:32 to call the individualist, rejects the
13:34 norm and pursues their own goals. They
13:37 have the desire to acquire status and be
13:39 perceived as valuable. They are less
13:41 narrow-minded, but now believe that
13:44 their way is the one right way. Now, I
13:47 would say that 80 to 90% of the entire
13:49 population falls within those two
13:52 stages. So, we're trying to reach level
13:54 three of development because it just
13:56 makes life that much better. So, level
13:58 three, human 3.0 or high consciousness
14:01 is the synthesist. They're able to adopt
14:03 multiple perspectives, connect various
14:05 patterns of reality, and strategize new
14:07 paths. They understand that all
14:09 perspectives hold truths that can be
14:10 synthesized for more holistic and
14:13 mutually beneficial results. They can
14:15 display what some may perceive as level
14:17 one traits such as narrow-mindedness,
14:20 but it is an intentional choice to tune
14:21 out noise. And we'll talk about more of
14:23 that later when we talk about the
14:26 pre-trans fallacy. Now, why these three
14:28 stages? Why did I create it like this?
14:30 Because in a model like spiral dynamics,
14:33 the spiral describes how individuals
14:35 shift their focus throughout their
14:37 development between self and other. Like
14:40 rejecting the religion you grew up in to
14:42 embrace an individual atheism. So, in
14:45 human 3.0, this happens when someone
14:47 reaches a new level in a certain
14:49 quadrant because remember, you're not
14:50 just leveling up through all of the
14:53 above, unless you're trying to do that.
14:55 Most people are leveling up a little bit
14:58 in one. So, someone can easily be a
15:00 level two or level three in body, but
15:03 have a level one mind, right? That's the
15:05 typical meatthead or a person who loves
15:07 fitness but is just dumb as a rock.
15:09 where there's people who are spiritually
15:11 underdeveloped but are very smart and
15:13 that's kind of when maybe you get the
15:15 Hitler scenario where they're very smart
15:18 people they just have zero morals. The
15:19 descriptions of each level take
15:21 different shapes in each quadrant like
15:24 how a 3.0 synthesist in the vocation
15:26 quadrant lower right can effectively
15:28 leverage AI to pursue their life's work
15:31 while a 1.0 conformist believes AI is
15:34 purely evil due to a lack of knowledge,
15:36 skill, and experience. In the body
15:37 quadrant or upper right, a
15:39 lowconsciousness individual has no
15:41 understanding of the nutrition they put
15:43 in their body leading to obesity and
15:45 sloth because they haven't acquired the
15:48 traits to make better decisions. While a
15:49 high consciousness individual
15:51 understands how various nutrients
15:53 interact with their body and can tweak
15:55 their diet to help serve their goals.
15:57 Now these levels represent your
15:59 complexity of self in any given domain.
16:03 The entire human 3.0 graph is you. So
16:05 the more complex you are by cultivating
16:07 perspective and expanding consciousness,
16:09 the more interesting life becomes
16:11 because you can choose the challenges
16:13 you wish to take on. Like a video game,
16:16 level one is similar to an NPC or
16:17 non-player character running on a
16:20 script. Level two is the main character
16:22 choosing their story line. And level
16:24 three is the programmer who can create
16:26 new games that others also enjoy
16:27 playing. Now, one thing to note here is
16:30 that lower or higher levels aren't bad
16:33 or good. They are points of development
16:34 along someone's journey. Everyone starts
16:37 at level zero, which is just pure
16:39 survival instinct. And then you grow and
16:40 you learn. And if you're born into a
16:42 good family, then obviously you have a
16:44 head start. And if you're born into a
16:46 bad family, then obviously you have a
16:48 bit of a lot of conditioning to undo
16:50 yourself. But a person who is high
16:52 consciousness is not somehow better.
16:54 They're just more developed. And that
16:56 development obviously has its perks.
16:58 Now, another thing is that you never
17:01 leave any given level. You don't leave
17:03 level one to level two. You don't leave
17:05 level two to level three. You transcend
17:07 and include. A level one perspective
17:10 becomes a tool in your toolbox when you
17:13 transcend to level two and so on and so
17:15 forth. If you're this wholly level
17:18 three, human 3.0 0 level of development.
17:19 That doesn't mean that you aren't going
17:21 to get angry sometimes or that you
17:23 aren't going to act out or that you
17:25 aren't going to be human or you aren't
17:27 going to do stupid things because you
17:30 are still part level one and level two.
17:32 If you were in a situation where you had
17:34 a knife to your throat, you're going to
17:36 tap into level zero, level one thinking
17:39 and tap into the tool of pure survival
17:40 instinct. You're going to turn into an
17:42 animal for a second and try to survive.
17:43 You're going to fight, flight, or
17:45 freeze. But we'll discuss more examples
17:48 of those below. So in order to move
17:51 through the levels, we have what we call
17:53 phases because within each level, there
17:55 are three phases of development that one
17:57 must go through to reach the next level.
18:00 Now these phases represent vertical
18:01 development, which is moving up a level
18:03 or regressing back down. When we talk
18:05 about traits, that's horizontal
18:07 development. So you kind of need to fill
18:10 the space of the level vertically and
18:12 horizontally so that you can move to the
18:14 next one. Now there are three general
18:15 patterns that we can observe when an
18:18 individual goes through a profound
18:20 change. In other words, moving from one
18:22 level to the next. So the first phase is
18:25 dissonance. Once an individual has
18:26 gotten their taste of their current
18:28 stage of life and if they do not get
18:31 numbed by narrow-mindedness and comfort,
18:32 they will feel tired of where they are
18:35 but unsure what kind of life comes next.
18:37 Then in phase two, the uncertainty
18:39 phase, if that individual becomes aware
18:41 enough of their distaste, they take an
18:43 uncertain step into the unknown and open
18:45 themselves up to new knowledge and
18:47 skill. And then they go into phase
18:49 three, which is discovery. Like
18:50 navigating a map, they discover the
18:52 education, tools, resources, and
18:54 insights that allow them to reach the
18:57 next level of development. So you get
18:59 your taste of your current level, and
19:01 then you start to experience dissonance
19:02 like this isn't the life I want to live,
19:04 but I don't know what life I do want to
19:05 live. you feel lost. You feel like
19:07 you're in a rut. And then you become
19:08 okay with that and you understand, okay,
19:10 the only thing I can do is take an
19:12 uncertain step forward and do something
19:14 new. Then once you do that and you put
19:16 yourself in that state, you enter the
19:18 discovery phase where you discover new
19:21 avenues to reach a higher potential.
19:23 Now, one thing to note in here is that
19:25 people can experience what's called a
19:27 false transformation. What a false
19:29 transformation is is when someone puts
19:32 on the mask showing that they are at a
19:34 higher level of development when they
19:36 really aren't. And by doing so, they
19:38 prolong their development and growth
19:40 even more because they haven't actually
19:42 gotten to that point. And when they act
19:44 like they're higher than they are, they
19:45 don't actually solve the problems that
19:47 are keeping them lower. And then those
19:48 things start to collect dust and
19:50 actually pull them down. So a few
19:52 examples is like aesthetic without
19:54 function. So, perfect gym selfies but
19:56 can't perform basic athletic movements.
19:58 There's spiritual materialism, so
19:59 collecting practices, teachers, and
20:01 experiences as status symbols. There's
20:04 tool inflation, like startup people,
20:06 proudly calling yourself a CEO of a
20:08 company that hasn't made any money. Or
20:10 tool obsession, specifically believing
20:12 the latest productivity app or AI will
20:14 solve fundamental work ethic issues.
20:16 That one hurts. But things like that,
20:18 those all make sense. Now as an example
20:21 as development through the phases an
20:22 enjoyable life as shown in flow
20:24 psychology and the musings of many
20:26 philosophers such as Nietz resides in
20:28 the progression through these phases by
20:31 overcoming resistance. Profound change
20:33 rarely happens by accident. When you are
20:35 intentional about your vision, goals and
20:37 priorities without regressing by nature
20:39 of distractions and comfort. The chaos
20:41 that would consume most people during
20:43 these phases become tolerable and often
20:45 the most fulfilling parts of life that
20:47 you hold close to your heart. Now at
20:50 level three and beyond, individuals can
20:52 pursue more complex challenges and
20:54 simulate these phases for the love of
20:56 the game. Like a CEO who sells their
20:58 company, becomes depressed and starts
21:00 another one from more enlightened point
21:02 of view. And since they create the and
21:04 since they create the game, it becomes
21:07 infinite. So step four now is traits
21:09 which are knowledge, experience, and
21:12 skill. Because in order to move through
21:15 the phases, so it goes traits to phases,
21:17 phases to levels, levels across all
21:19 quadrants, the traits, knowledge, skill,
21:21 and experience must be acquired before
21:24 the next level reveals itself to you.
21:26 Now, a common thing here is knowledge
21:29 without experience or experience without
21:31 knowledge. So, fat personal trainer
21:32 syndrome. So someone who's very
21:34 knowledgeable in fitness but haven't
21:37 actually practiced it or developed the
21:40 skill or experience to actually show or
21:41 reflect that knowledge in their
21:43 physique. And even here some people will
21:46 experience a false transformation and
21:48 think that being fat is being healthy.
21:50 So that makes sense. In order to move
21:52 through the phases dissonance,
21:54 uncertainty, discovery, you have to
21:56 acquire knowledge. So if you're
21:58 uncertain and you're stepping into the
22:00 unknown, you need to learn. You need to
22:01 learn something. That's what helps with
22:03 the uncertainty. It's because you don't
22:04 know, you don't have clarity. And then
22:06 when you're in the discovery phase and
22:08 you are a bit more clear, you need to
22:10 practice. You need to build something of
22:12 your own toward a goal you're trying to
22:15 achieve. Now, the fifth part here is
22:17 what we call channels. So on the actual
22:19 graph, you can see that I put like these
22:22 little curly brackets in a sense, but
22:24 this is how you kind of accelerate
22:26 through your development. This is how
22:28 you accelerate through each level. So
22:30 you can think of a channel as an
22:32 exciting quest in a video game, a rabbit
22:33 hole of knowledge or skill to when you
22:35 can't stop researching a topic or
22:37 working on a project in time passes by
22:39 surprisingly quick. So think of like a
22:42 flow state. So a few examples would be
22:44 for mind becoming immersed in a deep
22:46 meditative state which is skill or
22:47 following a line of thought that keeps
22:49 you up at night resulting in a plethora
22:50 of ideas that light up your brain
22:52 leading to more knowledge. Then for
22:54 body, you find a new diet, supplement,
22:56 or methodology, and binge watch all
22:57 possible content you can about it, which
22:59 leads to knowledge. You become obsessed
23:00 with running or lifting for a
23:02 three-month period, making more gains
23:04 than you ever have before. Skill and
23:06 again, superhuman 90, right? You want
23:08 the knowledge and you want a way to
23:10 practically change your life. That'll do
23:13 it. Dopamine detox protocol, nutrition
23:15 protocol, lifestyle design protocol,
23:16 training program, the one that I
23:18 personally use. In spirit, there's
23:20 mystical experiences, honeymoon phases,
23:22 intimate moments, finding a philosophy
23:24 that clicks with your current phase of
23:26 life and so on. Then in vocation,
23:28 there's examples like reaching a point
23:29 of maximum clarity that quickly leads
23:32 into exciting career change, product
23:34 launch or creative stint, leading to
23:35 skill. You find the perfect opportunity
23:37 and can't stop learning the required
23:39 skills to start a business, which is
23:41 knowledge. Now, the process of entering
23:44 a channel to make progress faster than
23:46 you ever have before is as follows.
23:47 First, you must reach the dissonance
23:49 phase after you fully acclimate to the
23:52 level you are in. Once you grow tired of
23:54 where you are and if you don't become
23:56 numb to your problems, you use your
23:58 distaste as fuel to push into the
24:01 unknown. You create an aim or vision or
24:03 goal within a specific quadrant like
24:05 body. You begin acquiring knowledge and
24:07 skill. You learn and do. You make
24:09 mistakes and refine your aim. You
24:11 experiment enough until you find the
24:14 channel that you get sucked into. You
24:16 can tell someone is in a channel by how
24:18 excited they are when they are talking
24:19 about it. Like someone who has reached
24:21 the point of writing a book where the
24:22 words can't stop flowing. They have
24:24 vision. Their skill and knowledge
24:26 provide a sense of clarity that allows
24:28 them to shoot forward in progress. When
24:30 you are in a dissonance phase or you
24:32 feel lost or like you're stuck in a rut,
24:35 the best advice I can give is to try
24:37 more things. Try new things. I know it
24:39 sounds basic. So, how do we make it more
24:41 complex? You search for excitement and
24:44 enthusiasm and pursue those things
24:46 without shame because that shame signals
24:48 a lower level of mind and you can
24:50 develop the skill of confidence during
24:53 that. Now there is one aspect of human
24:56 3.0 know that very few models talk about
24:58 and I call them glitches, right? Like a
25:00 glitch in the matrix, a way to kind of
25:03 make progress using technology because
25:05 there are certain tactics to force
25:08 yourself into a channel or bust through
25:10 developmental plateaus that we will call
25:12 these glitches like a glitch in the
25:14 matrix if the matrix were boundaries of
25:16 level one and two until you create your
25:18 own in level three. As examples,
25:20 psychedelics can force someone into a
25:23 mystical experience. Peeds can
25:25 accelerate fitness progress. Obviously,
25:27 you think of Lance Armstrong or The Rock
25:30 or Thor or whatever it is. Another
25:31 example is moving into an apartment you
25:33 can't afford so that you create a real
25:36 deadline forcing you to learn and do
25:37 until you make your side business work.
25:39 I talked about that multiple times.
25:42 Tactical stress, a tool to kick you into
25:45 an intense season of progress. Now with
25:48 this AI is the most recent and widely
25:50 available glitch that crosses into all
25:52 domains and it can be used to
25:55 self-develop or self-destruct rapidly.
25:57 This is why taste and discernment is
25:59 required. AI is only pure good or pure
26:02 evil from a limited level one
26:04 perspective. Now with any glitch or
26:06 risk, be careful with these because even
26:08 if they accelerate progress, they
26:10 increase in risk at lower levels of
26:12 consciousness. If you take psychedelics
26:14 without prior experience to interpret
26:16 that altered state, you mo you may go
26:19 insane. Obviously, if you take peeds
26:21 from an uneducated state and without
26:23 understanding risk mitigation, then
26:24 yeah, you're going to die early of heart
26:27 failure. AI psychosis and outsourcing
26:29 your mind to AI is becoming more
26:31 prevalent. Not because AI is bad, but
26:33 because it's like taking steroids. If
26:35 you haven't built a base, extensively
26:37 studied all domains of nutrition,
26:38 understood all potential interactions,
26:40 and been training for five plus years
26:43 metaphorically, the AI will have nasty
26:45 side effects. Even then, many highreward
26:47 mechanisms in reality come at a cost no
26:49 matter how careful you are. For certain
26:51 people with certain goals, one can make
26:53 a conscious decision to take that risk
26:55 despite the consequences. For most
26:57 people, especially in level one, they're
27:00 death sentences. So, max out your
27:02 natural potential first so you have
27:03 ample experience and don't get
27:06 one-shotted. All right. Now, my favorite
27:09 part, archetypes and metatypes. So, in
27:11 this model, I've included what are
27:12 called archetypes and metatypes. An
27:15 archetype is a pattern of people that
27:16 show up in a specific quadrants and
27:19 levels within those quadrants. Metatypes
27:21 are the synthesis of a single person's
27:23 four archetypes within each quadrant.
27:25 Now you'll notice that there is a
27:26 general progression from low
27:28 consciousness to high consciousness as
27:30 someone develops themselves within a
27:33 quadrant. So NPC to player to creator,
27:36 incel to Chad to sigma, job to career to
27:38 calling, religion to atheism to
27:40 mysticism. And we can see this here,
27:42 right? So in the mind quadrant, you have
27:44 NPC, people who are just running on a
27:46 script. Then you move up to level two,
27:48 which is player. Then level three, which
27:50 is creator. In body, you have an incel
27:52 kind of skinny fat body. Then you turn
27:54 into a Chad that's only focused on
27:56 vanity. And then you turn into a sigma
27:58 who has a developed body, but has tacked
28:00 on a philosophical sense of mastery
28:02 behind their actual fitness and health.
28:04 Then in vocation, there's obviously job,
28:06 career, and calling. And now spirit.
28:07 This one's going to make some people
28:09 angry, but there's religion, atheism,
28:12 and mysticism. That brings up the topic
28:15 of the pre-trans fallacy by Ken Wilbur,
28:17 which occurs when people confuse pre-
28:20 rational or level one states with
28:22 transrational or level three states
28:25 because both appear nonrational from a
28:27 conventional rational or level two
28:29 perspective. In other words, one can
28:32 elevate a level one primitive state to
28:34 level three status. And some often
28:36 reduce genuine level three development
28:38 to being primitive thinking. So an
28:41 example here is that in religion we have
28:43 the Bible thumpers, right? That's level
28:46 one. You just submit to authority, do
28:47 what you're told, never question a
28:49 thing. So that's level one. And then
28:52 level three, there's mysticism or a more
28:54 enlightened Christianity or whatever
28:57 religion. Right? This is religion or
29:00 ideology agnostic. What I'm stating is
29:01 that most of the level three
29:04 characteristics and principles that you
29:06 operate your life by are going to also
29:08 be found in the level one style of
29:10 thinking. You just don't submit to the
29:12 authority and you came to that
29:14 conclusion on your own rather than only
29:16 being listened to what other people told
29:18 you. Now, as you can see here, I mapped
29:19 some points behind this, right? That's
29:22 what this white area is where we have
29:24 some level three areas, some level two.
29:27 So we have four points in the red area,
29:29 we have eight points in the blue and we
29:32 have 12 points in the green. So overall
29:34 this person at this level of development
29:37 is human 2.0 and the metatype we came up
29:39 with is called the outlier. So this is
29:41 someone who has drifted away from
29:43 mainstream patterns without rebellion
29:45 and is operating from a countercultural
29:46 lens. So how do we come to these
29:48 metatypes? What are more examples and
29:50 how do you create your own? Oh and one
29:52 last thing, this is what I mean by the
29:54 pre-trans fallacy, right? Level one
29:56 thinkers think a certain way. Level two,
29:58 level three thinkers think very
30:00 similarly. And then level two are just
30:02 like, ah, no, it can't be that way. This
30:06 is the most true meme that has ever came
30:08 out in the history of existence. Now,
30:10 potential archetypes, which I think are
30:12 fun, and you probably understand a lot
30:13 of these. In the mind quadrant, level
30:15 one, there's programmed, sleeper,
30:18 follower, repeater, echo. So, just like
30:20 echoing what they've heard. Level two,
30:22 the questioner, skeptic, contrarian,
30:24 philosopher, analyst. Then three,
30:26 synthesizer, architect, oracle, system
30:29 thinker, metammind. In body, there's
30:31 level one, couch potato, skinny fat,
30:33 walking dead, maul walker, diet hopper.
30:35 There's level two, gym bro, cardio
30:38 bunny, biohacker, athlete, orthorexic.
30:40 Level three, integrated mover, physical
30:42 artist, body master, longevity
30:45 optimizer. Although this one is big on
30:47 false transformations. Like we talked
30:48 about, everyone is hopping on the
30:50 longevity game now. It's the new status
30:52 game. I would argue that most people
30:54 hopping on the Brian Johnson longevity
30:56 optimization aren't optimizing their
30:58 longevity at all and aren't thinking for
31:01 themselves. So these aren't specific to
31:04 any level. These are just examples. Now
31:06 level one for the spirit quadrant could
31:08 be true believer, fundamentalist,
31:10 tribalist, tradition keeper, blind
31:12 faith. Level two is spiritual shopper,
31:15 nihilist, hedenist, new age wanderer,
31:17 militant atheist. Level three is the
31:19 bridgebuilder, sacred secular, modern
31:22 mystic, community weaver, integral, and
31:25 vocation. Level one, clock puncher, wage
31:27 slave, complainer, cog. Level two,
31:29 hustler, entrepreneur, freelancer,
31:31 ladder climber, side gigger. Level
31:33 three, missiondriven, system builder,
31:35 value creator, renaissance professional,
31:37 game designer. So that's the entire
31:40 model. But how do you actually do this?
31:42 How do you actually move up to new
31:44 levels in your life? And how does one
31:46 balance development across all different
31:48 levels, especially if one quadrant
31:51 exhausts all of your focus and energy
31:52 right now? Like if you're working a 9
31:55 toive job, that takes up a lot of time
31:57 and energy. So, we'll start like this.
31:59 The ultimate goal is to create a
32:01 lifestyle where all quadrants are
32:03 accounted for through problem solving.
32:05 If your vocation consumes too much of
32:07 your time so that your mind is
32:09 distraught, you are too drained for your
32:11 body and cannot entertain spirit. That
32:13 is an obvious problem that you must
32:15 attempt to solve through knowledge and
32:17 skill acquisition, creating the chance
32:20 for a channel or flow state or season of
32:22 progress. In this case, one may study
32:24 business opportunities for an hour every
32:26 day and make some time for practice. It
32:28 may take longer than someone else, but
32:29 once you begin moving through the
32:32 phases, you feel more confident that you
32:34 can decrease or completely eliminate the
32:36 current job that is taking up your time.
32:38 This is also a good time to understand
32:41 what the highest lever moving skills are
32:43 and base potential opportunities off of
32:45 that. The reason that my business is
32:47 built off of two hours of writing in the
32:49 morning, that's my entire routine, is
32:51 because writing is media and digital
32:53 media is leverage. Because one person
32:55 can write it and a million people can
32:57 see it. Writing is also a way to clarify
32:59 your thoughts and journal and learn and
33:03 research. Almost everything you do in
33:04 any kind of business from writing
33:07 landing pages to content to captions to
33:10 ads to video scripts etc. The foundation
33:13 is writing. Right? If you choose a skill
33:16 that isn't as holistic, then it's going
33:18 to take a lot longer to see results. The
33:20 reason I created something like 2-hour
33:22 writer, which goes over my systems, is
33:25 because I I truly believe that writing
33:27 is one of the greatest skills you can
33:28 learn. That's why you create a product.
33:30 Why wouldn't I create a product that I
33:32 fully believe in and I think will get
33:34 results? I mean, almost 30,000 people
33:36 have bought it now, so that's a good
33:37 thing. Now the thing with this as you
33:39 start solving problems in your life or
33:41 identifying one problem that's taking
33:42 away from other quadrants and then
33:45 trying to solve it is that that shift
33:47 may make another problem more apparent
33:48 like if you're trying to start a
33:50 business but you're still low energy
33:52 then it's going to be difficult to land
33:54 potential customers or to actually write
33:57 well or have great ideas. Reaching the
33:59 next level of business may not require
34:01 more development in business but in
34:03 solving problems related to the body,
34:05 mind or spirit. Even then, you may build
34:07 an incredible business and have all the
34:09 money in the world, but you can have a
34:10 hole in the middle of your chest due to
34:12 a lack of meaning in your vocational
34:14 pursuits. By the simple nature of
34:16 problem solving and staying vigilant of
34:18 distractions that prevent you from
34:19 noticing them, you create a lifestyle
34:22 where work becomes play, health is your
34:24 default state, meaning is abundant, and
34:26 your mind is on your side. Now, if you
34:30 want to study this more on your own,
34:32 what I would recommend doing is going to
34:34 the links in the description, getting
34:36 the human 3.0 knowledge base, copy
34:39 pasting it into AI or into an AI
34:40 project, and just start asking it
34:42 questions, and I think you'll be
34:44 surprised. Second, if you want to find
34:47 your metatype, then you can go and also
34:49 download the metatype prompt. All you do
34:51 is send this prompt into Claude or
34:53 ChatgBT, and then it will start asking
34:55 you questions and break it down. This is
34:58 actually crazy because one uh a business
35:01 partner slash close friend of mine
35:03 plugged this in and it made him cry
35:05 because it went that deep. So if you
35:07 want to understand yourself a lot, try
35:09 out the metatype prompt and of course
35:11 like, subscribe, comment if you enjoyed
35:13 this because I can always make more
35:15 videos about human 3.0. Just let me
35:17 know. A like or comment will help.
35:18 Sometimes I don't like to comment on
35:20 things and that's fine, but a like
35:22 pretty easy. So with that, thank you for
35:23 watching. I'll see you in the next one. by
