0:45 numbers are probably a lot higher than
0:46 that so the proof is really in the
0:48 numbers here so by the end of this video

2:10 other people around you who are suddenly
2:12 having to work so much harder just to
2:14 keep up and just to survive the stats
2:17 here don't lie in 2024 44% of companies
2:19 replaced workers with AI and PWC
2:22 prodects that by the mid 2030s up to 30%
2:23 of all the current jobs will be
2:25 automated no career is safe not even the
2:27 ones we thought were Untouchable like
2:29 law accounting and even medicine and
2:30 unfortunately most people are going to
2:33 come out of this AI wave as net losers
2:35 meaning that they are worse off than
2:36 where they are today their jobs are
2:37 going to be gone their skills are going
2:39 to be outdated and the income is going
2:42 to be slashed and they're clinging to
2:43 the false hope that the old way of
2:45 making a living will survive it's really
2:47 a losing bit at this point but it's not
2:49 all doom and gloom the reality is that
2:50 there's going to be a small number of
2:52 people who will ride this wave and come
2:54 out on the other side as winners they're
2:56 not just going to be surviving this AI
2:58 Revolution they'll Thrive through it
3:00 they'll build businesses they'll stack
3:01 wealth they're going to be mastering the
3:03 skills that the world will be desperate
3:05 for and I mean I've done it there's
3:06 thousands of other people in my
3:08 community who have also done it and in
3:10 this video I'm going to show you exactly
3:11 how you can do it too so here's the
3:13 choice basically are you going to sit
3:14 back and watch AI wipe out everything
3:17 you've built or soon will build or are
3:19 you going to take control get ahead and
3:21 come out of this AI Revolution wave as a
3:22 winner I certainly know what I'm trying

3:35 biggest opportunities that you can
3:37 capitalize on even if you're just

3:41 opportunities popping up these days and
3:42 I've pretty much tried all of them
3:44 personally over the past 2 years so in
3:45 this section I'm going to be breaking
3:47 down the top five AI businesses that
3:48 complete beginners are using right now
3:50 to launch their careers in the AI space
3:52 and start making money so as I said over
3:54 the past two years I've personally run
3:56 or am still running all five of the
3:57 business types we're going to cover in
3:59 this section so I'm going to be giving
4:01 you the [ __ ] Real World experience
4:03 and insights into the pros and cons of
4:05 each of them and really how much money
4:06 you can expect to make from them and
4:08 then at the end of the section I'm going
4:09 to be recapping things and explain Which
4:11 business is best for you to start so
4:13 let's dive in first up we have ai
4:16 influencing so here's the deal people
4:18 are hungry for simple and easy to
4:20 understand info on AI right now your job
4:22 as an AI influencer is to take all of
4:24 the complicated stuff about AI like what
4:26 new tools out there right now and how
4:28 businesses can use them to benefit from
4:30 them and then explain it in a way that
4:31 anyone could understand you can kind of
4:33 think of it as being a translator for AI
4:35 but you're on YouTube or social media
4:37 and you definitely don't need to be a
4:38 genius you just need to understand a
4:40 little bit more than the average person
4:42 or average viewer and so you can share
4:43 your insights through videos like this
4:45 on YouTube you can write posts on
4:47 Twitter or medium and if people like
4:48 what you're sharing then you can make
4:51 money from ads from Partnerships or from
4:52 promoting other people's products as
4:54 well so I started out my journey as an
4:57 AI influencer as a complete newb 2
4:59 generative AI in January of 2023 you can
5:01 even go back and watch all my old videos
5:03 and see how little I knew about it and
5:05 how stupid I was now that I watch them
5:06 it's kind of painful to watch them but
5:08 within 7 months of posting consistently
5:10 my YouTube channel hit 100,000
5:12 subscribers which was a shock even to me
5:13 but what I learned from my growth is
5:15 that it's in these new and such hype
5:17 spaces that's so much easier to grow a
5:19 large following if your content is
5:21 actually good and yep the AI influencer
5:22 model does make a bit of money too
5:24 you've got ad Revenue firstly which is
5:25 money from ads that are run on your
5:28 YouTube video or on your content you've
5:29 also got affiliate marketing which is
5:31 when you get paid for sending signups to
5:33 things like other AI tools that you
5:34 recommend and then you've got video
5:36 sponsorships where Brands pay you to
5:38 mention their products and so you can
5:41 start making anywhere from $2 to $55,000
5:43 per month even with a small audience but
5:44 you are going to have to work
5:45 consistently and create high quality
5:47 content for about 3 to 6 months before
5:49 you start seeing any meaningful revenue
5:50 from the business the pros for this
5:51 model are that you've got super low
5:53 startup costs just you and a camera
5:54 you've got quick growth if you pick the
5:56 right topics like I did in the first
5:58 seven months and you only really need a
5:59 phone and a laptop to get started
6:01 started the cons are that it doesn't
6:02 make the big bucks compared to the other
6:04 models we're going to touch on later
6:06 plus getting on the camera can be a pain
6:07 in the ass if it's really not your thing
6:10 um influencing bya YouTube and long form
6:12 videos like this is by far the best so
6:13 if you're not willing to be on camera
6:15 then you might have to do say writing on
6:17 medium or Twitter and it's not going to
6:18 get as good results as long form YouTube
6:21 like this right so next let's talk AI
6:22 Consulting so this is where businesses
6:25 pay you for advice they want to know how
6:27 AI can make their businesses better or
6:29 what to avoid so that they can survive
6:31 this a transition basically they're
6:33 going to be paying you to tell them what
6:34 to do or help them understand the new
6:36 tools that are coming out and stay up to
6:37 date when I was doing this it felt like
6:39 I was doing AI therapy for some of these
6:41 businesses who are really stressed out
6:42 or they see big opportunities and they
6:44 want to talk to me as kind of an AI
6:45 therapist to get an expert opinion on
6:47 things and sooe their nerves to become
6:49 an AI consultant you don't need a degree
6:51 or some fancy qualifications you just
6:52 need to know again a little bit more
6:54 than the businesses that you're helping
6:56 do and be able to explain it clearly to
6:57 them for example within the first 4
6:59 months of starting my YouTube channel I
7:01 was pulling in $4,000 a month I think
7:04 $4,200 in April of 2023 from my
7:06 Consulting CA alone so I was charging
7:09 $300 per call and I eventually jacked
7:12 that up to $997 for a 45 minute session
7:13 and yes people were buying even at that
7:15 price as well so Consulting can be a
7:18 very natural step from AI influencing as
7:19 it's a more effective way to monetize
7:21 your personal brand without having to
7:23 create your own products or build your
7:25 own complicated Services as well so the
7:26 pros of this model are that it's easy to
7:28 start you can scale this quickly by
7:30 raising your rates as you get more
7:31 clients so I just continually increase
7:33 my prices as I got more demand and it's
7:35 a great way to build confidence and
7:37 build Real World experience of working
7:39 with clients and and helping businesses
7:40 which is really where the money is in
7:42 the space right now the cons for the AI
7:44 Consulting model are that you're still
7:46 really trading your time for money and
7:48 while that can be fine at first it's not
7:50 a long-term path to wealth and you're
7:51 only going to get paid for your time
7:52 that you're actually working and also I
7:54 found that Consulting wasn't the most
7:56 accelerating work if I had my whole day
7:57 booked out with Consulting calls it
7:59 wasn't like accelerating I didn't feel
8:00 excited and jumping out of bid to go and
8:02 hop on these calls so that's another
8:03 thing to factor in as well so now we're
8:05 getting into the serious stuff the AI
8:08 automation agency or what is known for
8:10 short as the AAA model this is where you
8:12 get businesses to pay you to set up AI
8:13 tools for them and you can kind of think
8:15 of it like a a website design company
8:17 but instead of building websites for
8:19 companies you are helping businesses to
8:21 use AI to save time or to make more
8:22 money and the best part about this is
8:24 that while a development background is a
8:26 nice to have you don't have to know how
8:27 to code to get started and this is what
8:29 myself and my team at warning side
8:31 figured out in 2023 about Midway through
8:33 the year that we could sell AI Solutions
8:35 using no Code and low code tools and our
8:37 clients didn't care that it wasn't
8:38 custom coded and since then we've really
8:40 mapped out dozens of low code and no
8:41 code AI tools that allow you to
8:43 basically drag and drop to create AI
8:45 solutions for your clients this means
8:47 that there's no technical skills needed
8:48 to get started for example one of my
8:50 students Isaiah still doesn't know how
8:52 to code and he scaled his own AI
8:54 automation agency to $225,000 per month
8:56 selling AI appointments EDS to coaches
8:58 and Consultants so I've actually got an
8:59 interview with them on the channel here
9:00 so I'll put that in the description if
9:02 you want to check that out personally I
9:04 started my AI automation agency morning
9:07 side AI in March of 2023 and with my
9:08 business partner we scaled it to over
9:11 $100,000 per month and we got there by
9:13 Landing huge projects I'm talking our
9:15 biggest morning side project being over
9:18 $115,000 for the initial phase and so
9:19 I've done a full breakdown of this
9:21 project on my channel so again I'll put
9:22 it in the description if you want to
9:24 check that after but while reaching this
9:27 $100,000 per month uh Point wasn't easy
9:30 we had a lot of late nights and painful
9:31 mistakes which I try to help you guys
9:32 through on this channel our success
9:34 proved that with the right marketing and
9:36 the right team there's a ton of money to
9:37 be made with the AAA model so for the
9:39 pros of the AAA model we have low
9:41 startup costs because you don't need to
9:42 have a fancy product built first you can
9:44 just start with a few subscriptions to
9:46 low code and no code tools secondly
9:48 there's huge demand businesses are
9:49 desperate for AI systems and tools that
9:51 can help them adapt and be more
9:52 efficient and make more money and the
9:54 AAA model is very scalable meaning that
9:56 you can start small and grow fast once
9:58 you pick up traction now for the cons I
9:59 would say that the learning curve of the
10:01 AI automation agency model is steeper
10:03 than the AI influencer or AI consultant
10:05 route meaning that it is going to take
10:06 you relatively more time to get the hang
10:09 of it but once you do you're in a great
10:10 position to make serious money and scale
10:11 up much more than you'll be able to do
10:13 with say just AI influencing or an AI
10:15 Consulting business so once you've got
10:16 some experience you can actually make
10:18 money by teaching other people about Ai
10:20 and there's huge demand for this right
10:22 now and this is what we'll call the AI
10:23 education business model it means
10:26 creating online courses or ebooks or
10:28 webinar which are like online classes
10:29 for people for example you could could
10:31 teach Realtors real estate agents how to
10:33 use AI to find more clients or you could
10:36 even show show parents how to help the
10:38 kids use AI for school so they can get
10:39 good grades you know there's so much out
10:41 there you can do right now but the catch
10:42 is you've actually got to know what
10:44 you're talking about and have discovered
10:45 something interesting that you can make
10:46 an education product around it's not
10:48 something you can easily fake and you
10:49 definitely can't fake it over the long
10:51 term so the best way to actually learn
10:52 something that you can make an
10:53 educational product around is by running
10:56 an AI automation agency because by
10:58 working on real projects with clients it
11:00 gives you some real handson knowledge
11:01 that you can then package into a course
11:03 or a product so the pros for the AI
11:05 education business model are that it can
11:06 scale like crazy meaning that you can
11:08 sell your courses and your books to lots
11:10 of people without having to do more work
11:12 each time you sell a new copy and so you
11:13 get high profit margins in these
11:15 businesses because once a course is made
11:17 it doesn't cost much to sell it to more
11:19 customers and from my experience of
11:20 running an education business it feels
11:22 really good to help people and I've
11:23 built some awesome relationships through
11:24 the people that have helped in my
11:26 education business I even went to the
11:27 wedding of one of my students last month
11:29 in Italy I'll put a a photo up here of me
11:29 me
11:31 now for the cons of course it actually
11:32 takes time to become an expert you've
11:34 got to go out and learn something new
11:36 and actually get results before you can
11:38 start to teach it you can try to do it
11:40 without doing that but realistically
11:41 you're not going to last that long in
11:43 the AI education space and finally the
11:46 big one AI SAS which stands for software
11:48 as a service this is where you create a
11:49 software tool which solves a specific
11:51 problem typically for businesses using
11:53 Ai and instead of doing the work for
11:54 yourself or a business you basically
11:56 build a platform that businesses pay to
11:59 use so you can think of it like Netflix
12:00 but instead of movies you're selling
12:02 access to an AI tool that you've built
12:03 that businesses want to use to make more
12:06 money or save time Etc so in October of
12:08 2023 I saw an opportunity to build an AI
12:10 SAS that would help AI automation agency
12:12 owners like myself and like many people
12:14 in my community to put their open AI
12:16 gpts onto platforms like WhatsApp onto
12:19 websites Instagram and more the videos
12:20 that I did on these topics got hundreds
12:22 of thousands of views so that I knew
12:24 that there was a lot of interest in a
12:26 solution like this and so now a year
12:29 later I've put over $300,000 into this
12:31 business we've got over 25,000 users on
12:33 it and we're just starting to make money
12:34 from it because we're rolling out
12:36 monetization as we speak but I took a
12:38 lot of time and a lot of cash to get
12:40 here is my point so the pros of the AI
12:42 SAS model are that firstly you get in
12:44 most cases recurring Revenue meaning you
12:46 get paid every month from each customer
12:48 secondly it's very scalable if you do it
12:49 right once the software is actually
12:51 built you can sell it to lots of people
12:53 with very little cost of of replication
12:54 which is similar to the education
12:56 product we mentioned and of course if
12:58 you do it right you can sell the whole
12:59 business for a big payout which is
13:01 called exiting your company and for the
13:03 cons as I mentioned it is very expensive
13:05 to set one of these thing up relative to
13:06 the other business models I've mentioned
13:08 you're probably going to need to spend a
13:10 lot of money before you even start to
13:11 see a profit from it because you have to
13:13 build the whole software first and then
13:14 eventually people come to it and you
13:15 have to modify it to the needs basically
13:17 and you have to keep improving it until
13:18 you get to a point where people are
13:19 happy to pay you money for it and also
13:21 because Ai and the AI Market is changing
13:23 so fast your software could become
13:25 outdated overnight so you put in all
13:26 this effort into building this entire
13:29 software and then overnight opening a
13:31 releases something or anthropic Etc and
13:33 your whole s is just done and useless so
13:34 big risk of that because you're
13:36 investing a lot of time and energy into
13:37 doing one thing so after having those
13:39 five business models thrown in your face
13:41 I bet you wondering where should I start
13:44 so let me make this very simple the AI
13:46 automation agency model is by far the
13:48 best choice if you want real momentum
13:50 and to have lots of options later on in
13:52 your AI journey and so here's why
13:54 firstly AI automation agency owners
13:56 learn the most valuable skills in the AI
13:59 space so with influencing and Consulting
14:01 they can be good to get you started but
14:02 they don't actually teach you the skills
14:04 that matter the most and so with a AAA
14:06 you end up learning how to set up AI
14:08 tools for businesses you can automate
14:09 their tasks you can build systems that
14:11 actually save time and money and these
14:13 skills are what businesses are willing
14:15 to pay top dollar for My Success at
14:16 morning side and the other guys in the
14:18 community are Testament to that and
14:19 these businesses will keep coming back
14:21 for more as the technology continues to
14:23 improve and they need to keep up the AI
14:25 automation skill set that you pick up
14:27 from being a AAA owner is what will make
14:29 your future basically Bulletproof
14:30 regardless of what happens to your
14:32 business what happens to the economy
14:33 there's going to be demand for these AI
14:35 automation experts who know how to
14:37 implement AI into businesses to create
14:38 value for them secondly you're going to
14:40 make more money so while Consulting
14:42 might earn you just a few thousand a
14:44 month and influencing can bring in some
14:46 ad revenue and some sponsorships they're
14:48 both still very limited and with an AI
14:50 automation agency you're going to be
14:52 landing bigger contracts thousands or
14:53 tens of thousands or like I have
14:55 hundreds of thousands of dollar per
14:56 project and that's exactly how my agency
14:59 Morningside AI hit over $100,000 per
15:01 month for the first time by stacking
15:02 projects and building long-term
15:03 relationships with our clients so
15:04 basically the earning potential of the
15:07 AAA model is way higher than the others
15:09 while also still being accessible to
15:10 beginners to start and thirdly the AAA
15:12 model is the gateway to bigger
15:14 opportunities in the AI space so if you
15:16 want to create a course or even build a
15:18 software then running a AAA successfully
15:19 gives you the real world experience and
15:21 results which you can then turn into
15:23 courses that people will pay for it's
15:25 also incredibly useful for helping you
15:27 spot software opportunities like I did
15:30 when I built my AIS SS so the AAA model
15:31 is the only path that naturally opens
15:33 these doors for you to AI education and
15:35 to AI S as well and finally we are still
15:38 so early to this the truth is that most
15:39 businesses still don't get what AI can
15:41 do for them they think it's just some
15:42 tech buzzword that they might have to
15:44 pay attention to in a couple of years
15:46 but that's where you come in right now
15:48 there's a huge chance to become the
15:50 go-to expert in AI Automation in your
15:52 Niche before everyone catches on it's
15:54 basically like being one of the first
15:57 digital marketers back when websites
15:59 were still new the people who got and
16:00 then they made a fortune and the people
16:03 who came later to things like smma they
16:04 got the crumbs left under the table so
16:06 if you want to start strong and learn
16:09 the most valuable skills in the AI space
16:11 and have the most options for the future
16:13 the AAA model is by far the best way to
16:15 go and from my experience and what I see
16:16 in my communities as well it's not the
16:18 easiest of the bunch but it is a good
16:20 balance between easy to start but also
16:22 having the biggest payoff longterm for
16:23 you so now that you know where you're
16:24 going I'm going to show you how to get

16:32 can scale it into a full agency so let's
16:33 get into the three key phases of
16:35 starting an AI business all right so now
16:36 that you've got a good sense of the AI
16:38 business landscape and why the AI
16:39 automation agency model is the best
16:41 place to start as a beginner it's time
16:43 to break down exactly how you're going
16:44 to make this happen how you going to get
16:45 your agency off the ground this is
16:47 really where the rubber meets the road
16:48 there are three key phases that you'll
16:50 go through to build your agency from
16:53 scratch firstly learn secondly apply and
16:55 finally monetize each of these phases is
16:57 designed to take you from knowing
16:59 absolutely nothing about AI automation
17:01 to running a profitable agency with a
17:03 clear path laid out the entire way in
17:05 these phases you'll build skills you'll
17:07 gain Real World experience and you'll
17:08 start earning money as well and I've
17:10 already mapped out all of the steps for
17:11 you in the next section which is the
17:14 six-month profit
17:16 path to start an AI automation agency
17:18 you're going to need some basic skills
17:20 but don't worry as I said coding skills
17:22 are not mandatory of course they can
17:24 help but they are not mandatory to get
17:25 started thanks to the hundreds of
17:26 awesome no code tools that have popped
17:28 up in the past few years anyone can
17:30 learn to build valuable AI solutions for
17:32 businesses on these tools over the past
17:33 2 years I've spent a lot of time
17:35 teaching beginners these basic skills
17:36 because I had to learn them at one point
17:38 and I've got a full free course that I'm

17:58 writing prompts you need to think again
17:59 because building prompts that actually
18:01 solve problems for businesses is a whole
18:04 different ball game it's more complex
18:05 but in your six-month road map I
18:07 provided all of the resources you'll
18:09 need to master it easily so once you've
18:10 got a handle on prompt engineering the
18:12 next thing you'll be doing is figuring
18:14 out where to focus as an AI automation
18:16 agency owner so there's three main areas

18:33 and you can think of these as like super
18:35 smart phone operators that can directly
18:37 talk to customers or people over the
18:39 phone and thirdly we have ai workflow
18:41 automation so this is about using AI to
18:43 handle the repetitive tasks like
18:46 managing schedules or processing data so
18:47 that businesses can save a bunch of time
18:49 and you create value for them and you
18:50 can get paid for that as well and don't
18:52 worry the six-month Ro map has
18:54 everything you need to dive in and start
18:57 learning how to build AI Solutions as a
18:59 beginner after youve learn the basics of
19:01 AI automation skills the next phase is
19:03 to start applying those skills in the
19:05 real world this is where you'll start
19:06 working with businesses or working with
19:08 friends and family and getting hands-on
19:10 experience and learning how AI can
19:12 deliver real value to your clients for
19:13 these first couple of clients you won't
19:15 be charging them just yet firstly it's
19:17 about building up your experience and
19:19 working with a few clients for free is
19:20 going to help you avoid beginner
19:22 mistakes it's going to boost your
19:24 confidence and it's going to teach you
19:25 things that you can't learn just from
19:27 watching tutorials from me like adapting
19:29 to your client's needs and solving real
19:30 world problem so there's a lot of things
19:32 that you you can't learn from a
19:33 theoretical level watching tutorials you
19:35 just have to dive in and you build up
19:37 this real world experience that is
19:39 really the gold of this AI automation
19:40 space right now that if you can get
19:42 these successful deliveries and learn
19:44 things like this by doing you become far
19:46 far more valuable in the AI space when
19:47 it comes to finding those first few

20:22 so for now we just know that gaining
20:24 Real World experience early on is key
20:25 and I've got you covered on how to do
20:26 that in the plan we're going to touch on next

20:30 and finally once you've gained some
20:31 experience you're ready to start the
20:33 monetization phase this is where you
20:35 start turning your skills and experience
20:36 into real income so there's two main
20:38 ways I recommend to beginn is to start
20:39 pricing the services when you actually
20:41 start charging your clients firstly is
20:43 with an hourly rate so this is where you
20:45 charge based on your own time so if
20:47 you're delivering the projects yourself
20:49 you're kind of like an AI freelancer you
20:50 basically estimate how many hours the
20:52 project is going to take you you set
20:54 yourself an hourly rate say I'm worth
20:56 $50 an hour then you build the client
20:57 for the total hours so it's very
20:58 straightforward and give gives you a
21:00 clear way to start earning based on your
21:02 time the second option is to hire a
21:04 developer so if you don't want to do all
21:05 the technical work yourself you can hire
21:07 a developer to handle it for you and
21:08 here's how the pricing for that works
21:10 firstly you'll need to estimate the
21:11 total number of hours that the project
21:12 will take then you're going to pay the
21:15 developer their hourly rate so $3 or $40
21:16 and then you're going to charge your
21:17 client two to three times the amount you
21:20 paid the developer so 2 to 3x markup is
21:21 the best way to get started this is
21:23 called Cost Plus pricing and I've done
21:25 an entire video here on this channel and
21:26 that video will be linked in the
21:28 six-month roadmap document for you by
21:29 pricing the way you get to cover all the
21:31 cost of the developer and then make
21:32 profit without having to do all the
21:34 Hands-On work yourself finding paying
21:36 clients becomes a lot easier once you've
21:37 proven yourself with a few successful
21:40 projects so by staying active in places
21:41 like my free school Community delivering
21:43 great results and then sharing your wins
21:45 in school and on social media these are
21:47 all great ways to attract more clients
21:48 but remember that we're going to break
21:50 down the exact process of Landing those
21:51 clients in the next part it's going to
21:52 be built into the road map you've got a
21:54 ton of great resources you can use there
21:55 once you've started monetizing your
21:57 services here's where the really big
21:59 opportunity comes in for a automation
22:01 agencies and that is niching down this
22:03 means focusing on solving one key
22:04 problem for one type of business this
22:06 matters because it makes everything
22:08 easier for you and much more profitable
22:09 for you over the long term you're not
22:11 starting from scratch on every new
22:12 client you build instead you're going to
22:14 be offering a solution that you've
22:16 already mastered and made before making
22:17 it much easier to scale you basically
22:18 just take what you've done on the
22:21 previous project modify it a little bit
22:23 to the new client's needs and then you
22:24 can get the same amount of money as that
22:26 one without having to completely rebuild
22:27 it from scratch so it's a lot more
22:29 profitable and a lot more scalable too
22:30 again there's no need to make some
22:32 decisions right now in the next part I'm
22:33 going to walk you through how to find
22:35 your Niche and build a repeatable
22:36 process that makes growing your agency
22:38 simple and predictable and so that's it
