0:02 what if I told you that collecting
0:03 together a few cute pics and looking at
0:05 them every day has the power to
0:08 completely transform your life well
0:09 today we're going through an
0:12 evidence-based tried and tested Vision
0:14 boarding method to make your dream life
0:16 a reality and vision boarding really
0:19 genuinely works and it has nothing to do
0:20 with quantum physics or any of that kind
0:22 of thing and everything to do with
0:24 proven principles from cognitive
0:26 Neuroscience in this video I'll walk you
0:28 through the ultimate evidence-based
0:30 guide of everything you need to know
0:32 what a vision board is who exactly
0:33 should have a vision board do you even
0:35 need one how they work at the level of
0:37 the brain and then walk you through an
0:39 exact five-step process for creating
0:41 your very own vision board highlighting
0:44 any common questions traps pitfalls that
0:45 people often fall into and finally I'll
0:48 share a routine for how to actually use
0:50 your vision board in an evidence-based
0:53 fashion to turn your dreams into reality
0:54 if you're new here my name is Izzy I'm a
0:56 Cambridge graduate and a doctor and I've
0:58 actually manifested so much of my life
0:59 things like getting into Cambridge to
1:01 studying medicine my career my YouTube
1:03 channel a happy relationship the place
1:06 that we live skills and experiences that
1:08 I've had put simply manifesting is the
1:10 practice of intentionally deciding on
1:12 your vision and then aligning your
1:14 attention and actions in order to bring
1:16 it into reality and so Vision boarding
1:18 is simply a powerful tool in our Arsenal
1:20 to effectively manifest also if you're
1:22 into this kind of stuff I've created a
1:24 completely free 3-day guide for you on
1:26 building soft productivity systems into
1:28 your life to take you from Vision to
1:30 action on your dreams so so it would be
1:32 a really good companion for this video
1:33 if you're interested in checking it out
1:37 I'll leave a link to the free guide down
1:40 below so why vision board who needs a
1:41 vision board do you actually even need
1:43 this in your life if you have no problem
1:45 achieving all of your goals and turning
1:47 your dream life into reality and
1:48 powerfully manifesting and creating the
1:50 kind of life that you want to live
1:51 that's an incredible place to be and I
1:53 honestly salute you because in this
1:55 instance chances are a vision board
1:57 won't actually add that much for you so
1:59 feel free to save some time and Skip
2:01 what watching the rest of this video but
2:02 if you're a bit like me and are still on
2:04 a personal growth Journey have things
2:05 you want to do and Achieve and
2:07 experience and become and you're looking
2:09 for strategies to effectively Implement
2:11 these into your life a vision board is
2:13 an extremely powerful tool to help you
2:15 actually make these dreams happen so for
2:17 any Skeptics and I completely get it
2:19 because I was one too here's the lowdown
2:21 on how vision boards work and the
2:23 Neuroscience of manifestation I've also
2:26 got a quick book recommendation on this
2:28 topic The Source by Dr Tara swart is
2:31 amazing for covering the Neuroscience of
2:33 manifestation in more detail so check
2:34 that out if you're interested I'll also
2:35 leave a link down below research has
2:38 shown that our brain receives around 11
2:40 million bits of information from our
2:43 sensors per second but it can only
2:45 consciously process about 50 this means
2:47 that your unconscious mind is helping
2:49 you out here by filtering out or
2:51 compressing all these millions of bits
2:52 of information every single second to
2:55 provide your conscious mind with just
2:56 the information that it actually needs
2:58 to focus on this is because obviously if
3:01 we were to try to process that volume of
3:02 information coming in from all of our
3:04 senses all of our thoughts we would
3:06 literally go insane and not be able to
3:08 focus on anything or get anything done
3:10 or function because we would just be
3:12 overwhelmed so this is actually really
3:14 working on our side because we need a
3:17 way to cut through the noise and figure
3:19 out what to pay attention to but this
3:21 also means that a part of the brain
3:23 called the reticular activating system
3:25 also known as RIS or Raz for short which
3:27 is located in the brain stem is
3:29 unconsciously subconsciously filtering
3:31 out information for us the way that it
3:34 decides what information to elevate to
3:37 the level of conscious processing versus
3:40 letting some information just slide by
3:42 unconsciously is down to this process
3:44 called selective attention and value
3:46 tagging selective attention is our
3:48 brain's ability to focus on specific
3:50 stimuli while filtering out irrelevant
3:52 information or rather information that
3:54 is deemed irrelevant by the RAS and
3:56 value tagging is a process where our
3:58 brain assigns importance to certain
4:01 stimuli certain pieces of information
4:03 based on emotional significance or
4:05 relevance to our goals or things that
4:07 are important to us you might have even
4:09 noticed some of this phenomenon working
4:11 in practice yourself in something known
4:13 as the badam mhof phenomenon this is
4:16 also known as the frequency bias but
4:18 it's caused by the RAS selective
4:20 attention and value tagging so for
4:23 example for me I am now pregnant and so
4:25 suddenly everything to do with pregnancy
4:27 and babies and child care and parenting
4:30 it feels really resonant and emotionally
4:32 important and I've noticed that all of a
4:35 sudden I seeing pregnant ladies and kids
4:38 and babies absolutely everywhere when
4:40 before I didn't really notice them as
4:41 much at all and it's not actually
4:43 because there are more pregnant women
4:45 and babies and children around me but
4:48 rather that my brain now has value
4:50 tagged this category of pregnancy and
4:52 babies and motherhood as more important
4:54 and so therefore when there is a
4:56 pregnant lady on the street or a cute
4:58 baby my reticular activating system is
5:00 more likely to be like oh that's
5:02 something that's important to us let's
5:04 make Izzy conscious of this and so then
5:06 it's elevated to the level of conscious
5:08 experience you might have experienced
5:10 this yourself if let's say you got a new
5:13 car or a new specific kind of MacBook or
5:14 something to that effect and suddenly
5:17 you start noticing more of this kind of
5:19 car let's say like a red Volvo all over
5:21 the place but actually it's not because
5:23 the frequency has genuinely increased
5:25 but rather that you're paying more
5:27 attention to it and you're being made
5:29 conscious more frequently of them
5:31 because because it's been value tagged
5:33 and it's passing into your selective
5:34 attention more frequently if you enjoy
5:36 this kind of approach to personal
5:38 development you might also enjoy my
5:39 weekly email that I send out it's called
5:41 letters to my younger self it's my
5:43 favorite thing that I do it's all the
5:44 personal development tips and notes and
5:47 journaling prompts that I wish that I
5:49 could send to my younger self I also
5:51 share daily updates on my Instagram @
5:53 izy cely so feel free to check those out
5:54 and so now let's bring it back to Vision
5:57 boarding and actually achieving our
5:59 goals every single day life changing of
6:02 opportunities are passing Us by and most
6:04 of these are unfortunately filtered out
6:07 by our Ras because most information is
6:09 filtered out by our R but through the
6:11 process of goal setting and vision
6:14 boarding we can actually value tag the
6:16 things that we actually care about and
6:17 the things that we want to make happen
6:19 in our lives as important so that then
6:21 our reticular activating system is more
6:23 likely to elevate opportunities and
6:25 information that are relevant to this to
6:27 a conscious level where we can actually
6:29 take action on it and actually grasp
6:30 these opportunities rather than just
6:32 letting them pass Us by or not even
6:34 noticing that they're they're happening
6:36 our brains didn't evolve in an
6:38 environment where their main goal was to
6:41 make us succeed and be happy our brains
6:43 just evolve to survive and a lot of the
6:45 ways that our brains filter information
6:47 aren't necessarily aligned with the
6:49 person that we want to become they were
6:51 created from the person that we were and
6:52 the experiences that we have had but if
6:55 we want to change our future trajectory
6:58 we need to be able to shape our brain to
7:00 be ready for those opportunities and to
7:03 actually consciously be made aware of
7:04 these opportunities so that we can grasp
7:06 them and actually take action on making
7:08 our dreams a reality you might be
7:10 wondering well doesn't something like
7:11 just setting a goal and writing it down
7:13 work for this kind of thing and yes
7:16 absolutely that does help but there is a
7:19 certain power in making a vision board
7:20 which I'm about to explain we as humans
7:22 are extremely visual creatures we have
7:24 literally a whole lobe of the brain the
7:26 whole occipital lobe just right here at
7:28 the back of the brain dedicated to
7:29 visual processing and if if you just
7:31 think about your experience of the world
7:34 most of us and so you and me probably
7:37 included are primarily visual processes
7:39 of the world this means that seeing
7:41 visual images of our goals such as on
7:43 your vision board is a much more
7:46 powerful way of emotionally activating
7:48 your goals and really getting them to
7:50 stick in your head and value tagging
7:53 intensely what you're trying to align
7:55 your actions towards achieving multiple
7:57 Studies have shown that visually
7:59 focusing in on our goals and having
8:01 visual representations of our goals
8:05 helps to generate powerful emotions that
8:07 drive us to pursue those goals and
8:09 actually achieve them and so there was a
8:12 significant increase in goal Pursuit and
8:14 motivation for people who visually
8:16 represent their goals whether that's on
8:17 a vision board or through tools like
8:20 visualization so that's my Manifesto for
8:22 who needs a vision board and how they
8:24 actually work and why you need one and
8:25 so if you're convinced and you want to
8:27 create a powerful vision board that
8:29 actually works then let's Dive In to the
8:31 five-step process for creating your
8:33 vision board this is the process that I
8:36 personally use and I found it most
8:37 effective after trying multiple
8:39 different methods of creating a vision
8:41 board also one thing that's really
8:42 important when it comes to creating an
8:44 effective vision board is getting in the
8:46 right emotional state to actually be
8:49 able to dream big and to be able to
8:51 confidently put images onto your vision
8:53 board I've recorded a fullon vision
8:56 boarding Workshop as part of the life OS
8:58 course which is a course that my husband
9:00 Ali and I have put together to help you
9:02 essentially figure out where you're
9:03 going in life design your dream life and
9:06 then build in a productivity system so
9:08 essentially covering the full stack of
9:10 going from Vision to action if you're
9:11 interested you might want to check it
9:13 out and again you'll get this Vision
9:16 boarding Workshop as part of that course
9:17 where I'll guide you through the whole
9:19 process including visualizations
9:21 meditations and also giving you a bunch
9:23 of templates and resources for creating
9:26 your vision board step one is to dream
9:29 visualize your dream life in 3 years
9:31 time how it feels how it looks and the
9:33 person that you've ultimately become
9:35 through everything that has happened
9:36 this Taps into a cognitive process
9:39 called episodic future thinking which
9:41 essentially is when we visualize and
9:43 mentally simulate future events in Vivid
9:45 detail this has been proven to
9:48 counteract temporal discounting which is
9:50 the very human psychological tendency to
9:53 prioritize immediate gratification over
9:55 long-term benefits and delayed
9:57 gratification which is actually one of
9:59 the biggest barriers to making our
10:01 dreams happen an example of this is
10:03 let's say one of your goals is to get in
10:05 the best shape of your life immediate
10:08 gratification would encourage you to sit
10:11 on the sofa watch TV and binge eat yummy
10:14 snacks but if you're focusing more on
10:17 long-term delayed gratification then you
10:19 might put those aside and instead go for
10:21 a walk and listen to an Audi book or go
10:23 to the gym or do some yoga so by tapping
10:26 into this process of EFT episodic future
10:29 thinking we counteract this bias and we
10:31 can focus more on delayed gratification
10:33 and long-term benefits for example in
10:35 this study they found that students who
10:36 were prompted to visualize their
10:38 experience if they actually achieved
10:40 their study goals were significantly
10:42 more likely to spontaneously study for
10:44 longer which is going to make that
10:46 potential future reality of achieving
10:48 their study goals much more likely so
10:49 one tool that I like to use in this
10:51 visualizing stage is thinking about my
10:53 life in categories I personally really
10:55 like the Wheel of Life framework for
10:57 thinking about life a bit more
10:58 holistically and actually as part of my
11:00 weekly review process every single week
11:02 I check in and I track my Wheel of Life
11:04 score so that I can see patterns and
11:06 Trends over time I've personally found
11:08 that tracking the past checking in on
11:10 the present and then analyzing those
11:12 patterns to design the future has been
11:15 one of the most powerful Frameworks for
11:18 my personal growth journey I created a
11:20 Google sheet tracker that I use every
11:22 single week for my Wheel of Life I had
11:25 so many requests to share the Google
11:27 sheet tracker that I use so if you're
11:28 interested you can get a copy completely
11:31 free via the link below or via
11:35 i.com slwe this is the exact template
11:37 that I personally use this is an auto
11:39 updating graph here which updates
11:41 whenever you add in numbers I have also
11:44 created a little notes section here to
11:46 add any key points of notes of anything
11:48 that might have affected the score so
11:50 that you can look back and then analyze
11:52 any patterns so again feel free to check
11:54 that out if you'd like otherwise using
11:56 these kinds of categories of physical
11:58 health mental health friends and family
12:01 Romance career finances personal growth
12:03 and purpose and contribution I find very
12:05 helpful or if you really want to
12:07 simplify it down think about it in terms
12:09 of health in terms of relationships and
12:12 then career and personal growth so now
12:14 maybe take a moment to close your eyes
12:16 maybe even pause the video and set a
12:17 timer for a couple of minutes and
12:19 visualize what stepping into your
12:22 elevated life in 3 years time feels like
12:24 after this visualization exercise write
12:26 freely in your journal for a couple of
12:28 minutes about this experience and what
12:30 the key components of your dream life
12:32 are I personally like to write in a
12:34 physical Journal because I find that I'm
12:37 a bit more expressive and connected to
12:39 my emotions when I do that but write
12:40 wherever works for you and write down
12:43 any crazy world dreams that you have
12:45 don't hold back and recognize that at
12:47 this stage any thoughts of that's not
12:50 realistic or like oh like that's never
12:51 going to happen aren't actually needed
12:53 right now as this is simply about
12:56 dreaming divergently and creating a
12:59 bucket list almost of Dreams step two is
13:01 collect which essentially is searching
13:04 for images that represent elements of
13:06 your dream life I like using Pinterest
13:07 for this personally because it gives
13:10 great suggestions for similar images and
13:11 start suggesting Things based on what
13:13 you've searched so this is an example
13:16 when I open up my Pinterest because of
13:17 the kinds of things I've searched for in
13:19 the past it suggests things
13:21 automatically that I might be interested
13:22 in and some of these things are things
13:24 that I actually search for while
13:26 creating my own vision board so for
13:28 example maybe I like this kind of desk
13:30 setup I I feel like ooh that's feels
13:32 resonant feels like it's part of the
13:35 dream life and when I click on it then I
13:36 scroll down a little bit and then I see
13:39 a bunch of other similar images that are
13:40 a bit like this original one and so then
13:43 it makes it very easy to find the exact
13:45 kind of images that you want and so then
13:47 maybe I'll click on this one and then I
13:48 keep getting suggested new things
13:50 algorithmically by Pinterest one thing
13:52 to consider is including imagery that
13:54 reflects the outcome and the destination
13:57 of the dream but also the process and
13:59 the inputs required to get there so
14:01 almost the journey as it were I like
14:03 doing this because it prompts me to
14:05 think about the steps that are needed to
14:08 be taken to get to whatever dream
14:10 destination I have consider including
14:13 both literal images which have a
14:15 concrete reflection of the dream
14:17 destination and also more abstract ones
14:19 that reflect perhaps a certain feeling
14:21 or an energy that you want to experience
14:23 and especially look for images that
14:25 evoke some kind of emotional response in
14:27 you as these will be the most powerful
14:29 for forming your magnetic vision for
14:31 example for me this image here of this
14:34 old couple dancing in what looks like
14:36 their beautiful home surrounded by
14:38 warmth and plant was so emotionally
14:40 resonant for me and when I saw that I
14:42 just felt like it like literally brought
14:44 tears to my eyes when I saw this image
14:47 and so even though this photo isn't
14:49 necessarily what my life is exactly
14:51 going to look like in a couple of years
14:53 time because obviously this is an old
14:55 couple many years down the line when I
14:57 look at this and I see like their
14:59 smiling faces I see the feeling that's
15:01 in this image with like full of warmth
15:03 and love and a deep connection over the
15:06 course of a lifetime that is extremely
15:08 emotionally evocative for me and so
15:11 that's why I put this on my vision board
15:14 step number three is dump copy and paste
15:16 all these images that you find into a
15:18 blank document so for me personally I
15:20 like to use either Google Slides or
15:22 canva for this but feel free to use
15:23 basically any document where you can
15:25 paste photos rearrange them easily and
15:28 change the aspect ratio of the document
15:29 so like that's the dimensions of the
15:31 document basically and you can change
15:33 the aspect ratio in both Google slides
15:35 and canva as well a quick shortcut that
15:38 I like is just typing in slides. new and
15:40 then a new Google Slides document will
15:42 open up and so that's a really quick way
15:44 for you to just get directly to it once
15:45 this is opened up you just go to
15:48 Pinterest you pick a couple of pictures
15:51 that you like so let me grab a couple so
15:54 for example if you're on Pinterest and
15:56 you really resonate with let's say this
15:58 image over here you go in you copy the
16:01 image you go into your Google slide you
16:03 paste it there we go that's dumped in
16:05 step four is refine so once you've
16:06 collected and dumped a bunch of
16:08 inspiring evocative images into your
16:09 document go through them all again and
16:12 now eliminate and select so remove any
16:14 images that are either too repetitive or
16:16 no longer resonant I basically refine
16:18 them down to the core collection of
16:21 images in this refining stage I also
16:23 like to edit and personalize any images
16:26 for example I've put this 1 million
16:28 subscriber YouTube plaque into this dump
16:29 and so then on my actual vision board to
16:32 make it more magnetic and personal I
16:34 edited the image to include my name my
16:36 profile picture all of that stuff so
16:38 over here you can see the YouTube plaque
16:40 has my name on it this is like literally
16:43 the exact image that I would see on my
16:45 YouTube channel page with one million
16:47 subscribers and I've also done the same
16:50 for my hsk 6 certificate which is how
16:52 you shap in cure level six which is
16:54 essentially a mandarin proficiency exam
16:56 and I really want to get to level six so
16:59 I literally took a copy of a photo of of
17:01 the hsk6 certificate and edited it to
17:04 include my name and my photo over there
17:07 step five is coales so now you have your
17:09 set of magnetic images for your vision
17:11 board it's time to coales them into
17:13 their final form the first thing here is
17:15 to decide on what format you want your
17:17 vision board to be in I'll get into this
17:18 a little bit more in the final part of
17:20 this video but essentially here you want
17:23 to choose your aspect ratio for your
17:24 canvas and that basically means the
17:26 dimensions of the canvas I'll give you a
17:28 quick demo in Google slides and canva of
17:30 how you can do this in Google Slides you
17:33 want to click file and then go to page
17:35 setup and here it has a few three like
17:37 standard aspect ratios um or you can
17:39 choose custom here and you can also
17:40 choose whether that's in pixels or
17:42 inches depending on what kind of final
17:44 form you want for your vision board in
17:46 canva what you want to do is go to the
17:49 canva main page and then click custom
17:51 size you can again choose pixels or
17:54 inches centimeters create a new design
17:55 and that has popped up something here
17:57 and then you can copy and paste your
17:59 images into this space here then when
18:00 you're arranging your images I'd
18:02 actually recommend placing related
18:04 images nearest to each other for example
18:06 images that are all about health all
18:08 togethere or relationships kind of in a
18:10 cluster ultimately there are no rules
18:11 when it comes to Vision boarding find
18:14 what feels good for
18:17 you now for some common traps and
18:19 pitfalls that people often fall into and
18:20 mistakes that they make when making
18:22 vision boards one really common thing
18:24 that I see a lot is people focusing only
18:28 on material outcomes so fancy branded
18:31 luxury items or extrinsic material Goods
18:32 that we think will bring us happiness
18:34 but it's important to remember that
18:37 honic adaptation is a thing and so this
18:39 can easily become part of a honic
18:41 treadmill and feed into this cycle of
18:43 consumerism so it's just worth being
18:45 aware of like are there actually things
18:47 on the vision board that are part of
18:49 your dream life not just because they're
18:51 material Goods but because they are
18:53 genuinely things that will bring you a
18:55 richness to your life another common
18:58 trap is limiting yourself from actually
19:00 putting your dreams on your vision board
19:02 I recently wrote a whole newsletter
19:04 issue about this very topic of limiting
19:07 beliefs and self-sabotage and how vision
19:08 boards can actually help to discover and
19:10 unearth them so feel free to check this

19:14 where I sent this to I'll include a link
19:15 down below the next common trap is
19:17 getting too attached or too worried
19:20 about specific timelines and deadlines
19:21 for achieving these dreams on your
19:23 vision board because a vision board is
19:25 very different to creating a concrete
19:27 plan of action I'd actually recommend
19:30 having both and making an action plan
19:31 after you've got your vision board but
19:33 while a plan usually has a timeline with
19:36 clear milestones and objectives and a
19:38 kind of very clear path a vision board
19:40 is a softer bigger picture approach to
19:42 designing your dream life and by
19:44 actively stepping away from including
19:47 these kinds of timelines opens us up to
19:49 an abundance mindset and allows us to
19:51 hold our plans more lightly which means
19:52 that we can follow the flow of life and
19:55 take opportunities as they arise rather
19:57 than holding on to them with too much
19:59 attachment but while still keeping our
20:01 dreams front and center the next common
20:03 trap is only including the outcome or
20:05 the results and none of the processes
20:07 because vision boards work best when
20:10 they are conducive to action and this is
20:11 why I always try to include some images
20:14 of the journey and the work in progress
20:16 towards the dream destination to almost
20:17 create a visual stepping stone and
20:19 connect that Vision to action you can
20:21 see this on my own vision board here
20:22 where let's say this image here I've
20:25 included a lady doing prenatal Pilates
20:28 and there isn't any clear destination
20:29 goal it's not like like the pose that
20:31 she's doing is particularly challenging
20:32 or as some kind of destination but it's
20:35 more that I want to include this process
20:37 in my life because I know by including
20:39 more of this kind of process and acting
20:42 on it I will by default get towards the
20:44 dream destination that I have now for
20:46 the final step of this Ultimate Guide to
20:48 Vision boarding is the evidence-based
20:50 application in your day-to-day life the
20:52 first thing that's important is to look
20:54 at your vision board daily so spend at
20:57 least a minute per day looking at your
20:58 vision board this is because in order
21:01 order to actually activate your value
21:04 tagging selective attention reticular
21:05 activating system and get that
21:08 subconscious mind on board with making
21:10 your dreams a reality you need to
21:12 constantly feed it reminders of what's
21:14 important to you so for me personally I
21:16 create wallpapers for all of my main
21:19 devices with my vision board on it so
21:21 this includes for example my phone
21:23 literally my phone background is my
21:26 vision board which I arranged into the
21:27 right aspect ratio to fit nicely on my
21:29 phone on my iPad as well which I use
21:33 everyday is also my vision board on my
21:35 laptop background everything all of my
21:37 electronic devices because I use these
21:39 every single day have my vision board on
21:41 them front and center as both the lock
21:43 screen and also the wallpaper in this
21:45 way being repeatedly exposed to seeing
21:47 my vision board and reminders of my
21:48 dream life works on two levels on the
21:50 conscious level it's a reminder of my
21:53 goals and dreams to actually make plans
21:55 and take action towards them and in
21:56 terms of the subconscious level it's
21:59 aligning my Raz and my sub conscious
22:00 with noticing these kinds of
22:02 opportunities that are important to me
22:04 and making them happen an alternative to
22:06 putting them on digital devices is to
22:08 physically print it out on let's say a
22:10 canvas or a poster and put it somewhere
22:12 that you're going to see very regularly
22:14 ideally daily such as maybe inside your
22:16 wardrobe so that when you open your
22:17 wardrobe and you're getting dressed and
22:19 ready each day then you have a look at
22:21 it or place it maybe above your home
22:23 desk so you can look at it when hustling
22:25 to make your dream life happen finally
22:28 combining Vision boarding with written
22:30 goal set setting and action planning I
22:32 personally do quarterly goal setting
22:34 with monthly and weekly reviews under
22:36 this to align my actions with my vision
22:39 and actually one of the biggest reasons
22:40 why people fail at achieving their
22:43 dreams is this execution Gap essentially
22:45 this gap between vision and action so we
22:47 want to close this Gap and now we have
22:49 our vision that we feel motivated by
22:51 every single day we're aligning
22:53 everything in our mind and heart towards
22:55 that we want to take action I'm actually
22:57 planning a full video on this quarterly
22:59 monthly and weekly review system which I
23:01 actually Implement inside my journal so
23:03 stay tuned for that if you're interested
23:05 in every single video I always like to
23:07 encourage you guys to actually take
23:09 action on the videos that you're
23:10 watching because it's all good and well
23:11 watching YouTube videos for
23:14 entertainment but I really want you guys
23:15 to put this into practice in your own
23:18 life so right now decide on two action
23:20 points you're going to take away from
23:21 this video that you're going to
23:22 implement today and so think of those
23:25 two action points and maybe share them
23:26 down below in the comments if you like
23:28 or send me an email or message with them
23:30 or just write them down for yourself in
23:31 your journal and make sure that you
23:33 actually take action on this video If
23:35 you enjoyed this video I think you might
23:37 like this video over here where I talk
23:40 about my exact process for journaling
23:41 and how to bring more mindfulness
23:43 intentionality and self- understanding
23:46 into our lives with journaling so feel
23:47 free to check that out over here
23:49 otherwise thank you so much for watching
23:50 take care of yourself and remember that
23:52 the journey is the destination I'll see
