so friends uh good evening dear participants faculty members and
esteemed colleagues it gives me immense pleasure to welcome you all to this very
special session one that embodies the spirit of preservance dedication and shared success
today we gather here not just for another academic session but to celebrate and learn
from the real life success story of one of our own member Mr mr kanu a participant of
this very batch who has successfully cleared the IBBABI valuer examination in his first
attempt on behalf of the council of engineers and valuers and CBIF RVO
I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Mr kandu and his his achievement is not
only a personal milestone but also a source of inspiration for every aspirant valuer present
here today we are deeply grateful to Mr kandu Sab for kindly agreeing to take time out of his
schedule for to guide his peers his journey reflects what we always strive to include
at our RVO a commitment to continuity learning clarity of purpose and mutual
support this session is a golden opportunity for all of you to gain valuable insights not
just on the content of the examination but on the strategy discipline and mindset required to crack

uh one
minute Mr mr will walk us through the step-by-step approach he adopted the key topics he focused on
and the resources that helped him to success this session will be of two parts in uh first
part we will ask certain uh uh insights and his uh success about his success story and in second part
all the participant will be allowed to uh ask any question or doubt or anything they want to

my dear colleagues of this 29th batch we have enjoyed during the last one month our batch
uh was started on 19th April and concluded on 18th May this badge was of about uh 1 month and
nine sessions uh some sessions uh at the back end were uh half day but uh fortunately I had
uh sufficient time so I uh took opportunity to in uh to learn all these from all these sessions
the experience of this uh batch is very nice the infrastructure the online platform is the state
of art facilities the voice was clear and audible the faculties are very qualified experience having
practical approach in-depth understanding of concepts and its relevance to exam questions
they have given idea from this topic what type of questions will be asked and I experienced
that the same questions with some uh difference there were in the examinations our uh respected
CEO sir Dr rajindra sir Rajinder Singh sir our managing trustee and director respected Sundep
Sundep sir Jaki Sings sir Sanjay Patel sir Engineer WBO sir all those have taught us all
all the syllabus and we are very grateful to them the our sessions were well organized decent well
equipped updated welldeveloped test series with its monitoring system online monitoring system and
uh feedback and again going into the uh so solutions and checking whe where we were wrong
and then again appearing for the test this uh test series platform is very well developed and useful
their faculties and particularly Sundeps are very cooperative uh kind with full understanding
of everyone's uh difficulties uh and they are ready to help us at every stage regarding the
study material as we have experienced the online study material is very good
uh the CV RVO has provided us uh Google online study material through Google drives
then the study material uh study material in book form there there are hard copies of
books which are available with the CEO and the sir has shared this books on our group
and I have purchased this uh case studies volume 3 book and it is very useful from
concept point of view see when we study study the subject and when we study the uh case studies
uh solving case studies makes up our concepts very strong uh so this uh in-depth study is there
through the solving of solving of the case studies so I request all the participants to purchase this
hard copy of this uh volume 3 and practice on it it will make theory perfect and also uh case
studies perfect and in exam case studies are for 26 marks and without case studies we cannot
succeed the and case studies are part this part of this uh MCQs other MCQs also so concentrate on
these case studies purchase this volume 3 book and uh practice on it then the study material
shared on us on Google drive of uh sir Samarandra Chakraarti uh that is of 419 pages and its heading
is A180 for C members only it is also a very good uh good study material of 419 pages and
uh their efforts are very very much efforts are taken there they have provided questions
MCQ questions uh their answers and with references with references they have given the details so I
studied this also so I request you you study each and every concept from it and while studying I
urge you to go to the depth and understand the concept it is not that just me remembering the
which which is his what is his answer what is MCQ's answer it is not that because I exper I
have experienced that our syllabus the questions are through our syllabus and from these topics and
the questions are uh tilted or [Music] uh there are various questions from the same topic so we
should we should have understanding of this uh uh topic in-depth understanding so that
any questions we can handle and also the answers uh given answers are very similar we get confused
that which is correct so for that we should have to synchronize with these questions papers and
these concepts and the requirement of these valuers and for that you have to solve number
of number of questions papers uh if you Google uh there are three question sets uh on IBBI website
uh that is for one for land and building one one for plant and machinery and other for
uh SAP securities or financial assets and as we are aware that for all the three streams more than
60% syllabus is same so you go through All these question sample question papers and questions come
from it only some questions directly repeat from this sets and also the questions are
from same topic if you do that question question topic thoroughly then there is no issue on this
our group I will share all these three question sets after this meeting so those are very useful
it is in study material also sir that folder is located in study material yes sir yes sir yes
sir i sample papers yes sir then the uh regarding environment of online classes the environment we
have experienced it was very healthy our sundeps sir has awakened us time to time by giving his
experiences in in our respected military and they have enthused throughout the session to us

very great sir and very enthusiastic uh I will tell something about me i just retired from MIDC
Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation at the end of February 25 as a executive
engineer by superanuation at the age of 58 in state government there is superanuation
at the age of 58 uh so I uh took opportunity that uh in central government people work for
60 years in private sector people work for 65 years and also in industrial sectors they
work forever up to their journey so why should not we try for another profession so I started
uh studying at the end of December taking uh information about what I can do after
retirement so as I was working in MIDC there were consultants uh about this building completion
building permission so I discuss with them and they have given this thought of becoming
a valuer then I started gathering information there is lot of material on YouTube also when
there are experiences of the people and also useful study material is also there as we
find because this uh now the young boys people are becoming IA is by use of this
uh YouTube and online platform so I also urge to uh use these platforms go Google uh then AI
platforms and other there are various AI platforms when you when you are studying and
get questions or any confusion directly go to Google our AI platform put that
question they are very nicely explaining the concept solving the case studies and
it helps us lot also but these platforms are also at development stage if there
also we have doubt then go to other other platform so till s till full satisfaction
uh we should search for the perfect answer and understanding so this in-depth study will help in
exam then this regarding the books I request all the participants to purchase this volume three
case studies book because without case studies we cannot succeed because the simple questions there
are very simple question general questions about 30 30% questions are so g general that anyone can
answer but there are parallel answers which which uh uh we have to judge so for that we we should
have to synchronize with this uh questions and answers we should as we have experienced that we
have to find keywords keywords in questions and keywords in answers in this specific situation
we have to match those and we have to find the ex exact answer so even though the questions are
very simple there are chances of mistakes in that question only the hard questions there is specific
answer like in for simple question there is no the parallel answers and we make mistake thereuh so go
to depth and practice this synchronize with this study material concepts and the question paper
then regarding our uh this uh attempting the questions I share that as explained
our respected sir Sundep sir that uh we should u be in position to say no uh
that unknown question but uh take opportunity this in MCQ exam there is process of selection
and process of elimination when whenever we find that out of these four questions the
there are these two answers not related to the the this question then take opportunity
because as per law probability this there is only negative marking of 25 so there is
uh we have advantage of taking risk out of these two questions so this use this
process of elimination also while selecting the questions even though the subject is very new
and case studies are in between so uh I approach uh that uh whatever questions come I attempted it
even though it is case study and when whenever there it was taking more time to solve case
studies and answers were not matching with the uh given alternatives then I marked it for review and
proceed proceeded further because we cannot waste time okay because the simple questions
are distributed all over so we should attempt all the questions so first I complete by this
practice I completed uh complete all the questions then uh I handle this questions left for review
and after that in that some questions I was not confident about that so I left the the questions
and because there is risk of negative marking then in remaining time the complete question paper from
starting I reviewed all the question question paper and I reached more than 50% then my screen
was uh locked as the time was over and then there is feedback form then I filled feedback and I got
result and I was very happy so then this this is my experience so you decide your strategy in our
life we should learn from others the mistakes and the experiences of the others we should
learn from others as rightly said shared with us from the last one participant sir he scored more
than 70% in first attempt so he shared us that he took notes I have also same habit when you we
are studying uh we should write down the things which are we are not very much conversant with
us or are new to us the simple questions there is no need to write but the difficult and most
difficult questions we should write it because one time writing is number of times reading
and also while writing writing we get in-depth understanding of some more concepts and get clar
clarity of thoughts so decide such strategy and as sir has rightly said that you attempt as early
as possible light has come thanks supply has come so you uh appear as early possible because this
the the mo momentum momentum of our 50our course the concepts learn the words new words we have
uh understood those we forget as time passes so attempt as early as possible so I attempted within
week I also requested sir and it was told to sir that I will claim if I succeed the repentant fees
and god bless me so be interested we All are engineers architects and professionals huh we
we are senior persons all some are new young boys but be enthusiastic study hard we we all know that
we how we pass engineering we took nights and days and sit for days before examination so I request
for this exam also as per your convenience and your study as you are studied well at least take
two days time to review all the concept sit at the home to take all the books all the notes you
prepared review the concepts if you are not so much prepared then take one week leave and sit
in the home review all the concepts uh and have positive attitude and go like that I will win

with this appear as early as possible and succeed it is very easy as we all know we get about 60 to
75% marks to your student in engineering so this getting 60% marks is very easy and the concepts
the case studies case studies are not different these are our daytoday life problems uh in yeah
buildership and then in depreciation in insurance these are are our daytoday issues and we are well
conversant with it and then about this present value and future value there are Excel formulas
all the problems all the our big formulas those are inbuilt inbuilt in Excel there is every there
is uh Excel function for every big formula we are solving even though this IC syncing fun
coefficients present value and future value it covers our 90% then internal rate of return and
so this revise this concept memorize concept go to in depth of this concept leave with their concept
go for exam as early as possible i best you all all the our fellows and thank you for

questions on it though this same whatever is taught to class in these classes the
