If you're a florist that runs a business
and you are tired of working your butt
off, you've tried everything that you
can think of, but you're still not yet
at the point where you can pay yourself
a decent, healthy living salary, this is
the video for you. I'm going to walk you
through step by step how to use AI to
map out a new business plan so that you
can set yourself up for success, but
most importantly, run a profitable,
thriving florist business. One where you
actually earn a living wage. One where
you can start to pay off your home loan.
One where you feel like you actually
have enough money to buy yourself new
socks and underwear. No more spinning
your wheels. No more scrolling Instagram
for inspiration. No more giving away
your work. No more throwing spaghetti at
the wall hoping the next thing sticks.
I've got you covered. Oh yeah, and we're
also going to talk about no more
undercharging because my clients know
that the way we get to use AI in our
business is very different to how most
people are using AI. And we're going to
walk you through everything step by
step. So if you're a florist on a
mission to make money, be successful,
and thrive doing the work that you love.
I want you to use this as your sign, as
your permission slip, as your
opportunity to hit Ctrl Altdelete. Let
this be the refreshing breath of fresh
air that you didn't know that you needed
in order for you to elevate your
approach and in order for you to
actually make money doing the work that
you love. And if you're brand new here,
hi. My name is Kathleen and I help
floral designers build profitable
businesses, make money, and actually be
successful doing the work that you love.
And in this little corner of the
internet, we don't have secrets. We
don't keep things hush hush. We talk
about strategies and tactics and game
plans and mindset shifts that actually
help you be successful. And I truly
believe that chat GPT can be one of your
absolute secret weapons, particularly
when you use it in a different and much
more strategic way. And I'm going to go
through this example. I'm going to show
you my exact prompts. And I'm actually
going to do this using the free version
of chat GPT in an incognito window
because my goal is to like truly level
set and make this as accessible for you
as possible. So if you are a chat GPT
super user, this is going to be super
helpful. But also if you are brand new
to using chat GPT or you've like dabbled
in it a little bit but you're like I
don't really understand what the hype
is. This really is a tool that you get
to use in your business to help you get
more focused, make more money, and help
you feel more confident as a business
owner. And you guys that have been in my
world for a while, you know that I don't
do things normally. I do things, in
fact, very differently to how other
people do things. And that includes how
I use AI as a business owner. So, we're
going to take my three-step framework,
my money marketing, and mindset
framework, and we're going to use Chat
GPT to help you come up with a whole new
business plan so that you can start
making more money and actually pay
yourself a living salary. So, we're
going to talk about your next revenue
goal and exactly how much money your
business needs to bring in in order for
you to pay yourself. Then we're going to
create a new marketing plan that's going
to get you in front of your dream
clients and make sales so much simpler.
And then, and this is probably my
favorite part, I'm going to give you the
prompts that you can use so that you can
use ChatGpt as a coach. overcoming the
fears and the doubts and the very normal
human insecurities that we all have and
that rise to the surface very quickly
when you run a business. Because that's
the biggest difference between you
having a business and running your own
business and you working for somebody
else is you are confronted with your
limiting beliefs, your self-doubt, your
insecurities, and I will also say your
own trauma comes to the surface. But
this is one of the ways that I love
using chat GPT as a business owner
because I am also a human being with a
human brain that is programmed to keep
you safe. And that always means it's
going to find a problem in every idea
that you've ever had. It's going to want
to keep you from not doing the big bold
brave thing that you know that you need
to do in your business. And it truly is
like the biggest obstacle to your
success. So, I love using chat GPT for
these coaching sessions. So, I thought,
hey, it might be helpful if I walk you
through the whole framework and I'm
going to show you on screen so that you
can screenshot these exact prompts, try
it out yourself, and just have fun with
this because my goal is to have you
walking away from today with total
clarity and more confidence in terms of
exactly what you need to do to make
money in your business. So, first off,
let's talk about money. And the biggest
reason that you don't have enough cash
in the bank in your business right now
is because your revenue goal isn't big
enough or you're probably like most
floors and you don't even actually have
a revenue goal. But when you run a
business, setting a revenue goal is
going to be the key to you being clear
on the next steps that you need to take
in your business. And most florists are
just walking around hoping and praying
that things work themselves out instead
of having a very clear actionable plan.
So with this first prompt, we're going
to get very specific. And there's two
things that you need to decide before
you jump onto chat GPT. And the first
one is what your personal income goal
is. So how much money do you want to pay
yourself over the course of a year from
your business? Once you know that
number, then you're going to actually
multiply that number by five because
that's going to become your business's
revenue target. The second thing that
you're going to decide is what you want
your primary service to be, what you
want that number one offer to be, or you
might hear it be referenced as what you
want your niche to be. I will always say
if you want to get results faster, focus
on one niche first. master that
marketing and sales plan and then build
on it as you go. So, let's jump into
chat GPT. And as I said before, we're
going to use an incognito window so that
it has no evidence of anything I've ever
done on my chat GPT profile in the past.
And again, we're also just going to use
the free version of chat GPT to make
this happen. So, the very first prompt
that we're going to put into chat GPT
says, I'm a florist who wants to create
a profitable business plan. I want to
earn. Then you're going to insert your
own personal salary goal per year as my
personal salary. Please help me with the
following. Number one, calculate my
business's revenue goal. So that's going
to be your personal salary times 5.
Number two, I want to focus in on insert
the niche that you want to master first.
Number three, my average order value for
this niche will be, and this is where I
want you to take a hypothetical guess.
Number four, calculate how many orders I
need per month and per year to hit my
revenue goal. And then number five,
break this down into weekly targets so
that I can track my progress. and you're
going to end the prompt with, "Please
show me the math clearly and give me
actionable next steps for reaching these
numbers." So, let's circle back and I'm
going to fill in the blanks based on a
hypothetical situation. So, please
adjust this based on your personal goal
and your vision within your own
business, but I just want to go through
a very real example with you to show you
how helpful this one prompt is. So, I'm
a florist who wants to create a
profitable business plan. I want to earn
I'm going to say $60,000
per year as my personal salary. So
that's how much you want as your income
as a business owner. Now, please help me
with the following. So number one, we
don't have to do anything. Number two, I
want to focus on I'm going to say daily
flower deliveries online orders. You're
going to edit that based on what your
personal preference is in your business.
Number three, my average order value for
this niche will be, and I'm going to say
165. So, just for those of you following
along, and the little detail at home is
going to be $150 plus delivery. So, 165.
Calculate how many orders I need per
month and per year to hit my revenue
goal. And then five, break this down
into weekly targets so I can track my
progress. Okay, now I'm going to hit
enter. This is so exciting. So, it's
going to come back and it's going to
start to break down this plan for me.
And this is such a funner way to plan
out for your business than the way that
we used to do it in corporate when we
used to sit around and do all those
PowerPoint presentations and it used to
sit on the shelf in a binder for decades
and you would just keep coming back year
after year after year only for it to be
forgotten. Okay, so we now have our
results from Chat GPT. Absolutely. Let's
build your business revenue goal step by
step and make it actionable. One, set
your revenue goal. So you want a $60,000
salary. You're multiplying it by five to
cover, and this is what's so helpful,
your salary, cost of goods sold,
operating expenses, marketing, profit
margin. So, it's taken $60,000,
multiplied it by five, and it's going to
give you a beautiful number of $300,000
as your business annual revenue target.
Step two, the key details. Your average
order value is 165. The revenue target
is $300,000 a year. How many orders do
we need in order to hit that goal? And
this is step three, orders per year.
It's doing the math for you. This is
what's so fun is we can now be business
owners and we don't even have to be good
at math. $300,000 as our annual revenue
target divided by 165 equals 1,819
orders per year. I can only imagine if
Kathleen from more than a decade ago had
had access to chat GPT, I would have
saved myself so much frustration because
do you know how small and tiny and itty
bitty I used to think as a business
owner? Not anymore, my friends. This is
going to truly expand your thinking. So,
1,819 orders per year gives you an
average of 152 orders per month or 35
orders per week. Now, how helpful is it
for you to know that that's the volume
that you need to focus on if you want to
earn a personal salary of $60,000 a
year? So helpful. Then it gives you a
summary of all of that math. And this
part is so good, man. Like truly, this
is so revolutionary and this is also
just like a first step because we're
going to go into step two with like a
way better way to approach your
marketing plan. But the first thing it
does, understand your conversion funnel.
So that's fancy language for your
marketing and sales process. So let's
say your website converts 2% of visitors
into buyers. So that means two people
out of a 100 people that land on your
website are going to purchase from you,
which is a pretty good conversion rate.
in order for you to hit that 35 orders
per week. That means that you need to
generate 1,750 visits to your website.
The actions that you get to take. So,
you're going to track your site traffic
and improve your conversion rate with
clear product photos, streamline
checkout, local delivery guarantees,
customer testimonials. Seriously, I
still produce the machine. Oh my god,
it's so good. Okay. Marketing plan to
hit your traffic goals. Now, I want you
to take this all with a grain of salt
cuz we're going to go a little bit
deeper in the next prompt. But in order
for you to get that 1,750 visitors to
your website, consider things like
Google Ads, local SEO, Instagram,
Facebook ads, email marketing,
partnering with local businesses, set a
weekly marketing budget of 10 to 15% of
your revenue target, and test your
channels. Now, we're going to circle
back on this in prompt number two, but
this just gives you a really good
understanding of some ideas that you
could experiment with in your business.
Now, number three, plan for peak
seasons. You're going to get more orders
on Valentine's Day, Mother's Day,
Christmas, local holidays. Action. Use
these peak seasons to exceed your
targets and balance out the slower
months. My god, the machine is so smart.
Number four, improve your average order
value. You've already said $165, which
is strong, but you can upsell with
add-ons. So, voses, cards, chocolates,
wine. I'm going to add in offer premium
delivery spots. Love that idea. Create
deluxe or signature arrangements.
Action. Test bundles and highlight them
online. Track and adjust weekly. So, use
a spreadsheet or a dashboard with And it
literally gives you the layout. This is
like Christmas for Kathleen. This is so
fun. So, it's going to give you the
week, order goal, actual orders
received, revenue goal, revenue actual,
and your notes. Talk about being able to
apply the scientific method to your
business. Oh my gosh, this is so good.
So, that is the result of prompt number
one. Can we just talk about how clear it
feels because a you've made some
decisions ahead of time. So, you know
your revenue goal because you know your
personal salary and you've picked your
one niche. So, now the whole math is
clear, right? you have a very clear
plan. You could copy it into a Google
doc and you could label it new business
plan and you know what you're working
towards and the box that you're playing
in feels so much clearer. But knowing
your numbers doesn't mean much if you
don't know who the good customers are.
Which brings us to step number two and
let's talk about marketing. And if
you've been in my world for a while then
you know that the marketing game has
changed radically in the last few years
for florists. And when it comes to
getting noticed by the good customers,
when it comes to getting ahead of the
competition, when it comes to increasing
your lead flow, getting high value
orders, and streamlining your sales
process, that the game is being played
online. Now, the smart florists know,
the profitable florists know that being
in charge of your own website is an
absolute must. But in addition to that,
mapping out a very clear online
marketing plan is going to be the
fastest way for you to get more orders,
increase your profitability, and make
more money. And that is true for floral
subscriptions, weddings and events,
funerals, daily flower deliveries,
workshops. So this is one of those
things where I want you to kind of just
softly and subtly throw away your
current marketing plan because I want to
give you permission to hit control
altdelete. And now that you've done step
number one because you will have taken
prompt number one and you will have
applied it into chatg and now you're
like Kathleen I just want my marketing
plan. Okay. Okay. The thing I want you
to remember is that we get to build our
florist businesses on the concept of new
day, new customer. Cuz every new day
there's a new baby being born. Every new
day somebody's just about to start
planning their wedding. Every new day
somebody needs to organize flowers for a
funeral. Every new day somebody's like,
"Oh my god, today's the day I want to
have flowers in my office for my
workspace." So you get to build your
entire marketing plan off of that
framework. Then it's always going to be
about tweaking and refining. And this is
one of those areas where I want you to
have a little bit of fun and I want you
to also trust your intuition because
you've picked your niche or the number
one service that you're going to offer
in your business. But then I want you to
put in the time and effort to really
craft a very clear vision of who your
dream customer is. Do not rush this step
because this is where the power and the
insights of being able to tap into AI is
going to change the game for you and
your business because what you're going
to do next is give chat GPT a very
detailed outline of who your dream
client is. And then I want you to put
any assumptions, any hypothesis in there
about how they are going to go about
looking for a florist. Then we're going
to get chat GBT to map out the whole
marketing plan for you. So, let me show
you this in action. So, we have prompt
number two here, which says, I'm a
florist targeting. And then you'll see
the brackets. And this is where I want
you to actually input the detailed
description of who your ideal client is.
And when I say detailed description, I
don't mean brides or I don't mean people
looking for a florist. And I don't mean
women age 35. I'm going to show you a
specific example so that you know how
much detail I want you to go into
because one of the secrets to using AI
is the whole garbage in garbage out. So
the more specific you can be with your
inputs, the more detail you can provide
the machine, the better learning it's
going to be able to provide for you. So
if you've ever tried playing around with
chat GPT before and you're like, "Well,
it just keeps giving me garbage." it's
just because you're not giving it enough
information to give you a very
insightful response. After you describe
who your ideal client is, then you're
going to type in your hypothesis around
how that one person is going to look for
a florist. And again, I'll go through a
very detailed example here. Then the
prompt is going to end with, "Please
create a three-part marketing plan that
focuses exclusively on attracting
premium clients who can afford higher
prices. I want to use the new day, new
customer approach, meaning consistent
daily actions that bring in new
prospects. Please include one, where to
focus my marketing efforts online. Two,
what type of messaging will attract
premium clients and help me get ahead of
the competition? Three, specific daily
or weekly actions that I can use. Make
this actionable and focused. No generic
advice. I want to stand out from the
other floors and be seen as the premium
option. So, we're going to go in. and
I'm going to fill in the blank in terms
of who my dream customer is and what my
hypothesis is around how that person is
going to be finding a florist. Now, I
want you to go in and I want you to edit
this like fill-in- thelank section based
on who your dream client is. Cuz my
dream client and your dream client
aren't going to be the same people. And
then I want you to use your own
imagination in terms of what that
hypothesis might look like. So, I'm
going to say I'm a florist targeting
people who live outside my area and want
to send flowers to someone in my local
delivery footprint. They probably live
across the country in a bigger city.
They have a household income of 150 to
200k. They are busy. Have two kids, a
new puppy. Mom is into yoga. Dad plays
golf. He works from home. She runs her
own PR firm. They value convenience,
quality, and expertise. My ideal client
is likely looking for a florist by let's
say either jumping on Google and typing
in florist in you can change this to
your city or she's
jumping on Instagram and using the
search bar typing in florist your city
and just for clarity sake when I type in
your city on here like when I write that
out I want you to replace it with your
city so florist Chicago florest
Melbourne Florest London, Florest
Cambridge, Florest Philadelphia. So
again, take your time with this prompt
because the more detail that you can
provide chat GPT, the better the
outcome's going to be. But I'm going to
leave it at that and we're going to see
what comes out the other side. Okay,
you're targeting premium busy
professionals with high expectations and
disposable income who are not local but
want to send flowers locally. This is a
powerful niche and your new day, new
customer mindset is perfect. See,
validation from the machine. How good is
that? Let's build a three-part marketing
plan that helps you attract these
high-end non-local buyers consistently
every single day. So, Google, local
search, SEO, and it does it gives you
like such a specific action plan to
follow. Then, we can jump into messaging
that attracts premium clients. And it
literally is broken it down for you into
a chart that you can copy and paste.
This is what's so good. You're not just
selling flowers. You're selling emotion,
expertise, and convenience. and it's
broken it down for you into the key
stages of the sales process. So the
emotion that we're creating with our
clients is establishing trust. We're
going to use valuedriven language like
handled by a floral expert, not a
warehouse. So example messaging might be
every bouquet is designed by me, not
mass- prodduced. When it comes to
reinforcing the message around ease, we
make it effortless to send flowers
beautifully. So you could actually say
on your website, and this is a powerful
headline, place the order, we'll do the
rest. Number three, building connection.
make her feel seen even from across the
country. So, flowers that say everything
you can't from 2,000 miles away. Oh my
god, it's so good. Number four,
reinforcing the message around
premiumness. Only the freshest stems, no
filler. Our average bouquet features
over 20 premium stems hand selected for
your occasion. Talk about reinforcing
premium quality expertise. You will also
notice that these are not messages that
you see many other florists share about
on their website. So, if you have that
little voice in the back of your head
that says, "I want to get ahead of the
competition." This, my friends, this is
going to be the secret to your success.
Then, it breaks it down for you into
weekly and daily actions. And it even
gives you, like, how good is this? It
even gives you a specific action plan
for things that you can do daily, three
times a week, weekly, and then monthly.
So, actions that are on this list
include things like posting to
Instagram, uploading photos to Google My
Business, responding to comments, DMs,
and reviews, commenting on other
people's Instagram posts, launching an
email sequence, recording behind the
scenes or a client story, reviewing
Google Ads performance. Now, some of
these things I will say you don't need
to worry about, but talk about having
like a very clear action plan and
busting through the overwhelm and
confusion. And then three things that it
tells you like pro tips to truly stand
out. Premium pricing page on your
website. Like this is so good. Show your
average order value intentionally. So
most clients invest $150 to $250 for
custom design flower delivery in your
city. Number two, testimonial highlight
reels. Yes, please turn texts or DMs
from happy out of town senders into
short pieces of content. This is so
good. Like you will have a client review
that says something like this. She
cried. said it was the best bouquet
she'd ever received. Number three,
offering a concierge ordering service.
And I don't necessarily agree with this
suggestion in here. You could obviously
test it out, but this definitely gets me
thinking about the value of having like
one of those AI plugins on your website
where you could send a message, having
FAQ questions on your website, having
resources at your client's fingertips
because if they're on the other side of
the country and they want to order
flowers, like this just gets your
creativity flowing in terms of new ideas
in your business. Now, my friends,
that's your new marketing plan. It is
not perfect, but I will say it's about
80% right. And it's so clear. Like talk
about taking a big ass revenue goal of
$300,000 a year, breaking it down into
how many orders do I need to have? Okay,
how many orders do I need to get over
the course of a week? Okay, now I have
my priorities from a marketing
perspective. I know what I need to do.
Okay, and now you literally have the
beginnings of a very powerful marketing
plan. Okay, now number three, and this
is probably my favorite way to use chat
GPT because it's not enough to know your
numbers and it's not enough to have a
clear action plan. You need to take
action. And this is where most of
florists get stuck. You have a plan, but
then the totally normal human experience
of all the fear and the doubt and the
uncertainty kicks in. What if nobody
buys? What if I'm not good enough? What
if I fail? What if I die poor, broken,
alone, living in a van down by the
river? But here's the thing to remember,
because you are not just a floral
designer anymore. You're a florist and
you're a business owner. And business
owners feel the fear and do it anyway.
So, instead of allowing the fear to stop
you, we're going to use Chat GPT as your
personal coach. You're going to input
your top three fears and get coaching
responses that help you move forward
with confidence. This is going to be so
helpful. So, let me show you how
powerful this is. So, prompt number
three, and definitely screenshot this
one. I'm a florist working on building a
more profitable business, but I'm
struggling with fear and self-doubt.
Please act as my business coach and help
me work through these limiting beliefs.
So, my top three fears are, and you can
borrow my top three fears, you can make
your own top three fears. You could just
keep experimenting with this and keep
putting more fears into the prompt, but
I'm going to say my top three fears are
no one will want to pay my higher
prices. Two, I'll fail and end up broke.
Or you could literally type in I'm going
to die poor, broke, and alone living in
a van down by the river. And number
three, and this is for my newbies, I'm
not experienced enough to call myself a
business owner. It could also be that
you replace number three with there's a
huge amount of competition in my area.
It could be that you are making a giant
pivot or a change in your business and
you had a retail shop and you're just
moving more towards workshops, funerals,
and weddings. It could be like so many
possibilities. But I will say this is
one of those times where I want you to
be vulnerable. I want you to open
yourself up to AI because it's going to
blow your mind. Like the minute you can
identify what the fear is and you can
put it into the prompt, you're going to
get back some powerful tools that you
can use in your business every day.
Because the rest of this prompt, and
this is what's so helpful, is for each
fear, please help me reframe this fear
in a more empowering way. Give me evidencebased
evidencebased
responses to conquer those thoughts.
Provide specific actions I can take when
this fear comes up. And number four,
remind me of the bigger vision that I'm
working towards. Be direct, supportive,
and practical. I need coaching that
makes me take action despite the fear,
not just feel good platitudes. Are you
ready? Let's go. Okay. So, I am just
going to read this all out for you
because this is going to be helpful. And
it's totally fine if you come back to
this episode and you just listen to this
again and again and again and again and
again. So, you've already taken a
massive step naming your fears. That
takes guts and clarity. Now, it's time
to dismantle them systematically,
directly, and with action because fear
thrives in vagueness, not just bringing
it to light. So, fear number one, no one
will pay my higher prices. Here's your
reframe. The right clients want to pay
more. If I clearly show the value, my
job isn't to lower my price. It's to
raise their understanding. Number two,
evidence-based responses. Premium
florists do exist and thrive charging
$150 to $500 per order and they give you
some very real examples. So McQueen's in
London putting them and putting them.
Got it? And you're not trying to serve
everyone. You're targeting a niche. Busy
highinccome timest star professionals
who want convenience and excellence, not
discounts. Are you listening? Have you
got your pen in favor? Hit pause because
I want you to write this down. Studies
show that pricing influences perception
of quality. When you price low, premium
buyers assume it's low quality. Are you
listening? It's the machine. Okay. When
the fear hits, I want you to do this
one. Review one we real customer story
or thank you note. Remind yourself
somebody already saw the value and paid
for it. Number two, and say this out
loud. I don't sell flowers. I sell
convenience, connection, and confidence.
It's worth every penny. Number three,
post one sideby-side comparison photo.
your premium bouquet versus a generic
wire service one. Let the quality speak.
Remember the vision. You're building a
premium floral brand that lets you earn
substantially not burn out doing $50
orders for bargain shoppers. You're not
here to be the cheapest. Here to be the
most trusted, my friends, this is gold.
Fear number two, I'll fail and end up
broke. I laugh because this is like
right at the top of my list of
Kathleen's own list of fears. So,
reframe. Failure isn't fatal. Ain't that
the truth? Avoiding action is the real
risk. If I keep showing up, learning,
and adjusting, I will figure this out.
Evidence-based responses. So, 90% of
successful business owners admit they
don't know everything starting out. What
made them successful? Iteration. You've
already taken more action than most.
Building a brand, identifying a niche,
setting revenue goals, asking for
coaching. Seriously, my friends, like
remember, most human beings are sitting
on the sofa. They're scrolling Tik Tok.
They're scrolling Instagram. and they're
numbing themselves out with all of the
things that we have access to. You're
using chat GPT to help you build a
business. That's more than most people
get done in a day. Number three, every
single profitable florist you admire
once had this same fear. You are not
broken. You're just in the building
phase. And I promise you, you know me. I
show up on the internet. I talk about
all of my worst fears, hesitations,
doubts, and insecurities. This one is at
the top of my list. So, just know that
you're not alone. When the fear hits, do
this one. Do one revenue generating
action. Post an offer. Reach out to a
past customer. Run a $10 ad. Action is
the antidote to anxiety. Number two,
keep a proof on building something
folder. This one works, my friends. I
promise you. So, customer messages,
photos of bouquets, weekly revenue logs.
Review it when the fear creeps in.
Remember, none of us was born knowing
how to do these things. But this one
about your brain being able to see
actual evidence of your progress changes
the game. So, remember the vision.
You're not doing this to maybe make it.
You're doing this to build a profitable,
respected floral business that funds
your life on your terms. This doesn't
come from luck. It comes from brave,
boring, consistent action. Do what the
machine says, my friend. So, fear number
three, I'm not experienced enough to
call myself a business owner. Reframe. I
became a business owner by acting like
one, not waiting for a certificate.
Ownership is a practice, not a title.
Oh, ownership is a practice, not a
title. This is so good. Okay.
Evidence-based responses. There's no
secret license or minimum years
required. You are a business owner the
moment you sell something and take
responsibility for growing it. The most
successful business owners learn as they
go. They don't feel 100% ready. They
move forward anyway. Imposttor syndrome
hits high achievers more than anyone
else. Hey, are you listening to me? You
in the big fat world, are you listening
to me? Imposttor syndrome hits high
achievers more than anyone else. Feeling
doubt is not proof you're unqualified.
It's proof that you care. So when the
fear hits, do this. Review your own
wins. Who have you served? What problems
have you solved? And what did they say
about your work? The next thing you can
do is take one CEO action. Check your
numbers. Plan your weekly revenue goal.
Set a marketing task. Say this. Every
day I show up, I make decisions, and I
serve my customers. I am becoming the
business owner I aspire to be. Remember,
your business journey is just a personal
growth journey. And lastly, remember the
vision. You're not arranging flowers.
You're building a brand, a system, a
lifestyle. The goal isn't perfection.
It's ownership over your work, your
worth, and your future. So, it also
gives you a chart, the quick fear
reversal summary so that you can save
this, print this out, put this
somewhere. So, it gives you the fear,
the reframe, and the actions for you to
take. A final reminder, and a final
little motivational kick in the pants
that we all need. So, you're not just
trying out a business. You're committing
to become the kind of person who runs
one profitably, boldly, intentionally.
Every premium brand you admire once
started with a sacred but committed
founder. Ain't that the truth? You have
the guts. Now, just keep stacking the
reps, my friend. I swear to you. Like,
go into chatbt, take these three
prompts, even just take that last prompt
and see what comes back for you. The
reframes that that last prompt provides
are going to just truly like it will
give you goosebumps, particular if you
read it out loud, but also save it into
a Google doc, print it out, create a
cute Canva wallpaper graphic for your
phone, like whatever you need to do to
keep your brain in a positive business
building headspace. And here's what you
now have having followed these three
prompts. You have a very clear revenue
target with the math to back it up, a
focused marketing plan to help you get
found by the premium clients, and a way
to coach yourself through the mental
obstacles that you're going to have to
overcome as you grow your business.
Remember, the goal here is not about
working harder. It's about working
smarter and finally seeing yourself as
the business owner that you've always
wanted to be. You deserve to be
profitable. You deserve to get your work
out into the world and you deserve to
pay yourself really well. So take these
three prompts, personalize them for your
vision and your goals and your business.
And remember, build it on that new day,
new customer mindset. Stay focused,
track your results, and watch your
business thrive cuz you're going to blow
your mind with what you can achieve. And
