This content exposes a massive fraud scandal in Minnesota, where billions of dollars intended for welfare programs have allegedly been funneled through fraudulent businesses, with some funds potentially reaching terrorist groups. The investigation highlights systemic failures, government apathy, and the fear of being labeled racist as contributing factors.

I very rarely watch longer videos, but
today we will make an exception. Today I
will break the rule. I investigated Minnesota's
Minnesota's
billion that's a lot of money. Billion
dollar fraud scandal. Here we go.
>> Hello. We'd like to ask where the
money's going.
>> What do you guys think about the fraud
that's taking place here in Minnesota?
>> I don't think anybody is enabling fraud
to happen. hold governor.
>> Two groups of people
accountable for this.
>> What was this money spent on? [laughter]
>> 1.26 million. What was that money spent?
>> There aren't any kids.
>> Answer the question. Are there children?
>> There's no children inside this building.
building.
>> Potentially the largest fraud scandard
place in Minnesota as literally billions
of dollars have been funneled through
Somali ran fraudulent businesses. So
much fraud it could actually almost
replace the entire GDP of Somalia. These
fraudsters have
>> So the GDP of Somal that's crazy.
>> So we brought >> Wow.
>> Wow.
>> worked hand in hand with the Minnesota
government as billions of dollars to be
given to they make their own country
underneath welfare purposes. Some of
this money eventually landed in the
hands of terrorist groups. This is what
you're defending. By the way, if you're
against what I'm saying, you are
defending sending money to Somalia that
go the largest funer of the al-Shabaab
is the Minnesota taxpayer.
I personally don't want my money to go
towards funding Somalian terrorist
groups. I don't want that.
>> In Somalia like Bob and others enrich themselves
themselves taxpayers.
taxpayers.
In this video, we will break down all of
the fraud from start to finish from
going to the fraudulent businesses and
confronting the people who are making
millions of dollars from the government.
And we will also be confronting the
incompetent government leaders who let
this fraud happen. And to make this
happen, I met up with a man who's been
doing his own investigation for years
now, as he has seen the fraud firsthand.
His name is David. Let's get into this
and be prepared to be shocked.
>> All right, here we go.
>> How deep is this fraud here inside of
>> We've seen this part, but I'll just play
through it for the video
>> than anybody can imagine. You heard it's
7 to 10 billion and maybe more, and now
the numbers have been revised and put
out publicly that they think it's more
like 8 billion. How I got involved is
that where my office is here in
Minneapolis and sort of in the heart of
all of this fraud.
>> And you have to keep in mind that the
amount of fraud that they're talking
about is the fraud that they've
detected. Do you really think that
they've detected all of the fraud? Come on.
on.
>> And I would see these childcare centers.
I said, "Well, there aren't any kids
there. It's the middle of the day and
all I see are a couple of guys standing
smoking." And then I'd go by another
daycare and I'd see the same thing. And
I said, "Well,
where do these kids play?" And so I
started to go online and look and I
said, "This place is licensed for 80 children."
children."
>> They had zero children. Every time I
went by there, they never had a single
child there. Then I started to see all
these transportation companies going around.
around.
>> And it was always a Somali driver. And I
said, "Well, that's great. They're out
there transportation." Great. Wow.
>> But they never had a passenger. Never
ever once.
>> And I said, "Well, what is all this
transportation?" Well, it's a
transportation company where they're
transporting themselves to and from Walmart.
Walmart.
>> What are they doing?
>> So, then I found out that in Minnesota
they have something called non-emergency
medical transportation.
>> So, this is going to the dentist's
office therapy whatever it might be.
>> And I said, well, how many of these
companies are there? And the research
came back that there are a,020 of them
and more than 800 of them are Somali owned.
owned.
Nobody from the state of Minnesota ever
cross checks to see if any
>> So that's like almost uh like 80%. It's
like high 70% of this are all Somalian owned.
owned.
>> Rides were ever provided. All they did
was write the check.
>> And by the way, this is happening in
other parts of the uh country by other
uh other migrant groups too.
I mean, this happens in in Texas with
illegal immigrants probably from South
America, right? Or Mexico. To think that
this is only happening in Minnesota with
Somalia is just the most naive thing
that you could possibly believe. This is
happening everywhere. And the reason why
it's being allowed to happen is because
people are afraid of being called
racist. That's the reason why. That's
the only reason.
>> So, right here we have all this paperwork.
paperwork. >> Mhm.
>> Mhm.
>> And how are you getting all this
information about the fraud? A lot of it
is is through my own research and then I
have some contacts at the capital going
the data that I'm getting is 100%
accurate coming directly from research
done by people at the state capital.
>> All this paperwork right here. What are
we looking at?
>> The areas of fraud that
I have numbers for are mostly related to
child care. This is massive fraud that
is beyond anyone's imagination the
scope. And so for example, there's a
child care not far from here in
Minneapolis that has two day two childc
carees listed at the same address and
together they're licensed supposedly for
120 children. >> Wow.
>> Wow.
>> I have never seen a single child there
ever and I've been by that place at
least 100 times. How convenient. These
groups are setting up these daycarees,
these childcare centers,
>> getting money from the government, but
there's no kids.
>> No kids. Never had any of them.
>> They're all fraught with violations. And
even though they have these violations,
they're still in operation and they're
still getting money. And it
This is the This is what happens
whenever you combine at its apex
government apathy with pathological empathy.
This is what you get right here.
>> It's absolutely garbage.
>> Every one of them every year.
>> And who's getting the money and where
are they getting the money from?
>> So we have a thing called CCAP. It's a
blend of federal and state money. The
bottom line is it's taxpayer money. So
it's state money and it's federal money.
And the problem is the people at the
state of Minnesota are the ones writing
the checks.
>> This is kind of the maddening thing is
you have daycare. So you have adult daycare.
daycare. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> And then you have child care and then
you have health care and a lot of these
same names.
>> Adult day daycare uh in other places is
called HR by the way. But you know in
Minnesota they have a special name for
it. keep coming up on all of these
different types of businesses. And then
of course we have the transportation and
a lot of those same names appear. A lot
of the same addresses. There's one building.
building.
>> That's how it is
>> that has 14 Somali healthcare companies
at the same address. There's another
building in
>> 14 healthare companies.
>> 22 Somali healthcare businesses at the
same address.
>> 22 health care services in the same address.
address. Wow.
Wow.
This is like when uh remember when Mr.
Krabs built the Krusty Krab 2 right next
to the Krusty Krab and they're like,
"Why'd you do it?" He goes, "Money.
Oh my god."
>> And the government knows about this.
>> The government knows they're writing the checks.
checks.
>> Yeah. If the Democrats over there
writing just writing the checks, what
has happened is that the Somali
community is a very closed community.
They will not speak to anyone outside
the community of what's going on within
the community.
>> They vote as a
>> These are the people that we want to
assimilate. We won't we're trying to
assimilate these people into the
country. They should just be deported.
>> What the [ __ ] are we doing here?
>> What are we doing? And so when you're a
politician, you're saying, "Look, I've
got 100,000 people in Minnesota that if
I do something for the community,
they're going to vote for me." And
that's what it's all about is getting
the votes. And then the people here in
Minnesota, you hear this term Minnesota
nice. I'm so sick of that term. The
people here are so afraid of being
called a racist or an Islamophobe.
>> Exactly. That's what they're afraid of.
That's the reason why they've decided to
hand over all of their money and
everything is because they're afraid of
being called a name.
It's insane the amount of power it has.
>> They're just they're afraid of their own
shadow. And I don't understand this is
>> I apologize. We've seen the beginning of
this. We saw this before, but it's going
to get into the more content, right? I
watched like five or 10 minutes of this.
Now we're going to watch the whole
thing. Our future generations are going
to have to pay for all this fraud
>> and they will they just want to bury
their heads in the sand and go on and
just not worry about it. Tim Walls
saying there's organized crime in
Minnesota. What did he do about it?
Nothing. You got organized crime?
>> What do you
>> What are you doing? This is the
Minnesota law which mandates that anyone
who knows of fraud
>> and is a state employee
>> must that fraud. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> It's Minnesota statute 3.971
subdivision 9. Not only that, but Walls
is also guilty of misconduct of a public
employee. When I look at the world as a
whole and I look at fraud,
the Twin Cities is ground zero. The
fraud is worse here than anywhere else.
>> That's what happens.
>> We're going to go confront these people.
We're going to go to these daycare
centers. We're going to see what what's
actually happening.
>> Okay. So, we have to be careful because
these people are very violent. They're exception.
exception.
Americans, we're putting up with this.
Isn't this amazing? >> Violent.
>> Violent.
>> Now, with all of David's evidence,
headed out to the streets of Minneapolis
to see how much fraud we could one
afternoon. Where are we going now?
>> We're going to a place called [music]
Makeo Child Care, which actually has
another child care
>> registered at the same address called
Mini Child Care Center.
>> So, the same So, there's two child cares
that are at the exact same Oh, okay.
Okay, that Wow, that's interesting. So,
we should see lots of children if
there's a this uh childcare center.
There's two.
>> The two of them combined are licensed
for 120.
>> And how [music] much money have these
childcare centers received?
>> None of those vans have moved in 6
months. None of them. In 2020, one of
them received 1.3 million. In 2021, they
got 987,000.
In 2022, they got 714,00. So they're
getting millions of dollars for this.
>> That's the last I have that one. And
then the other one
64 million in fiscal year 25.
>> Fiscal year 2025.
>> Look at their income like doubled in one
year. How many of you guys had your
income double in one year even though
you did the same job?
Apparently that American dream is
reserved only for Minnesota Somalians
and I'm sure other illegal aliens and
other criminals that are in this country too.
too.
>> They got
>> about 800,000 and 20 fiscal year $94,59.
>> This place right here. >> Yes.
>> Yes.
>> Outside of it.
>> Well, this is actually two daycarees are
registered here.
>> One of them is Mako which you see on
this sign. The other one is Mini Child
Care Center.
And between the two of these childcare
centers, they're pulling in about $3
million a year.
>> Yeah, that's a lot of money.
>> And there are no children. Every
facility that you go to, the windows
will be blocked out so you can't see in.
There's no
>> What kind of a daycare blacks out the windows?
windows?
Like that's like a prison
>> here. You won't see a single child at
any of these facilities.
>> There are indeed no windows. All the
windows are blacked out right here. All
right, let's go in.
>> Oh, wow. You can't even open the door.
>> Doctor Center is locked. Should we ring
the doorbell?
>> Try to get in. Rang the doorbell. Nobody
showed up.
>> Look at this. This is a This is supposed
to be for kids, bro. Like, if this is
for kids, this is a horror movie.
What the [ __ ] is this?
>> 7 days a week, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
it says here on their sign. Yet, there's
absolutely nobody here. And this
building here, right here, has generated
millions of dollars. And seems like
business isn't even open right now. And
it's a weekday.
>> And if this was a daycare center, it
wouldn't just be in some industrialized
building. There would be maybe like a
playground or something outside or
>> Yeah, sure.
>> There's no play area for the kids. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> So, where are the kids?
>> They read. They have to go read.
>> How can there be nobody here? And it's
like this every single day. I've never
seen a single child here
>> in nine years. I've never seen a single
child at this building right there.
>> Oh, then now we looks like we already
got the Somali coming through.
>> Yeah, they're coming. The word's out.
>> Hello. Is this your daycare? >> No.
>> No.
>> Can you tell us why there are no
children? Have you ever seen children at
this child care center?
>> I'm not sure. I don't
>> Doesn't know if she's ever seen a child here.
here.
>> She doesn't know.
>> And the fraud only gets more from
>> I'm here. Make sure you stay till the
very end of this video to see exactly
how much fraud we find by the time we
are done. And before we go to the next
location, I want to show you something
super interesting about the flags of
Minnesota. And here in Minnesota, if you
take a look at the Minnesota state flag,
they recently changed it and it very
much so resembles the flag of Somalia. And
is this what colonization feels like, guys?
guys?
You know, like I feel like, yeah, this,
bro, this [ __ ] sucks, man. Like, now I
really get it. Like, yeah, this s
annoying, bro. Like, god damn.
We being colonized.
It's a bit of a stretch. Ah, yeah. It's
a bit of a stretch. But what do you
think they would do here? Here's the
thing, right? What do you think they
would do if you made a flag that looked
a little bit like the Confederate flag
or the Nazi flag? You think they'd be
saying that's a bit of a stretch? No.
They'd be saying it it's it's dog
whistling. They'd be saying it's oh,
it's for sure it's this. They're trying
to signal to racists. Uh-uh, bro. Uh-uh.
>> And really quick, sponsor of this video,
Opus Clip. Think about it, bro.
>> Used to just be an AI Clipper has now
become the most powerful AI growth tool
for creators. Right now, over 10 million
creators and businesses have used Opus
Clip to help them gain over 60 billion
views. I've used Opus and I've even had
my friends use it and it helped my one
friend with nearly just 100 followers
get a video up to 30,000 views. And it's
super simple to use. All you do is you
upload a video or copy a YouTube link
and Opus will do the rest and it'll come
out with tons of viral shorts for you
then to choose from. And Opus just came
out their new AI editor 3.0 that comes
with smart autoframing, better virality
scoring. See, if they want to make this
app even better, they they have to have
a um AI voice editor that comes in and
adds extra context inside of clips that
are incomplete
>> and new captions. And I've said it
before, but Opus is so simple that even
my mom can use it.
>> And if I can use it, I know you can use it.
it.
>> That is a big advertisement right there.
>> And right now for you guys watching this
video, Opus is going to hook you guys up
with a sweet deal. You'll get one week
free and 3 months at 50% off. All I have
to do is go to the link in the
description of this video or go to the
pin comment down below and use code Nick
Shirley. One week free and three months
at 50% off. And now let's get back into
the video. Now we're going to the next
daycare center. How much money has this
one generated?
>> in fiscal year 2020.
>> It's called ABC Learning Center. Always
be cheating. Look at that. their viewers >> for1,59,78.
>> That's amazing.
>> This next one is literally
>> one block away. And this one's also
generated nearly $3 million in the past
3 years. Let's see if there's any children.
children.
>> $8 million.
>> Any of the buildings are open.
>> Here we go.
>> All right, we've arrived to ABC Learning Center.
Center.
>> ABC Learning Center. There it is. And
it's right next to a home healthcare.
>> All the windows.
>> Look at Yeah, they're all blacked out.
This is How is it that like this is not
normal that you have like a children's
learning center and everything's blacked
out like it's a [ __ ] prison. They're
scam maxing. Hey, ABC man. Always be
cheating, right? Always be cheating. Daycare.
Daycare.
That's ABC D
>> is here.
>> Bro, look at this. This is like What is
this? Alex Jones house. They got tin
foil over the windows.
What the hell is this? They trying to
stop the Jewish space lasers.
>> This door is locked.
>> This facility is licensed for 40 children.
children.
>> Oh god.
>> Zero children. I've come by this place a
100 times. I've never seen a child here
ever. The only thing I've ever seen is
someone standing outside smoking.
>> What's crazy about this is that last
daycare center is that green building
right there and the other daycare center
right now is right here. These buildings
should be operating as are receiving
literally millions of dollars.
>> Millions of dollars.
>> I knocked on the door and to my
surprise, somebody actually answered the door.
door.
>> Oh wow.
>> Can we speak?
>> Wait, [laughter] they're coming in
through this little like What is this? Hello.
Hello. [laughter]
[laughter]
Who is it? What is it? What do you want?
I would like to check a child in a daycare.
daycare. >> Why?
>> Why? >> Why?
>> Why?
>> Can I speak to a manager?
>> Try later. Where can I get paperwork to
file for my son? I wanted to put my son
Joey in daycare.
>> And after a few questions, the lady went
silent. Looks like little Joey [laughter]
[laughter]
ain't going to daycare here.
>> And now, where are we going
>> now? Now we're going to Sweet Angel
Childc Care.
>> We're in the middle
>> Sweet Angel Child Care
>> of a strip mall here inside of this
>> Sweet Angel fiscal year 2025. This
>> we saw part of this one
>> which says it's licensed for 74 kids was
paid $1.26 million. >> Wow.
>> Wow.
>> In tax money. And there are no kids. And
the all the facilities are the same way.
All of them.
>> Let's see if anyone opens.
>> Yeah, let's see. Once again, I try to
find a spot for my son Joey, and they
would not open the door.
>> I want to put my son Joey in daycare.
>> Another door where everything is blacked
out. Like, I don't know how this isn't
the biggest self-report that you could
possibly have that you're blacking out
all of the windows.
Really? It's so obvious.
>> Cuz I need a spot to put my son Joey. Yes.
Yes.
>> Is this your daycare center?
>> And also, no, this is a good point. The
picture here is upside down. What is
this kid? Spider-Man. How's he holding
it from the upside down? Look at that.
See, it's the same picture. It's just
>> No, there's autistic. I talked to a
child in daycare, but all the daycare
centers be seem to be closed.
>> No one's opening the doors.
>> You work here?
>> I was. Yeah. What's happening?
>> Where are the kids?
>> Yeah. It
>> says it's licensed for 70.
>> Not even trying to hide it. Nope.
>> Right here. State of Minnesota. Where
are the kids?
>> They got paid $1.26 million in fiscal
year 2025. It says that they have a
capacity for 74 children. >> Where?
>> Where?
>> When? When?
>> Where are the kids? Right here. State of
Minnesota website. Uh >> oh.
>> oh.
>> You work here and you don't know?
>> I don't know. I was there before. I
don't know what's going on.
>> Were there any kids when you worked here?
here?
>> He's there. Kids there. What's up? How
many? I don't know.
>> You don't know?
>> Yeah, you worked here. Okay. Well, then
you'd not have any help.
>> Can I put my son in a daycare here?
>> No. No, I don't know.
>> Can I speak to someone?
>> No, I don't know.
>> No. Yeah. I would like to see if I can
put my son Joey here.
>> Who's your son Joey?
>> My son Joey. Can I check out daycare?
>> I guess those. >> No.
>> No.
>> These are the sweet angels, guys.
We're We're listening to the sweet
angels. This is nice.
>> I'm the owner.
>> Do you Do you put your kid here in the daycare?
daycare?
There is one child in there. Yeah. I
would like to know if this is a legit business.
business.
>> Me? I'm scared of you, too. How come I
explain everything?
>> You're scared of me?
>> What? Why?
>> Because of your
>> Because of my color. You said you're
scared of me because of my color. Does
that make you a racist?
>> Yeah. No. No.
>> No. No. No. I just don't like you
because of your skin color.
>> Because of my color.
>> I'm not racist. I just don't like you
because of that.
>> You said you're scared of me because of
my color. That makes you a racist.
>> Yeah. So right now they're all getting
mad cuz he's showing the paperwork
being registered as a business. 74
children, no children. We saw one child
>> and you can see you can see him in the
background. Bro,
>> he opened up the door.
>> We'll get another one, bro. It's a
ninja. We got ourselves
This guy This guy's in here for Ninja
Giden, bro. [laughter]
He's dressed up ready to rob a bank, but
they're already robbing. Well, they are.
It's the Bank of Minnesota.
So now they're all getting What was this
money spent on?
>> 1.26 million. The sweet angels. There
aren't any kids. And the kids.
>> Well, then why are you talking for the owner?
owner?
>> Security. Maybe that's it. >> Sorry.
>> Sorry.
>> I'm not understand what you're talking about.
about.
>> Do you have a child here? >> No.
>> No.
>> Does anybody? >> No.
>> No.
>> Where are the 74 [laughter] kids? Did
you lose them?
>> Did you lose these kids? Do I need to
call someone? Do I need to issue an
Amber Alert for missing children? That's
>> Are these children missing?
>> It's not my business that children are
missing. 74 infants and toddlers.
>> The proof's right there. There's no
children anywhere from the state of
Minnesota right here.
>> Sweet angels, huh? How about that, guys? >> Wow.
>> Wow.
>> We're moving on to the next location.
>> Have a good day. As we continued to show
the blatant fraud that was taking place
here in Minnesota, Somali started
following us around the city.
>> Now we're being followed by the Somali.
This is another daycare center. Absolutely.
Absolutely.
>> Wait, [laughter] what?
>> They're like, "Guys, they're on to us.
Quick, hide it. Is this human
trafficking?" Um,
well, no, because there's nobody there.
>> It's just fraud.
>> And there's no footprints in the snow of
children playing outside.
>> $5 million within the past two million
in two years. 5.9 million they received
>> in two years.
>> 5.9 million.
>> That's crazy.
>> Now we have a group of Somali telling us
in our vehicle right now.
>> From this daycare center, we head over
to the infamous Quality Learning Center. [laughter]
[laughter]
This is like out of Breaking Bad.
Really? Like this is this is so [ __ ]
ridiculous. How is it even real?
>> Which actually spells quality.
>> Actually, it's not out of Breaking Bad.
It's out of Reno 911
>> center on the outside of their sign.
That's how blatant this fraud is here at this.
this.
>> It's a joke, bro.
>> So, this is quality
>> leing center. I meant to say quality
learning center.
>> Don't open up.
>> They said >> uhoh.
>> uhoh.
>> They spelled learning wrong.
>> Don't open up.
>> How do you have ice here, ma'am? I'm
literally a YouTuber.
>> Don't open up.
>> Ma'am, what do you think about the fraud
that's taking place here in Minnesota?
>> Don't open up. We have ice.
>> Ma'am, what do you think about this
place being licensed for 99 children?
>> Don't open up.
>> And getting $4 million
the usual suspects,
white women.
>> In the last two years,
>> go away.
>> What do you think about that?
>> Are you in favor?
>> Are you in favor of that?
>> Go away.
>> You're not welcome here. Shame on you.
>> Are you in favor of
>> $1.9 million going illegally, >> fraudulently?
>> fraudulently?
It's that his quality learning center,
but can't even spell learning right on
the door.
>> Don't open up.
>> Ma'am, we are not
>> NPCs. I
>> don't care who you are. You don't belong here.
here.
>> I belong here just like you belong here.
>> Don't open up. It's ICE.
>> You do some kind of deal to deport the
Kairens, too.
>> No, I I I think that really um the way
you solve this I said this the same part
of I don't want to repeat myself, but
the way you solve this is you hold the
individual police officers accountable.
You make the police officers quit the
police force. You make the area
unpoliced and uninhabitable. And then
you allow these people to have to live
with the terrorism that they're going to
have to deal with. And then after
they've been terrorized and brutalized
by this population enough, then they'll
be begging for you to come back and fix
it. That's how you solve it. That's how
you do it. Anarchy. Absolutely.
And that that's that's how you fix the
problem because you you can't just
simply overrule them, right? You have to
make them realize why they're wrong. And
the best way for them to realize why
they're wrong is to experience it themselves.
themselves.
That's the That's the way you change it.
That's what I would do. Never happening.
Well, never say never.
>> That there's supposed to be 99 children
here at this building, but there's no
one here.
>> This is a child daycare center. >> 99.

>> Where are the children?
>> It's actually not harsh. Uh there's a
lot of things that you could do that are
a lot more harsh. Uh the fact is that
it's actually extremely empathetic and
very understanding is that making people
live and also think about what you're
saying. Making people live with the
consequences that their own decision is
harsh. Well, maybe it's because they're
making bad decisions.
This is state of Minnesota.
>> I don't know.
>> Right here.
>> And who are you?
>> My name is Nick Shirley, ma'am.
>> Didn't we do this yesterday? We did.
Nick waste too much more time.
>> Nick Shirley on YouTube. Yes.
>> Yeah. So, who are you with here?
>> Oh, he's just been doing some research
investigating the fraud that's taking
place here in Minnesota.
>> Yeah, I'm with Nick Shirley.
>> This lady, she's calling us ICE. We're
just trying to put law and order back in
the streets of the United States.
>> Get rid of all the fraud. Have you ever
seen children at that daycare center
right there?
>> This guy?
>> Yeah, it's right there. It says the
child. You've never seen dayare? I don't
see anybody in there.
>> We're going to educate you on something.
So, what do you think about this daycare
center? They spelled learning wrong.
They've received over $1.9 million this
year alone. And they're supposed to have
99 children here.
>> I don't see it. >> Children.
>> Children.
>> Have you ever seen any?
>> None. None at all. >> No.
>> No. >> None.
>> None.
>> Last This year they got 1.9 million.
Last year they got 1.5 million of your taxes.
taxes.
>> How about that?
>> For 99 children. We just want to know
where are the kids, >> right?
>> right?
>> Where are the children?
>> I don't see them. I've been here since
2017. I haven't seen anybody like that.
>> Never seen a child here?
>> Nope. Not at all.
>> And so you've never seen a child here
for 8 years?
>> Nope. Not at all. >> Mhm.
>> Mhm.
>> And how does that make you feel knowing
that this place is receiving $1.9 million?
million? >> Disgusting.
>> Disgusting. >> Damn.
>> Damn.
>> What the hell? They stealing the money.
That's a federal grant, too. That's if
they get caught. And for that's a
federal offense.
>> He's still thinking that the law applies
to them. No, the law doesn't apply to
them. They don't have to follow the rules.
rules.
>> I study law.
>> Yeah. You think Tim Waltz should go to
jail for all the fraud that he's enabled
here in his state?
>> That's him doing this. Heck yeah. He's
got to be held accountable for this.
>> See, do you think that the American
population is ready and willing to put a
sitting governor in jail? I don't think
that they're ready for that.
Even though that's what has to happen, I
don't think they're ready for it yet.
Now, we're getting there. We are getting there,
there,
but it's gota it it it it's got a ways
to go.
Let's say that.
>> I mean, there's no there's no rhyme or
reason what's going on here. It's
simple. It's nothing there. It's parking lot.
lot.
>> And look, they even spelled learning
wrong on their sign for a place that's
supposed to be educating children children.
children.
>> That's crazy. I mean, who who runs it?
Who supposedly runs it? Somalians.
>> Oh my god. [laughter]
>> Oh my god.
Oh, where? Where? Yeah. This is Have you
never seen nobody here at all?
>> So, how long you been living here?
>> Since 2017. 2018.
>> Never seen a single child walk in that building.
building.
>> No. Not at all. >> Never.
>> Never.
>> So, this big daycare center is literally
just a place to traffic. Money. $1.9

guy's been living here for eight years
and has never seen a single child walk
through those doors. There's no windows either.
either. >> No.
>> No.
>> And the only window they do have, the
door is blacked out.
>> Yep. I see that. I've never seen anybody
go in there.
>> Within just a few hours, we nearly

Oh my go Wow. Thank you very much,
Kirishi, for the raid. I appreciate it.
Hello, guys. We're watching a video
about Minnesota.
It's uh a very interesting play. I'll
certainly say that. And uh Wow. And
there and I I love that they have the
the fists there with the Palestine flag.
It's like they're virtue maxing, bro.
Like you've got Wooks maxing. [laughter]
We had scam maxing and now they're
virtue maxing. Jesus Christ.
>> More of the fraud taking place.
>> What was George Floyd up to Palestine?

I don't make a dime off all this time

You love to see it. I'll link you guys a

>> The manager is not here.
>> If I can get paperwork or anything to
submit my son, little Joey to come in
[laughter] >> No.
>> No.
>> Really like to put Joey in this daycare.
We've heard great things.
>> No, you haven't.
>> Business card?
>> No. I would like your business card,
actually. Do they have a business card?
>> You talk to your manager.
>> Talk to your manager.
>> Where where are the children at?
>> Are there children here today? >> No.
>> No.
>> NO CHILDREN? >> YES.
>> YES.
>> AH, how convenient.
>> Why are there no children?
>> Uh, two two of Mexico. >> Oh,
>> Oh,
>> would my son little Joey have friends to
play with here? >> No.
>> No. >> No.
>> No. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> No. No friends for little Joey.
>> Oh my god. >> Sorry.
>> Sorry.
>> Dang it. Well, have a great rest of your day.
day.
>> Thank you.
>> Jesus Christ.
>> Little Joey would not be accepted to
that dayare.
>> How about that?
>> Joy's still looking for daycare.
>> And because little Joey couldn't get
into a daycare, we went to an autism
center as they have been popping up
everywhere as a rise of autism has
occurred here in Minnesota because of
the government funds that they are
receiving. I tried to check my son Joey
into an autism center. We've been going
to a lot of these daycare centers. We're
trying to find a spot for our little boy
Joey, but uh we thought maybe we could
check him out.
>> Minneapolis Autism Center.
>> Autism Center
>> cuz none of the daycare centers are
open. Yeah. And how many kids do you
guys have at this autism center? >> Um
>> Um about
about
>> I can't give you A NUMBER NOW.
>> MORE THAN FIVE? >> PROBABLY.
>> PROBABLY.
>> PROBABLY. SO, you don't really know. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> What do you guys think about like the
fraud that's been labeled on the autism
centers here? What? What do you guys do
think about the fraud? Or how come the
autism centers are popping up?
>> I can't answer.
>> What news? Are you a news reporter?
>> My name's Nick. We're doing a little
documentary Joey a spot to put
>> Look at Dude, look. It's like a half door.
door.
Uhoh. It's aggro. Yep.
himself in one of these centers here
because there's
>> Why are you asking us
>> the fraud and stuff like that?
>> Yeah, because we want to make sure we're
going to legit business if we're going
to bring our little boy Joey here.
>> This is not a Joey spot.
>> This is not a Joey spot.
>> But this is a We can't let you guys.
>> Okay. Thank you, Mayon.
>> So, once again, little Joey, he can't
even go to daycare and now they won't
even accept him if he has autism.
And again, no tell you how many kids
they serve
>> after being
>> and you didn't see or hear any kids
either. Like you go to a daycare, I bet
there's kids running around screaming.
So even if you didn't see any of them,
you would have heard them. You didn't
hear them. I wonder why.
>> Provide no evidence of them actually
being an autism center in a place where
a child could go. They shut the door and
we headed to the next fraudulent daycare
center that was just around the corner.
>> We're on to the next location. And we're
still trying to find little Joey a place
to go to get some daycare. [music]
>> So, where we're going now is a place
called Super Kids Daycare Center. Interestingly,
Interestingly,
>> this daycare center was shut down when
it was called Creative Minds Daycare. >> Oh.
>> Oh.
>> And it had received $2.45 million this
uh fiscal year 2025. They had to shut
down because there were so many
violations and they [laughter]
>> So they just renamed it.
Oh my god.
This is insane.
Do you really think multi-million uh
fraud these Somali did themselves
without US politics coming with the idea
of keeping them as a front? Why are they
putting you on the spot? These low-level
mules. I think that it is it's something
that's probably rotten at every level of
operation. like the I I think the
government is allowing it by a mix of
apathy and also uh identity politics. I
think that there are probably highlevel
decision makers that are potentially
Americans that are making money off of
these people doing it. And I think that
there are low-level people that are just
initiating the scams on a daily basis
that are clocking in the same as they
would for any other job except for this
job is to scam the government. Like I I
think it's it's the whole way down. It's
not like there's one group doing it. I
think they're all doing it.
>> Went and they just reopened under a new
license and they renamed the center
Super Kids Daycare Center LLC.
>> So they got shut down then started
another one.
>> Literally the next day, Creative Minds
Daycare, $2.45 million got sent to this
That's it. Don't you want your kid going
here? Sounds great, huh? >> Have
>> Have
empty parking lot. We do have a bus
here. This is different. We'll see if we
see anybody.
>> I knocked on the door. Absolutely nobody
was inside. And once again, no children
could be heard anywhere.
>> So, David, once again, another child
daycare center. We have a bus out here.
>> Uhhuh. No one's inside. Licensed for
over 50 kids. No children anywhere. What
a surprise. We get
>> millions of dollars every single
>> Oh, the windows blacked out again. Yeah.
>> So, the sign says Creative Minds Daycare.
Daycare.
>> They got in so much trouble. They had so
many violations that they had to shut
down and they reopened the next day
under Super Kids Daycare Center. You see,
see,
>> in one day they just they get shut down
and they reopen under another name. That
right there, that's just government incompetence.
incompetence.
>> 3801 Portland. 3801 Portland, which is
where we are.
>> So that's fraud right there alone.
>> Wait, didn't even change the sign.
>> Millions and millions of dollars. And
again, the kids are missing. Where are
the kids?
>> You would think if they had the same
address that whoever's inside working at
the capital here inside of Minnesota
would just say, "Oh, maybe that's a red flag."
flag."
>> Wait, so wait a minute. Did they not?
Oh my god, you're right. So, they said
it's Super Kids Daycare because creative
minds got shut down. So, they're still
using the old name, bro. [laughter]
I didn't even realize that. They just
left the old sign and everything's the
same. They just did new paperwork.
It's too expensive. Yeah. looking at the
capital here inside of Minnesota would
say, "Oh, maybe that's a red flag.
>> They just they just write the check.
Human services, they got to clean out
the whole bunch. They're the ones who
enabled this fraud." How can you not
look and say, "Wait a minute. This these
two are registered at the same address.
On top of all the child care centers,
that's just only a small piece of the
fraud. What other fraud are they
committing here in Minnesota?" So,
another major piece of the fraud is the
home healthcare
>> industry. Uh
>> oh, here we go.
>> Where we're going now is a building that
has 14 Somali owned home healthcare
companies in the same building. >> Wow.
>> Wow.
>> 14 of the same healthcare companies in
one building.
>> 14 home health care companies with
different names in the same building.
>> How bad has Tim Wallace managed the budget?
budget? >> 14.
>> 14.
How many do you think you need in one building
building
>> here inside of Minnesota?
>> It's impressive how bad this is.
>> This benium we had an $18 billion surplus.
surplus.
>> This bianium we have a $6 billion
deficit. That's a $24 billion swing in
one bienium.
How in the world can you not anymore?
They're going for years.
>> This is how right here.
>> These are the big ones.
>> This is a huge part of it. And so would
you say a lot of that is fraud that's
taking place here in Minnesota? >> Absolutely.
>> Absolutely.
>> A lot of it. You mean all of it?
>> Better than 90% of it is absolute health%.
health%.
>> And a large percentage of this fraud is
from these healthc care companies that
are charging the state millions of
dollars while they actually aren't
providing anything.
>> Extremeable just did a raid a few days
ago on a building similar to the one we
about to enter. Inside of this building,
there were 14 of nearly the exact same
businesses offering the exact same services.
services.
>> Jesus Christ.
>> Right here, you have a list of all of
>> Again, it's like the Krusty Krab, man.
The Krusty Krab again, just building
them right next to each other.
>> The healthcare companies, loads of them
right here.
>> Green light sending them the money.
Well, that's the problem is that so the
big issue that why this continues
happening is that there are people that
are in executive decision-making
positions that allow this to happen. And
what needs to happen is that the people
that are in those executive
decision-making positions need to be put
in jail or need to be tried for like
again treason.
Empor, thanks for 10 subs. I appreciate
it. Yes, exactly. because they are
complicit with sending money to a
foreign terrorist company or
organization, excuse me. So disgusting.
And and that's what needs to happen. And
and then you need to try the individual
people that are like following the
orders for some other sort of crime,
whether it's g gross misconduct, gross
negligence. I don't really care what you
charge them with. It doesn't really
matter to me. Um but the end result
needs to be that they go to jail for
like I don't know. I'd say minimum 10
years, right? Like minimum. Probably
better better to be like 20. But like
that's what I would say and and you you
have to you have to do this and in order
to solve this problem those are the
actions that need to be taken. If you
want to solve that problem this is what
you have to do. If you don't want to
solve the problem then you can continue
complaining about it. But that's what
you do.
That's the only way to solve it. Yes.
And pay back every American. Uh yeah.
Maybe arrest everyone involved including
walls. Oh yeah. No I I I agree. I mean,
I I do agree. Of course,
>> we want healthare. >> Yes.
>> Yes.
>> Yes. We'd like to speak about getting
healthcare here.
>> Where's the money goalies? I'm not I
don't know.
>> Do you think they'll actually put a stop
to this?
>> Video surveillance. No.
>> Uh no, I don't think that they will. Uh,
I think that the government right now is
massively cooked and they're not willing
to The problem with the Republicans and
conservatives is that they are too
afraid of the optics that liberals
create and so they still operate under
and operate around the frame of
reference and the framing that liberal
leftist freaks like this that enable
this create and have invented. So
basically whenever you operate inside of
the frame of reference that your enemy
has created for you, you are deciding
how you will lose.
It's designed in a way that you can't
actually oppose them without them being
able to make you look bad. So the only
way that you can succeed in this is to
simply not play the game or to just be a
bull in a china shop. Enemy. Well, they
absolutely are the enemy. I mean, they
are absolutely an enemy. They're an
enemy to the state. They're the enemy to
their countrymen and they're the enemy
to anybody who cares about not having
their money allocated to random
foreigners that send it to terrorist
organizations. Yeah, absolutely. They're
the enemy. Of course.
So, uh it sounds like we've already
lost. No, I don't think that you have.
JD Vance is tweeting about this video 30
minutes ago. So, what
do you I don't care about that. Do you
know how many times Trump has said he
was going to do something? Remember
whenever he said he was going to put
Hillary Clinton in jail? That never
happened. You didn't even try to do
that. He maybe he couldn't have locked
her down on something, but you could
have arrested her. You could have like
you He could have absolutely made her
life a living hell. Did he do any of
that? No, he didn't.
He's not willing to do it. He's not that guy.
guy.
You need another guy.
I don't think that I I don't think JD
Vance is that guy either.
JD Vance still exists and is willing to
play games with their optics and their rhetoric.
rhetoric.
Now, I think that these people are steps
in the right direction, but they are not
>> This is the strangest.
>> There's a reason why I didn't. Yeah.
place I've ever been to get healthcare.
>> Hit a guy. That's what I think.
>> Just a bunch of different places.

>> Another healthcare company right here.
There are three healthcare companies
inside of [music] this building right
here in this room of seven.
>> So, there's one room that has three
healthc care services in it.
It's just totally [ __ ] I It's so
outrageously ridiculous. What do you
even say about this? So, who is the guy?
I don't know. I don't think that we
really have a definitive guy.
I don't think we know yet.
That's unfort Yeah. I don't think that
there's really one person because like I
mean there's people that are like talk
like there's people that have opinions
that I agree with, but I'm talking about
like an actual person in office. I don't know.
know.
See, now we have another helping hands
home care LLC. Another healthcare
company, Present Help right here. We're
looking for the best rates of healthcare
here inside this building cuz we have so
many who can talk about getting the best healthcare.
healthcare.
>> I don't know.
>> I don't know. Wow.
>> All right.
>> What a surprise.
>> Getting healthare here.
>> David, this is one of the stranger
places I've ever been. >> Mhm.
>> Mhm.
>> Literally healthcare every door you go
to. Yet, nobody will give you a rate.
How much money do you think's been
funneled through this building
>> every year? I would say 50 to 60 million
at least.
>> And finally, we were accepted into one
of the daycare centers.
>> A $50 million bro. Oh my god.
>> And they actually took down information
to give us a rate. However, when we
left, we were then met with the police.
>> I uh we received a complaint that
>> matching your description. were in this
building harassing the individuals who
>> See, I said this before whenever we got
to this part, whenever I was watching
the highlights. You need to hold these
individual police officers accountable
legally for assisting in fraud and as
accessories to these crimes. You have to
hold the individual police officers accountable.
accountable.
Until you're willing to do that, you
will not solve this problem.
>> Oh, we're just seeing we're checking out
the rates for healthare.
>> That's right.
>> Cuz there's 14 healthcare companies
inside this building. So, okay. That's
not what he's saying.
>> They know it's fraud. They know it's
fraud. That won't work. It will.
>> And he's trying to assume because
they're Somali providers, everyone here
is fraudulent.
>> Another Karen propaganda.
>> Yep. Another
is this is a um
>> area that we're allowed to enforce
trespassing ordinance. Is there any
other reason that you guys are here?
>> Well, we checking rates.
>> No, he's not.
>> We are checking rates. We asked for rates.
rates.
>> No, you're not.
>> Okay. I'm going to have if you guys are
all good, we're going to step outside
and we continue this conversation.
>> All right. Let's leave. So, all right.
All right, we're getting escorted out
right now. The police have arrived. We
were checking out the rates, seeing what
was happening inside of this building.
No one would really speak with us. We
did go inside the one daycare center and
she actually did give us rates for
somebody to disagree. The government
needs to have better measures to prevent
fraud. You're right. This problem has to
be addressed from multiple directions.
You have to look at the systemic
government functionality and their
systems and the way that their systems
enable this fraud to happen in the first
place. But you also have to go after the
people that allow the system to
continue. Like really with a big problem
like this, you never can just solve it
by doing one thing. You have to approach
it from like four or five different
perspectives. And then if you do that,
you can effectively whittle it down to
something that's manageable because
you're always going to have a degree of
fraud. But it's about like whether this
degree of fraud is like 9 billion or 9
million, right? 9 million is reasonable
given that it's an entire state. 9
billion is not
>> childare. Much respect to that lady.
>> What's the problem, officer? >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> Well, so again, we're we've been getting
reports from there now multiple
individuals that you guys were harassing
individuals who are work here.
>> At the end of the day, this is private
property and it's one that [screaming]
>> people are allowed to ask you to leave
and it's also one the Minneapolis Police
Department is allowed to enforce
trespassing ordinance at this address.
Yeah. So,
>> as we got escorted out of this building,
the Somali filmed us as we left and we
headed over to the next building that
had 22 of the same home health providers
operating from inside.
>> They're all next to each other with the
signs on the on this strip mall here.
>> Yep, there it is.
>> The building
>> right here you have multicultural home care.
care.
>> This is my problem. They're taking too
much money.
>> Can't even get in.
>> Another Reliance Recovery Center.
Reliance Recovery Grace Care
>> Mercy and Grace.
>> Here you have Denden Eratrian Youth
Development Association of [music]
Minnesota. Another Oh, that that's a
that's a place in Africa.
>> Beginning center, but what do you guys
think about the fraud that's taking
place here in Minnesota? >> Sorry.
>> Sorry.
>> No comments. Can I please
>> Right here you have Serenity.
>> Serenity. Okay, here we go.
>> These businesses are literally the same
type of business providing the same
service in the same building. Another
convenience, home, healthcare, aid, Inc.
in child-friendly space. All these
companies get money from the government.
Why would you have
>> cops are being paid off%
inside of the same building?
>> The cops are following orders and the
orders are being given to them by
lawmakers and people that are running
for office that do things that are in
favor of these groups of people. The
cops are not being individually paid
off. The cop that you just saw in the
video is not receiving a paycheck from
these Somalian scam companies. They're
simply following the orders that they're
being given. But you have to hold them
individually accountable because they
are the executives of this in this they
are the executives of this unfairness
and you have to really look at who's
doing it and then figure out and then
hold those people that are doing it
accountable. It's that simple. Like it
doesn't and again it doesn't matter
whether it's fair or not. It it it this
is what you should do. The cops are
doing their job. No, they're not. Their
job is to protect the American people
and uphold the law. if their job is
being co-opted by a bunch of uh you know
immigrants that you know some of these
people don't even speak English. They're
unwilling to do this and they're they're
they're defrauding the company. This is
like it's like saying that the cops are
doing their job whenever they're
protecting a like a a like a gang or a
mob whenever uh you know they're getting
attacked. It's like organized crime.
Yeah. They're in the these these police
officers are extensions and tools
effectively for this fraud to occur.
That's it.
Why can't someone file a class action
lawsuit? Because nothing's really going
to happen. Nazi soldiers are persecuted
for following orders. So, I do agree
with you. The cops need to be persecuted
for following these orders as well.
Absolutely. Absolutely you do that. Of course.
course.
Their job is to respond to public
complaints, not investigating and
determining guilt and fraud.
I don't care what your reasoning is.
You you're going to you're you're trying
to make an argument about oh well
technically this I don't care about your technicality.
technicality.
The fact of the matter is that these are
police officers that are protecting
fraud in the country. They're protecting
mass levels of fraud and millions of

>> We're wondering because we hear there's
lots of fraud taking place here in
Minnesota and we're wondering why is
there so many of the same companies
inside of this same building?
>> No, I don't know that.
>> What do you think about the fraud that's
taking place here in Minnesota?
>> I don't have any idea about that fraud.
Okay, that's it.
>> What do you think about the news

>> Who can I SPEAK TO?

>> SOON AS YOU confront about the fraud,
they get angry.
>> How about that?
>> These people have these home healthcare
companies. You're seeing them everywhere
inside this building. What kind of fraud
are they committing?
>> So, there's false documentation being
submitted to the state of Minnesota for
services never provided.
>> Somebody asked, "What would you do if
you were the police instead to what
would you have the police do instead if
you were them? What would be your course
of action?" genuinely curious. I would
create a situation where the police
would be afraid to defend these places
because they would be worried about
being persecuted. This would cause the
police to leave and completely disband
the police force. This would allow the
companies and the people in the area to
be effectively completely lawless and
turn it into anarchy. That would make it
completely chaotic and these people
would then become terrorized by the
people that are in this community that
they are somehow trying to being uh
trying to enable. Right? And so the goal
is for that to happen and to make it as
unpleasant and awful for them as
possible. So that way they realize the
mistake that they've made.
That's the goal. It's accelerationism.
It is. Yeah. This is the goal.
Because And again, that's not really
feasible. No. Well, I mean, I don't know
about that. Why not?
Yeah, that that's what I would do. Such
a dumbass idea. It's not a dumbass idea
at all. Yes. It's absolutely not. You
have to hold people accountable for the
decisions that they make.
That That's the problem.
Yeah. What What a terrible take. Why?
The police officers need their jobs.
Yeah. You you you have to you you have
to hold people like this accountable
because the real problem and and and see
you don't understand like where this
problem is coming from. The problem is
coming from a population of people that
are completely insulated from the
consequences of any of this happening
and it's so displaced that they think
that they're doing a good thing by
enabling all of this uh crime. And so
the real thing that I'm saying is that
if you want to enable all of this crime
and you want to allow all these people
to blatantly break the law, then you
shouldn't have the lawn to begin with.
Why Why are we paying for police
officers here? Why are why are we
protecting you from your own bad decisions?
decisions?
That's the main issue. We disagree. Give
them what they want. they'll suffer uh
with the rest of us because uh when it's
blatantly going to fail is failing and
people they were victimizing in the
first place. Well, they'll be
victimizing themselves.
That that's it. And so,
uh that won't work. It only cause more
suffering. Well, the suffering you have
to understand that like there's a goal
to this, right? is that the goal for it
is for these people to either realize
that they've made a mistake and that
they are [ __ ] morons or for everybody
else to see what they did wrong and
realize this is what happens whenever
you vote for this stuff. It's kind of
like the idea of, you know, oh, this is
really hot. Don't touch it. And then
someone says, why not? Well, put your
hand on it and you burn your hand.
That's a good way of learning. It is.
And and so the cop situation has to be
way more complicated than that. It's
always complicated until you really
think about a solution. Most solutions
to things are not very elaborate and
complicated. You just have to look at
why something is happening and figure
out why somebody's doing it and then
look at incentives for why they're doing
it and then figure out ways to remove
those incentives. That's it. It doesn't
matter whether this is a video game. It
doesn't matter whether it's a religion.
It doesn't matter whether it's politics.
All that you have to do is you you it's
a stop it at the source. Yeah. You you
have to stop because the real problem is
that you have to win over the hearts and
the minds of the people. And the best
way to do that is to make them realize
the error of their ways. And the way
that you do that is you create a
situation where the decisions that they
have made for their politics are
affected by them directly. It's kind of
like a good example of this is that like
I used it yesterday or the day before
when they sent all the illegal aliens
over to Martha's Vineyard and it shut
down the entire area. And I think it
really goes to show what it would be
like if these people actually had to
live with the consequences of their own empathy.
Yeah. If you pull the police presence
away from the area and let it turn into
a war zone, do you honestly think that
the fraud will just go away on its own?
No, it won't. but it'll serve to an
example to everybody else of what
happens whenever you don't follow the law.
That that that's that's the goal. And so,
so,
and I understand this is an extreme
solution, but I also want you to think
about why it's an extreme solution. It
is an extreme solution because you are
telling people that they have to live
with the consequences of their own actions.
And then think to yourself about all the
other people that have to live with the
consequences of those other people's actions.
actions.
That's the problem.
We need extreme solutions. Yeah, I think
it's I I think it would work.
Personally, I think it would definitely
work. And uh that's not really a
solution. It just stops it from
spreading, but it doesn't resolve it.
You have to deport the Simoleons. Oh,
yeah. No. I mean, of course you're going
to do that. I mean obviously obviously
all those other solutions should be
applied too. But the point that I'm
making is that
you have to solve the problem by
changing their mind.
That's what you have to do. You you you
shouldn't be looking at oh well this is
some other [ __ ] You should be
looking at how can we change people's minds and how can we set an example for
minds and how can we set an example for everybody else in the same way that the
everybody else in the same way that the Martha's Vineyard thing happened. That's
Martha's Vineyard thing happened. That's my that that's my goal because at the
my that that's my goal because at the end of the day there will be more
end of the day there will be more elections. Do you want to have these
elections. Do you want to have these same uh you know displaced Kairens
same uh you know displaced Kairens voting in the future elections? No, you
voting in the future elections? No, you don't. So you want to create a situation
don't. So you want to create a situation where they realize what a mistake it was
where they realize what a mistake it was for them to do that.
for them to do that. I understand your point, but this will
I understand your point, but this will result in violence and violence does not
