0:01 Hello friends my name is baros and
0:02 welcome to the channel where I share
0:05 with you tips tricks that I read learn
0:07 and apply in order to become the best
0:09 version of myself so in this video using
0:10 real questions from the Peak Performance
0:13 online test I will tell you ways in
0:14 which you can Ace your Peak Performance
0:16 test now this video has following parts
0:18 one I will explain to you what Peak
0:20 Performance test is about second I will
0:22 explain to you how you should prepare
0:25 for the Peak Performance online test and
0:27 third I will take you through sample
0:28 questions I have gathered a number of
0:30 sample questions and I will take you
0:32 exactly how to read them and how to
0:34 answer those questions note you may not
0:36 receive the same questions again PNG has
0:39 a library of thousands of questions
0:41 which it keeps rotating every time
0:43 there's a test that takes place so
0:45 questions that you may see on the web or
0:48 on YouTube may not be exactly the same
0:50 questions that will come in your
0:52 particular test however if you get a
0:54 general idea of how to read the question
0:57 how to frame it how to understand it and
0:59 then how to answer it in that case you
1:01 can answer any question that comes your
1:03 way so by use of these examples from the
1:04 Peak Performance online test that I will
1:06 share with you and help you answer you
1:08 will be able to answer any sort of Peak
1:10 Performance online test question also in
1:11 a way this video will help you practice
1:13 those questions and get you familiar
1:14 with the type of questions you should
1:16 expect and not be surprised now the Peak
1:18 Performance assessment test measures the
1:21 candidate's experience background
1:23 interest and work related attitude and
1:24 more importantly it measures the
1:26 candidates compatibility with Pro and
1:28 gambles competencies for predicting
1:30 successful job performance PNG speak
1:32 performance online test comprises of
1:34 judgment situational and personality
1:36 test which contain multiple choice and
1:38 rating questions multiple choice part
1:40 questions include both scenario based
1:41 questions and additional questions
1:44 around background preferences work style
1:46 now the best way to prepare for this
1:48 Peak Performance online assessment test
1:50 is to go through png's value system and
1:52 performance requirement it is these
1:54 requirements and value systems that Pro
1:56 and gamble wants its employees to
1:58 exhibit hence you need to ensure that
2:00 you keep your responses as as close to
2:02 those requirements as possible now in
2:03 order to get grounded in the speak
2:05 performance factor for that you'll have
2:07 to go and check out the link of the
2:08 video that I shared above now the speak
2:10 performance online assessment test is
2:12 officially untimed but most of the
2:14 candidates finish it under 20 minutes
2:16 now this means you don't have to rush
2:18 through the questions rather you should
2:20 take your time read the question
2:21 understand and then answer now while
2:23 there is no deadline for you to complete
2:25 and submit the test however if you don't
2:26 complete the test and submit it within
2:29 the reasonable time in that case you may
2:30 lose the position altogether because
2:32 proen gamble may end up just hiring
2:34 someone else hence it is recommended to
2:37 complete the test within 7 Days of
2:38 receiving the link now in case your
2:39 application gets cancelled because you
2:41 were not able to complete the test in
2:43 that case you can reapply and get
2:45 another invitation for the test however
2:46 in case you fail the Peak Performance
2:48 test in that case you'll have to wait
2:50 for 12 months before you can apply for a
2:51 new position because proen gamble
2:53 believes that it will take you at least
2:55 12 months for you to regain that
2:58 knowledge or build those requirements
3:00 that they want their cand candidates to
3:02 exhibit now without further Ado let's
3:04 get going with practicing those
3:06 questions so first and foremost you'll
3:07 see this intro page which will talk
3:09 about the assessment where they talk
3:10 about what is this test about what it
3:12 comprises of essentially they want you
3:14 to provide facts on your backgrounds and
3:16 interest as well as your point of view
3:18 on issues related to working at PNG now
3:20 here are some ground rules for the
3:21 assessment it will take approximately 20
3:23 minutes make sure you select the
3:24 language of your preference there
3:26 shouldn't be any distraction one
3:27 important thing the assessment will show
3:29 the count of the questions that you've
3:30 completed and the count of questions
3:32 that is still left all questions are
3:33 mandatory to answer you can't submit
3:35 without answering any question in case
3:37 you choose to exit at any given point in
3:38 time your responses will be saved and
3:40 when you log in again you can start
3:41 exactly from where you left throughout
3:42 this assessment you will use this arrow
3:44 to the right in order to move forward to
3:45 the next page the assessment has like
3:47 four sections so at the end of each
3:49 section you submit your responses
3:50 confirming that the section has been
3:51 completed and once the section is
3:53 completed you cannot go back and you're
3:54 required to complete all the sections
3:56 before you submit so these are the
3:57 ground rules for the assessment now then
4:00 you'll see two examples for each type of
4:01 questions one is multiple choice
4:03 question the other is rating question in
4:05 multiple choice you have to pick one
4:07 answer from the list of answers and here
4:09 you can only select one response at a
4:10 time unless otherwise it's stated the
4:11 second type of questions are rating
4:13 questions which asks you to rate a
4:15 statement or series of statements using
4:18 sliding scale here you can select one
4:20 response at a time only now let's move
4:21 on to the examples here's a multiple
4:23 choice question example so in Social
4:25 settings what you have been most likely
4:27 to do introduce yourself to others
4:29 accept introductions from others but
4:31 don't initiate them ask someone else to
4:33 introduce you enjoy the function by
4:35 yourself trying not to disturb others
4:37 it's best to read all the questions and
4:39 the best way to answer any typical
4:41 multiple choice question is to use the
4:42 elimination method first you can decide
4:44 what are the options which are clear no
4:46 no and then there would be most probably
4:48 two options left between which you can
4:50 choose or or let's say guess so for
4:51 instance accept introductions from
4:53 others but don't initiate them this is a
4:55 clear no no because this is like a bad
4:57 social etiquette right so this is a
4:59 clear no and enjoy the function by self
5:02 trying not to disturb others is not a
5:03 good option either because when you're
5:04 going in a social setting it's always
5:07 good to either introduce yourself or at
5:08 least get to know others versus just
5:10 being aloof and being in the corner so
5:12 it's either number one or number three
5:14 number three is still kind of asking
5:16 someone else to do the favor for you so
5:18 I would go for option one which kind of
5:20 puts the onus on you puts the
5:23 responsibility on you and you own the
5:25 situation and hence you lead the action
5:26 second is rating example using the
5:28 sliding scale below respond to each
5:30 statement by sliding the selected to
5:32 appear under the section that best
5:33 corresponds on how each statement
5:34 describes you I enjoy reading or
5:36 listening to the Daily News now again
5:38 reading Daily News is is a good thing
5:39 because this is how you keep yourself
5:41 updated to what's going on in the market
5:43 and hence it will help you perform
5:44 better on your assignment because you
5:46 would have more information you've read
5:48 more you would have more knowledge that
5:50 you can apply back to your work so in
5:51 any case there should be somewhere
5:52 around somewhat true to very true but
5:54 you can't select somewhat untrue or very
5:57 untrue at all now let's get into the
5:59 questions now the first sample question
6:01 that I have is your boss has given you
6:02 permission to order new office supplies
6:04 you need to build procedures manual for
6:08 new hires so you need binders you look
6:10 into the office supply catalog and see
6:12 15 different types of binders that all
6:14 look the same what would you do so the
6:16 clear Peak Performance factor that I see
6:18 here being used is Champion productivity
6:20 which is simplify so let's start
6:22 elimination so number one order the
6:24 least expensive binder to save money
6:25 this may not be the great option because
6:27 while you may be going for the cheapest
6:29 option but it may not be the best in
6:30 quality and the other one is order the
6:32 most expensive binder because it has
6:34 brand name you recognize again you just
6:36 don't pay extra money just because it's
6:38 branded your decision needs to be based
6:41 on some analysis some thinking so let's
6:43 see what other options say comparing
6:44 between number four and five they're
6:46 kind of same where you look at POS data
6:47 it's just that number four is more
6:49 simple because you're asking one person
6:50 instead of sending an electronic message
6:52 to everyone so looking into
6:54 simplification I would eliminate number
6:56 five and keep number four and now
6:57 comparing between number two and number
6:59 four number four is more past looking
7:00 while number two seems more
7:02 forward-looking where you are deciding
7:05 based on your recent needs versus just
7:07 looking blindly into what was ordered
7:08 previously which may not be the best
7:10 order so I would go with option number
7:13 two where as per the Peak Performance
7:14 Factor you act as an owner of the
7:16 company which says takes actions and
7:18 makes decisions in the best interest of
7:20 the company and the best interest of the
7:24 company is the latest and greatest needs
7:26 of the company not what was ordered in
7:27 the past now in the second question a
7:29 strong performing manager with 30 years
7:31 of service is discovered taking a soda
7:33 from the cafeteria each afternoon
7:35 without paying for it they are warned
7:37 that continuing this Behavior could lead
7:38 to termination but they continue taking
7:41 sodas from the cafeteria now even before
7:42 reading any of the options let me make
7:45 it very clear that in PNG there was a
7:47 very clear understanding that you will
7:49 never get fired on any bad performance
7:52 on any bad business results except if
7:54 there is a stewardship or control issue
7:58 so PNG has zero tolerance for control
8:03 lapses any fraud any cheating 0 00 0 so
8:04 this one should be a very easy pick and
8:06 hence given the manager has already been
8:09 warned and company has no tolerance for
8:12 controls frauds or cheating the answer
8:13 would be to terminate the manager for
8:15 stealing now question number three the
8:16 members of Team you are leading have
8:18 very specific responsibilities that do
8:20 not overlap occasionally a team member
8:23 is pulled away briefly to handle other
8:25 company functions delaying your team's
8:27 work because the team members task
8:29 cannot be completed your team members
8:31 have in pass Express reservation about
8:33 being cross trained on each other's
8:35 responsibility what would you do so
8:36 again let's start with the elimination
8:39 option so one I clear one I see is
8:40 attempt to set flexible deadlines for
8:42 your team's project so that delays can
8:44 be accommodated now now this is
8:45 something which goes against the Peak
8:47 Performance factor of execute with
8:49 Excellence especially under which it
8:51 says operate with discipline acts with a
8:54 sense of urgency and with the end result
8:56 in mind the second one Implement a
8:58 program to train the team across job
9:00 responsibility this one is good so far
9:02 but when it says indicating that the
9:04 needs of the team outweigh team members
9:06 reservation this is completely no no
9:08 team members reservation is very
9:10 important indeed the needs is important
9:12 as well so are the reservation so this
9:14 is another one we can easily eliminate
9:15 the first option use temporary workers
9:17 to fill in for team members when they
9:20 are pulled away to handle other company
9:21 functions this doesn't seem like a
9:23 permanent and long-term fix because
9:24 you're kind of doing a very temporary
9:27 fix and it's something that won't be the
9:28 best option here and now picking between
9:31 option four and five I would pick option
9:33 number four refering to the bring out
9:35 our best it sounds more around being
9:37 transparent inclusive and collaborative
9:40 also teaching coaching and mentoring all
9:42 of these elements just come into play
9:43 question number four one of your
9:44 assignments at work is to analyze the
9:46 results of a companywide engagement
9:48 survey after spending several days on
9:50 the analysis you realize that you made a
9:52 mistake instead of categorizing the data
9:54 by the newly recognized business unit
9:56 you categorize the data by the older
9:58 system because this change is relatively
10:00 new not all information about the new
10:02 units was in the company's computer
10:04 system you had to do some research
10:05 yourself ultimately it created a lot
10:08 more work for you but you put in extra
10:10 hours at work to be able to submit the
10:12 report on time how would you move
10:13 forward so this problem isn't
10:15 encountered in the future so let's see
10:16 the options again starting with
10:17 elimination don't tell anyone of the
10:20 mistake cross it out tell your manager
10:21 of the problem and suggest that he sends
10:24 out messages which is number five again
10:25 this is not you taking the
10:26 responsibility rather you're putting the
10:28 responsibility on the manager rather the
10:30 peak perform perance factors require you
10:32 to own the business now given the
10:33 question is asking how do you ensure
10:36 that this problem isn't encountered in
10:39 future which may be the situation where
10:40 you are not present in that role or your
10:42 team is not in that role so for instance
10:44 if you go ahead and share the experience
10:46 with colleagues if you see that they're
10:48 working on something similar you just
10:49 share the experience with them and the
10:51 experience is dies there take the
10:53 responsibility as a take this
10:55 opportunity as a learning opportunity
10:57 for your team and share with them the
10:58 details of your mistake again you just
11:01 informed the team and that's it however
11:02 looking at option one document the
11:04 changes for the new business units and
11:06 post this information to place where
11:09 it's accessible to the whole company now
11:10 this is where you're educating the
11:12 entire company so even if you tomorrow
11:13 leave the company or your team leaves
11:15 the company this information will be
11:17 accessible and available for the entire
11:19 company to make use of question number
11:20 five you working on a project that is
11:22 important to the company and you have
11:24 just made some critical breakthroughs
11:27 your company then asks you to work on a
11:29 new project which will take more most of
11:31 your time saying the new project is a
11:33 higher priority now if the company has
11:34 told you that the new project is high
11:36 priority and they want you to work on it
11:37 in that case you need to show
11:39 flexibility right so explain that
11:41 because of critical stage of your work
11:44 in on the first project it is best that
11:46 someone else be assigned to work on the
11:49 second is not a good answer or not a
11:50 good option similarly because it was
11:52 stated to be higher priority you just
11:54 can't kick off the first project and
11:55 just completely forget about it even if
11:58 it goes to dump so this third option is
12:00 a bad option also now given the company
12:01 has already set the priority for you and
12:03 they've decided that you need to work on
12:04 the second project I think it is
12:05 important for you to just go ahead
12:07 explain the circumstances on the first
12:10 project to your management ensuring they
12:11 understand the implication of a shift in
12:13 your priorities so I would be torn
12:16 between the last two options where you
12:18 are stepping up explaining the
12:20 circumstance to the management and
12:23 letting management be aware of the
12:25 situation where there's project one
12:26 going on where breakthroughs have been
12:28 made but project two which you
12:30 understand is also a priority but in
12:32 order to not to sound too pushy I would
12:34 not pick the last option rather I'll
12:36 just go and pick the fourth option where
12:38 you make the management aware before you
12:40 move on to the next project number six
12:42 while on holiday you think of a
12:44 brilliant idea for innovating one of the
12:46 company's products you have a team
12:48 meeting scheduled for the week after
12:50 your return but the meeting's focus is
12:52 new product development not changing
12:54 existing product I start with
12:55 elimination the last option can be
12:57 eliminated because before even talking
12:59 the idea you can't be just thinking of
13:01 plans of for implementing the idea so
13:04 this one is a no no the first one is a
13:06 no as well you just can't talk over the
13:08 idea with others Outside Inside the
13:10 company without even sharing it and
13:12 talking it with your team perform some
13:14 informal research to evaluate if your
13:16 idea would help the customer now this is
13:18 a good thing to do but it doesn't answer
13:19 the question or the challenge that is
13:22 posed by the question itself which is
13:24 how would you handle the meeting not
13:26 rather how would you GA Research and
13:29 data on the idea now we left with option
13:30 number two and option number four in
13:32 option number four you're again putting
13:34 the hus on the supervisor and asking him
13:36 to push yourself into the agenda which
13:38 is not the right way of managing things
13:41 and doing things by using kind of a
13:43 superior person to make a spot for
13:45 yourself in the agenda so the best
13:47 option here would be wait until the time
13:49 is right because if the meeting is about
13:50 something else you you can't just
13:52 sabotage the meeting with your idea
13:54 rather you let the meeting flow as is
13:56 and then you find the right time for
13:59 your idea to be passed on to your team
14:00 number seven you were recently hired by
14:02 the finance department you have training
14:04 and experience in finance but you also
14:05 have an advanced degree in
14:07 Communications you enjoy both but would
14:09 love the opportunity to combine them
14:11 together at some point during this week
14:14 team meeting you hear of a project that
14:16 you feel is directly applicable to your
14:18 unique experience and education however
14:21 your supervisor signed that project to a
14:23 coworker and asked you to work on a more
14:25 conventional Finance task what would you
14:27 do let's start with elimination again
14:28 now given your manager has already taken
14:31 the decision and given you're new in the
14:33 company and have to learn the ropes of
14:35 the tasks and job and the function and
14:37 the company itself I would eliminate the
14:39 option where you tell your supervisor
14:42 that you are not suited for conventional
14:44 Finance tasks which is option number
14:46 three I will also eliminate option
14:47 number four where complete your
14:49 conventional Finance task as quickly as
14:51 possible and accurately as you can then
14:52 ask if you can be assigned to the
14:54 project again you don't get the project
14:56 just because you did something different
14:58 quickly and accurately work on the
14:59 project you were assigned recognize that
15:01 your supervisor is likely trying to
15:03 familiarize you with the Department by
15:05 working on the finance this may be a
15:06 good option but the issue here is that
15:08 you're not voicing what you believe is
15:10 the right thing to do or all the
15:11 suggestions you have right because if
15:13 you give your suggestions only then you
15:15 make the department stronger and better
15:16 so I would be picking something between
15:18 the option one and two I I think I'll
15:19 pick option number one because this
15:21 makes kind of the supervisor aware that
15:23 what where you can add value where your
15:25 energy is and that you're ready to put
15:27 extra time now once the section is
15:29 completed we move to section number two
15:31 when part of a team how many times in
15:33 the past year have you taken
15:34 responsibility for organizing the
15:36 group's activities again here you just
15:37 need to be honest I won't just pick
15:40 seven or more especially given with Pro
15:42 and gamble they're hiring new graduates
15:43 from University so the number of
15:45 instances where you've had these
15:48 experiences organizing groups are
15:49 usually not a lot so certainly I won't
15:51 go to zero or 1 to two I would pick
15:54 something between 3 to 4 or 5 to 6 here
15:55 the safe bet would be to pick 5 to six
15:57 how would others describe the quality of
15:59 your work again stay away from extremes
16:01 here always submitted on time but
16:03 overlooked some small details here the
16:05 only good option is always submitted on
16:07 time and and all details were correct
16:09 you can't just say the details were not
16:11 good you can't just say that you hurried
16:13 the project or you can't just say you
16:15 submitted late or you you can't say that
16:17 you overlook small details you have to
16:19 be into the details and you have to
16:21 submit on time because this is simply
16:23 connected to the execute with Excellence
16:24 Peak Performance where you're required
16:27 to demonstrate develop Mastery which is
16:29 stays current in areas of expertise and
16:30 converts new knowledge into practical
16:32 application question number three in the
16:33 past how often have you challenged the
16:35 status quo to ensure that the right
16:37 action was taken again avoid the
16:39 extremes and pick up the good answer
16:41 which is often when you're part of a
16:43 group to what extent are you likely to
16:45 stand up for what is right when no one
16:47 else will now here I will pick an
16:50 extreme because being right and standing
16:52 up for what is right is very very
16:54 important for PNG again as I said with
16:57 regards to the pvps you can stay in the
16:59 company even with bad results but any
17:01 wrong action not standing up for what is
17:03 right not standing up for the values of
17:05 the company this is not tolerated so I
17:08 would just pick great extent here going
17:10 against my previous advice of staying
17:12 away from the extreme how effective are
17:14 you at setting team projects goals again
17:16 avoiding the extremes I would pick very
17:18 effective avoiding the extremes again
17:20 how often do you spend time putting
17:21 together strategy to accomplish again
17:24 avoiding the extremes pick often in past
17:26 H frequently have others asked you for
17:28 advice same avoid the extremes and pick
17:30 up the good answer which is more often
17:32 than they asked others number eight to
17:34 what extent have friends or colleagues
17:36 come to you for advice avoid the extreme
17:38 and pick up the good answer large extent
17:40 to what extent have you accepted changes
17:43 in work processes or activities large
17:46 extent to what extent have you been able
17:48 to recognize when a change was necessary
17:50 maybe here and there you can pick great
17:52 extent as well just to break the trend
17:54 otherwise you just don't want to pick
17:56 the second option for all the answers
17:58 right so maybe here I will pick great
18:00 extent how often have you had to make
18:02 decisions affecting other people while
18:05 under a crate more often than others or
18:07 much more often than others as I said
18:10 for one or two questions you can be
18:12 slightly more extreme but try to remain
18:14 one step below extreme for the others
18:16 how comfortable have you felt taking
18:18 actions taking action when the outcome
18:20 is uncertain same either much better
18:22 than others better than others just make
18:24 sure when you pick the extreme you pick
18:26 like 25% of the time you pick the
18:29 extreme but for the balance 75 let's say
18:32 80% of the time you pick one step down
18:33 so you don't just want to sound that in
18:35 your mind you think you're the best and
18:37 the perfect dude rather you still leave
18:39 some room for improvement because no one
18:41 is perfect right so they don't want
18:44 someone who just thinks of them as
18:46 complete and someone who knows
18:48 everything rather someone who knows
18:50 something or little bit more than
18:53 average but has room for improvement and
18:55 knows and understand that they have that
18:57 room for improvement how often do you
18:59 choose to take leadership role when in
19:01 group situation here certainly I would
19:03 not go for the extreme and would say
19:05 often because there are certainly times
19:06 when you should not be taking a
19:08 leadership position and you should be a
19:10 follower in those times so you should be
19:12 knowing how to follow as much as you
19:14 should know how to lead in the past to
19:16 what extent have you attempted to get
19:18 support from peers before presenting an
19:20 idea to the group leader large extent
19:21 now the two sections are completed this
19:24 is the third section we are on please
19:26 indicate the level of importance of each
19:28 work feature below work in line with my
19:31 primary interest say somewhat important
19:32 not pick highly important because there
19:34 will always be tasks that will be given
19:37 to you which may not be exactly of your
19:38 interest but they need to get done
19:40 learning through experience and varied
19:41 assignments this could be something
19:44 highly important because in PNG they
19:45 constantly change your assignments every
19:47 2 to 3 years and the expectation is for
19:50 you to learn different areas of your
19:52 function so for instance in case of
19:53 Finance it would be corporate accounting
19:55 sales Finance Logistics Finance
19:57 financial analysis and so on and so
19:59 forth having decision- making Authority
20:01 somewhat important same I would avoid
20:03 the extreme highly important would sound
20:05 like you you are just into decision
20:07 making and you are not someone who can
20:09 be a follower you just want the
20:11 leadership position receiving a very
20:13 high starting salary I would even pick
20:16 not important here just to have color
20:18 across this chart and not just be
20:20 between somewhat important highly
20:21 important you can just pick not
20:24 important it really doesn't matter PNG
20:26 has a standard salary that they offer to
20:29 everyone even if you pick not important
20:32 here it won't change anything they will
20:33 give you the salary they will offer the
20:35 same salary to you that they offer to
20:37 every other new hire the amount of
20:39 Freedom you have to make decisions again
20:41 depends if you've already picked a lot
20:42 of high highly important then I would
20:44 pick somewhat important if most of your
20:45 responses are somewhat important then
20:47 I'll pick highly important this is kind
20:49 of a good one where you can say that you
20:53 want to be empowered because empowerment
20:56 is is encouraging Pro and gamble so that
20:58 would be something you can pick between
20:59 somewhat important important and highly
21:01 important work that requires a variety
21:03 of skills I would say somewhat important
21:06 because again PNG would expect you to at
21:09 times be working on things where you may
21:10 not have that variety of skills right
21:13 you may have limited skills may give you
21:15 work that may not require variety of
21:17 skills and that is fine you will get
21:19 different kind of work and you should be
21:21 okay to do all kind of work that is
21:23 available and that helps the company
21:25 grow and deliver its objectives become a
21:29 supervisor of others somewhat important
21:31 having clear understanding of your work
21:33 responsibilities somewhat important
21:35 because not every task would be very
21:37 clear where your role and responsibility
21:40 will be defined and designed in advance
21:41 working for a company that allows
21:43 adequate balance between work and family
21:45 responsibilities here you can pick
21:47 highly important as a no company will
21:49 hold it against you for you to say that
21:52 you want a good work life balance
21:53 between your work and your and PNG is
21:55 also a company which is constantly
21:57 striving to create and provide that
21:58 balance to their employees so I would
22:01 just simply pick highly important here
22:03 otherwise all your responses would be
22:06 falling into somewhat important as I
22:07 mentioned before note that you may not
22:09 get the same questions but the idea is
22:12 just for you to understand how to kind
22:14 of frame and answer if there are
22:16 different kind of questions but with
22:18 similar context how you should address
22:20 them and what kind of thinking cap you
22:21 should be wearing or what kind of
22:22 approach you should be taking and
22:24 answering them last set of questions for
22:26 this part working for an organization
22:29 that has few levels of middle managers
22:31 working in a casual environment I would
22:33 just simply pick somewhat important just
22:35 stay in the middle avoid the extremes
22:37 select the responses that best represent
22:39 how accurately each statement describes
22:41 you can achieve a lot limited time this
22:43 is important for proon gamble championing
22:44 championing
22:47 productivity as I said your responses
22:49 should not be extreme but maybe you
22:52 should pick some extremes and some one
22:54 step below extreme when I try I
22:57 generally succeed I would say accurate
22:59 here don't go for extreme here for sure
23:02 at times I come up with new ways to do
23:03 things but other times I stick to
23:07 establish ways I would pick accurate ha
23:10 as well understand people very well
23:12 accurate have ability to inspire others
23:14 here you can pick very accurate as well
23:16 it's not harming you don't seem
23:19 overconfident by saying this the ideaas
23:21 here that you just inspire people
23:24 usually accept constructive criticism
23:27 without getting upset here I would say
23:28 very accurate try to improve my
23:31 productivity at school work given it
23:34 already uses the word try you can say
23:36 very accurate because you try you may
23:38 not be successful every time but you do
23:41 try come up with new ideas about as
23:44 often as my peers do I would just speak
23:47 accurate I'm confident that I could deal
23:50 efficiently with most unexpected events
23:52 accurate usually follow through on my
23:55 plans but not always this one is a trick
23:57 question because it says usually follow
23:59 through on my plans but not always here
24:01 I would use inaccurate avoid the extreme
24:03 not go for very inaccurate but just pick
24:05 inaccurate show interest in other people
24:08 only if I can benefit from them very
24:10 inaccurate find it challenging to look
24:12 at a problem from many different
24:14 perspective here you don't need to pick
24:16 an extreme again and pick inaccurate
24:18 have a hard time seeing how a business
24:20 Trend could impact my work choose
24:22 between very inaccurate and inacurate
24:24 decision- making skills are about
24:28 average compared to others inaccurate no
24:30 some of my own strengths and weaknesses
24:33 but don't know all of them inaccurate is
24:35 hard to get ahead without cutting
24:37 Corners here and there cutting Corners
24:40 not allowed in prop and gamble very
24:42 inaccurate can talk others into doing
24:45 things accurate value cooperation over
24:48 competition very accurate often risk
24:50 doing things differently risk- taking is
24:52 something which is encouraged so
24:54 accurate do not usually believe I can
24:56 succeed at an Endeavor to which I set my
24:59 mind very inaccurate always evaluate an
25:03 idea before putting it into place or
25:06 practice accurate will feel very bad if
25:08 I stole from
25:10 someone highly
25:12 accurate have good understanding of
25:15 emotions of people around me very
25:17 accurate or accurate I would pick very
25:20 accurate here work quickly accurate
25:23 enjoy learning new things about as much
25:26 as other people do accurate sometimes
25:28 work well under pressure accurate yeah
25:29 there will be certain instances where
25:31 you would be put into pressure you
25:33 should give a picture where yes you can
25:35 work into pressure if it is required
25:37 usually come up with fewer options than
25:40 other people to solve a problem no you
25:41 should be coming with more options so
25:44 inaccurate want to have the last word
25:46 not at all very inaccurate not always
25:48 through when solving problems very
25:50 inaccurate believe that cheating is
25:52 wrong because it is unfair to others
25:54 very accurate again cheating the word
25:56 cheating comes here and your alarm
25:59 should be on have been told I need to
26:01 work on my leadership ability inaccurate
26:03 or very inaccurate have a lot of ideas
26:05 but I would not say that I have
26:08 countless number of them inaccurate
26:10 because the statement is not positive so
26:13 certainly I'll pick inaccurate avoid
26:15 direct conflict with others because they
26:18 may be useful in the future conflict is
26:20 good conflict is healthy so very
26:22 inaccurate or
26:24 inaccurate rather I would pick very
26:26 inaccurate here because you may be
26:29 avoiding a very necessary conflict just
26:31 because you think you would be needing
26:34 those people in future so the idea is
26:35 not to make good relationships here
26:37 right relationships are important but
26:39 when it comes when the company's
26:41 guidelines or objectives or interests
26:44 come online it is important that you
26:48 keep people interest on the side and
26:50 pick and favor company's interest
26:52 sometimes get distracted when I'm trying
26:56 to focus inaccurate seek out new ideas
26:59 about as often as other people
27:02 accurate try to view failure as a
27:04 learning opportunity but sometimes it is
27:07 too difficult to do so inaccurate it
27:09 should be always easy for you to do so
27:11 try to look at things from different
27:12 perspective but sometimes I do not
27:15 succeed accurate look out for others if
27:17 it does not convenience me no you should
27:19 be looking out for others even if it
27:22 inconveniences you so inaccurate I'm
27:24 great at turning problems into
27:27 opportunities very accurate I have hard
27:28 time developing a vision
27:31 very inaccurate you can't accept that
27:34 you need to be someone who's Visionary
27:35 who can inspire people who can design a
27:37 vision understand current issues and
27:40 events about as much as other people
27:42 accurate or very accurate some of the
27:44 time I can apply information from
27:47 another field to my work but not always
27:49 this is a tricky one I would say
27:50 inaccurate because you should be able to
27:53 apply learning from other fields all the
27:56 time but don't pick an extreme try to
27:59 clarify ambiguous situations but I'm not
28:01 always successful inaccurate avoid the
28:03 extreme because kind of a negative
28:05 statement so don't want to go too
28:07 negative here so inaccurate because it's
28:09 using the word try second one also has
28:11 the try word try to act with the end
28:13 result in mind but I'm not always
28:16 successful maybe between these three I
28:19 would pick one accurate but keep it
28:21 between inaccurate and accurate mix of
28:23 inaccurate and accurate the idea here is
28:25 don't want to sound like you have
28:27 everything in control you know
28:29 everything you're the best guy you have
28:31 come out on everything so kind of a mix
28:34 is good so maybe out of these three I
28:37 would pick one accurate but most of them
28:40 inaccurate would be fine misj situation
28:43 inaccurate is conventional inaccurate
28:45 look to others to clarify ambigous
28:47 situation here I can pick accurate
28:49 looking to others kind of giving an idea
28:52 of a team work so which is like your
28:53 checking with in with your team when
28:55 there is a situation which is a good
28:59 thing to do like to live by my own rules
29:01 inaccurate now you don't want to live by
29:03 your own rules you want to live by the
29:05 rules of your organization which are
29:06 very important right usually make
29:08 decisions in a timely manner but
29:09 sometimes I end up spending more time
29:12 than I should inaccurate have moderate
29:14 ability to keep working on a difficult
29:16 task when I do not want to that's a good
29:18 one I would pick accurate because this
29:20 is kind of positive but again avoid the
29:22 extreme take advantage of
29:25 others very inaccurate dislike having
29:28 authority over others inaccurate
29:29 avoiding the extreme it's kind of a
29:31 negative statement so I but I would
29:32 still avoid the extreme here and pick
29:34 inaccurate sometimes I seek out others
29:37 with great expertise in an area of
29:40 Interest accurate treat people well when
29:42 they deserve it you should be treating
29:44 people well even if they don't deserve
29:46 it so inaccurate do not like it when
29:48 other people try to lead the group when
29:51 I am in charge inaccurate there can be
29:52 other people who kind of show up as
29:55 being leader so it's leadership is not
29:57 like you own the position there can be
29:59 other sub leaders within the team as
30:02 well sometimes I adapt to change easily
30:04 but other times I find it difficult
30:05 inaccurate you should give a picture and
30:07 an idea that you are open to change and
30:09 you adapt to change very easy I'm filled
30:11 with doubts about my competence
30:13 inaccurate frequently challenge the
30:15 status score very accurate or accurate
30:18 need the approval of others inaccurate
30:19 you don't need to wait for others to
30:22 approve your actions right there's
30:23 something that you think is the right
30:24 thing to do you can just take that
30:26 action I'm able to adjust my behavior
30:28 and become the type of person dictated
30:30 by any situation accurate shows you're
30:32 flexible do not usually believe I can
30:35 succeed at an Endeavor to which I set my
30:37 mind very inaccurate you always have
30:39 that belief that you can succeed prefer
30:41 to finish my task as soon as I can but I
30:44 do not always end up doing so inaccurate
30:45 the second part of the statement is kind
30:47 of negative hence avoid the extreme but
30:49 inaccurate like trying new ideas even if
30:52 I'm not sure they will succeed accurate
30:53 or very accurate occasionally put an
30:55 effort to stay current in my area of
30:59 expertise accurate or very accurate
31:00 that's the end of the fourth section so
31:02 we've completed all fourth section as I
31:04 said before these are sample questions
31:07 that I have had access to through the
31:09 web or the internet these questions keep
31:11 changing the words keep wording keep
31:14 changing but as long as you have the
31:16 idea of how to think and how to approach
31:18 a particular question and you have that
31:20 reference of the Peak Performance and
31:21 you can always direct yourself to the
31:24 Peak Performance you will always end up
31:27 answering it right and scoring well on
31:28 this test thank you for watching this
31:30 video hopefully with all this
31:32 information now you would be able to Ace
31:34 your Peak Performance online test and
31:35 once you get a call for your interview
31:37 you can check out my other two videos
31:40 where I talk about one explaining the
