has some tremendous working points which

work for shorter span of time it is
possible that they may be able to work
with higher level of concentration and

good because instead of working six days

save a huge amount of cost when it comes
to Logistics travel food consumption and
various the things so all in all I
believe it's a very wonderful move which
I very much welcome
and there is another person there who
wants to oppose this now think about the
negative points of four days well the
biggest is going to be breakage of
concentration with long holidays the
crash of service level because of the
long break and of course the very
obvious reason that organizations need
greater devotion and concentration to
succeed so a Critic could say my friend
I really appreciate point however I have
to submit that I do not fully agree with
all your points while I respect the
factor of health and a balance in
personal and professional life I have to
tell you that corporate productivity
demands three very important things
number one stretches of longer duration
if you are going to work for four days
at a stretch a person can at Max work
eight to nine to ten hours therefore our
overall deliverable will reduce
as the legendary Elon Musk says if we
want to do something significant we have
to forget about 40 hours a week we
should be thinking about 70 80 hours so
four day goes contrary to that
the second important thing is that when
employees will have long periods of
break they are going to be in a holiday
mode and when they come back there is a
huge amount of transition time both
mentally and physically which could
therefore be very delicious to their
performance at the organization also and
thirdly organizations have to deliver
their clients they have to provide
service so if they are not able to do
that in a certain level of consistent
manner it could affect their business so
all in all I believe four day system is
a very extreme step which could be very
disruptive now here I want you all
students to remember to insert proper
nouns and cases you could talk about the
case of Dubai there was an ERA in Dubai
where they started experimenting with
four days or four and a half days so you
could quit with a line and say as an
illustration under the previous regime
Dubai had shifted to four days or even
four and a half days but eventually they
found that while companies may be able
to ban it the clients suffer and now
most of the Dubai is back to five days
of working so add proper nouns I just
gave you an example of Elon Musk also so
this is the case of somebody who's
speaking for or against four days now
about five days well when you are going
to support five days you would need to
again do a good point analysis so what
are the good points here number one well
it's a very Optimum compromise compared
to the Past regime of six days a week
number two it gives you a balanced
working of about eight to nine hours and
therefore by giving that kind of a time
you give about 50 odd hours in a week
number three it still gives you good
time to relax during the weekend and
then work from Monday to Friday and
therefore add some amount of discipline
so by building an argument around this
you could say your point so my dear
friends I would like to support the
five-day system for three reasons number
one organizations do need time and five
day ensure that we are able to give
about 45 to 50 hours at least and
therefore that much is needed to
maintain the quality and consistency
the second thing is it gives us a better
lifestyle because it's very clear that
Saturday Sundays as weekends are the
time to rest while others are the times
where we really need to work hard and
focus and finally it gives a semblance
of consistency because we are working
for five days so then we are able to
give that level of quality and service
to our clients so I'm sincerely in favor
of the thought that five days is better
and finally come someone who wants to
criticize five-day system and well this
is tough because you are going to
challenge an existing system so the
person could hear talk about with the
changing Society improving quality
standards and general
influence of the society human beings
are also facing lot of mental stress the
Millennials may not be able to give long
period of time and therefore it's
important to curtail the time which you
are giving to work so this person could
go my dear friends I think your point of
five days are quite pertinent however I
beg to disagree by saying two things we
need to plan for the future and the
Millennials will be the workforce very
soon have limited concentration so if we
drag them to work for five days or six
days it may have really harmful and
deteriorating effect on their
concentration on the other hand if we
give them a clear mindset that work for
four days and then enjoy for three days
they may do best in both the
circumstances and focus for four days
and enjoy for three days I also feel
that as Society has been evolving we
used to have a six day work culture from
which we moved to five I think time is
almost ripe for us to take the next leap
and give greater value to human life and
balance in our life
so use the gobar technique to always
give balanced opinions and the last but
the most crucial thing role of
summarizer as I always say a summarizer
is supposed to give a balanced summary
not your view but what was discussed in
the group so a summarizer could go

summarize this GD we had a very
vivacious and enchanting GD and although
the group was divided and the consensus
could not be achieved however most of
the participants felt that time has come
that we need to review the possibility
of Shifting to afford a system because
as Society is evolving and the
Millennials will be the future of
Workforce it's important to give them
zones of rest versus zones of work it is
also important to recognize that not all
Industries are similar some process
Industries where customer service is
very important well we may have to
continue with five or six days however
when it comes to certain education
institutions where there is burst then
Beach Schools or colleges we could work
four days and give them rest for three
days so all in all I think the group
largely agreed that industry-wise sector
wise we can evaluate and decide where we
should go ahead with four days and where
we can continue with five days
so with those words we like to end our
