0:05 All right. So, I'm going to give my
0:08 feedback on the mobile version. So,
0:10 So,
0:12 initially when opening it, I'd be up
0:14 here at the top where it says primary
0:17 themes assessment. Can change it just to
0:19 have the Pathfinder logo or just say Pathfinder.
0:21 Pathfinder.
0:24 um as you open it feels a little textheavy
0:25 textheavy
0:27 and so breaking this up would be really
0:30 helpful. Even if there was just like a
0:33 graphic that said,
0:35 you know, when it's due, how long it'll
0:37 take, and showing that it's also
0:40 confidential, maybe outlining some text
0:42 that would outline like, hey, in the
0:45 next 5 minutes, this is what you're
0:48 going to do through this assessment.
0:52 They can click sign in or begin my path
0:55 finder journey. Open it up. I will go
0:57 ahead and log in.
0:59 Um maybe shrink this down a little more
1:23 All right, we're in. Okay,
1:24 Okay,
1:29 so uh initially right here for me it
1:32 feels a little um feels a little
1:35 overwhelming and um kind of unclear. So
1:40 to to simplify it, I think I like great
1:43 welcoming him and then maybe the target
1:47 priorities historical benchmark like the
1:51 essentially if we're looking at it just
1:54 the primary things could be shown and
1:56 maybe there's like a yellow outline
1:58 around it that says start here and maybe
2:01 there's a number that says step one next
2:07 to it. Um, and then maybe the assess
2:09 target priorities and historical
2:13 could be either like in a drop-own menu
2:16 tab maybe that says like
2:18 like coming next and it's not even seen
2:22 yet or it could just be grayed out with
2:26 like a lock box on it. Um, that
2:36 Um I don't know like this will be open
2:38 once your team completes the previous
2:40 phase and it'll show like step two under
2:43 assess and step three target priorities
2:46 step four historical benchmark. So going
2:48 to start um
2:51 um
2:53 again right here. I think that something
2:56 that could be clear too is like a text
3:00 that says define what matters and then
3:03 it could say like choose or choose
3:07 choose your themes and then
3:09 it lists them all out. But maybe like a
3:13 zero to five selected up here at the top
3:16 like a progress bar would make it
3:19 easier. And then when I click on them,
3:33 Okay. So maybe they just select once I
3:41 Gotcha. You can only select five categories.
3:47 Maybe that Yeah.
3:49 Yeah.
3:50 All right, let's just move on. This is
3:53 cut off here.
3:56 Let's open that up. All right, so the
3:58 next one,
3:59 maybe this can have a clear text that
4:02 says like define what matters
4:04 most. And so maybe again there's a
4:07 progress bar next to mission that says
4:11 like zero of two selected. And so I
4:12 click one.
4:15 Um, and that that feels a little
4:19 confusing. So, I select one and then
4:21 that's not selected. So, I think that I
4:23 might select another one. And I said can
4:26 only select two statements from each.
4:28 Um, and maybe as I select them, it says
4:30 like one of two or two of two is selected.
4:36 So, let's just go through. Does that
4:37 Okay. So, I have to move to the next one.
4:49 maybe there's um like down here with the
4:52 comments, maybe that could be a little
4:56 more instruction around sharing like
4:58 sharing their personal insights or
5:01 context around their responses that
5:03 could add
5:06 to the conversation. Um and then maybe
5:08 more coaching around
5:10 around
5:12 It's either like them writing out a
5:14 statement and coaching them how to write
5:15 out a statement
5:20 or just giving free thoughts on
5:22 um and if we were to just leave it
5:24 open-ended maybe having some more questions
5:26 questions
5:28 there for them just to kind of write freely.
5:37 All right. And so this next one, what
5:40 would be helpful too is once they're
5:42 selected, it'd be really helpful to have
5:44 like a sticky button here at the bottom
5:48 that is like back toit or, you know,
5:51 confirm my selections.
5:54 But up here, it would be helpful like if
5:56 there was an edit tab by mission that if
5:59 I wanted to edit and like reselect
6:14 cool. On to the next. Great. And then
6:16 this feels a little more technical. And
6:18 if we could have it feel a little more
6:22 emotional. Maybe it's like has like some
6:23 confetti in the background. I know it's
6:25 corny. Or it doesn't even have to have
6:27 that, but like a check box that says
6:29 like, "Hey, you took the first step."
6:31 step or like the st first step's
6:33 complete. Well done. And then it maybe
6:36 just gives a little road map of what's
6:39 going to happen next. Like, hey, you just
6:41 just
6:43 um completed your themes, you know,
6:47 within 48 hours. You know, be on the
6:52 lookout for an email um guiding you to
6:54 the next step or just just something
6:58 that outlines it a little bit more.
