0:22 cuz I get to be a guilt-free
0:23 aesthetically I wanted to make this
0:24 video because I know raving can come off
0:26 really intimidating especially to my
0:28 introverts out there I used to be really
0:30 socially anxious I struggled with social
0:31 anxiety especially in high school up
0:34 until College when never go to parties
0:36 remember if I was late to class I was so
0:38 scared of entering the classroom that I
0:39 would just not go to class cuz I was
0:41 just so scared of people looking at me
0:44 or talking to me I did a lot of things
0:46 to combat this but actually raving was
0:48 one of the final things that I did that
0:50 really helped me get out of my shell I
0:52 went to my first Rave when I was 20
0:54 years old and it was the best time of my
0:56 life and I I really broke out of my
0:58 shell there I think it's because it was
1:00 one of those situations where I realized
1:01 wow people really do not care about what
1:03 you're doing and what you're up to
1:05 everyone is thinking about themselves
1:07 it's just everyone's priority to have
1:08 fun there and to Vibe out and there's
1:10 really no expectations for anyone and I
1:12 absolutely love that it really helps
1:14 bring the fun out of me that I felt like
1:16 I suppressed for so long now what is a
1:18 pretty Rave girl a pretty Rave girl to
1:20 me is someone who wants to bring Good
1:22 Vibes to the Rave have fun let loose the
1:24 most important thing is you have to
1:26 think about yourself you have to think
1:27 about how you're going to have fun and
1:29 prioritize that that Above All Because
1:30 if you have fun everyone at the Rave has
1:32 fun maybe not but that's just like what
1:34 I try to tell myself there's something
1:36 called plur that if you're need to Raves
1:38 means peace love unity and respect this
1:41 is what we call I guess teachings of
1:43 Raving starting to sound little
1:45 cult-like just humans trying to have a
1:47 good time so I really like that that was
1:49 one of my first things I learned about
1:50 when I first started raving okay let's
1:52 get started first question this question
1:55 I get all the time where do I find my
1:57 fist I will be giving you guys some
1:59 cheaper op options and I'll also be
2:00 giving you guys some mid-range options
2:02 and also I'll be giving you guys more
2:03 highend options cheaper options if you
2:05 don't know already Amazon actually has
2:07 some great Rave stuff IH heart Raves
2:09 Rave Wonderland these are a lot of
2:11 different Rave stores that specialize in
2:13 Rave clothing and they're really good
2:14 when you need something fast they have a
2:16 lot of good matching sets they have a
2:17 lot of accessories a lot of basic
2:19 raveware but can't really go wrong with
2:21 basic raveware here are some other
2:22 smaller businesses Asal Vision designs
2:24 here's a list of some others that you
2:26 can check out and also I will
2:28 occasionally go through sites such as
2:30 yes style anthropology Free People Urban
2:33 Outfitters I know they don't have a lot
2:35 of RVE clothing but they're really good
2:36 for festivals you can get really really
2:38 creative if you pair up a regular top
2:40 from Urban Outfitters with Rave LED
2:42 accessories it can look really nice and
2:44 you just really have to be creative Etsy
2:46 is a great option there's a lot of good
2:48 Rave and Festival options there for
2:50 example I love getting crochet sets from
2:52 Etsy this crochet set right here is from
2:55 Etsy and it was handmade so that was
2:57 really nice if you type in rave on ETS
2:59 see you will find a lot of great options
3:01 as well a lot of light up options a lot
3:03 of custom designs can be a little
3:04 pricier but you can always rewear these
3:06 Rave outfits as well another mid to high
3:09 range brand that I really like if you
3:11 want to get spicy is actually Moy flavor
3:14 I have worn a lot of sets from Moy
3:16 flavor I can tell that all their sets
3:18 are custom made and original which I
3:21 really love and respect because I can
3:24 easily tell when things aren't original
3:26 and trust me guys maybe like 60 to 70%
3:29 of things out there aren't original
3:30 they're resold my more expensive options
3:33 uh for love and lemons is probably where
3:36 I spend the most this laundry set that I
3:38 wore for Coachella is from Love and
3:39 lemon really expensive so occasionally
3:42 I'll splurge on a for love and lemon set
3:44 and I'll add my own elements to kind of
3:47 make it less lingerie and more Festival
3:49 attire also for cheaper options uh if
3:52 you live in LA Fashion District actually
3:54 has great Rave clothes in this same
3:57 outfit where I wore the love lemon set I
4:00 actually bought this wrap this beach
4:02 wrap there too and it was really nice
4:04 and handy so I love going there for last
4:05 minute purchases and if I remember
4:07 anymore I will put them up on the screen
4:09 or in the description Jamie how do I put
4:12 together an outfit I'm just clueless I
4:14 like to choose a theme by theme I mean
4:17 whether it's a color theme or a concept
4:19 theme I like to make sure that the
4:21 textures and the colors and the fit just
4:24 are cohesive and I like to get creative
4:26 with it too because you can get really
4:27 really creative with rware uh for
4:29 example this is one of my favorites this
4:31 is actually a winter bear type of
4:33 concept that I did and the laundry is
4:36 actually from a sex shop and how do you
4:40 yeah we won't talk about that but uh I
4:42 got a lot of the other accessories on
4:45 Amazon and I try to match it with blue
4:47 hair accessories and I try to do my
4:48 makeup like a silver cool tone it's just
4:51 the little details that really make a
4:52 difference and I don't know not to bring
4:54 this fit up again but this one is also
4:57 you know I chose yellow orange I made it
4:59 floral and I made sure to keep it flowy
5:02 is the kind of vibe that I wanted I
5:04 really like flowy outfits because I
5:06 dance a lot um and I don't dance that
5:08 well so when my outfit is flowy I feel
5:10 like it covers a lot of my dance
5:12 mistakes and you want to make sure that
5:13 you're comfortable there has been times
5:15 where I just [ __ ] wear like a
5:16 straight up thong and um yeah I just get
5:19 a little insecure so I love like skirts
5:22 or anything flare you have to make sure
5:24 you find something that's comfortable
5:25 for you once you choose your theme you
5:27 can buy accessories Amazon is really
5:29 good for this honestly if you type in
5:31 Rave or Festival next to a certain theme
5:33 that you want on Google that might help
5:35 you a lot as well and also if you like
5:37 an outfit you see on a girl or you know
5:40 you're scrolling on Instagram Gumdrop
5:42 posts a photo you're like damn her ra
5:44 fit looks fire you could just save the
5:46 image and reverse image search on Google
5:49 see what you can find image search on
5:50 Google is pretty good nowadays and it
5:52 might be able to help you find elements
5:54 of an outfit that you like way faster
5:56 also if you shop on Etsy please please
5:57 please do it a month and fans a lot of
6:00 etsy sellers make their things handmade
6:02 so you want to make sure you get your
6:03 order in ASAP and you're not rushing the
6:06 worst is like the festival is like
6:07 tomorrow and you still haven't gotten it
6:08 oh my gosh happens to me all the time
6:10 that's when I did buy stuff from Sheen I
6:12 am so sorry I am not a perfect human um
6:15 and yeah don't buy from Sheen but I you
6:17 know I've done it before one of my
6:19 outfits that I feel like wasn't very
6:21 cohesive I just kind of put like fish
6:22 nets with like a disco top and like
6:24 these leather shorts and I don't know
6:26 what's going on here I thought it was
6:27 cute back then but this is obvious ly
6:29 okay to wear I still had a really good
6:31 time and that's what matters but when
6:32 you compare like this to this this is
6:35 obviously a more cohesive themed outfit
6:37 and this is a uh Jamie just put together
6:40 what she had in her closet as for shoes
6:42 trust me on this don't wear any shoes
6:44 that you'd like because they will get
6:46 ruined trust me unless it's really
6:47 needed for your fit no one will notice
6:50 your shoes and you're just going to be
6:51 sad that your favorite pair of shoes are
6:53 really dirty at the end of the night I
6:55 have a pair of Rave sneakers that I
6:56 bought in black and white and I just
6:58 wear both of those they have really cute
6:59 ones like these led sneakers that you
7:01 can get otherwise any old sneakers that
7:03 I have that are already kind of messed
7:05 up I will start wearing them to Raves if
7:06 anything I'll try to cover them with
7:07 like leg warmers or something make sure
7:09 your shoes are comfortable fun over
7:11 aesthetic and aesthetic over everything
7:13 else that's my Mantra another thing you
7:15 can do to spice up your outfit temporary
7:17 tattoos I love wearing temporary tattoos
7:19 just cuz I have commitment issues so I
7:21 don't really get real tattoos even
7:22 though I thought about getting one soon
7:24 but this is an outfit where I had
7:25 temporary tattoos glitter is really
7:27 really popular I started using glitter
7:29 glitter a little less just because I
7:31 feel like the glitter trend has died
7:32 down a little bit I don't know it just
7:33 gets everywhere it's just really fun to
7:35 put glitter all over your body or your
7:37 face shiny things and sparkly things at
7:39 a rave is just amazing like I bet you've
7:41 been staring at this light
7:43 R cave not that's awkward animal ears
7:45 are really really really cute ribbons
7:48 anything lace is super cute they have
7:50 like LED laces that you could put on
7:51 your sneakers also hot glue gun is your
7:53 best friend I'm hot gluing like crochet
7:56 flowers onto my outfit for this year for
7:58 Coachella maybe if it's done I'll show
7:59 it here basic sewing gets you really far
8:02 when it comes to raving so yeah I've
8:04 definitely sewn a lot of my stuff last
8:06 minute it's nice because at Raves no
8:08 one's really there to see all the
8:09 details so it doesn't have to be that

8:14 Essentials to take to a rave so first I
8:17 like to bring a fanny pack let me go
8:18 grab one actually that I like to
8:21 use okay so this is the one I probably
8:24 Ed the most I actually got it at Anime
8:25 Expo it's super cute and they have a lot
8:27 of cute ones on Amazon that I can link
8:29 as well honestly for Raves I do wear a
8:31 lot of like I mean this sounds bad but I
8:33 don't think it's bad uh like Child
8:35 Things sounds so bad no give me a chance
8:38 to explain myself it's kind of like they
8:40 have like kid fan packs on Amazon and
8:42 they're super cute like I bought this
8:43 lion one before and you know there's no
8:45 kids at are raves so I mean Raves are 18
8:48 plus 21 plus so I don't think it's a bad
8:50 thing but um just an option if you
8:52 wanted to and I also have this like Vape
8:56 Monkey um I really like this guy so I
8:58 haven't worn him too many many times at
8:59 Raves cuz I don't want them to get dirty
9:01 but something small like this is really
9:02 nice a really common thing at Raves
9:04 unfortunately is getting your stuff
9:05 stolen so having a fanny pack is really
9:07 nice because just wear it in in the
9:08 front of your waist like here and that
9:11 way you will be able to see or feel if
9:13 anyone's trying to take something if you
9:14 don't trust yourself like me I usually
9:16 actually just give my phone to a trusted
9:17 friend there's always someone in the
9:18 group who's really trustworthy at
9:21 keeping stuff so I will give it to them
9:23 instead I'm like so scared of losing my
9:25 phone so every every like 10 minutes I'm
9:26 like touching my fanny pack to make sure
9:28 that it's okay but yes hand packs are
9:29 awesome the things I like to bring one
9:31 hand sanitizer it gets gross wipes are
9:33 really useful I like to bring eye drops
9:35 because my eyes tend to get a bit dry
9:37 during Raves a ChapStick or a lipstick
9:40 or a lip gloss for my girlies whenever I
9:42 Rave with a bunch of girls I we take the
9:45 chapstick out all the girls look at it
9:46 as if it's like [ __ ] crap they're like
9:48 can I please have some so if you want to
9:50 get the ladies bring ChapStick and also
9:53 I saw a question about how to keep your
9:55 makeup intact um and also I actually
9:57 like to bring a brown pencil cuz for me
10:00 to touch up my makeup a brown pencil
10:02 does a lot I could like add my eyeliner
10:04 or Contour my lips I go a little ham cuz
10:07 I like doing touchups but you can also
10:09 bring a cushion a compact that really
10:10 helps a lot too if you feel like uh you
10:12 might get oily or you can bring a powder
10:15 as well whatever your most used makeup
10:17 product is you can bring it I would be
10:19 careful because there have been times
10:20 where they make you throw it out but
10:22 there's also times where they're really
10:23 chill so try not to bring anything that
10:25 you don't want thrown at like don't
10:26 bring your good makeup products I like
10:28 to bring a mask in in case makeup isn't
10:30 fixing my face at the end of the night
10:31 and I just look like a hot mess which is
10:33 a good thing by the way cuz that means I
10:34 have fun but I'd like to bring a mask
10:36 just in case cuz sometimes you're raving
10:38 for like 10 hours like it's way too hard
10:41 to look good after you like dancing for
10:43 10 hours Gummer candy is really nice to
10:45 have vix is a really popular thing to
10:47 bring I think because festivals get
10:49 really dusty a lot of people also bring
10:50 hydration backpacks I've never gotten
10:52 one of these before because if you get
10:54 one of these that means you are in
10:55 charge of the water for the group and
10:57 you have to like go refill it and it's a
10:58 lot of work but you might pick up a ra
11:00 at the end of the night because you know
11:02 ra get thirsty and if you have a nice
11:05 hydration pack on your back your market
11:08 value goes up on the Rave grounds bro is
11:10 that creepy I don't know I'm so scared
11:12 I'm going to say something that's like
11:13 cancelable cuz I just I just say some
11:15 creepy ass stuff fun things to bring a
11:17 fan or like an LED fan I've actually
11:19 never brought one but I feel like the
11:21 people who bring those are just super
11:22 mommy daddy they always just want
11:24 everyone to have a good time and it
11:25 feels really good because it getss
11:26 really hot so when someone's just like
11:27 Fanning you it feels really nice candy
11:29 bracelets are a huge part of plur you'll
11:32 see people wearing these all the time
11:33 I'm wearing two right now when I first
11:36 started raving I made so much candy from
11:38 my friend it's a really sweet gesture
11:40 and if you pre-make it before the Rave
11:42 and like custom put someone's name and
11:44 you give it to them at the Rave they're
11:45 so happy it makes me so happy so I love
11:47 making candy and you can also give it to
11:49 strangers who you feel like you know the
11:51 vibe is good okay I'll demonstrate to
11:53 you guys what a candy trade looks like
11:55 you go peace love unity and then the
12:00 other person will like use their other
12:01 hand to put their candy bracelet on the
12:04 other person's hand and it's really
12:06 really cute like my favorite part about
12:07 raving and I probably should make candy
12:09 this year Rave glasses are pretty sick
12:11 if you haven't tried them before they're
12:13 awesome and they have like heart-shaped
12:14 ones you can put them on when you're
12:16 you're at the Rave and because the Raves
12:18 usually have a lot of LED lights it
12:19 looks super cool I love it those are
12:22 like cool gadgets you can bring if you
12:23 want them bring some good vibr risers
12:25 into the group third question Rave
12:27 makeup SL hair
12:29 okay this one took me a while to figure
12:32 out for Rave makeup and Festival makeup
12:34 I like to go heavier I just think it's
12:36 one of the only times or events that you
12:37 could wear really heavy conceptual
12:39 makeup I have to use a long lasting
12:41 spray Urban Decay all nighter spray this
12:44 is my Holy Grail I have to use it I will
12:46 almost do it after like every three
12:48 steps of my makeup routine just so it
12:50 really locks it in if you get oily
12:52 easily make sure you have a good powder
12:54 to lock that stuff in I have really dry
12:57 skin so I will lightly powder myself and
12:59 go ham on that all nighter spray and
13:01 also as I said before I'll bring like a
13:03 compact I'll bring a lip gloss I'll
13:04 bring like a brown eyeliner pencil to
13:06 the festival remember don't bring
13:07 anything that you don't want to lose as
13:09 for hair hairspray is so important I
13:11 actually cannot figure this one out
13:13 because I have really straight fine hair
13:15 so for me it's really difficult for
13:16 curly or wavy hair to stay in place the
13:19 one hairstyle I realize actually stays
13:21 in place is when I crimp my hair which
13:23 takes forever but sometimes it's worth
13:24 it because I still have Creed hair at
13:26 the end of the night if anyone knows a
13:27 good hairspray that does doesn't smell
13:29 like chemicals let me know because I
13:32 really cannot find one number four
13:34 confidence I got this question a lot I
13:36 think a lot of girls I mean everyone
13:38 really struggles with revealing more or
13:40 wearing more revealing things at a rap
13:42 but I've actually seen comments on my
13:44 rape videos where people don't really
13:46 understand why everyone's half naked and
13:48 the truth is it's just really hot most
13:50 of the time but for me even when Raves
13:52 got cold like I think there was an EDC
13:54 once that was during the winter I still
13:56 dressed like a so for me it's more like
13:58 I I freaking love not wearing anything I
14:00 think it feels great I think Raves are
14:02 the one place I actually truly feel
14:04 comfortable wearing revealing things
14:05 like sometimes when I'm in a bikini at
14:07 the beach like I almost feel more
14:09 exposed and I think it's because Raves
14:10 are crowded places and it's really about
14:13 just having a good time and expressing
14:15 yourself and everyone is so kind and
14:17 welcoming no one's thinking like oh what
14:19 is she wearing or whatever it's just
14:20 such a judge free zone everyone's just
14:22 kind of wearing what makes them
14:24 comfortable or happy I love love love
14:26 that culture and I feel like raving is
14:28 the only time I TR get to just wear
14:29 whatever I want and not be judged I even
14:32 love like I don't know if I'm crazy but
14:34 I love the feeling of like the wind on
14:36 my skin when I'm dancing and I just love
14:38 feeling so free but I've seen people
14:40 wear onesies I've seen people just come
14:42 in casual clothes and it's really just
14:43 about wearing what makes you comfortable
14:46 I just like to take advantage of it and
14:48 wear some iconic shits when else am I
14:50 going to be able to wear stuff like that
14:51 okay another thing I think we're on five
14:53 or something is mental preparation I
14:55 remember when I first Rave I was scared
14:59 I was like I don't know how to dance am
15:01 I going to like look awkward do I have
15:03 to talk to people like are the big
15:06 crowds going to be a lot the one thing
15:08 is the music is really loud so if you
15:10 don't like loud music I highly recommend
15:11 bringing earplugs but I think as much as
15:13 there's so many people and how scary
15:16 that is something about knowing that
15:17 none of these people really give a [ __ ]
15:19 about you is awesome and the fact that
15:21 everyone is there just to have a good
15:23 time is also awesome and very very
15:25 reassuring I guess if you ever have
15:28 anxiety or a concern or you're not
15:31 feeling well or anything at a rave you
15:33 have to let someone know even if it's
15:34 like a mindset thing or you're feeling
15:36 anxious or you're worried or you're
15:38 feeling tired or something is in pain
15:40 you have to let someone know and you
15:42 will be surprised at how helpful people
15:44 might be maybe I'm too trusting I don't
15:45 know you definitely want to go with
15:47 people that you trust at least one
15:49 person that you trust that you could
15:50 kind of rely on throughout the night and
15:52 just know like raving looks different
15:54 for everyone there's people like me who
15:56 are just bouncing around dancing and
15:58 running and like being crazy but there's
16:00 also people who just like sit there and
16:02 like vibe to the music and they don't
16:03 even talk to anyone they're just like
16:04 vibing cuz they really like the music
16:06 study what kind of artist or music you
16:08 like too before you go to an event just
16:10 to make sure you get to listen to things
16:11 that you want I remember my first EDC uh
16:14 my friend Leslie and a couple other
16:16 friends were guessing what I would like
16:17 they were like oh maybe Jamie will like
16:19 Tiesto or Alesa let's go there so we
16:21 were like on our way to Testo and aleso
16:23 and all of a sudden I was like wait
16:25 what's this I really like this and we're
16:27 walking by base pod and it's just the
16:29 most ear screeching music ever with like
16:32 heavy bass and I loved that so much and
16:35 they're like oh my God Jamie likes B pod
16:38 so you never really know what you like
16:41 until you're there I love it when I can
16:43 feel the vibration of my
16:45 heart my parents watching this like H
16:48 Jamie we really don't like the thumbnail
16:50 you used and now you're talking about
16:52 vibrations in your heart my parents knew
16:54 I was like when I was a kid I was crazy
16:56 I was like jumping off the walls singing
16:57 and dancing and then I became socially
16:59 anxious and I suppressed all of that and
17:01 then I started raving and then boom it
17:03 all came out so yeah okay also another
17:06 thing that I wanted to add to this video
17:07 that I actually didn't get any questions
17:09 on no one asked me but I came up with it
17:11 myself how do I okay this is so cringe
17:14 that I'm asking myself my own question
17:16 but I think it'll help you guys how do I
17:18 do a good job documenting my fun and
17:20 also having fun because I feel like I do
17:22 a really good job of documenting or
17:24 taking good moments throughout my Rave
17:26 or Festival weekend while also still
17:29 having fun one of my coach tellas it was
17:31 golden hour and when it turns golden
17:33 hour it looks dystopian because you just
17:36 see all the influencers come out in
17:38 front of golden hour and just everyone
17:40 has their cameras out to take photos and
17:42 yeah it made me like not want to take a
17:44 photo cuz I was like holy [ __ ] but
17:46 honestly it's so important to capture a
17:49 good photo of your outfit or a good
17:52 moment with your friends especially
17:53 because you're spending a lot of money
17:55 these Raves aren't cheap and you're
17:57 spending a lot of effort and time until
17:58 your outfit too so you want to make sure
18:00 you remember it so for me what I like to
18:01 do is I make sure I dedicate half an
18:03 hour to an hour before the event or at
18:05 the event to just take photos and videos
18:08 with my friends and once I do that and I
18:10 have photos that I really really really
18:11 like I can just enjoy the rest of the
18:13 festival which is like 5 to 8 hours more
18:16 just knowing I have a good photo in my
18:19 phone also make sure you upload it to a
18:21 drive or something because if your phone
18:23 gets stolen those are lost forever just
18:24 knowing I got that completed and I have
18:26 it documented gives me so much more
18:28 freedom to enjoy the event and just let
18:30 loose and have fun I like to stay
18:32 present when it comes to Raves it's just
18:34 a lot more fun for me another question I
18:36 got is how to stay safe I think this is
18:38 a common question cuz there's a lot of
18:40 Rave horror stories one is that the
18:42 fanny pack trick just makes sure you
18:44 keep an eye on your stuff throughout the
18:45 night don't bring anything too valuable
18:46 and when it comes to your phone make
18:47 sure it's with someone trusted and if
18:49 you can make sure you're fine my iPhone
18:50 is on sometimes you might just lose it
18:52 and there's always a lost and fan that
18:53 you can go to as well secondly if you're
18:55 with a good group that you trust it's
18:56 really important to have a Meetup time
18:57 and also a Meetup SP spot usually the
18:59 group that I'm with we usually have
19:00 Meetup times throughout the whole entire
19:02 night so that if we lose each other we
19:04 still have these set times to meet up
19:05 and a Meetup spot is really really
19:07 helpful somewhere easy to remember and
19:10 open it saved me a bunch of times like
19:12 I've gotten lost from my group many many
19:13 many times and I'll just go back to the
19:15 Meetup spot one time I went missing and
19:18 my whole group was trying to find me
19:19 they underestimated me and thought that
19:21 I would be too stupid to go back to the
19:23 Meetup spot so they searched everywhere
19:25 but the Meetup spot but I was actually
19:27 300 IQ and I decided to to go straight
19:29 to the Meetup spot after I got lost so I
19:31 sat there and I was just talking to
19:33 these two girls from Europe who were
19:34 visiting Vegas for EDC at the same time
19:37 one of the girls' name was Kirby so
19:39 Kirby if you're out there thank you
19:41 you're a homie and you made me feel very
19:44 safe and comfortable and eventually they
19:45 went to the Meetup spot and they were
19:46 shocked to see me there and I was like
19:48 guys come on like I'm not that
19:50 irresponsible anyways um my favorite
19:53 artist someone asked me I love rez I
19:55 love nightmare I like elenium
19:59 I mean I'm jenzy Millennial cusp I have
20:01 to like lennium Griffin my favorite
20:04 right now is re like I just heard her
20:05 set at EDC last year and I [ __ ] love
20:07 it I love slander too slander is one of
20:09 my favorites yeah uh who else do I like
20:12 honestly especially at Coachella I love
20:13 going to Coachella because I love
20:15 finding out new indie artists I actually
20:16 saw black pink live before they like

20:26 mainstream I was like oh my God I got to

20:30 opportunity I would never have ever
20:32 again and a lot of people ask me to
20:34 share positive Rave memories I have so
20:37 many at this point um I have so many and
20:41 they're very intimate to me so I can't
20:43 really share like but just know if you
20:45 go with your close friends you'll have a
20:47 really good time yeah I have a lot of
20:49 really really really good pleasant
20:50 memories some of my favorite memories
20:52 are at EDC or out of Rave so even if you
20:54 end up raving and you hate it you at
20:56 least tried and I feel like there's a
20:58 chance you might love it so yeah hope

21:12 new to raving maybe ask a friend that
21:15 you see Raves even if you're not too
21:17 close to them maybe ask them like hey I
21:18 want to try raving and see where that
21:20 goes because a lot of people are super
21:22 excited to bring in new people into
21:24 their reap group because it's really fun
21:26 to see someone else experience it for
21:28 the first time and I get a lot of
21:30 satisfaction giving someone a really
21:31 good experience for the first time I
21:33 think the most important thing for my
21:34 girlies out there is to make sure you
21:36 feel confident put in the extra energy
21:38 to you know make your outfit something
21:40 that you'll feel confident in make sure
21:42 you have enough time before the Rave or
21:44 Festival to do your makeup just
21:46 prioritize yourself cuz I know when you
21:48 get to the event it's really easy to
21:49 just like forget about your needs but
21:51 it's so so important oh also raving is
21:53 really tiring so I highly recommend
21:55 before raving there's Rave aids with
21:57 vitamins that you can take and also take
21:58 a hydration pills or supplements before
22:01 you go raving and if you're drinking a
22:03 lot you can take liver pills which can
22:05 really help just make sure you stay
22:06 hydrated lots of pedite a lot of people
22:08 bring pedite to the actual Festival make
22:11 sure to always ask for help if you need
22:13 to people at Raves are really really
22:15 really friendly and uh welcoming you may
22:18 have one or two bad experiences but for
22:21 me all the good experiences have
22:23 overridden all any small bad experiences
22:26 I've had yeah I don't want to be too
22:27 optimistic especially to my introverts
22:29 out there who are terrified of being you
22:31 know in a place like a rave but it did a
22:33 lot for me so I hope this video helps I
