0:15 exercise I recommend everyone do is over
0:17 the course of like a week write down all
0:19 your most timeconsuming tasks then set
0:21 aside a day to find the best AI workflow
0:23 to assist or even fully automate those
0:25 tasks many people will find that they're
0:27 able to save multiple hours a day I'll
0:29 go through a big list of tools across
0:30 different use cases to help us that so a
0:32 lot will apply to you some won't let's

0:38 it Google felt like they were behind in
0:41 AI for a while but have been dropping
0:43 some amazing stuff recently A lot of it
0:45 is completely free I'll cover a couple
0:47 of the biggest Time Savers for me I'll
0:49 start with Google AI Studios realtime AI
0:51 assistant it can be used for a lot of
0:53 things it's awesome in particular for
0:55 learning new software this is at aist
0:57 studio. google.com there's a lot of

1:01 developers but anyone can use this one

3:50 maybe you have some homework you need a
3:52 tutor for and are totally not just
3:54 cheating you could have it walk you
3:55 through a science experiment help you
3:56 set up Furniture understand documents
3:58 all sorts of stuff it's like the vision
4:00 feature in chat GPT but real time
4:02 instead of uploading photos another one
4:04 from them is Google Gemini deep research
4:06 it's an agentic model that will take
4:08 multiple steps to deeply research a
4:10 topic here's an example I actually just
4:12 got a PRP injection in my shoulder a few
4:14 days ago I did a ton of research into it
4:17 beforehand but here's how I could have
4:18 done that in here so I'll make sure deep
4:20 research is selected from the dropdown
4:23 then add a prompt provide a detailed
4:25 summary of platelet rich plasma
4:26 injections for shoulder related
4:28 conditions with a focus on tendonopathy
4:30 include potential risks and current
4:32 clinical evidence highlight any recent
4:34 advancements or controversies specific
4:35 to shoulder treatments also compare the
4:37 outcomes of PRP injections with
4:39 corticosteroid treatments for
4:40 musculoskeletal conditions so I'll send
4:44 that it thinks for a second then it
4:47 shows me its plan it has eight steps it
4:49 will walk through I can edit that if I'd
4:51 like to but I'll start it as
4:54 is now it starts its research it's
4:58 researching 27 websites that seems like
5:00 a lot but it's actually on the low end
5:01 for what it usually uses this will be
5:03 over a 100 websites a lot of the time I
5:05 chose a pretty simple example it's got
5:07 some PubMed what looks like some
5:08 different clinics a bunch of other
5:10 journals looks like a solid list I'll
5:12 come back when it's done all right that
5:13 took around 3 minutes and here's what it
5:15 came back with this is an incredibly
5:18 comprehensive report based on these
5:19 findings with what it is how it works
5:22 side effects treatment protocols got
5:24 risks Effectiveness comparisons there's
5:27 a lot in here which basically confirms
5:28 the reasons why I got the treatment
5:30 already but deep research is well named
5:33 and I was able to tailor it specific to
5:34 my situation with my shoulder rather
5:36 than all PRP uses this isn't for just
5:38 random oneoff questions that you might
5:39 pop into chat GPT or Google but it is
5:42 incredible for deep research and the use
5:44 cases are endless and this is part of
5:46 Gemini Advanced which comes with a lot
5:48 of other features but does cost $20 a
5:50 month after a one-month free trial there
5:52 are of course and this ways to use chat
5:54 GPT to save time so in the description

7:04 other day and blew everyone away so I
7:06 uploaded a PDF of the research paper a
7:08 link to the GitHub and a couple websites
7:10 about it in here you can also upload
7:12 YouTube videos or I'll even use PDFs of
7:14 an entire book I'm reading sometimes it
7:16 can take in a lot of information now I
7:19 can have it summarize all the
7:20 information or even more helpful is I
7:22 can ask a question then it will give me
7:24 an answer and site exactly where that
7:26 information came from in my uploads
7:29 I can also create a study guide that
7:31 will give me a quiz with an answer key
7:33 essay questions and a glossery of key
7:35 terms I could also create a briefing doc
7:37 FAQs timeline or the most unique option
7:40 is the podcast feature you can add
7:42 prompts to customize and guide what they
7:43 talk about if you'd like then this will
7:45 generate a full podcast all about the
7:48 topic with the new interactive mode you
7:49 can also jump into the podcast and ask a
7:51 question they'll answer that or you can
7:53 steer the conversation in any direction
7:55 you want yeah I'm excited to dive in and
7:58 what's really interesting is how their
7:59 achieving this reasoning in AI it's
8:01 quite a departure from how things are
8:03 normally done yeah usually we think
8:05 about AI being trained on you know these
8:07 massive data sets like feeding it you
8:09 know the entire Library of Congress or
8:11 something and that's how it learns but
8:13 that can be really expensive and time
8:15 consuming and what happens when it
8:16 encounters something outside of that
8:18 data set you know something totally new
8:20 it's not going to be able to adapt very
8:22 well exactly and that's one of the
8:24 limitations that deep seeks team has
8:26 been really focused on addressing
8:29 they've created this model called Deep
8:31 seek
8:32 r10 and the Really fascinating thing is
8:35 it was trained using only reinforcement
8:37 learning No Label data at all whoa did
8:40 someone just break the fourth wall let's
8:42 hear it and they open sourced the whole
8:44 thing right can you speak about that for
8:46 a minute absolutely and it's a really
8:48 key part of what makes deep seek stand
8:50 out yeah it's not just the technology
8:52 itself but the way they're sharing it
8:54 with everyone the fact that they've made
8:55 their models and research open source is
8:58 a big deal it really sets the apart it's
9:00 kind of like they're saying here's what
9:01 we've done now let's all build on it
9:02 together those are the best options from
9:04 Google that I wanted to cover now I'll
9:06 jump through some other tools a lot
9:07 faster they're across different use
9:09 cases so some may or may not be related
9:11 to what you
9:14 need with gamma just write a text prompt
9:16 and it will generate an entire beautiful
9:18 presentation with engaging text and
9:21 relevant images there are other tools
9:22 that do this but gamma has been my
9:24 favorite one you can also create
9:25 documents and websites with gamma but
9:27 I've primarily used it for presentation
9:33 now if you need a coding assistant
9:35 cursor is the leading tool right now you
9:37 can build and deploy fully functioning
9:39 apps without any coding knowledge it's
9:41 all just from prompting then you go back
9:43 and forth for any changes you need I
9:45 don't have time to go into that much
9:46 here and I'm definitely not an expert at
9:47 this anyways um Riley Brown has a bunch
9:50 of videos on building cool stuff with it
9:51 there's lots of channels with deeper
9:52 dives into cursor to go check out
9:54 complimentary to that is Wizard which is
9:56 ideal for creating UI mockups wire
9:59 frames and Designs quickly using AI you
10:01 can generate from text turn a screenshot
10:03 into an editable mockup or a handdrawn
10:06 sketch into a digital design then
10:08 through prompting you can iterate
10:09 quickly add or modify components and for
10:12 a powerful combination you can export
10:14 the code Snippets and pass them into
10:15 cursor so wizard can create the entire
10:18 visual design quickly then cursor can
10:20 handle the backend logic and fine-tune
10:21 it all you can do this All without any
10:24 deep technical skills the ability to
10:26 easily build out apps that you can
10:27 customize exactly to your like is
10:29 incredible whether that's like a
10:31 personalized app just for your own use
10:33 or to build for deploying publicly the
10:35 entire SAS world is changing rapidly
10:37 with all these new
10:39 tools napkin AI is amazing for creating
10:43 graphics and visuals from text they just
10:45 came out with a big update that's faster
10:47 and has a lot more designs it's super
10:49 easy to use and is still completely free
10:51 as of the filming of this video I'll do
10:53 an example I used before so I can see
10:54 how the new update Compares you can
10:56 upload your own information or I'll use
10:58 AI to help with this one five things
11:00 most likely to cause the AI Apocalypse
11:02 in order of
11:04 likelihood all right there's a solid
11:06 list I'll start with just the first one
11:08 I'll click the lightning button and
11:11 here's a bunch of visuals I can cycle
11:14 through a lot of these look awesome then
11:17 if you find one you like there's
11:19 additional styles for each so there's
11:21 tons and tons to choose from and the
11:23 colors are all fully customizable as
11:24 well I could also highlight all the text
11:26 and do it for all five I'll give that a
11:28 try and now there's a bunch more really
11:31 solid
11:38 visuals and I think these are awesome to
11:40 use in videos I can download one then
11:42 blur out parts and add some zooms and
11:44 now it's an amazing looking really
11:46 engaging graphic that I made in just a
11:47 few
11:50 seconds using an AI meeting assistant
11:52 can be a huge timesaver there's a lot of
11:54 options out there I've tested a few my
11:56 favorite was otter especially if you're
11:58 looking for something you user friendly
11:59 with a shorter learning curve on the
12:01 more advanced side with a lot more
12:03 features and advanced functionalities I
12:05 liked fireflies but these all work
12:06 similarly integrating into Zoom Google
12:08 meet and Microsoft teams it will
12:10 transcribe your full meeting then give
12:12 you a summary then you can search the
12:14 text to play back the audio at
12:16 adjustable speeds then tap the words to
12:18 jump to different spots it can highlight
12:20 key points to review later it has
12:22 automated slide capture it will insert
12:24 into the notes it's super helpful if you
12:26 have a lot of meetings to be able to
12:27 review them but also to be able to stay
12:29 focused and attentive during the meeting
12:31 and there's further use cases depending
12:33 on what you do like if you or your team
12:34 do a lot of sales calls you could ask to
12:37 identify weak points in the process or
12:39 to find common objections if you need
12:40 more advanced uses like that I'd
12:42 recommend fireflies this next one is a
12:44 big one if you have a YouTube channel I
12:46 have a flux Laura trained on my face and
12:49 anytime I want an image of myself in any
12:51 setting or pose I can just prompt for it
12:53 I use this on replicate and I've taught
12:54 this multiple times on this channel so
12:56 I'll link to a longer video if you need
12:58 it but it's really easy to do basically
13:00 you just need at least 10 images of
13:01 yourself from different angles and
13:03 expressions you upload those then name
13:05 it and select a few drop downs it costs
13:08 around $5 to train which you only need
13:10 to do once then it's just a few cents
13:11 after that anytime you need to generate
13:13 an image you can easily make amazing
13:15 unique thumbnails without setting up
13:17 your camera and lighting every time it's
13:19 awesome another research assistant that
13:21 probably everyone watching this channel
13:23 Knows by now is perplexity I mainly use
13:25 perplexity because of its speed at
13:27 finding things like stats research or
13:29 quotes I may need for a video although I
13:30 don't have the Pro Plan anymore all I
13:32 need is the free and I have actually
13:33 started to move back to chat PT for a
13:35 lot of this since their native search
13:37 feature has gotten so much better but
13:38 now displays images and sources it does
13:40 a lot of what perplexity has been really
13:42 good at I debated on still including it
13:44 in this video but for some use cases you
13:46 may find it to be the best tool and they
13:48 are starting to implement actions with
13:49 perplexity assistant you can ask it to
13:51 play a specific song it can help book a
13:53 restaurant you can search with vision
13:55 which is a nice upgrade chat GPT came
13:57 out with operators as well over all
13:59 agents like this even though there's a
14:01 lot of hype around them they're not
14:02 there yet for anything practical I do
14:04 think it's a good idea to mess around
14:06 with them to get a feel for how AI
14:08 interacts with websites on its own just
14:10 for learning sake and to stay ahead of
14:12 the curve one day we may have a
14:13 dashboard of Agents we're overseeing
14:15 just kind of watching for mistakes and
14:17 places to intervene and nudge but I
14:19 think we're a ways out from that but
14:20 sticking with llms these are the type of
14:22 AI tool people are generally the most
14:24 familiar with but it's also one of the
14:26 biggest Time Savers for me personally
14:28 and I assume could be for most people
14:30 too this is an area where like I
14:31 mentioned at the beginning if you write
14:32 down your most timeconsuming tasks there
14:34 is very often a way that AI can automate
14:37 or assist with those tasks and llms are
14:39 the most common solution the top two I
14:41 use are Claude and chat GPT Claude is my
14:43 go-to writing assistant although chat
14:45 GPT has definitely gotten better at
14:47 creative writing but I don't think it's
14:48 as good as Claud yet there's other
14:49 writing tools like Jasper Lex WR Sonic
14:52 copy and tons of others if there's a
14:54 specific type of writing you do a lot
14:56 you may want to find one that's tailored
14:58 for that they typically all use CLA or
15:00 chaty PT under the hood but they just
15:01 have solid prompt engineering and a nice
15:03 UI on top of it for me I just do my own
15:05 prompting and have never felt the need
15:06 for a specialized writing tool typically
15:08 I just get outlines and do the bulk of
15:10 the actual tone and writing myself
15:11 anyways with chat GPT using custom gpts
15:14 or projects to streamline a repetitive
15:16 task is something just about everyone
15:18 will be able to do the projects allow
15:20 you to keep chats organized and
15:22 contextually connected it's great for
15:24 long-term multi-step workflows here's a
15:26 pretty easy one that I use for shorts so
15:28 I have a big list of types of hooks and
15:29 example hooks that I uploaded to the
15:31 project files then I have step-by-step
15:33 instructions as well to start all I have
15:35 to do is input my topic and it will give
15:37 me a list of hooks in each style so I
15:39 can refine and pick one from there then
15:40 it will move on to the next step of the
15:42 workflow it's a whole collaborative
15:44 process that speeds up short form
15:46 creation a lot I do also have this set
15:47 up in cloud this isn't particularly
15:49 creative writing so both work really
15:51 well custom gpts are great for very
15:54 specific fixed behaviors and they also
15:56 have the benefit of exploring gpts
15:58 others have made public if you have
15:59 something you're thinking of creating
16:01 see if someone else already has there's
16:02 tons of options in here one example I
16:04 use that I really like is I have gpts
16:06 for crafting prompts that's a huge
16:08 timesaver this one's for videos I just
16:11 enter a simple prompt and it will
16:12 elaborate into a much longer prompt that
16:14 works better for AI video tools and it
16:16 gives multiple options that's really
16:18 nice to have I have another one for llms
16:21 basically training chat GPT to prompt
16:23 itself and another for text to image
16:25 prompts and an often overlooked feature
16:27 is you can summon your gpts in any chat
16:29 just click the at sign and choose your
16:31 GPT from the list then ask for what you
16:33 need then it will use all the context
16:35 and instructions you've built into that
16:36 GPT to tailor a response so this is a
16:39 coloring book page generator I made for
16:40 my four-year-old and I'll send that and
16:42 even though this is in an existing chat
16:44 without any additional context it knows
16:46 what to do and generates me a coloring
16:48 book page again I do recommend you
16:50 actually create a list of your most
16:51 timec consuming tasks and try to find
16:53 ways AI can help hopefully this video
16:55 will give you some ideas and this huge
16:57 list of tools will be a good place to
16:58 start I've got a huge update from
