0:40 then there was a lot of stuff that
0:41 needed changes and all a bunch of stuff

0:47 what i did i changed it i'd say i
0:49 probably kept about 20 of it and then i
0:52 added about 80 including some brand new
0:54 sections that he didn't have because
0:56 this is more recruiting orientated so

1:01 a general search engine search where you
1:02 can search whatever you want i'm going
1:04 to put in the word java you populate all
1:06 decide which place you want to search
1:09 whether it be google bing whatever
1:11 emails if you have an email address
1:12 you're not sure who it belongs to or you
1:14 want us find out again populate all and
1:16 boom boom boom boom like i said some of
1:18 these were here from michael's a lot of
1:20 them i actually put in here or i cleaned
1:22 up and there you go so let's do as an

2:09 info you could put their name here now a
2:10 lot of times it's going to be more than
2:11 one person so you got to kind of find
2:13 another way to determine which ones
2:15 which a lot of times they list when they
2:16 graduate high school or when they
2:18 graduate college you can make some
2:21 logical presumptions of age based on
2:23 that which is always helpful so let's do
2:25 uh two people search for starter one so
2:28 obviously there's seven of me
2:30 uh now my last name is actually
2:33 two words decosta but most systems don't
2:35 accept it that way so you gotta do one
2:36 word that's why i did so let's see top
2:39 person 56 um if you look at my linkedin
2:41 profile you would know i'm not 56
2:44 unknown and plus i don't live in maine

3:42 go to those sites to see if it's the
3:44 same person we're not going to go into
3:46 it telephone number same thing telephone
3:47 telephone telephone
3:50 images basically a image search you'll
3:53 find that um
3:55 these some of these work much better
3:57 than um
3:58 than just plain old google so like one
4:01 of the things i do is i prefer search terms

7:41 call base searches you can once you're
7:43 in you can change them to anything you
7:45 want this is just to get you started
7:47 um and now all of a sudden we're going
7:49 to get a few more people we got seattle
7:52 we got engineer we got that now the big
7:54 thing here what's interesting is because
7:55 it is facebook usually you're not going
7:59 to get things like tech skills like java
8:00 it's just not going to happen because
8:01 that's just not the way to do it so i
8:02 would actually get rid of java one of
8:04 the reasons why i
8:06 picked to pick on amazon is because most
8:08 of their developers and engineers are
8:10 java people that's what they do so now

8:35 again in java so that doesn't really
8:39 hurt us and we got 45 000 so there are a

8:43 really want to be cute about since we
8:44 really don't need that second developer
8:47 let's go ahead and add in gmail.com i
8:50 didn't spell it right sorry
8:53 gmail.com and let's get rid of the
8:54 second developer we don't need five of
8:56 them and let's try it again now now we
8:58 got one bound three another who have
8:59 gmail email addresses somewhere in their
9:01 profile they may not be right here
9:03 visible you may have to go into them to
9:04 see them

9:09 search these things so just because you
9:11 know you get this here it doesn't mean
9:12 you don't want to take that same exact
