When was the last time you smiled?

Three, heal what's stopping your joy. If
you haven't smiled in weeks, something
deeper needs healing. Don't ignore it.
Talk to someone. Write, reflect, cry if
you must, but don't let your light go
out. Four, laugh again. Watch something
funny. Be around people who make you
laugh. Don't be too grown up to enjoy
life. Laughter is medicine. You were not
born to live with a burdened face. You
were born to shine. Don't let the pain
of life steal the joy of being alive.
Smile, not because everything is
perfect. Smile because you are still
here, still breathing, still becoming.
Everyone dies. But not everyone smiles
while they're still alive. Be the one
who does because a smiling soul is a
living soul. Listen carefully. This life
is not a rehearsal. This is the real
thing. No second take, no backup copy,
no guarantee of tomorrow. And most
people, they live like they're going to
