0:23 simple but again right I said we wanted

0:29 while we are I guess you know working on

0:35 on these beginner Concepts that most
0:37 people are pretty familiar with what
0:40 better way to start working on our
0:43 discipline and our mindset okay
0:46 um that's pretty much what I talked
0:48 about for the majority of the first
0:50 trading video and I got a lot of uh
0:53 great responses from that so I
0:54 appreciate to everyone showing love to
0:56 me
0:57 um you know that was our our most viewed
1:00 video it's already at 10 000 views
1:03 um over the course of under a day which
1:05 is absurd for me and then also we got
1:09 over 1 000 comments on that video which
1:11 is just unreal so I appreciate you guys
1:14 I appreciate the love let's keep this

1:17 um and yeah let's let's keep going with
1:19 this so with that being said I do want
1:23 this whole course to just alternate back
1:26 and forth between trading and discipline
1:28 so right the first day discipline second
1:32 day trading today discipline tomorrow
1:35 trading okay we are going to go back and
1:37 forth because my biggest issue with
1:40 courses is they do not prioritize
1:42 psychology and mindset they they leave a
1:45 section for it just one little baby
1:47 section but is that enough no [ __ ]
1:50 way no chance in hell
1:52 so what are we going to be talking about
1:55 today literally just laying down that
1:57 foundation for discipline right we
1:59 talked about sort of what we can do
2:01 um in the sorry my screen is all nasty
2:05 but
2:07 um we talked about sort of what you can
2:09 you can try and do to start taking
2:11 action
2:12 um on our on our first video however
2:15 this video is just kind of going going
2:17 to give you guys an overview of what you
2:18 guys should be looking for in terms of
2:20 discipline within your trading okay and
2:22 then as the days continue we're going to
2:24 get deeper and deeper into small
2:26 Concepts and things that you can do to
2:28 improve your mindset to improve your
2:29 discipline because like I said
2:31 um before in my tick tocks like I said
2:33 in most of my videos right we we are not
2:37 trying to just turn you profitable in
2:40 this I'm trying to turn you from
2:43 literally a boy into a man and I know
2:45 that sounds cliche and I know that
2:47 sounds stupid but I really do think
2:49 there's going to be so much value given
2:50 throughout this entire course to benefit
2:52 you guys just in life more than just
2:55 trading because trading has taught me so
2:58 many life lessons and I would not be
3:01 where I'm at today if it wasn't for
3:03 those lessons that I learned through
3:05 trading not even just the money from
3:07 Trading but the lessons I learned have
3:09 helped me
3:11 um you know come come to the point where
3:14 I'm at today so with that being said
3:16 today there's not going to be much
3:18 trading I did see one or two comments
3:20 saying like hey why aren't we learning
3:21 about trading this is why me and you we
3:25 trade off the same strategy right and
3:27 we'll teach that strategy when when we
3:28 get to it in this course however
3:31 you guys aren't profitable yet I am
3:34 what's the difference between you and me
3:37 our mindset that that's the only thing
3:39 that is different right yes I do have
3:41 more more years in the market but
3:43 technically we are trading the same
3:45 strategy you guys are taking very
3:47 similar trades to me if not the same
3:49 trades as me and sometimes you guys are
3:51 losing sometimes you guys are bailing
3:53 out of trade sometimes you aren't
3:54 confident enough to take those trades so
3:57 that is the foundation and those are the
3:59 holes that we need to plug up right
4:01 because the trading part It's relatively
4:03 easy you guys and you're going to see
4:05 this as this course goes along you're
4:06 gonna be like damn that's it so with
4:09 that being said we're going to flip-flop
4:11 back and forth between trading and
4:12 discipline this whole summer and
4:15 hopefully by the end of the summer you
4:16 come out just an absolute an absolute
4:19 stud an absolute Beast okay so today
4:22 discipline what are we going to talk
4:24 about we are just going to talk about
4:26 literally That Base Foundation of
4:28 discipline not even in how it relates to
4:30 trading because ideally these discipline
4:32 videos you know we'll talk about trading
4:35 occasionally
4:36 um on on the on these on these
4:38 disciplined videos and talking about
4:40 like you know trading plans knowing when
4:42 to stop trading all that stuff but we
4:44 need to lay that Foundation down first
4:46 and that's literally just gaining
4:48 discipline because I know a lot of you
4:49 guys whether you believe it or not do
4:51 not have discipline Okay so
4:55 that being said let's get into it okay
4:57 so how how can we become disciplined how
4:59 can we become so strong and so so
5:02 mentally fortified that we one don't
5:06 care what anybody has to say to us two
5:09 we are willing to do whatever it takes
5:11 to get and reach our goals and not you
5:14 know not fold to your self-consciousness
5:17 or not fold to other people judging you
5:19 right to get to the place that you want
5:21 to be okay because that's really what
5:23 discipline can do for you and it really
5:25 is a lot more than just discipline it's
5:28 it's a bunch of things but we we can
5:30 just label it really just as disciplined
5:34 um and by being able to gain all those
5:37 attributes and all those really really
5:39 beneficial qualities that we talked
5:41 about when you get that done you are
5:44 pretty much an Unstoppable human whether
5:47 it's in just trading or in life people
5:49 will look up to you right people will
5:52 will be like why does he have this
5:54 confidence it will help you with girls
5:56 trust me it will help you so much with
5:57 girls knowing literally just waking up
6:00 getting out of bed and knowing that you
6:02 are that man knowing that you know
6:04 exactly what you have to do for that day
6:06 knowing and being confident in every
6:08 single move that you make
6:10 can you now understand how this can
6:12 benefit you not only in trading being
6:15 confident in taking your trades but also
6:16 in life being confident with every
6:18 single move you make and if you [ __ ] up
6:19 you say that's okay because I know I'm
6:22 that man and I can keep going and I can
6:24 make up for whatever I messed up
6:26 right it's all about having a positive
6:29 mindset and and we also won't only just
6:31 cover discipline on these on these
6:34 back-to-back days or every other day we
6:36 are also going to be talking about just
6:37 mindset in general having a positive
6:39 mindset having the the correct mindset
6:42 in terms of just life and in trading
6:45 okay you're probably going to think tjr
6:47 bro I don't want you to be my parents
6:49 right now giving me life lessons but
6:51 trust me it will benefit you okay so let
6:54 me let me help you
6:56 um in in ways that you probably don't
6:58 even understand or even imagine
7:00 all right so how can we form our base
7:03 piece of discipline okay it literally
7:05 can start with something as simple as
7:08 forming a positive habit and completing
7:11 it every single day
7:13 okay so most of this video is pretty
7:16 much just going to be describing
7:18 homework that I'm going to require you
7:20 guys to do for every single day after
7:23 this video okay and and it should start
7:26 today okay it should start on this video
7:29 right the [ __ ] now okay once you finish
7:31 watching this video go do this okay you
7:34 need to develop a single habit okay
7:37 because right if you try and just jump
7:39 into the deep end and you don't know how
7:40 to swim you're [ __ ] right let's take
7:42 it one step at a time walk down into the
7:44 kiddie pool you know get used to the
7:45 water okay so we're going to start with
7:47 just one habit that you've always wished
7:49 that you would do or just never have the
7:52 discipline to do you've tried it before
7:53 maybe it's going to the gym
7:55 right and if you already go to the gym
7:57 every single day you're not allowed to
7:59 say well I'm already disciplined I
8:00 already got this done no because you're
8:02 you're comfortable going to the gym this
8:04 has to be something that you are
8:05 uncomfortable doing it has to be
8:06 something where you're like damn am I
8:08 really going to do that today and then
8:10 you pick yourself up and say hell yes
8:12 I'm doing it because that's what that's
8:14 what life requires right for you to for
8:16 you to be sitting there thinking damn
8:19 do I really want to do my work right now
8:22 do I really want to improve myself right
8:26 now you got to think about it like that
8:27 do I really want to improve myself and
8:29 have a better life
8:30 after I complete that that task you need
8:33 to think about this in in in a
8:35 completely different way it's not oh
8:36 this will take five minutes out of my
8:38 day oh this will take an hour out of my
8:40 day it's not like that it's oh this will
8:43 improve me this will benefit me so let's
8:46 get it done okay so I want you to choose
8:48 one habit that you've always wanted to
8:50 do whether it be going to the gym
8:52 whether it be reading 15 or 20 pages of
8:54 a book every single day that that has
8:56 been my goal I don't even know where my
8:58 book is it's over by in the in the
9:00 living room and I've read I've read 15
9:02 pages of my book every single day and I
9:03 just started that habit literally on the
9:05 first day of this of um
9:08 of when we started the course because I
9:10 was like I can't be just here spitting
9:12 to you guys like talking talking about
9:14 you you need to do this you need to do
9:16 that without me actually taking action
9:17 too right I said I was going to put
9:18 myself through hell this summer for you
9:20 guys while you guys put yourself through
9:22 hell we are in this together okay this
9:25 is this is a complete group effort all
9:27 right I hope you know you are not alone
9:28 in this okay so my goal was okay I want
9:31 to read at least 15 or 20 Pages a day
9:33 and I've completed that goal every
9:35 single day
9:36 um there's a statistic that says habits
9:40 form over the course of I believe it's
9:42 21 days okay
9:45 um and that's when a habit forms but a
9:48 routine in a ritual gets formed over the
9:51 past 60 days okay so you're you can you
9:54 can get into a habit over the course of
9:56 21 days right let's say you go to the
9:58 gym for 21 days straight odds are that
10:00 you're going to go to the gym on that
10:02 22nd day right but it doesn't become
10:04 routine it doesn't become habitual right
10:07 or sorry it doesn't become routine or
10:09 just like natural for you to be
10:11 comfortable doing it until that 60 days
10:13 okay and that's why these habits and
10:15 these and these things are so hard
10:17 because yes we can we can do it for 21
10:20 days straight but there's still a little
10:23 breaking point where it's still
10:24 uncomfortable to do it yeah you'll
10:26 probably do it but it's still difficult
10:29 and your mind still isn't necessarily
10:31 okay with doing it
10:33 until that 60th day until you reach that
10:36 point where it's like okay I am
10:38 comfortable doing this I want to get to
10:39 the point where I'm comfortable and I
10:41 enjoy reading and I've actually already
10:42 kind of gone to that point and that
10:44 causes me to strive going after it every
10:47 single day
10:48 um and this is something that you guys
10:51 will notice too as you start to do these
10:52 every single day the first day you're
10:54 going to be feeling super motivated the
10:55 second day you're probably like damn do
10:57 I really want to do this because
10:58 remember it's your second day this is
11:00 this is by all means definitely not a
11:01 habit maybe on the seventh day right you
11:04 do a whole week right but by the time a
11:07 week ends your motivation is probably
11:09 gone to stop doing this so that's when
11:11 right that's when it really gets to the
11:14 point where it's like okay do you really
11:15 want this do you actually want this
11:18 do you
11:20 genuinely asking
11:22 because on that Eighth Day after a week
11:25 goes by I know damn well you don't you
11:27 won't want to do it I know you won't
11:28 want to go to the gym and I know it's
11:30 going to be hard but you need to pick
11:31 yourself up
11:33 and say [ __ ] this [ __ ] you're a little
11:35 [ __ ] let me [ __ ] go
11:37 I lit I literally wake up in the morning
11:40 sometimes and if I'm and if I'm laying
11:43 there in bed saying I don't want to get
11:45 up right now I don't want to trade I
11:47 literally say out loud you're a little
11:48 [ __ ] [ __ ] get the [ __ ] up takes me
11:51 about five seconds right after that
11:52 literally just speaking to yourself
11:54 imagine standing and and looking at
11:57 yourself in a third person point of view
11:59 imagine you're sitting there [ __ ]
12:01 munching on your Doritos right and
12:04 you're watching this YouTube videos like
12:06 yeah bro I'm trying to go to the gym
12:09 [ __ ] fat ass [ __ ] piece of [ __ ]
12:13 a man you need to tell yourself that
12:15 be honest about yourself if you're
12:18 [ __ ] fat if you got [ __ ] rolls and
12:20 [ __ ]
12:21 all right going to the gym or just
12:24 losing some [ __ ] weight could should
12:25 be a goal going on a [ __ ] walk
12:28 putting the fork down bro
12:31 put the [ __ ] Fork down
12:33 look at yourself in a third person point
12:35 of view
12:36 right because you are so comfortable You
12:39 Are So Satisfied in your little baby
12:41 Circle you're cuddled up in a blanket
12:44 and you got all that [ __ ] blubber
12:47 supporting you bro keeping you nice and
12:49 toasty you're you're warm in there
12:50 you're comfortable
12:52 so let's get it [ __ ] uncomfortable
12:54 let's change that
12:55 go on a [ __ ] run go on a [ __ ] walk
12:58 go to the [ __ ] gym lift some [ __ ]
13:00 weights and make it a routine to better
13:02 yourself because if we're being honest
13:06 raise your hand
13:08 if you are fat
13:10 I was fat
13:12 you know
13:14 I wouldn't really consider myself fat
13:16 now
13:17 I I have muscle I'm definitely not
13:19 shredded
13:21 okay but I'm at a solid point I'm at a
13:24 point where some where if somebody sees
13:25 me on the beach they'll say damn he's
13:26 pretty big
13:28 okay but if you're fat
13:30 okay and you want to change that do
13:33 something about it I know most people
13:35 most fat asses like myself back in the
13:37 day I would I would be first of all I
13:40 would be ashamed to take my shirt off I
13:42 would be so [ __ ] scared and I'll try
13:45 and hide it and then I'll try and get in
13:46 the pool right away I'll try and get in
13:48 the water or if I was outside the water
13:49 sure always on when I sat down on
13:51 couches I didn't want to want people to
13:53 see my [ __ ] roles so what did I do I
13:55 grabbed a pillow put it in front of me
13:56 held it like that so nobody could
13:58 [ __ ] see
13:59 you know how embarrassing that is
14:02 it's embarrassing don't do that don't be
14:05 self-conscious instead be [ __ ]
14:07 confident
14:08 okay how can we how can we become
14:10 confident
14:11 be confident in yourself start going to
14:13 the gym start working out start [ __ ]
14:14 going on a walk start doing cardio
14:16 I literally have this [ __ ] prep for
14:18 me because I'm about to go to the gym
14:19 right now and and I've been going to the
14:21 gym for years now so that's I'm
14:22 comfortable there that's that's my
14:24 comfort zone so what did I have to do to
14:27 get out of my comfort zone for this
14:28 whole thing that we're doing right now I
14:30 said [ __ ] I haven't read a book and I
14:32 haven't read a book in like 10 Years bro
14:33 I listened to audiobooks but but but I'm
14:36 comfortable doing that let me get
14:37 uncomfortable
14:38 let me do something
14:40 okay let me improve
14:42 always be seeking Improvement in your
14:45 life always always be seeking
14:48 Improvement there is always something
14:49 you can improve upon because nobody is
14:51 perfect
14:52 okay
14:54 there will never there should never in
14:55 your single in your life be ever a point
14:58 where you are satisfied with yourself
15:00 and that isn't necessarily
15:03 a that that isn't saying like you should
15:05 always be [ __ ] on yourself and and
15:08 saying you're a horrible person no no no
15:10 there's times and places for you to say
15:13 damn I'm really proud of myself for
15:16 completing this in that in those times
15:18 will come okay but right now you need to
15:21 understand that you are watching this
15:23 video because you are not in a position
15:26 that you want to be in life you are
15:28 trying to change your life right now so
15:29 you need to change something because the
15:33 [ __ ] that you've been doing for the past
15:34 couple years the [ __ ] that you've been
15:35 doing for literally your whole life has
15:38 put you in that position that you're in
15:39 right the [ __ ] now okay
15:42 so what makes you think if you don't
15:44 change a single thing what makes you
15:47 think that your life will get better
15:48 what makes you think that
15:50 you have to change something if you
15:52 expect your life to change for the
15:53 better because right now if you continue
15:55 every single same [ __ ] thing that you
15:57 keep doing nothing will change
16:00 right because because doing what you do
16:02 every single day doing what what it
16:04 makes you [ __ ] comfortable what keeps
16:06 you in that little blanket
16:08 doing all that [ __ ]
16:11 it's it's made you who you are today so
16:13 if you don't like the person that you
16:14 are do something about it okay again
16:18 this is this is going back on taking
16:19 action we have to take action you guys
16:23 we cannot be satisfied with who we are
16:26 okay I'm you you probably look up to me
16:29 as a role model I wake up and I look in
16:32 the mirror and I say what can I do and
16:35 what can I do to get better today
16:37 right you guys are probably saying damn
16:39 tjr he's living the life he just moved
16:41 to Puerto Rico he's got a cool ass dog
16:43 he's got hella bread
16:45 he's living it he's living his best life
16:47 I wake up and I say how can I get better
16:50 I'm not doing nearly enough
16:53 where is the Improvement
16:55 there are there are levels okay
16:58 and we have to start climbing them we
17:01 have to start changing things in order
17:03 to improve
17:04 okay so that that's that's what I that's
17:07 what I'm asking of you guys today I'm
17:11 not asking you to you know be [ __ ]
17:14 David Goggins going and going 100 mile
17:16 run no I'm I'm actually asking you to do
17:19 the opposite of that okay
17:21 go on a mile walk a one mile walk or do
17:25 something that you were uncomfortable
17:26 with that you know will benefit you if
17:29 you if you make it a habit that's what
17:31 this entire video is about
17:33 slowly building these habits because
17:36 once it gets easy Once you know how to
17:39 build a habit and that's why I talked
17:41 about the statistics so you guys have a
17:43 time frame in mind okay once you know
17:45 how to build a habit and once you do
17:48 stuff
17:49 that that builds positive habits you're
17:51 going to be a [ __ ] addict for it
17:54 you're going to be an addict for
17:55 self-improvement you're going to be a
17:57 fiend
17:58 for this [ __ ]
18:00 trust me because right if you don't go
18:03 to the gym I keep using the gym as an
18:04 example but it's a great example because
18:06 if you don't go to the gym and then you
18:08 start going for for just a month the
18:12 noob gains and the the muscle that you
18:16 put on and the fat that you are going to
18:18 lose
18:19 just within that month it it will should
18:22 show a visible difference visible
18:26 you will be able to wake up and look at
18:27 yourself in the mirror and say damn
18:30 this is amazing I look great and I can't
18:33 wait to do more you get addicted to that
18:36 reward you get addicted to that feeling
18:38 and that's what we want to strive for we
18:40 want to be addicted to self-improvement
18:41 we want to be addicted to improving
18:43 ourselves
18:44 and if you aren't the type that's that
18:46 that wants to just [ __ ] turn your
18:48 life into a [ __ ] video game turn your
18:51 life into being addicted to finding out
18:53 how you can make more money being
18:55 addicted to figuring out how you can how
18:58 you can improve yourself how you can
18:59 look better how you can be stronger how
19:01 you can run faster how you can you know
19:04 [ __ ] be hotter for hot chicks you
19:06 know
19:08 if you're the type that that isn't
19:10 always looking to improve upon
19:12 themselves
19:13 you aren't going to go very far in this
19:15 life
19:17 um and that is and that is me who has
19:20 has done some great things with his life
19:22 okay in in you guys looking up to me as
19:24 a role model but I do not think I'm
19:27 anywhere near
19:29 my potential guess what every single
19:31 human every single every single one of
19:33 us we have Limitless potential you know
19:36 why because it's a lit it all depends on
19:38 the amount of work we want to do there
19:40 is nothing stopping you you can do all
19:43 things
19:44 you can do anything you set your mind to
19:46 anything in the [ __ ] world
19:49 when have you ever heard of somebody who
19:52 has gone after a goal
19:54 and never stopped okay when have you
19:57 ever heard of somebody who had something
19:59 in mind and went after it and never and
20:02 never got it
20:04 right
20:06 if they keep going towards it if you
20:08 keep if you keep aspiring and you keep
20:10 driving day in and day [ __ ] out you
20:13 are going to get to that person and get
20:15 to that result
20:16 because the only thing that stops you
20:18 the only thing that stops that progress
20:20 is literally giving up
20:23 so are you going to wake up
20:26 and and think damn I went to the gym for
20:28 the past seven days
20:31 I just want to give up
20:33 are you really going to do that think
20:35 about it that way you are a [ __ ]
20:37 loser you're a [ __ ] [ __ ] bro
20:41 like are you dead ass you you said let
20:45 me put I'm going to put my mind to
20:47 something I'm super excited I'm really
20:49 motivated I can't wait to change my life
20:51 and you go in and [ __ ] put in work
20:53 hard [ __ ] work for seven days
20:55 straight and on that Eighth Day you say
20:56 I don't want to do it you said I'm done
20:59 here after eight [ __ ] days
21:02 are you serious
21:05 are you serious you want to go back
21:07 under your [ __ ] blanket you want to
21:08 hold a pillow in front in front of your
21:10 stomach every [ __ ] day
21:13 is that really the type of person you
21:15 are look at yourself in the third person
21:19 like imagine you're sitting here
21:21 watching my video I want you to to to
21:23 think that you're somebody else standing
21:26 right here and looking at you
21:31 look at your flaws and understand that
21:35 hey every single person has flaws I have
21:37 tons of flaws Millions we all do because
21:40 we're human and we will never be perfect
21:42 but the only thing that we can do to
21:45 improve ourselves is to strive for
21:47 perfection
21:49 okay
21:50 nobody's going to be perfect but and and
21:54 if and if we know that no one's going to
21:56 be perfect but we strive for perfection
21:59 then the person that comes out of this
22:02 guys we are going to say holy [ __ ]
22:05 holy [ __ ] that person is amazing that
22:08 person is great yes they're not perfect
22:09 but they are amazing
22:11 that is the person that I want you to
22:13 become the person that that that where
22:16 where you where you can take yourself
22:17 back in that third person again and be
22:20 standing above yourself watching right
22:22 watching you at the end of this [ __ ]
22:24 summer at the end of this whole course
22:26 saying look how much you've improved
22:28 upon
22:29 right if if one of your habits that that
22:32 you're going to start today is is going
22:34 to the gym
22:36 okay let's let's actually let's actually
22:39 realize this Improvement take a picture
22:41 of yourself in the mirror
22:43 front and back side [ __ ] shirtless
22:47 do it and trust me this will be the best
22:49 decision of your life and you will be so
22:51 [ __ ] proud of yourself when I was a
22:52 fat ass
22:53 I would I took pictures of myself every
22:55 single week every single week I'll take
22:57 a picture of myself and by the end of
22:59 the summer by the end of three months
23:02 bro it literally does not take long at
23:05 all by the end of three months I was
23:07 shredded with abs in [ __ ] shoulder
23:09 veins popping
23:11 it does not it does not take much to get
23:14 to the point that you strive to it is
23:17 all in your head it is all that mental
23:19 [ __ ] box you are limiting yourself
23:22 you are limiting yourself to your true
23:24 potential
23:25 you can do whatever you want in this
23:28 life
23:29 and if I'm not and if I'm not proof in
23:32 that enough I don't know what else would
23:35 be
23:35 right you you see me as a 21 year old
23:38 who just got a two million dollar house
23:40 and and
23:43 you're acting like you guys are starting
23:46 earlier than me some of you guys are 15
23:48 years old damn near becoming profitable
23:51 already in the in the markets you guys
23:53 are going to be far far far past where
23:56 I'm at if you continue on this journey
23:59 okay that is who I'm that is who I want
24:02 to create
24:04 let me help you create and literally
24:07 build the person that you want to become
24:11 right a very good tip and and something
24:14 that I think about all the time is
24:16 imagine the type of person that you want
24:19 to become okay imagine them right their
24:22 body their face their activities their
24:25 habits what they do on a daily basis
24:27 right think about that person okay
24:31 and then think what do they do
24:33 what do they don't do not what did they
24:36 do to get to that point no no what do
24:38 they do right now to maintain that to
24:40 continue to get better and then follow
24:42 that okay so you're probably saying okay
24:45 this person is jacked as [ __ ] how do
24:47 they get jacked they go to the gym how
24:49 do they maintain being jacked and how do
24:51 they continue to improve they keep going
24:52 to the gym so what are you going to do
24:54 right it's it's very similar to how I
24:56 say if you want to be a profitable
24:58 Trader you can't treat this like a
24:59 [ __ ] Casino you can't be over trading
25:01 over leveraging because you'll never be
25:02 profitable if you do that how do
25:04 professional Traders trade with risk

25:40 minutes later later if you decide to be

25:43 okay then what do they do after the gym
25:45 take a cold shower take a shower just to
25:48 clean up to look [ __ ] good right some
25:50 some of y'all don't [ __ ] shower and
25:51 it shows okay
25:54 all right it's all these little things
25:57 that add up
25:59 that turn you into the person that you
26:01 want to become
26:02 it's not one little switch that you can
26:05 flip it's not one single thing that you
26:08 do once
26:09 to make you into that person it is
26:11 Habitual it is these habits it is one
26:14 percent better every single day your
26:16 goal with this whole course with this
26:18 whole summer should be to get one
26:21 percent better every single day and
26:22 trust me you're going to get way better
26:24 than just one percent better every
26:26 single day if you follow these rules and
26:28 you are strict and you are disciplined
26:30 and you actually commit yourself this
26:32 summer hopefully I am motivating you

26:36 I know if I was in the position that you
26:38 are in and I was at one point and if I
26:40 had someone telling me this [ __ ] through
26:42 the screen I'd be fired the [ __ ] up I'd
26:44 be ready to go
26:46 and that's why I'm making these videos
26:47 every [ __ ] day so so you don't fall
26:49 out of these habits so I can keep you on

26:54 to check back in in a week and guess

26:57 remember that habit that I said you were
26:59 supposed to do I'm going to check back
27:01 in every other day matter of fact you
27:03 know when we have another discipline
27:04 video yeah I probably won't check on you
27:06 tomorrow because it's real easy to get
27:07 motivated for two days motivation starts
27:10 to dwindle okay and once you get to that
27:12 weak point the motivation is gone and
27:15 the discipline is all that you have left
27:18 so I'm going to check in I'll know who's
27:20 doing it and who isn't because we'll
27:22 know who's actually improving and you
27:24 will know if you're improving or not and
27:26 you're going to feel real [ __ ] guilty
27:28 if you you know skipped a day right
27:31 because guess what guess what you skip a
27:34 day somebody else was somebody else was
27:36 working that day you you didn't do [ __ ]
27:38 you didn't do [ __ ] yesterday you took a
27:41 step back you you [ __ ] cheated on
27:43 your diet you didn't go on on a walk
27:46 guess what somebody else did somebody
27:47 else was working harder than you
27:49 somebody else went on a walk read a book
27:51 and lifted weights somebody else went on
27:53 a walk read a book lifted weights and
27:55 back tested
27:57 there's always someone doing better than
27:59 you so strive to be the person that
28:02 nobody else can beat
28:04 strive to be the best version of
28:06 yourself day in and day out and there
28:09 will be nothing that can stop you
28:11 yes it's going to take time just like
28:13 with anything right because of that that
28:16 motivation phase remember last week the
28:19 only the only way that you're going to
28:21 get to that dream life the only way that
28:23 you're going to get to that dream man or
28:24 woman that you that you were thinking
28:26 about earlier
28:27 it the only way you can get there is not
28:30 through motivation but discipline by by
28:32 looking and understanding hey if I do if
28:35 I do one thing right if I do if I do all
28:38 these things every single day day in and
28:40 day out there is no chance for me to
28:43 fail there is little room for failure
28:46 make it so you have little to no room to
28:49 fail
28:51 and by following steps and by being
28:53 disciplined and by making these good
28:55 habits
28:56 who who what who isn't successful that
28:59 you know that wakes up early that goes
29:01 to the gym that reads that that works on
29:06 their craft whatever whatever they do
29:07 for a job you know most most of these
29:09 people that you're thinking probably
29:10 aren't Traders but who do you know that
29:12 wakes up and performs all of these super
29:15 great habits day in and day out
29:18 who does who does that
29:20 right and isn't successful or isn't on
29:23 their way to success in in and if you
29:26 see people saying like well well they
29:27 aren't successful but have they been
29:28 improving
29:30 of course of course they have and
29:32 they're probably two times better than
29:33 where they were when they started
29:36 the only way to go is up when you are
29:38 continuing to do these habits and
29:40 continuing to stay discipline okay so
29:43 your homework for today
29:46 is choosing one habit that you want to
29:48 continue throughout the summer and
29:50 honestly for the rest of your life okay
29:52 whether it be going to the gym whether
29:54 it be reading a book whether it be going
29:56 on a walk
29:57 just find a beneficial habit that
30:00 applies to you not something I listed
30:03 not something that's in your comfort
30:04 zone something that you know will
30:06 benefit your life that is out of your
30:08 comfort zone that you know in a week
30:10 after that motivation dies down you
30:12 won't want to do make this hard for
30:14 yourself
30:15 Embrace Embrace being in the [ __ ]
30:18 pits of this [ __ ] bro because that is
30:23 when you that is where that is when you
30:24 build that is when you become better
30:27 right think about think about [ __ ]
30:29 lifting right you are tearing your
30:31 muscles apart just for them to build
30:35 back bigger better and stronger
30:39 it's the same thing in life it is the
30:41 same thing as you as a human tear
30:44 yourself down
30:46 strip yourself down [ __ ] you know
30:48 take put yourself in a position where
30:51 you are vulnerable where you are
30:53 uncomfortable and grow
30:55 and make it so when when you get to that
30:58 point when you get to that point where
31:00 it's habitual when you get to that point
31:02 where you're so disciplined you can do
31:03 this day in and day out and you don't
31:04 give a [ __ ]
31:05 you are comfortable and now you are just
31:08 and now you're better in that one aspect
31:10 in life
31:11 you've already improved
31:13 okay and and some of you guys are
31:15 probably saying [ __ ] yeah I'll do more
31:16 habits you know that's even better
31:19 right I'm giving you I'm giving you the
31:21 bare minimum I'm asking you to do one
31:24 thing out of your comfort zone one thing
31:25 that will benefit your life
31:27 why not do multiple
31:29 so

32:17 [ __ ] everywhere today
32:19 who no one cares about that except for
32:22 me right so do this so you know you
32:26 don't have to but again this would be
32:28 something getting out of your comfort
32:29 zone and who knows you might benefit
32:30 from this because you know you might
32:32 gain followers you might actually become
32:34 a [ __ ] influencer right if that's
32:35 something that you want to do
32:37 Now's the Time right
32:41 so with that being said document your
32:44 journey record a video every single day
32:46 saying like hey I did this today let's
32:48 keep it going and by doing that by doing
32:50 that you're subconsciously programming
32:52 your brain to say hey I did this today
32:54 and it's and it's pretty much making you
32:56 making you even more responsible because
32:59 if you upload on Tick Tock if you're on
33:01 Tick Tock saying yo this is day one of
33:03 doing tjr's [ __ ] boot camp I learned
33:06 about this and I'm going to start this
33:07 habit today
33:09 right if you do that
33:11 your followers and the people that are
33:13 watching you if you don't if you don't
33:15 make a post the next day saying hey I
33:17 did this or if you don't make a post you
33:19 know a week later after after all of
33:23 those after you know all of those days
33:24 of uploading people are gonna be like
33:26 damn

33:30 he didn't make it
