0:56 what can you do to get unstuck we are

1:02 here today we're going to start off with
1:04 pile one with this selenite Moon
1:13 we have pile two this pre-night brass
1:16 wire pendant
1:23 we have pile three with this Flint
1:26 Arrowhead
1:34 and we have pile four with this
1:37 Moonstone pendant
1:44 okay take your time Vibe out which pile
1:47 is calling to you and the time stamps
1:50 are down below can't wait to get into it
1:53 High pile one all right you have chosen
1:57 the selenite moon and the lizard and
2:00 pitcher plant which talks about
2:02 stagnation
2:07 and I'm getting a clear message off of
2:10 this card over what is keeping you stuck
2:12 and I feel like it has a lot to do with
2:16 the root chakra and I feel like it has a
2:19 lot to do with the subconscious
2:21 particularly the fight or flight
2:25 um and the cycling anxious thoughts
2:27 there is something or multiple things
2:31 that need to be left in the past in
2:35 order for you to move forward now this
2:38 is way easier said than done so I want
2:41 you to be really compassionate with
2:43 yourself pile one I want you to be
2:45 really compassionate about the journey
2:46 moving forward because I'm drawn to the
2:49 lizard's Tale
2:50 and the lizard can lose their tail and
2:54 regenerate it back regrow it back and
2:57 it's reminding me of the root chakra
3:00 um your root your current root could be
3:03 really rooted in
3:05 um survival really rooted in
3:09 um
3:10 isolation or Independence and not the
3:14 Independence that is healthy
3:16 um but more so the having to be on your
3:19 own how do I explain this
3:22 I want you to picture a tree pile one
3:25 and this tree is a wave from all other
3:28 trees and all the other trees are kind
3:30 of congregated over here and the wind is
3:34 blowing and it's picking up and it's
3:36 picking up speed and it's picking up
3:37 speed this tree its roots are going to
3:41 have to grow differently than the roots
3:44 that are growing in the Trees of the
3:46 collective okay and so I feel like for
3:48 you pile one you really could to have
3:50 had gone through a lot
3:54 um independently without support and I
3:57 feel like your root chakra
3:59 is feeling the effect of it it's heavy
4:02 you could walk really heavy
4:05 um you you know you could have people
4:07 tell you quite often that when you walk
4:09 it is very powerful
4:11 um it just feels like there's there's
4:13 extra Roots there
4:15 um that you don't need anymore and
4:17 that's gonna look like trauma and that's
4:19 gonna look like
4:21 um coping mechanisms that maybe are no
4:24 longer serving you or safe spaces that
4:27 are no longer serving you and I'll give
4:28 you an example sometimes as someone who
4:32 has undergone trauma you can take your
4:36 safe place and it may not actually be
4:40 emotionally safe or physically safe it
4:42 could just be that comfort that Norm
4:45 that you're used to
4:47 um and and this can go for really
4:48 anything in life I don't think it's
4:50 going to be one particular thing with
4:52 the amount of energy I'm picking up here
4:53 it just yeah
4:57 um
4:58 it feels like there could be things in
5:01 your Waking Life that are needing to be
5:04 shed
5:05 um you know cutting these roots
5:08 um from places and people that are no
5:11 longer serving you okay
5:13 let's see if we can get more information
5:15 here
5:21 yeah I'm seeing someone like really
5:24 struggling to carry baggage down the
5:26 street as they're walking and I again
5:29 want to reiterate that this is going to
5:31 be a process for you to to overcome
5:34 trauma is a very unique
5:37 um thing and unfortunately we live in a
5:40 society that thinks that you know
5:43 um there's one solid way to treat
5:46 everybody when it comes to
5:49 um emotional needs and there are some
5:51 incredible psychologists out there some
5:54 incredible psychiatrists so that does
5:56 not go for everybody
5:58 um but for the most part there's this
6:00 idea that all you have to do is go to
6:02 therapy and you're fixed but
6:04 unfortunately that's not how it works we
6:07 are all very much individual our trauma
6:09 is all very much individual so it is a
6:12 very individual process to go through
6:16 but I can tell you that the more time
6:18 you spend with self the more time you
6:20 spend bonding with self the more you are
6:23 apt to create boundaries and protect
6:26 yourself and love yourself and do things
6:29 that are good for you okay let's get
6:32 more information

6:49 okay yeah I'm seeing like the tree again
6:53 and you know good solid roots are
6:56 incredibly important but the roots that
6:59 I'm seeing are giving little wiggle room
7:02 um so to speak you know dancing room
7:04 things like that it feels very rigid
7:08 um very knotted in a sense
7:13 all right Spirit team of pile number one
7:16 why does pile number one feel stuck
7:18 please

7:27 okay we have the full card
7:30 okay yeah I think that there is a part
7:33 of you pile one that just really wants
7:35 to push this healing along because you
7:38 have gone through so much it's almost
7:40 like enough right you wish there was
7:43 this way that you could just separate
7:45 yourself from this trauma um like it
7:48 didn't happen but the hard and difficult
7:50 part about that is it still leaks out of
7:53 the subconscious so it's really
7:56 important to be doing this healing work
7:58 and I know that that's incredibly
7:59 frustrating especially if you are
8:01 someone here who is always picking the
8:03 pile that is talking about self-bonding
8:06 that is talking about focusing on your
8:08 Shadow work because with the fool here I
8:12 feel like there is a new beginning
8:13 coming for you but the work has to be
8:16 done with this man up here on this pole
8:18 and this dog looking Upward at him it
8:21 kind of feels like the subconscious is
8:23 watching your current self or your
8:26 awakened self
8:28 um kind of either ignore or push back or
8:32 um
8:33 just say you know I'm okay I'm fine I'm
8:35 okay I'm fine
8:37 um and it's almost like that
8:38 subconscious is being ignored so that
8:41 could be leaking out in your dreams that
8:43 could be leaking out in random sentences
8:45 that you have no idea why you said it it
8:47 just came out and things like that it's
8:49 important to focus on that healing
8:52 Shadow work I know it's uncomfortable
8:54 and I know what is triggering and it's
8:57 important to do so in a safe environment
8:59 I highly suggest having a therapist work
9:03 through you work through this with you
9:06 because
9:07 going through Shadow work on our own and
9:10 in isolation can really bring us down
9:13 some very deep emotional rabbit holes
9:15 and it's important to have someone there
9:17 to pull us back out okay that could be
9:20 something too you could be like I don't
9:21 want to go down a single another rabbit
9:23 hole because it takes me out for weeks
9:25 and if that is you if that is the case I
9:28 highly suggest getting a guide in some
9:30 way whether this is a Tarot reader
9:33 whether this is a psychiatrist whether
9:35 this is a psychologist
9:37 um having somebody there whether it's a
9:40 best friend or a parent having someone
9:42 there to monitor this Shadow work and
9:45 check in with you is really important
9:47 okay

9:51 why does pile one feel stuck

10:11 yeah I can hear it I can I can hear this
10:14 deep bellowing
10:16 um cry
10:17 and I feel like you've been through so
10:19 much pile one and and I feel like it's
10:22 so daunting to think about unpacking the
10:25 past working through the past
10:27 um even just reliving the past can feel
10:31 really painful
10:39 this is a safe space for you pile one to
10:42 let it out and know that I see you and I
10:45 hear you
10:46 and it's not gonna feel like this
10:49 forever okay I'm seeing someone
10:53 um
10:54 uh like covered in snow like an
10:57 avalanche and little by little they're
11:00 pulling themselves up pulling themselves
11:02 up digging themselves out and then
11:04 eventually they end up at the top of the
11:06 snow and they are no longer barricaded
11:08 and stuck and I need you to know pile
11:10 one that should you make your Shadow
11:13 work a priority even in the
11:15 uncomfortable times making sure that you
11:17 are doing this with a safe person
11:19 someone that you feel safe with if you
11:22 can push through that uncomfortable that
11:25 tormenting if you can push through it
11:27 because I know I use the word tormenting
11:30 and that's not even a powerful enough
11:32 word
11:33 um my shadow work was absolutely
11:36 horrific and I continue to work on my
11:38 shadow to this day
11:40 um so please know that I completely
11:42 understand how difficult this can be but
11:46 I'm here to motivate you I'm here to
11:48 motivate you so that you know that the
11:50 more steps you take in this direction I
11:53 promise you pile one the lighter your
11:55 load gets okay but it has to be a
11:59 priority and it has to be a focus
12:01 all right Spirit team of pile one please
12:05 give me some insight into what is making
12:07 pile one feel stuck
12:12 we have Temperance yeah I think you are
12:15 very much just wanting to bypass
12:19 um all of the the Deep inner work and
12:22 and it's valid pile one I do not judge
12:25 you for this because I have been there
12:27 and it almost feels like why wasn't
12:31 having gone through the trauma enough
12:33 like now I have to relive it and relive
12:36 it and relive it and re-talk about it
12:38 and re-go through it and it can
12:40 absolutely be tormenting but this is the
12:44 purging process this is the process of
12:47 um if I say it out loud enough times my
12:50 brain understands that I'm heard that
12:53 I'm seen if I say it if I relive it
12:57 enough times it loses its power over me
13:00 okay and that's a very important process
13:03 but I do understand pile one that it
13:06 takes a little bit of time to get there
13:07 and it takes a little bit of time to
13:09 trust opening up to that process I
13:12 remember I hated therapy I absolutely
13:14 hated it I was like group session no
13:17 thank you because my trauma
13:20 was astronomical okay and I did not feel
13:24 comfortable divulging what happened to
13:27 me in a group full of people and it's
13:29 not because I'm not a people person I am
13:31 definitely a people person but that is
13:33 something that's really sacred to me uh
13:36 my inner world so I really struggled
13:38 with that and I also struggled with
13:40 because I at one point had a therapist
13:42 tell me that
13:44 um you know I was her favorite client
13:45 because coming to sit with me was like
13:47 reading a book and it just offended me
13:49 it offended me I was like oh well I am
13:51 incredibly glad that my trauma can keep
13:53 you entertained I was highly upset
13:57 but when you find the right person when
13:59 you find the right match therapy can be
14:02 an amazing and amazing tool and again
14:05 even if it's not a therapist or a
14:08 psychologist even if it's a Tarot reader
14:10 that you trust and you've done your
14:12 research on and you get a second opinion
14:14 on really do your research when it comes
14:17 to who you're allowing to walk this path
14:20 with you okay but once you find that
14:23 right person and once you are able to
14:25 completely open up and be vulnerable and
14:29 leave baggage that you no longer need to
14:31 take with you on the curb I think you're
14:34 always going to continue to feel stuck
14:37 um this route it's just feeling like
14:39 hard
14:40 um twisty turny tree roots so working on
14:45 your root chakra and purging your root
14:47 chakra is important as well you can find
14:49 many free frequencies on YouTube
14:52 um but that's really going to be helpful
14:55 for you purging the root and helping
14:58 yourself feel safe
15:03 helping I'm so sorry
15:05 helping yourself feel safe while at the
15:08 same time relaxed
15:12 I don't even know if that makes any
15:13 sense to you pile one because it
15:15 wouldn't have made sense to me a decade
15:16 ago I would have been like what do you
15:18 mean so I'll try to say that better
15:22 um what I mean is uh
15:26 how do I say this
15:28 think about a marine or a soldier right
15:32 they have so much training and they have
15:35 so much
15:36 um powerful Instinct that they are very
15:39 relaxed in public because they already
15:41 know how capable they are so focus on
15:44 your capabilities focus on your
15:46 strengths build those strengths and if
15:48 you're someone who has fear of their
15:50 physical safety
15:52 um martial arts I I've preached that in
15:54 so many piles and I'll preach it in so
15:56 many more some kind of self-defense
16:00 um
16:01 preferably one that comes in with a
16:04 relaxing defense class more so I mean I
16:09 like Krav Maga and I think Krav Maga is
16:11 amazing especially for women who want to
16:15 be able to defend themselves in the
16:16 world but I think for you specifically
16:19 pile one something like karate
16:23 um or Tai Chi is going to be really
16:25 helpful for you
16:26 okay
16:28 one more please why does pile one feel
16:31 stuck
16:34 we have the Eight of Cups
16:38 all right and the back of the deck
16:40 energy here
16:43 is the nine of cups
16:46 yeah run to self run to your goals and
16:50 your dreams and your aspirations and
16:53 what makes you feel powerful and what
16:55 makes you feel in control of your own
16:57 life gravitate to that and allow
17:00 yourself to purge I highly recommend a
17:02 rage room I highly recommend anything
17:05 that can help you that is healthy and
17:08 supervised and doesn't leave you or
17:11 anybody else unsafe something that
17:13 allows you to purge this anger and and
17:16 the sadness
17:18 even just sitting with someone and
17:20 allowing yourself to relive these
17:23 moments out loud and having that person
17:25 hold space for you so you can let it out
17:27 that is something that really needs to
17:30 happen for you here pile one
17:32 I'm feeling this really particularly
17:34 because you could be like me growing up
17:38 um and I was somebody who was always
17:40 told not to talk about my trauma
17:42 um you know my father could have a whole
17:44 drug-induced rage meltdown and Bash the
17:47 door down
17:49 um with a sledgehammer because my mom
17:51 locked him out and then the next day it
17:53 was you know nobody needs to know about
17:55 this don't be a snitch right and that's
17:58 what I heard all the time so you could
18:00 have a lot of stored up within that you
18:03 haven't felt safe enough to talk about
18:05 and I think that that's something that
18:07 needs to be made a priority in order for
18:09 you to move forward
18:11 um
18:12 away from this stagnant energy
18:15 okay
18:19 yeah you you're in need of a safe space
18:22 I highly suggest doing some research
18:25 um when it comes to counselors or when
18:27 it comes to
18:29 um
18:30 a psychologist or even again if you're
18:33 someone who doesn't like that route
18:35 um a Tarot reader that you trust and
18:38 really processing this and working
18:40 through this and just having someone
18:42 there to be the sounding board for your
18:46 processing out loud okay sometimes have
18:49 you ever found yourself pile one where
18:51 you're just reliving a trauma and you're
18:53 saying it out loud and the other person
18:55 looks at you and they're like uh I don't
18:56 know how to handle this I'm sorry that
18:58 happened you need someone who's going to
19:00 reach out and hold you or hug you or
19:03 even if not just that allowing that that
19:07 listening ear because you might be
19:09 trying to get it out and the people
19:11 around you just aren't capable of giving
19:13 you that space seek out and find that
19:16 person who is capable of giving you that
19:18 space and I really feel like that's
19:20 going to be some kind of counselor or a
19:24 psychologist somebody
19:26 um
19:26 that is licensed and educated
19:30 um even if not licensed just really
19:32 educated okay I don't know what the
19:34 right thing to say is legally don't go
19:37 to see someone who's not licensed but I
19:39 feel like there's just this energy of
19:41 needing to find a safe space where you
19:44 can get it okay therapy for me in the
19:47 beginning was brutal and it was
19:49 difficult but when I found the right
19:51 person
19:52 it all fell into place
19:54 okay
19:56 yes it all fell into place keep looking
19:59 keep researching okay

21:00 um ashwagandha is an incredible herb for
21:04 relaxing the body but if your struggle
21:06 is in the mind ashwagandha may not be as
21:09 helpful as let's say mugwort or
21:13 um rose petals
21:16 um for self-love of the mind or
21:18 elderflower things like that so really
21:21 focusing on what it is you need rather
21:24 than what you want because I think that
21:27 you could really struggle with having
21:29 too many options in front of you or
21:31 really struggle with anxiety or really
21:34 just struggle with getting in touch with
21:36 your body your mind and your soul
21:38 I'm actually going to do something here
21:41 um that is probably not going to be done
21:43 in any other pile but I want to pull a
21:45 card from this deck here to really give
21:47 me some insight into what your natural
21:49 energy is and what you may need right
21:52 now

22:07 what is pile number two's natural
22:10 radiant energy please
22:15 okay we have peace that makes so much
22:19 sense
22:21 that makes so much sense
22:24 okay
22:25 and on the back of the deck we have

22:29 um so you probably have a very profound
22:31 inner World
22:33 um but struggle with the physical so you
22:35 could be an air sign or have air signs
22:38 dominant in your chart
22:40 um it you don't have to but it just
22:42 feels that way it feels like you really
22:43 struggle with grounding your in your
22:45 body really under uh struggle with
22:47 understanding the signals and the signs
22:50 within your body it just feels like
22:51 there is a disconnect
22:53 um here and that's why you may not know
22:55 exactly what you need I'm seeing someone
22:58 with a lot of acne right and then going
23:01 to the store and buying like five
23:03 different acne medications and trying
23:06 them all at once just to to see if
23:07 they'll all go away but all it does is
23:10 peel the skin and make it worse and had
23:14 you known your body using jojoba oil on
23:18 the face could cleanse your body more
23:20 than any of those topical creams and so
23:22 really focusing on getting to know your
23:24 body getting to know how it works how it
23:27 operates what it likes what it doesn't
23:29 like I know in particular with my body
23:32 if I do not drink lemon ginger tea often
23:35 I get really upset stomachs and my
23:37 digestive system is not as functional as
23:41 it should be
23:42 so my body requires a lot of Ginger and
23:46 this has taken me years of listening to
23:48 my body so this is not something that
23:50 you are just expected to know overnight
23:52 and usually this takes a bit of guidance
23:55 but if you don't have that guidance
23:57 really Journal
23:59 um at the end of the day before you go
24:01 to sleep take your Journal out and say
24:03 this is how my body feels right now and
24:06 this is how my body has felt throughout
24:08 the day and in the morning do the same
24:10 thing wake up this is how my body felt
24:12 waking up and this is how my body felt
24:14 sleeping last night and really keeping a
24:16 schedule of what you have eaten what
24:20 products you're using and how it
24:22 benefits you when you stop one thing or
24:24 another I'm really just trying to
24:26 evaluate where you're at with your
24:29 physical being some of you could be
24:30 struggling with hormones some of you
24:32 could be struggling with
24:34 um your diet some could be struggling
24:37 with your skin it just feels like there
24:40 could be so many things and when I I say
24:43 diet I don't mean diet I don't believe
24:45 in those unless
24:47 unless there is a really crucial reason
24:50 why
24:52 um or unless you're a medium and you
24:54 know you require it so I get that but I
24:58 don't believe in you know the the Atkins
25:00 diet and things like that that's all
25:02 garbage thrown out
25:04 um what I mean when I say diet is let's
25:07 say you don't know whether or not you're
25:10 lactose intolerant
25:12 um but every time you drink milk you
25:13 don't feel well and you get really
25:15 bloated things like that focusing on how
25:18 different foods make you feel and
25:20 cutting the things that make your body
25:22 feel bad out of the equation and
25:25 replacing them with something to see how
25:28 how much your body interacts with it
25:30 doesn't feel good does it not feel good
25:32 I remember from you know being a child
25:35 and virtually being hungry all the time
25:40 um
25:41 to being an adult I started to be able
25:43 to buy my own food and get my own food
25:44 and I would eat quickly and I would get
25:46 really bloated and I thought that that's
25:48 just what life was bloated I thought I
25:51 was just gonna be bloated forever and
25:53 then I found the ginger tea and I feel
25:55 amazing and I think that what you need
25:58 pile to is really to work on what brings
26:01 your body peace and that is going to
26:04 help you feel unstuck because when your
26:06 body is connected to your spirit in the
26:10 way that your spirit feels safe within
26:12 your body there is so much manifestation
26:15 you can do on this planet there is so
26:17 much growth that you can have on this
26:18 planet and
26:20 um really a different quality of life as
26:24 well a different quality of life if
26:26 you're struggling with hormones if
26:27 you're struggling with migraines if
26:29 you're struggling with
26:30 um really painful cystic acne all of
26:34 these things can keep you from living
26:37 your best life you know being in pain
26:38 all the time is not fun being
26:40 uncomfortable all the time is not
26:41 enjoyable and the more you start to work
26:44 with your body whether it's in a
26:46 holistic way or not it's important for
26:48 you to find that peace within the
26:51 physical okay
26:53 all right let's get more information

27:12 please give me a little bit of insight
27:13 into why pile number two feels stuck
27:16 thank you
27:21 we have the three of Pentacles and that
27:24 came out in reverse and I'm gonna leave
27:26 it in reverse because I think that what
27:29 you go through in your physical again
27:33 really keeps you separated from the
27:35 collective keeps you separated from
27:37 living your best life maybe you're an
27:39 extrovert and you love to meet new
27:41 people and you love to have a good time
27:43 but you always have these horrible
27:46 migraines that leave you feeling cranky
27:48 and in pain all the time I just feel
27:51 like if you were to be able to tune into
27:53 your own physical body and observe it
27:56 the way you know a doctor would even
27:59 though we can't do lab samples and stuff
28:00 with ourselves we can keep a log in a
28:03 journal and say you know
28:05 um I had this food today and it made my
28:09 stomach bloat and it made me really
28:10 uncomfortable and putting that on the
28:12 list of things that make your body
28:14 uncomfortable sometimes you're willing
28:16 to eat it I know people who are lactose
28:17 intolerant that would deal with a
28:20 flare-up to have some ice cream frame
28:22 maybe you don't things like that but
28:24 really observing and keeping a journal
28:26 is going to be important because I feel
28:28 like you you really are feeling stuck in
28:30 the sense that you can't connect with
28:33 people right now you can't
28:35 um some of you don't even want to leave
28:36 the house so it just feels like what's
28:39 important here is to work through the
28:42 physical and bring comfort and peace to
28:44 your physical because that will match
28:46 and align with the energy of your soul
28:49 okay

28:57 little bit of insight into why why pile

29:48 know that a lot of people hear you know
29:49 journaling that's mundane that's boring

29:56 you it is so helpful at the end of the
29:58 day at the beginning of the day this is
30:00 how my body felt this is how my body
30:02 felt and really trying to work through
30:05 what is best for you okay are the cups
30:09 of coffee in the morning helping your
30:11 anxiety are they helping your digestive
30:13 system
30:14 um you know if you are lactose
30:17 intolerant if um eating that ice cream
30:19 all the time is really helping you
30:21 things like that if you're someone who
30:23 is suffering with a chronic illness
30:26 um really work on observing things that
30:29 make you feel good make you feel better
30:30 whether that's you know getting in a
30:33 warm bath and being able to soak in the
30:35 bath things like that really focus on
30:37 what brings your body peace and do more
30:39 of that okay
30:42 one more please Spirit team of pile two
30:45 please give me some insight into why
30:47 pile two feels stuck
30:51 yeah I'm almost seeing the turtle like
30:54 the shell is the body and the turtle is
30:56 the soul and it just wants to escape the
30:58 shell that's kind of what I'm seeing

31:01 um you have a very powerful Spirit pile
31:04 too
31:04 I think you and your body just are at a

32:04 could be using I feel like the devil is
32:07 all those commercials that tell you that
32:09 you need all of these extra products
32:11 whether it's shampoo whether it's
32:13 conditioner whether it's deodorant
32:15 whether it's this whether it's that
32:16 whether it's milk whether it's not
32:18 whatever it is I feel like the outside
32:22 world is very convincing that we need
32:25 certain things if you are using
32:28 products that don't make you feel good
32:30 but you want to keep using them like
32:35 makeup let's say whatever makeup brand
32:37 you use causes you to break out a lot
32:38 and this really lowers your self-esteem
32:42 or this creates pain within you really
32:45 honoring the body and and giving your
32:47 face time to breathe is important okay
32:50 that might not be a message for
32:52 everybody but I feel like really doing
32:54 what is best for you rather than
32:58 what you want to be doing and I know
33:00 that sounds rough I know a lot of you
33:02 are going to be like Alyssa what do you
33:04 mean but hear me out pile two
33:07 sometimes
33:10 we know that certain things are not good
33:13 for us but they make us feel good in the
33:16 moment and I think what your body is
33:20 asking of you is is instead of in the
33:22 moment feel good let's feel great for
33:25 extended periods of time okay really
33:28 focus on that bonding with the physical
33:29 and the rest will fall into place

34:14 bit of who you're not but are unsure of
34:17 who you are it just feels like there's a
34:20 lot of uncertainty when it comes to what

34:26 like the freeze response
34:28 um I'm feeling a couple different
34:30 energies and the First Energy I'm
34:32 feeling is the freeze response feeling
34:34 overwhelmed with the amount of options
34:36 put in front of you and the second thing
34:38 that I'm feeling is coming out of The
34:40 Dark Night of the soul and really
34:42 struggling with who you are
34:44 um you know seeing a style and being
34:46 like wow I really like that style but is
34:47 it my style or wow I really like that
34:50 um genre of music but isn't my favorite
34:53 genre of music wow I really like that
34:55 hobby but is it my favorite hobby is it
34:58 a hobby that I even like or do I like
35:00 that hobby because other people like it
35:01 there's just a sense of needing to find
35:04 yourself in one way or another
35:07 um I'm seeing the signs from Alice in
35:09 Wonderland like go this way go that way
35:10 go this way up down and all around right
35:13 it just feels a little bit
35:18 um I'm seeing like a baby snake first
35:21 coming into the world and needing to
35:23 observe the world around it quickly
35:26 um and it feels like that it feels like
35:28 you are feeling pressured
35:30 um to make some kind of new start and
35:34 whether you're feeling pressured by your
35:36 spirit team pressured by an outside
35:38 force pressured by your own inner want
35:41 for freedom in one way or another it
35:44 does feel like I'm hearing the song
35:45 Queen Under Pressure
35:48 um
35:49 new it just feels like that it feels
35:51 like you are like a deer in headlights
35:54 right now let's see if we can get more

36:12 yeah a lot of you just went through a
36:14 Dark Night of the Soul because I'm
36:16 seeing the movie Hercules when he goes
36:18 to get training and I just feel that
36:20 like there's no better
36:23 boot camp than a Dark Night of the Soul
36:25 so I feel like you definitely absolutely
36:28 could have just shed massive uh you know
36:32 conditioning and whatnot of who you're
36:34 not but who you thought you were and now
36:37 you're just kind of struggling to find
36:38 your footing
36:40 and for those of you who don't resonate
36:43 with that I feel like this is going to
36:44 be starting a new job or starting a new
36:47 life somewhere having moved

37:07 insight into why pile three feels stuck

37:22 we have the Ten of Wands
37:29 and we have the high priestess yeah

37:33 absolutely have undergone the Dark
37:36 Knight and with the three of Cups and
37:38 the Ten of Cups I'm feeling like you
37:40 could also be feeling like some of what
37:42 you've shed could remove people from
37:45 your life or it could disappoint people
37:47 in your life because with a ton of Wands
37:49 here we typically see someone carrying
37:51 too much sticks
37:54 um carrying too much of the people
37:56 around them too much baggage things like
37:59 that and with the three of cups
38:01 um it just talks about community and
38:03 things like that and I feel like you
38:05 could have a very particular
38:10 um presence in the lives of people but
38:13 it is not authentic it could be people
38:15 pleasing it could be
38:17 um just the version of you that they
38:19 want and and I feel like there could be
38:22 a part of you that is
38:24 um a little bit afraid to allow that to
38:26 Fall Away
38:28 like let's say you're a people pleaser
38:30 and your aunt knows that if they call
38:32 you
38:33 um to to force you to drive them around
38:35 all day that you're gonna say yes and
38:38 after this Dark Night of the Soul you
38:40 realize that that's not something you
38:41 want to do because the only time you
38:43 ever hear from you're on is when you
38:45 know they need to do to drive them
38:47 around everywhere and you're like that's
38:49 not something I want to do anymore but
38:51 what if it hurts my aunt it just feels
38:53 like a lot of the changes that you're
38:55 making you're questioning whether or not
38:58 you're going to hurt other people in the
39:00 process and I think that that could also
39:02 be keeping you feeling stuck keeping you
39:04 from making decisions you would
39:07 um
39:09 keeping you from making decisions that
39:11 you want to make but fear will hurt the
39:14 people around you and I feel with the
39:15 high priestess you're feeling cold
39:17 you're feeling called to do something or
39:19 you're feeling called to something new
39:20 you're just not sure if there's going to
39:23 be Fallout like let's say you are the
39:25 provider of a family
39:26 and you're like I just hate my job I
39:29 hate it it sucks the life out of me I
39:32 don't have time to see my family but
39:34 you're afraid that if you quit this job
39:36 you're not going to be able to keep the
39:38 roofs over you know your children's head
39:40 or your partner's head or whatever the
39:43 case may be it just feels like there are
39:46 other people
39:47 involved in this collapse of
39:50 conditioning that you are afraid to hurt
39:52 in the process
39:55 what is some advice for this please with
39:58 a ton of worms what is some advice for
40:01 this from the spirit team of pile three
40:04 thank you
40:06 and that was your higher self saying let
40:08 me tell you
40:10 we have The Two of Pentacles or the two
40:12 of Spears uh Spears sorry
40:15 okay
40:16 and this card talks about balance and on
40:19 the back of the deck we have the king of
40:21 Wands who is a natural born Leader by
40:24 the way
40:25 um the king of Wands is brilliant and
40:28 essentially what your higher self is
40:29 trying to say here is that you are
40:32 capable do not doubt your capability if
40:35 you are the person who is wanting to
40:37 leave a job but you're afraid to
40:39 um you know lose all of your income or
40:42 you're afraid you won't be able to
40:43 provide for your family really focus on
40:45 bringing balance in so maybe needing to
40:49 keep this job for a little while
40:50 but looking for something extra on the
40:53 side or looking for something different
40:54 on the side if you are going through a
40:58 Dark Night of the Soul
41:00 um going from who you were to who you're
41:03 going to be
41:05 um is a process that requires balance
41:07 and uh not forcing yourself okay do not
41:11 force yourself in either direction allow
41:13 yourself to be at peace and whatever
41:15 makes you feel good gravitate to that
41:17 that is who you are whatever brings your
41:19 body excitement Comfort happiness things
41:22 like that that is who you are follow
41:24 that inner Compass
41:26 um if you are someone coming out of a
41:28 dark night but if you're someone again
41:30 who just feels trapped or feels stuck
41:32 and wants to start over or feels trapped
41:35 and stuck in who you thought you were
41:38 um
41:38 baby steps baby steps moving forward to
41:42 get yourself out of that situation is
41:44 required because
41:46 um I feel like some of you could have
41:48 been looking at yes or no yes or no
41:50 tarot cards should I do this should I
41:51 not do this
41:53 um my advice to you pile three would be
41:57 to follow your intuition and to really
42:00 put yourself first don't suffer through
42:03 things
42:04 um that are you know siphoning the life
42:06 out of you don't suffer through things
42:08 sometimes it's required but always try
42:11 to find that way out don't just sit and
42:13 you know let the days pass without
42:15 advocating for yourself without
42:19 um trying to see if you can find
42:20 something different really important
42:22 okay and with the high priestess here I
42:25 feel like your spiritual gifts are also
42:27 coming to the surface so you could be
42:29 feeling really overwhelmed right now and
42:31 if you are pile three please know that
42:34 this is only going to be temporary have
42:36 patience with yourself have nurturing
42:38 with yourself have compassion for
42:40 yourself and really work towards again
42:43 what makes you feel good I also think
42:46 that it would be really helpful for you
42:47 to journal all of your capabilities what
42:50 are your talents what are you good what
42:52 are you good at what are your strengths
42:53 and real really building a resume for
42:56 you not necessarily to go out and get
42:59 another job but with what your resume
43:01 looks like what could you be qualified
43:03 for and things like that okay

43:42 somebody who is very good at reading the
43:44 room very good at reading situations
43:46 very good at looking at a long-term goal

43:51 can also because of trauma question your
43:55 own ability to read that situation and I
43:59 feel like a lot of why you feel stuck is
44:02 because you're ignoring red flags or
44:06 ignoring your own intuition
44:19 yeah I feel like your intuition is
44:22 incredibly spot-on and Incredibly
44:24 powerful but over the years coming into
44:27 contact with people who make you
44:28 question it I think you do quite a bit
44:30 of overthinking or over analyzing of
44:33 situations rather than trusting your
44:35 story about that pile for it let's see

44:55 probably are fantastic with Clair

45:01 um so when you are hearing this

45:12 coming from the subconscious or is it
45:14 coming from your intuition

45:43 yeah listen you have been somewhat
45:47 separated from your intuition and spirit

46:10 about Illusions and I feel like you
46:13 could be
46:15 for an extended period of time could
46:17 have been stuck in someone else's
46:19 illusion whether this is gaslighting

46:24 ideas are more important than yours or
46:27 you're crazy or you're too sensitive or
46:29 this or that I feel like over time you
46:32 have been kind of separated from this
46:34 intuition always second-guessing it but
46:37 it has never ever been wrong okay maybe
46:41 maybe you have mistaken a subconscious
46:44 hit for an intuitive hit but you're dead
46:48 on intuitive hits have always been right
46:50 your spirit team is saying always always
46:53 spot on okay

47:05 your intuition because your intuition is
47:07 going to lead you to the ultimate
47:09 stability the ultimate peace in your

47:19 you're debating on whether or not
47:21 someone has ill intentions with you or
47:24 positive intentions with you trust your
47:27 gut pile four I think that that's
47:28 something again that is difficult
47:31 based on the interactions with people
47:33 you have had in the past but really bond
47:36 with self really make that a priority
47:38 because you are incredibly gifted you
47:41 are incredibly not only connected to
47:42 Spirit but connected to your higher self
47:44 your intuition is just what needs that
47:48 bonding
47:49 you're so powerful you're so capable
47:52 you're so intelligent you are so tuned
47:54 in but the the fact that you question
47:57 this is what keeps you feeling stuck in
48:00 this Loop of what should I do where
48:01 should I go
48:03 I think it's important to analyze how
48:05 you're feeling but don't spend more than
48:08 a day mulling over what you can already
48:11 feel with your heart
48:13 okay
48:15 with the Ace of Swords here I'm almost
48:17 seeing the Three of Swords draped on top
48:19 of it and so again I think your trauma
48:22 could really hinder your profound
48:24 intuition and from connecting to it and
48:27 I also think that it's important to to
48:30 start navigating situations with people
48:33 from your heart space rather than your
48:35 headspace
48:37 um you know not rather than use both but
48:40 Lean Into the Heart a little bit more
48:41 because
48:43 sometimes not all is as it seems with a
48:46 moon card here
48:48 so there could be people that you need
48:50 to walk away from but there could also
48:53 be people who appear that they are toxic
48:55 in your life but
48:57 um there's some more profound emotional
49:00 need under the surface of that and I
49:02 think that trusting your intuition is
49:04 really going to help I feel like a lot
49:06 of you are debating whether or not to
49:07 leave a romantic connection whether or
49:09 not to leave a friendship whether or not
49:11 to leave a family connection behind and
49:13 I feel like using your intuition is
49:15 going to be key operating out of love is
49:18 going to be key rather than cycling
49:22 um back and forth reversed reverse yeah
49:24 I just wow reverse reverse
49:27 um this could be a song and dance that
49:30 you are incredibly familiar with and
49:33 it's important to break that pattern
49:34 it's important to let yourself know that
49:36 in your body in your heart you can feel
49:39 the genuine emotion and that connection
49:41 and it's important to over not over
49:45 analyze what's happening in the
49:47 situation and trust your gut with
49:49 judgment here spirit is very much on
49:51 your side Spirit sees you making the
49:53 Right Moves Spirit sees you trying to
49:55 cleanse your life of negativity and
49:58 stagnant energy
49:59 and you are a whole Spirit team is
50:02 behind you but you have to believe in
50:04 yourself pile for you have to believe
50:07 that you are capable you have to believe
50:09 that you you know what's best for you it
50:12 just feels like oh
50:16 it feels like you've had so many people
50:18 tell you what's good for you or tell you
50:20 how you're feeling or tell like you
50:22 could walk up to you know a friend and
50:25 be like Oh I'm so sad today and they'll
50:27 be like no you're not you don't look sad
50:29 and then it makes you question yourself
50:31 right well am I really sad I don't know
50:34 do not let people do this to you pile
50:36 for connect back with your intuition and
50:39 I also highly suggest
50:42 um
50:42 trying to eat as healthy as you can for
50:47 the next two weeks because when it comes
50:49 to mediumship which is exactly what I'm
50:51 feeling here when it comes to spiritual
50:53 gifts and being as connected to Spirit
50:55 as you are piled for it's important to
50:58 be in taking things that are high
51:00 vibrational
51:02 um you know the occasional cheeseburger
51:04 is not going to hurt you the occasional
51:05 steak is not going to hurt you
51:07 um but really when you're eating that
51:11 um thanking the animal that has given
51:14 its life or making sure that you are
51:17 buying food from a place that is not
51:22 how do I say this
51:25 I know that there's a way to say this I
51:27 just don't know ethical ethically
51:30 good I don't know I know it's trying to
51:33 come out
51:35 making sure that you are eating food
51:37 that is not only good for your high
51:40 vibration
51:42 um but is good for everything and
51:44 everyone involved so if you're going to
51:46 stop and shop and you are getting fruit
51:48 try looking up a farmer's market instead
51:51 and supporting that local Farm things
51:54 like that your vibrational frequency
51:56 frequency is much more delicate
51:59 um than the average person and I think
52:02 that when you notice you're feeling at
52:03 your lowest and the most disconnected
52:05 from your spiritual gifts Implement that
52:09 healthy eating for a week or two and it
52:11 should recalibrate you
52:13 um well enough for you to connect back
52:14 in okay
