0:55 other additives whatever to make it
0:58 taste good cuz cuz and to justify the
1:01 price. But it's basically here what she
1:03 has in this jar. The sugar would be a
1:06 lot more healthier cuz at least it's uh
1:09 without the additives. Okay, this is
1:12 basically mostly just pure sugar. Okay,
1:16 I get it there. It had it kind of could
1:18 have some type of impurities, but
1:20 whatever. This is the healthiest thing
1:25 on on this table. And um this schwaps or
1:29 whatever. Yeah, it it has sweeteners.
1:31 This one has no sweeteners. This is this
1:34 has sweeteners. Instead, you should just
1:37 uh buy some oranges instead of this.
1:39 Yeah, get some oranges instead of this
1:43 or watermelon. And instead of this, get
1:46 an orange juice or or whatever
1:48 whatever
1:50 some type of fruit juice that somewhat
1:53 was protected with shell or or whatever.
1:55 And it's somewhat protected from from pesticides.

1:59 Definitely it's it's better than
2:02 something like I don't know, apple juice
2:05 or or grape juice cuz those those could
2:08 be like heavily sprayed.
2:10 And yeah, because you don't not getting
2:12 the micronutrients, you end up craving
2:14 uh this type of things because you're
2:17 not eating liver. Okay, the second one,
2:20 she has this. Okay, water for dilution.
2:22 I get it. And this is not too bad. It's
2:25 guava, pineapple, and apple fruit juice.

2:35 selection, whatever. But look what you

2:48 the point of eating nuts? You you crave
2:50 animal fat. Just have animal fat. What's
2:53 the point of having seed oils? This one
2:56 has oils cuz nuts are oils. There there
2:58 is something called peanut butter. Not
3:02 peanut butter, peanut oil. Okay. So it's
3:05 basically extracted from this and this
3:07 will definitely lead you to weight gain.
3:10 I get it that's not a portion this size
3:12 but why you're craving this in the first
3:14 place. You would be be better off eating
3:18 some eggs. Okay. And have have Yeah.
3:21 Here here should be like three or four
3:23 eggs boiled eggs or or whatever. I know
3:26 you don't eat it raw. and uh some fruit
3:29 juice and you would lose weight on that
3:32 100% way more better than on this. Like
3:34 what's the point of eating so much
3:37 processed uh junk food? You should you
3:40 should check out my uh how I broke my
3:42 junk food addiction cuz at this point
3:46 when you're dieting um all I see is that
3:49 you end up craving all these processed foods
3:51 foods
3:53 which is yeah it's an indication of junk
3:57 food addiction. Okay. And me myself I
4:00 eat exactly what I want anytime and I
4:04 never in my life crave this.

4:16 cheated on with like cheat meals. But in
4:19 the end, just when when when trying it
4:23 out, I realized how how how disgusting
4:26 and u how disappointing these foods are.

4:30 yeah, whatever. They are just
4:35 disappointing. and red meat, eggs,
4:39 and fruit juice is just so much better.
4:41 Or or even some some oranges. I did
4:47 And this one says, "My dinner is better
4:49 than yours." And this is basically the
4:51 same thing as this, I guess, but it just
4:54 has candy. I would say this is healthier
4:57 than than this with nuts, cuz yep, I I'm
5:01 highly against seed oils.
5:06 and Fanta. Yeah, again, it's I bet 100%
5:09 that this one has sweeteners. And this
5:12 one is Fanta lemon. You should just make
5:15 your own like put some water here or
5:18 coconut water. I I do that sometimes.
5:22 And just add um how to say they just
5:25 squeeze lemon inside. And yeah, mix it
5:29 up. Add some sugar if you want. Honey.
5:31 Honey is not the most ideal because
5:33 yeah, you need to make sure about the
5:36 glyphosates and and all of that. That's
5:39 why I'm not having it too often.
5:41 And um yeah, you could easily make your
5:44 own lemonade. And it it's basically cost
5:48 the same as this bottle. Okay. And um
5:50 what else we have here? We have
5:53 strawberries. I hope it's not covered in
5:55 pesticides, okay? Cuz you can't really
5:58 wash it off.
6:00 And uh yeah, I try to watch this video.
6:02 But yeah, it's it just seems to be too
6:05 long and yeah, these days I feel like I
6:07 I don't have too much patience to to
6:10 listen to what people have to say. But I
6:13 watched bunch of your videos and I know
6:15 what you're about and we already talked
6:17 and you told me how you how much you
6:22 crave cheese and you deny your cravings.
6:26 Uh, I I can understand I can understand
6:28 cheese cravings cuz cuz I I also
6:30 mentioned that I I do like cheese, but I
6:32 just just can't handle it and it's not
6:34 the most ideal cuz it's just tough to
6:37 chew and it's tough in the in the tummy.
6:41 And yeah, it's it just leads to a bunch
6:43 of complications,
6:49 at least in my case. But um the best way
6:52 to to overcome cheese cravings is to
6:55 have animal fat, especially from from uh
6:58 from red meat, okay? Cuz that's where
7:00 the dairy comes from. It comes from the
7:03 animal's fat and that's how it's
7:06 produced. Basically, the animal loses
7:08 some of his own fat and turns it into
7:14 milk for the for the baby animal. Okay.
7:18 So yeah, that's why fat tastes so good
7:21 to us, animal fat. And that's why you
7:26 you crave u dairy over seed oils. But
7:28 instead, what you're having here, it's
7:31 it's it's seed oils. And this is one
7:32 seed oil product. I'm not sure if you're
7:36 eating anything off the camera, but
7:38 yeah. Anyway,
7:42 um Oh, yeah. And uh how come you are
7:46 afraid of um
7:50 of uh trying out liver
7:53 yet you are not afraid to try out aged
7:58 milk because aged milk fat cuz cheese is
8:02 basically aged milk fat I would say it's
8:05 a lot more extreme even if it's not to
8:10 to have cheese than to to have um
8:14 raw liver, okay? Because um at least raw
8:16 liver it's it's fresh. I mean, let's say
8:18 you're buying it fresh, okay? You know,
8:21 you can buy it fresh. But can you buy
8:23 fresh cheese?
8:25 Uh I mean, yes, you can. But mostly
8:28 what's in in stores, it was like matured
8:31 for like 3 months, 6 months or whatever.
8:35 It's basically has been aged, dry-aged.
8:37 It's not it doesn't has the same
8:40 hydration levels and yeah it's it's just
8:44 dry and it has that spiciness because
8:46 it's just like you would leave a
8:48 sandwich and it would be become like
8:51 spicy because of the fungi. Okay. Yeah,
8:53 it's kind of the same same case for cheeses

9:37 already as tall as as her. Yeah, that
9:40 that can because of genetics. But um

9:45 video, just know that u your kids would
9:47 get even taller and you want them to be
9:51 taller and the their jaws and and their
9:53 faces would be become like a lot more
9:56 better developed if they they would have
9:59 lot more animal fat and less less sugar.

10:15 which is just chemicals and leads to
10:18 inflammation all over your body. Your

10:24 bigger because of seed oils. It can also
10:27 happen because of all these um toxins
10:30 that it has. Okay. It's it can lead to
10:33 like like your your skin becoming looser or
10:35 or
10:37 or more inflamed looking or whatever.

10:46 uh causes. It's not always just u just fat.
