1:04 best expert at this thing I'm like you
1:07 know I know about 10% more than who I'm
1:09 going to teach and that's really about
1:10 all you need to know is you just need to
1:12 know 10% more than who you're teaching
1:14 you don't need to be the absolute best
1:17 copywriter in the world or to have won a
1:19 Guinness Book of World Records or
1:22 anything like that you just need to have
1:23 knowledge that you can share and I
1:25 personally believe that every single
1:27 person on this planet has that and of
1:29 course the best part about digital
1:31 products is it allows you to bring in
1:33 consistent passive income while having
1:35 the time to do what you want now of
1:36 course you're going to have to put in
1:37 work up front to actually create your
1:39 digital product and actually sell your
1:41 digital product but once you have that
1:43 Foundation built it really is such a

2:44 been on just about every single social
2:47 media platform and for right now YouTube
2:48 is the absolute best I have been on
2:52 YouTube consistently since 2021 and for
2:54 good reason now I started selling
2:57 digital products in 2014 and back then
2:59 blogging and Pinterest was where it's at
3:01 okay okay now I recently did six full
3:03 months of blogging and Pinterest the
3:05 results are just not the same right now
3:07 the place to be is YouTube there is a
3:10 reason that I make all of my content on
3:12 YouTube my number one focus is YouTube I
3:15 am fully in on the YouTubes okay and I
3:17 highly recommend it for you as well
3:19 here's why YouTube is awesome I don't
3:22 know about you but okay I'm 37 I'm
3:25 almost 40 okay let's just say 40 right
3:26 here's the thing I don't want to be on
3:28 social media I don't want to be doing
3:31 these freaking Instagram stories okay
3:33 nobody cares what I ate nobody cares
3:34 what I did every single step of my day I
3:36 don't want to live my life through a
3:39 cell phone screen I just don't okay in
3:40 my early 20s I was like I want to be an
3:43 influencer I don't have that wish
3:45 anymore okay I love educating people I
3:47 love helping people I love helping women
3:49 earn more money all right rise up let's
3:52 go but I don't want to be on social
3:53 media every day I don't want to be an
3:55 influencer I don't need my ego stroked
3:58 on a daily basis by getting likes and
3:59 comments on Instagram I just don't okay
4:02 okay but that's why I love YouTube I'm
4:04 able to sit down right now and yesterday
4:06 and today I recorded eight videos and I
4:08 put out eight videos a month so all I
4:11 have to do is I record videos for two
4:13 days a month that's it and I have all of
4:16 my content for the entire month I'm able
4:18 to then send it to my editors then from
4:20 there they're going to edit it they're
4:21 going to upload it they're going to
4:24 schedule it so I don't have to be living
4:25 on social media I can literally just
4:27 spend two days a week sharing the
4:29 knowledge that's in my head helping
4:32 people for free on YouTube and not
4:34 having to be an influencer not having to
4:36 make my life be about social media and

4:54 on social media but I'll upload it to a
4:56 folder that my team can then use to put
4:59 as b-roll in these YouTube videos so
5:00 that's a way that you can still capture
5:02 your everyday life and utilize it for
5:03 social media without feeling like you're
5:05 living on social media as well now
5:06 here's the other great part about
5:09 YouTube Not only is YouTube going to
5:11 help you sell your digital products okay
5:12 that's how I get all my traffic I don't
5:14 spend a dime on paid ads okay but you're
5:15 also going to be able to get paid
5:18 through the YouTube Partner program okay
5:20 so what that means is YouTube is going
5:22 to assign you an RPM that's Revenue per
5:25 melee or Revenue per 1,000 views on your
5:26 videos what this means is advertisers
5:29 will pay to place ads on your videos and
5:31 based on how much they're bidding to
5:32 place ads on your videos you're going to
5:35 get assigned an RPM okay again how much
5:37 they're willing to pay per 10,000 views
5:39 and then whatever money YouTube makes
5:41 from those advertisers they're going to
5:43 split it with you as the Creator so last
5:46 month I made just under
5:49 $3,000 okay just under $3,000 just from
5:51 uploading videos to YouTube I didn't
5:52 even have to sell anything I just made
5:55 free helpful content so not only am I
5:56 making money from digital products but
5:59 now I'm making money from AdSense also
6:00 and on top on top of that you can also
6:02 do brand deals now you don't have to but
6:04 Brands will reach out to you as you grow
6:05 your channel and they'll pay you
6:09 anywhere from 1,000 to 20,000 plus for
6:11 like a 60 to 90 minute segment on your
6:13 video depending on the size of your
6:15 audience and the engagement so YouTube
6:17 is so worth your time I get that you're
6:19 probably thinking oh it's so much work I
6:20 got to come up with topics and write
6:22 scripts and film videos and yeah it is
6:24 hard if it wasn't hard every single
6:26 person would be on YouTube and be a
6:28 millionaire and you know it just be
6:30 they'd be done done IND dusted right but
6:32 yes it is hard but guess what being
6:35 broke is hard posting every day on
6:37 Instagram reals is hard posting every
6:39 day on Instagram stories is hard posting
6:41 every day on Twitter or Facebook or
6:43 whatever it's all hard so you got to
6:44 choose your hard and here's the thing
6:46 they might all be hard but YouTube
6:47 actually works it's going to be worth
6:50 your effort it works for driving traffic
6:52 to your digital products and it also
6:54 works for making other income streams as
6:56 you grow your channel as well so I hope
6:57 I've sold you on YouTube I just
6:59 genuinely am that much of a believer in
7:02 it it has completely changed my business
7:04 the only thing I would change is I know
7:05 this is cheesy but I just wish I would
7:07 have started sooner and here's the thing
7:09 you don't have to look at my videos and
7:11 go I need to be like Molly on day one
7:13 don't even try because I couldn't be
7:16 like my videos now from day one go back
7:18 and look at my first video I just put up
7:20 my webcam I push record I just talked
7:21 for like 20 minutes and I uploaded it
7:24 it's horrible it's absolutely horrible
7:25 but if I wouldn't have uploaded that
7:27 then I would have never had a channel so
7:30 go look at my first video and say this
7:32 progress over Perfection just try to get
7:34 a video up talking to your cell phone
7:36 talking to your webcam whatever you have
7:38 now is perfect and just get it done and
7:40 take that first step and upload that
7:42 video and know that yeah it's probably
7:44 going to be bad it's probably going to
7:45 be bad and who cares at least you're
7:47 doing better than the millions of people
7:49 that have never even uploaded one video
7:51 to YouTube so you got this you can do
7:53 this and it will be so so worth it I
7:55 promise okay now the next way you're
7:57 going to be able to make money with a
7:58 side hustle with digital products is by

11:12 actually recommend and what I think is
11:13 better is actually start growing your
11:15 following first and also move them to
11:17 email subscribers and once you have
11:20 about 100 to 200 email subscribers then
11:22 you can send them a survey asking them
11:24 you know what is your biggest struggle
11:26 what is your biggest problem like or
11:27 within your certain Niche like what do
11:28 you struggle with most when it comes to
11:30 Neal plan what do you struggle with most
11:31 when it comes to Growing your photo
11:33 business like whatever it is and then
11:35 whatever they tell you the biggest pain
11:36 point that is what you want to create
11:38 your digital product around because
11:40 people do not pay to just consume
11:43 information no people pay to consume
11:46 information to solve a problem solve a
11:48 problem think about anything you bought
11:50 you bought a laptop that solves a
11:51 problem you need a computer to run your
11:53 business you bought a refrigerator that
11:54 solves the problem you need a
11:57 refrigerator to cool your food all right

12:19 need solved that is what's going to make

12:53 is a series of emails that are automated
12:54 so one example is I have a welcome
12:57 sequence where someone will download a
12:58 freebie and then they're going to start
13:01 to get one email a day from me for 5
13:03 days these are pre-written these are
13:05 prescheduled these are automated so
13:06 every single person's going to get the
13:08 same emails they're going to get the
13:10 same onboarding experience and it's
13:11 going to be consistent every single time
13:13 which is perfect so what these five
13:15 emails do is they introduce them to me
13:17 my world what I'm going to help them
13:19 with and then the last two emails have
13:21 calls to action to take my free online
13:24 training the training is super helpful
13:26 and at the end it mentions my membership
13:28 and that is one way that I get sales for
13:30 my membership as as well now I could go
13:32 way more in depth into an automated
13:33 email sequence for example after those 5
13:37 days then I have 30 days of nurture five
13:39 days of promotion 30 days of nurture
13:41 five days of promotion now when I say 30
13:42 days I don't mean I'm sending them an
13:44 email every day for 30 days I'm just
13:46 sending them one email a week for 30
13:47 days so they're getting about four
13:50 emails in a 30-day time period and these
13:52 are just helpful I don't sell anything
13:55 they're just helpful free email saying
13:57 like hey check out this YouTube here or
13:59 this podcast here or this blog post here
14:00 free free free just helping them and
14:02 nurturing them and giving them more of
14:04 that info that they're looking for and
14:06 then after those 30 days of nurture then
14:08 I'll do a five-day promotion like go
14:09 check out my membership right and I'll
14:11 talk about that for 5 days then I'll go
14:13 back to 30 days of nurture and mine is
14:15 actually nine months long now now it
14:17 wasn't that long from day one I've been
14:20 building it up over time but this is how
14:21 you can get that consistent passive
14:23 income and once you have this built out
14:25 your entire job is just creating YouTube
14:27 videos I film just two days a month
14:29 filming all of my videos for the whole
14:31 month so I do eight videos a month and
14:33 it takes me two days so if you were
14:35 doing four videos which is one per week
14:37 it would just take you one day to film
14:38 all those and that's what's so cool is
14:40 I'm able to film them batch them
14:43 schedule them and live a life okay I'll
14:45 be honest like in the beginning I did
14:47 work a lot more because I had to lay the
14:49 foundation but I really don't work that
14:51 much now like I go to pottery classes I
14:53 do tons of things with friends we do
14:54 weekly family dinners we do weekly date
14:56 nights we do tons of road trips this
14:58 weekend I'm spending the weekend at my
14:59 aunt's cabin I'm going to be taking care
15:02 of her horses chickens animals it's
15:03 going to be so fun to just be like out
15:05 in the wilderness totally alone in this
15:08 cabin because I have the freedom to do
15:10 that right I have the freedom to design
15:12 my weeks my months my quarters my years
15:14 to be exactly how I want them and that
15:15 is what I want for you too because let's
15:19 face it we deserve it all right we are
15:23 women okay almost 40 okay or over 40 and
15:24 we deserve it we've worked hard for a
15:27 long time and we deserve to be able to
15:28 take that knowledge that we have and
15:30 share with others because it is valuable
15:32 we're able to then help people and we're
15:34 able to then be rewarded to have
15:37 consistent passive income to live our
15:39 days how we would like okay now that you
