0:46 not true it's hard for Chef ramsy to
0:48 tell who's right is bed and who's wrong

2:31 she had kitchen experience and I had

2:42 this place is going downhill is because

6:06 where I am serving and there's days
6:08 where I'm on the line with Fay and it
6:11 can get a little overbearing back there
6:13 cuz fa she's definitely a control freak
6:16 she doesn't have confidence in me

6:20 to help her out and she was just like no
6:22 you're not doing it right and I
6:24 sometimes feel like I'm an employee not
6:25 an eagle I have to be repar everything
6:29 for Wednesday when I take off every
6:32 literally every day why can't Brenda
6:33 prep for her one day running that
6:35 business independently um she doesn't
6:38 know she stayed out with friends and
6:41 she's very tired the kids that tell me
6:43 when I'm not there we sit in the
6:45 computer watch TV or
6:48 watch how does the business run on those
6:50 nights when your Auntie's not there very
6:52 smoothly customers are happy with the
6:54 food definitely things flow easy I feel
6:57 like it's a disaster you know this is a
7:00 disaster a customer come to me and tell
7:01 me what happens Brenda's cooking in your
7:04 absence how would you give that out of
7:05 10 six six I give myself 10 oh wow if
7:10 she wasn't your niece would you fire her
7:14 yes if this wasn't your auntie would you
7:17 fire her yes how long can the business
7:20 continue I'm giving myself about a year
