hardly any fat, but it's got some vegetables.

unsatisfying to be honest
like you you get hungry few hours after
in there. So, it's got some essential
fatty acids for people who worry. If
you're worried about not getting enough
fat, you just take

make um your own out of tomatoes and

You you I'm just talking about pure
animal fat. It's going to satisfy you
and the next day and next few days you
you're just going to crave it less and
less. It's not like you endlessly just
going to eat fat over over fat and it
satisfies you for many hours.
If that's how it works, we wouldn't see
any any tub chops out there.

anything like not even a taste or just
nothing. Nothing. Just discipline. Okay?

fat. It's it's just in you.
And when your body asks for it, it
clearly craves fat soluble vitamins. And
not just that, it's not just vitamins.
There are so many chemical compounds in
the animal fat that your body needs.

like dietician books and all of that cuz
it's just so many.
It's many, many molecules, man, and
molecular structures that your body
needs. And when you're craving that,
that's that's the moment when when it
hits you. Oh, I want some pizza. Oh, I
want some this and that. Some ice cream.
That's why kids cry for ice cream
because their bodies ask for those nutrients.
