preparation. We are the recruiting team
that will be supporting you during this process.

prepare for the final interviews.

get started in reviewing the interview

expect in your Zoom interview. But we'll

reminders from the initial interview.

services. You can also watch two short
YouTube videos to hear from our current
loan officer team and about our
buyability product. Jumping into the
Zoom interviews. The two Zoom interviews
will be with loan officer managers or
other team leaders within Zillow Home
Loans. We have scheduled this as two
30inut Zoom interviews that are
scheduled back to back. You'll receive
an email and or text from Zillow Paradox
with a link to schedule your Zoom interviews.

The AI scheduling tool will show you the
earliest available times by default, but
you can use the calendar link to view
additional options. If you have any
scheduling conflicts, please contact
your recruiter. Once your interviews are
scheduled, you'll also receive an email
to sign our non-disclosure agreement. We
do require that the NDA is signed prior
to participating in the Zoom interviews
or else we'll have to unfortunately
cancel the interviews to be able you
must be able to log into your workday
profile to access the non-disclosure
agreement. If you're unable to sign in,
please try resetting your password
before contacting your recruiter.
Recommendations for the interviews. We
do recommend using a laptop or personal
computer to complete your interview for
best experience. Be sure to log on early
to account for any potential technical
issues. And for what's to wear, we
suggest you dress in business casual
attire that makes you feel confident.
>> The interviewers may or may not be your
future managers. Team alignment is
decided after your start date. Please be
mindful of time as each interview has a
unique Zoom link. Keep your calendar
invitation open so that you can easily
easily switch Zoom links. You'll receive
a notification regarding Bright Hire
before you enter the Zoom room. This is
an AI transcription tool that will
enhance the interview experience and
transcribe the interview. This allows
the interviewers to be more present with
you during the interview. Feel free to
opt out if you're not comfortable being
recorded. We added additional links at
the bottom of this page. Our core values
is linked here. Again, please review
these values beforehand and prepare to
share specific examples on how you've
demonstrated them at previous roles and
can embody them at Zillow. Another
helpful tip, consumers are north stars

behavioral based interview questions
assessing your fit for Zillow and the
loan officer role. The questions will be
aligned with your origination
experience. For example, your work
schedule, time management, pipeline
management and metrics, how you receive
leads and work with a team. To prepare
sharing your experience, review the
Zillow interview prep page and watch the
STAR method video. The STAR method is
situation, task, action, result is a
structured way to answer
behavioral-based interview questions.
This is not a requirement, but just a
helpful aid to help you prepare and
sharing your experience. A helpful tip,

Code Signal assessment. You can complete
the assessment before or after the Zoom
interviews, but be sure to complete
within 5 days of receiving the link.
Code Signal is an AIdriven software
platform designed to support the
interview process. It is best to use a
computer to complete. It does require
the latest version of Google Chrome or
Firefox, and you must allow access to
your Marka. This assessment is designed
to evaluate the core skills needed in
order to be successful as a loan officer
here at Zillow. You'll have 30 minutes
to complete two AI phone simulation
calls. Each simulates a conversation as
a loan officer. One with a real estate
agent and one with a first-time home buyer.

There will be a prompt with context and
tasks to follow with each call. The real
estate conversation
will represent how you will support a
new agent partner with loan products and
processes to become a valuable asset to
their clients. The first-time home buyer
conversation will give you tasks to
complete a pre-qualified approval. AI
will be evaluating the tasks to complete
during the conversations.
Your communication and how you build
rapport with the caller is
extraordinarily important. Only spend a
max of 15 minutes with the first call to
ensure you have enough time to complete
the second. Also, make sure to sub click
submit to record your results.
And also, please consider taking the
assessment in a quiet distraction-free
environment. When you go to take the
assessment, please make sure that you
have an uninterrupted 30 minutes of time
set aside as you can only have one
opportunity to record and submit.
>> I highly recommend you try the practice
conversation linked here. It's a simple
vacation example, but it will help you
practice talking to AI and make sure
your computer is working with the
platform, having that latest version of
Chrome or Firefox and your microphones
turned on. There's additional links at
the bottom to help familiarize yourself
uh with interviewing with AI. There is a
slight delay in AI responding to your
communication because they wait for you
to fully stop uh what you're saying. Uh
the link will remain active for 5 days.
If you don't see the email invitation,
please check your spam or junk folder
and then please contact your recruiter
if you have any technical issues in
completing the assessment. Next, we'll
move on to reminders from the initial
interview you had with us. We have
components here of our job description
and working requirements for working
with us as a loan officer. We have two
licensing requirements. Ability to
obtain and maintain a mortgage loan
originator license in any US state. One
week prior to your start date is a
requirement to verify successful
completion of the 20hour SAFE
pre-licicensing education and a passing
score for the SAFE mortgage loan
originator test national component with
uniform state content. Please note you
are eligible to continue the interview
process if you have not yet completed
these requirements. If hired, your start
date will be dependent on the
verification of successful completion of
both course work and exam. one week
prior to start date. In our email
thread, we have requested that you
confirm your licensing status and please
let us know if you have any licensing
limitations or restrictions.
>> Loan officer job postings are aligned
with locations where we are currently
able to support employment. In our email
thread, we also requested that you
confirm your current address with your
recruiter to ensure that your workday
profile is accurate. Please be sure to
let us know if you plan to relocate or
if there's any change of address. Travel
is a requirement for this result. As
part of your onboarding, you'll
participate in a mandatory on-site
incubation training held at our in
Irvine, California office during the
third week of your first month of hire.
Travel is typically expected from Sunday
through Friday. Our onboarding team will
guide you through logistical details
after your start date, and we have
established processes and policies in
place to support travel expenses.
Please let your recruiter know if you
have any conflicts with this travel expectation.

After Code Signal and Zoom interviews
are completed, your recruiter will
follow up with you as soon as a decision
has been made, typically within 3 to 5
business days. In order to start with
us, we do have limitations on how much
time we can approve in the first 90 days
of hire. Please share with your
recruiter if you have any pre-planned
vacations or or anything that might land
in the first 90 days that might prohibit
your onboarding with us.
