0:31 can go ahead and implement we built the
0:33 brand foundations okay so the website
0:35 the name we randomly selected a niche
0:38 and a location uh we built the landing
0:40 page as well all of the Outreach scripts
0:43 we typed out email and call calling and
0:44 we created a lead magnet from scratch I
0:48 say we I did this and marketing AI
0:49 marketing strategy as well the whole
0:51 lead magnet and then the paid ad
0:53 strategy for that as well and an initial
0:55 ad mockup okay you can go and watch the

0:58 things now hopefully we'll just throw up
1:00 some b-roll so you could see that as I'm
1:01 talking about it and I'm going to give

2:07 highlighting the exact path that it
2:09 takes and the differences between the
2:10 people that it takes a long time for and
2:12 the people that really narrow it down
2:14 what do they know that you don't know
2:16 right now and I've helped people do this
2:18 again and again and again in fact
2:19 instead of me just talking about it I
2:20 feel like every time I'm like talking
2:21 about it I'm like oh yeah I've helped
2:23 loads of people start agencies for those
2:25 of you don't know me it's just like okay
2:27 all right man like's show me so this is

2:52 literally every single day people are
2:54 post there you go Benjamin 10K a month
2:56 okay 10 days ago signed up another
2:58 client for 2,400 hit 10K a month in his
3:01 agency awesome how hit 20K a month in
3:03 his agency 11 months after joining the
3:05 program okay and it just goes on and on
3:07 and on and on and on there's a 9k deal
3:09 sign another 9kd signed there the day
3:12 after from out 11 clients signed here 20
3:16 clients so you get the idea 730 ring the
3:17 bells and this are just the people that
3:18 are ringing the bell think about all the
3:19 people that haven't got the time to
3:21 forget that just can't be bothered okay
3:24 we've done this for years now I truly
3:26 understand what it takes to scale agency
3:28 successfully and I recognize the
3:29 differences between the people people
3:31 that do and the people that don't and
3:33 it's very important you understand these
3:33 things as well if you want to be
3:35 successful if you're watching this
3:37 series right now I'm guessing you're not
3:38 doing it for entertainment value I'm
3:39 going to presume that you're doing it
3:41 because you genuinely want to get out of
3:42 the position that you're in in life
3:44 right now because you genuinely want to
3:45 start a successful business and so pay
3:46 attention to this because I'm not going
3:48 to hold anything back I'm going to
3:49 reveal all of my cards right now and let
3:51 you know exactly what it takes to get to
3:53 that point so get rid of all your tabs
3:55 get pen and paper and write this stuff
3:57 down intently okay as if you're in a
4:00 lecture or something I don't care so
4:01 let's go through yourself first cuz I
4:03 think you yourself and I don't think I
4:05 know you yourself are the biggest
4:06 bottleneck in scaling your agency it's
4:10 not what you know it's who you are okay
4:12 so who you are is really the biggest
4:15 bottleneck in and the difference between
4:17 yourself and myself okay the difference
4:19 between you and Harry that scale to 20K
4:22 a month in just 11 months is who you are
4:24 you're not Harry and so how do you
4:26 become a little bit more like Harry
4:27 without changing fundamentally who you
4:29 are actually I say that some of you guys
4:31 do need to change fundamentally who you
4:33 are if you want to be built for Success
4:35 cuz the truth is if you yourself and
4:36 your chemical makeup right now and your
4:38 mentality if you were meant to be a 10K
4:40 a month agency owner you would already
4:43 be one and there is a reason why you are
4:44 not one right now and so there might be
4:45 fundamental things that you need to
4:47 change within your life in order to
4:49 become that person okay and so let's
4:50 have a look at our habits let's have a
4:52 look at our routine let's have a look at
4:54 how often or how well we are sleeping
4:56 let's see how well we are studying okay
4:58 and most importantly let's establish
5:01 whether we actually [ __ ] want it like
5:03 do you actually want this and really
5:06 consider that do you want it because you
5:09 want it not because Andrew Tate showed
5:11 you that starting an online business is
5:12 cool or that you follow me and you're
5:14 like Jordan lives a good life I want to
5:16 start an agency life do you actually
5:18 want to start a business and normally
5:20 the precursor to that is am I in a
5:23 position I want to get out of right now
5:24 cuz the truth is if you're not in a
5:27 position of pain if you're not in a
5:29 position that you want to change then
5:31 you really going to struggle to make
5:34 that impact to be to stay motivated to
5:38 put in the work required okay so the
5:42 first difference okay between you and me
5:43 and Harry and all these guys that are
5:46 doing really well is they actually want
5:49 it right they actually want it okay they
5:51 don't just say they want it or think
5:53 they want it they genuinely want it and
5:55 normally this goes hand in hand with
5:57 them being backed into a corner of some
5:59 sort okay maybe they just quit their job
6:00 and now they need to replace their
6:03 income maybe they are they need to
6:05 provide for a family member or maybe
6:06 they've got children and they're just
6:08 tired of just not being able to provide
6:10 the life that they want to provide they
6:11 genuinely want it and that's the thing
6:13 that that marries all of them and I I
6:14 care what that reason is it just needs
6:17 to be a strong reason I've got plenty of
6:18 videos on this channel where I talk
6:20 about this and maybe we can link some uh
6:23 down below so you need to want it okay
6:25 and then you also have to have the
6:27 capacity to hit targets what you need to
6:28 understand about the agency business
6:31 model it is it's one of the if not the
6:33 most simple business models that exists
6:35 on this planet it is just person a which
6:37 is you going to person B which is a
6:39 business owner and we're just selling a
6:41 service okay and that service normally
6:42 as an agency just so happens to make
6:45 that person money okay as a business
6:47 like the best Services we can sell ones
6:49 that either make people money or save
6:51 people time okay two are the most
6:54 valuable assets on the planet okay and
6:57 so in order to sell said service what we
6:59 need to do is reach out to his as many
7:02 people as possible okay and then when we
7:04 reach out to those people and sign them
7:06 up we need to have a high success rate
7:08 with all of those people and an agency
7:10 really is just an algorithm of numbers
7:12 and once we understand those numbers and
7:14 how to manipulate them we can truly
7:17 craft and mold the business that we want
7:19 around our existing lifestyle and so all
7:21 of these people that you've seen they
7:23 understand that they need to hit targets
7:24 and I'm actually going to run through
7:26 some specific targets that you guys can
7:28 follow like I can't stress this enough
7:30 guys like if if you actually follow the
7:32 stuff I'm going to go through today and
7:34 you actually implement this stuff for
7:36 yourself you will build a successful
7:37 agency and I'm not promising you that
7:38 you're going to do it in three months
7:40 some of you it's going to take a little
7:41 bit longer than that some of you will do
7:43 it quicker than that the rest depends on
7:45 you and your mentality and this who you
7:48 are but the information and the what and
7:49 how I'm going to be running through
7:51 today okay so you need to be able to hit
7:55 targets finally what separates you and I
7:57 and you and Harry
8:00 is you have to be coachable
8:02 okay now right now you might be looking
8:04 at somebody's thinking Jordan this is me
8:06 I am this guy okay cool embody it become
8:08 that person do the thing you need to do
8:10 so well and good saying you're this
8:12 person but do you act like the person
8:15 okay are you even who you say you
8:18 are think about that are you even who
8:19 you say you
8:23 are who you say you are to yourself who
8:24 you say you are to your friend who you
8:27 say you are to your own
8:29 mother would you just like talking about it
8:31 it
8:34 okay we need to embody this person and
8:36 I'm guilty of this myself I was for
8:39 years the kid that would I would sit
8:41 there at parties at late at night with
8:43 friends and I'd just be like smoking a
8:44 joint and I'd be drunk and whatever I'd
8:47 just be like I'm going to do this thing
8:48 man I'm going to build this business and
8:49 I'm going to be successful and yeah I'm
8:51 going to think of the next Uber and I
8:52 can't wait till we're Millionaires and
8:54 when I make it we all make it boys let's
8:59 do this for years years like
9:02 as far as I can remember 14 15 16
9:04 especially when I was in university I
9:06 just talked the talk but I never walked
9:09 the walk and I never started walking the
9:11 walk until pain was so much in my life
9:13 that I just realized that I would never
9:15 be happy and fulfilled in myself if I
9:17 didn't get out of get off my ass and
9:21 actually do something about it okay so
9:22 and I think this is so important to
9:23 understand like the things that I'm
9:24 preaching to you right now I'm not
9:26 saying this to be a dick I'm not saying
9:28 this to be arrogant in any way shape or
9:30 form I'm saying because I wish someone
9:32 said it to me when I first started I
9:34 wish somebody drilled this into me cuz I
9:36 needed to hear all of these things and I
9:39 sucked ass on all of these things like I
9:41 didn't want it enough I didn't hit
9:43 targets I wasn't
9:45 coachable and it's not until I change
9:46 these things that I became the right
9:48 person that actually deserved success
9:50 okay so what do I mean by being
9:52 coachable I mean being open to being
9:54 coached being open to other people's
9:55 opinions being open to different ways of
9:57 doing things and actually just not being
9:59 an arrogant tosser okay when I first
10:01 started my agency I thought I could do
10:02 it all myself I thought I had it all
10:04 figured out okay now fortunately I'd
10:06 been in sales and so I'd already been
10:07 coached to some degree and so I had a
10:09 bit of an unfair advantage and I scale
10:11 to 10K in 3 months sign up my first
10:13 client in a couple of weeks okay uh but
10:16 it took me a lot longer to push past
10:19 other bigger mental and uh Financial
10:21 barriers okay to hit that 100K month for
10:23 example it wasn't until I accepted that
10:25 I needed to be coached I needed to
10:28 accept outside help and guidance okay in
10:29 order for me to reached that level and
10:31 all these people that you've seen Harry
10:34 and so on okay all of them have remained
10:36 coachable because I coached them myself
10:37 okay and I I'm not saying you need to be
10:38 coached by me you just need to be
10:40 coached by someone okay because if you
10:42 knew what you needed to know then you'd
10:43 already be successful you'd already have
10:47 a big agency okay so it's who we are and
10:49 what else is another thing it's what we know
10:55 okay the difference between me being
10:57 successful and you being successful yes
10:59 of course there is mentality but it's
11:00 what I actually know it's the
11:03 information I have in my brain it's
11:04 knowing okay I need to sign up clients
11:06 and then actually having the skill set
11:08 to go out and sign those clients it's
11:09 all well and good me saying okay guys
11:10 you need to build a lead list you need
11:13 to start selling okay but you need to
11:15 know how to do those things and I think
11:16 I do a pretty good job on educating you
11:18 guys on YouTube you could literally go
11:20 and build a 10K month agency with the
11:22 information I put out for free online
11:23 okay you have to just apply that
11:25 information and really study it but I'm
11:27 going to break it down in simple forms
11:30 to you right now okay so so let's go through
11:30 through
11:33 it first of all we have to build our
11:35 foundations okay let's go through the
11:36 whole path actually and I'm going to set
11:38 you some targets as well and we can
11:39 actually just we can get this stuff
11:41 nailed once and for all be this make
11:43 this the last video you watch until you
11:45 actually get started until you actually
11:46 make this happen and for those of you
11:48 guys that have already got started just
11:51 bring it back to basics get rid of
11:52 everything that you're doing right now
11:54 and just focus on this progression path
11:56 trust me so we've got our foundations
11:58 this is what we've done in this series
11:59 okay we built the the Mason flow
12:01 foundations we've got all that stuff
12:02 we've got the website we've got the name
12:04 and all of that okay and then we need to
12:05 find some
12:06 clients okay so we're going to have to
12:09 do some Le gen next thing we're going to
12:10 do is we're going to sign clients so
12:12 we're going to have some
12:14 meetings then we're going to fulfill our
12:16 service I don't care what service you
12:20 offer doesn't matter to me needs to be
12:21 something that you're interested in
12:22 needs to be something that either saves
12:25 a client time or makes them money if
12:28 you're stuck then ads is a nice place to
12:30 start okay Le gen or something like that local
12:32 local
12:33 business okay and then we're going to
12:35 have to hire a team so this is the
12:38 progression of an agency right we lay
12:41 our foundations we find clients we sign
12:44 them up we fulfill service and we hire a team
12:46 team
12:50 okay now most people 99% of agency
12:54 owners they just stop in between each of
12:56 these stages and they struggle to break
12:57 through you what think that's obvious
12:59 okay well I started my foundations and I
13:01 couldn't get to finding clients I then
13:02 couldn't get to signing clients couldn't
13:03 get to fulfilling STS couldn't get to
13:05 hiring clients well obviously I haven't
13:07 scaled a t am Fe
13:09 yet what I
13:13 mean is most people don't progress
13:15 because they get stuck in a cycle of
13:17 overthinking most people don't build a
13:19 successful agency because they are
13:22 constantly focusing on the wrong things
13:23 they think oh let me just build my
13:25 agency and my website and then I'll
13:27 launch let me just write my scripts and
13:29 then I'll launch let me just get a 100
13:31 leads and then I'll launch let me just
13:35 focus on this backend flow or this new
13:37 concept or this new AI bot that I just
13:38 saw on YouTube and then I'll start my
13:41 agency you're in this constant state of
13:44 overthinking and procrastination okay so
13:45 much so that you never actually working
13:46 on the productive tasks that are going
13:48 to progress you to the next level and
13:50 the real secret to building a successful
13:53 agency and progressing is obsessing over
13:56 one thing and one thing only at any one
13:59 time and that one thing will only change
14:00 when you are progressing to the next
14:03 stage here okay so let's go through what
14:06 that one thing actually is and I'll give
14:07 you some Frameworks how you can actually
14:08 stick to
14:11 that so when you build your foundations
14:12 how are we going to do this let's do
14:14 some text okay so when we build our
14:16 foundations the absolute Basics and so
14:18 these are literally only fundamentals
14:19 what I'm going to be going through right
14:22 now are the Necessities in scaling an
14:24 agency anything other that is not a
14:27 necessity should be completely ignored
14:28 anything other than what I go through on
14:30 this screen right now should be ignored
14:32 completely okay so first things first we
14:33 need a
14:36 website okay that's it just be a simple
14:38 Landing I'm going to call it a landing
14:41 page because it's going to be one page
14:42 and it's going to be really simple and
14:44 you can just replicate what I've already
14:47 done in this series if you like
14:50 okay so you need before that we need a
14:53 name we got a landing page we have a
14:57 niche and we have a service that is all
14:59 we need and is literally everything that
15:02 we need okay so these are our
15:05 foundations focus on these four
15:07 things and then we'll have scripts as
15:10 well okay so our Outreach scripts
15:11 because at the start we're going to
15:12 reach out to people we have to think
15:14 about how we actually going to sign up
15:15 clients like let's be realistic here
15:17 when you're first starting out there are
15:19 and really just two ways to sign up
15:22 clients let's just call it three ways uh
15:25 first one is uh Outreach so we're going
15:26 to reach out to people we're going to
15:27 either send them emails we're going to
15:28 do dmss we're going to do call calls
15:30 we're going to go door to door door to
15:32 door and this is the order door to door
15:35 is King then it's cold calling then it's
15:39 DMS then it's email in that order okay
15:40 and it's also in the order of which is
15:43 the most intimidating the most scary and
15:45 uh that is for good reason I think that
15:47 is what life does to us it uh it gives
15:48 us the the most challenging things are
15:50 always the most rewarding and the most
15:53 fruitful so think about that okay most
15:55 people 99% of people who even watch this
15:57 video please don't let that beat you
15:58 they're going to start from the bottom
15:59 they're going to do email then they're
16:00 going to do DMS then they might try call
16:02 calling and they definitely never do
16:04 door too okay go from the reverse go
16:06 door too go call calling do all the hard
16:07 [ __ ] do the [ __ ] that other people
16:09 aren't willing to do and you will get
16:11 the result that they cannot get okay so
16:14 we got Outreach then we got networking I
16:16 cannot recommend enough getting yourself
16:18 out there in person and showing your
16:20 face we're in a trust epidemic okay
16:22 people do not trust people right now and
16:24 so especially in all online if we get in
16:25 front of people we can actually get seen
16:27 we can actually meet people in the local
16:28 area you're going to be able to sign up
16:29 your first couple of client so have a
16:31 look online go to some networking events
16:32 the final thing is going to be referrals
16:34 it's going to be existing Network who do
16:35 you know in your vicinity can you post
16:37 on social media let people know you're
16:39 starting an agency make it known get
16:40 yourself seen and then get some
16:41 referrals some people you'll be
16:43 surprised who you've got around you so
16:45 Outreach networking
16:48 referrals cool this is all we need to do
16:50 don't do anything else if you're doing
16:51 if you're working on anything else right
16:53 now outside of foundation stop it it's
16:55 just not worth your
16:59 time okay out of these five things cool
17:00 then what we got we've got finding
17:02 clients okay so finding clients what we
17:07 need to do is we need to get a list of
17:09 200 leads okay in fact I'm going to say
17:12 100 leads get a list of 100 leads this
17:14 is all you really need to get yourself
17:15 off the ground this is all you really
17:17 need to get your first few meetings
17:18 because realistically what's going to
17:22 happen is you're going to get anything
17:27 from two to six meetings from this no joke
17:32 and that's if you cold
17:35 call if you send emails and DMS you're
17:36 not going to get two to six meetings you
17:38 need to call call if you do door to door
17:39 you're definitely going to get six
17:41 meetings if you go door to door in 100
17:42 leads you're going to get way more than
17:43 six meetings i' has a debate you're
17:45 going to get 10 meetings okay I'm going
17:47 to put two to 10 you go door to door
17:49 you'll smash it believe me this is all
17:51 we need we need 100 leads okay and then
17:53 every week all we're going to do is
17:55 we're going to spend
18:00 roughly or in fact we can do this daily
18:02 you can do one hour per day lead gen to
18:09 rest that you need okay if you can
18:11 afford to do so then pay people to Le
18:14 gen for you on your behalf
18:16 right next thing we're going to do is
18:17 we're actually going to reach out to
18:19 those clients okay so to actually get those
18:21 those
18:24 meetings so we're going to do
18:27 Leen to actually get those meetings I'd
18:34 25 companies A Day Out Of Reach simple
18:36 do that okay then what we're going to do
18:38 is going to sign up those clients we're
18:40 just going to obsess
18:43 over I'm saying 25 companies a day right
18:45 this is if you're working like a
18:47 part-time [ __ ] off come on this is if
18:49 you're working like a a full-time job
18:50 right now if you're work if you're
18:52 full-time in your agency then you could
18:55 easily be reaching out to 80 companies a
18:58 day okay I used to call call 150
19:00 companies a day
19:03 so do it that what you will signing up
19:06 clients you're going to have a 20% close
19:09 rate okay which
19:14 means one out of five client
19:17 meetings equals client
19:20 signed you're going to charge anything
19:22 from $500 to
19:25 $1,000 first client and you're not going
19:32 you're going to be open to free trials
19:34 okay I don't care who you are don't care
19:35 what You' done don't care what your
19:36 accolades are if you're just starting an
19:38 agency be open to free trials free
19:40 trials is your opportunity to get the
19:42 single most important and valuable asset
19:43 that we can have as an agency owner and
19:45 it is case studies and case studies are
19:48 leverage Leverage is the most important
19:50 thing as we grow in scale and we have to
19:52 start from the bottom we have to eat
19:53 [ __ ] to be honest we have to really
19:55 focus on just getting oursel out there
19:57 and proving to people that we are who we
19:59 say we are
20:02 okay then we can do what we say we can
20:04 do and one of the best ways to do that
20:05 is by offering free trials if we get
20:07 pushed back in the meeting if we jump on
20:08 a meeting with someone and they're like
20:10 ah just I'm just I've been burnt by
20:11 agencies before I'm one of your first
20:13 clients and don't trust this be like
20:15 look I know how you feel and I know this
20:17 will work for you so let me do this for
20:18 free for you for a month and then after
20:20 that month you can pay me money but I'm
20:21 going to prove to you what I can do okay
20:23 and in that time period you're going to
20:24 show them and you're going to get a
20:25 great case study and that case study is
20:27 worth infinite that case study one
20:29 single great case study is worth way
20:31 more than $1,000 cuz you can use and
20:32 leverage that case study over time and
20:34 with every case study you unlock you get
20:36 more and more leverage you unlock better
20:38 quality clients you make more money you
20:40 can hire a team you progress through
20:42 this whole path okay case
20:45 studies let put this above here case
20:48 studies are the most variable asset that
20:49 we could
20:52 have so I'm going to put that there okay
20:54 in fact I'm going to put all North Stars
20:57 here and I'm going to put this in fact
20:58 we're not even going to bother going
20:59 into to hire team right now cuz you
21:01 don't need a team you can H 10K a month
21:03 about a team you might need one team
21:05 member that is it okay and it's just
21:07 like and that's always just going to be
21:09 service only in fact it's not even good
21:10 into that I don't even want to like get
21:12 stuck into to to to hiring a team right
21:15 now so here's the thing these are the
21:16 things at the top here that we should be
21:18 spending all of our time doing these are
21:19 the only things that we should be
21:21 obsessing with at every stage of our
21:24 journey okay and we only focus on the
21:25 next thing when we have got past this
21:27 stage so if we haven't signed up any
21:29 clients yet then we need to be focusing
21:32 all our time on generating enough leads
21:33 for the next day that is all we need to do
21:35 do
21:37 and hitting Outreach
21:41 kpis okay and by Outreach kpis I mean
21:43 between 20 and 80 companies a day that
21:45 we Outreach okay I hate saying numbers
21:48 like ret out to 20 or 80 companies a day
21:49 like I hate saying that because what it
21:51 does is it limits people to what they
21:53 what their capacity is I could reach out
21:55 to well over 150 companies every single
21:57 day in my agency we reach out to over a
21:59 th000 companies every day cuz we have
22:00 the team capacity to do so but as an
22:01 individual you could easily reach out to
22:04 over 150 companies a day so please don't
22:05 take these numbers and think Ah that's
22:07 the only target I need to go for the
22:09 more you put in the more you'll get out
22:10 this is an input output business the
22:12 more work you put into the business the
22:14 more results you will get on the back
22:15 end and the more money you will make the
22:17 quicker you will scale it really is as
22:20 simple as that okay so set targets that
22:23 you can realistically hit and stick to
22:24 them every single day and follow them
22:25 that's how people like Harry Scout to

22:38 this is Charlotte Charlotte went from
22:41 zero to 10K a month in 10 weeks okay she
22:43 went from from Zer to 10K a month in 10
22:45 weeks that is under three months of
22:47 signing her first client how did she do
22:49 that she did this she hit her Outreach
22:51 kpis every single day and she generated
22:54 enough leads per day for the next day
22:55 okay and if you've got money on your
22:57 side you can really skip this part cuz
22:58 you can pay someone else to generate
22:59 lead for you it's pretty cheap you gone
23:02 somewhere like fiver it is well worth
23:03 the investment and that's all Charlotte
23:06 did to hit that figure okay and then all
23:07 you do once you start getting meetings
23:09 is you try and optimize for a 20% close
23:11 rate now this is a pretty low close rate
23:14 we now close at over 40% with every
23:16 single client that we speak to that is
23:17 qualified sometimes it's more than that
23:19 depending on the closer but in the early
23:21 stages you need to be realistic you're
23:22 realistically going to close one out of
23:24 the five meetings that you actually have
23:26 um you have show up okay so optimize for
23:29 this and if your close rate is above
23:32 this then don't be focusing on like oh I
23:34 need to now have some post call
23:36 follow-up process and I need to make
23:39 sure that my my my my pitch deck is
23:40 better and then I need to focus on
23:44 getting uh on getting a a ghosting flow
23:46 set up and all these just bollocks it is
23:48 just noise it is just procrastination it
23:51 is just a reason for you to not put in
23:52 the actual work and be focusing on the
23:54 task at hand you need to understand that
23:56 your mind is going to do everything that
23:58 it can your subconscious is going to do
24:00 everything everything in its power to
24:01 not make you do the stuff that you need
24:05 to do okay you're going to procrastinate
24:07 you're going to Veer off course so just
24:08 have these benchmarks if you if you're
24:11 closing it above 20% don't do anything
24:13 else apart from focus on getting more
24:15 leads on the front end more meetings
24:17 more clients signed that's all you need
24:18 to do and then when it comes to
24:20 fulfilling a service your obsession
24:22 needs to be collecting case studies case
24:23 studies are the most valuable asset that
24:26 we can collect as an agency owner and
24:28 the way that we get create case studies
24:29 the way that we get great service is
24:32 just by doing the thing there is no
24:33 amount of theory that you could learn
24:35 and is going to prepare you to deliver
24:36 the results that you need to deliver to
24:38 your clients to get great great case
24:40 studies to get great case studies to
24:42 deliver a great result the truth is you
24:44 need good experience and we get get
24:46 experience through repetition of working
24:49 with a number of people okay no amount
24:51 of YouTube videos no amount of courses
24:53 no amount of coaching will prepare you
24:55 to be an absolute killer at service the
24:57 only way you become a killer at service
24:59 is by excessively working with a
25:01 specific Niche over a specific time
25:03 period okay or over elongated time
25:05 period and with every single client that
25:07 you sign and with every single mistake
25:09 that you make which you will you're
25:10 going to get better and you're going to
25:12 get better and you're going to get
25:13 better and of course if you do have
25:15 mentorship and you have coaching calls
25:16 that you can jump on that is going to
25:17 help you that is going to Aid you in
25:18 your journey because you can have
25:20 qualified people that have already gone
25:22 through the [ __ ] helping you succeed but
25:25 the truth is if you rely too heavily on
25:27 external forces you're never really
25:29 going to learn how to be a master of
25:31 service yourself because the only way we
25:33 can do that is through failing forward
25:35 and making the mistakes on our own and
25:37 say okay so Cas studies need to be
25:38 prioritized above everything else and
25:40 fulfilling an incredible service needs
25:42 to be the most important priority for us
25:44 as an agency owner but this is something
25:46 you can't hack you can only get there
25:48 over time and the truth is all of these
25:50 things need great time in order for you
25:52 to succeed at them all of them and just
25:54 doing anything in life successfully
25:57 requires consistency over time going to
25:59 the gym and getting jacked or losing
26:01 weight is consistency over time starting
26:03 a business is consistency over time
26:05 starting a sport and getting great at it
26:08 is consistency over time okay everything
26:11 worth having is consistency over time
26:14 okay and the time that we spend and the
26:16 quality of our time is the thing that we
26:18 need to prioritize the most okay every
26:21 single day we need to spend 80% of our
26:24 time on one thing on the one thing that
26:26 is the most important part of our
26:29 business at at any one time and for all
26:31 of you that are pre- 10K that one thing
26:33 is getting as many meetings on your
26:36 calendar as you possibly can and
26:38 anything else is just noise everything
26:41 else is not necessity in fact I want you
26:42 to write this down and I want you to
26:44 print this off and or whatever you need
26:46 to do and put this on your desk put this
26:49 on Stick this to your computer put on
26:52 your computer is this absolutely
26:55 necessary is this absolutely
26:57 necessary so every time you're working
26:58 on a task every time time you're
27:00 watching a video every time you're
27:01 you're procrastinating you look at that
27:03 sign and you can think to yourself is
27:06 this absolutely necessary and if no then
27:08 get straight back to that one thing that
27:10 you need to be doing in order for you to
27:12 hit 10K a month which is going to be
27:13 getting as many meetings as possible
27:15 everything else that isn't on this
27:17 screen right now is just noise now of
27:19 course there is more to scaling an
27:20 agency than just the things we see on
27:22 screen right now but these are the core
27:24 fundamentals the most important pillar
27:27 tasks and there are roadblocks in the
27:30 way there are in Tres and details but
27:32 it's important not to get lost in those
27:34 details and every single day just
27:36 remember that one core task that we
27:37 should be working on that's going to
27:39 progress us through to that next stage
27:41 and if you do this you got a chance of
27:43 hitting 10K on your own you've got a
27:45 chance of hitting that Milestone and
27:47 sure it's going to take you longer than
27:49 Harry or other members of our community
27:51 that have an unfair Advantage but you
27:53 will be able to get there over a period
27:55 of time through stumbling forward
27:57 yourself it's how I did it myself but
27:59 the truth is is if you want an unfair
28:02 Advantage if you want to get closer to
28:04 somebody like Harry or if you want to
28:06 get closer to the results of someone
28:09 like Charlotte who hit 10K a month in 10
28:11 weeks which isn't typical she's an
28:14 absolute animal but if you want to scale
28:16 an agency in the fastest time frame
28:18 possible the truth is you need a mentor
28:20 you need people guiding you through this
28:23 process because entrepreneurship is
28:26 lonely and going at it alone it's very
28:28 hard to know what to change when you
28:31 need to change something if your close
28:32 rate is less than
28:35 20% how do you know what to change on
28:38 your meetings without just guessing and
28:40 hoping for the best now ideally you need
28:42 somebody who can listen to those calls
28:44 who's already gone through this process
28:46 who's a master salesperson who can
28:49 identify the specific Pro problem and
28:51 where you're screwing up on your calls
28:52 so when you change that thing you got
28:54 the highest chance of increasing your
28:56 kpis or when you're laying the
28:58 foundations of your agency and your
28:59 coming up with the name and the landing
29:01 page and the niche and the service you
29:02 can have an experienced agency owner
29:04 looking at those foundations and signing
29:06 them off and saying you know what
29:07 actually I think we should do this
29:09 differently or actually that Niche is
29:10 quite saturated right now or actually
29:12 that service doesn't really make sense
29:14 for this Niche for these reasons because
29:15 they've already been out there and done
29:18 it and have a breadth of experience or
29:19 when you're looking to set targets based
29:22 on your specific circumstances and we
29:24 reverse engineer your goals you know
29:25 exactly the amount of outreaches you
29:27 need to do on a daily basis in order to
29:29 hit those goals go because you've got a
29:31 mentor who's speaking to you every
29:33 single week checking in with you and
29:35 holding you accountable to those goals
