This is my message to coach diabetes cuz
coach diabetes I know you're watching it
and dairy I know you are also watching
it and other vegans who are watching it.
It might be educational for you cuz you
might just escape the curse of veganism
and make you come back to your senses.
However, I think that coach diabetes is
completely hopeless because I saw him in
a recent podcast with a with another
YouTuber and he was explaining how how
fatty foods are addictive and you need
to discipline yourself to stay away from
fatty foods, including animal fat. And
the more you indulge in fatty foods, in
his opinion, the more fatty foods you're
going to crave. And after his logic,
it's just going to lead to weight gain.
So I believe there is truly no escape
from for him uh from veganism because
for me the moment I u quit seed oil
products as a vegan I started craving
eggs and I I went and bought eggs well
not really in the moment cuz you know I
still tried to stay so-called discipline
as well but after few weeks not few
weeks maybe months I I have no no clue
how much time it was it was long ago I
went to the store and bought the eggs
but you coach diabetes. You crave animal
fat like crazy. You crave raw fish cuz
yeah, you just had sushi, vegan sushi,
and you just can't admit it. And you're
just you're just being dishonest with
your audience cuz when when someone in
the comment section askked you that u
what are you eating nowadays? You said
you have juice, sugar, sugar, water,
rice, bread, potatoes with legumes and sodium,
sodium,
pea protein powder, raw sugar, and
biscoff biscuit. But when I say that all
high carb, lowfat vegans are just liars
because they do eat oily foods. I mean
it. Cuz they just coach diabetes
himself. you you uploaded um a video
where you're having vegan sushi. So, why
don't you mention that? Are you like
ashamed of yourself? Do you feel like
guilty for having some some type of oily
food just because you crave animal fat?
Or are you having trouble discipline
yourself to to stay away from oily
foods? Oh, and by the way, coach
Diabetes, in your latest short video,
you show us dairy Amy. And there's no
changes, man. Like how many more years
do you need to uh to to achieve some
type of changes? Derry Amy looks exactly
the same as she used to be. So So what
happened there? Did you have like
trouble locking in in this high carb,
lowfat vegan lifestyle? Cuz there's no
way to not get go through uh changes.
And if you just stick to that diet, you
clearly ate um like oily fast foods,
like vegan fast foods, maybe every week
or something, maybe like three times,
cuz you guys you guys maintain the
weight. There's there's no changes
there. So, what the heck, man? Like,
stop being dishonest. You must be rage
baiting. And yeah, I shouldn't fall for
it anymore. And the fact that you named
your video AI robot girl vegan sushi,
that's just hilarious because uh yeah, I
keep calling your I keep calling you as
AI or robots that just just don't get
what I what I talk about. You guys are
like truly NPCs that were programmed to
defend this high carb blow. Oh,
whatever, man. Let's not even call that
cuz it's all a lie cuz you just can't
stick to it. and you have another video
easiest fat loss method stop cheffing or
I don't know how to pronounce that and
start losing weight. So for anyone else
now this is exactly what I would do this
for everyone I guess anyone can do this
so I would start walking a lot then why
you don't do it then why why does dairy
Amy not doing it and if you are doing it
then why we don't see any results man

Now, I would try and walk as much as I

Depends what you're able to do. Now, you
know, you want to build it up slowly so
you don't get stuck out there and have
to catch a taxi home. Although that's
not that's not too bad of an option if

um I'd recommend a good pair of walking
shoes. So, how dare you uh give advice
to others when you can't keep your own
advice. And also, coach diabetes, you
claim that you have clients. I think you
you make it make that up. It's called
fake it until you make it. Show us some
proof that you have clients, man. Like,
I want to see your clients. Okay, maybe
they are like
maybe it's like priv privacy or
whatever, but uh yeah, some proof that
you have clients would be would be
great. I'm actually curious. and also
called diabetes the the podcast that you
recently participate participated in
that she she wasn't even she didn't even
knew like basic biology like she didn't
even knew that seed oils are getting
absorbed and stored as fat so these are
the people that listen to you and also
co diabetes when I told you that high
carb regenerator is eating meat eggs and
butter again you made fun of him and you
said how that's why he did not achieve
the results that you achieved. What type
of re what type of uh achievements uh
did you achieve with this diet or
whatever? Like there's like no changes,
man. But you can ride the bike fast.
You're young. It's normal to be able to
ride the bike fast or whatever. And also
you come to my comment section and
asking me if I crave pizza or something.
You you really think that I have some
type of pizza cravings or whatever that
fake food that you crave? I bet that you
could eat multiple vegan pizzas one
after another, but you need to
discipline yourself just to just to stay
away from seed oils or whatever because
you crave animal fat so bad. And I saw a
video in the past where you you said you
can eat or I don't remember the the
number. You said you can eat 10 or 20 uh
vegan hot dogs.
Like how bad can you crave animal fats,
man? And you and Durian Rider? Well, you
you learned from him or whatever and he
learned from someone else. You talk
about discipline like it's such a good
thing. You should you should never be
disciplined when it comes to your diet.
Well, in some cases can be beneficial,
but definitely not when when you're
trying to stay away from um animal fat.
If you would want to stay away from
vegan fast food and be disciplined,
yeah, actually, you don't need to be
disciplined for that cuz um vegan junk
food, it's vegan food in general, it
doesn't taste good. And if it does,
you're you're just going to be
unsatisfied in the end cuz um you you
just got fooled. So, so coach diabetes,
don't come in my comment section and try
to act like I crave some type of junk
food. I eat exactly what I want and raw
meat and organs and raw cheeses and raw
eggs or the best type of foods I can
find. There's there's nothing else to
eat. If I would want a pizza, I would
order a pizza right now. But why would I
order a pizza that is going to have some
type of pasteurized pasteurized dairy
cheese on top or whatever when I can
just eat the best type of cheese that I
can find and the fourth. So yeah, bro
doesn't even know that pizza is a scam.

Before I finish this video, I just
wanted to show like a vegan pizza. And
uh yeah, coach diabetes right now is
like drooling after this vegan pizza
while I u look at it and I feel nothing
because I have real food. So yeah, coach
diabetes, I know you want to eat this
every day, but you can't do it because
um yeah, that would lead to um seed oil
problems and sadly you have to stay
disciplined and deny your own senses.
And before you come to the comment
section and tell me, "Oh, I don't crave
that." Well, you crave then some other
type of um vegan fast food or whatever.
You crave your vegan sushi, which I know
it has some type of vegan meat that has
seed oils. And don't come here and tell
me that you're having vegan sushi. Okay,
if it has avocado or don't come here
that that that you you are having vegan
sushi with just cucumber and carrots.
But yeah, that cuz cuz that would be
like a waste of money cuz you could just
make that at home instead of u
overpaying for it. You could just have
some rice, carrots, and whatever low-fat
veggies instead of buying some small
overpriced sushi. Veganism is just so sad.
