Namaste everyone and welcome to anchor
the light. As you most remember, most of
you remember Friday is healing day and
let me just make sure you get works. All
right. So, every Friday we do our best
to help all of you try to release some
of this uh negative or blocked energies
so you can have a better weekend. And of
of course over time it gets better and
better. So your aura, your chakras get
cleaner and you'll feel better. Now this
time we're going to deal with releasing
something that all of us go through.
Okay? So let me just show it to you
again just in case uh you didn't see the
opening slide. And that is
uh the feeling of not being good enough.
All right. Another term for this is
insecurity uh manifesting as some form
of low self-esteem.
All right. Now let's break it down.
First of all,
we have to realize that these are
thought forms. Okay. Why is this
important? You see, without adding
spirituality into it, any form of
emotional healing is not sustainable.
The question is why? You see, the first
thing we have to realize is every
thought, every emotion is created by the
soul. So, for example, if growing up you
didn't do so well uh with your grades
and your parents said, "Hey, how come
you're not as good as your brother or
your sister and they do it enough
times?" What happens? You start feeling,
"Hey, maybe I'm not good enough." Now,
let's break it down. When they first
told you this, let's say you did not do
as well in school. Okay? So, you go,
"Okay, that's uh I didn't do so well."
So, you you feel bad. You go, "I should
have done better." And then that's the
first thought form you create, right?
The soul uses the body, the emotions,
the thought to create energy forms. So
the first thought form is, hey, how come
I didn't do as well uh as my brother or
my sister? So you're not feeling good.
So that's the first thought emotion you
created. Then your parents go, hey, how
come you didn't do as well? Why did you
do this? Why did you do that? So their
massive thought form compared to yours,
you know, because the chakras are
bigger, yours are smaller. So when they
dumped this on you, it just kind of
bombarded your energy field. Now like
qualities attract. So your feeling of
insecurity about not doing so well and
they're thinking of you not being so not
as good and not doing so well. These two
coralates into one. And now it's in your aura.
aura.
You so far? Now it's bigger. Next time
you go to an exam, guess what happens?
This thing is still working backward.
Hey, you're not as good as your brother
or your sister. So you have to work
extra hard to overcome it. Now imagine
this happened year after year after
year. So there's literally a cloud of
thoughts and emotions enveloping the
aura and you wonder, hey, how come I
can't get ahead? That's why these are
thought forms. Now when you go to
therapy, you talk to your therapist, you
know this happened, that happened. They
help you understand it. You go, yeah, I
know what you mean. So yeah, maybe it
happened 30 years ago. Maybe it's not as
critical anymore. Blah blah blah. So on
so on. So as you talk about, you feel better.
better.
So this thought form that you created
now it's a massive monster in your aura.
You're chipping away at it. So that's
why it takes time. So it works. There's
only one side problem.
Depending on how much was put into it,
we don't know how long it'll take to
release it. Make sense? And in the
process of this old thought form being
released, you're also going through
everyday life. If a similar situation
happens at work, you didn't do as well
as your colleague or you were
misunderstood. You create some form of
negative thought from, hey, I didn't do
a good job. What happens? You feed into
that again.
You see, that's why it's so important
not just say, oh, let's do the healing.
It's so important to go back to you are
a spiritual being having an earthly
experience. And as you're having this
early experience in response to what's
happening around us, we create thoughts,
emotions, and actions.
So step one, okay, you heard me say this
so many times, is realization. You
realize that these thoughts, these
emotions, these actions that come from
it are not the eye. They're not me.
They are thoughts and emotions I create
in response to a certain situation.
Make sense? So that feeling of not being
good enough, unworthiness, low
self-esteem, these are thought forms.
Now for a lot of people, this like,
okay, that's interesting. I know that.
But to really know it will change your
life. Then you start to go, "Oh, this
feeling of anger, this feeling of I'm
not good enough, feeling of this
feeling." All these are like data I
created. Exactly. So number one, stop
creating it. So when a similar situation
comes up, when somebody say, "Hey man,
how come you're not as good as this and
that?" You go, I mean, you're courteous
and kind, but in the back of your mind,
you go, "Hm, that's your opinion. I
choose not choose not to create that
negative thought form. Okay, so that said,
said,
that's step one. Number two, now you're
not in denial. You go, you can use it to
go, h all right, I want to do better.
So instead of focusing on the negative,
hey, I'm not good enough, you go, okay,
maybe this part I'm not uh skilled
enough. So how do I improve? In other words,
words,
you take an inventory.
What are my strengths? What are my weaknesses?
weaknesses?
What do I know? What do I need to learn more?
more?
And you go, yeah, maybe, you know, this
uh colleague was right. Maybe when it
comes to this situation, maybe I didn't
handle it as properly. How should I do
it? What should I do to make it better?
In other words, you're using it as a
springboard to do something better, to
be better. And that's why part of
healing is taking a honest inventory of
ourselves. What are my strengths? What
are my weaknesses?
Make sense? Now, you take it one step
further. You go, "Ah, okay. Well, what
some somebody's telling me is true.
Maybe I'm not good enough in this
particular subject."
you go okay well I'm not expecting to
know everything but I can learn it or
you can say it's not my area of
expertise in other words we just need to
be honest with ourselves and realize hey
this is not an area I did well so the
question number one do I want to make it
better number two do I just realize it's
not for me or number three go find help
does that make sense in other words it's
something like this maybe this will
So many years ago uh when I was just
starting to teach panic healing this
like 30 some years ago I remember I was
in the car with my teacher grandmaster I
said master you know sometimes they ask
questions I don't know the answer to you
know in front of like whatever 40 50 100
people and they ask me a question I
don't have a clue what they're asking I
don't know what the answer is what do I
do you know what he said just tell them
I don't know
and was shocked I go but I'm the teacher
you know uh I'm I'm supposed No, no, no,
no. You're not expected to know
everything. Nobody does. You just answer
it like this. He said, "Look, as far as
this topic is concerned, it's not my
Arabic expertise. If you ask me about
panic healing or hatik yoga or anything
related to the class, I know it. I'll
answer. But these things is not my area
of expertise. I can go look it up. I can
do I can meditate on it. Uh but as far
as the class is concerned, it's not
directly related. So, I can't answer it.
That's it.
you're not expecting to know everything.
So I I listen to him. I go,
you know, that's just being honest with
with myself.
Now listen to this. Have you ever met
people who do this? You're not even
done. You're talking to them. You're not
even done. They go, I know, I know, I
know. And I've met people like I'm
thinking, why are we having this
conversation? I'm not even done what I'm
saying. You say already saying I know. Obviously
in America you'll be bsing as they call
it, right?
You see that's when my teacher
explained. You see people who have low self-esteem,
self-esteem,
what they do is they create a facade
to overcome that insecurity
which never fixes the problem. It just
piles it up. You know why? because
they're creating this false facade or
personality to hide their insecurity
which gets when this facade gets bigger
and bigger it becomes what you call
pride or negative pride
because they're so insecure that they
need instead of saying hey you know I
need to deal with this I need to fix it
I need to learn I need to grow so they
go they don't admit it they create a a
false sense a false self
so they come across from other was
arrogant, prideful,
and full of it.
Make sense? So, the cure, write this
down. The cure for low self-esteem or
not being the feeling of not being good
enough is very simple. Ruthless self-honesty.
self-honesty.
That's the way my teacher explained it.
Not just honesty, but ruthless self honesty.
honesty.
These are things I'm good at. These are
things I'm not good at. Now, the
question you should ask, do I need to
learn this that I'm not good enough? If
not, let it go. You're not expecting to
know everything. And if you don't know,
but you need to know,
can I find out the information myself or
can I just simply ask someone who does
and ask for their help? See, here's the
problem. People with low self-esteem
that has a facade of pride,
they're too prideful to ask for help
Now some go I came here for healing not
for a lecture. Okay, go find another
teacher. Don't waste my time.
Because without realization and understanding,
understanding,
even we do healing, you clean the aura,
you feel better, but you don't fix the
underlying problem, it comes back again.
That's why the cure, the permanent cure
for emotional issues, unless it's a
medical condition, is soul connection.
Soul connection.
Now listen carefully. I never said that
it's supposed to replace having proper
psychological care. I'm just saying in
the big picture
as you go through your therapy, as you
go through counseling and all these, you
have to remember you are a spiritual
being having an earthly experience. And
whatever you're going through is
essentially dealing with the thoughts,
emotion we created based on circumstances.
So as you do your meditation and
spiritual practice, watch this. You are
temporarily emptying out the aura and
the chakras including those negative
thoughts and negative emotions of not
being good enough, I'm not smart enough,
blah blah blah. Whatever crap people
dump on you or you created, you're
temporarily putting it aside,
taking a breath. I am a spiritual being
of divine intelligence, love, and power. Period.
regardless of what happened to you in
the past and then when you look at it
from that perspective then you can see
things clearly ah this I'm feeling not
good enough because how many years ago
this is what happened so those are the
thoughts I emotions I created because of
that circumstance same thing happened
here okay step one I realize these
thoughts emotions do not define me and I
I refuse to let it affect me so that's
step one step two What can I do to
generate the thoughts and emotions to
make my life better?
Then step three, is there a way for me
to flush out all these negative energy
from the past so that from here on I get
to decide what kind of thoughts and
emotions that help me deal with everyday life.
life.
That's it.
So when you work with a counselor, you
work with a a therapist, that has to be
the perspective. How do I move on from here?
here?
How do I focus what I want?
See, the problem is most people focus on
what they don't want. I don't want to be
angry. I don't want to feel hopeless. I
don't want to go. You you will. Now,
that sounds harsh because energy follows
where you put your attention to. Even
though I don't want to be angry,
you're feeding that thought form of anger.
anger.
Now, you I don't believe in it. Who
cares what you believe?
You know, I've had people say, "I don't
believe her." I go, "Who cares?"
Just because you don't believe that
there's gravity, you jump off a
building, you'll find out it's real.
Yeah. People are delusional. They think,
"Oh, I don't believe it." What they're
doing is they're just simply denying
what's in front of them, so they have to
deal with it. True or not true?
The people who are intelligent enough
with realization they go let me examine
what this person is saying let me
observe is what they're saying does it
make sense is it applicable
instead of saying oh I don't believe in
it because people who are like that
those people are fanatically in negative way
way
so energy follows where you put your
attention to
step one realize that that feeling of
not being good enough is simply a
thought form
emot emotion I created it's just like
data I generated from this computer so
step one stop doing it step two
disintegrate it step three what do I
want that's it
crazy simple
I didn't say easy simple
but it starts with realization
now this is a short version I'm just
giving a few minutes to really dive into
this really sit down, do your meditation.
meditation.
Number one, why do I have this negative
thought and feeling about myself?
If you can come up with it, great. If
you cannot, you just say, "These thought
forms do not define me. This is from the
past." And then from there, you ask
yourself, what are my strengths? What
are my weaknesses? What do I know and
what do I not know? Here's another
question. What is relevant and what's
not relevant? Sometimes our feelings of
insecurity are not even relevant. It has
nothing to do with our life. It's just
something that happened 30, 40 years
okay so I hope that helps. We'll do our
meditation. So here's the plan. I want
you to pick
a thought, an emotion,
a certain situation in your life that
you're feeling inadequate.
I want you to rate the intensity of that
feeling. Zero is none, 10 is super intense.
intense.
The reason I want you to rate it 0 to 10
so that after the meditation, the
healing, you can gauge where am I.
You know, anytime you do an experiment,
you have to have a before and after
comparison. You cannot just say, "Oh, I
feel better." Well, how did you feel
compared to before?
You have to qualify and quantify.
Let me add one more thing. A lot of
people when they do this, they go,
"Well, just do what you feel like."
That's the most horrible thing you can
do because if you're feeling bad, you
will not feel like doing the right
thing. True.
That's why people tell me, "Okay, just,
you know, just do what you feel right."
To go, "No wonder your life is a mess."
Because if a person is already shrouded
with all these negative thoughts, what
their perception is right and wrong is
already biased.
True or not true.
Make sense? So you have to really be
objective. Pull yourself out of that
cloud and say, "Okay,
what are the insecurities I have? What
are times in my life I felt not being
good enough?" and just observe it like a
movie and then rate each one. What is
the level of that insecurity? What is
that level of unworthiness?
Now, one last thing then we'll do a
meditation and practice. Why should you
get rid of this?
Why do you have to get rid of
unworthiness, not being good enough, low
self-esteem? The question is why?
Because it blocks the flow of goodness
to come into your life.
What do you mean? How many opportunities
have passed us by because we were not
good enough in our minds
How many relationships have we destroyed
where we felt so inadequate we start
being too sensitive? Hey, how come you
said that? You know, you hit my
feelings. You know, you don't feel like
I'm I'm not good enough for you. Blah
blah blah. Oh,
when the other person doesn't mean
anything bad to you, uh is not having
any negative intention but our
perception of it was bad because of our
So negative thoughts, negative emotions
connected to unworthiness, low
self-esteem, not being good enough,
all that create a cloud that prevent us
from when there's an opportunity for
something better come. It prevents us
from number one reaching out and even
attempting it because we don't feel
we're good enough. And if the
opportunity is there and someone is
presenting to us, we actually create a
hard hard thick shell that prevent us
from receiving it.
Translation, nothing good come out of
it. That's that. Now,
Now,
some of you are getting why we're doing this.
this.
Healing does not always involve moving
your hands.
Healing starts with realization.
If you listen to what we just talked
about the last 30 minutes, 20 m 20 minutes

and you had an aha or a realization,
your healing is already starting. Now,
how does that work? When you have that
realization, oh yeah, that's true. I

there and then that lump of negative
energy that's sitting in your aura

feel inadequate. That alone creates
space in your aura for more spiritual
energy to come in. Imagine light is

Then as we actively, here's the
important part. As we actively
do meditation
and use energy like a torpedo, blast it,
disintegrate it, flush it out of your aura.

Let's see what happens.

focus on the crown. I am that I am.
I'm not the body. I'm not the emotion.
I'm not the thoughts. I am the soul that
uses the body. Uses the emotion thoughts
to interact with my earthly life. I am
that the soul, the spiritual self.
I am connected in one to my higher soul.
I am connected in one to the divine
spark in me. I am a child of God.
Meaning we're still growing, evolving.
We have strengths. We have weaknesses.
However, it doesn't change the eternal
truth that we are one with our universal
source. We're one with God. Therefore,
we're one with all. There is only oneness.
Just focus on your crown.
Let's do it again. Just do it silently.
I am that I am.
I'm not the body. I'm not the emotion or
the thoughts. I am the soul.
I am the soul.
I am the soul.
I am the soul.
I am a spiritual being of divine intelligence,
intelligence,
divine love, divine power. I am that
that I am the soul, the spiritual self,
Maintain your awareness above your crown.
I am that that I am.
I am connected in one with my higher
I am that the higher soul. The higher

Just listen and allow the energy to do
its work.
The brilliant divine energies pouring
down to your crown. All negative
thoughts and energies in your crown
center, especially the energies of insecurities,
insecurities,
unworthiness or not being good enough.
These thought forms are completely
disintegrated, fully extracted, expelled
and in there's violet fire salt water to
you. Now
the liquid divine energies point down to
your forehead your aa which is in
between your eyebrows and the back of
your head.
Any negative thoughts, negative
energies, any thought forms of
unworthiness, not being good enough,
these are all disintegrated fully fully
extracted from its source expelled in
the nurse violet fire or salt water to
you. Now your crown, your forehead, arch
and backhead chakras are continuously
being purified.
The liquid divine energies point down to
your throat, your secondary throat and
your neck area.
All anger about to towards oneself. Any
negative thoughts and energies related
to unworthiness and low self-esteem are
dissolved, disintegrated, fully
extracted, expelled to the inner salt
water or variety. Any
type of negative self-t talk are
dissolved, disintegrated out of your
throat chakras. Now so be it.
The liquid divine energy is pouring down
to the back of your heart
into your back heart and heart center.
Your heart center is filled with love, joy

and ananda divine bliss.
The divine energy is pouring down to
your front and back solar plexus area.
It's going deep into your front solar
plexus in the chakra web into the root
This is where a lot of low self-esteem
energy is located. So just allow it to
happen. The intense divine energy is
penetrating deep into your lower astral
body, saturating your astral body.
That's why it's your front back solar
plexus disintegrating, extracting,

releasing all these negative thought
forms of insecurity, low self-esteem,
not being good enough and unworthiness
completely extracted, expelled to the

and let the energy work. Stop moving.
Stop typing. Just allow it to happen.
Otherwise, you're wasting your time.
Follow simple instructions.
Astral bodies are being purified.
May your thoughts and emotions dissolve,
disintegrated, expelled in this violet
Just let it flow out. Make sure your
arms, your legs are uncrossed. Okay? If

it flow out. Just form an intention. Any

front of you. Fill the earth with golden
light. Repeat after me. Let the entire
earth be blessed with divine light,
divine love, and divine power. May every
person, every being be blessed, be
healed. May all be blessed with good
health, happiness, prosperity, and
spirituality. So be it.
May all be divinely blessed.
Now focus on your feet, the base of your
spine, and your hands. Project golden
light deep into the earth. And just
repeat after me. Let our beloved mother
earth be blessed with divine light,
love, and power. Let our beloved mother
earth be healed, regenerated, and
revitalized. Blessings to Mother Earth.
Just let it flow.
So be it. Okay. Let's give thanks to the
divine supreme God, divine father and
mother. Thank you to all the spiritual
elders, holy masters, to all the saints
of all traditions, archangels, holy
angels, spiritual helpers. You can also
say to my higher soul, my divine self,
thank you for your blessings and
cooperation. Thank you in full faith. So
be it.

feel now compared to when you first
started? Remember I ask uh if you start

United States price is right you know
they're bidding on something very very inexpensive
inexpensive
and they win you know they win a you
know a box of detergent go yeah they're
going you're a little too happy for
winning detergent which you could easily
go out to the store and buy it
but for them they go oh I never want my
life. I don't think that right and there
you can tell a lot of people have what unworthiness.
unworthiness.
So unworthiness is also connected to
poverty consciousness.
