0:03 if I was 25 years old today in 2024 what
0:05 would I do what's a good sector to get
0:07 involved in what business would I get
0:09 involved in if I was a 16-year-old kid
0:10 and I needed to start a side hustle to
0:12 make some money I think everything is
0:15 looking at now in a different way as
0:16 businesses particularly small to
0:19 mediumsized businesses don't understand
0:21 yet the majority of businesses in
0:23 America for example are between 5 and
0:25 500 employees so they're small
0:28 businesses they create 62% of the jobs
0:31 they want to use and I doesn't matter if
0:33 I'm 16 I'd be teaching them as well is
0:35 how complicated yes it is but is it
0:37 lucrative very much so it's not about
0:39 how hard you row it's about what Bo
0:42 you're at demand is sayal and they'll pay
0:43 pay
0:46 you two years ago I spotted exactly what
0:48 these billionaires are just now telling
0:50 everyone to jump into and back then
0:52 people thought I was insane and fast
0:54 forward to today I've built a
0:55 multi-million dollar business with over
0:58 40 people based out of our Oakland
1:00 office here in New Zealand or because I
1:03 saw this coming before anyone else did
1:04 in the next 20 minutes I'm going to show
1:07 you why this opportunity is so glaringly
1:08 obvious that these billionair are
1:10 literally begging people to start these
1:13 kinds of businesses and more importantly
1:15 I'll be breaking down how almost anyone
1:17 can start one of
1:19 them so what is this no-brainer
1:21 opportunity that shark tanks Kevin oer
1:23 and Mark Cuban both say is the first
1:25 business they would start if they were
1:27 starting again as an entrepreneur today
1:29 let's see if you can figure it out if I
1:32 was 20 25 years old today in 2024 what
1:34 would I do what's a good sector to get
1:36 involved in what business would I get
1:37 involved in I think everything is
1:40 looking at AI now in a different way and
1:41 I think AI growth is going to be
1:43 exponential so anything to do with AI
1:45 now what could that be in the simplest
1:47 form is helping people use the
1:50 technology there's going to be a massive
1:51 amount of people wanting to use it that
1:53 don't know how to and they're willing to
1:56 pay to solve that pain point so is that
1:58 Consulting not really it's
2:01 implementation and ex ution and so
2:03 helping a business do that transfer into
2:05 a world where they're controlling their
2:07 data and getting information from it now
2:09 the majority of businesses in America
2:12 for example are between 5 and 500
2:14 employees so they're small businesses
2:17 they create 62% of the jobs they want to
2:19 use AI you should help them solve for
2:21 that and they'll pay you did you catch
2:23 that let's see what M cubin has to say
2:25 as well the skills you need for a job
2:27 today 10 years 100 years from now are
2:29 always the same you need to be curious
2:31 cuz everything's changing you need to be
2:34 agile cuz everything's changing and
2:37 you've got to be able to adapt because
2:39 everything's always changing I can
2:40 pretend that I'm going to be able to
2:42 predict where AI is going and the exact
2:43 impact on the job market but I'd be
2:46 lying I have no idea but I do know that
2:48 I'm going to pay attention and be agile
2:50 and be curious and be able to adapt so
2:52 if I was a 16-year-old kid and I needed
2:54 to start a side hustle to make some
2:55 money there's a couple things that I
2:59 would do one I would be all in on large
3:02 language models like chat GPT and Gemini
3:05 meta and the like and learning how to
3:07 prompt and going to my friends and
3:09 teaching them how to do prompts for all
3:12 their papers and then I would go to
3:13 businesses because businesses
3:15 particularly small to mediumsized
3:18 businesses don't understand AI yet and I
3:20 doesn't matter if I'm 16 I'd be teaching
3:22 them as well think you got it well hold
3:25 that thought and now let me show you
3:27 something from nearly 2 years ago AI
3:29 automation agencies are the next big
3:31 thing an online business the AI
3:33 automation agency model is an online
3:35 business model focused on helping small
3:37 to medium-sized businesses to automate
3:39 their systems and processes with AI
3:41 technology what I'm calling an AI
3:43 automation agency is an online business
3:45 model where you work with businesses
3:47 either on a contract or retainer basis
3:49 to help them apply AI technologies that
3:53 video was filmed in May of 2023 and what
3:54 I discovered back then through my own
3:56 business morning site Ai and what these
3:58 billionaires are really only just
4:00 catching on to now is that there is an
4:02 enormous gap between these small to
4:04 medium-sized businesses that desperately
4:07 need AI to stay competitive and their
4:09 ability to actually implement it for
4:11 these businesses to be fully up to date
4:13 with AI there are many layers of
4:15 services that they are starving for
4:17 right now you've got education about
4:19 what AI is as a technology and what it
4:21 can and can't do secondly they are
4:23 starving for Consulting on the best
4:25 kinds of AI systems to implement for
4:27 their business to get some kind of Roi
4:28 and the final step is building AI
4:30 systems for them in order to reduce
4:32 their costs and increase their sales the
4:34 businesses that provide these kinds of
4:36 AI services and what these rich guys
4:38 keep talking about are called AI
4:41 automation agencies or aaa's for short
4:42 which is a term that my team and I
4:45 created to really describe a new
4:46 business model that we discovered in May
4:49 of 2023 now before you click away
4:51 thinking that I can't do this I I don't
4:53 know AI I'm not an expert in AI I'm not
4:55 qualified give me a second and I will
4:58 destroy every single excuse and Shred of
5:00 self-doubt that your brain is C right
5:01 now about this opportunity in reality
5:04 you are so much closer to tapping into
5:06 this enormous demand for AI services
5:07 that these billionaires keep talking
5:09 about than you think starting off with
5:12 excuse number one I'm not an AI expert
5:15 so this right here this belief that you
5:18 need to be some kind of AI expert with a
5:20 degree or other qualifications is
5:22 exactly why this opportunity is still so
5:24 untapped what most people don't
5:25 understand about the current AI
5:27 Revolution is that when chat GPD was
5:30 launched in in the end of 2022
5:32 it basically blindsided everyone equally
5:34 right so the AI academics Business
5:37 Leaders even the tech giants like Google
5:39 this new wave of AI is so different from
5:40 what came before it and so
5:42 transformative that we are all
5:45 essentially starting from Ground Zero it
5:48 truly is an even playing field and while
5:50 universities and traditional education
5:52 are still scrambling to update their
5:54 courses and programs while businesses
5:56 are still desperate to understand what's
5:58 possible with this technology there's
6:00 been a small group of people people that
6:02 have been stepping up in order to bridge
6:04 this Gap and start to tap into this
6:06 surging demand from businesses all over
6:08 the world for AI services and the thing
6:11 is they're they're not AI academics the
6:13 majority of them aren't even developers
6:15 they they're regular people who saw this
6:16 opportunity like the billionaires and
6:18 and myself and and just took action on
6:20 it my point here is that the real
6:23 experts in AI for businesses aren't
6:25 being created in classrooms they are
6:27 being forged in the real world by
6:28 helping businesses to understand and
6:30 adopt this technology in a place where
6:33 we are judged by our results and not by
6:35 our qualifications you don't need to be
6:38 a technical genius to get into AI
6:39 businesses need three things they need
6:42 someone to explain AI to them in simple
6:44 terms that's education they need someone
6:45 to show them how and where to use it
6:47 that's Consulting and finally they need
6:49 someone to help them implement it into
6:50 their business so you don't have to do
6:52 all three you can literally just start
6:53 wherever suits you best depending on
6:55 your background and I'll explain the
6:56 process for doing this in the last
6:58 section of this video but to get started
6:59 you could literally just take what you
7:01 learned in my videos about AI agents for
7:03 example I did a massive video on that
7:05 you could turn that video in the
7:07 information in it into presentation and
7:09 start helping businesses to understand
7:11 AI agents and the future of work uh
7:13 within the next few days the bar to get
7:15 into AI isn't necessarily having all of
7:17 the answers right away it's really just
7:18 about being one step ahead of the
7:20 businesses who don't have the time to
7:23 figure this stuff out themselves excuse
7:25 number two is I can't code now this is
7:27 the second most common excuse I hear of
7:29 I can't get into AI I don't know how to
7:31 code and I I totally get where this
7:33 comes from especially when I talk about
7:36 AI Automation and and building AI
7:37 systems and that stuff really
7:39 immediately terrifies people and for
7:41 good reason but let me share something
7:43 about what I've learned really firsthand
7:45 at my agency morning side AI before
7:47 businesses even think of signing off on
7:50 a $50,000 AI development project they
7:52 first need two things solved they need
7:54 someone to help them understand what AI
7:56 actually is and they need someone to
7:58 show them where AI can drive the biggest
8:02 Roi within their business and so this is
8:04 great news for you non-coders and people
8:06 who don't want to be technical you can
8:07 always learn but some people just really
8:09 don't want to do that and I get that and
8:11 understand it but it's great news for
8:12 you because there's huge amounts of
8:14 money to be made in this education and
8:16 Consulting space in the AI Services
8:18 market now if you don't believe me don't
8:20 take my word for it just look at what
8:21 all of the biggest consultings in the
8:24 world are doing you've got McKenzie
8:26 which has just combined 1,000 AI experts
8:29 into their new Quantum black AI division
8:32 EX is dropping $3 billion on new staff
8:34 in order to expand the AI Consulting
8:37 Division and BCG expects AI Consulting
8:39 to make up almost half of what they do
8:42 by 2026 but while these Consulting
8:44 Giants are fighting over these Fortune
8:46 500 companies the businesses that o
8:47 Larry mentioned in the clip I played the
8:50 ones that make up 62% of us jobs are
8:52 being completely ignored and they are
8:54 desperate for guides to help them make
8:56 this transition into the AI age just as
8:58 much as the big companies now I would be
9:00 talking out of my ass if I didn't have
9:01 some good examples of non-coders who had
9:03 actually transitioned out of their
9:05 previous career into the AI space so let
9:07 me introduce you to three very different
9:09 people who found their Lane in the AI
9:10 space without having a technical
9:13 background firstly there is Nick and so
9:14 a year ago he was a successful strategy
9:16 consultant but was completely new to Ai
9:18 and had never written a line of code in
9:20 his life but like many consultants he
9:22 was great at spotting opportunities and
9:24 explaining complex ideas he joined my
9:26 triaa accelerator program and built up
9:28 his AI knowledge and started sharing his
9:30 AI insights on LinkedIn building his
9:31 personal brand while learning about the
9:33 space as a whole within a few months he
9:35 had his own AI automation agency up and
9:37 running today he's leading our
9:39 Consulting division at Morningside AI
9:41 where we've just completed an 8-week AI
9:43 audit for a $200 million perear Steel
9:46 company and so next gone from complete
9:48 AI beginner to closing huge AI
9:50 Consulting deals in just over a year
9:51 then there's Henrik and so when he
9:53 joined my community nearly 2 years ago
9:56 he knew nothing about AI or coding but
9:58 he was willing to learn I had have to
9:59 give it to him he was willing to learn
10:01 and stick it out and he started with
10:03 simple no code tools for AI automations
10:04 and he kept pushing himself just a
10:06 little bit at a time and now he's one of
10:08 the most experienced voice AI developers
10:10 globally and he's building voice agents
10:12 for major businesses and bet yet he's
10:14 just hit his goal of $155,000 in a
10:17 single month and he's just had a baby so
10:18 massive congrats Henrik it's been
10:20 awesome to see a growth man and finally
10:21 there's Isaiah and he was one of my
10:23 earliest community members and he
10:24 already had strong relationships in the
10:26 coaching industry and so instead of
10:28 trying to learn all the technical stuff
10:30 himself he got smart and he focused on
10:32 what he was actually really good at
10:34 doing already which is understanding the
10:36 market understanding who he was trying
10:38 to sell to and selling these solutions
10:40 to them and so he found a technical
10:42 partner to handle the building of the
10:44 solutions that he sells while he focused
10:46 on sales and now he's doing $25,000
10:48 months helping coaches to implement AI
10:50 appointment setting systems into their
10:51 business without writing a single line
10:54 of code himself so three completely
10:55 different backgrounds three completely
10:57 different approaches but one common
10:59 thread they all found their perfect
11:02 entry into the AI Services base see this
11:04 is the beauty of this AI Services base
11:05 is that you can start wherever you're
11:08 comfortable whether it's with education
11:10 and teaching businesses to understand AI
11:11 it's Consulting and helping find the
11:13 best opportunities or yes even
11:14 development if you're coming with a
11:16 technical background or you're just
11:17 really interested and want to learn that
11:19 side of the business yourself as I've
11:20 done and I really really enjoy getting
11:22 my hands dirty and building automations
11:24 myself but thankfully I do have a team
11:26 to do it now at scale excuse number
11:28 three is I've never run a business
11:30 before so I'm not going to sugar coat
11:31 this starting your first business is
11:33 always going to be hard I'm not going to
11:36 do that to you but there is a way to
11:38 essentially game the system and it all
11:41 comes down to boats not fishing boats
11:44 not sailing boats but rather a boat or
11:46 the business vehicle that you choose to
11:48 get into this analogy of boats and
11:50 business Vehicles comes directly from
11:52 the world's greatest investor Warren
11:54 Buffett and no one can explain the story
11:57 better than good old Alex hosi Warren
11:58 Buffett Uncle Warren he and one of his
12:00 closest friends graduated Columbia
12:01 business school at the same time same
12:02 year and he said that guy was smarter
12:04 and harder working than him they then
12:05 went their separate ways Warren ended up
12:07 getting into investing and his friend
12:09 goes into the steel business mind you
12:10 this is a guy who was smarter and harder
12:12 working than him he said he did okay he
12:15 did pretty well but not close to what
12:16 Warren did and he said his biggest
12:18 lesson from that was it's not about how
12:20 hard you row it's about What boat you're
12:22 at Warren got more out for what he put
12:24 in than his buddy in the steel business
12:25 cuz the steel business had a lot of
12:28 headwinds and so he had to roll harder
12:30 Against the Wind than Warren did while
12:33 riding one of the best growth curves of
12:35 the US economy overall so it's your
12:37 choice of boat the industry and the
12:39 business model that you choose that is
12:42 the biggest factor in your success as an
12:44 entrepreneur let's say you were to start
12:45 a business right now in the newspaper
12:47 industry you're going to be facing some
12:49 pretty damn brutal headwinds right it's
12:51 a declining industry it's nearly
12:53 impossible to succeed in that industry
12:54 especially if you're coming in as a
12:56 beginner but for AI services not only
12:58 are you catching what banan company
13:00 reports is going to be an $8 trillion
13:02 wave of investment in Ai and automation
13:04 over the next decade which I mean we're
13:06 already starting to see now in the US
13:08 you're also catching this wave right at
13:10 the beginning where basically all of the
13:12 money is going to be made and personally
13:13 I learned this lesson about picking the
13:16 right boat the hard way as uh my first
13:18 online business was in 2019 I started
13:20 Drop Shipping as basically ifone did
13:21 back then and I was pretty late to the
13:23 party and I really realized quickly that
13:25 I was fighting over the crumbs left by
13:26 the other guys long story short it took
13:29 me 14 months of failure before I made my
13:31 first dollar of profit um I then went on
13:33 to thankfully make good money in the
13:34 e-commerce and digital marketing space
13:37 and then in 2023 I decided to switch my
13:39 efforts into Ai and applied the exact
13:42 same amount of effort and my career has
13:44 just exploded since so basically picking
13:47 the right boat at the right time is a
13:49 multiplier on the time and effort that
13:50 you put into it so starting a first
13:52 business in this rapidly growing space
13:54 for AI services in the AI industry as a
13:57 whole and going with the wind basically
13:59 allows you to get bigger results faster
14:01 than normal again I'm not saying this is
14:02 going to be dead easy or walk in the
14:05 park but you will get better results at
14:07 a faster rate when compared to stagnant
14:09 and even declining Industries and what's
14:11 great about the AI Services space is
14:12 that you can start incredibly small you
14:15 can help one business to understand AI
14:17 tools you can do it for free at first
14:19 then you can start charging for your
14:20 time when you do this kind of service
14:22 then you can gradually grow into bigger
14:23 and bigger projects as your confidence
14:26 builds then transition into a proper AI
14:29 automation agency model and that's basic
14:31 basically what I did I started here on
14:32 YouTube making videos because I was
14:34 interested in the space making like
14:35 coding tutorials showing you how I was
14:37 building these different systems and
14:38 then when people started asking for it I
14:41 started to offer paid Consulting calls
14:43 and monetized my AI skill set that way
14:45 first then I started my AI automation
14:47 agency then I built an education
14:49 business and then I built an entire AI
14:51 SAS as well as you can see baby steps
14:53 lead to like rapidly lead to really big
14:56 outcomes in a growing industry like AI
14:57 even if you're new to business I'm I've
14:59 had a few years in the game thankfully
15:00 but this is not to say that you can't
15:02 achieve similar things at least on a
15:04 longer time so baby steps can really
15:07 lead to some pretty big outcomes rapidly
15:09 if you're in a growing industry like AI
15:10 even if you're new to business excuse
15:12 number four is that I don't have time so
15:15 1 hour per day that is it that is all
15:17 you need to start building your AI
15:18 knowledge and your skills that's really
15:20 the core of getting this thing off the
15:22 ground in any kind of AI Services now of
15:24 course if you do more than an hour a day
15:26 you will get where you want to go faster
15:28 but if you have time constraints this is
15:31 really all you need I've got a complete
15:32 free course on my school Community
15:34 that's 100% free walks you through
15:35 everything you need to know about AI
15:37 business from Theory to building AI
15:39 automations and agents so if you've got
15:41 a job and or a busy home life then just
15:44 chipping away at Value packed content
15:46 like this over a month or two or even
15:48 three will really do wonders and before
15:49 you know it you're going to know more
15:51 than the majority of businesses do when
15:53 it comes to Ai and you can start to make
15:55 money by profiting from that knowledge
15:57 cap between where you are and where the
15:58 businesses and the beauty of this is
15:59 that you can do it around your current
16:01 job and lifestyle until you're ready to
16:03 take it to the next level and go all in
16:05 excuse number five is I'm too late I've
16:08 missed the boat already now this is the
16:09 final excuse I hear from people after
16:10 I've taken them through all the stuff
16:12 I've just done with you they get to this
16:14 and they say they point to me and they
16:15 point to the kind of first generation of
16:17 these AI service providers and AI
16:19 automation agency owners who've been
16:21 we've been really working on the stuff
16:23 for the past two years and they use that
16:24 as the evidence that they've missed the
16:26 boat and we've just kind of soaked up
16:28 all the all the market share and that
16:30 all that easy gain are going to be gone
16:31 um and you may see the kind of views
16:33 that I get on my videos and think that
16:34 the whole globe is all over this
16:37 opportunity by now but in reality 99
16:38 maybe even
16:40 99.9% of the people who watch my videos
16:43 don't actually take action and of those
16:45 who do only a fraction of those people
16:47 actually commit to the process and the
16:49 grind and the ups and the Downs actually
16:51 needed to see success and build a
16:53 long-term sustainable agency but right
16:54 now if you looked at the demand for AI
16:56 Services versus the supply there would
16:59 be a staggering shortage on the Supply
17:02 sides according to the NAIC 2024 data
17:04 there are 1.7 million companies in the
17:06 United States alone with annual revenues
17:09 between 500,000 and 10 million my AAA
17:11 accelerator program has trained 2,000
17:14 active agencies 60% of which are USA
17:16 based active meaning that they are
17:18 basically consistently closing deals and
17:19 capable of providing quality services
17:21 and when you factor in the older and
17:23 traditional development agencies that
17:25 have since seen the AI opportunity and
17:27 pivoted in into these AI Services we're
17:30 looking at 15 00 or so active AI
17:33 agencies in the USA that means that for
17:35 every active AI automation agency in the
17:36 US there are
17:39 1,133 small businesses needing help with
17:41 the AI transition and that's only for
17:42 businesses that are doing less than 10
17:44 million per year so to put things in
17:46 perspective according to statista there
17:49 are approximately 54,2 120 digital
17:51 advertising agencies in the United
17:54 States in 2023 that means that there are
17:57 31 small businesses per digital agency
18:00 in the United States so one 1,133 to1 in
18:03 the AI agency space and then 31 to1 in
18:04 the digital marketing space so when
18:07 people say smma is saturated like it
18:08 really really is when you look at these
18:09 kind of numbers and the digital
18:11 marketing space only really kicked off
18:13 in the early 2000s when Google released
18:15 their search ads platform AdSense so it
18:18 has taken basically 25 years for it to
18:20 reach this level of saturation I only
18:21 created the AI automation agency model
18:23 and started talking about it in May of
18:26 2023 so even if the space takes off and
18:27 everyone starts listening to the
18:29 billionaires advice it's at least
18:30 another five or more years on the
18:32 conservative side before Things become
18:34 anywhere near as competitive as digital
18:36 marketing as this ratio of agencies to
18:38 businesses starts to come down if you
18:40 start now by the time we get to that
18:41 point you'll have been able to build
18:43 your skills build your team and really
18:45 become the master of your Niche while
18:47 the newb struggle to get in at this
18:48 later point in the final section of this
18:50 video I'll break down the process of
18:52 starting your own AI Services business
18:54 step by step so in short we're still so
18:56 early to this and AI will continue to
18:58 change and Advance rapidly meaning that
19:00 businesses will become more and more
19:02 dependent on us to help them navigate
19:04 this long period of transition when
19:05 these new technolog is coming out here
19:07 and there so what I'm trying to say is
19:09 there's a long way to go by this point
19:11 it should be pretty clear the only thing
19:13 stopping you from transitioning into the
19:16 AI space is you right the reason we're
19:18 seeing success stories from such diverse
19:20 backgrounds is simple and it goes back
19:22 to what Warren Buffett said it's not
19:24 about how hard you row it's about the
19:26 boat you're in before I show you exactly
19:28 how to start one of these businesses and
19:29 give you all of the resources and help
19:31 you're going to need along the way let
19:34 me prove once and for all why this is by
19:37 far the best boat on the market right
19:39 now and I'm going to do so With a Little
19:43 Help from the greatest teacher of all
19:45 history to truly understand why the
19:47 billionaires are begging you to start AI
19:49 automation agencies let me take you back to
19:50 to
19:52 1995 the internet had just become
19:54 commercially available and most people
19:56 thought it was a fad business owners
20:00 were confused they were skeptical and
20:02 many thought that having a website was
20:04 going to be pointless sound familiar but
20:06 just like today with AI businesses knew
20:09 something big was coming but they had no
20:10 idea how to take advantage of it and
20:12 this created an incredible opportunity
20:15 for smart entrepreneurs to bridge this
20:17 Gap and make ridiculous amounts of money
20:20 while doing so take agency.com for
20:22 example they started pretty simple they
20:24 started helping businesses to establish
20:27 their first web presence doing basic
20:29 website design and development and
20:32 digital Consulting to basically explain
20:34 what was possible with the web for a
20:35 business as businesses began to
20:38 understand the web they expanded into
20:40 strategic Consulting e-commerce
20:42 implementation digital marketing
20:43 Services Etc and this company was
20:46 founded in 1995 in New York City and by
20:49 1999 Just 4 years later they were worth
20:52 $2 billion and were working with giants
20:54 like British Airways Nike and Sprint or
20:56 look at Razer fish they started with
20:59 just $3,000 in startup capital as
21:01 basically a small digital design and web
21:03 development shop but they quickly
21:05 evolved into something much much bigger
21:07 they helped these traditional businesses
21:09 to transform for the digital age through
21:11 things like digital strategy Consulting
21:13 custom software development and
21:15 e-commerce platforms at the time Razer
21:18 fish's business grew rapidly from
21:22 $300,000 in Revenue in 1995 to 268
21:25 million in Revenue by 2000 just 5 years
21:28 later with over 2,300 employees AC
21:29 across nine countries now here's what
21:31 most people miss about these stories it
21:33 wasn't just that they were early to the
21:34 web and that's how they made all this
21:36 money it's that they positioned
21:38 themselves as guides helping these
21:40 confused businesses to navigate this new
21:43 technology in 1995 it was what is a
21:47 website and do I need one and 2025 it's
21:50 what is AI and how can it help my
21:51 business but here's what makes this
21:53 opportunity even more incredible unlike
21:56 the '90s when the internet boom was only
21:58 really accessible to a tiny group of
21:59 comp computer enthusiasts who knew how
22:02 to code at the time this time around we
22:05 have the world's information at our
22:07 fingertips via Google YouTube and chat
22:10 gbt we have thriving online communities
22:12 of people who are building cool stuff
22:13 with AI and collaborating with each
22:15 other and there are incredible lowcost
22:17 tools that allow basically anyone to
22:20 build AI systems and automations without
22:22 coding and I mean if those aren't enough
22:24 generative AI technology itself is based
22:26 on something that we all know how to do
22:28 or can easily learn which is just
22:30 writing clear instructions I mean that's
22:32 all AI prompting really is it's built on written
22:34 written
22:38 language so my question to you is this
22:40 if not now then when if you're not
22:42 satisfied with your current situation if
22:44 you believe deep down that you deserve
22:46 more from Life what other signs are you
22:49 waiting for I mean we have billionaires
22:51 literally saying if I was start and over
22:53 again this is exactly what i' be doing
22:56 we have mountains of data showing that
22:57 businesses and governments are about to
23:00 pour trillions and trillions into the AI
23:02 transition we've just got a new
23:04 presidency in America with a very very
23:06 Pro AI Administration so we have another
23:08 four-year Runway that's going to be all
23:10 about Ai and and all sort of positive
23:12 ones about our back we have an industry
23:13 that is so diverse that whether you want
23:16 to sell many courses to small businesses
23:18 and make 20K a month or build seven
23:20 figure AI automation systems for
23:22 Enterprises there's a place for you and
23:24 there's a place for everyone and we have
23:25 proof we have thousands of people from
23:27 all walks of life who've made this jump
23:29 into the AI space and succeeded I've got
23:30 them all in my communities I've got them
23:32 here on the channel hell I've even
23:34 documented my entire Journey on this
23:35 channel from day one from complete
23:37 beginner to where we are now in order to
23:39 show you how to do it or at least how it
23:41 worked for me and I get passionate about
23:43 this because AI truly has blessed me
23:45 beyond my wildest dreams and that sounds
23:46 kind of cringe to say but it seriously
23:48 allowed me to make more money than I
23:51 ever ever imagined possible to build an
23:52 incredible company alongside my best
23:55 friends to find a way to truly feel like
23:57 I'm impacting the world and that's why I
23:58 feel kind of this Burning respon
23:59 responsibility to grab you by the
24:01 shoulders and scream like this is it man
24:03 this this is the opportunity that you've
24:05 been waiting for if you've ever been
24:07 praying or whatever religion you believe
24:08 in asking for something to come and and
24:11 come your way like this is it this this
24:13 is it I have all of my friends who run
24:15 the successful businesses they talk to
24:17 me and they say man I'm so like I just
24:19 wish I had this kind of I wish that was
24:20 the vehicle or that was the opportunity
24:22 that I got into it's just I can't shift
24:25 now but I wish I wish in another life I
24:26 would have done the exact same thing as
24:28 you and so if there's really successful
24:29 businessmen who are running different
24:31 businesses looking in at me and other
24:33 people who do this stuff like me and
24:34 they're like well I wish I had that
24:36 chance then I'm telling you if you want
24:38 to get into business then just just
24:40 there's something here for you and this
24:42 is like why I make these videos just to
24:44 make a bit of awareness so that you have
24:46 some kind of stimulus to take action on
24:48 it because I promise you there's
24:49 something in here for everyone and I
24:51 found mine I see so many other people do
24:53 it too I just really want to create
24:55 awareness around this whole thing and so
24:57 if you are ready to take the first step
24:58 towards the life that you you've always
25:01 dreamed of let me show you exactly how
25:03 to get started in this
25:05 today now for the bit you've all been
25:07 waiting for I've explained the
25:09 opportunity at hand I've explained why
25:11 these billionaires won't shut up about
25:13 it and I've demolished all of your
25:14 self-doubt and excuses that will stop
25:16 you and prevent you from taking the dive
25:18 I've outlined the crystal clear
25:19 historical pattern that this model is
25:21 based on I'm really tried to cut through
25:23 this AI hype rubbish that we get to like
25:25 some historical patterns and precedents
25:27 that we can base it off and be like okay
25:28 we can expect something something
25:30 similar here I'm trying to make this not
25:32 some AI fluffy hype stuff but really
25:34 really data backed for you cuz I know
25:35 there's a lot of people who need to see
25:37 that and most importantly I've just
25:38 challenged you to take action because if
25:41 not now then when if you're still here
25:43 watching this video then you understand
25:44 that while this isn't going to be easy
25:46 like I said it's about as easy as it'll
25:49 ever get and you're obviously going to
25:51 be ready to put the work in so let's get into
25:52 into
25:55 it now while everyone's journey into AI
25:57 is of course different through my own
25:58 experience of starting my own AI
26:00 businesses and helping thousands to do
26:01 the same through my free and paid
26:03 communities I've got enough data on what
26:05 works and what doesn't and it's
26:07 basically revealed a sequence of
26:09 non-negotiable steps in order to be
26:10 successful in the space to give you a
26:13 clear step-by-step approach to executing
26:14 on these non-negotiable steps I've
26:17 created my most comprehensive free guide
26:19 on starting an AI business to date which
26:21 breaks down this process and provides
26:23 access to all of my best resources
26:25 including those from my paid AAA
26:27 accelerator program as well this
26:28 complete guide is going to be a ailable
26:30 for free via the first link in the
26:31 description but for the rest of this
26:33 video I want to give you a detailed
26:34 breakdown of each of these
26:35 non-negotiable steps so that you're
26:39 ready to take action on that document
26:41 below so step number one in starting
26:43 your AI business is finding your unfair
26:45 Advantage business is all about finding
26:47 your Unique Edge and playing that
26:49 Advantage fully after watching thousands
26:50 of people start their AI journey through
26:52 my communities I can tell you that
26:54 without a doubt this step is what makes
26:56 or breaks the majority of people's
26:58 success it's basically picking the the
27:00 right Niche and starting point for their
27:02 business where they have a natural upper
27:04 hand so as part of the complete guide in
27:05 the description I'm going to be giving
27:07 you free access to the exact resource
27:09 that I use for all of my AAA accelerator
27:11 members within my program which is
27:13 basically a comprehensive self audit
27:15 that uncovers your past experiences your
27:17 interest your connections your
27:19 relationships and from the self audit
27:20 you're able to find a starting point
27:22 where you have a unique Advantage I've
27:24 seen people from every background imagin
27:27 will succeed from EXC Consultants to
27:29 even minors but but only when they lean
27:31 into their unique advantages instead of
27:34 trying to copy someone else's
27:36 path step two is to build your knowledge
27:38 Gap your knowledge Gap is your money
27:40 maker in the AI space or in any space
27:41 really for that matter it's pretty
27:43 simple really your clients are going to
27:46 pay you in proportion to how much more
27:47 you know about Ai and its business
27:50 applications than they do so it's a
27:52 knowledge Gap they are here you are here
27:55 the beautiful thing about 2025 is that
27:56 the knowledge to acquire your own
27:59 knowledge Gap is everywh you can build
28:00 this Gap through free resources like
28:02 here on my YouTube channel and my free
28:04 course on my school Community or you can
28:05 accelerate your learning through paid
28:07 programs that offer more concentrated
28:09 and structured information if you have
28:10 the fund to do so but in the complete
28:12 guide below I've provided you with a
28:14 list of my best free resources and order
28:17 to rapidly build your own knowledge
28:20 Gap step three is finding your first
28:22 free clients so it's crucial to ease
28:25 into selling AI Services you can't eat
28:26 an elephant in one bite I think is how
28:28 they probably say it uh but we aren't in
28:30 a rush here right if you start now and
28:33 take your time focusing on just building
28:35 your skills and truly satisfying your
28:36 clients you'll find your feet and build
28:39 a solid base to scale from there I mean
28:42 I see it way too often and people try to
28:44 jump into this business botel and try to
28:46 deliver some $10,000 deal and they just
28:48 completely butcher it maybe often times
28:50 it's with a a good friend or a
28:51 connection that they have and they just
28:53 butcher the project which is completely
28:54 normal I mean your first project is
28:57 always going to be the hardest but this
28:58 experience gives them bad taste in their
29:00 mouth and they end up giving up on their
29:02 business model entirely based off this
29:03 first experience because they bit off
29:05 more than they could chew so I always
29:07 recommend starting with free clients
29:09 initially so you can start just rest
29:11 stacking small WIS and gradually
29:12 building momentum building your
29:15 confidence so by far the best way to get
29:17 your first free clients and start to
29:19 build this confidence momentum is by
29:20 tapping into your warm connection so
29:22 that's your friends your colleagues your
29:25 acquaintances family Etc people that you
29:26 have some kind of relationship or
29:28 connection with and the complete guide
29:29 Linked In the description I've included
29:31 the exact process again used by my
29:33 accelerator members to systematically
29:35 reach out to warm connections and the
29:37 spreadsheets we Ed to track follow-ups
29:40 and replies and also to sign
29:43 deals step four is scaling with content
29:45 or ads a key step that many AAA owners
29:47 stumble at is transitioning from their
29:49 first few warm connections based
29:51 projects to actually consistently
29:53 generating leads from other sources and
29:55 this is where your business either takes
29:57 off or it hits a plateau so you need a
29:59 systematic way to attract new clients
30:01 whether through content marketing like
30:03 YouTube videos like this or through paid
30:05 advertising I mean both approaches work
30:07 it's about choosing one that aligns with
30:09 your strength and your resources at
30:12 Morningside AI my AI automation agency
30:13 we've never had an issue with leads
30:15 because this channel here gets over a
30:17 million views per month and brings in
30:18 many many times more leads than we can
30:21 handle like even if we tried which is a
30:23 massive part of our success as an agency
30:24 and so in the complete guide in the
30:26 description below I will provide the
30:27 step-by-step blueprints for creating
30:29 your own lead generation machine using
30:31 the exact content creation strategy that
30:35 has worked for me and my most successful
30:38 students step five is building a team so
30:40 finally the real key to scale is
30:41 building an incredible team around you
30:43 so that you can spend time building the
30:45 business rather than working on it every
30:47 day I could not have achieved a fraction
30:48 of what I have over the past 2 years
30:50 without my incredible teams across all
30:52 of my different businesses there are a
30:54 few key highs that you make at certain
30:56 stages of growth in your AI automation
30:58 agency Journey from your first virtual
31:00 assistant to take things off your plate
31:01 to project managers and key developer
31:03 roles as well in the complete guide
31:05 below I've broken down in detail exactly
31:07 when to make these hires and provided
31:09 instructions on how to find and how to
31:11 hire the best people for these roles
31:12 this is basically what transforms your
31:15 business from a high-paying job into a
31:18 truly scalable
31:20 Enterprise so that's it five steps
31:23 between you and building your boat
31:24 that's perfectly positioned to ride the
31:27 waves of this coming decade so that
31:29 basically at the end of the day you can
31:31 get more of what you want out of life as
31:32 I said I been blessed beyond my wildest
31:34 dreams by what the AI space has given me
31:36 and Entrepreneurship as a whole not only
31:38 monetarily but also the feeling of being
31:40 at the Forefront of the most important
31:42 industry in the world right now and
31:44 playing a role in how this technology is
31:46 adopted making sure that people like you
31:48 and I can get in and get a slice of the
31:49 action and all the money doesn't just go
31:52 to the big guys making sure that small
31:54 businesses have access to the AI
31:55 services that they need in order to
31:58 survive against the big guys and making
31:59 friends and memories along the way as
32:01 corny as that sounds so whether you just
32:02 want to get into the AI space for the
32:04 money or you want the purpose the
32:06 Fulfillment and the excitement that
32:08 comes along with it the AI space has
32:10 something for everyone there's not
32:12 enough AI service providers to help us
32:14 make this transition the world needs you
32:16 to step up to the plate and there'll
32:17 never be a better time to start than now
32:20 I am so excited for you and the journey
32:22 that you're about to go on in order to
32:24 access the complete free guide I've
32:25 mentioned before and start your AI
32:27 business and journey today you can click
32:29 the first link in the description below
32:30 and I look forward to seeing you in my
