this is Julie Clark who has dedicated
her life to longevity and currently has
one of the slowest Paces of Aging in the
entire world she's 56 but her biological
age is just 36 years old and what's most
insane is she's doing all of this
spending just $108 per month today I'm
going to be following her entire routine
to find out how I can potentially become
21 again what we're going to be covering
today you think anybody watching this
can do it yes anybody Julie's speed of
Aging is 65 meaning for every 10 years
that goes by she only ages 6 and 1/2
years which puts her in the top of the
leaderboards of the Rejuvenation
Olympics even during a time of extreme
stress a lot of horrible Fallout from
2020 and some mental Heth health issues
in my house those 6 months were some of
the most stressful in my entire life I
was up making sure uh my son was okay
sleeping maybe every third night you
know for six months okay In and Out
Burger sometimes it it was just very Str
because it was something I couldn't
control then that second six months I
started working out and that's when I
started the pound of vegetables started
the saunas in that time I slowed my pace
of Aging down another 3% so I went from
60 to 65 wow so um I kind of give 8% to
noos I really do I don't think people
have to buy novos I think they can look
up the ingredients and just make their
own stock you know so speaking of sleep
I feel like people who you know do this
pretty seriously take sleep very
seriously so I'm curious to see I don't
think that's why I kind I call myself
The Reluctant biohacker
because I'm not like the general about the
the
sleep it's pretty crazy that her room is
just a regular room there's nothing
fancy about it a lot of biohackers spend
Millions a year for the best equipment
just to get the same results she
does last doesn't it doesn't look like a
cave you don't have like the blackout
blinds I don't have a blackout blinds no
and I sit and read here like every
morning and read the Bible and so is
there anything in this room that like
contributes to like your goal of speed
like slowing down your aging uh the
Bible the Bible yeah I mean those kind
of things make a difference I think for
longevity I don't know it just like
relaxes my whole body but also keeps me
in a state of awe and wonder and I have
to believe that that is important for
longevity big question what's your sleep
score you must be tracking your sleep
I'm not don't track my sleep No in fact
I know that seems like so like not right
I know I don't is there a reason for
that I just couldn't afford the wearable
but I actually um for Christmas I bought
myself the ultra human so I'm going to
be test I'm going to be using that and
I'm scared to find out what that's going
to be I know 101 sleep score no I don't
think so oh you tape your mouth as well
oh yeah I tape my mouth sleep mask
spiders going your mouth what I've heard
this like you like eat seven spiders a
year oh I don't know maybe that's just
like my mom was trying to scare me or
something I don't know I just do it
because it forces you then to breathe
out of your nose which is better for you
I stop drinking um mainly for my son cuz
I was like again parents out there
you're telling your kids not to drink
but then if you're drinking every day
that's kind of like stupid but for
anybody out there who's like like oh I I
don't know and I can't I can't do this
because I can't buy this like this is my
biggest message to
people don't wait don't wait for the
tech I think you know that sleep's
important I think you know eating
right's important so what's the morning
routine look like so the morning routine
is wake up I make the bed what time do
you wake up 4:10 these days that's like
the same as the rock is it 410 yeah so
hopefully you have like the same diet
maybe yeah no I grab a cup of tea a
green tea well I usually make my bed to
like first thing no I I should say this
on the weekends typically on a Sunday I
don't make it and it's just to sort
yourself every now and then well not not
it's just it's like a signal like today
is a down day we don't like I have no
commitments I have no schedule I have no
I need a like Chick-fil-A is not open
yeah yeah
it's for my mind I need like a lolly
gagging day so that's it that's all you
and then that's all I do and then I get
my gym bag and we go to the gym that's
it her morning routine is refreshingly
simple which is a pretty big contrast to
the elaborate rituals so often glorified
in today's world by celebrities
billionaires and other anti-aging
experts her approach serves as a gentle
reminder that less is often more
stripping away all the unnecessary
allows you to focus on what truly matters

this is the first thing that I consume
every day it's just a powdered green
drink I make it with lemon and sometimes
I put beet cavass in there but it's not
ready yet that's oh yeah let me show you
what this is here uh it's just like
fermented beets I love beets what are
the closest thing to alcohol you
have I use here in fact this is kind of
my detox it's a meringa it's full of
sururan so it's really good for
detoxification from the microplastics
this is the merola fermented greens 2
teaspoons of that kind of he am I
supposed to be enjoying this drink or is
it is it just enjoy and then I put some
collagen in there I feel like there's a
lot of like information about diet out
there like there so many people will say
one thing's right and other people say
it's wrong like it's like you have to
have your meat but it has to be raw the
eggs have to be raw so you absorb all
the nutrients you shouldn't be eating
vegetables we don't mess around with all
that no okay like we just eat real food
if I'm craving Dunkin Donuts like I
don't really like are you a donut fan
seems like that's coming up I know I
know I know I know yeah a little bit and
we make them ourselves too have you ever
made your own Donuts
I yes do you make like anti-aging Donuts
yeah no oh okay avocado oing on the
donuts yeah right I use avocado oil in
um those are the cutest ice cubes I've
ever seen I know says that what did it I
think we got straws here those plastic
straws these are not plastic straws
I was expecting it to taste like some
sort of like a beach clean up in my
mouth that's good I feel like that on an
empty stomach would make me just that
cleanse my colon fast wouldn't it I
don't think
so 27 now you are yeah you're just
getting you're going the clock is going
way back 25 now I've officially hogged
the drink I'm three strong so do you
actually like enjoy your diet or do you
like Gaslight yourself into liking it
daily no I love my diet yeah you have to
enjoy your food that's like food is
pleasure I would say I started cooking
when I was maybe like 6 years old not
actually cooking but we were making like
you know mud pies and stuff and I just
remember feeling this like connection to
the earth I I can still feel it it's
easy to make food taste good and people
to enjoy it but can you make it healthy
and T taste good and so that started
this well what is healthy and I have
this policy the last two weeks of the
year which are coming up I will just do
what ever I want and eat whatever I want
I don't always and honestly like I get
usually about 10 days into that and it's
like okay I'm so sick of all this gross
stuff it's really great because you just
kind of like let go of everything and
then it helps you
remember okay this is why I eat this way
yeah so supplements supplements yeah so
this is my supplements I have these cute
little cups I got them CR Plus I'm very
magnesium deficient so I have like two
of them in there right now breakfast
there's fish oil this is a probiotic I'm
testing uh that fancy isn't that fancy
is that like a baby pill in the pill it
is it's really cool it's from this
company called AA and um I'm I really
really like it actually and then at
night fish oil and magnesium that's my
dinner vitamins and then this is before
I go to bed and that's like magnesium 3
and8 so what are the supplements that
you think everyone should be having like
no matter what like the most important
ones fish oil for sure um I
think probably either a multivitamin or
a B
complex it's pretty proven that our
soils are pretty depleted of magnesium
so even things that are supposedly you
know high in magnesium may not have what
they say they do and it's like essential
for every reaction in your body okay so
there's only like
three three those like three things that
you recommended right yeah and I I think
oh I know there's what's not in here is
there's a vitamin D3 K2 that I take but
it's drops I do think everyone needs a
vitamin D3 we're just not out like you
need to have shoulders exposed for like
15 minutes or whatever like I'm not
doing that the green drink was actually
delicious and I'm usually not a fan of
them and if you're somebody who
struggles to get your Greens in then I
recommend this one after that we made
our way over to the gym and no we didn't
drive we actually walked as getting her
steps in is one of the key parts of her
routine doing my dexa scans I had gained
like a pound of muscle in my legs and
maybe it wasn't maybe it wasn't a whole
pound and I was like okay well that I'm
doing something right are you natural
what do you mean steroids no no steroids
okay oh God sure I'm positive so what's
the first exercise so we'll do some
Brazilian split squats I
think I call them Romanians SPL squ yeah
whatever oh yeah from Brazil for you
they're good that's right I think
Romanian deadlift oh my God why are they
all from places why can't it just be a
split squat you know it it's a split
Squat and you know what it is it sucks
yeah it does it sucks facts and I'll do
five sets of eight oh my holy volume
Julie is that a lot five sets of eight
yes that's like you're ready for the
Olympia a lot don't yeah woo do you
think that everyone regardless of age
should be utilizing weight in some way
AB absolutely I watched my mom she has
Parkinson's and she never really worked
out there's a strong link between having
good muscle mass and not developing
Parkinson's and plus it's like it makes
you feel good like you feel good and you
God don't you dare say walking LUN
is no no I I was about to leave if you
said that Julie is doing some sort of
physical activity 6 days a week and
here's how she outlines her routine it's
a mixture of cardio and weights with
Sunday being a complete rest day where
she might not even leave the house
weights are done yep we're going to do a Norwegian
Norwegian
4x4 oh what yeah it helps increase your
V2 Max okay so you're going to do 3
minutes slow just kind of like one or
two and then you're going to do 4
minutes for as fast as you can keep it
for 4 minutes without falling off
can I hold the rails or no yeah yeah
yeah you can hold the rails you just
want to like increase that volume of
oxygen you're taking it is VO2 max a
good indication of overall health would
you say I think so this from what I read
I mean from Peter AA and different
people talking about that and when you
look at like athletes that have a very
high V2 Max they tend to live a little
longer if you knew elderly people and
you see them walking up the stairs and
they're getting out of breath you know
but otherwise they seem healthy
they had just increased their VO2 max
when they were younger they probably
wouldn't become out of breath it's time
it oh my gosh it's actually kind of
God 4 minutes 4
minutes I just thinking about in and
out oh my

off yeah I definitely
overshot it's not a Sprint it's a
marathon will everyone always tells me
that so after every workout you do four
times a week Thea do you think that's
like a huge key to like longevity health
I don't know but it's a huge key to just
being stressfree being a Monday workout
this also pairs with a 20 to 30 minute
sauna extending my health span as we sit
in the sauna think should be kind of fun
30 minutes of the sauna is actually
crazy it's like I'm training to survive
my trip to the equator but I'm not going
to the and a 4 to 5 minute cold shower
oh my showers are very quick like 4
to 5 minutes is an eternity in here I
anymore now the reason why Julie does
this is that she said it's good for the
immune syst system it's a natural
anti-depressant she also says it's like
a cocaine high for 2 to 4 hours honestly
I would probably prefer a nose blead
over the
shrinkage I'm feeling good I'm feeling
healthy but I'm also getting very hry so
I think our next
meal is going to be pretty
substantial so no solids yet no solids
yet I just I'm not very like hungry in
the morning we we're going to make this
greens latte which is my favorite from
this better broths they've come up with
this really cool way to make bone broth
with apples and cinnamon and oranges so
when it's your birthday do you have like
a green cake no everything's green green
drink green latte there's a great doctor
called Dr Anna Caba and she was just
going on and on about these greens and I
was like okay I'll try her sure enough
within like 10 days I lost 7 lbs and I'm
like what the heck I just measure out I
don't know spinach that's like the most
intense bodybuilder thing I know right
the reason I measure them is because I
have a tendency to put too much if I
don't and then it's just too green it's
like we're about to feed like giant
tortoises yeah
right then we're going to do the bone
broth I make like on the weekends I'm
going smell that yeah I doubt it SM does
it smell good yeah oh yeah it does it
does smell good smells good youve never
smelled it because I'm eating greens all
the time I try to cook them because
there's goerens in the greens that can
mess up what's goerens they um block the
absorption of iodine in your thyroid if
you cook them you reduce the amount of
goerens this is like the post Burning
Man Diet yeah I do a weekend of bad
things and then this this will sort me
out oh so we're going to put some PE in
there I love a good n she calls for flax
and then in here we've got um Ginger
cinnamon cardamom and
cloves went into my eye oh that's beautiful
beautiful
oh my God it smells like Christmas this
is like a cup of Christmas this is a cup
of Christmas you're not weighing your
you don't track your calories you don't
weigh your food other than your spinach
I track I track um a pound of vegetables
a day half of that is greens so 8 ounces
of greens okay and I track 100 g of
protein those are the only things I
track everything else protein that seems
low that's like catabolic in like the
bodybuilding world is it I'm 130 lb and
my body mass is 98 lb oh okay I don't
track how much protein's in here yeah if
I had quinoa like I wouldn't track that
as a protein I'm only tracking like the
high protein foods I suppose the vegans
now why cuz there's a lot of protein in
all the gra real proteins too at the end
so we're just going to do that let me
just get those extra little leaves in there

yeah mhm wow it's so this is like what
I'd imagine like Christmas Santa's bath
water to taste like yes yeah yeah that's
great Santa's bath water it like hugs
you on the inside it hugs you I feel
like you had to pitch this to Starbucks
and get a royalty yeah right it's not my
recipe so and they to come up with an
ageless Frappuccino m a green
Frappuccino oh my God I love that yeah
what do you think most people do on a
daily basis that are aging us the
fastest worry worry I think our um drive
for perfectionism trying to do
everything perfect just I think that can
really it's like the I think the all day
stressors so what do you think I think
are three things that like the everyday
person can like Implement right away to
help them with the their longevity
movement is number one 10 minutes a day
walk I think that people need to eat
vegetables I would say the third thing
which is something I don't do but I
think we need to eat tip to tail one it
honors the animal the animal gave their
life to us and to just throw out these
things just
seems I don't know not even rude it's
like Beyond rude it's just like we
really need to honor that animal I agree
I think that like at least for me like
like organ meats are so good for you you
know having lot of the part with like
the cartilage are so good for you but
then people think it's just like some
people think it's like weird or like
disgusting I think it's just cuz like
Society I guess like we've kind of like
been brainwashed to think that like oh
just just have the steak Yeah like the
having the liver is gross having heart
is gross but there's like so much health
benefit in there I have tasted cheeks I
did like beef cheeks I've had brain
Soule oo yeah oh okay yeah I've heard
people that have had like monkey brains
like fresh like they crack the head at
the table alive yes and then feed the
brains to you I'm like yeah I'm not
doing that whoa not doing that that's
not honoring the animal in any way I
don't get Halal but I do get it from a
farmer who raises the an like I get an
email every week with a picture of the
animals out on the farm you know and
like you know here's animal out the
pasture and like you know so it's really
it's really sweet like the chickens and
like they have a good life I like to eat
steak I don't want to meet the cow next
meal of the day next meal of the day
when my mouth really misses crunching on
food I'll do like four eggs and in my
hard boiler fun little egg Baker there
isn't this cute wow this the cutest
little thing and I make it in this
really pretty rainbow I started doing
this when my son was I think like eight
or N9 years old and he would come in he
just like woo you know so it's was like
really like I knew make more excited
about more excited about it yeah there's
radish hikma broccoli stem celery
Peppers there's some carrots in there
some more Peppers I'm an absolute like
celery addict so um that's strange I
know and I just measure out 8 O and
again I just do that because if I don't
measure it I might do too many and then
too much can be gassy you know like I
tend to overdo it on the celery too cuz
to say another challenging meal to my
colon yeah yeah so you just kind of have
this with you and like you just kind of
go about your day and just nibble and
stuff I just nibble on it the rest of
the day like I'm just not hungry like
that's a natural glp1 agony right there
so instead of taking OIC just eat your
veggies yeah so this is OIC yeah that's
them boom that awesome and your son
probably just hears this all day he's [Applause]

like it's a good jaw workout too yeah
mhm which has got to be good for you
right I don't know I figured like this
is what we're supposed to be doing is
chewing on stuff all day is there a
reason why you just don't cook it is
that because of the nutrients or no no
no no I'm lazy oh is that oh yeah so
this is your second meal of the day
what's dinner look like I might have
some scrambled eggs and sauteed
mushrooms and some greens I make the
Sardine dish with like tomatoes and
sardines I know I know I love steak so
we'll have steak some nights I feel like
you've done something to these I don't
know cuz they taste better than regular
vegetables cuz you're hungry oh yeah
song can you customize it I know I wish
you could wouldn't that be great it's
just so cute though I'm like Oh my cute
little egg maker I love this you're like
forever young was the song they're done
boom nighttime routine nighttime routine
is it as extensive as the morning
routine no I got to keep it simple
because by then I just can't even like I
can't even so it's stretch wash my face
brush my teeth and into bed that's it
okay that's it what time you go to bed
lately I'm in bed by 8: hopefully asleep
by like 8:30 so you're not much of a
sports fan then I yes 8:00 p.m. back
back in the day when I was a kid meant
like five more hours of video games I'm
like I'm tired okay do some your I'm
very you're very F okay no oh no very
unflexible unflexible like the Tin Man
okay yeah oh my gosh that that's like
that's it for me yeah well thank you for
today I feel like I I learned a lot that
can bring back home it I I feel like I
don't need to be perfect I can just do
like consist Perfection consistency over
Perfection and like don't stress seems
like to' be the biggest thing we're
never going to get it perfect we weren't
meant to be perfect we're humans we can
handle some mistakes and we can handle
the occasional french fry yeah so I'm
going to have all of Julie's stuff in
