The content argues that vegans often exhibit insufferable communication patterns due to neuroplasticity, where their commitment to a vegan lifestyle has rewired their brains to resist information that challenges their beliefs, leading to defensive and irrational responses.

What's up, Primal Gang? How's everybody
doing? Lately, I've been thinking a lot
about why some vegans are just so
insufferable to talk to. Just endless
mind games, non-stop jokes, ghosting,
and blocking, pretending to care, and
then just ghosting again. And then they
just forget to answer or the answer is
just so inconsistent. Like, come on. I
make a video of like 10 minutes or
something about them and those who
notice it just give like a really really
short answer full of absolute nonsense.
Like I have been trying to use humor.
I've been trying to use logic and when I
got angry to what they have to say, I
just just show them that, hey, this
makes me frustrated and raised my voice
a little bit in my videos to make it
clear that they should just wake up to
reality already. And many times I also
explained it nicely and I've been
thinking a lot about um what is wrong
with them like why they can't make the
connection why they can't connect the
dots and I remembered about a
documentary that I saw many years ago.
I'm going to leave the full video in the
description and I also have some clips
from it that explains it that why vegans
are just so insufferable to talk to. The
short answer is that they just can't
make the connection.
>> The human brain is a network of
approximately 100 billion neurons.
Different experiences create different
neural connections which bring about
different emotions. And depending on
which neurons get stimulated, certain
connections become stronger and more
efficient while others may become
weaker. This is what's called
neuroplasticity. Someone who trains to
be a musician will create stronger
neural connections that link the two
hemispheres of the brain in order to be
musically creative.
Virtually any sort of talent or skill
can be created through training. Rutiger
Gan who was a self-admitted hopeless
student used to fail at basic math and
went on to train his abilities and
became a famous human calculator capable
of performing extremely complex mathematics.
mathematics.
Rationality and emotional resilience
work the same way. These are neural
connections that can be strengthened.
Whatever you are doing at any time, you
are physically modifying your brain to
become better at it. Since this is such
a foundational mechanism of the brain,
being self-aware can greatly enrich our
life experience.
Being a vegan in the end of the day, it
means that you just refuse to eat animal
foods. Yeah, there's more into it.
You're not going to wear leather jacket
or whatever, but I don't care about
that. This is a diet channel and I don't
care about ethics. In the end of the
day, it's all about what you eat. And we
can say that vegans refuse to eat animal
foods. And the first time vegan has to
like work really hard on his brain
connections to quote unquote rewire it
until it gets used to um refusing to eat
animal foods. And vegans lit literally
train themselves to get better at um
replacing animal foods with plant-based
options. And for some of them, it's like
a competition that who can stay vegan
for longer or who can become a better
vegan athlete or who can outperform the
meat eaters on a plant-based diet. And
some of them even lie about how many
years they have been vegan cuz they are
ashamed of admitting failure or they
just get paid too much money and they
have too much to lose. So, they just
going to pretend that they are vegans.
And the more they train themselves to
stay on a plant-based diet, like a 100 I
keep saying plant-based diet, but that
can mean that they eat um mostly plants.
Let's just say it like this, 100%
plant-based diet. Like the more they
train themselves to stay on a 100%
plant-based diet, the the better they
become at it, the better they become to
refuse their own senses. When they crave
animal fats, they keep disciplining
themselves. And discipline is like the
worst thing ever. The only time you
should discipline yourself is um in this
modern age when you when you know you
have to go to work cuz um you have a
family to take care of or you you you
have to provide food for yourself or for
your loved ones or for your family
whatever. That would be the only case.
You discipline yourself to get yourself
some money so you can take care of
things. But you should never discipline
yourself just to stick to a diet. That's
just that's very crazy. And when I make
videos that, hey man, look, you're
eating vegan sushi, that means you crave
raw fish. Or you eat vegan hot dogs,
that means you you crave real hot dogs.
these vegans start laughing at me that
how much of an amateur I am that I I
can't train myself to instead of eating
real hot dogs I should eat like
plant-based hot dogs or instead of
eating real sushi with raw fish I should
eat vegan sushi and that's what they do
they are basically laughing at me and
deny it how they crave raw fish because
they went through hard work to so-called
rewire their brains and they want
everybody else to uh rewire their
brains. That's why they keep saying go
vegan. Anyway, I never met a vegan who
understands like basic biochemistry cuz
in order to understand basic
biochemistry, you would have to quit
veganism. you would come to the
conclusion that u you just just don't
get you just don't get the same
nutrients as someone who eats meat and
you will never get those nutrients as
someone who eats meat. I have some
respect for those vegans that believe
that eating some type of grain or some
type of aged soy gives them some type of
nutrients that we meters get. Yes, they
are misinformed, but at least they are
they're trying their best to get all the
nutrients contrary to sugar dieters who
only eat mostly sugar. And uh yeah, they
don't get any so-called vegan nutrients
or whatever. They don't eat any of those
uh vegan foods or whatever. It's like
they don't want to be healthy at all.
sugar diet is like full extreme full
extreme mode. I don't think I can help
them. There is no escape from that type
of eating disorder. Unless they really
start to feel like really horrible side
effects from their diet. But some of
them even then they just keep living in
denial. When someone like me challenges
their belief system, they get super
triggered about it. So triggered that
they would rather not watch my videos
ever again. Some of them like dare me um
delete their channel or they just stop
uploading instead of admitting that I
was right. They want to live in this
Specific neurons and neurotransmitters
such as norepinephrine trigger a
defensive state when we feel that our
thoughts have to be protected from the
influence of others.
If we are then confronted with
differences in opinion, the chemicals
that are released in the brain are the
same ones that try to ensure our
survival in dangerous situations.
In this defensive state, the more
primitive part of the brain interferes
with rational thinking and the lyic
system can knock out most of our working
memory physically causing narrow-mindedness.
narrow-mindedness.
We see this in the politics of fear, in
the strategy of poker players, or simply
when someone is stubborn in a
discussion. And in this defensive state
of mind that I put them in, there is no
place for rationality. Like no matter
how much of a rational argument I try to
bring up, no matter how hard I try to
explain that they won't get the building
blocks that I am getting from eating raw
meat, they are just like scared of
talking to me. I do admit that I can be
very annoying if I want to. And I admit
that I wasn't always the nicest, but I
only did that to push their buttons. cuz
my thinking is that when when I'm
pushing their buttons, it brings them
back to reality. In the end, it it did
bring them back to reality in a way that
uh that the primitive part of the brain
kicked in. But the problem is that the
brain is already rewired. And the
primitive part of the brain only kicked
in to defend veganism. Like what in the
world, man? That wasn't my goal.
Whatever. We we don't always get in life
whatever we want to. I guess in order to
help them like in order to help a vegan
to quit veganism, I would need to be
there like a good friend and uh be nice
and not too judgmental about their diet,
not just like a stranger on the
internet. And I guess they just don't
have a good friend like me or the
friends they have, they just don't care
about diets and and things like that.
Most of the times, not most of the
times, almost we can say that all the
time when I'm talking to vegans, I feel
like I'm talking with children who
pretend that um who are playing let's
pretend we don't need uh meat. But the
thing about children that they would
just play it for a while and then they
would just go home and eat meat again.
But vegans don't do that. They just play
forever and ever until they quit or
cheat. And children like this, they just
can't process it that how valuable my
videos are. No matter how valuable an
idea is, the brain has trouble
processing it when it is in such a state.
state.
On a neural level, it reacts as if we're
being threatened. Even if this threat
comes from harmless opinions or facts
that we may otherwise find helpful and
But when we express ourselves and our
views are appreciated, these defense
chemicals decrease in the brain and
dopamine neurotransmission activates the
reward neurons making us feel empowered
and increasing our self-esteem.
Our beliefs have a profound impact on
our body chemistry. This is why placeos
can be so effective.
Self-esteem or self-belief is closely
linked to the neurotransmitter
serotonin. When the lack of it takes on
severe proportions, it often leads to
depression, self-destructive behavior,
or even suicide.
Social validation increases the levels
of dopamine and serotonin in the brain
and allows us to let go of emotional
fixations and become self-aware more easily.
easily.
and my videos are a threat to their
discipline, a threat to veganism in
general, and a threat to um the safety
of the animals that we are about to eat,
cuz that's our natural food as humans.
In my entire YouTuber career, if we can
call it like that, well, it hasn't been
too long. It's like one year or
something. I've been only talking to two
vegans who admitted that meat is very
nutritional. They love it. It used to be
their favorite food, but they only don't
eat it because they don't want cruelty
to the animals. And they would sacrifice
their own heart. Well, actually, this
was just one of them who uh who
basically admitted that they would
sacrifice their own her just to protect
the animals. And that's like another way
of u rewiring your brain. But hey, what
can I do? I can't convince everybody or
maybe I can't convince anybody. Who
knows? And it's not just vegans, man.
When when I try to bring up that don't
eat seed oils, they some of some people
just um jump in and they they try to
say, "Oh, it's the seed oil propaganda
again or whatever." It's a waste of time
to argue with people like that. And also
here's another explanation why I why I
am having trouble talking to certain
people like why they refuse to talk to
me. They are just not comfortable of um
talking about certain subjects on or in
a certain way. They find me cringe or
something. And hey, if you find me
cringe, yeah, there's nothing I can do
about that. But just know that uh
everything I say there's there's nothing
that I find uh cringe. I am totally
comfortable to talk the way I talk.
