we've got an obd11 device Let's see
we got this device let's see if we can
reset the fault codes so let's get
straight into it I'm going to plug that
into the OBD sensor over there
the whole panel is missing for that I
know that's how we bought it so let's
put it in and see what we can do for
obd11 now
ignition is on off the golf
click connect for the first time
okay let's update that quick and I'll
come back once it's updated
device has been successfully updated so
let's connect
five or hatchback
go for a scan quickly
yeah include it looks like we have 11
faulty control units
foreign
assistance
coding
answer 40168
volts I'm going to clear the defaults
holding like a trash bin where the
screen one is basic settings
you're going to channel 60
you stay there and you move the wheel
all the way to the left but yours would
the value would be zero for you
so left and right
hold there
and go back to the center so once you're
here I want you to go for a little Drive
then after the little like it doesn't
even have to be for like a 50 meter
drive or whatever
um then when you come to a complete stop
again and you went full lock left and
right again
um your code should be gone we did the
um basic setting yoke and
it's fixed as you can see no fault codes
or anything and no I'd say it's probably
NCT ready just need to tidy up a few
bits on the outside and we're gold and
nuts we're golden thank you for watching

just gonna play around with obd11 for a
while enable some features and
