Core Theme
The author argues that most commercially available chocolate, particularly dark chocolate, is unappealing and potentially unhealthy due to its processed ingredients like cocoa powder, sugar, and animal fats, contrasting it with a perceived superiority of white chocolate and natural foods.

What's up, Primer gang? I was about to
make a video about a comment, but uh
they have already deleted the comment,
but don't worry about it cuz I'm just
going to tag them in in this video. The
comment was something along the lines
that is it okay to eat chocolate or is
it too processed or is it okay to eat it
sometimes? And I asked them um that has
he ever tried the ingredients of the
chocolate like milk separately, sugar
separately or cocoa powder separately.
Basically, I wanted to wanted to make
him or her. I'm not sure. I'm not sure
of gender whatever. I wanted to make
them think that um not all ingredients
are delicious. Like milk is delicious.
Of course, sugar is is edible. I am not
a fan of granulated sugar. It disgusts
me. You know what? Maybe if I wasn't
eating fruit and drinking fruit juice,
maybe then um I would kind of like
granulated sugar, but I don't know. I
just have standards for myself. And this
is why I I think that granulated sugar
is disgusting. But anyway, at least you
can eat a tablespoon of it and not uh
not not have any issues like swallowing
it or whatever. But think about cocoa
powder, man. That thing doesn't even
dissolve in water. It dissolves to a
degree, but try to put it in in some
water. It barely dissolves. Imagine you
can't even swallow that. How are you
going to swallow cocoa powder? Or don't
not not even mention to trying to to
bite into a raw cocoa fruit. I'm going
to leave a link of a video where a kid
tries some cocoa powder cuz I don't want
to put that in my video. Anyway, I could
make a long video how cocoa powder is
toxic. It has heavy metals inside that
are clearly bad for you. And chocolate
for the first time when it was
introduced, it was introduced as a
medicine. But the patients and the
doctors liked the taste of u of
chocolate. So they placed it in grocery
stores. But chocolate is not cocoa
powder because you use basically animal
products like animal fat, lactose, and
all the good things that milk has. and
adding sugar and flavor enhancers and
who knows what feeling, strawberry
filling or whatever. And that completely
changes up the the toxicity feeling of
cocoa powder. You're no longer eating
cocoa powder. You're basically eating
like a like a milk thing that was
seasoned with cocoa powder to give it
some type of so-called interesting
taste. Yes, dark chocolate with 80%
cocoa powder or 95% cocoa powder is out
there in the market, but still it has
sugar inside. Now, if there is something
like a 100% cocoa powder, chocolate bar
or whatever, and they added some type of
chemical to make it look like it's a
chocolate bar or whatever. And there's
zero sugar, zero milk inside. And you're
saying how good it is and how tasty it
is. Even then, you would eat just a few
pieces of it. You wouldn't eat like bar
like bars of chocolate after bars of
chocolate just like you would do it with
a milk chocolate. Even a milk chocolate,
I don't know, man. It to me it's it
tastes kind of disgusting. Anyway, I'm
not going to make a long video how bad
it is for you to eat chocolate cuz
seeing something it's not the same as
feeling it. And once you eat our natural
food, you have some nice raw liver from
a healthy animal, your perception of
reality changes. And try some chocolate
after some nice raw liver, some nice raw
milk, and have some nice sweet citrus
fruit like a blood orange. I'm telling
you, the chocolate is going to taste so
bad. And it won't just taste bad. It it
also going to look disgusting. At least
this is my reality. Like I I'm not going
to buy chocolate ever again. That's
100%. If I would have to rate
chocolates, everything with cocoa powder
can just go to garbage. Like the brown
chocolates. And the best chocolates
would be the white ones. Especially the
ones that have more milk inside. Like
it's made out of more milk. Like the
ratio of the milk is higher. You know,
yes, some of it is going to have cocoa
butter, but that's not the same. And I'm
not saying that that is hurting the
cocoa butter. And maybe it's going to
have like soy lectins or I don't know
what else to make it more thicker or
more crumbly or give it like a flavor
enhancer. But anyway, if you would make
it at home like some dehydrated
milk powder or I don't know what else
and maybe whey protein and add some
sugar or some nice honey to it and just
make it into a like a chocolate bar or
something. I I would say that's that's
pretty solid. But but I'm just not a fan
of pasteurized dairy overall. My point
is that once you would remove all this
that that good things from from from
chocolate, it just wouldn't taste as
good. Even something like a like a
martyan bar, you know, it's like it's
basically some almond paste or whatever
and it's with sugar and and vanilla
extract and it has like chocolate on on
top. The moment you remove sugar, it it
just doesn't taste the same. Anyway,
back to white chocolate. The reason why
I placed it number one, it's because it
almost tastes like you're eating animal
fat because of high ratio of milk and no
toxic powders from a toxic fruit. But
but like I said, it's impossible for me
to explain it. You you need to
experience that you have some natural
food and after that you have some
chocolate. And normally you would you
would have to be able to just walk away
from chocolate without missing it even a
little bit. I think it's very difficult
to change to eating our natural diet
when you all you think about is all my
days now I just must eat muscle meat all
day and organs and I'm going to miss out
on chocolate. I I think you should just
just have everything have everything
that you crave just so you can do a
comparison in your your uh in your mind.
You don't need to be like I'm just going
to cut out chocolate but secretly I'm
missing it and I'm craving it and when I
see someone eating chocolate I'm I I
feel envy or something. It's easy to
walk away from chocolate when you live
in a reality like I do. That's the
