Guided potential 7058 asks, "Is it
really possible to gain an inch or more
in length in a year?" My response, I
have coaching clients who gain 2
centimeters in their first 3 months on
their stretch length. So, it's absurdly
possible to put on one inch in a year if
you train correctly and optimally. His
reply, "Stretch length? What about
erect? I'm really lost, a little bit
confused. I hear some people say
something and others say completely
opposite." My response, stretch length
is the biggest and most reliable
measurement to indicate progress. Erect
length is simply a lagging measurement
that will eventually catch up, provided
your training is sufficient.
Some guys will develop a gap between
their stretch length and erect length.
But you will never see somebody gain
stretch length that doesn't translate to
some percentage increase on your erect
length. For example, if your penis is
100 millime erect and 105 millime
stretched, then that is a 5% difference
between the two. That is normal. What
you won't see is somebody going from 105
mm stretched to 110 mm stretched and
their erect length not changing at all.
Stretch length increase tends to produce
erect length progress at a certain
ratio. It isn't always one one.
Sometimes it's 1 to 0.75.
The point is that so long as your bone
press stretch flaccid length is
increasing, you can rest assured that
you are actually increasing the space
for your erect length to fill out.
So 2 cm increase on a strength length
will eventually manifest itself in erect
length over time. It just takes time to
catch up. But paying attention to your
BPSFL is the most surefire way of
tracking your progress. Lots of people
ask how to close this gap between bone
press stretch flaccid length and bone
press direct length. And in my
experience and in the case of Dr. Hanks
Hink trial, when you program ideal
amounts of volume, you tend to get
closer bone press stretch flaccid length
and erect gains.
bigger gaps forming because you're
simply creating space in the more
flexible tissues and you're doing so
faster than your blood holding tissues
can fill in the new space. Basically,
you're stretching a balloon faster than
your body can fill it with air.
Your penis has the capacity to be
bigger. It just hasn't developed the
capacity to do so. So, my recommendation
for filling this gap is simple. Reduce
your training load to the minimum amount
to maintain your current stretch flaccid
length and then focus more on pumping as
your primary training device. You've
already created space by hanging or
extending. Now you hold off on that for
a little while by reducing volume on
extending and hanging and increasing
recovery volume by pumping and recovery
pumping. So this user's basic question
is it possible to gain an inch in length
in a year? And I think as a community,
we've all seen enough people do this
that the answer is yes, absolutely. As I
said, I have some coaching clients that
I'm very proud to report that they
started working with me in September and
as of today, they are 2 cm up in their
bone press stretch flaccid length. And
it's not a small percentage of those
guys. So, I'm actually really happy to
be doing coaching now, even though I
just refused to do it for so long
because it just wasn't something that I
was sure that I wanted to get into. And
honestly, I should have made the
decision to do it so long ago because I
love it. It's quickly become the thing
that I am the most passionate about.
It's actually the thing that I wake up
in the morning excited to do because it
involves people just kind of working on
Reddit and doing PE equipment
manufacturing and that kind of thing. It
is client facing. It is customerf facing
to a degree, but it's so gratifying to
work with these guys who have size
issues and insecurities or some guys
that just want to get bigger for
recreational purposes and that's fine.
It's so fulfilling getting to meet them,
getting to learn their thoughts and
their feelings, getting to know their
lives, their training habits, their
nutrition, their sexual health and
wellness propensities, and just get to
know these guys like they are actual
bros. And seeing them set a goal, set a
training plan, follow it, and then
succeed is like drugs. It is the most
fulfilling thing that I think that I've
ever done. It is more fulfilling than
any of the coaching that I've ever
provided in elite strength training or
nutrition training. It's actually just
more fun to work with
everyday guys than it is these elite
athletes. Elite athletes are they're
raceh horses. You tell them what to do,
they do it, they get results. It's so
easy to work with those guys that they
don't even need the best coaches. They
just need somebody to tell them what to
do and they do it with such efficiency
that they get results. with other people
clearing up miscommunications, debunking
myths, and just keeping somebody on a
particular program and stopping them
from jumping from one thing to the next,
and stopping them from being like, "Oh,
what about vibration? What about
infrared? Do I need to use an ADS? What
about this, that, and the other?" And
I'm like, "Stop trying to do more [ __ ]
Do what I told you first, and you're
going to get gains." And then eventually
they're like, "Oh, I'm so glad that I
like just doing this. I didn't think
that just doing this would work." I'm
like, "Yeah, a majority of the reason
that you actually hired meats, it was to
keep your ass from having ADHD and
jumping all over the [ __ ] place." So,
anyways, I digress.
The fact is, yes, an inch in a year is
more than achievable. And a lot of my
guys are well on their way to out
gaining that. And again, all of the
information that I dispense to my
training clients is literally stuff that
I have put out here in these YouTube
videos. It's all stuff that I put on
Reddit. I'm not giving my coaching
clients secret information. It's just me
working with them one- on-one and
literally just making them make the
decision to stick with one thing
consistently. And I think that's the
biggest benefit of actually working with
me is they don't have the option of
throwing in stuff needlessly because I
get a lot of asks about what about this,
what about this, what about this, what
about this? And I know that they are the
type of person that if they were left on
their own, they would do all of this
[ __ ] because a lot of them have. And
that's the thing is that it just adds
variables. It adds confusion. And it
actually decreases performance. It
decreases results. And so having
somebody to just hold your leash and be
like, "No, we're going to hammer on the
basics. We're going to be consistent and
we're going to track and troubleshoot
like scientists." and you you get
results that way all of a sudden. It's
like when you do the work, you get
results. Big shock. So anyways, all of
that to say, yes, an inch or more very
achievable within a year, provided that
your training is sufficient. The other
thing that I will summarize is that
you're just not going to see guys
not gaining on their erect length when
they are gaining on their bone press,
stretch fl. your bone press stretch flip
length is the biggest indicator of your
continued progress bar none. Not up for
debate. It's just not there. There is no study
study
that didn't track bone press stretch
flaccid length as one of their primary
metrics and in most cases it's a more
consistent measurement than your bone
press erect length. This is because your
erection depends on so many factors.
Even when you are getting a super
physiological chemically induced
erection by using scialis Viagra or even
injectables or something like that is
still prone to being plus or minus your
baseline based on so many variables and
factors that we can scarcely begin to
control that it's just not an accurate
measurement. And so again, one of the
things that I just assure my clients is
like, hey, stay the path. If you're not
seeing your erect length go up as
quickly as your bone press stretch
flaccid length, stay the path. Push
through. Trust the process. I know
that's said over and over until we're
like sick of hearing it, but you really
do just trust the process. Now, if
you're developing a huge discrepancy
between your bone press, stretch flaccid
length, and your erect length. Yeah,
maybe it's time to back up, step away,
and actually look at your training and
say, "Am I overtraining? Am I creating
space that my body has no possible way
to actually fill up? If that's the case,
and generally it is the case if you've
developed more than like a 5% increase
in your bone press stretch flaccid
length and your erect length. If you are
more than 5% different,
don't stop your length work. Just dep
prioritize it. And so what I mean is if
you're hanging or extending for your
primary length work, decrease your
training volume intensity so that it is
about 30% lower. If that means cutting a
whole day out and just staying at the
same time and weight, then that's
perfectly fine. Or if that means
actually just staying at the same days
per week and then just cutting your time
and cutting your weight down by 30%
each, then that's fine. Again, what
we're not trying to do is we create any
more length. Okay? That's using
resources that our body needs to use to
fill in your length. We've already
created space. Now, we need to fill in
tissue. And if you've trained
suboptimally, this can happen. Again,
when you train more optimally, as Dr.
Hank and I have found through our
coaching clients, when you train
optimally, it is closer to a oneto one.
you see somebody gain 2 millimeters on
the stretch flaccid typically you'll see
them gain like twoish millimeters on
their erect length and again this
consistency over time thing versus guys
getting into PE and then they are
hanging and extending and pumping their
balls off every single day and then
their stretch flaccid goes up really
quickly and then they stall like that
and it's because you just really overdid
it and you are actually strengthening
the tissues not lengthening the tissues
use. So to recap, more than possible to
gain an inch inside of a year if you're
training optimally. Okay. How do you
know you're training optimally? You
track your progress. You track your
progress via your bone press stretch
flaccid length. Compare your bone press
stretch flaccid length to your erect
length. If there is more than a 5% discrepancy,
discrepancy,
stop trying to gain more length with the
extending and the hanging. Okay? Dep
prioritize that. go down in your volume
and intensity by 30%. 30% time, 30%
weight. Okay?
Prioritize pumping. Do your recovery
pumping. So, do your 10-minute sets at
5HG first thing in the morning. And then
on your off days, do your recovery
pumping twice a day. So, recovery
pumping or like per pumping as the guys
are starting to call it. 10 minutes, 5
in of mercury, 17 kilopascals morning
and night on your off days. and then
simply 8 to 12 hours before your normal
training on a training day. I really
