subdhatu is weak, the body's
absorbability power reduces. Which is
why anything you take for hair, nothing
seems to work. The subtu usually becomes
weak when our diet and lifestyle are not
right. Like eating too much junk food or
staying up late at night. In such cases,
rasian churan is very helpful as it
strengthens the subtus. This churan is
made by mixing three ingredients in
equal quantity. Amla, gura and gilli.
All three herbs have their own roles.
There is little doubt that when it comes
to hair, the best food is amla. Not just
in ayurvea, even modern studies have
been done and according to their
conclusions, amla not only stimulates
hair follicles to promote hair growth,
but also blocks those enzymes that cause
hair loss. The second ingredient goa
nourishes the astidu. Aiidhatu has a
direct connection with hair. If your
astidu stays strong, your hair will
automatically become strong from the
roots. Then there is giloy which
purifies the blood and reduces heat in
the liver which is actually one of the
root causes of premature gray hair and
hair fall. Basically by taking rasian
churin the internal environment of the
body improves so much that whatever you
take for your hair after that starts to
show results. In a way it strengthens
the foundation of the building. And the

ayurdic shop for just rupees 100. For
best results, mix half a teaspoon of it
in a teaspoon of honey. It becomes like
a chutney. Just lick it half an hour
before breakfast. If you want, you can
even take it twice a day. Once in the
morning before breakfast and second time
half an hour before dinner. Otherwise,
even once a day is enough. The next
natural supplement for hair is bringas.
When our body remains devoid of
nutrition for long, the body's
intelligence says it's more important to
protect vital organs like the heart,

without hair. That's why excessive hair

you are eating right but your body isn't

supplement is bringing. Should we use
bringing when modern solution like

some studies conclude that bringing is
even more effective than the popular

B, C, E along with iron and certain

with 20 ml of water and drink it 15 20
minutes after a meal. You can take it
once or even twice a day. Once is fine,
but if you have severe issues, you can
take it twice. Always 15 20 minutes
after food. For example, once after
breakfast and once after dinner. Taste
wise, it's sweet and pleasant, so there
won't be any problem. Drink it daily.
Basically, finish two, three bottles.
Ayurveda praises it, no doubt. But what
I have seen around me, I can say that if
you start drinking it daily and finish
two, three bottles, you yourself will
realize how amazing this syrup is. And

The next supplement that I highly
recommend is a classical ayurvedic hair
oil. These days, one big reason why even
teenagers are facing hair fall and
premature graying of hair is because
they have completely stopped applying
oil to their scalp. Marketing nowadays
also has made us believe that we don't
need oil. Just use a serum. I'm not
against serums but they are more for
styling. Real nourishment for the hair
only comes from hair oil. Now I'm not
saying you need to oil your hair every
day after bath. Rather if you just oil
your scalp two three times a week at
night before sleeping give yourself a 5
minute gentle jumpy and then wash it off
the next morning with a natural shampoo.
Your hair will automatically start
becoming thicker and stronger. After
that if you want you can style your hair
with a serum. Now the question is which
oil should you use. So look if you have
a hair fall problem like hair breaks
while bathing or combing your braid is
getting thinner then use mahabbring
tail. If your hair is prematurely
turning gray then use neibring tail. And
if you have a dandruff issue or eczema
or soris of the scalp then use dur path
radi hair oil. All three of these are
classical ayurvedic formulations made
very carefully with chosen herbs and in
a specific way which is why if you check

take a little oil and massage the scalp
gently in circular motion for 5 to 10
minutes the hair follicles begin to get

He's talking about anutalum. Anu means
subtle meaning an oil that travels
through the soup nadis and revives weak
hair follicles. Maharishi Charak says
that if someone regularly puts anutalum
into their nose, then the hair that had
started turning gray will slowly begin
turning black again. Hair fall will stop
and hair growth will speed up. In 2022,
a 25-year-old male was facing bald
patches on the scalp. Just 15 days of
putting anutalum along with other
ayurvedic herbs, tiny hair sprouted and
by 30 days, bald patches started
shrinking. And not just for hair, using
anutalum regularly also helps with stiff
neck, migraine, sinus issues and gives a
natural glow to the face. In fact, any
health issue above the neck, anutalum is
helpful for it. It is made by boiling 18
herbs like bale, chandan, mulleti, vitar
and chhatavi in rain water and then
cooking them in sesame oil and goat milk

doing it daily, it will greatly help you
curb all your hair problems. How do I
include all five supplements in my daily
routine? Please guide. In the morning
half an hour before breakfast, you can
take two things together. Chew and eat
four to five curry leaves and along with
that take rasian churan mixed in honey.
If you don't find curry leaves, take
only rasan churan with honey. Then
during the day take bhingra jas twice.
Once after breakfast and once after
dinner diluted in water. Massage your
hair with a classical ayuridic oil and
just before sleeping put two to four
drops of analum in both nostrils. All of
this will hardly take 20 minutes in
total but its result will be timeless.
