0:33 views in just 3 months. It took me seven
0:35 years to get that YouTube play button
0:37 over there. It took me seven years and
0:41 yet this channel got it in 3 months and
0:42 the other channel got it in one month.
0:44 But now you're probably wondering how
0:46 much money these channels are making.
0:48 Well, because they're shorts, they're
0:50 posting shorts. YouTube usually pays
0:52 around 10 cents per 1,000 views. So this
0:55 channel who got 1 billion views probably
0:57 made around $100,000. So this is
0:59 something people get wrong. They think
1:01 you don't make money with shorts because
1:03 on shorts you get paid way less. But it
1:04 doesn't matter if you get billions of
1:07 views, does it? And shorts channels are
1:09 getting billions of views. Some of them
1:12 already have 50 billion views. It's it's
1:14 mindblowing. There's a lot of money to
1:16 be made inside this shorts trend. And

2:21 created 1 month and 12 days ago. It's
2:23 absolutely crazy. In just one month,
2:25 this channel got 1.5 million
2:27 subscribers. I know I've said this a
2:29 couple of times, and I'm sorry I've been
2:30 repeating myself, but it's just crazy.
2:33 So, let me explain what this channel is
2:35 doing. This channel is posting Roblox
2:38 shorts. What is Roblox? Roblox is the
2:40 most popular video game on the planet
2:42 right now. It's played by more than 1
2:45 billion kids. And because it's played by
2:47 1 billion kids, obviously there's going
2:48 to be a huge audience on YouTube who
2:51 awaits Roblox videos. And this is not
2:52 just one channel that is blowing up. As
2:54 I said, let me show you another channel.
2:57 So this channel over here got 1.2
2:58 million subscribers. And if we click on
3:00 more, we will see it was created in July
3:03 2025, which is 3 months ago, and it got
3:06 1 billion views. So it made $100,000. So
3:09 this Roblox shorts thing is going crazy.
3:11 Anyone who's starting a Roblox channel
3:13 right now will get tons of views because
3:17 as I said, there are 1 billion kids or
3:18 even more. I'm not sure. I'm going to
3:20 put statistics on the screen right now,
3:21 but there are 1 billion kids playing
3:23 this game. And the best part is that
3:25 kids and teenagers, they have all the
3:26 time in the world because they don't
3:28 have to go to work. So, they have a lot
3:29 of time on their hands. That's why
3:30 they're watching tons of videos like
3:32 this. So, let me show you the videos. If
3:34 we go over here and we click on the most
3:35 popular, we will see the most popular
3:37 video has 23 million views. And then we
3:39 have 13 million views, 11 million views,
3:40 12 million views, 10 million views. This
3:42 channel is getting millions and millions
3:43 and millions of views. And by the way,
3:46 the craziest part is that you don't even
3:49 have to play Roblox. I know it sounds
3:50 crazy, but you don't have to play
3:52 Roblox. You don't have to show your face
3:54 and you don't have to use your voice.
3:55 And in this video, I'm going to show you
3:56 exactly how to make these shorts and get
3:58 millions of views. And for example, I
4:00 have this channel over here called Cool
4:02 Hat. I'm going to go to the YouTube
4:03 studio and I'm going to show you that I
4:05 have already tried to make these videos.

4:26 to engagement, if this percentage over

4:30 bigger than 80%, the chances are your
4:32 video is going to get pushed again. And
4:34 for example, on this shorts channel, I

4:37 million views. And as we can see, it got
4:40 6 million views after 9 days. In the
4:42 beginning, it was pushed to just 51,000,
4:43 similar to this other short I'm showing
4:45 you. And then it got pushed to 6
4:47 million, right? So, that's how shorts
4:49 work. So, let me show you how to do this
4:51 yourself. So, here's what we're going to
4:53 be doing. We're going to be using AI to
4:56 create AI avatars that are going to
4:59 react to Roblox videos. Sounds pretty
5:00 cool, right? So, let me show you a video
5:03 over here. This girl over here is not
5:07 real. This is an AI. And the AI plays
5:10 the game or reacts to the game. And as
5:13 we can see, this video got 400,000 likes
5:16 and 14 million views. Over here, I use
5:18 Vid IQ in order to see how many views
5:20 this short got because without Vid IQ, I
5:22 can't see how many views. So, this video
5:25 got 14 million views in 4 months. This
5:28 is an AI avatar playing Roblox or
5:30 reacting to Roblox. And that's what
5:32 we're going to be creating in this
5:34 video. Now, to keep everything simple
5:37 and easy for you guys, I prepared a free
5:39 Google document in the description.

5:42 If you click on the link, it's going to

5:45 a free document. Anyone can use this
5:47 document. The reason why I prepared this
5:49 document is because we need a few links

6:09 first tool we need, it's OBS. OBS, it's
6:11 a free live streaming and screen
6:13 recording program. As I said, it's free.
6:15 It's completely free. So go to my free
6:17 document and click on this link called
6:20 OBS project and go to their website and
6:22 then download OBS on your computer. And
6:25 after you download it, install OBS on
6:27 your computer. Then go ahead and open
6:29 OBS on your computer. And it should look
6:30 something like this. The interface
6:32 should look something like this. Now,
6:33 obviously, you're not going to have
6:35 these scenes over here because these
6:37 scenes are the scenes I use to record
6:39 this video right now. I'm using OBS to
6:40 record this video you're watching right
6:41 now because it's free and it's awesome.
6:43 Let me create a new scenes just to show
6:45 you. So, this is how it's going to look
6:46 for you. It's going to say you don't
6:48 have any sources. All you have to do
6:51 over here is rightclick, select add a
6:54 new source, and select display capture.
6:55 You can give it a name if you want. So,
6:58 I'm going to say Roblox
7:00 reacting and click okay. Leave the
7:02 capture method over here on automatic.
7:04 And then over here where it says
7:06 display, choose your display. Now, I
7:07 have two displays. So, I'm going to

7:14 already have OBS opened on this display,
7:17 OBS is recording OBS and it creates like
7:19 a loop. It's recording OBS. But if I
7:21 open something else, for example, I go
7:23 back over here and I open my document
7:25 and I make it shorter, we can see that
7:27 it also captures exactly what's on the
7:29 display, which is my Chrome browser with
7:31 my free document, and it's also the OBS
7:33 display on the background. Right? And
7:35 over here on the right, you can see
7:36 because of my webcam, but I'm going to
7:38 drag this above a little bit. You can
7:41 see we have start streaming or start
7:44 recording. If I click start recording,
7:47 OBS is going to start to record the
7:49 display. That's it. That's how simple it
7:52 is to install and use a screen recording

8:19 window and it's going to open a new
8:22 incognito window. The reason why we're
8:24 using an incognito window is because
8:26 this way Google will not save the
8:28 previous information and history of your
8:29 browsing history. And because of that,
8:31 when you go on YouTube and you search
8:32 for something, it's going to show you
8:34 the most popular and viral videos. This
8:37 is a pretty simple and very cool trick
8:39 top creators use to find viral videos.

9:12 opening a new incognito window, type
9:14 youtube.com inside it and enter. So, you
9:16 you can go to YouTube. And as you can
9:18 see, it's as if you just installed
9:20 Windows and it's the first time you ever
9:22 go on YouTube. YouTube is showing us no
9:24 recommended videos because there's no
9:26 search history. And because of this,
9:28 when we search for something, YouTube
9:31 will provide only the viral videos. So
9:33 go over to the search bar and search for
9:37 Roblox shorts. Now, as you can see, if
9:39 we look at the videos, this one has 3
9:41 million views, 3 million views, 5
9:43 million views, 5 million views. So now,
9:45 what you want to do is find a short that
9:48 is either viral already or it's about to
9:50 go viral. So, for example, if we scroll
9:52 down over here and we take a look, this
9:54 one over here with 700,000 views might
9:56 go viral. It's an animation with Roblox
10:00 as well. So, just click on it.
10:02 So, this is a good short you can react
10:04 to. What you want to do now is go over
10:06 to OBS,
10:09 open OBS, and click over here where it
10:12 says start recording. Now, I can't click
10:14 on start recording myself because I'm
10:16 going to show you I already have an OBS
10:18 window open where I'm recording the
10:19 screen right now and I'm already
10:21 recording as you can see. So, what you
10:23 want to do is click start recording.
10:25 Close OBS. Make sure you're recording
10:27 from the beginning of the video. Then go
10:30 back to OBS and click stop recording.
10:32 And now to check your recording, go to
10:34 the top left over here where it says
10:37 file. Click on this and click show
10:39 recordings. and it's going to open a
10:41 folder with your recordings. And as you
10:44 can see, this is the video I recorded.
10:46 And it should look something like this.

12:20 create the avatar or you can use their
12:22 already pre-made avatars. So if we go
12:24 over here as you can see they already
12:26 have avatars. If we click on motion
12:28 avatar, they already have pre-made
12:30 avatars. And for this video, for this
12:31 example, I'm going to be using this
12:34 avatar over here, this girl with green
12:35 hair, because I've already used this
12:37 avatar as I've shown you in my videos.
12:39 So, if we go back over here, this video

12:43 can see, I used this avatar over here.
12:45 So, in this video, I'm going to show you
12:46 how to use this avatar. So, back on

16:22 downloaded Caput on your computer, go
16:24 ahead and open Cap Cut. Now, after you
16:26 open Cap Cut, it should look something
16:27 like this. Over here where it says
16:30 import, add your AI avatar video and
16:32 your Roblox recording. So, I'm going to

18:24 drag it around and place it somewhere
18:26 else. But what we want to do is increase
18:28 the size of it by dragging these bars
18:29 over here. Just like that. As we can
18:30 see, we're going to increase the size
18:32 like this. And then we're going to
18:34 increase the horizontal size just like
18:36 this. And then to make it look more like
18:37 a webcam, we can make the borders
18:39 rounder. So over here if we scroll down
18:42 we will see we have round corners.
18:44 Increase this. And as we can see on the

18:48 corners. And now all we have to do is go
18:50 back to the video over here on the
18:52 timeline. Right click on the video and

19:15 much easier. So, I'm going to decrease
19:17 the size of our AI avatar. And I'm going
19:21 to place it over here in the corner.
19:23 Just like that. And now, if we look over
19:25 to the timeline over here, we will see
19:28 that our AI avatar clip is shorter than
19:30 the Roblox video. To fix this, you have
19:32 two option. you go ahead and you
19:34 generate the avatar again and you add
19:37 more text to it so it's longer or if the
19:39 length difference is not that big just
19:42 like in our example over here then we
19:44 can just speed up the Roblox video which
19:46 might even increase the retention
19:48 honestly. So click on your Roblox video
19:50 go over here where it says speed on the
19:53 top right and then increase this and as
19:54 we can see it increases the speed at
19:56 which the video plays and because of
19:58 that it also decreases the length and
20:00 now they both end at the same time. So
20:03 now we have this AI avatar reacting to
20:04 this video.

20:09 your video to make it monetizable, you
20:11 can also add captions. So if you go over
20:13 here on the left where it says text and
20:15 then you click on auto captions, you can
