0:07 There are people out there that never
0:10 had real food for a very long time. And
0:12 um when when you're trying to tell them
0:15 that uh hey, this is not good for you at
0:17 all, they are going to get very
0:20 triggered cuz um that's their comfort
0:23 food or whatever. They just love um
0:25 going to McDonald's or their favorite
0:28 place which serves up some type of deep
0:32 fried food full of seed oils or they go
0:34 to their favorite doughut place whatever
0:37 and that is their happy place because
0:40 maybe after a horrible day of work they
0:43 just love going to such a place and
0:46 having their favorite treat and they are
0:48 just so emotionally attached to it that
0:50 they just can't give it up. They cannot
0:53 imagine themselves munching on some raw
0:55 liver and thinking that that's the real
0:58 treat, that's the real reward. And
1:00 because they have this seed oil foods,
1:03 they end up like unhealthy or something.
1:06 And they also get like anger issues. And
1:09 um because they are in denial to admit
1:12 that the seed oil the seed oil foods are
1:16 the the problem, the seed oil foods make
1:18 them feel horrible. instead of admit
1:21 that they're going to get angry at me or
1:23 someone that tells them that they have
1:26 seed oil problems. In other words, in
1:28 instead of admitting that they are
1:31 wrong, it's it's me who is wrong and I'm
1:33 just a fear-mongering people about seed
1:35 oils and they are going to defend seed
1:39 oils just like I would defend a piece of
1:41 bone marrow. Imagine me going to the
1:44 store and um I'm looking which uh which
1:47 bone to pick up, which bone to buy and
1:50 the seed oil problems person comes up to
1:53 me and hits me on the hand and tells me
1:56 to not eat it and instead to just go for
1:59 some seed oils. Well, I would get mad.
2:02 Okay. Well, they wouldn't even get close
2:04 to me. But yeah, let's just say that
2:08 they have some way of of denying me to
2:10 buying that piece of bone to get my bone
2:14 marrow for the for the for animal fats.
2:18 Of course, in my recent video where um I
2:20 called out that gold digger coach who's
2:23 just saying great work to everybody, you
2:25 know, he said how it's it's great work
2:29 how that seed oil problems woman is
2:31 eating or whatever. And I left a comment
2:34 under that video. Is this great work?
2:36 How come you never mention Cedo? Cuz
2:38 it's like he doesn't know the root cause
2:40 and he never commented and he doesn't
2:43 even want to find out the root cause. He
2:45 just wants to sell his whatever. It's
2:48 it's actually uh financially a good
2:51 idea. Financially like not not her
2:53 advice because if you don't find out the
2:54 root cause, the clients are just going
2:57 to keep coming back to you because um
2:58 the clients are just going going to go
3:01 back to eating fast food again and then
3:03 they have the so-called the the
3:05 so-called balanced diet and then they go
3:08 back again to fast foods and they get
3:10 obese again. And yeah, it's a it's a
3:13 circle of misery. And this way the coach
3:16 makes makes more money while my advice
3:19 is forever and ever good and the clients
3:21 never need to come back. In fact, I'm
3:23 I'm giving this for free. So yeah, I I
3:27 got the advice for free and um yeah, I'm
3:29 I'm I'm spreading it for free. And this
3:32 random called
3:35 um responds to me because fearmongering
3:38 is Let me explain it. How is
3:40 it fear-mongering? If you are having it
3:44 just once or twice a year, nothing is
3:46 going to happen to you. Okay? But if
3:48 you're having it every day, like every
3:51 week, two or three times or whatever,
3:53 depends on quantity of course, then you
3:56 should be absolutely afraid for your
3:58 health. Then I asked him, you like chunk
4:01 food this much? And then he responds,
4:04 when did I say I like chunk food? you
4:06 did not say it, but um yeah, it's just
4:08 my forward thinking. If you you're
4:10 defending something, it means you're
4:12 liking it. How can I defend something
4:14 that I don't like? It's impossible. And
4:16 then he edited the comment. Also, what
4:19 kind of obvious question is that? I love
4:22 junk food. I could eat it every day and
4:26 not get tired of it, but I don't eat it
4:29 every day because too much of anything
4:33 is unhealthy for our body. That's why I
4:37 eat occasionally, making sure I don't overindulge
4:38 overindulge
4:42 so I don't feel like a bowling ball
4:45 afterwards and eating nutrientdense
4:50 foods before so I can feel my best and
4:53 enjoy my favorite foods. And my response
4:55 is, well, I did not respond to him, but
4:58 I'm going to respond now. I I can't be
5:00 bothered to type such a long answer, and
5:02 it's easier to just say it. It is an
5:05 obvious question because uh the average
5:07 person is is just going to like junk
5:09 food because they have never experienced
5:12 our natural diet and it doesn't even
5:15 across cross their minds to to try it.
5:18 So for them when they have junk food
5:20 they think they have the best meal on
5:24 earth. And when I am having my fatty raw
5:28 meat and a few s few slices of raw liver
5:31 and after that I drink a glass or two of
5:34 orange juice and having some griard
5:37 cheese. For me that's the best food
5:40 ever. Like I'm even questioning myself.
5:42 Can life get better than this in terms
5:45 of food? Well yes it can. If if there
5:48 was more wild meat and more wild organs
5:51 instead of these domesticated animals
5:54 and pick my own oranges, then yeah, that
5:56 would be even better. But hey, I I do
5:59 what I can. And you can't show me any
6:02 junk food full of seed oils that would
6:04 replace that for me. But yeah, like I
6:07 said in in my other videos, this is my
6:09 reality. And some people are just not
6:11 going to experience it because they are
6:14 going to call me u stupid or something
6:17 and u that I'm misinformed and yeah
6:18 therefore they they are just
6:21 closedminded. But in the end of the day
6:23 I had your junk food and you did not
6:27 have um our natural diet. Therefore I
6:29 have um a better understanding that than
6:32 than you do. You can eat it occasionally
6:35 and still feel bad from it. Okay. Cuz
6:37 when I tried it occasionally Yeah.
6:40 Celius just feels so bad in tummy, man.
6:41 There's something about it that
6:44 immediately Yeah, this is not food and
6:47 you should throw up to get it out of the
6:50 system as quick as possible. And this
6:53 person is uh is just pretending that
6:56 he's on some type of balanced diet and
6:58 too much of anything is bad for you. But
7:01 when you're having our natural diet, if
7:03 you're eating too much, you're just
7:06 going to stop. You're not going to eat
7:08 until you explode. But hey, when you're
7:11 having unsatisfying foods, quote unquote
7:13 foods, then maybe you just don't know
7:16 what I speak about. And you can't talk
7:18 about nutrientdense foods without
7:21 talking about raw meat and organs. I'm
7:24 sorry. H never mind. I'm not sorry. H
7:26 actually I do feel sorry for you. But
7:28 here we have another guy showing up.
7:30 Seed oils are only problem if you eat
7:33 junk food and don't don't have enough
7:36 omega-3s to balance out the sixes. So he
7:39 thinks if he has some type of fish fried
7:42 in seed oils or whatever then he's going
7:44 to be fine cuz it's going to be balanced
7:47 out and yeah everything is going to be
7:50 great cuz life is about balance. So, if
7:54 I eat some um raw salmon, after that, I
7:57 can have my um Pringles cuz yeah,
7:59 nothing's going to happen to me in his
8:01 opinion cuz it it balanced it out. What
8:04 a joke. But again, uh these people are
8:07 just um emotion like they are just Yeah,
8:09 they are emotional. They're like driven
8:13 by emotions cuz um they know how how
8:16 good it feels to have those se those
8:18 fast foods and they only know about
8:22 that. And me as a kid, I remember being
8:25 addicted to to Cheetos cuz it had some
8:27 type of really intense flavor. I don't
8:30 know if the condiments or the
8:32 ingredients had something
8:35 illegal inside or I don't know if it was
8:38 some type of flavor enhancer that is no
8:40 longer allowed. But I don't think that u
8:43 that type of Cheetos even exists today
8:46 cuz I tried the same thing and yeah, it
8:49 tasted bad. And the texture of wheat or
8:52 whatever it's made out of, it's just so
8:56 rough, man. Yeah, after having raw meat,
8:58 nothing tastes the same and nothing
9:01 feels the same. And the grains are evil.
9:03 And yeah, just going to go fast through
9:05 the comments. So yeah, I said,
9:07 "Everything that has cedos is junk
9:09 food." He said, "Your brain seems to be
9:12 full of junk food if you say something
9:14 like that." And I said, "Show me one
9:17 junk food that I eat." like you you
9:19 can't really say that u my brain is full
9:22 of junk food since junk food wasn't even
9:26 available to me. I I mostly ate um food
9:27 that was cooked at home. And it's not
9:30 that I didn't wanted to try. It's just
9:33 that my parents told me that um hey, we
9:35 have food at home. And um yeah, that's
9:37 that that was about it. And I'm actually
9:40 thankful for that cuz I never had seed
9:43 oil problems except when I gained 10
9:46 kilograms on a vegan diet. That was
9:48 clearly cedal problems cuz there was no
9:51 animal fat. You can act like I'm lying
9:54 all day. But u I don't know maybe maybe
9:57 try it out. Whatever. Then uh he says
9:59 the misinformation that you consume on
10:02 daily basis. I responded says the guy
10:05 who eats unnatural seed oils. Whatever.
10:07 Then it just goes on and on and I bring
10:10 up how um raw animal fat is healthier.
10:14 to what he responds. Ah, yes. Raw
10:17 unprocessed animal fats. You need a
10:20 factory reset. Bro doesn't even know our
10:22 factory settings. Humans in nature eat
10:25 raw meat. To what I just responded, the
10:27 irony. And he asked, "What irony?" And I
10:29 said, "Our factory settings for us
10:32 humans is literally raw meat and raw
10:34 animal foods." To what? He said, "Yeah,
10:37 let's just feed a newborn raw beef." And
10:40 I said, "Yes, like your ancestors did."
10:42 Wild meat is even better. And then the
10:45 unexpected happens, guys. A vegan shows
10:47 up, a vegan called Laya, and tells me,
10:49 "There's nothing wrong with seed oils.
10:51 It's a meat. I've been a vegan since
10:54 2008. And if you are indeed a vegan,
10:57 too, it disappoints me to It disappoints
11:00 me that you're not one of those
11:03 conspiracy terrorists.
11:06 The What the Okay. Who gives Who give
11:09 veganism a bad name?" Oh, no. Oh, I
11:11 disappointed the vegan. Yeah, the tofu
11:14 vegans and the veggie burger vegans are
11:16 just going to defend it no matter what
11:19 cuz they are even more obsessed with
11:22 seed oils and even more emotionally
11:25 attached to it cuz um cuz that doesn't
11:27 hurt the animals and the vegan is so
11:30 triggered that um tells the other person
11:34 sang um absolutely it's total
11:36 So the vegan didn't didn't even notice
11:38 that the other guy is not vegan. So,
11:40 it's like they are agreeing between each
11:43 other that um eating some meat is is all
11:46 right. I did not argue with the the
11:48 vegan person because u it's not like I
11:52 have a an anti-vegan YouTube channel
11:54 where I do it all the time. And I just
11:56 told her, "Don't worry, I make a video
11:59 about it and primals are going to laugh
12:01 at you." Basically, everybody in that
12:04 comment section was just against me.
12:07 Even this guy that tells me that's such
12:10 an unaded I can't speak English. So he
12:12 tells me that's such an uneducated
12:15 claim. Yeah, man. I should go back to
12:18 school and um and learn how I should
12:21 have a balanced diet full of fiber, like
12:25 enough fiber and eat salads and put only
12:28 a little bit of olive oil on top of my
12:31 food and to make sure the steak is well
12:33 done. And if I place it in the fridge,
12:36 then when I take it out, I I need to
12:38 make sure that I reheat my food or
12:40 whatever. Give me a break. Oh, yeah.
12:42 Back to the vegan person who said
12:44 there's nothing wrong with seed oils and
12:48 it's a meat. Yeah, who knows? Um, maybe
12:51 the animals that I ate so far, they were
12:53 like mythological creatures, like
12:56 mythological cow, mythological sheep,
13:00 mythological deer, mythological fish,
13:02 and they had some type of magical
13:04 effects and it helped me lose weight,
13:07 like lose those extra 10 kg that I
13:10 gained on a vegan diet. And and yeah,
13:11 I'm I'm no longer having seed oil
