0:19 while to find out what is your core
0:22 complex is it uh for instance an inferiority

0:29 complex or is it a um uh a wish for
0:32 Paradise comp comp Lex are you a puer or
0:34 a Puella you want to live in the
0:36 paradisal world that's your primary
0:39 complex or is it a rebellion against
0:44 your parents or is it a um victim
0:48 complex um so uh it's important to to
0:52 get to the right uh um issues that's the
0:54 primum Materia you've got to get the
0:57 primma Materia into the vase into the
1:01 vessel uh and then start looking it or
1:02 working with
1:06 it um then you have these uh three terms
1:08 that I will speak about a little more in
1:11 a moment negredo albo and REO these are
1:14 three Latin words meaning black white
1:17 and red and these are stages of the work
1:20 the the black stage is the stage of
1:23 Darkness often associated with
1:28 depression um or um simply at a loss and
1:31 confusion in the dark dark
1:34 unconscious uh and that's typically
1:35 where when
1:40 begins uh the work albo is the whitening
1:44 uh when things in the vessel turn from
1:47 uh black to white that's associated
1:50 psychologically with um Enlightenment or
1:53 Insight getting a glimmer of what's
1:57 going on what is the meaning uh perhaps
1:58 seeing through the complex to the
2:01 archetype getting a a glimpse of
2:06 something deeper and then the REO is the
2:09 uh rising of the sun this goes from
2:12 night to Dawn to the rising of the sun
2:15 and the appearance of the Sun in the REO
2:17 the rening and when the Sun rises and
2:22 the sun is shining then you have a
2:26 fullblown Enlightenment you have uh all
2:30 the properties of um the um
2:35 uh alchemical lapis which is to create
2:38 warmth in the environment to create
2:42 growth to um provide uh whatever is
2:44 needed for the world around you to
2:45 Blossom and
2:48 flourish um and full Consciousness so
2:51 that's REO State and that's the the goal
2:55 of the Opus to create or to get to the REO
