Core Theme
The core theme is about transforming ChatGPT from a simple search engine replacement into a personalized AI assistant by actively training and customizing it to understand individual needs and thinking patterns.
Of course. Here's a version from my
standpoint. Thanks for tuning in. If you
enjoyed this video, feel free to like,
subscribe, and share your thoughts in
the comments. It's going to be a really
informative video. If you need any more
tips or help with the structure, just
let me know. If you start using Chach
like this, you'll have a real assistant
who knows everything that you ever need
church? That's a question usually people
ask me when I mention it and I think
most of the people by now unless you're
living under the rock you must have
tried chas or any kind of chatbot but
most of the people use chatpt to replace
Google. That's totally not the right way
to use it. It shouldn't be a search
engine. It should be your personal
assistant. And in this video, I'm going
to show you exactly how to train Chachui
to help you remind what you need to do
in life and make your life much easier
the same way as if you have a personal
assistant. The real trick isn't just
use, it's teaching it how you think and
need. First up, I'm going to show you
how to set up your CHBT. If you haven't
registered yet or you haven't figured
out this function, this is exactly the
time that you should try it. We are
going to open a new tab cuz I already
have my chat GPD here. Let's try to just
sign up, right? Let's sign up for a new
CHP. Do not share sensitive information.
Check your facts. All of this spill of
telling you that you should do your own
research, that kind of thing. Um, and
then okay, let's go enable memory. So I
think that's one of the best function of
chubbyt because it actually remembers
what you tell it and that's exactly the
reason why you can train it. So now we
have a brand new chubby. The first step
is actually you can customize your
chubby. Customize chubby. This this
really surprises me when I show people
this function cuz people were like a
chubby is really generic. It doesn't
know what I like. Every time I need to
train it for it to understand me. For
example, let's say I will ask this chip
to call me Lydia and I am a banker turned
turned
entrepreneur and content creator. I like making
making
an positive impact. And then naturally
is what traits should chat JP have?
Right. Uh you can be chatty, witty,
straightforward, shooting, encouraging.
I definitely I need someone who's very
encouraging and I use it very often just
sometimes when I'm lost and stuff I will
just talk to Ch. Forward thinking is
what I like and you can also say I would
love it to always think in um positive
mindset, growth mindset yada yada yada.
Something else that Chie Beauty would
like to know about you. For example, for
me, I would say I have two podcasts. One
called Escape 95, the other
called Size Private Tech. I grew up in
China, currently live a digital nomad
life. I split my time between Lisbon,
between London and Lisbon. I have a YouTube
YouTube
channel and a
startup. That's it. So tell what
whatever that you think is necessary for
Chip to know and then it can help you
the best way. And then we have the
setup. This is like on boarding a new
team member. I think the most important
thing to work with CHP is actually just
to view it as a real assistant or like
as if it's an intern but knows way
better than intern do or way better than
us do about whatever information that
you wanted to ask. It doesn't matter how
smart the intern is or it doesn't matter
how smart somebody else is. If you
wanted to work with you in a more
efficient, productive way, it's always
helpful to be able to tell him or her
what do you need, what kind of person
you like, basically the user menu of
you. So this is the first step as if
you're on boarding a new member of the
team. Step two is to train it over time.
Nobody is perfect. If you on board a
genius who just like graduated from
university, he or she still need to
learn about how to work in your company,
how to work with you, what's the best
time to work in here, it's the same with
CHP. So now let's look at some of the
most basic ways how CHP can help you. So
I've already set it up, right? Then
let's see what we can do. Hi, I would
like to like you to help me to plan my next
next
week based on these five priorities.
YouTube videos,
uh startup
conversation and meeting prep, uh
uh [Music]
[Music] healthy
healthy
lifestyle, keep in touch with family.
try new things. You might have different
things that you want chai to help with,
but let's see how what it gets to be.
Sometimes it helps you to broaden the
way that you haven't thought about
before. And it also helps you to be able
to see, oh, actually, I can think in
that direction. This is like plan your
day. A personal assistant. This might be
And then they will ask you about like oh
what specific deadlines or meetings or
key meetings next week yada yada yada
all these the most important the more
important thing is what kind of contacts
you so you can say I have a deadline by
Tuesday for a meeting with an
investor on
Wednesday. I want
to have
minimum 2 hours take care of my
health and
relationship per day. I work out every
day. Decided to buy a new camera and
then it's updating the memory. Now it
gives you some kind of plan. You can
always work with it to use it as your
personal assistant. Use it as your life
coach whatever way that you want it. The
better that he knows you, the better it
will be to be able to give you
instructions. I will later show you some
of the chat that I already have in in my
existing chip because this one is a
nonpaid version and doesn't have a lot
of memory. This is one thing. It's about
like how to plan your week to be more
efficient. Let's find another one. Let's
see. say I am super
first. It really gives out something
that's really concrete and then you can
always talk to about more concerns. The
the main thing is just treat it as
somebody who's always there for you and
have the most information from online
the millions of language out there and
the content they can immediately get the
information for you. This is one plan
the new week and we can try something
else. For example, I have a YouTube
channel about personal
development and career networking. Can
you give
ideas? Cool. And it's all there. Of
course, there's people who do this way
better than I do. There's different type
of prompt, but because this is
introductory video is designed to for
anyone who has never tried chip before
to be able to try it. So maybe I would I
would do it in some other videos. I'm
also planning to do a day in life with
ChiBBT video so you can get more
in-depth information of how I use it and
incorporate it into my day-to-day. But
this is basically based on the
information I gave to Chibi BT just now
to customize it. It's already giving out
information that's very uh specific. For
example, I mentioned I have a escape 9
to5 podcast and it says, "Oh, how about
you can do how to escape the 9 to5 and
build a career on your own terms." Um,
these kind of videos, you can even go
further. Okay, can you give me uh 5 minute
video number
number
five? And immediately it's going so
quick and I can say I'm a woman
uh in my 30s. I
like to talk in a warm and and
encouraging manner and then it will
change for you. See, I will reflect that
warm and encouraging tone. You can open
it with something like I know how
nerve-wracking it is blah blah. The
thing is you can always change it like
you think if you think this is not good
for you then you can say ah can you make
it shorter. I think the best way to use
shajjuki in these kind of context is
it's just like a godsend for people like
me as English as a second language kind
of people because it understand all
languages right in the world and if
something that I don't understand for
Chinese how I can weave
this story into my video script
And then they explain what does pojo
mean in a way that actually very it's
kind of difficult if you don't have all
the knowledge in all the language in the
world but this is because it's a large
language model you actually have all the
knowledge of all the language in the
world and I found it very useful
whenever I have a concept that in
different cultural settings and it's
difficult for me to immediately think of
a way to explain it to ask and the best
way is I have new information I would
draw that new information into this
whatever conversation that I have with
Chasn and it will be able to like grab
the story or story line in a way that I
couldn't even think of. So it's really
good at that context. For example, it
says that there's no way to retreat.
They had to fight it with everything
they had and confidence is the same.
It's basically have have this ability to
to connect the dots in a way that we
normally couldn't think of. I think it's
just because they have so many
information, so much information online
that's available for them for CHP. So
this is the number two use case is uh
content writing or whatever you want to
write an email that's even more simple.
Um, can you help
me draft a thank you
note for me to send to a mentor who has
helped me on a case study last [Music]
week. It takes 1 second. It's so quick.
Of course, you need to have some
context. And it was like, ah, it's a
case about how to talk to
investor for my next funding round. Um,
I was really upset
before, but after the catch up with my
and then it immediately adds more
context to it. Of course, I believe
every one of us is able to write these
kind of thank you notes. It's just that
if they already give you um framework
and especially I have to emphasize for
people like me who is not a native
English speaker or English as a second
language, whatever language that you
wanted to work in as a second language,
this is really just life-changing
helpful stuff. Finally, they now have
this research function. They have a
research function under we forgot to
talk about the plans. They have a team
plan now which is $25 a month and it
allows you to get a second seat or
something like that. But they also have
a personal plan. I bought this plan, the
$20 $20 per month everything free. Um
they don't have that much restriction.
You can also do and get all the models
all the models you can ever get into
from Czech GPT. And then it also have
this deep research function. And this is
the function I need to actually show you
my own chip into my own
chip. Now you can see from here this is
my own chup. It has all the models
because it's a paid version. I'm using
the paid version. And then they now also
give you temporary chat. It's kind of
like the in incognitive mode or safe
mode in the web search function I think
because um they there's some like safety
and data concern nowadays then they
developed this function. It's it's a new
one I think. I didn't see it and also in
the paid version you also have Sora
which is the video editing uh GBT. We
can talk about it next time. This is a
video I asked it to generate last time.
I think there's still some improvement
it can do and also it have some like
limits. This is the old one is the most
advanced version. I think it's it came
out to uh combat deep seek. We can talk
about deepseek another time. But then
these are all the functions. I usually
just use for deep research in everything
that has deep research. They have all
these different models. I use for
normally for most of the task that I do.
I'm not like trying to code or do a
scientific research. You can always try
deep research. Let's say can you give me
a indepth but succinct
research but sustainable summary about
the current state
state
of climate planet and then they start
asking very specific questions. Can you
which aspect of climate financing you're
most interested in because I am in the
car market climate financing but let's
say we wanted to ask for um
challenges and then it just starts
researching right so we'll come back to
this later cuz it takes a few minutes I
only have five deep research remain cuz
I've already used two and I use this and
then this is how they do it I think also
greatly really matters whether you're on
a good Wi-Fi and but then I will just
leave it here and then I'll show you the
results after it's done. You see it's
already referencing sources because I
mean this Wi-Fi is not very fast but
usually it's it takes like 5 to 7
minutes. And finally, what's I think
what I do usually that specifically I
will have all the chats that's relevant
to one topic in one chat. For example,
let's let's just talk about my my
podcast, my escape 9 to5 podcast. I have
everything here in one chat and it
stores all of my invitations and stuff
like that. It goes back to like ages.
I'm just telling one sentence. Can you
give it to me the short about how to
transform transition from golden
handcuff situation as a lawyer to
someone who owns and operates her own
restaurant or immediately automatically
give me all the shorts that I need the
captions and adaptability. One of the
other things I think is really really
helpful is to do outreach. Let's say I
want to reach out to
uh the next guest who
who left banking and
start his baker and it's a huge
success. Can you drop an email for me?
Because you already have all the
information of my podcast and
everything. So you'll be able to draw
from those and that's just I think
internet slow down quite a bit and
because I am they also give you this
camera stuff and it has for some reason
started this so that it becomes very
slow but what I want to say is if you
use tragic in this way slowly but surely
you'll be able to figure out what's the
best way that works for you and you
don't have to follow what after you
train a little bit the next step is how
to automate it. How do you keep all the
chat in one project? You can have a
project for your own life admin. You can
have your project for your business
relevant but not sensitive stuff that
you wanted to do. If you start to train
it, if you start to use it step by step,
first set up your basically tell it who
you are, how do you work the best and
then slowly set up how you wanted to
work with it. Eventually you will have
like one chat for everything, one
project for everything. And then what I
do is just I open chest GVD. I have a
keyword in my mind. I will go back to
the chat and see what's out there and
and then I will go back to say, "Oh,
actually this person has come back. Can
you follow up with the information?"
Sometimes they forget the information.
You just need to remind it again. But
it's getting better and better. And you
can also set up. I always have this is
the structure of my podcast. Can you um
help me brainstorm five to 10 questions?
There's no question that you cannot do
that, right? It's so good and generate
questions. So I went through this uh AI
course by Ali Abdal like at the
beginning of this year. I have a lot of
takeaways but one thing I do want to
share is that he said you need to add
your soul into the chapity and this is
how I feel is you just basically use it
as a personal assistant. I normally
sometimes for me to just start a day I
will even just type it out. Okay, today
we are going to work
on YouTube videos
recording one about how to use chat GPT
as your
personal assistant but now for some
reason it's on chip 4.5 so it's a higher
uh version it's better in exploring
ideas and telling stories but for me
most of the time I just use 4 It's
perfect for everything already. And this
one also have some limit. So I do need
to like be careful about not to exceed
my limit. Otherwise, you can get a pro
plan is 200 per month. Whether it's
expensive, it depends on your budget. I
think for most of the people if they
really get a lot of value of Chief,
that's actually not that expensive. And
you can see it just goes like this. So
quick, so quick. Right, communication,
learning, and skill development. Yeah, I
tried to use CHBT to also like learn
French. I would just take photos of the
lumpy pon when I was reading it and then
I send it to Chachi was like I'm reading
Luti pon and can you tell me what this
chapter chapter is about what kind of
phrases that I should pay attention to.
Of course you cannot replace a real
teacher but then it's a really fast way
for me not having to search the internet
sentence by sentence is really great. As
you can see here, it says you can use
CHBT as a learning partner, as a meal
plan and grocery list and using a
plug-in to en enhance your its
capabilities. And then it also
automatically give YouTube description
already. I can just copy paste this has
everything the intro, what is CHBT and
everything else. And I do not need to do
anything else. I think this is just a
quick and fast easy way to tell you how
you can use CHBT. Do not think that you
have to be a science geek or like
software engineer type of person to be
able to use it. Sometimes I just dump
like messy ideas. I will be like today I
I'm feeling anxious and happy or
something like that. Let's let's try
that. Today is Saturday. I woke up
feeling tired
but the
gym and the sun is out.
I'm much happier now. I'm feeling
life? It even gives you emojis like
this. Tackle high energy task. Of
course, these are very generic stuff.
Um, because I'm doing my Kickstarter and
then I'm doing my work. It gives a lot
of different ideas and it also gives me
breaks like go to a coffee shop. Maybe
later I will just go cuz after this
recording I feel like I'm pretty done
with today's tasks. Then I will just go
to a coffee shop for a break. Catch up
with a friend. Content planning. And
these are all the things that I'm doing.
And the sunset you can go for a walk.
It's perfect. Like just to show you the
difference between this one and the one
that I was I just set it up to show you,
right? Because I've been using this
chubby bitty for almost a year and a
half now. And I can see the progress. It
has become way better in understand who
I am, what kind of stuff that I like,
how it should respond to my questions. I
think in the future, not knowing how to
use chatbot will be as if today you
don't speak English in a way that's
efficient and that's sufficient to be
able to work in an in professional
environment. I genuinely think all the
information and technology will come at
waves. The best way to prepare for that
is to get into the wave and get into the
water and ride it together with a wave.
Of course, nobody knows what's going to
happen, but this is what I'm going to
do. If you start using Chad GP like
this, you'll have a real assistant who
knows everything that you ever need to
know. True, it might make mistakes, but
it's the best and the cheapest and the
most efficient, productive, most patient
assistance you can be. Just be mindful
those don't fall in love with it. Now, I
will show you a bonus. It has the
advanced voice mode. Some people don't
like this, but I love it because I don't
speak English growing up. So, this is
perfect when it actually I can practice
my accent and I talk with it. Using Chat
GBT's advanced voice mode can be an
excellent way to refine your accent and
improve your English skills. Plus, it's
interactive and can help you get more
comfortable speaking. If you're ready,
we can try a conversation right now.
What would you like to practice first?
Thank you. I think my English is
actually fine. I was just trying to
record this on video to show people
actually you can use advanced mode
whatever questions that you have and the
best thing is you can even use it when
you're not sitting down when you're not
with your computer when you cannot type
anything. That sounds like a great idea
showcasing how versatile and accessible
chat GBT can be in advanced voice mode
will be really helpful for others. Plus
emphasizing that you can use it
anywhere, even when you're not at your
computer is a strong selling point. It's
going to be a really informative video.
If you need any more tips or help with
the structure, just let me know. I'm
recording the video cuz I already
finished the outro. Can you say a
sentence for me to close up the video so
I can show it in the video? Sure. Here's
a closing line for you. Thanks for
watching. If you found this helpful,
don't forget to like, subscribe, and
drop your thoughts in the comments. See
you next time. Can you say it in a way
that from your standpoint, like say
goodbye as chubby? Of course. Here's a
version from my standpoint. Thanks for
tuning in. If you enjoyed this video,
feel free to like, subscribe, and share
your thoughts in the comments. Chat
soon. Thank you. You're welcome. Good
luck with your video. If you need any
more help, just let me know. Yeah,
that's just a advanced voice mode.
Haven't used Chip in this way, it might
be difficult for you to like talk to it,
but give it a try. Start to use it.
Start to train your own version of ChiP
that really understand you, will really
save a lot of time. you can get ahead of
what's going to come next with the
changing environment. I see you next time.
