This content outlines a comprehensive system for building and selling high-value websites using AI tools like "Anti-gravity" and "Stitch," enabling individuals with no coding experience to generate significant income. The core strategy involves offering free, high-quality website builds to unsexy but profitable niches, then upselling recurring services.

Anti-gravity just changed everything
about building websites. And if you use
it with the correct tools, you can build
beautiful, stunning websites that sell
for thousands of dollars, even if you
have no coding experience. I've sold
websites for thousands of dollars. And
in this video, I'm going to show you my
exact system for building beautiful
websites, how to sell them, and actually
turn them into a profit so you can make
more money, get more clients, and save
time. In this video, I've included
strategies that weren't even possible
until extremely recently. And if you
don't know who I am, my name is Jack
Roberts. I built and sold my last tech
startup with over 60,000 customers. And
now I run a very profitable AI
automation business. So, if you haven't
already, go ahead, grab that coffee and
let's dive straight in. Anti-gravity
builds amazing websites, which you're
going to learn in this video. Um, you're
going to learn the new skills to help
you do that to an exceptional standard.
And one thing that is gamechanging um
and that's my anti-gravity cloning
system that I developed that let you
take any website and make infinite
copies of that exact same website for
different brands. Um and we're talking
about logos. It will change the color
scheme. It will even change the copy.
And we're also going to cover how you
can leverage Google Stitch, which you
can now connect with Google's
anti-gravity to do some really, really
epic stuff. I'm going to show you
exactly how to sell these websites and
also how to find a very profitable
merch. And by the way, I just got back
from South Africa. We met loads of other
AI content creators and I've extracted
all the kind of insights and included
them within this actual strategy and the
stuff that's really working right now
across the world. And we're also going
to cover this exact first client
playbook which will all be available for
you for free down below in the
description. It's going to cover
everything about how you actually get
your niche, how you find the clients,
the deliverables, the strategies, the
monetization, all the checklists. You
can just follow this step by step to get
your first client and actually find and
sell these beautiful things to them. And
so, not only are we going to build these
beautiful websites, integrate a cloning
system. So, even if you don't want to
sell them, this is going to be amazing
for cloning any Apple website you have,
and is a skill that you should
definitely learn. We're going to cover
the Razer strategy for selling and
scaling these products and also
monetization. What is it you can sell?
How does it work? All in great detail.
To go from never building the website to
actually selling it and generating
monthly recurring revenue. We're going
to follow a very simple five-step money
framework and M stands for mapping your
niche. Beautiful. Okay. So, we've got
the first client playbook. If you don't
have this, just click the link down
below in description. It'll take you to
a Gumroad page and you can just grab it
for free. So, what's the philosophy
here? So the philosophy is if you are at
Oh, by the way, if you just want to do
the anti-gravity cloning system,
everything is going to be timestamped
for you down below. So you can go to the
sections that are most relevant to you.
But I just want to call out first of all
what the idea with this is. So if you've
never had a client before, the idea is
that if you get a client for free, you
will get it much quicker. You'll build
up relevant business skills. And the
philosophy here is that if you once you
get that business relationship and
you've added value, it is way easier to
then say, "Great, by the way, if you
want product XYZ, we can help you with
that." So that is the fastest route from
zero to actually getting a paying
client. So here's a philosophy of the
strategy. Now, your first client is not
about revenue. It's about proof. Uh
proof that you can deliver, proof that
your businesses will say yes, and proof
to yourself that this is actually a real
thing and can work for you. So, this
playbook is going to walk you through a
proven strategy to land your first
client by leading with free value,
building a relationship, and then we're
going to turn that relationship into
monthly recurring revenue through some
really cool strategies that are going to
kick butt for you. By the way, this is
exactly what I did. I got paid £8,000
for a website that took me two days to
do. Uh, that was my first ever one that
I sold. I didn't even sell websites at
that point. They was like, "Jack, I
trust you. You're really epic at this
design stuff. Do you reckon you could do
it?" And I was like, "Hund. I've done it
before." And that was the first one I
ever did. So strategy in one sentence is
you're going to pick a boring niche.
You're going to deliver something
impressive for free and then we're going
to grow that relationship into monthly
recurring revenue. If you had to
summarize the monetization bit of this
video in a sentence, that's basically
it. So let's look at picking the niche.
So the idea here is that whenever people
talk about niches and who should I sell
to, often times it's always dentists,
it's always med spars, it's real estate
agents, it's gyms and pts, it's
chiropractors, it's it's it's online
coaches. These are the classic niches
and the idea here is that they're very
saturated. Doesn't mean that you can't
make a fabulous amount of money selling
there. But the idea is that they're very
sexy niches, right? So, what we want to
do is target boring, profitable, and
unsexy niches. That's basically the
strategy here. These are industries
where business owners are busy. They're
not necessarily techsavvy and they
rarely get approached. That's not great,
guys. We need to approach these guys.
They're not getting approached by
anybody. So, we're going to offer help
with their digital presence or systems.
So, what are some examples of this? So,
commercial cleaning companies, HVAC and
plumbing contractors, landscaping and
tree removal services, they're called
tree surgeons. Really freaking cool.
Autodetailing shops, pest control,
fencing, pool maintenance, junk removal,
you know, you get the idea. It's things
like um anything that's kind of unsexy
and not fantastic. And I just add on to
this. What we're looking for is ones
that make a profit. In other words, they
have money to pay for you. they are
unsexy. The idea here realistically
speaking though is that if you've got
some kind of experience, if you worked
in a I don't know a pool hall before and
you know a little bit about it, that is
amazing. So try and leverage what I call
your 1% skill sets like stuff that
you've done before to pick that niche.
So once you've landed on a niche, just
run through this validation checklist.
Again, it's all down below for you for
free. Are there at least 20 businesses
in your area? Now great news for you is
that basically the more there are the
the better. But you're going to use this
cloning system to replicate the website
for all 20 of them, which is really
awesome. Do they have bad or outdated
websites? I think we would agree that
they kind of do. For example, if you
come over to Google and check out pool
cleaners in Austin, uh, no offense to
pool cleaners in Austin, uh, but their
websites aren't really winning um,
state-of-the-art awards right now. You
can check it out, right? So, this guys
here atpools.com
not really, um, blowing us away with
their website quality, right? these guys
would really appreciate and value um a
fantastic new website and is another
example. Landacquaticmarketer.com
just streams and streams of text that is
in here. So these guys are primed for a
really cool upgrade which we can now
provide leveraging AI the systems and
the design philosophies that we're going
to cover in this video. So now we've
decided on a niche. It aligns with our
background. It's making good money.
They're not techsavvy and they
definitely need our help. And remember,
websites are what I'd call the gateway
drug to other services. People like to
buy AI products and services from people
with whom they have an existing
relationship. And if you've already
demonstrated such high free value
without any expectations, you're going
to be the go-to person that they would
love to work with for lots of other
things. So, now we've cracked down the
actual niche. That leads onto the second
step of our five-step money framework,
which stands for obtain leads. Now, when
it comes to actually getting these
leads, there's two strategies I'm going
to show you. one is uh basically I think
very quick and easy and the second one
is a little bit more comprehensive. So
the first one is going to be basically
scraping them all from Google Maps. Now
we're going to want the numbers, we're
going to want the websites, but we'll
probably also not want to go up and
going up and down this entire list,
right? So what we can do is add a Chrome
extension. So let's click on update in
the top right. Come over to extensions
and go to visit the web store. And the
Chrome extension I want you to install
here is going to be uh Instant Data
Scraper. And of course, part two is
going to be anti-gravity where we can
blow the roof off this thing. But this
one's a really cool little quirky hack.
You can just download it. It's very,
very cool. Mine's already done, which is
awesome. But if if once you've installed
it, basically, if you come to update,
you come over to extensions, click on
manage extensions. What I would love you
to do is come down here. Make sure it's
enabled and then when it's enabled, if
you click on details, just make sure
that you've got this pin toolbar thing
and you'll see this little Pokemon sign
at the top. Now we're on that. Go back
over to Google Maps and you've got pool
cleaners Austin. Awesome. What I want
you to do is basically click on the
instant data scraper. So then this will
pop up and essentially what we need to
do is click on this try another table
where it finds the data that you want to
scrape on anything. So I do this again
and it should we're waiting for it to
appear here. So that's not right. This
is exactly one. So, we get the name of
the company, how many stars they've got.
This is all stuff we could use to
personalize email, we've got the
address, we have phone numbers, we have
websites, we have lots of really cool,
helpful information. So, what you want
to do here is click on infinite scroll
like so. Uh, and then click on start
scroll uh start crawling. And
effectively, what this will do is start
grabbing us all of the information from
all these different businesses straight
from Google Maps that you can just very
very quickly use to get started. And
then once it reaches the end, you can
see that it's now scraped all these
different leads for us that we can start
using for our business. And then all
we're going to do is come down. We can
just copy it and just download this as a
file real quick. Beautiful. And we'll
call this one pool cleaner leads. Really
easy way to get hundreds of leads. So
now in anti-gravity, we can actually
chat with anti-gravity to get leads. And
this is a really cool skill. So for
example, I'm going to say, "Hey there,
I'm trying to target pool cleaners in
Austin, Texas. I would like you to
devise of a strategy to get as many
leads as possible. I would like to know
their email address, phone number,
website, etc. Have a think about the
most effective way to do that. Any
services that you need to connect to
like appy then come back with a proposed
plan and then we can execute that. So
pretty much you can yap and explain to
Gemini or Claude, whatever model you
want to. We've got Opus 4.6 in here and
anti-gravity can actually do that for
us. So I compared this to co-work. Now
coowork in my last videos you'll see is
great, but nothing beats anti-gravity at
this stuff. For example, I I gave it a
task. It did it in like 45 seconds.
Co-work actually couldn't complete it.
So this is the best way to do it. So
what we can do with with with
anti-gravity is connect it to any
services. We could connect it to dozens
of scraping services. It's problem
solving abilities are exceptional. And
this is a great way to programmatically
get as many leads as you want to. I
wanted to show you a bit of a hacky
quick and dirty way. Then this one here,
we don't even need to go to the Appify
websites or any of these websites. We
can just do all this via anti-gravity.
So we come back with different options.
And by the way, I could have just come
in and just showed you how to do this
straight away. But I think the skill of
finding the answer is actually more
valuable for you, which is why I really
wanted to include this process with you.
So it's come up with three options,
right? Option one is appy recommended. I
agree with that. That was my preferred
route. And again, it can scrape all this
stuff. You get free five credit, $5 of
credits. Anyway, option B is manual
scraping. So this will go to Google
Maps, Yelp, Yellow Pages, BBB, and Angi.
So that's kind of like what we just did,
but a level above. again, you know,
anti-gravity would solve that for us or
a hybrid approach. So, what I'm going to
say here is actually let's leverage
Ampify. Now, check this out. I'm going
to say, "Sounds awesome. Let's go with a
I would like you to create a um an MCP
config to ampify using the below API
key." So, MCP, if you're not familiar,
basically stands for model context
protocol. It's a universal language of
how we can connect things to other
things. It's like a universal remote
control which basically if you connect
an MCP it just gives anti-gravity the
ability to do anything within that app.
So the idea is if we connect it to this
application called appy which is this
beautiful website here with lots of
scrapers and things anti-gravity can
reach in set things up and do lots of
different things that we wanted to. So
we're going to go ahead and do that. So
head over to ampify over to go to
console and let's grab your API key very
quickly and again once you set this up
with an anti-gravity you don't ever have
to think about it in the future which is
awesome. So going to come down here you
come over to settings and you're looking
for API and integrations and then you'll
see an API key. All you're going to do
is literally copy that API key and come
back over to anti-gravity. Now, before
you enter this into anti-gravity, what I
find is best practice is if you click on
these dots at the top, click on MCP
servers, click on manage MCP servers,
but but of course before that, always
check to see if it's an available
integration from them in the store. It
isn't. Just makes it a little bit
easier. Click on manage MCP servers and
then you'll see you have this wonderful
view raw config thing, which is great.
When you click on that, you see the raw
code behind these MCPs. And essentially,
if you have anything you want to connect
to anti-gravity that isn't within the
store, anti-gravity can actually add it
to this file for us, and it means it'll
work. If I come back to agent, what I
can do is do the at sign. And if you
just type in the name of the file, which
is mcp_config,
like so, anti-gravity knows exactly
where to add it. So, I'm going to say uh
add it to the below mcp config. And then
come down and just say my ampify API key
is and then you can insert it.
Wonderful. And then anti-gravity is now
fully connected to Ampify. And what does
that do? It gives us access to over
8,000 API actors. Cool thing is we don't
even need to know what they are. We can
just ask anti-gravity to figure it out
and it's ready to rock and roll. Now,
how do you know that it's working? Well,
if we click on refresh, we should see
almost by magic uh a appear for us on
the left hand side. Quick little hack
for you, by the way, cuz I've noticed a
lot of people in the comments sometimes
mention that the claw code sort of like
token usage is really high. There are a
couple of things that you can do to
reduce that. There's a phenomenal
article. I'm going to do some uh video
on it recently. I'll put a link down
below as well. Basically, remove all of
the tools that you're not using because
all these MCP tools add to your context
window. So, it's good just to remove
those so you don't actually have to do
it. Generally speaking, you don't want
it above 50 anyway, but you can just
disable the ones that you don't need and
then just add it in for everything that
you need to. For example, Superbase, for
example, if we're using it right now,
let's just remove it. So, this is
refreshing and in a second you're going
to see Appify appear for us on the left
hand side. And just like that, almost by
magic, Appify has appeared, which is
cool. So, we're going to disable
Superbase. And then there you go. You
can see Appify has got all these cool
tools. So, it can search, it can fetch,
it can call actors, it can get actors,
it can do many things. And if you
remember building this in NA10.com,
there was a whole like it was such a
headache, but so many action steps. Now,
it's sorted out. So, what we're going to
do now is come back over here and give a
prompt to anti-gravity. Hey, there. What
I would like you to do is basically
scope for me as many pool cleaners in
Austin as you can, but I just want to
test that this works properly. So do a
bit of a scrape and put them on the left
hand side as pool cleaners in Austin,
but I only want you to at any point
spend a maximum of 20 cent. So then
you're going to give it a prompt. I'm
basically going to say go ahead and
scrape it. Get the pool cleaners Austin,
Texas, but I only want you to spend a
maximum of 20 cents. This is just a
precaution because it can rack up costs
if it decides to do like a million pool
cleanings or something. So, we're just
validating that it works and and rocks
and rolls. Then, what we also want to do
if we can is essentially we want to
enrich that data to make sure we get the
right emails and everything like that.
What's really cool here is it's gone
ahead and found it. It's done the
extractor. It's uh basically found it
that works in our budget. Again, we're
going to spend more than that and you
get $5 for free on Appify anyway, but
it's really wonderful that you can give
it a budget and it will keep within that
for us. and Empy, obviously when you go
to the next level, you get $49. It's a
really a really great tool. Not
affiliated with them in any way, but
they're super cool like that. And just
like that, guys, we've now got this all
ready to rock and roll. And it spent a
whopping huge Oh my gosh, 14 cents. Are
we happy with that, guy? I think 14
cents isn't too bad. And we've got 23
different leads. We've got the name of
the company. We've got the phone number,
so we could do voice agent calls if we
want to. I'd actually recommend calling
yourself. In this world, everyone's
always looking for a digital edge.
Sometimes picking up the phone and just
saying, "Hey dude, love it. Live in your
area. Working with pool cleaners really
crushes it cuz no one's really doing
that, but it's not necessary for a
strategy. It's just like a little tip."
Then we've got the website. We've got
their address. Lots of stuff. We can do
physical mail. In my last tech business,
when we were working with developers, we
actually sent them not like the kind of
coding developers like building
developers. We sent a brick to all their
head office with like a cool little
quirky poem and stuff. And it was cool.
They they end up calling me up and
saying, "Hey, Jack, I just got a brick
delivered. What the hell's going on?" So
this is cool. We've got all the data.
So, what we could do now is expand that
list, which I think would be would make
sense. Awesome. Could you expand the
budget to maximum, I don't know, let's
call it $1, and just get all of the
available data there for us, please.
Now, we've done that. We'll send that
one off and then anti-gravity work in
the background. And this is now how easy
it is to get leads for anything. So, you
could say, "Hey, we've done all the pool
cleaners. Now, let's go for waste
removal management companies." And
remember, with all this stuff, the
devil's in the details, but crucially,
it's all about a volume game. That's all
it literally is. But this strategy is
rock solid. And then we're going to let
anti-gravity work for us in the
background to get even more leads for
us. And I should also call out that
dependent upon how many leads you're
scraping, it can take a couple of
minutes. If you want to check on how
Appify is doing, if you click on go to
console in the bottom left hand side,
you'll see whether or not something is
running. So check this out. For example,
right once this is loaded up, you can
see 4 GB out of eight. That means that
it's currently doing a scrape as we
actually speak. And you can check this
if you click on runs on the left hand
side. You can see it now actively
scraping. So look at this. It's already
done n it's got 90 results already which
is crazy. So set the scraper up, grab
your coffee or do something completely
different or build your project whilst
this is running. Wonderful. And now
ampify has completed this task. So you
can check out now look at this guys.
We've got data columns got all this
information. Total unique businesses 71
60 96% have phone numbers. 89% have
websites and 46% have email addresses.
So we're going to fix that in a second.
And then we've got half of them with
social media profiles. So we can do
campaigns and automations there also.
And it cost us a whopping $77. $77,
excuse me. That's cheaper than a
cheeseburger out there in the States. So
really freaking cool. We've got the top
10 businesses by reviews. And also
what's really cool is it's filtered out
any non-pool businesses and we've got
all of the data here. So next thing we
want to do before we begin building the
websites and the outreach is actually
enrich the data. Now, the service that I
use for this is really freaking cool and
it's called Any Mail Finder. Let me show
you how it works. So, any Mail Finder
essentially lets you upload any list and
it will enrich it for you. So, we could
do that manually, but because we're lazy
and we're from the future, we're
actually going to have anti-gravity to
do all of this for us. So, what I would
love you to do is come down here on the
left hand side and click on API. And you
can come down and click on get API key.
And I just want you to grab that API key
and then head straight back over to
anti-gravity. And then what we're going
to do is give the following prompt. Hey
there, I'd like you to enrich this list
using any mailinder, using the any
mailinder API. Do some research on what
that is and actually leverage that to
basically find emails for all these ones
here. We can also validate the ones that
we've already got and find ones for the
missing ones. And then what we're going
to do is come down, enter in the API
key. This is my API key. Beautiful. And
then just enter in the one from any
mailinder. And so the awesome thing
about an email finder is getting the
company is one thing but getting an
email address that we can actually reach
out to is something completely
different. Most people just get the
first list or if they don't have an
email address like what am I going to
do? They're going to burn hours
researching. Using a service like this
lets us enrich it and basically increase
our hit rate when we send those emails.
And just like that you can see it's now
running in the background. The
enrichment is running well and finding
lots of new emails. Guys, how freaking
crazy is this? So, we haven't done
anything and we just connected two
really cool services and that's running
in the background doing wonderful work
for us and then we'll just have a
wonderful enriched email list and we can
set this up as an anti-gravity skill
which we're going to do in a second
which means that all we have to do is
give the business now and then this will
go ahead do the scraping for us and
leave a lead enrichment and we just sit
back with a wonderful emails ready to
rock and roll and get some great
customers and just like that it has
done. Oh my gosh, let's see exactly how
many new emails we've got. 215
brand new verified email addresses
across 30 businesses. That is crazy. So
basically before enrichment 33
businesses had emails. After enrichment
55 plus businesses now have emails
including verified individual contacts,
meaning we can tap up multiple
individuals, which is fantastic. We've
got loads of wonderful data, which is
super. So the final step now is just to
turn this into a skill so we don't need
to keep doing this into the future. And
to do that, I'm going to grab my
anti-gravity skill creator. And to do
that, I'm going to grab it from the
classroom. I should also say, by the
way, the stuff I share on YouTube is
just a fraction of all the things I have
inside the community. So, if you would
like to go deeper, I'll put a link down
below so you can check it out. So, let
me come down over to anti-gravity skills
and I can show you this. So, the
anti-gravity skill generator, by the
way, is really, really cool. So, this is
the skill to create new skills. I did
this based on all the best practices.
Got 66 people checking it out as we
speak. What we're going to do is come
back over to anti-gravity and we're
going to say, "Awesome. I'd like you to
turn the process of everything we did
with Appify and also any Mailfinder into
a replicable skill using the below
framework. Awesome. Going to come down
here and just say use this and paste
this in. Beautiful. In fact, hang on a
sec. Hey, Glido, could you just refine
this prompt for me, please? This is the
new agentic feature we've got in Glideo.
Just lets it do whatever we want to,
which is really freaking cool. So, come
down and then enter in the information
here. Cool. And now it's working on
creating a comprehensive skill document
our entire lead generation workflow
including the lead enrichment meaning we
can now just throw something in and it
does it for us uh basically all without
us touching anything. Wonderful. And now
it has completed this skill which is a
reusable skill we can do which is
fantastic. What does it do? Well it
complet it's a complete workflow guide
covers the full pipeline from appy
Google map scraping data cleaning and
mailfinder email enrichment. Includes
checklist cost estimation formulas API
reference validation steps and even a
troubleshooting guide. It's got a
reusable CLI tool for email enrichment.
Loads of cool stuff. Tells you
everything that we've done down here.
And then basically it's now on the left
hand side. So if I say to Ampify, hey,
grab me 500 leads for waste removal
companies in leads, it will just go
ahead and do that for us, which is
freaking amazing. So now we've got the
leads, we've enriched them, and we have
a great niche. All the leads in the
world aren't worth anything unless we
actually have something to give them
that we can actually go ahead and sell
them perfect. Which is why the third
step of our money framework stands for
nailing the build. Now, this is the bit
where we will actually go ahead and do
some building on the actual website
stuff. Now, we've laid the foundations
and we've got the customers. Now, here's
the really cool thing that we're going
to do here. So, we have how many leads
do we have? Well, we have a lot of
leads, right? And we also know the
Google reviews, so we know which ones
are the best ones. Before we even build,
what we need to understand is what makes
a great pool cleaning company website.
So, we're going to give anti-gravity the
following prompt. Hey dude, I would like
you to find for me the top five websites
that we've got based on the data we have
for Google reviews. You already did some
information on the top 10. I just want
to find the top five. I want you to go
ahead and script their website and just
tell me what do they all have in common
and what are the things that they're
doing that the worst websites are not
doing. And I just want a list of 10
actionable things. So we're not going to
set off anti-gravity to go ahead and do
that research for us. And then we're
going to use this together to actually
build the website. So, this is going to
be leading on the copy. It's going to be
some stuff on the structure. But whilst
that's happening, what we're going to do
now is actually head over to Google AI
Studio. And you can even see now, look
at this. It's got all the ratings. Uh we
can tell which ones are crushing it and
which ones are doing an awesome job.
Wonderful. And the reason we're using AI
Studio than anti-gravity initially is
cuz AI studio is designed and optimized
to create something beautiful, but it's
not something that can scale. Whereas
anti-gravity builds with the longevity
of the software in mind. So after
testing so many different combinations,
I found that building an AI studio, then
extracting the code, then throwing in
anti-gravity optimizes for the best
results, plus some skill plugins. What
do we need to do? Well, let's go check
in with anti-gravity now on how it got
on with the research. And what did the
top performing ones have in common?
Well, basically three to six named
custom testimonials, make your phone
number, which is cool, replace generic
contact us, list exactly what is and
isn't included, some blog posts,
describe your communication process, and
before and afters. Now, strangely, we're
actually not going to include this in
the AI Studio prompt. And the reason for
that really is just a little hack that I
found. So, the more information that you
give uh AI Studio, the the kind of worse
it performs, I just want to focus in on
design excellence here. So, a couple of
different ways that we can do this. We
can go over to websites like Dribble and
we can find designs that we think are
really cool uh just by searching through
and finding that. as you could say,
websites, for example, find different
design styles you think are decent and
you can pretty much just screenshot
those, throw them into AI Studio, and
you'll be ready to rock and roll.
Another thing that you can do if you
want to is HTML extraction. So, if you
come over to google.com and then you go
to HTML extractor, you can if there's
like certain components of a website you
think are really cool, you can actually
extract that HTML. So, for example, one
I really like is this one here, which is
Cosmos. So, and we're just going to use
this as an example for the purposes of
this video, but we'd come over here. I'd
recommend that you just physically build
this yourself. We come over here, go to
cosmos.so. Throw this one in. Cool. And
then this basically is the entire um
information from the website. Just click
on download. Click on save. And then
come over to here and then basically
upload that document. And then I've
uploaded the HTML which is basically all
the code that does the animations. When
you're selling these websites, it's
important that you build it yourself
from scratch using images and reference
images. So it's all unique and original
code. I'm just doing this to kind of
expedite the process for the purpose of
the demo. But we have so many videos on
the channel about how to really stretch
this out and crush it. So definitely
check out our website videos. I say our
I mean it's me. It's me, this cap, and
this beautiful coffee behind me over
here. So now I'm going to give a prompt,
which is I'd like you to design for me a
beautiful website for a pool cleaning
company. And I would like you to include
the following elements and vibe. So what
we're going to do then is come back over
to anti-gravity, which is over here. And
effectively what we can do here is just
grab a couple information and just say,
"Hey dude, could you just give me a two
to three sentence very short overview of
what you would expect the ideal website
to look like again, but in this just
make sure that there's a real key focus
on making the hero image gorgeous."
Okay, sweet. Send that one off. And then
what we're going to do is copy and bring
that one over. And then the other prompt
we want to add in here is say follow the
attached HTML for guides and design
style, please. And then we're going to
come back over to anti-gravity. And
we've got this one here. Come down here.
And then let's just copy this uh swing
back over and then throw this into
anti-gravity. And then we come back
over, paste this in here, and throw this
into AI studio. Whilst AI studio is
building that, we want to come over to
this GitHub here, which is the UIUX Pro
skill. It's essentially going to equip
it with so many different tools to make
sure that the website is optimized,
things are properly tagged. It is really
freaking cool. All you literally do is
come down, click on code, and click on
where right now. Just copy that code.
You see it's got over 31,000 stars,
which is code for pretty good in
internet language. So come over to
anti-gravity and say hey dude I would
like you to install the below skill and
add it to this project file please.
Sweet. Come down and click on control D
and we are ready to rock and roll. It
will basically download GitHub by the
way. Um it's just a fancy way the repo
which is what this is just fancy way of
saying place restore info. So we
download that info all the specific
instructions um and everything else to
here. So for example it will ask
questions like is there enough contrast
between the background and the button?
Is there enough spacing so that you can
actually click on the button and it does
there's like a million little mini micro
things you have to ask. This skill just
does this for you. So it goes through
the list one by one by one meaning that
you don't have to sit there yourself you
know with almost like a magnifying glass
going through the entire website and we
most importantly keep our sanity. And
just like that we now have this website
which is very cool. So let's see what is
going on. I actually think this is
really good for a first shot. I'll be
honest with you this is beautiful. Look
at this crystal clear effortless luxury.
Again, like for number one, I mean, I
want to just compare this with what
you're seeing on Google. U just just as
an FYI, this is a oneshot thing we did,
okay? A pool cleaning service. Uh let's
do it in I don't know, New York, just to
give you an idea. Again, I don't know
how many pool cleaning companies there
are in New York, but we're about to find
out right now, right? So, let's have a
quick look. So, you can see it's like,
okay, this is cool. I like that nice uh
nice place. Uh this one's not loading
for me. And then you got this one here.
Would you rather have a website kind of
like this where there's like again we
have this rule called the fold and the
idea of the fold is one fold one point
like what's the one message I take per
fold. That's how I think about
presentations as well. This has two
assets bleeding into the same fold. So
you'd want to push that down a little
bit. And there's like a series of
questions someone has when we land on a
website. What is it? And also like why
you where's the credibility? Right? So
you can see then look at what we got in
one prompt. We're selling ultimately
here a beautiful pool. That's what
that's the thing that I want. That's the
reason why I'm on the website. This just
looks premium to me. It's gorgeous. Uh
we've got some stats. We've got pricing.
We've got loads of cool stuff. So, I
think this is freaking awesome. What
we're going to do now is lally download
this. Again, we can refine it, but this
just needs to be 80% of the way there.
So, we're going to exit this. What
you're going to do right now is download
this app like so. And we'll call this
one pool websites. Okay. And then click
on save. What you can also do is push
this to GitHub, which I recommend. It's
probably not a bad idea actually. So
come down here, click on this GitHub
logo and click on sync to GitHub. And
we'll call this one pool website. Again,
the wonder of the age we live in now is
like all the assets can be AI generated.
That's the wonderful thing about it. You
can do private or public, whatever you
want to. I'll do public just to show you
very quick way of doing this. And then
click on create public repo. And then on
the right hand side, it shows you all of
the different folders and files. And
then click on stage and commit all
changes. Give that a beautiful second.
And then it's now stored online. And we
could host that simultaneously if you
wanted to. But the key is that it
exists. So if you click on this now, we
know that it works if we see lots of
files. Awesome. Now, just like before,
the only thing we want to do is come
down here, click on the code, then click
on copy code right there. And then we're
going to head back over to anti-gravity.
And now we're back into anti-gravity.
You can see all the skills are on the
left hand side. And look at this.
Charts, icons, landing, products, so
much cool stuff. So now we can use that
to kick some butt. So, what we're going
to say down here is, "Hey there, I would
like you to install this website into
this um folder with its own unique
folder in this environment. And then
once you've done that, I just want you
to open it up for me in a local host."
What does local host mean? Well, we've
gone from having it like online, right,
which is run the cloud in Google
Studios. Local host just means that the
files for this now are on your computer.
Like all the code that makes the website
work exists on your computer. So to see
it, we just open up a browser and we're
running it from your computer. It's like
the kind of 101 in local hosting. And
local host just means that you can
access it and view on your laptop
because the code is on your laptop. Then
once we've gotten this and we can see
it, we can do all the edits we want to
it, run it through all of our
checklists, and then we can actually
host this online. And then it starts to
get really exciting. I want to pull your
attention to this as well. Can you see
it did a couple of things here? It added
67 packages and it's also installed
dependencies. So a dependency is
something that it requires to run the
thing. Now this is one of the reasons
why I really liked it in AI Studio
because AI Studio it seems to me has
access to a lot more dependencies than
anti-gravity out of the box. So by
building it in AI Studio and then coming
back over to anti-gravity, it it's
almost like it's got access to a broader
suite of tools that anti-gravity doesn't
out of the box. And that's by design, by
the way. They serve two completely
different things. So come over to
anti-gravity. It's now opened it up.
Again, one of the awesome things about
anti-gravity is it can see what's
happening in the browser. It sees that
it isn't loading. So it'll just fix
that. Usually it's like a TypeScript
thing and it's like a very easy fix. And
wonderful. Now it's made those changes.
Let's open up in the local host and see
how we're getting on. So we click on
local host 3000. And would you look at
this guys? Gorgeous. Just look how this
image by the way. Like it's just crazy
to me how good this looks. This is
exactly looking. It's crisp. Lots of
different aspects going on. Love it.
Think this is a wonderful integration.
And as you can see, it's on localhost
3000. So, next thing we do is we're
going to use our skill plugin. So, we're
going to say, "Hey there, dude. Awesome
job. What I would now like you to do is
use the skill plugin and run the website
code through the checklists without
changing necessarily the design of the
website. I want you to make sure that it
aligns with all the UI and UX rules."
Awesome. Then, what's going to happen
when that's done? Oh, I should also add,
by the way, when you've done, just
provide a checklist with green tick
boxes telling me all the improvements
that you've made. So, what this is going
to go ahead and do now is runs through
the entire website for accessibility,
for SEO optimization, for UI design
based on our new UI UX skill, which has
over 50 different components to it to
make sure that it's optimized and ready
to share. Now, here's the cool thing.
Once we've done that, we don't need to
do this a million times because we're
going to take this website and clone it
for different clients. Meaning that we
do this optimization process once and
then we're going to be ready to rock and
roll. And after a minute or two, it's
come back with these changes. And guys,
would you look at these? So UIUX Pro Max
order, it's done all these things. It's
respected this focus visible keyword
navigation. It's done touch and
interaction, which is critical. So the
cursor pointer on all clickable
elements. If it's on performance, lazy
loading, eager loading on her hero
images, that means that basically that
will always appear first. Animation
layout and responsiveness, it's on
visual quality as well as bug fixes. So,
we basically kind of cleansed, if you
like, the website through everything,
meaning it's now ready to rock and roll.
And another really cool thing we can
check is how it's responsive to mobile.
So, if I come down here, I can see I
just bring that in and you can see it
has the right kind of dimensions and
trigger points where it comes down. You
can see what it looks like. So,
everything still feels like it's pretty
decent. So now we've done that, the next
thing that we really need to do is just
improve the copy. So let's come over
then back to anti-gravity and let's
revitalize the chat window from the data
that we found from our top performers.
So we're going to give it the following
prompt. Hey dude, based on the analysis
that you had from the top 10 performing
websites for pool cleaners. What I'd
like you to do now is to edit the copy
and any functionality on the website
that you think might be relevant to
align it with those um key aspects that
really drive performance on it. And then
we basically want to come down and say
pay close attention to copy the promise
the flow of the website. If there are
additional sections that need to be
added, feel free to do that based on
what is actually working. Awesome. So we
give that prompt anti-gravity and then
let it run off in the background. And
what I'm going to do is just hit enter
on that and that'll take us about a
minute or two and then we can rock and
roll with the next section. Oh, and by
the way guys, if you lost this
information in a previous chat window,
you can just tell it the same thing.
Just tag your enriched data and just
say, "Hey, find the top 10 websites
based on Google reviews. find out what's
working. As you can see, what it's doing
right now, I actually opened up all the
websites and just did that research a
fresh, which is a great thing to do for
every single niche that you look at.
Wonderful. And now that has complete.
So, let's see exactly what it's done.
So, it basically started by researching
the top 10 based on Google reviews. So,
we're using that as a proxy for quality
here. So, let's have a look. Big Star
Backyards has got almost 700 reviews.
So, we can probably infer that they're
doing something great and it's more
likely that their website is a better
performer than than not, right? So we've
got quite a few options there and the
seven patterns it found is hyper hyper
local neighbor language granular service
lists how it works process section makes
sense FAQ section service type contact
Google branded testimonials with real
names neighborhoods and specific tech
mentions and the massive ser service
area lists so changes it hero section so
it's going a complete rewrite of the
hero section we're going to find out
what that is the stats bar it's done a
new service grid uh new how it works
pricing tiers it's done loads
interesting things. So before it said
essential sparking and azure deluxe
resort living but now it's actually
changed it based on the top performers
been this is ridiculous testimonials
it's enhanced them from generic views
FAQ section so eight questions covering
frequency what a visit includes
saltwater pools why them specifically
again all this is based on data like
this is literally something that you
would pay thousands of thousands of
dollars for and we know it's based on
verified outlying performance right also
trust in areas it's got footers in there
it's got headers is in there. Content
types. I can't wait to check this out.
So, top TLDDR, it's on hero stats bar,
service grid, how it works, pricing,
tiers, CTA, testimonials, FAQ, contact
form, trust, error, and footer. So,
let's open it up. All right, let's take
it. Oh my gosh, look. Austin's pool care
done. Right. What I love about that is
it's really zoned in on Austin, Texas.
Right. So, I know that I'm on Austin.
I've got a number. I got a free quote.
Get your free quote. As I come down,
let's have a And I love that this
follows me down as a free quote. This is
really gorgeous. Complete pool care for
Austin, Texas. It's given more specifics
on the services it offers, which is an
enhancement. How it works. That's great.
Simple, transparent pricing, regry,
claim your weekends. I think that's
really lovely cuz it's kind of selling
the time aspect of it. Get your free
quote or call that number. What our
neighbors in Austin are saying. That's
really sweet cuz again, it's again
really targeting Austin, which is nice.
It's got some bits here. Read all
reviews on Google. And then some nice
FAQs that you can go down and have a
look at. get your free no obligation
quote or you can call and text us. Easy
to get a quote. Guys, I think this is
really nice. Oh, this is really cool.
Proudly serving Greater to Austin. So,
you'll notice that these improvements
aren't really design focused. They're
kind of the bare bone structures of what
we would want to improve this. So,
again, Cedar Park, Round Rock, all these
different places. This is going to be
amazing for SEO and local SEO as well.
Loads of information here. And then
we've got everything there. And if I
bring this to be mobile, you can see we
have this get your free quote thing that
follows you all of the way down. Now the
next step should you wish to do it would
be what we call UI sniping. The way that
UI sniping works is you head over to a
website like a 21st.dev and you can
effectively find these different code
blocks on the left hand side for things
that you want. So, if you want to get
really fancy pansy, you can come down
for things like, I don't know,
navigation menus. As if, for instance,
find code that you like, like you think,
this is cool. As if, for instance, I
like the look of that. Well, we can find
any of these assets that we like. And
this this looks really cool. Scroll back
up to reveal navbar. I'm not a big fan
of that one. But the the core idea here
is you can find any cool assets that you
like on this page. Say say you really
like this one, for instance. You can
then just actually copy this. But the
best place to look on these is come down
to best of the week because all the all
the kind of gold services up to the top
and you can see all of the great themes
they've got there. So you can find one
that you think is really nice. Immers is
an interesting one. Yeah. And what you
can do if you find any assets you want
is literally you can share the
component, go over to anti-gravity and
just say, "Hey, implement this and then
share that." FYI, this is exactly how I
did my last website. This one right
here, this component is from 21st Dev.
You literally copy the code, bring it
over, as you can see, it just does this
great stuff. It's got this great effect.
You can come down, see the wonders of
it, and you even get this really awesome
animation here, which is freaking sick.
Just literally grab it, share the code
with anti-gravity, and it'll add it in
there. But what I'm noticing actually
with these types of websites, if I'm
being honest, is that they generally go
for less rather than more. So, I
wouldn't overindex on Flash with this. I
kind of think that this is really
hitting the core points. um that it's
it's it's like nice balance of good
information, corporate professional
without having loads of crazy whisbangs.
So in this case, ultimately the job of
the website is to convert and I think
this is a beautiful website that will do
exactly that. So I don't believe this
needs any additional amendments or
whisbangs to make it pop. But if you
wanted to, it's there and it's
available. It's clean and it does the
job, which is the most important thing.
But then a little hack for you as well.
By the way, if you wanted to have this
website and go high level, here's
exactly how you do it. What you're going
to do is come down here and say, "Hey, I
would like you to create a version of
this website on the left hand side. Call
it go highle and essentially I want you
to convert the entire website into HTML
and CSS such that if I pasted this into
a HTML and CSS code block that it would
be completely visible. Do that for me
now please." So if you want to take this
website into go high level, what we
would need to do is basically convert it
as I've suggested into HTML or CSS. Then
what we would do is head straight over
to go high level. Then once you've
loaded up your account on the left hand
side just come down to sites. Then come
on here and click on new funnel which is
great and we'll do this one from blank
and then click on create. Uh we'll call
this one hey with a load. Actually let's
call this one pool shall we? That makes
more sense. Then click on create and
bar. This works for go high level. It
also works for WordPress. So if you're
building your own sites in these places
and you've got funnels then it makes
perfect sense. So we're going to click
on websites and click on create a new
website. I'm going do this one from
blank again. Call this one pool with a
load of O's. Click on create. And what
we're looking for here is a code block.
So let's come back up and we've got the
pages and start by adding in a new page
to the website. And we'll call this one
homepage. Click on create new page. Then
we're here. Let's go on and click on
edit. So we can check out the page.
Nice. So on the left hand side, what
we're looking for is a code block. So
let's come up and get this all loaded.
And we can just find that by coming in
here and typing in code, which is sweet.
All right. So it looks like we've got
it. We just grab this one. Pull it open.
Awesome. It's looking for custom HTML
and uh JavaScript. So you click on that
on the right hand side. Click on open
code editor and you see this JavaScript/HTML.
JavaScript/HTML.
And then actually come back and just
update anti-gravity that it can be
JavaScript and HTML cuz sometimes the
what it will accept in different
websites will be different but this one
is JavaScript HTML. So we just let
anti-gravity know that and then it can
go ahead and design that for us. And
then once that file is created on the
left you're going to copy all of this
and head back over to go high level.
Enter in the code. Click on save. Again,
this works in WordPress or go high
level, but obviously go high level is
fantastic for its funnels. We go and
save this. And then if we call this I,
we will just see the website opened up
in a new page. Just let that load up
real quick. And once it's finished
making that file, we have this go high
level ready doc. So we come here, we
control C. We swing back over to go high
level. We drop that in. We click on
save. Obviously go high level got so
many different functionalities in terms
of building out the whole funnels which
is amazing for systems just like this.
You click on visualize, it will save it
for us and then we can see this in a
brand new tab. And now this should be
fully locked and loaded in go high level
for us to do anything we want to on our
website. It's got the exact same
features. Now you can include it in all
of your builds. One thing that you might
find when you're going back and forth
with it is that the HTML isn't perfect
on its first shot because there could be
a couple of things it needs to change.
So I built a skill for go high level
that basically will help you convert
your website into something that you can
just copy and paste. it will drastically
it should drastically reduce down the
amount of times that you have to go back
and forth. So hopefully you can just
oneshot it and be ready to go. So the
next thing we want to do is actually
build this for our very first client.
But before we can do that, we need to
break down what I'd call the components
of the website. And I'll show you
exactly what I mean. So we're going to
say, "Hey, what I would like you to do
for me is to break down our existing
website into components. My end
objective here is to be able to
reutilize and clone this website for 50,
60, 80 different pool companies where I
could substitute things like their logo,
their testimonials,
color schemes potentially if that's
relevant. So, I'd like you just to
quickly go through the website and
identify five or six things that we
would probably need to change based on
an individual business. For example,
reviews is definitely one of them. The
name is definitely one of them. Logos
and come back to me with an itemized
list of what those things are based on
the current website. Cool. So, I call
this the deconstruction process for our
website. And then essentially what we'll
do whenever we clone our website then
we'll have this list of six or seven
things and then effectively we just find
that relevant information from each of
the new websites and then we can do it.
So for example, one might be logo, then
description, and then all we do is just
change that information based on it.
Like their address is going to be one,
their phone number is going to be
another, that kind of thing. And what's
really cool now, it's come back with all
of the information. So it's identified
the seven, right? So business identity,
the name, logo, and branding, reviews,
and testimonials, contact information,
location, service areas, pricing, and
service tiers, color scheme, stats, FAQ,
and then is of course summary. So it's
now actually Cru come back and suggested
something I think is really cool where
you can refactor this. So check this
out. Would you like me to go ahead and
refactor the site into a config driven
architecture? I could create a single
siteconfig.ts file where you swap out
the business details and everything
flows through automatically. So what
we're going to say is what I would like
you to do is to clone the website with a
different brand and you're going to
create a folder on the left hand side
called pool website 2 and you're going
to fill out all the information for that
specific website. Now, if that
information does not exist, for example,
service areas, we are going to just
include some dummy information. It's not
that relevant. And again, if the phone
number doesn't exist, well, it
shouldn't, we'll just include a dummy
placeholder for that individual. I'd
also like you to grab the logo from that
website using your existing tools. If
you're unable to do that, let me know
and we can think about different
solutions, but you should be able to
grab it for me. This is the entire
process that what we actually do is we
clone this once and then we're going to
turn this into a cloning skill which
means it can do this for all of them and
run in the background and make that
happen. So meaning we shouldn't really
need to do or touch any kinds of
information at all which is awesome. So
it's come back and asked us for what
should we do for pool website 2. We're
going to say I just want you to pick one
that you think would be great to get
started. It doesn't really matter too
much. So interesting by the guys it has
picked Sony's pool.tx. So pool services
in Austin. So, let's see if we can't
blow these guys' minds. And awesome.
It's now completely live. And I want to
emphasize I haven't touched a single
thing here. This is the website. It's
changed. The business identity, so the
name, the logo's been changed, HTML
file, copyright's been changed, the
phone number has been updated, the
email, the Instagram. Okay, let's open
up and check this one out real quick.
And there we go. Wow, that is crazy. I
come back here to this. Let's see what
else we got. One second. Color scheme,
it's gone from sky blue to warm warm
orange. reviewing testimonials, which is
really cool. So, it's gone from 4.9 to
five because that's their real Google
rating. Six new testimonials, stats bar,
pricing, and the service areas, all
based on their website. Do you see how
crazy this is? I didn't touch a single
thing with this. Now, let's grab their
initial website and compare it to the
new one. Hey guys. So, I've opened this
one up. This is the original. Looks
cool. I like it. And then this is the
new one. So, it's grabbed their logo. I
think that is crazy to me that it's done
that. Now, obviously, we can make little
small changes. Look, it's got five
stars. Fantastic. Awesome pool daycare
durrell. It's got the number. It has
instantaneously grabbed the correct
number. That is crazy. Oh my gosh. We
got the call number. Get your free
quote. 50 plus pools maintained weekly.
3 years in Austin. This is nuts. Again,
we've asked it to do placeholders, which
is fine. Completely normal. And then
we've got all this information. It's
grabbed their kind of brand feel, that
kind of orange vibe, so it does feel
like it's kind of native and part of
what they've done. Simple, transparent
pricing. Again, it's changed the
reviews. It's done everything. I mean,
this is literally wild. I'm really
freaking impressed with all the things
it's done here. And it's given us a full
breakdown of everything it's done. And I
think this is just night and day
compared to the original website that we
had here. And then when I show you how
we're actually going to sell this, it is
going to blow your mind. But before we
do that, what we need to do is actually
turn this into a repeatable skill. So
the idea here is that we're going to
take this into a skill that we can
repeat multiple times. Because if you
come on the left, you see we've got pull
website one and pull website two. So
check this out. I'm going to say, "Hey,
that what I would like you to do is
based on the entire process that you
just went through, I want you to create
for me a skill called an anti-gravity
cloning skill, which basically means I'm
going to give you a website. And when I
give you a website, you're going to run
through this skill to replicate this
process for another pool cleaning
company. I want to do that based on the
below skill. And then what we're going
to do is give it the anti-gravity skill
creator template from earlier, which if
you remember is this anti-gravity skill
one." So, we copy this, go back to
anti-gravity, come down, paste it in,
and let it do its own skill creation.
Meaning now that we can duplicate as
many of these as we want to add
infinite. Beautiful. And now that is
complete and it is ready to rock and
roll. The skill is now installed. So, if
I said, "Hey, do the third one." We can
now basically create as many as we want
to. Now, we've covered that. I want to
show you the second way that you can
actually clone this using Google's
number one design agent, Stitch. So, the
way that this would work is you would
give a prompt to Stitch and you would
say something like, "Hey there, I'd like
to create for me a gorgeous website with
three pages for a pool design company."
So, basically, it's going to be a pool
cleaning company. It's going to be
gorgeous. It's going to have blues.
It'll look like a phenomenal website.
Use all of the best libraries to design
this. So, you can work with Stitch. Now,
the difference between doing it in
Stitch and the way that we did it is
that we basically did it in AI Studio to
get a one pager. Stitch lets you have
multiple pages that you can then pick
and edit at the same time. So if we
wanted to build out a multi-page website
for a client for for our pool cleaning
companies or whoever we're working with
and we wanted different layers, we can
use Stitch to do that. So for example,
that might be the case if the clients
you're trying to help have like an
online form and they were to click on
multiple pages on that online form. And
then what we want to do is basically to
connect this to anti-gravity. Now I've
done a full breakdown on Stitch. I'll
put a link somewhere on screen so you
can get down and check out that how you
leverage everything. But let me give you
the beautiful TDR. If you come back over
to your first client playbook, what I've
done here is had included the Stitch
MCP. In fact, let me just improve this
real quick. Hey Glider, could you
reformat this such that if I were to
copy and paste it into, I don't know,
like notion, it would look gorgeous. It
is a code block because the problem is
if you don't have it in code block,
you're going to struggle when you copy
and paste it. Okay, beautiful. It's done
that for us. Great. So, let's just
remove this real quick. And we've got
it. So, all you're going to do is come
down, copy this. going to head straight
over to anti-gravity. And then with
anti-gravity, you can see I've got my
stitch already enabled here. What you're
going to do if you type in stitch, you
won't see it. So, what you've got to do
is come back to the agent and you're
basically going to open up a brand new
window and you're going to say, "Hey
there, dude. Dude, obviously it's
non-negotiable. I'm even transcribing
that. Oh my gosh." So, you'd say, "Hey
there. I would like you to add the below
MCP to my MCP config." Okay. Going to
come down. You're going to paste that
in. And then what you're going to do
here is substitute this with your uh
stitch API key. And then effectively
just come down and do at and type in as
you can see mcp_conig json. So mcp_config
mcp_config
json and then basically replace that
with your API key. And you can get that
API key by coming on these buttons down
here and then coming down to I believe
it's settings and then your API key. You
literally create a key, come back, enter
it in, then anti-gravity will add that
and you know that it's live when you
click on refresh and stitch appears.
This will then enable anti-gravity to
programmatically build this for you. So
then we come back over here. Uh we'll go
back and see what s has designed. Now
cool thing about this is it's got
multiple pages. So we've got your dream
project that's been uh created for us.
We've got mastering the art. This is a
little thin. So I think what we need to
do probably is ah it's been designed for
an app which I think is really cool. So
this has just done an app. You may think
that this is great. You give it as much
information as possible. So you can
finesse around by design. Do various
different improvements for it. Um
anything that you pretty much want to
do. It's very very very cool. So I might
just say something like hey dude these
are great. Make it for a website with a
I don't know typical screen ratio that
you'd see on a desktop. So you can give
it these types of designs. Then if you
go back to anti-gravity once you've kind
of like built your dream one let's just
say for example you can do this which is
hey dude using the stitch MCP I would
like you to pull down and tell me what
is the last project that I created. This
is a great way to validate that stitch
is connected. You can see it's now
pulling our stitch projects and what we
can do with this is use the design use
the layout use the structure or even the
typography or anything to literally go
ahead and build as many as we want to.
So look it's done something for mobile.
I should also call out by the way on
Stitch you can specify whether it's
mobile or web app. I designed this for
mobile hence why it's actually doing
mobile. But if I were to come back to
Stitch homepage for example, click on a
new one. You can see I can do it for
web. So I that was an app. This is now a
web. You kind of get the idea. So if we
were designing this for an app, I might
say something like cool could you
duplicate this entire mobile app for me
but do it for waste removal using the
same layout and just say I want you to
do this in stitch. Cool. Send that off.
And now this will duplicate that thing
in stitch for us. So this is a second
cloning mechanism we can do using
Google's number one AI design agent. And
look at this. It's now listing the
screens. It's grabbing them. It's
grabbing the HTML and it will start to
change those. Then we can extract that
and bring that into anti-gravity to edit
it for whatever we want to. Again, I'll
put the full stitch guide on screen, but
I wanted to show you how you can
leverage this exact system using this
Google's design agent. So now we've
crushed the build and we've got the
mechanism to duplicate and create as
many websites in the exact same style.
The next thing we need to do in our
fivepart money framework is to execute
outreach, which basically means we're
now going to start reaching out to these
businesses to start a conversation and
begin the monetization process. So this
is the bit where we need to come back to
the first client playbook cuz you've
done all the technical stuff, the
technical infrastructure and what I've
showed you right now. There isn't
anybody on the planet except for people
in my community that know how to do this
because obviously that's where all the
the breaking stuff is. So now you know
and not first of all not everyone's
going to watch this video and the people
that do most people are not going to
take action and that's not because
you're not a savage it's just because
the laws of action takers basically. So
if you can come down now what we next
need to do now we've done the research
we've got the business quality
standards. So check out the website. Is
it something that you'd be happy to show
in a portfolio? Does it look like
something that an actual agency would
charge for? And is it specifically
tailored to the business? It is. It
really, really is. And again, you can
make little micro edits to it if you
want to. I always recommend you even 10
minutes of just wouldn't it be great if
we could just add this thing or I
noticed the founder likes X, whatever
the thing is. So key thing, if your free
deliverable looks like free work,
doesn't open up doors. But leveraging
one of basically one of these our core
tutorials that I'm showing you here can
make it super powerful. And bear in
mind, they're going to be thinking if
this is what their free stuff looks
like, dude, what's it going to be like
when I bring them on board? So, we've
got the outreach now. We've found 10 to
20 businesses, which we've done. We've
found the right guys. We've built the
free piece, which is awesome. Now, we're
going to begin the outreach email. So,
what I've done for you, I've included
three different outreach emails that you
can try with these individuals. This is
all based on what really converts with
outreach. So, you notice, for example,
the subject line is lowercase because it
looks like it's actually been written by
a human being. Built you a website, a
new website. Hey, name I am X based in,
in this case, Austin, Texas. I came
across Joey's pool removal company and
thought your website could be doing more
for you. Again, it's about what's in it
for you. So, I built a new one. Here's
the link and we send in the link. I'll
show you how you host it in a second.
It's yours completely free and bully my
portfolio and your business stood out.
If you want me to fine-tune anything,
just ping back with your changes and
I'll sort it or I'm happy to jump on a
10-minute call and dial it in for you.
Your name. P.S. It's me friendly and
ready to go live whenever you are.
Notice that there's no ask at all in
this process. Then we got the local
play. Again, another one. Hey, I'm in
your name in a city. Checked out
business name. No catch. Just building
experiences with businesses that I rate.
Beautiful. Then finally, been
researching businesses. This one is the
compliment one. Spotted a quick win and
you can give a little bit of value there
as well. Then what we want to do is
automate your follow-ups, which I'm
going to show you in a second of how you
actually strategically do this sort of
stuff. Then we can begin with the upsell
path. Now, this is an important part to
cover, but before we can do that, we
actually have to know how we're going to
go ahead and host this website and then
start sending the emails. So to do that,
we're going to head straight back over
to anti-gravity. And what I'm going to
come down here and do, and you can see,
by the way, the thing that we asked it
to do previously in Stitch is already
completed. That was that cloning of the
web app, right? So if we actually head
over to Stitch now, we'll be able to see
that. So let's go check it out. And on
the left hand side, we've got the waste
removal app. Now, all this should be is
the same layout as before. And look at
this. Your spotless space. Mastering the
art of clean design. It's gotten
everything. It's just literally copied
it just like that. That is an insane
cloning system you can use to literally
take it to the next level. And look, it
really is app focused with the plus
button gallery services. It's completely
gorgeous. Now, to upload this to GitHub
programmatically via anti-gravity, we
need to basically tell it, hey, I want
you to connect to GitHub such that I can
upload and create as many repos as I
want to, and it will install something
by homeroom. Then it will automatically
open something up, which is this. It's
given us a credential, which is this
credential right here. We then swing
over to the GitHub page, click on the
account that you've created, click on
continue, and then paste in that code.
And when that's done, come down and
click on authorize GitHub.
Congratulations, we are all set and
ready to go. Then we come back over to
anti-gravity. It looks like it's all
done. We say, "Hey dude, that looks like
it's all complete. I would like you now
to go ahead and to create a new GitHub
repo for pool website 2 and publish it."
And then once we've given that command,
we send it off over there. Now, why is
this cool? Because then essentially,
let's say we create now 52 different
websites on the left hand side. Very
cool. Now we can actually publish 52
repos online which is really cool. So
now we're already pre-authenticated. It
can do that for us. And then we can just
host them all which is really freaking
awesome. And just like that, it's now
fully uploaded which is amazing. So if I
click on this, I should then see this in
the GitHub repo. Let's have a look. And
it is there rocking and rolling. So
question is how do we now post this?
Well, you can head over to Vel. But I've
got a hack for you that's so freaking
cool. So ordinarily in VLE, what you
would do is you'd come down, you'd add
new website, click on project, give that
a second, and then you'd click on the
import, you'd import it, publish it. But
you actually can do this
programmatically with anti-gravity. So
if I come back, for example, and just
show you an existing website like my
agency for example, where you can book
in and kick some butt. This was all
designed with anti-gravity. Pretty cool,
right? And I just published it on there
and it's really cool. We even got
messages. This is really cool. Get rid
of that for a second. You can come down.
Lots of great stuff happening, right?
Cool. So then if I come back to our
guide, you can see we've got it here.
Let me just highlight all this text. One
second. We'll turn this into a code
block very quickly. Hey glido, I would
like you to reformat this text as a code
block in notion such that if I were to
post it into notion, it would look like
a code block. Awesome. So what we're
going to do now is basically grab this
text. We are going to copy it and then
we're going to send this into
anti-gravity. And once we've got that,
as you can see, we now have it down
below, I believe. Let's just come down
and see what we've got. Beautiful.
Remove this one. And this is fantastic.
All you're going to do is replace this
with your API key, which you can grab
from Versell, which you can get from versell.com/acount/
versell.com/acount/ settings/tokens.
settings/tokens.
And all you do is literally create a
token. And then you're going to insert
it there. So then you come back over to
once again anti-gravity. Come back to
the agent. And as always, you can come
down and say, "Hey, I would like you to
add the Versel MCP to my MCP config."
Cool. Come down and paste the info in.
Beautiful. change this key and then just
to be sure we're going to come down and
we're going to tag the MCP config file.
MCP uh should be underscore config.
There you go. And then it will add that
for you. Then once that's done, you hit
enter. When you come over to MCP servers
and you come over to manage MCP servers,
you will see on the left hand side the
cell which is right there. Now the cell
has a 100 tools, right? Which is crazy.
So we don't really need a 100 tools.
I've enabled 10 that I think you use
most of the time which is 1 6 12 13 14
15 and then at the end I would enable if
I were you um 146 147 148 149 again if
we have 150 enabled our context window
is going to go in like 5 seconds plus
it's not relevant so these are the ones
I found that I use the most so we come
back to the agent and what I'm going to
say now is hey using the Vel plugin I
would like you to publish the website
that you just placed on GitHub to Vel so
that the website will now be live and
then share with me the published URL
here. So basically we didn't have to
touch a single website. It knows GitHub.
It knows Vel. So it can publish the repo
and then actually go ahead and then push
it live which is crazy. This will then
open up a new window to authenticate. Um
as you can see then come down and click
on allow. And just like that guys with
no additional inputs. It's now published
to it directly to Vel. So the only way
to check that out is to click on pull
website to visel.app. And here is the
deployment URL. So let's check it out.
We click on this. We click on open. And
let's see if it's live. Give it a
second. And okay, cool. And it is
literally ready to rock and roll. The
only thing that's missing is the logo.
So, we just need to fix that, which is
so cool because I can show you that. So,
all we do is we come down. We're going
to come over and we're going to
screenshot that. Like so. Click on
options. Click on clipboard. Come back
over to anti-gravity. Click on cancel
and say, "Hey dude, website looks great,
but you did not include their logo.
Please fix this." And then come down.
And then we're going to paste in that
image. Send it off. Then anti-gravity
will fix this one for us. Wonderful. And
the fix is allegedly deployed. So, all
we do is click down on this link. Let's
open it up and check this one out. And
do we see the logo? And we do. Now,
check it out. We're all ready to rock and roll. It's now deployed on a
and roll. It's now deployed on a website, which means we can now give
website, which means we can now give somebody this website, which is cool.
somebody this website, which is cool. Send that one off. And we're ready to
Send that one off. And we're ready to rock and roll. How freaking cool is
rock and roll. How freaking cool is this? I think it's I think this is epic
this? I think it's I think this is epic cuz this is all programmatic. But this
cuz this is all programmatic. But this is where it gets even better. We come
is where it gets even better. We come back over to anti-gravity. What I'm
back over to anti-gravity. What I'm going to do is now create an
going to do is now create an anti-gravity skill for this process. So,
anti-gravity skill for this process. So, I'm going to say, "Awesome work. I now
I'm going to say, "Awesome work. I now want to create a new anti-gravity skill
want to create a new anti-gravity skill using this anti-gravity skill creator
using this anti-gravity skill creator document for publishing on GitHub and
document for publishing on GitHub and then publishing on versel. Making sure
then publishing on versel. Making sure that we don't have any further hiccups
that we don't have any further hiccups with a logo like we did in the first
with a logo like we did in the first instance. Incorporate your learning.
instance. Incorporate your learning. Beautiful. So then that's going to
Beautiful. So then that's going to become a new skill. So think about the
become a new skill. So think about the skills that we've got now. We've got the
skills that we've got now. We've got the anti-gravity cloning skill and then
anti-gravity cloning skill and then we've got the anti-gravity GitHub to
we've got the anti-gravity GitHub to versail skill. So you can see now we
versail skill. So you can see now we really actually don't really need to do
really actually don't really need to do anything. And the cool thing here is
anything. And the cool thing here is that any change that we make in
that any change that we make in anti-gravity will be instantaneously
anti-gravity will be instantaneously reflected on the website because GitHub
reflected on the website because GitHub is just a reflection of the code that
is just a reflection of the code that we're editing. And then GitHub and Vel
we're editing. And then GitHub and Vel are mirrored which is just why it's so
are mirrored which is just why it's so perfect. So now we've crushed everything
perfect. So now we've crushed everything with the hosting. The next step that
with the hosting. The next step that we've got to do here as part of this
we've got to do here as part of this part of the framework is to actually set
part of the framework is to actually set up the campaign on instantly. So we can
up the campaign on instantly. So we can set up not just an individual email,
set up not just an individual email, several follow-up emails. And as always
several follow-up emails. And as always guys, all the money is made in the
guys, all the money is made in the follow-up because the people you're
follow-up because the people you're emailing actually are usually very busy.
emailing actually are usually very busy. And it's not because they're not
And it's not because they're not interested in your service. It's just
interested in your service. It's just because they've got a lot of stuff to
because they've got a lot of stuff to do. So most people, in fact, over 50% of
do. So most people, in fact, over 50% of people if they don't get a response in
people if they don't get a response in email one, don't bother following up. So
email one, don't bother following up. So you must must must follow up. That's
you must must must follow up. That's where the all the money is made in
where the all the money is made in emails like 3 to seven basically. So,
emails like 3 to seven basically. So, we've got our emails here, but what I'd
we've got our emails here, but what I'd like you to do is this is a suggested
like you to do is this is a suggested follow-up sequence. You want to build
follow-up sequence. You want to build like six if you can, but three would be
like six if you can, but three would be the minimum. So, day one is to send the
the minimum. So, day one is to send the email. Day three, we're going to have a
email. Day three, we're going to have a follow-up. Then day seven, a follow up
follow-up. Then day seven, a follow up to that. Now, this is a breakup email.
to that. Now, this is a breakup email. I'd actually recommend probably you move
I'd actually recommend probably you move this one to something like day 28. And
this one to something like day 28. And then probably going to add in here
then probably going to add in here something like a day seven. And then
something like a day seven. And then what we'll do is add in a day 14. All
what we'll do is add in a day 14. All right. So, this is going to be a really
right. So, this is going to be a really good one to rock and roll. And day 28
good one to rock and roll. And day 28 can be your breakup sequence which is
can be your breakup sequence which is cool. So once we've done that we move
cool. So once we've done that we move on. It's all automated runs in the
on. It's all automated runs in the background. We don't have to think about
background. We don't have to think about it. So before I go to the upsell path
it. So before I go to the upsell path let's head over now to instantly and
let's head over now to instantly and check out the wonders of what this looks
check out the wonders of what this looks like. So we come over to instantly. Now
like. So we come over to instantly. Now first thing I want to do is connect an
first thing I want to do is connect an account from which you can send emails.
account from which you can send emails. So you can connect it to your own
So you can connect it to your own individual Gmail or if you want to
individual Gmail or if you want to within instantly you can actually buy
within instantly you can actually buy pre-warmed domains. Because if you
pre-warmed domains. Because if you create a brand new email and it's never
create a brand new email and it's never sent anything before, you most likely go
sent anything before, you most likely go straight to spam, which is exactly what
straight to spam, which is exactly what we don't want. So, when you click on
we don't want. So, when you click on that, you can see you can buy a
that, you can see you can buy a pre-warmed account, which is very cool.
pre-warmed account, which is very cool. Um, you don't want to uh basically email
Um, you don't want to uh basically email from it atgmail.com. It doesn't really
from it atgmail.com. It doesn't really look as professional. Let's get you a
look as professional. Let's get you a profile photo. Let's get you something
profile photo. Let's get you something decent. I prefer to email my own email
decent. I prefer to email my own email if cuz I'm not doing ridiculous thousand
if cuz I'm not doing ridiculous thousand email per sequence uh campaigns on that
email per sequence uh campaigns on that email. If it's doing like 30 40
email. If it's doing like 30 40 businesses a week, I think that's super
businesses a week, I think that's super reasonable and will be decent. But
reasonable and will be decent. But again, you can buy pre-warmmed accounts
again, you can buy pre-warmmed accounts or go straight to your email setup. So,
or go straight to your email setup. So, if you're doing an existing account and
if you're doing an existing account and click on Gmail, but if not, just go for
click on Gmail, but if not, just go for the pre-warmed, which you can see here.
the pre-warmed, which you can see here. You click on this, you get 50% off
You click on this, you get 50% off pre-warm, which is cool. And you can
pre-warm, which is cool. And you can pick a random one. It doesn't really
pick a random one. It doesn't really matter. People aren't going to be
matter. People aren't going to be scrutinizing as much. So, you can come
scrutinizing as much. So, you can come down and say, I don't know, let's just
down and say, I don't know, let's just say you like this one here. Again, this
say you like this one here. Again, this is $0 to get started. Click on next.
is $0 to get started. Click on next. Then, you can pick a forwarding domain,
Then, you can pick a forwarding domain, which is cool. And likewise, if you're
which is cool. And likewise, if you're doing your own email, just come down
doing your own email, just come down here and connect via Gmail. Come down
here and connect via Gmail. Come down here. Oorthth is great. What that
here. Oorthth is great. What that basically means, it will open up a new
basically means, it will open up a new page. It'll ask you to sign in. Copy
page. It'll ask you to sign in. Copy this. Click on login. Then we down and
this. Click on login. Then we down and we confirm. Then once you've either
we confirm. Then once you've either purchased a pre-warm domain, which I'd
purchased a pre-warm domain, which I'd recommend that you do if you've never
recommend that you do if you've never had one before. What I suggest you come
had one before. What I suggest you come down and do is click on campaigns. So
down and do is click on campaigns. So we're going to come down and create a
we're going to come down and create a brand new one. So click on add new in
brand new one. So click on add new in the top right. Call this one something
the top right. Call this one something like all cleaners. Sweet. Click on
like all cleaners. Sweet. Click on continue. This is great. Well, we need
continue. This is great. Well, we need some leads, right? Well, great news.
some leads, right? Well, great news. Good job that we have some leads, right?
Good job that we have some leads, right? So, let's go back over to anti-gravity
So, let's go back over to anti-gravity and grab our leads. So, anti-gravity
and grab our leads. So, anti-gravity here has just finished creating the
here has just finished creating the skill. I mean, look at the detail on
skill. I mean, look at the detail on this. It's so freaking cool. So, let's
this. It's so freaking cool. So, let's open a brand new window. Mainly because
open a brand new window. Mainly because we don't want to, by the way, I love
we don't want to, by the way, I love that it's done a pre-flight checklist.
that it's done a pre-flight checklist. It's got the created GitHub repo. It's
It's got the created GitHub repo. It's got all the different steps, but we
got all the different steps, but we create a new window so we don't suffer
create a new window so we don't suffer from context. So, I'm going to say,
from context. So, I'm going to say, "Hey, dude, could you do me a favor?
"Hey, dude, could you do me a favor? Take the um Austin pool cleaners
Take the um Austin pool cleaners enriched and save a copy of that to my
enriched and save a copy of that to my desktop, please." And once again come
desktop, please." And once again come down and at it just so it knows exact it
down and at it just so it knows exact it should know what you're talking about
should know what you're talking about but just for the sake of certainty just
but just for the sake of certainty just put it there. So this will take a copy
put it there. So this will take a copy of that throw on our desktop and then
of that throw on our desktop and then we're going to grab that and upload
we're going to grab that and upload that. So we come back over to the
that. So we come back over to the wonderful instantly and then we click on
wonderful instantly and then we click on add leads and then want to come down and
add leads and then want to come down and upload a CSV and click upload. And as
upload a CSV and click upload. And as you can see here we've got Austin Paul
you can see here we've got Austin Paul clean. So we click on this guy and
clean. So we click on this guy and what's really cool here is it has types
what's really cool here is it has types that you can choose. So we've got all
that you can choose. So we've got all their emails which is fantastic. We've
their emails which is fantastic. We've got the website, we've got their
got the website, we've got their address, we've got the neighborhood. So,
address, we've got the neighborhood. So, the general rule of thumb here is don't
the general rule of thumb here is don't upload information that you're not
upload information that you're not realistically going to use in the
realistically going to use in the campaign. Like, if you're not
campaign. Like, if you're not necessarily going to have like their
necessarily going to have like their Instagram in the why does it need to be
Instagram in the why does it need to be in the campaign, right? It's just not
in the campaign, right? It's just not simply relevant. Their business name, I
simply relevant. Their business name, I think, would be really cool. But the
think, would be really cool. But the problem is it's got some North Austin
problem is it's got some North Austin stuff. So, what we could do probably is
stuff. So, what we could do probably is a bit of cleansing. So, we could
a bit of cleansing. So, we could actually go back to anti-gravity and
actually go back to anti-gravity and say, "Hey, I want you to go through that
say, "Hey, I want you to go through that list." And instead of saying Austin,
list." And instead of saying Austin, Texas, uh, Ford hyphen blah blah blah,
Texas, uh, Ford hyphen blah blah blah, just write it in such a way that it
just write it in such a way that it would appear naturally within the email.
would appear naturally within the email. So, you can make those levels of
So, you can make those levels of customizations if you want to. I should
customizations if you want to. I should also add, by the way, that anti-gravity
also add, by the way, that anti-gravity can do further research on this. So, for
can do further research on this. So, for example, what we could say is
example, what we could say is anti-gravity, I want to do further
anti-gravity, I want to do further research on all these things and find me
research on all these things and find me three interesting facts about them and
three interesting facts about them and then we could integrate them into
then we could integrate them into emails. That's where we're at now in
emails. That's where we're at now in 2026. This is what genuinely isn't sent.
2026. This is what genuinely isn't sent. One little tip for you by the way is
One little tip for you by the way is that you see in this initial file we had
that you see in this initial file we had email comma email colon email semicolon
email comma email colon email semicolon etc. is that that can affect the
etc. is that that can affect the uploadability to instantly. So I'd
uploadability to instantly. So I'd recommend that you just ask anti-gravity
recommend that you just ask anti-gravity to pass it out. So you only have one
to pass it out. So you only have one email in the email column. Then we come
email in the email column. Then we come back over, we scroll down to the bottom
back over, we scroll down to the bottom and then we're going to upload them all.
and then we're going to upload them all. Then we have these contacts that have
Then we have these contacts that have been uploaded which is amazing. And then
been uploaded which is amazing. And then we can use a playbook to write the first
we can use a playbook to write the first email. So we come over. Let's grab this
email. So we come over. Let's grab this as if for instance build your first
as if for instance build your first email. It's free. Come over. Throw that
email. It's free. Come over. Throw that in there. Fantastic. And then we're
in there. Fantastic. And then we're going to come down to this guy right
going to come down to this guy right here. And then we can copy all this
here. And then we can copy all this information. Come over and throw it in
information. Come over and throw it in there. Fantastic. So obviously with
there. Fantastic. So obviously with everything but loaded, we could create
everything but loaded, we could create dynamic variables. Another one here is
dynamic variables. Another one here is you can just kind of keep it quite
you can just kind of keep it quite generic cuz hey there I'm based in and
generic cuz hey there I'm based in and this one. What's this we're based? I
this one. What's this we're based? I think it was like Austin. I came across
think it was like Austin. I came across your business name blah blah blah. So
your business name blah blah blah. So we'd like to hit here is link. I would
we'd like to hit here is link. I would probably actually hyperlink this. So I
probably actually hyperlink this. So I reckon we just come down colon that.
reckon we just come down colon that. Then we can highlight this and let's
Then we can highlight this and let's just add a link and then we add the
just add a link and then we add the website URL. So I've grabbed it from
website URL. So I've grabbed it from over here which is ace. Let's head back
over here which is ace. Let's head back over to instantly. Now crucially guys
over to instantly. Now crucially guys what we can't do is include a hard URL
what we can't do is include a hard URL because if we do that it's going to be
because if we do that it's going to be the same URL for every business. So we
the same URL for every business. So we actually need to get the URL of this in
actually need to get the URL of this in our upload data. So, for example, when
our upload data. So, for example, when you go to anti-gravity, uh, which is
you go to anti-gravity, uh, which is going to be over here, what you're going
going to be over here, what you're going to say is, "Hey, dude, I want you to add
to say is, "Hey, dude, I want you to add me an additional row to the enriched
me an additional row to the enriched data. What I'd like to do is have new
data. What I'd like to do is have new website." And in the skill, once you've
website." And in the skill, once you've completed the skill, you are to update
completed the skill, you are to update that column and that particular field
that column and that particular field with the new website URL from Versel.
with the new website URL from Versel. Awesome. So, essentially what happens
Awesome. So, essentially what happens now is when anti-gravity's created it
now is when anti-gravity's created it and spawned it and posted it on Versel,
and spawned it and posted it on Versel, it will create a unique link. That
it will create a unique link. That unique link is then added to our data.
unique link is then added to our data. So when we upload that data to
So when we upload that data to instantly, we can then basically
instantly, we can then basically dynamically share each of the individual
dynamically share each of the individual brand new website links to all of our
brand new website links to all of our clients. Meaning we get 80 100 unique
clients. Meaning we get 80 100 unique links to unique websites without
links to unique websites without touching a single thing. Now obviously
touching a single thing. Now obviously we've not done this for 80 different
we've not done this for 80 different websites right now. So we can't do that.
websites right now. So we can't do that. So I'm going to show you as an example,
So I'm going to show you as an example, but if I come back over now, the way
but if I come back over now, the way that you do this in instantly is you do
that you do this in instantly is you do two curly brackets and it'll show you
two curly brackets and it'll show you all of the fields that it has. So, for
all of the fields that it has. So, for example, if you'd had fun fact one or
example, if you'd had fun fact one or favorite pet name or whatever you want
favorite pet name or whatever you want to in this sheet that we upload will
to in this sheet that we upload will appear when you do this. So, say hey, I
appear when you do this. So, say hey, I built you a new one and this would be
built you a new one and this would be website and it would show you that.
website and it would show you that. Really freaking cool. Then we sign it
Really freaking cool. Then we sign it off with Jack blah blah blah. Really,
off with Jack blah blah blah. Really, really cool. You can preview this email.
really cool. You can preview this email. You can see as you want to really
You can see as you want to really freaking slick. Make sure it's decent.
freaking slick. Make sure it's decent. Then obviously what we can do and
Then obviously what we can do and instantly which makes it so freaking
instantly which makes it so freaking decent is we can add in steps. And
decent is we can add in steps. And essentially what this will be is the
essentially what this will be is the follow-up email, right? So then we come
follow-up email, right? So then we come back over, we grab the full email and
back over, we grab the full email and it's like, "Hey, stop ignoring me." No,
it's like, "Hey, stop ignoring me." No, I'm joking. Don't want to say that. But
I'm joking. Don't want to say that. But you basically have your sequence here
you basically have your sequence here that you fill out. Then crucially, you
that you fill out. Then crucially, you can send the next message in X days. So
can send the next message in X days. So ours want to do in 3 days. Then we go to
ours want to do in 3 days. Then we go to step two. Previous subject email
step two. Previous subject email basically means it's going to be in the
basically means it's going to be in the same thread. And you can build out the
same thread. And you can build out the entire thing. Now once you've built out
entire thing. Now once you've built out this five, six email sequence, some go
this five, six email sequence, some go up to 12, by the way. There's a lot that
up to 12, by the way. There's a lot that you can do, which is awesome. You're
you can do, which is awesome. You're ready to basically go on and get rocking
ready to basically go on and get rocking and rolling. The cool thing is that you
and rolling. The cool thing is that you can actually specify the timings of when
can actually specify the timings of when you want those emails to go out. 12:00
you want those emails to go out. 12:00 midday is always a great time to send
midday is always a great time to send emails based on the time zone of where
emails based on the time zone of where the users are at. Then on the option
the users are at. Then on the option section, you'll decide the account from
section, you'll decide the account from which you're sending them, you can
which you're sending them, you can decide to stop sending emails on reply,
decide to stop sending emails on reply, which I heavily recommend cuz the second
which I heavily recommend cuz the second they send a reply, then you're going to
they send a reply, then you're going to take over and have those conversations.
take over and have those conversations. You can have open tracking if you want
You can have open tracking if you want link tracking or not. Some stuff on
link tracking or not. Some stuff on delivery optimization. That is a thing
delivery optimization. That is a thing you want to optimize for. just want to
you want to optimize for. just want to make sure that the emails are landing in
make sure that the emails are landing in the inbox. Bear in mind, you've also got
the inbox. Bear in mind, you've also got the Instagram, you've got the LinkedIn,
the Instagram, you've got the LinkedIn, we can follow up on different channels
we can follow up on different channels as part of a kind of multi- channelannel
as part of a kind of multi- channelannel campaign, and we can automate that in
campaign, and we can automate that in anti-gravity. The the rabbit hole just
anti-gravity. The the rabbit hole just keeps getting deeper and deeper. Then
keeps getting deeper and deeper. Then obviously daily limit, which is the
obviously daily limit, which is the maximum number of emails. This in part
maximum number of emails. This in part is because if you send too many, uh,
is because if you send too many, uh, Gmail's like, "What the hell is going on
Gmail's like, "What the hell is going on with this guy's account?" And it can
with this guy's account?" And it can affect deliverability and stuff like
affect deliverability and stuff like that, especially if it's a fresh new
that, especially if it's a fresh new account. Then when you're ready to rock
account. Then when you're ready to rock and roll, you can launch it and then it
and roll, you can launch it and then it officially begins. And then what's
officially begins. And then what's really cool is all your emails then
really cool is all your emails then instantly can be managed in one specific
instantly can be managed in one specific spot. So you can reply to different
spot. So you can reply to different people across different campaigns. You
people across different campaigns. You can try different things. So for
can try different things. So for example, if you come back over to on the
example, if you come back over to on the left hand side campaigns, you click on
left hand side campaigns, you click on pool clears for instance and let's just
pool clears for instance and let's just say we come down and want to edit this.
say we come down and want to edit this. What we can do is try out different
What we can do is try out different variants. So we can test whether a
variants. So we can test whether a certain version of it works or a certain
certain version of it works or a certain one doesn't. So in our case, we've got
one doesn't. So in our case, we've got three different versions. So we can
three different versions. So we can split test those three. Again, if you're
split test those three. Again, if you're doing split test, you want slightly
doing split test, you want slightly more, more numbers and less. It just
more, more numbers and less. It just kind of works that way. But if you just
kind of works that way. But if you just take a step back and appreciate what
take a step back and appreciate what you've built, you've built an entire
you've built, you've built an entire custom website that is definitively
custom website that is definitively almost certainly way better than their
almost certainly way better than their existing website based on data and
existing website based on data and you've given it away for free and you've
you've given it away for free and you've automated the entire thing. That's
automated the entire thing. That's pretty exceptional. And you know, that's
pretty exceptional. And you know, that's the kind of thing that people pay a lot
the kind of thing that people pay a lot of money for and you're doing it for
of money for and you're doing it for free programmatically with Google's
free programmatically with Google's anti-gravity. So now we've executed and
anti-gravity. So now we've executed and automated the outreach. This takes us on
automated the outreach. This takes us on to the fifth and probably the most fun
to the fifth and probably the most fun step in our five-step money framework
step in our five-step money framework which stands for yield. Now this is the
which stands for yield. Now this is the bit how we take everything we've done
bit how we take everything we've done and turn it into monthly recurring
and turn it into monthly recurring revenue and dollar signs for you. And so
revenue and dollar signs for you. And so this is called the razor blades model
this is called the razor blades model which is actually inspired by Harry's
which is actually inspired by Harry's razor. The idea is they give you the
razor. The idea is they give you the razor free. They give you the kind of um
razor free. They give you the kind of um you the actual holder for free and they
you the actual holder for free and they sell you the razors. So that's kind of
sell you the razors. So that's kind of essentially what we've done. We've given
essentially what we've done. We've given you the website for free. Looks awesome.
you the website for free. Looks awesome. It's all personalized. It's yours. And
It's all personalized. It's yours. And now we're going to sell them the raises.
now we're going to sell them the raises. But what are the raises, Jack? Well, the
But what are the raises, Jack? Well, the raises are the following. So,
raises are the following. So, essentially what we've got here is Mr.
essentially what we've got here is Mr. Adults. So, once they've accepted the
Adults. So, once they've accepted the free work and they're happy, that's the
free work and they're happy, that's the most important thing. You're optimizing
most important thing. You're optimizing for nothing, but they're happiness. They
for nothing, but they're happiness. They may say, "Jack, it looks great. Could
may say, "Jack, it looks great. Could you just kind of move these things
you just kind of move these things around? Could you do this? Could you do
around? Could you do this? Could you do that?" Do it for them. Just make them
that?" Do it for them. Just make them happy. You're looking for a this is so
happy. You're looking for a this is so much value. How can I repair you? Or I
much value. How can I repair you? Or I can't believe you've done this for free.
can't believe you've done this for free. Thank you so much for doing that. That's
Thank you so much for doing that. That's what we're optimizing for. When we hear
what we're optimizing for. When we hear that is when we're like, "Okay, now it's
that is when we're like, "Okay, now it's time to strike." Not like a kind of
time to strike." Not like a kind of cobra waiting in labor, but you get the
cobra waiting in labor, but you get the idea. So, once they've accepted the free
idea. So, once they've accepted the free work and they're happy, then the
work and they're happy, then the relationship begins. Cuz your objective
relationship begins. Cuz your objective is to get the relationship right. Don't
is to get the relationship right. Don't rush it. Let the experience, let them
rush it. Let the experience, let them experience value with no ask. Honestly,
experience value with no ask. Honestly, no expectation. Practice it. Then
no expectation. Practice it. Then introduce small but affordable add-ons.
introduce small but affordable add-ons. Especially if you're a client number
Especially if you're a client number one. I just want you to get something
one. I just want you to get something that's paying first. doesn't need to um
that's paying first. doesn't need to um put you on the moon today, but it will
put you on the moon today, but it will do eventually. So, starter MR and
do eventually. So, starter MR and add-ons, these are low friction, easy to
add-ons, these are low friction, easy to say yes to services that can offer and
say yes to services that can offer and monthly recurring revenue once trust is
monthly recurring revenue once trust is established. So, website hosting and
established. So, website hosting and maintenance, $50 to $300 a month. So,
maintenance, $50 to $300 a month. So, you've given them the website, they can
you've given them the website, they can then take that website and do whatever
then take that website and do whatever they want to. But if they want you to do
they want to. But if they want you to do email management or like hosting the
email management or like hosting the website, that's something you can do.
website, that's something you can do. But like that one you may do yourself if
But like that one you may do yourself if you want to but there are hosting costs
you want to but there are hosting costs obviously but VELL is fine but you may
obviously but VELL is fine but you may say do you want a custom domain?
say do you want a custom domain? Awesome. That's going to be X dollars
Awesome. That's going to be X dollars per month. You can just give it to them
per month. You can just give it to them monthly SEO maintenance. So this is
monthly SEO maintenance. So this is really where I would start with it. So
really where I would start with it. So you may say for example awesome John
you may say for example awesome John appreciate love the website by the way
appreciate love the website by the way John when you have that conversation
John when you have that conversation with them which is why it's good to
with them which is why it's good to actually in the email to say by the way
actually in the email to say by the way dude need help in getting this set up
dude need help in getting this set up let me know. Get it set up for them.
let me know. Get it set up for them. Give them access to the GitHub repo
Give them access to the GitHub repo explain how to do it. Then you'd say,
explain how to do it. Then you'd say, "John, by the way, while we're on the
"John, by the way, while we're on the call, what would you say the biggest
call, what would you say the biggest problem is that you're facing right now
problem is that you're facing right now in the business?" And just double tap on
in the business?" And just double tap on that and let them explain. This is the
that and let them explain. This is the first third. Third is what is the
first third. Third is what is the problem? Second one, awesome. What
problem? Second one, awesome. What impact is that having? Okay, cool. So,
impact is that having? Okay, cool. So, you're saying that your pool cleaning
you're saying that your pool cleaning business is like the best quality in the
business is like the best quality in the area, but you're not getting as many
area, but you're not getting as many leads as you deserve, right? You can
leads as you deserve, right? You can then ask him something like, "Cool.
then ask him something like, "Cool. Well, do you want by dude for like you
Well, do you want by dude for like you know $250 a month we can get you
know $250 a month we can get you something like essential SEO maintenance
something like essential SEO maintenance to start getting you ranked up on Google
to start getting you ranked up on Google for those keywords if you want to.
for those keywords if you want to. Awesome. Or dude, do you know if we
Awesome. Or dude, do you know if we found by the way John if you add an AI
found by the way John if you add an AI chatbot on the website they can respond
chatbot on the website they can respond to those leads within like 20 seconds.
to those leads within like 20 seconds. Your conversion rate doubles and dude
Your conversion rate doubles and dude best part it's only like $500 a month.
best part it's only like $500 a month. Freaking sick. Social media management.
Freaking sick. Social media management. You say John have you thought about
You say John have you thought about growing on Instagram and LinkedIn? Like
growing on Instagram and LinkedIn? Like these channels are hot right now for
these channels are hot right now for your audience. We could do XYZ. Great.
your audience. We could do XYZ. Great. Awesome. That's that's like x hundred
Awesome. That's that's like x hundred bucks per month. You get the idea. So
bucks per month. You get the idea. So the idea is that you build a
the idea is that you build a relationship, you add loads of free
relationship, you add loads of free value and then we pitch one of these
value and then we pitch one of these like micro recurring revenue services
like micro recurring revenue services that they want based on what they say.
that they want based on what they say. And bear in mind, you can do multiple.
And bear in mind, you can do multiple. They don't have to do 10 tomorrow. You
They don't have to do 10 tomorrow. You could start with one. And bear in mind,
could start with one. And bear in mind, you've already done such good value for
you've already done such good value for them, they're inclined to say yes. We've
them, they're inclined to say yes. We've got email follow-up automations. Like
got email follow-up automations. Like John, they register. Are you doing any
John, they register. Are you doing any email follow-up right now? Because
email follow-up right now? Because that's kind of where all the value is.
that's kind of where all the value is. Cool. Well, we know how to do it because
Cool. Well, we know how to do it because I just told you right on instantly. So,
I just told you right on instantly. So, you can you can sell that now. Review
you can you can sell that now. Review generation systems. Um, basically, how
generation systems. Um, basically, how do we actually automate post service
do we actually automate post service review requests? There's so many
review requests? There's so many different directions. No matter what
different directions. No matter what they say, I guarantee you they're not
they say, I guarantee you they're not doing one of these things. And these
doing one of these things. And these businesses, guys, are cashri
booking generation, you can do that for them. Mist call, text back, we can do,
them. Mist call, text back, we can do, we can do so many different things. So
we can do so many different things. So the idea is you get a suite of these
the idea is you get a suite of these things and you know for your first
things and you know for your first client you know you give like get three
client you know you give like get three to five happy customers statistically
to five happy customers statistically one is going to take you up on at least
one is going to take you up on at least one of these offers which means that
one of these offers which means that you're actually now cash generative then
you're actually now cash generative then you can build on that and scale it up as
you can build on that and scale it up as well which is phenomenal. Now how do you
well which is phenomenal. Now how do you actually introduce the upsell? So it's
actually introduce the upsell? So it's really really important to understand
really really important to understand cuz I don't want you to mess this part
cuz I don't want you to mess this part up because you've already come so far
up because you've already come so far and you're going to crush it. So you're
and you're going to crush it. So you're going to ask how things are going with
going to ask how things are going with the website. Number one, you're going to
the website. Number one, you're going to ask the pain points they're dealing with
ask the pain points they're dealing with and then you're going to listen more
and then you're going to listen more than you talk. suggest one small add-on
than you talk. suggest one small add-on that directly solves the problem that
that directly solves the problem that you mentioned and then price it
you mentioned and then price it affordably. Remember, you're not trying
affordably. Remember, you're not trying to make a million dollars on this call.
to make a million dollars on this call. This is about getting your first paying
This is about getting your first paying relationship, not maximizing revenue.
relationship, not maximizing revenue. Remember, your first paying client at
Remember, your first paying client at $150 a month is infinitely more valuable
$150 a month is infinitely more valuable to you than zero clients at $2,000 a
to you than zero clients at $2,000 a month. Really think about that because

when you've got the relationship, you can grow, expand, add value, and then
can grow, expand, add value, and then it's a wonderful, wonderful thing. done.
it's a wonderful, wonderful thing. done. I my recommendations for your first
I my recommendations for your first client is keep it under $300 a month to

always increase the pricing for future clients. very very cool. Now, there's
clients. very very cool. Now, there's two things I want you to do on top of
two things I want you to do on top of that. First one is collecting proof. So,
that. First one is collecting proof. So, whether they go on to take the service
whether they go on to take the service or not, I want you to get testimonials
or not, I want you to get testimonials from them. One of the tools I recommend
from them. One of the tools I recommend for this is video ask, which is great. A
for this is video ask, which is great. A buddy of mine, Johnny, put me on this a
buddy of mine, Johnny, put me on this a little while ago. It's like a video
little while ago. It's like a video testimonial thing where it sends them
testimonial thing where it sends them and they'll get the link and it's like,
and they'll get the link and it's like, "Hey, what's your name?" "Hey, my name
"Hey, what's your name?" "Hey, my name is John." "Cool. Um, how did you find
is John." "Cool. Um, how did you find Jack's experience? Jack's website
Jack's experience? Jack's website building. Jack built me an amazing
building. Jack built me an amazing website. So viable. Highly recommend
website. So viable. Highly recommend it." Cool. At the end of it, it's like,
it." Cool. At the end of it, it's like, "Oh, John, if you recommend us that
"Oh, John, if you recommend us that much, why don't we take care of this
much, why don't we take care of this other thing for you?" So, you get the
other thing for you?" So, you get the idea. And then on your own website,
idea. And then on your own website, you've now got testimonials because
you've now got testimonials because proof is everything. You could just
proof is everything. You could just literally have a CTA and then a wall of
literally have a CTA and then a wall of proof and that will sell. I know one of
proof and that will sell. I know one of my buddies in Dubai did $6 million in
my buddies in Dubai did $6 million in sales last year. That is essentially his
sales last year. That is essentially his website. It's hey, VSSL and then loads
website. It's hey, VSSL and then loads of proof of people is helped. And then
of proof of people is helped. And then once you've done that, this takes us
once you've done that, this takes us very nicely onto phase six, which is
very nicely onto phase six, which is getting client number two and beyond.
getting client number two and beyond. So, now we've got it. Now, we've got you
So, now we've got it. Now, we've got you earning some money. How do we scale that
earning some money. How do we scale that up? Well, first thing we do is we ask
up? Well, first thing we do is we ask our client, this is really important, do
our client, this is really important, do you know anyone else who could use
you know anyone else who could use something like this? That's really
something like this? That's really important because you're not asking
important because you're not asking them, do you know anything? And it feels
them, do you know anything? And it feels less salesy. So, even this is a crazy
less salesy. So, even this is a crazy hack. Even if you speak to somebody who
hack. Even if you speak to somebody who doesn't want help, they say, "Jack, I
doesn't want help, they say, "Jack, I really appreciate the website. We just
really appreciate the website. We just don't quite need it right xyz right
don't quite need it right xyz right now." No worries at all. Do you have any
now." No worries at all. Do you have any do you know anybody else that would
do you know anybody else that would really benefit from a free website? Any

businesses that would really benefit from these services? Actually, I do
from these services? Actually, I do know. Yeah. this guy, he's he's a

buy, it's like, awesome, cool. Completely understand that. Do you know
Completely understand that. Do you know anybody else that would really benefit
anybody else that would really benefit from a free website upgrade or these
from a free website upgrade or these additional services? It's like, yeah, so
additional services? It's like, yeah, so you can get affiliate referrals. Also,
you can get affiliate referrals. Also, you can get those referrals from them
you can get those referrals from them themselves after they build your SEO
themselves after they build your SEO package. So, dude, we're going to crush
package. So, dude, we're going to crush SEO for you, dude. What other businesses
SEO for you, dude. What other businesses might do you know any other businesses
might do you know any other businesses that want to grow their SEO that would
that want to grow their SEO that would like an additional 20 customers a month?
like an additional 20 customers a month? Dude, 100%. So that's really really key.
Dude, 100%. So that's really really key. Then what you're going to do is repeat
Then what you're going to do is repeat the value play. Pick five more
the value play. Pick five more businesses, 10 more, 20, 50 more
businesses, 10 more, 20, 50 more businesses. And what's really cool is
businesses. And what's really cool is what you built because we've got a
what you built because we've got a niche. We can actually optimize and
niche. We can actually optimize and really lock in like we did in
really lock in like we did in anti-gravity the words and the hidden
anti-gravity the words and the hidden nuances that do that. Here's the crazy
nuances that do that. Here's the crazy thing. You can actually say, "Dude, we
thing. You can actually say, "Dude, we we studied the top 10 pool cleaning
