0:52 Zoom interviews. The two Zoom interviews
0:54 will be with loan officer managers or
0:56 other team leaders within Zillow Home
0:58 Loans. We have scheduled this as two
1:00 30inut Zoom interviews that are
1:01 scheduled back to back. You'll receive
1:04 an email and or text from Zillow Paradox
1:06 with a link to schedule your Zoom interviews.

1:09 The AI scheduling tool will show you the
1:12 earliest available times by default, but
1:13 you can use the calendar link to view
1:15 additional options. If you have any
1:17 scheduling conflicts, please contact
1:19 your recruiter. Once your interviews are
1:21 scheduled, you'll also receive an email
1:24 to sign our non-disclosure agreement. We
1:26 do require that the NDA is signed prior
1:28 to participating in the Zoom interviews
1:30 or else we'll have to unfortunately
1:32 cancel the interviews to be able you
1:34 must be able to log into your workday
1:36 profile to access the non-disclosure
1:38 agreement. If you're unable to sign in,

1:44 Recommendations for the interviews. We
1:46 do recommend using a laptop or personal
1:48 computer to complete your interview for
1:51 best experience. Be sure to log on early
1:52 to account for any potential technical
1:55 issues. And for what's to wear, we
1:56 suggest you dress in business casual
1:58 attire that makes you feel confident.

2:02 future managers. Team alignment is
2:05 decided after your start date. Please be
2:08 mindful of time as each interview has a
2:10 unique Zoom link. Keep your calendar
2:12 invitation open so that you can easily
2:15 easily switch Zoom links. You'll receive
2:17 a notification regarding Bright Hire
2:19 before you enter the Zoom room. This is
2:21 an AI transcription tool that will
2:23 enhance the interview experience and
2:25 transcribe the interview. This allows
2:27 the interviewers to be more present with
2:29 you during the interview. Feel free to
2:31 opt out if you're not comfortable being
2:34 recorded. We added additional links at

3:24 structured way to answer
3:26 behavioral-based interview questions.
3:28 This is not a requirement, but just a
3:30 helpful aid to help you prepare and
3:32 sharing your experience. A helpful tip,
3:35 our interviewers love detailed examples.
3:38 So, the more description you can give
3:40 them about your experience, the better
3:41 to help communicate your strengths
3:43 effectively. Also, highlighting the

3:50 knowledge and enthusiasm for joining our

4:01 >> Let's move into what to expect in the
4:03 Code Signal assessment. You can complete
4:06 the assessment before or after the Zoom
4:07 interviews, but be sure to complete
4:10 within 5 days of receiving the link.
4:12 Code Signal is an AIdriven software
4:13 platform designed to support the
4:16 interview process. It is best to use a
4:18 computer to complete. It does require
4:19 the latest version of Google Chrome or
4:21 Firefox, and you must allow access to
4:24 your Marka. This assessment is designed
4:26 to evaluate the core skills needed in
4:28 order to be successful as a loan officer
4:30 here at Zillow. You'll have 30 minutes
4:33 to complete two AI phone simulation
4:36 calls. Each simulates a conversation as
4:38 a loan officer. One with a real estate
4:40 agent and one with a first-time home buyer.
4:42 buyer.
4:44 There will be a prompt with context and
4:46 tasks to follow with each call. The real
4:49 estate conversation
4:51 will represent how you will support a
4:53 new agent partner with loan products and
4:55 processes to become a valuable asset to
4:58 their clients. The first-time home buyer
4:59 conversation will give you tasks to
5:01 complete a pre-qualified approval. AI
5:03 will be evaluating the tasks to complete
5:05 during the conversations.
5:07 Your communication and how you build
5:08 rapport with the caller is
5:10 extraordinarily important. Only spend a
5:12 max of 15 minutes with the first call to
5:14 ensure you have enough time to complete
5:17 the second. Also, make sure to sub click
5:20 submit to record your results.
5:22 And also, please consider taking the
5:24 assessment in a quiet distraction-free
5:25 environment. When you go to take the
5:27 assessment, please make sure that you
5:28 have an uninterrupted 30 minutes of time
5:31 set aside as you can only have one
5:33 opportunity to record and submit.
5:35 >> I highly recommend you try the practice
5:37 conversation linked here. It's a simple
5:39 vacation example, but it will help you
5:42 practice talking to AI and make sure
5:43 your computer is working with the
5:45 platform, having that latest version of
5:48 Chrome or Firefox and your microphones
5:50 turned on. There's additional links at
5:53 the bottom to help familiarize yourself
5:55 uh with interviewing with AI. There is a
5:58 slight delay in AI responding to your
6:00 communication because they wait for you
6:03 to fully stop uh what you're saying. Uh
6:06 the link will remain active for 5 days.

6:13 and then please contact your recruiter
6:15 if you have any technical issues in
6:17 completing the assessment. Next, we'll
6:19 move on to reminders from the initial
6:22 interview you had with us. We have

6:26 and working requirements for working
6:29 with us as a loan officer. We have two
6:32 licensing requirements. Ability to
6:34 obtain and maintain a mortgage loan
6:37 originator license in any US state. One
6:39 week prior to your start date is a
6:41 requirement to verify successful
6:44 completion of the 20hour SAFE
6:46 pre-licicensing education and a passing
6:49 score for the SAFE mortgage loan
6:51 originator test national component with
6:54 uniform state content. Please note you
6:56 are eligible to continue the interview
6:58 process if you have not yet completed
7:00 these requirements. If hired, your start
7:02 date will be dependent on the
7:04 verification of successful completion of
7:07 both course work and exam. one week
7:10 prior to start date. In our email
7:12 thread, we have requested that you
7:15 confirm your licensing status and please
7:17 let us know if you have any licensing
7:19 limitations or restrictions.
7:21 >> Loan officer job postings are aligned
7:22 with locations where we are currently
7:25 able to support employment. In our email
7:26 thread, we also requested that you
7:28 confirm your current address with your
7:30 recruiter to ensure that your workday
7:32 profile is accurate. Please be sure to
7:34 let us know if you plan to relocate or
7:36 if there's any change of address. Travel
7:38 is a requirement for this result. As
7:40 part of your onboarding, you'll
7:42 participate in a mandatory on-site
7:44 incubation training held at our in
7:47 Irvine, California office during the
7:49 third week of your first month of hire.
7:51 Travel is typically expected from Sunday
7:53 through Friday. Our onboarding team will
7:54 guide you through logistical details
7:56 after your start date, and we have
7:58 established processes and policies in
8:01 place to support travel expenses.

8:08 After Code Signal and Zoom interviews
8:09 are completed, your recruiter will
8:11 follow up with you as soon as a decision
8:14 has been made, typically within 3 to 5
8:16 business days. In order to start with
8:18 us, we do have limitations on how much
8:20 time we can approve in the first 90 days
8:22 of hire. Please share with your
8:24 recruiter if you have any pre-planned
8:26 vacations or or anything that might land
8:28 in the first 90 days that might prohibit
8:30 your onboarding with us.
