0:09 All right. So, let me tell you something
0:10 interesting, and I promise this actually
0:12 has to do with the video. I was reading
0:13 a few weeks ago, NASA spends about $4.5
0:15 billion a year on space operations. And
0:17 a really big slice of that pie is
0:19 literally to figure out how to transform
0:22 regular people into superhuman
0:24 performers. So, they spend about $15
0:27 million per year individually on an
0:28 astronaut. And as they were going
0:29 through this whole process, they figured
0:31 out one protocol that changes
0:32 everything. One that you can actually
0:35 apply in your 2026 to achieve every
0:36 single goal that you might have for the
0:38 year. Here's the protocol. You know what
0:39 NASA does with an astronaut before a
0:42 mission? Immersion phase. Complete
0:44 isolation. Zero contact with the outside
0:46 world. No family, no friends, no
0:48 parties, no distractions, nothing.
0:50 Literally just them, their crew, and the
0:51 mission. And the reason for that is
0:53 because when you are about to launch
0:55 into space, you can't afford to be
0:57 carrying any sort of emotional baggage.
0:59 You can't afford weak habits. You can't
1:00 afford distractions. I mean, especially
1:02 up there, one slip up and you're
1:05 actually dead. So NASA, what they did is
1:07 they figured out something profound. If
1:08 you want someone to perform at a level
1:10 they've never performed at before, you
1:12 need to remove them from the environment
1:14 that created their current level. You
1:17 need an immersion phase. You need total
1:20 isolation. and then and only then can
1:27 Now, the reason I tell you this NASA
1:28 story is because that's exactly what you
1:30 need to do. It's that time of the year
1:32 again. And just like every other year,
1:33 you're probably thinking about what you
1:35 want to achieve in 2026. Maybe it's
1:37 finally getting in shape. Maybe it's
1:38 making real money. Maybe it's becoming
1:40 the man or the woman you know you are
1:42 capable of being. And here's the thing,
1:43 you've wanted these same things before
1:46 in 2025, in 2024, probably even before
1:48 that, but you didn't get there. And it's
1:49 not that you didn't try, you did. You
1:51 went to the gym, you started working on
1:54 your goals, you had genuine motivation.
1:56 But somewhere around Feb or March,
1:57 something happened. Not because you're
1:59 lazy, not because you lacked discipline,
2:01 but because there were one or two habits
2:04 quietly sabotaging everything. Maybe it
2:05 was going out every weekend when you
2:07 should have been focused. Maybe it was
2:09 scrolling your phone for hours instead
2:11 of working. Maybe it was just hanging
2:12 around people who kept pulling you
2:14 backwards. And those habits, they seem
2:17 small. They seem harmless, but they are
2:19 the reason that you ended up in the same
2:21 place by March. Same body, same bank
2:23 account, same life. And the reason I
2:24 bring up that whole NASA thing is
2:26 because they figured out decades ago,
2:28 you can't perform at a higher level
2:30 while being stuck in the environment
2:32 that created your current habits. The
2:34 contamination is too strong. The habits
2:38 are too deeply wired. The influences are
2:50 And that's exactly what this video is
2:52 about. I'm going to give you the exact
2:54 seven rules that will allow you to enter
2:56 the immersion phase in the first 90 days
2:59 of 2026. Remove those weak habits that
3:01 are holding you back and make you come
3:04 back completely unrecognizable. And by
3:05 the way, this isn't theory. This is the
3:07 exact same system I've been using for
3:09 years and years now whenever I need a
3:10 lock in in my life. And it doesn't
3:12 matter if it's I'm starting a new
3:14 venture or I'm trying to get in shape.
3:15 And by the way, here is why right now is
3:18 the perfect time. While everyone else is
3:20 making the same empty promises they made
3:22 last year, posting their new year, new
3:25 me stories, you are going to be the one
3:27 who's actually in the immersion phase,
3:29 building in silence. And by the end of
3:31 March when everyone else has already
3:33 quit their resolutions and gone back to
3:35 their old lives, you are going to launch
3:37 and no one is going to recognize you.
3:39 Not your friends, not your family, not
3:41 even yourself. So pay attention because
3:43 these seven rules, they are your mission
3:45 protocol. And just like NASA doesn't
3:47 send astronauts to space without
3:49 preparation, I have two requirements
3:51 before you proceed. Requirement number
3:53 one, as soon as you finish this video,
3:55 you are going to subscribe yourself to
3:58 our 5-day free live workshop starting
4:00 January 11th, where we're going to teach
4:02 you the best AI powered business model
4:04 for 2026. Because a big part of becoming
4:07 unrecognizable comes from being a man or
4:09 a woman who knows how to make money, who
4:10 knows how to be self-sufficient, who
4:13 knows how to be a provider for them and
4:14 their loved ones. I mean, would an
4:16 astronaut be able to complete their
4:18 mission without the rocket fuel? No. And
4:20 just like that, you're not going to be
4:21 able to launch into the best version of
4:24 yourself if you don't have money to fuel
4:26 your mission. And that's why the first
4:27 thing in the description is a
4:30 registration for our AI income workshop.
4:32 Requirement number two, you must be
4:33 willing to actually disappear for 90
4:35 days. And I mean disappear. Cut out the
4:37 noise, the distractions, the people
4:39 pulling you down. This isn't going to be
4:40 comfortable. Okay? When astronauts go
4:42 into the immersion phase, they wake up
4:46 sore, exhausted, isolated. So don't
4:48 expect this to be easy. It won't. and
4:50 you've been warned. Now, if you're still
4:52 here, without further ado, let's go
4:53 ahead and jump into your mission protocol.
4:55 protocol.
4:56 All right, so rule number one is monk
4:58 mode, and this is your extraction
5:00 philosophy. Astronauts cut contact with
5:02 Earth before launch. And you, you are
5:04 going to cut out all the noise for the
5:05 next 90 days. I'm talking about weed,
5:07 women, alcohol, pork, video games, all
5:09 that crap that is keeping you distracted
5:11 and that needs to be gone for the next
5:12 90 days. And you're going to replace
5:14 them with 3 to six healthy
5:15 non-negotiables. And when I say
5:17 non-negotiables, I mean actual
5:19 non-negotiables. Listen, I don't care if
5:22 you're tired. I don't care if you're
5:24 sad. I don't care if it's raining. I
5:25 don't care if the markets are crashing.
5:27 I don't care if your girlfriend just
5:29 broke up with you. You are getting it
5:31 done no matter what. And this is really
5:34 the level of discipline that is required
5:36 in order for you to succeed. Now, let me
5:37 run you through the basic
5:39 non-negotiables. It's 30 minutes a day
5:40 of exercise, 15 minutes a day of
5:43 meditation, no alcohol or weed. Those
5:45 are the non-negotiables for everyone.
5:46 Now, I also recommend you add some
5:48 personalized non-negotiables on top of
5:49 that, okay? Because we're all different
5:50 and we all have different goals and
5:52 outcomes. So, you keep the three
5:54 universal non-negotiables and then you
5:55 add one to three of your own
5:57 personalized non-negotiables. Look, I've
5:58 helped hundreds of thousands of people
6:00 with monk mode. And I've noticed that
6:02 after six non-negotiables, there is a
6:04 very drastic drop off in consistency.
6:05 So, keep it simple. This is your
6:08 extraction. This is you cutting off from
6:10 the environment that made you common in
6:12 the first place. And that brings us on
6:30 All right. Rule number two is design
6:32 your environment. This is creating your
6:33 sterile chamber. You know what
6:35 astronauts don't do just before they
6:38 launch? Change their mindset. Instead,
6:39 what they do is they change their
6:41 environment. We're talking about every
6:43 surface, every system, every piece of
6:45 equipment designed for one thing, the
6:48 mission. Zero contamination about. And
6:50 that's exactly what you need to do with
6:52 your physical space for the next 90
6:54 days. Your room, your workspace, your
6:56 phone, every environment you operate in
6:58 needs to become an extraction pod.
7:00 Because here is the truth. You can have
7:02 all of the discipline in the world. But
7:04 if you're surrounded by triggers and
7:06 distractions, you're basically just
7:07 fighting an uphill battle every single
7:09 day. So, let's start with your room.
7:11 Look around. What do you see? A gaming
7:14 console, a TV, junk food, alcohol. Every
7:15 single thing in your room is either
7:17 supporting your mission or sabotaging
7:19 it. There's nothing in there that is
7:21 neutral. So, remove the TV from your
7:24 bedroom. Get the gaming console out.
7:26 Throw out the junk food and alcohol. If
7:28 you can see it, you'll be tempted by it.
7:29 Astronauts don't keep unnecessary
7:32 equipment in the spacecraft. Every kilo
7:34 matters. And in your room, every object
7:36 either propels you forward or holds you
7:38 back. Now your phone is the most
7:41 contaminated device you own. Delete
7:43 every social media app. Instagram, Tik
7:44 Tok, Twitter, gone. Then what you want
7:46 to do is you want to set your phone to
7:48 grayscale. This removes all the dopamine
7:49 triggering colors that keep you
7:52 scrolling. You need to remove every app
7:54 that doesn't serve your mission. Games
7:56 deleted. Entertainment apps gone. Your
7:58 phone should be a tool, not a toy.
8:00 Communication and productivity only.
8:03 That's it. Now your workspace. If you
8:05 work from your bed, you're done. Your
8:07 bed is for sleep. Your desk is for work.
8:10 One purpose per space. When astronauts
8:11 eat, they eat. When they work, they
8:13 work. When they sleep, they sleep.
8:15 There's no overlap because your brain
8:17 needs clear environmental cues. So, make
8:19 your workspace mission focus. Remove
8:21 decorations, posters, anything that
8:24 distracts. You need one screen, one
8:26 notebook, one purpose, and that is your
8:28 sterile chamber. And here is what
8:30 happens when you design your environment
8:32 correctly. You stop relying on
8:33 willpower. You don't need to resist
8:35 temptation when temptation doesn't exist
8:36 in your space. You're not fighting
8:38 yourself anymore. You're operating in an
8:40 environment that's built for success.
8:42 And by the way, that's why NASA spends
8:43 billions designing spacecraft
8:45 environments because they know the
8:47 environment determines behavior more
8:49 than motivation ever will. And for the
8:50 next 90 days, your room, your phone,
8:52 your workspace, they are your
8:54 spacecraft. Design them like your
8:57 mission depends on it. Because honestly,
8:59 it does. Anyways, let's get to this workout.
9:09 Rule number three is you need to commit
9:11 to a physical event. This is really your
9:13 launch date. When astronauts enter
9:15 extraction, they have like an actual
9:16 launch date, a specific day when they're
9:18 getting on that rocket. It's not a maybe
9:21 or a someday. It is marked on the
9:23 calendar and that commitment keeps them
9:24 going through the brutal, brutal
9:25 preparation. And that's exactly what you
9:27 need. a physical event, a marathon, a
9:29 hierox, your first boxing fight, a
9:31 triathlon, something tangible, real,
9:33 concrete, like an actual date to work
9:35 towards. Why? Well, because you can't
9:36 pretend to finish a marathon. You can't
9:38 pretend you won a sparring match. You
9:40 can't fake a hierox time. You either did
9:42 it or you didn't. And this is really
9:44 going to help you internalize a very
9:46 important lesson. Results are rooted in
9:48 reality, not your perception. In life,
9:50 you either put in the work and you did
9:52 it or you didn't. And this mindset
9:54 rewiring alone is powerful enough to
9:56 change your life forever. I've used this
9:58 countless of times over the years. I
10:00 remember when I ran my first marathon at
10:02 the end of 2022, probably the most
10:04 difficult year of my entire life. I did
10:07 it on 2 weeks notice. And I had never
10:10 run more than 7 km before in my life. I
10:12 literally said, I woke up one day, I was
10:14 like, in 2 weeks I am going to run a
10:16 marathon. Remember, I'd never run more
10:18 than 7 km in my entire life. And I ran
10:21 it in 3 hours and 42 minutes with
10:22 basically no experience. But it didn't
10:24 really matter while I ran. I wasn't the
10:25 most prepared or the most trained. I
10:27 mean, sure, I had 2 weeks to prepare, I
10:29 guess, but I just had to prove to myself
10:31 how strong I am. And that is why I set
10:32 that challenge for myself. So, it
10:34 doesn't need to be a marathon. It could
10:35 be a boxing match. It could be a high
10:37 rocks. It could be anything you want. It
10:38 could be a half marathon. It could be a
10:40 10k run. It doesn't matter. You just
10:42 need a physical challenge. The point is,
10:44 you need to prove to yourself just how
10:46 strong you are. So, pick your event.
10:48 Mark the date. That is your launch date.
10:50 And on the inevitable days where you
10:52 have zero motivation, cuz it happens to
10:53 everyone, and you are going to want to
10:56 quit, everything hurts, that commitment
10:59 will be the string holding you together.
11:04 Let's get your eyes. This is all your
11:10 don't be shy. Just keep them legs up.
11:12 Let them drop.
11:14 >> All right. So, rule number four is focus
11:16 on IPAs. Now, these are income producing
11:17 activities. This is really your mission
11:19 fuel. You remember that feeling when a
11:21 fat paycheck hits your account. You
11:22 can't help but feel like a winner.
11:23 Because of course, a lot of your
11:25 self-worth is tied to making money.
11:27 Whether you want to admit it or not,
11:28 whether that's right or wrong, I'm not
11:30 here to debate that. I'm just telling
11:31 you it's the case. You can disagree with
11:33 it philosophically, but it's impossible
11:35 to deny that it's real. And the fact
11:37 that it has such a quick and drastic
11:39 impact on your mood is pretty much all
11:40 the proof that you need. But even though
11:42 it's a powerful enough reason to focus
11:44 on IPAs, it's not the main one. A lack
11:46 of money is like toxic mold that grows
11:48 and destroys everything in your life you
11:49 are trying to do. You're not going to be
11:50 able to train properly thinking about
11:52 rent. You can't sleep properly with
11:54 thousands in debt to pay off. And you
11:55 will never achieve your full potential
11:57 if you have money anxiety breathing down
11:59 your neck all the time. Now, here's what
12:01 most people don't understand about
12:03 making money. Timing matters. Okay? You
12:04 can have all the discipline in the
12:07 world, work 16 hours a day, but if you
12:09 are not riding the right wave, well,
12:10 then you're just treading water. And
12:12 let's be honest with ourselves in 2026,
12:14 the wave is AI. It's not crypto. It's
12:16 not NFTTS. It's not whatever worked in
12:18 2023 or 2024. AI powered business
12:20 models. That is the wave. And you can
12:22 either catch it now or watch everyone
12:24 else ride it while you were stuck doing
12:26 the same old that's not working. I
12:27 mean, let's just think about it for a
12:28 second. The people who made millions in
12:30 2010 weren't just hard workers. They
12:32 were riding the mobile app wave. The
12:34 people who made millions in 2015, they
12:36 were riding the ecom wave. The people
12:38 who are going to make millions in 2026,
12:40 they are riding the AI wave. And if
12:42 you're starting this extraction at the
12:44 beginning of 2026, I'm hosting an AI
12:46 income workshop starting January 12th
12:48 where I'm going to teach you the best AI
12:50 powered business model for this year.
12:53 Not theory, not outdated strategies, the
12:55 exact incomeroucing activities that's
12:57 working right now using AI. Link is in
12:58 the description. Because here's the
13:00 reality. Would an astronaut complete
13:02 their mission without fuel? No. And
13:03 you're not going to launch into the best
13:05 version of yourself without money to
13:07 fuel your mission. So during these 90
13:08 days of extraction, you're not just
13:09 building discipline and cutting
13:11 distractions. You are learning how to
13:12 ride the biggest wave of the decade. And
13:14 when you emerge, you're going to have
13:16 the skills, the system, and the income
13:18 to back up your transformation. So focus
13:31 So rule number five is you need to focus
13:33 on education because this is really
13:34 closing your knowledge gap. I'm not
13:35 going to tell you it's good to focus on
13:37 education because you already know that.
13:39 Okay. What I want to do instead is
13:41 explain why you should focus on
13:43 education during these 90 days
13:45 specifically. And to be honest, it's
13:46 actually quite simple. Most people think
13:49 that multi-millionaires are geniuses or
13:51 simply talented. They think, "Oh, well,
13:52 he or she, they're just gifted." But
13:54 let's be honest here. Do you really
13:56 think that I'm some 150 IQ genius? If
13:58 you do, I'm very flattered. Thank you.
14:00 But let me tell you, I most definitely
14:02 am not. You're literally looking at a
14:02 high school dropout.
14:05 >> Next Tuesday will be my last day of
14:07 school, which is super cool. The only
14:08 difference between me and you is I know
14:10 how to make millions of dollars and you
14:11 don't. And I know that sounds like a
14:12 crazy statement, but I mean, like,
14:14 really think about it. If you knew how
14:15 to make millions of dollars a year right
14:17 now, you would, wouldn't you? Yeah, of
14:18 course you would. But you don't because
14:20 you've been chalking it all down to, oh,
14:22 he's just this and that. Making all of
14:24 these excuses in your life when the
14:26 reality is the only difference between
14:29 high earners and you is a knowledge gap.
14:31 Quite frankly, these people are simply
14:32 more well-versed on certain topics than
14:34 you are. And to be honest, there's
14:36 nothing really else to it. That is it.
14:37 Earning differences are learning
14:40 differences. Stop thinking that people
14:42 are special. They're not. Quite simply,
14:44 they just know something that you don't.
14:46 So, during these 90 days of extraction,
14:48 while you are isolated from all the
14:50 noise and the distractions, this is your
14:53 chance to close the gap. This is your
14:54 chance to learn what the people
14:57 operating at the highest level that you
15:00 want to reach already know. Focus on
15:02 education during these 90 days and you
15:04 will be able to make leaps in a month
15:06 that would take the average person
15:09 years, even decades. Why? Because you're
15:10 not distracted. You're not partying.
15:12 You're not wasting time. You are fully
15:15 locked in absorbing everything you need
15:18 to launch. Rule number six, build your
15:20 crew. This is selecting your support
15:22 team. Here's something important about
15:23 astronauts that most people don't
15:25 realize. They don't go to space alone.
15:26 Yes, they're an extraction. Yes, they're
15:28 isolated from the world, but they are
15:30 not isolated from their crew. They have
15:32 mission control. They have their fellow
15:34 astronauts. They have flight surgeons.
15:36 They have a team of people who are 100%
15:38 aligned with the mission. And that's
15:40 exactly what you need during your
15:42 extraction. You are disappearing from
15:44 99% of people. The friends who want to
15:46 party, the people who mock your goals,
15:48 the ones who say, "Oh, you're changing
15:49 like it's a bad thing." They're out
15:51 completely for 90 days. They don't
15:52 exist. But you need to identify your
15:54 crew. The one to three people who are
15:56 aligned with your mission. Maybe it's a
15:57 mentor. Maybe it's a coach. Maybe it's
15:59 that one friend who's always on the same
16:01 path. Maybe it's a family member who
16:03 believes in you. These are the only
16:05 people who get access to you during
16:07 extraction. Because here's the thing,
16:09 isolation doesn't mean total loneliness.
16:12 It means selective access. Astronauts
16:13 are isolated from Earth, but they are
16:15 together with their crew because the
16:17 mission is too hard to do alone. And
16:19 really, your crew serves three main
16:21 purposes. First is accountability. They
16:22 check in. They make sure you're
16:24 following your non-negotiables. They
16:26 call you out when you're slipping.
16:27 Second is support. On the days when you
16:29 do want to quit, and those days will
16:30 come. They will remind you why you
16:32 started. They keep you going when your
16:34 own motivation fails. And third is
16:35 expertise. They know things that you
16:37 don't. They've been where you're trying
16:38 to go. They can guide you. They can
16:39 teach you. They can show you the
16:41 shortcuts. But here's the very critical
16:43 thing. Your crew must be aligned with
16:45 your mission. not neutral, not
16:47 supportive, but skeptical, fully
16:48 aligned. They believe in what you're
16:50 doing. They want you to succeed. They
16:52 are willing to push you, to challenge
16:53 you and hold you to your highest
16:56 standard. So during this extraction, cut
16:57 off everyone who's not aligned and build
16:59 your crew with the few who are. Because
17:01 when you launch, you're not launching
17:03 alone. You're launching with a team that
17:06 help prepare you for this exact moment.
17:08 Rule number seven is make a promise to a
17:10 loved one. This is your mission purpose.
17:13 Now listen, this is the most important
17:14 rule. And here's why. You need to
17:16 understand something about human beings.
17:18 We are far more willing to do things for
17:20 others than we are for ourselves. Now,
17:21 despite all of our flaws, this is
17:23 something undeniably beautiful that
17:25 lives inside of us. And you can actually
17:28 leverage that biological hardwiring to
17:30 win at life. This plus committing to a
17:32 physical event will ensure that you stay
17:35 consistent no matter what during this
17:36 period. Now, let me tell you a story. If
17:38 you know anything about my background,
17:39 you know that I grew up with a single
17:41 mom. Listen, unfortunately, it's a very
17:43 common story these days. My biological
17:44 father was an alcoholic and my
17:46 grandparents raised me until I was four
17:47 years old because my mom was young. She
17:49 had me when she was 23. She was working
17:50 three jobs to support us. And
17:52 eventually, my mom met my stepdad. They
17:54 dated for a couple years. He proposed.
17:56 They got married. Things were amazing
17:58 until I was 11 years old and he cut us
18:00 off financially. And very shortly
18:02 thereafter, my mom basically went back
18:04 to the same position she was in before,
18:06 working day-to-day normal jobs. Now, she
18:07 always kept a brave face, but I could
18:09 tell the financial burden was weighing
18:11 heavy on her. Now, it's one thing to
18:13 suffer yourself. I don't mind suffering
18:15 at all. Give it all to me. I love it.
18:17 But seeing a loved one suffer, for me,
18:20 that breaks my heart. So, I promised her
18:21 something. I said, "I'm going to get us
18:23 out of this situation no matter what.
18:25 I'm going to become wealthy or I'm going
18:27 to die in the process." And now she
18:29 lives in a $4 million house, bought cash
18:31 with a Range Rover parked in front of
18:32 it. And it's funny, a few months back, I
18:34 literally texted her. I was like, "Hey,
18:35 mom, you remember 10 years ago when I
18:37 told you I will buy you your dream house
18:38 and there will be a Range Rover parked
18:40 in front of it." And 10 years later,
18:42 that is exactly what happened. Now, why
18:43 am I telling you all of this? Because my
18:45 story growing up is very common. Okay?
18:47 We all go through financial struggles.
18:48 Now, I want to make it very clear. I
18:50 wasn't eating out of trash cans and I
18:51 definitely wasn't homeless. But just
18:52 seeing my mom wake up every single day
18:55 and have the stress of how she was going
18:56 to provide for the both of us, that was
18:58 enough to light a fire under my ass.
18:59 Because you need to understand that as
19:01 human beings, we are far more willing to
19:04 do things for others than ourselves. And
19:06 you can leverage that. I looked so crazy
19:08 at the age of 14 telling my mom,
19:10 "Listen, mom, don't worry. I'm going to
19:11 buy you your dream house. There's going
19:13 to be a Range Rover parked in front of
19:14 it. You're going to have this. You're
19:15 going to have that. You're going to have
19:16 anything your heart desires." And to be
19:18 honest, she probably didn't believe me.
19:20 Listen, I love my mom to bits, but did
19:21 she really think I was going to be able
19:23 to buy her a multi-million dollar house
19:26 at the age that I did? No, probably not.
19:28 But it didn't matter to me. Just making
19:30 that promise to her was enough. I made a
19:32 promise to her and I wasn't going to let
19:34 her down. So, make a promise to your
19:36 loved one. Whether that's your mom, your
19:38 dad, your siblings, your future kids,
19:39 whoever it is that you would fight
19:40 harder for than you would fight for
19:42 yourself. And by the way, they may not
19:44 believe you. That's okay. But you will
19:46 believe you. And that promise will carry
19:48 you through the hardest days of this
19:50 process. When you want to quit, when you
19:51 want to give up, when it feels
19:53 impossible, you will remember that
19:55 promise and you will keep going. Because
19:57 this isn't just about you anymore. It is
20:00 about them. And that that changes
20:01 everything. Listen, if you follow the
20:03 rules I laid down in this video, I
20:05 promise you that you will change so much
20:07 that not even your family will recognize
20:09 you, let alone your friends or the
20:11 people in your city. You're going to
20:12 develop a spark in your eyes, a
20:14 magnetism. Others will be drawn to you,
20:16 and they won't even know why. People
20:18 will start taking you seriously, and
20:20 most importantly, you will start taking
20:22 yourself seriously. I am telling you
20:24 this from firstirhand experience. Every
20:26 single rule mentioned in this video, I
20:28 followed myself and it worked too well.
20:31 The goals I used to set as the ceiling
20:33 became the floor. I became a man I never
20:35 thought I could be. And it was because
20:38 just like an astronaut before launch, I
20:40 willingly isolated myself and decided
20:42 not to leave until I became the version
20:44 of myself I was meant to be. Now, I want
20:46 to leave you with a few pointers. The
20:48 first thing you should do after watching
20:50 this video is grab a pen and paper and
20:52 organize how you're going to tackle this
20:54 process. the habits you're going to
20:55 eliminate, the vices you're going to
20:57 cut, the crew you're going to build, the
20:59 physical event you're going to commit
21:00 to, the promise you're going to make,
21:02 everything I talked about in today's
21:05 video, and then set a date to start and
21:07 a date to finish. The transformation
21:09 start date and your launch date because
21:10 this video isn't meant to be taken
21:12 lightly. I'm not making this for
21:14 entertainment. This is going to require
21:16 every fiber of strength in your body.
21:18 So, prepare and take it seriously. And
21:21 once you start, don't look back. And
21:22 once you've done all of that, make sure
21:24 you get your free ticket to the AI
21:26 income workshop. The link is in the
21:27 description. That's going to set you on
21:29 the right path to make sure that in the
21:31 next 90 days, you crush it financially.
21:33 Because like I said in rule four, would
21:35 an astronaut launch without fuel? No.
21:36 And you're not going to launch into the
21:38 best version of yourself without money
21:40 to fuel your mission. With all that
21:41 being said, I wish you good luck in the
21:44 next 90 days of 2026. This is your
21:45 chance to disappear and come back
21:48 unrecognizable. And as always, I'm
21:50 watching from afar and I'm rooting for you.
