Sad crap primal gang. As a Thailand
expert, I'm going to review um what I
eat in a day. Thailand edition high carb
low fat by Lauren loves carbs. Let's get
Yeah, make sure you brush your tooth well
well
because you ate too much sugar and uh
yeah, that leads to rapid cavity forming
like it's like it's speedrun speedrun
cavity forming when you're on high or
lowfat diet and you make these type of
syrup like um super sugary drinks. Like
on top of the the fact that there is
enough sugar in that juice, you add like
10 extra tablespoons more. And yeah,
that just leads to to cavity formation
super quickly. Unless you you brush it
really well. You you really need to
brush it well. Just like with um with
when you eat honey, you you need to
brush your teeth after honey. That's
just how it is.
Okay, we have these bananas here. In
Europe, you would say ah it looks kind
of sad or whatever, but in Thailand
that's not the case cuz um these bananas
are really delicious and they are
As you can see it here, it's it's like
really yellow. It's almost like like
honey yellow or something cuz it it has
a lot more sugar and yeah, more more
um even in terms of minerals and
vitamins when the the fruit was tree
ripen it it's just more nutritious.
So yeah, there's nothing wrong with
this. One day I also found really good
quality bananas here in Europe and um I
had five in just one sitting because it
was so delicious. It's nothing compared
to what is in Thailand cuz yeah that's
local but yeah it was still pretty good
for Europe standards compared to the
fact that it was um transported when it
was green.
For breakfast, I had about a handful of
these little bananas just to have
something in my belly before I went to
the market. And of course, I drank my
Yeah. Um so she had those because um
because rice is just simply not enough
for dinner and you instantly feel really
hungry in the morning. And um on top of
that um what I wanted to say I almost
destroyed my keyboard. Um
on top of that she had to drink water to
wash this horrible high carb blowfed
diet out. By the way, she blocked me
because I said stuff. Um yeah, I I I
guess she wasn't comfortable with what I
said. Whatever.
>> All right, let's go to the market and
Oh yeah, this looks nice. I have nothing
against watermelon. Not a huge fan of
papayas. I don't know. I I had good
papayas, but still I'm not a huge fan of papaya.
let's roll back just a little bit. Okay.
So, this Let's go to the market. And
>> Yeah, there was durian. And I guess this
is some type of I don't know. I I I
think it's peach. I I I have no clue
what this is. Or it's some type of prune
cuz in Thailand they have a yellow type
of prunes. Oh, yeah. And there's like
wall durian in the back. And this is
and coconut. Yeah, nothing wrong with
coconut. It's kind of small. I I I don't
think I ever seen such a small coconut
in Thailand. I always see these big big
green ones and they they open it up for you.
That's that also look like an older
coconut cuz the the flesh I don't know
it I didn't had this type. Maybe it
comes from a dwarf tree or something.
She's having durian.
>> Okay, so this durian is pretty soft from
what I can tell. And it's [ __ ] stinky.
think though you buy it.
>> Then why did you buy it? If it's not
soft enough, I don't know. I think I
think Durian is a waste of money
just like buying Durian Ryder's coaching
group. Oh, sorry. Sorry, I misspelled
it. Durian Liars's coaching group. I
Nothing has to do with Durian Ryder.
Durian Liar is a different person.
Some people say it's literally like
custard and uh garlic. Like come on and
onions or something like that. Like how
I I I bought same and I had to throw it
away and then I bought an entire thing
and they uh opened it up and they placed
it in my food container exactly like you
can see in Durian Rider's videos where
they open it up and they put it in the
food container. I asked them to do that
and that was slightly better but when I
bought it like this uh packaged or
something it wasn't that delicious. I
don't know. I'm not a fan. And both of
them I had to throw most of it away. I
just had like little bit and it's also a
little bit uh fatty like it has it has
plant oils. So yeah, it's it's not
really a high carb low fat.
It's not really it's kind of like an
avocado and I don't know like sweetness. Yeah,
Yeah,
And she's not enjoying it either.
That's not the face you make when you're
enjoying something. And uh in the first
video, I already told her that uh um
if if her instincts are telling her that
she doesn't like it, then it means it
doesn't like it. And u
and there were there were people that
trying to convince her, no, no, it's
good. You just have to get used to it.
The more you eat it, it's better. I
It's like vanilla cheese.
>> It's like vanilla cheese. Yeah, cuz
that's what what you crave. Would you
ever buy from the store cheese with
vanilla flavor? Like, come on. I don't
think anybody would buy. I bought some
manego today, but that's just made out
of raw milk and some salt.
>> It's better than the last one. I guess
>> you guess it's not. If you have to say
like it like this, you guess.
Oh my I I don't know. You just These are
the type of people that they just don't
listen to their instincts. So, this
market that I'm at is for like local restaurants.
A lot of people coming with like cars to
load up. >> Okay.
Well,
So now I'm going to go and buy something sugary.
sugary.
>> Scared to buy a whole durian again
because it's like a waste of money if
it's not good.
>> See guys, I I said the exact same thing.
I just guess I haven't watched this video.
video.
>> I don't know.
You can throw it to the ants. There are
>> But this is pretty good.
>> Oh, now it's good. But well, yeah, there
are there are certain parts of the fruit
that it can taste like differently.
>> Except it's like hard in some places.
>> Yeah, exact exactly what I I was
explaining. In some places it can be
hard. It can have like slightly
different taste, but overall it's I can
see how some parts it can be can feel
like special or something. Yeah. But
I know.
>> I don't know.
>> While while she's explaining stuff, I'm
going to I'm going to tell you a story
cuz um yeah. Um so, basically what
happened um her um I don't know what to
call it. Is it like a boyfriend or just FWB?
FWB?
I don't know. Um, it's Carbs King and u
Carbsking was making videos how you can
be high carb, low fat on just $2
and they live like in Spain or something
or I don't know Portugal and the carbs
king uh is left basically in Portugal
and I asked them hey if the thing if the
diet costs only $2 per day then why
didn't you you go to Thailand as well
cuz you can just be a vegan. on $2 and
that's not expensive. Like come on.
Maybe this durian already costs like it
depends where you buy it. Well, yeah, it
can cost like one or maybe four or maybe
eight in some places dollars.
Yeah. Let's hear what um Oh, yeah. And
because of because I asked that, I got
blocked cuz um yeah, how dare how how I
dare to even question the fact that
their video was are not real cuz cuz
yeah, what they were consuming it
clearly wasn't just $2 and behind the
camera they they 100% ate more.
I'm much better. But it's so
potent at times. Like
I don't know.
I don't want to say sulfur.
>> What type of futarian needs to put on
gloves to eat some durian? Come on, man.
You are scared that your hands are going
to stink or something like just eat it
with your bare hands.
It's like I would eat raw meat cuz I'm
scared of getting some type of skin
infection or something like come on man
if you have to eat it I when I was there
>> but something like it
all right see this is like really
>> you should have bringed um corpse king
and corpse king would help you finish it
cuz now you need to waste it most of it
>> raining this part here. Okay.
You cannot be high carb low fat on just
$2 unless you only buy like a bag of
potato or I don't know rice and you just
eat half of it or something. Oh, that
sounds so sad.
But uh yeah, the and after that the guy
uh quit uh making videos about just $2
per day u vegan cuz uh yeah, I called
him out. Oh yeah, and and um Corpse King
also blocked me. Man, I I I need to make
a shout out to uh those u vegans that
actually didn't block me. I I should
make a video about that cuz most of it
are just like this. They're like um they
they just don't like
normal communication. And I asked things
that they already share on the internet.
So it wasn't like I was pushing
anything. It's basically what they
share. I I asked cuz cuz yeah, this is
kind of sad situation. The fact um that
they u they're making videos that high
low fat vegan cost just $2 per day. And
when it comes to Thailand, um, yeah,
only one of them can afford to go. Like,
come on. You just pl pay pay the plane
ticket and after that you you live on
$2. It's a fact that fruit there is a
lot more cheaper. Like in terms of
mangoes and stuff for $1, you can buy
more mangoes than in Europe where I
don't know one mango can be like like
one $1. And there you can buy like I
don't know like 1 kilogram or one and a
half kilograms and it's top quality mangoes.
>> Yeah. Then there's like this aftertaste
of like
that after taste of badness like you
can't wait to uh I don't know. I'm not
Yeah, but I'm getting more of these
>> It almost feels like it's overripe in
some spots, but then it's underripe in
others. So, I can't imagine eating.
>> I believe that good durian exists,
but it's rare.
like a durian that's falling apart. That
would that would knock me out in some
>> Well, he didn't I didn't even pay for it
yet. He just said, "You're going to eat
she would enjoy some re some liver a lot
more than than this. So yeah, she's kind
of disappointed. Maybe after this she's
going uh back she's going to quit
veganism just like I did and uh yeah,
just go back to eating cooked food and
>> That would be the smartest uh that would
be the smartest idea. The king was here
to tell me which one to eat.
>> Yeah, why didn't you bring Corpse King,
man? Like, come on. Just bring Corpse
King. You're not going to solo trip just
like that. Just because Durian Rider
said to you to go solo trip. You should
have waited until both of you you can
afford. And that's how it's it's
wonderful to travel. You travel in two
at least. And um and yeah and then you
can share this durian and it would cost
you less basically and you already pay
for hotels or something and uh nobody is
going to ask you that why are you two
persons or something cuz you just cuz
basically two people can just just pay
once. It doesn't make any difference
that you are alone or in two.
Oh, come on. These people, they are so
undercarbed or they don't have enough
energy to think about the fact that it's
it's actually cheaper to go into cuz
Yeah, you basically don't waste food.
This is by far the creamier one when
>> Yeah. Like there are there are like ice
cream vibes
and not like this like spicy carrot vibe.
>> All right. Is it going to be is it going
to be anything else or we're just eating
durian here? We're having some papaya, I guess.
>> All right. So, the background noise was
like super loud.
>> First it looked like she's having raw salmon.
salmon.
That would be interesting. I guess
that's papaya.
>> That's the other thing like being in
these markets and being on the street.
It's just all you hear is these
motorbikes, motorcycles,
and like smell the exhaust and
everything. It's really loud and it is
like very stimulating, but you can
always find a place to like sit down and
eat here. So, this wasn't very far from
the durian place that I ate this papaya.
All right. I'm again not a huge fan of
papaya. Whenever
>> There you go. I It's the same thing that
I say. I'm not a huge fan of papaya either.
either.
>> I ate papaya in Canada. I would make
papaya apple juice and I would love
that. Of course, at that time I wasn't
adding any sugar to
>> Yeah, if you're juicing it, I would say
it's better.
>> Anything. I don't even know if I would
want to add sugar. I'm sure it would
taste good to add sugar to this p papaya
actually. Now it's I prefer
I think like sour and tart fruits just
in general. That's what I like more as a
preference. Okay. Like I don't eat
cilantro because I think cilantro tastes
like soap. So
>> cilantro. I guess that's some type of green.
green.
I've got a certain palette here that I'm
working with and I find it really
interesting trying all these fruits
during this time. I don't even know what
I'm saying. I'm saying it's good. It's
not bad. But there were parts of there
were parts of this papaya that were
better than other parts of it. So
fruit's really strange in that way. Or
durian and papaya and these kind of like
semieet fruits or I don't know. It's
just very interesting.
>> Yeah. Don't expect that in Thailand
every fruit is going to be perfect, but
it's the standard is a lot more higher
cuz it's it's already more sweeter.
>> But this was actually good. I really did
enjoy this for what it was, but it's not
something that
>> Yeah. I am also not saying that papaya
in Thailand is bad or something. I'm
just saying if you're comparing it to
mangoes to the average mango in
Thailand, you're going to like the
average mango more. I I maybe it's it's
just me, but u the average mango in in
Thailand is like 10 out of 10 for me.
>> I'm going to be like, "Oh, yes. I love
papaya so much. It's my favorite fruit."
And now that coconut
was amazing. And then I
>> I agree. Coconuts are are amazing in
Thailand. They they are just so good.
It's unbelievable.
>> I went across the street and I asked the
lady to like chop it up for me and she did.
did.
And I ate some of the flesh. So I
>> Yes, the flesh too. I I sometimes I
scooped it up because I was high carb
blue fat. I was just drinking the the
water, but I couldn't resist and I just
had to scoop up a little bit. But I knew
it it has like coconut oil inside and
yeah, I'm not a huge fan of that. But u
it still still tastes delicious. The the
flesh when it's like jelly like.
>> I ended up kind of having like
>> it's when it's young coconut, it's still
jelly and then it hardens to the to the
more harden white part.
>> A fatty type of afternoon. If you want
to talk about the durian and the coconut
meat, right, and this papaya all
together. I mean, the papaya is not
fatty, but just eating all these fruits
together. That coconut water was so
good. I am already craving it again. So,
I think tomorrow I'm going to go back
and just
drink like two large coconuts instead of
these little teeny
>> Very good idea cuz that will going to
kind of wash out the the the horrible
diet that you had before cuz right now I
wouldn't call it horrible just because I
don't like durian. I I'm I'm not saying
it's it's bad or something. I mean, if
it if it if you don't like the taste,
you should not force yourself. But in
terms of having papaya and those nice
bananas that she had, it's it's perfect.
>> Tiny coconuts because then I realized
what am I doing? What am I doing?
>> Of course, she needs meat and organs,
but um yeah,
we are talking about high carb, lowfat
vegans here.
having this very very small coconut when
I could be having a large coconut
and these coconuts are
>> exactly the same thing. Wow. I'm saying
the exact same thing that why why is she
drinking such a small coconut? I guess
it was cheaper than a than a big
coconut, but I have never seen such a
small coconut.
It's always these huge huge things that
as big as your It's almost as big as as
a as a head or something.
>> Look like they're not in like a bleach
water. They look like they're just in
ice just to keep them cold. So,
you just have to kind of look around.
Now, I do have to
>> It looks like that that piece there.
There. It kind of looks like raw salmon.
That's what it reminds me. do a few more
fruits. There's this like apple plum
thing. I don't know what it's called,
but it seems to be just coming out
recently, so it must just be coming in
season. But when I go to these markets,
I don't want to like oversaturate my bag
either because I can always go back the
next day and it'll be just as fresh,
right? So
again, I'm still like jet-legged and I'm f
f
>> you would be better off with those plums
than uh than the durian.
>> Finding that as soon as I ate these
fruits, I had this feeling of like go
rest, go rest. It's like it gives this huge
huge
serotonin dopamine sort of tryptophan
like tryptophan feeling. Um, and it's
almost like rewiring
my DNA or like kind of adapting my
pallet to something new. Like it's this
whole new introduction of having fruits
that are not traveling so far to get to
my table. And
>> yes, like I said, it's overall higher
quality. And as a high carb, lowfat
vegan, you barely need to consume sugar.
like you just have the fruit and maybe
have some fruit joys, but you barely
need to consume sugar compared to being
in Europe. You they would add extra
sugar to their to their fruit smoothies
or on top of the fruit because it just
doesn't have enough and u carbs are
basically their only source of calories
cuz they eat really low oils. They they
eat no animal fat. Yeah. So, what else
are you going to have? You're going to
have corpses for energy.
>> And it's just it's ripe. It's picked.
And it's only taken, you know, a few
kilometers or maybe a few hundred
kilometers to get where it's supposed to
be, which is at this mark.
>> Exactly. It was three ripen. The closest
thing you can try to Europe
is have Okay, but it's going to have
heavy metals, but whatever. You can have
um um this canned can canned um jackf
fruit or canned rambutan. It's usually
in these Asian shops. And um
and um that the the canned fruit that
that you buy from Asian shops, it even
says it was like packaged in Thailand or
in Philippines or whatever. And uh the
thing is that it was packaged while
while it was tree ripen like you can
feel how how good it is even even if you
don't take in consideration that there
is some sugar added to it but you can
actually feel it that it's good quality
cuz it it even ripens a little bit in
that can or something. But still, it it
feels really high quality >> market
>> market
and you really have to like keep your
eyes open all the time because there's
just constant motorbikes and constant
things going on.
>> Yeah. Um in Thailand it's hard to cross
the road in certain places. Like if you
are used to the fact that you press the
button and it turns green or something.
Even if you go to a place where it has
the button and you press it and it turns
green, you get completely ignored as pedestrian.
pedestrian.
It's just um it's it's difficult to to
to cross the road. One time I was um
scared to cross the road and I I just
ordered food cuz uh yeah, I couldn't
cross it and I I didn't wanted to go a
lot around or something
and the Thai locals were just crossing
it and I I just didn't dare. I I don't
know. I I don't want to get in an
>> Um but I do find that
>> Oh, yeah. And this was after a hard day
after I cycled. So you can imagine I
didn't wanted to walk a lot or I I I
just didn't feel like um crossing the
road. But of course before that I
crossed many roads but in the safer
places but wouldn't cross it. It looks
like a highway of three three ways or
something and the cars are just not stop
coming and they come with high speed and
there's I don't know
it's it's just difficult to cross. Yeah,
you need to pay attention
>> when I'm here.
>> And by the way, oh yeah, I should just
make a video about Thailand and yeah,
that would cover it.
there's not a lot of other tourists. So,
it really and I think it's super busy in
the morning like before restaurants open
because it is a supplier for it's a very
large market and it's it's it's really
nice. Like there's garlic like there's
there's garlic, there's onions, there's
tomatoes, there's radishes, there's I
don't know all kinds of stuff that I
have never seen before. And then there's
lots of like fried
vegetables or things that they bag in
different seasoning and fried scorpions
and fried seafood
>> and there's stuff that I don't that I
don't even know or don't even really
care to try. But
it's really it's really nice to be
involved in this kind of like open air
market and it's right along
>> Yeah. It's it's so spectacular to go um
to such a such a market cuz it's it's
way different than in Europe. I I I
really like um um markets to just go
there and to just have a look around cuz
yeah, it's it's something that that you
don't experience here in Europe.
>> This like river that I still haven't
crossed over to the other side, but
maybe I will soon. So yeah, during the
day it's like that's when I should be
sleeping according to my old time zone.
So now when it's the evening, I feel
more normal, more regulated, but then
it's I should be going to bed soon. So
this is this is a lot for me this being
in like being in this new time zone. So So
So
That's some type of melon. This is um
what's the name? This is shampoo. Um or
I don't know how it's called. It's like
an apple, but the apple tastes better
than this. And this is the type of um if
you watch my what I ate in what fruits I
tried in Thailand, it's I said about
these um oranges that's that are have
some type of green inside like green on
the peel, but it's very ripe and it's
very sweet. And I guess this is I'm not sure.
sure.
I'm not sure what this is what this
brown thing is. I guess it's tamarind,
but yeah, I'm not sure. which is kind of
like a date.
And these are apples, I guess.
It looks like apple. And are these
percims? I don't know what this uh what
this orange thing is. Maybe it's orange. Okay.
I don't know what that white was.
And um these are pomelos and these are
jackf fruit. And this is the plum
or wait
h I I'm not sure. Maybe maybe I'm
maybe I'm wrong. But I it could be um
raw dates cuz we in Europe we mostly see
u dried dates but it could be raw dates.
I'm not sure. I I I don't think I I know
that such a big date exists or
something. But it could be raw dates or
or it's plums. Yeah, I'm not sure. This
green thing I have no idea what it is.
and apples and green apples and oh maybe
yeah this is this is some type of grape
I think
these are some huge grapes I never tried it
it
cuz I thought um but yeah I haven't seen
such a big grapes there
cuz I thought I had good grapes in
Europe already so yeah but if I would
have seen such a big grapes maybe it's
covered in pesticides I I would Still
try some. And
And
h I guess this is
it could be coconut. It could be pomelo.
This big green thing. I guess it's pomelo
and mango. Look mango things. Where did
she found the mango things at this part
of the year? I don't know. Yeah, it's
it's kind of not in season. At least
someone said there that it it's not in
season, whatever. And um and these
mangoes are the best. Like this is S
tier right here. It's really good. And
dragon fruit.
And um yeah, I can see some um pineapple
And this thing,
It kind of reminds me of a durian rider
Yeah, this thing is pineapple here. It's
It's in that shape. And this I guess
it's guava. Yeah, it kind of looks like guava.
All All right. Who's a sweaty mess in
Thailand? It is me. It is me. Okay.
Let's take a look what's in my bag.
Another beautiful bunch of bananas.
Little babies.
25 bot for this orange juice.
Kilo of mango steam. I
>> Yeah, that was raw orange juice, by the
way. That's really delicious.
I couldn't find mango stems, man, at
this part of the year.
>> Tried to pick the ones that didn't have
ants crawling on them. But that's also
how you know the fruit's good, I guess,
if the ants want it. I got jack fruit.
>> Nice. That's also good. It's kind of
like bubble gum. Like
Like >> And
>> And classic.
I also got me some mangoes. And
that's what I have in my bag.
>> Nice. That's the best. I would have this
entire bag right now. >> So,
>> So,
I'm good right now. I had that coconut
water. I had that durian. And I had some
papaya. And I just I'm feeling like as
soon as I have this fruit, it makes me
makes me sleepy. So, that's that.
>> Cuz u carbs are not enough. You can call
yourself lower and love scarves all day,
but when reality hits in Thailand and
you having the best fruit
and it still hits you that the fact that
that's not all you need. Even Thai
locals eat meat because yeah, meat is
good. It's healing you. You can can
pretend that we don't need meat and you
can block everybody, but you cannot
block your own senses when it's telling
you that you should eat meat. Yeah,
that's the thing.
And I'm going to maybe take a rest cuz I
didn't get to bed till like 2:00 last
night and I woke up at 9:00. So when I
wake up, I'm going to have some more of
this bang. Yeah, you can carb up all
day, but you're still going to be sleepy.
sleepy.
>> And fruit that I got today. So, this
this market is excellent. Like, I should
be going there like every day, but the
market that's across the street from me
does have some stuff, too. So it's not
like, you know, and at this at this one,
it's like I drove when we were
>> even eating the scorpion that was uh
it was fried in seed oils. It's it's
more hurty than to just eat fruits
>> on the motorbike.
I saw a sugar cane juice guy, but he was
like on wheels.
So maybe there's somebody close by that
has sugar cane juice. That would be
amazing. So I'm going to
try to figure out how to find this man
with sugar cane juice because that's
something that I really want to try.
>> Sugar cane juice. Yeah. Um I also wanted
to try that but could not find it. Um
I I saw reactions that um they don't
really people don't really react like it
tastes really delicious.
So there's that. Um, so I'm just going
to assume that it's not like this um
>> I don't really like it. >> What?
>> What?
That's impossible.
It must be not too ripe then or
something. It It was one of my favorites.
favorites.
>> Like perfume.
>> Exactly. It kind of feels like you're
eating perfume or something because it
has this this intense smell, but it's
but it's in a good way. It's good type
and the texture is not
>> It's still better to eat um something
that uh tastes sweet like jackf fruit
than having durian that tastes like
but
I don't really like it.
>> Mhm.
It feels like I'm eating perfume.
One time I had it from um 7-Eleven, some
jackf fruit, and that wasn't as
delicious as the one that I had um from
um from from a lady that was opening up
Nice. This is the fruit that I could not try.
I'm actually curious what's her opinion
There you have it.
That's how you react compared to how she
reacted to durian. That's how you react
I believe her cuz I I heard from others
that this is really delicious. Even
Sugar King said that. Not Corpse King.
Sugar King.
They have such a complicated
carbohydrate names.
>> These are great.
>> I only had it um free freeze dried
or dry I guess said freeze dried and
I did not had it raw cuz I couldn't find it.
So, if you couldn't tell from my
reaction compared to the jackf fruit, I
obviously love these mango steeen. And
>> I agree. I I would say even I would
enjoy it. Even if I didn't had it, just
by reaction, I I would say that even I
would enjoy the um mango steins more
than the jackf fruit.
>> They're sour, but they're sweet. They're
not sour like a citrus. They just have
this hint of acidity that I love about
this fruit. So, I I had no problem
eating a kilo of these.
These are by far my favorite.
They are so good.
I haven't had anything like it in my life.
life.
It's so sour and sweet at the same time.
I don't mind the texture.
I'm not the best at opening them.
>> Exactly the same. You You shouldn't mind
the texture of liver. You shouldn't mind
the texture of kidney. You should You
just eat it exactly like this raw. You
You eat it. And um yeah,
>> obviously I dropped one while I was
doing this, but
>> you don't need to be disgusted just
because um it came from an animal or
something. You just um eat it raw.
>> That's neither here nor there. They're
like sticky on my hands and they kind of
like color you.
>> It means it was really ripe. That's how
it should be.
>> Like a beet.
Um but I don't mind. They're so good.
I probably could eat, I don't know, 3
kilos of this.
>> 3 kilos. If you can eat 3 kilos of that,
it means you're starving. It means your
body is craving meat, craves animal fat,
and um
your body is convinced that this this is
all you can find. It's some fluid. Okay?
Because um the brain was brainwashed and
uh your brain is convinced that meat is
bad for us and you keep craving food and
you just reach out for um for carbs.
Yeah, that's what you do and um it's
just not going to be enough. That's why
you have the feeling that you can eat 3 kilos.
kilos.
3 kilos would last me I I think for a
very long time.
Um, but that was 1 kilo down easily.
The jackf fruit I just I don't know. It
tastes like chewy perfume and there's
nothing wrong with it. It smells
>> but that's how it should be. Fruit has
to have smell. Okay. Some have stronger
smell and some have not as strong.
But it has to have smell.
If it wouldn't have smell, it would be
just like a piece of fiber or something.
sweet and fragrant and all these things,
but I think I'm just going to give it to
the people at the front desk and see if
they would like to eat that instead because
because
not going to force myself. And I drank
that orange juice. That was really good.
I like spilt it, but luckily not too
much spilled.
Um, but I didn't get it on camera cuz I
just I dropped it and I cracked it. So,
I ate it over the sink to make sure I
didn't make a huge mess.
But yeah, maybe I'll have some bananas now.
now.
So far, orange juice.
>> What? That wasn't enough. Wow.
Wow.
For me, that would be enough with some
some raw meat, raw eggs.
Uh, it's kind of difficult to ask for
raw. I'm pretty sure you can find raw
meat and raw organs there and all of
that. It's just the language barrier
that um
it's difficult to
to ask um you know that um where did the
animal come from and questions like that
when you don't really speak the language
and some people might say that yeah it's
it's safe or something but yeah you you
don't know what you don't know okay and
I guess if you would be in that
situation you should be very careful and
just eat very little of it. Just like
goddess is saying that um you should eat
just a little bit of it and see if if
you're okay. And if you're okay then
then then yeah, you can you can trust
the place
cuz you can never know if that animal
was like
injected with bunch of hormones and just
fed a lot of grains or wasn't fed its
natural diet. The only way it would be
safe if you would go to like a farm or
something and the animal is you see the
animal it's right there eating the grass
and um yeah they give you some and you
you can see that yeah it's it's sold
there. Yeah. Even then you you need to
be careful with u with traveling and and
eating um raw meat from um from places
that you don't really trust. es bananas,
mango steeen, mangoes.
>> This is too much fruit to just eat in
one sitting, man. You're really starving.
starving.
That would last me for like long time.
>> Have been A+ plus and I have really
enjoyed pretty much every
>> Look that look at that banana. If I had
like that yellow color. Look at this
yellow color. In in Europe, it's like
white or something. It has to have this
yellow color. It's just it's way
different. It's softer. And yeah, it's
definitely one of my favorites there.
Mango and these bananas.
And after that would come jackf fruit.
And after that h everything is pretty
much good but these are top
>> juices bananas mango steeen mangoes have
been A+ plus and I have really enjoyed
pretty much every single one of those
>> yeah those bananas are really small but
they are delicious
>> fruits while I'm here so I'm going to
continue oh and that coconut today just
like opened up a whole new world
>> by the way no Thai local it's like this
maybe some of them um promote like raw
futarianism or something for views but
other than that nobody eats like this
and um I was warned by a Thai local to
to not eat too many mangoes
>> for me so more coconuts for me in the future.
future.
>> So who are you going to trust? Some
futarian who
tries to sell you a book or something or
um or a Thai local? I would say you
better trust the Thai local. >> Sure.
>> Sure.
>> So, I probably about five of these bananas.
>> I I gave some of these to monkeys. By
the way,
>> I have some green grapes, too. Maybe
I'll have a few of those.
Oh, yeah. Look at that. It was grapes.
Okay. It kind of looks green, but I
trusted that this is going to be sweet.
They're good.
>> All right.
>> They're not mind-blowing. >> Okay.
>> Okay.
>> I don't know about the pesticides.
Is there going to be anything else?
She's having KFC. I'm just kidding, guys.
guys.
Let's just jump to dinner a little bit back
back
>> till I feel good. I'm not pushing myself
to eat so so much. So,
>> you're not what? You're not pushing
yourself to eat so much. You just eat so
much fruit that Yeah, it's it's just way
too much. I I I bet you can't wait to
eat some type of rice or something that
is a little bit difficult to digest just
so you can um just so you can prank your
own um organism, your like your own body
that um you're eating meat. Because when
you're having these um these foods that
are more difficult to digest, you're
kind of pranking yourself that um you're
eating meat.
That's why um rice is given next to the
meat to to prank yourself that you're
eating enough meat. But um when it gets
in the body, yeah, it's just
carbohydrates mostly and very little meat.
Okay, what do we have here? We have um
Ed I don't know how to say it, man. I I
did not learn it. Adam Adam like or Adam
I don't know how to say it. Okay, it's
basically the soy bean. Um
I guess you can call it like a fruit or
I don't know. It's legume. I don't know
what you can call it. It's It's
basically like beans, but it has soy
bean inside. Okay. And it's not bad to
be honest. U
you can call me a soy boy all day, but
um I actually enjoy this and I bought it
multiple times
cuz um yeah, soybeans when it's like
boiled like this and with little bit of
salt, it's it's actually not bad. I
guess it's not good for your um um for
your hormones or something because
you're turning into a soy boy, but um
yeah, it's it's not too bad, trust me.
And here we have some rice. Maybe she's
she's also going to tell us. And here,
I don't know what this is. I guess it's
some type of
salty something
kind of like a miso soup or something. I
don't know.
I thought she's having some type of seafood,
seafood,
but that's not seafood. That's
plant-based. And this is lemons. And
that's very little amount of cucumbers
Yeah. Okay. She's in a Japanese
restaurant, in a sushi restaurant. And
why do people go in sushi restaurant?
Because they crave raw fish. Is this raw fish?
What? What is this? It kind of looks
like um raw salmon when it's like thinly
sliced. And maybe she did not have it,
but uh this is put here just as
decoration, but maybe she did have it.
Um this is the wasabi paste or something.
something.
So basically, it's just rice with
with cucumber inside.
I'm 100% sure, guys, that this is raw
fish right here. Or it could be cabbage,
kimchi, or something. But it looks like
raw fish and it's placed here as decoration.
decoration.
Maybe they thought that um this person
is starving and um let's put some raw
fish. I'm curious if she even eats this
cuz if she eats this then it's
then I don't know then then she's not a vegan.
vegan.
>> I've been eating this for the past six
nights. Some nights I have an extra bowl
of rice. Tonight I did not. Sometimes I
have a
>> Yeah. So this thing the the soup thing
was a miso soup. That's how I know cuz
um she was in a Japanese restaurant.
>> Third roll of sushi tonight. I did not.
It just depends on
>> So basically you just ate rice with
rice. Wow.
>> And how hydrated and carbed up I am
during the day.
>> These are really good. U you can call me
a soy boy all day. I I loved the taste
of this.
I would actually say it. Yeah, it's it's
it's for me in terms of greens and
veggies or something like that. And I
would place this first place in terms of taste.
taste.
>> Depending on how much I want to eat at
night, but this is a solid meal for me.
I'm enjoying a little bit.
>> Is this a solid meal?
Come on.
>> Of edamame beans. And I'm reminiscing from
from
>> edamame. Okay.
>> When I used to work at the sushi place
when I was younger and yeah, it's just a sad
sad
>> So you you've worked at the sushi place
in the past and now you craved raw fish
and you had came here to instead of
having some raw fish, you had some um
rice with rice. Why are you not showing
us if you ate that red thing or not? Cuz
I'm pretty sure that that was raw raw fish.
fish.
>> Satisfying starch meal just to get out.
>> Maybe she had it secretly. Maybe they
are secretly not even vegans.
>> And kind of socialize and see what the
rest of the world is doing even though
tonight the restaurant was pretty much
empty except me and a different
gentleman. So
overall really good meal though. It's no
oil and but there is the soybeans have
oil. Oh yeah. And the miso soup
in some places it's u basically um soy beans
beans
and soy sauce. I'm not sure, man. Yeah,
I'm not like a specialist in Japanese
cuisine or something, but I just know
that sometimes it's um cooked together
with bones. It's bones cooked together
with um with veggies and salt and stuff.
And that's how you get this um soup.
Well, yeah, I guess they also add tofu inside.
inside.
It could be vegan, but it could be not
vegan. If she if she asked, she asked.
If not, then it's not my problem. It's
actually it would be the healthiest
Did she eat the raw fish? That's the question.
Oh, the raw fish is gone. What in the
world? I I'm actually have to look it
up. Um I'm I'm really curious if if that
was raw fish or something. The raw fish
is gone, guys. Maybe it was cabbage,
like kimchi cabbage.
I'm not sure. I I don't know. But I
don't know. I don't know. But it did
look like thinly sliced salmon or some
type of raw fish.
comments, questions, and suggestions.
>> I can't comment because you blocked me,
man. A come on. So much censorship.
>> Please leave them down below. Thank you. And
And
>> I'm going to stop commenting to high low
fat vegans or anything or vegans in
general cuz they all just block me and
censor me. And the only way to deal with
it is to just uh never comment again cuz
it's a waste of time. Imagine I I leave
some good constructive comments and on
top of that I'm getting blocked and all
my messages and the comments disappear.
They just get vanished from the other
people cuz it's huge censorship and I'm
having enough of it. And the only way to
deal with it if they come to comment to
my videos cuz uh that way uh they cannot
silence me. And this is how you deal
with it. just wait on them to come to
you and um then you have control over
what is censored and what is not because
why they censor me it's uh because in
the future
whatever happens uh those my comments
have to disappear from high carb lowfat
um videos because um someone might find
my videos and they might turn against
this diet or something, they might get
convinced to not do it at all
cuz um yeah, this is kind of sad and no
wonder she doesn't have enough energy
cuz it's the high carb, lowfat energy diet.
diet.
Um yeah, that's the video and Copcorn
