topic given to us is is online education
better or offline now I believe that
it's an extremely pertinent Topic in our
country's social economic political
context and I'm also very sure that all
of you respected colleagues would have
very passionate news however time is
very limited we have been given 10
minutes by nobra and we have to come up
with a compulsory consensus so uh may I
propose that we do the comparison on
three things
number one cost effectiveness
number two learning Effectiveness and
number three the vast reach to the
poorest and the lowest part of our

of the coronavirus it is very obvious
that the only and only future for our
country is online education a country of

also convenient in a school you have to

online is good but then please remember

the poor people in small villages have

that as coronavirus has shown there will
be future situations where there will be
lot of uncertainty so in these

on one hand offline has some benefits on
the other hand online has some benefits
so no no I think my friend you are being
very diplomatic let me tell you that as
far as offline is concerned offline is
clearly Superior I think I was just

allows us holistic growing
future needs leaders because most
operational jobs will go to computer

will be divided into either computer or

a backup it cannot be a substitute so

members felt that online is superior
because it is cheaper it is convenient
and it has a far range so I use an

demonstrated how masses can benefit
because of online education on the other
hand our friend over here Sohan Kumar
had a very strong view that offline is
definitely Superior because it builds
teacher empathy it builds leadership
skills it builds discipline so at the
end while the group was not very
conclusive may I recommend from my side
a short summary then going forward a
country like India needs a combination
because it's a mixed bag and a
coronavirus a Korea War a Russia War may
put physical education at risk so our
recommendation to the jury is three
things number one every education
institution should be ready with a
hybrid model predominant Focus must
remain offline but hybrid should not be
forgotten so maybe colleges can do four
one five one and similarly companies can
do also similar thing number two the
option of online must definitely be
there because there are many students
who cannot do it at the same time and
who are working so these working
students should have a chance to then
probably come late at the night and see
it at home and number three offline
Master focus more constructively on
holistic personality development
leadership skills communication skills
self-esteem discipline if we are able to
do that then I think our country India
can definitely attain the superpower
status that we so deserve to be so
respected sir and my worthy members I

the jury would end up having a

strongly obedient
and doesn't respect diverse ways
even though you succeeded at all the
criterias you were a loud person you
were fast speaker you voted to
three-point rules still you did not come
across as unbiased neutral

without any prejudice
so with those words I end this mock GD
by giving you the last three mantras
Mantra number one try to be an initiator
because it always helps but if you're
too nervous and you don't know about the
topic then wait for a few minutes
but within the first 30 to 40 percent to enter
enter
don't leave the slog bubbles for too late
and finally
the last rule is it's not just about
initiation try to remain continuously
participative so in a 10 minute GD speak
for maybe four times five times and
every time you open your mouth please
please please speak for minimum 30 to 40
seconds using the Thunder tripod speech
