0:42 simplest scams I have ever come across
0:45 but somehow they have proven quite
0:47 effective essentially how it works is
0:49 that the scammer creates a game centered
0:52 around the idea of getting the most
0:54 clicks per second this might seem
0:55 completely innocent at first especially
0:58 because having a fast clicking speed
1:00 is something that most Gamers naturally
1:02 try to aim for but the problem was once
1:04 you load into the game and start
1:06 clicking as fast as you can the purchase
1:08 screen suddenly pops up in the middle of
1:10 it and before you know it you have
1:12 accidentally spent Roo inside of the
1:14 game and some random hackers have just
1:16 scammed you here's some footage of the
1:18 scam in action what they did was make a
1:21 clicker game and challenge people to see
1:22 how many times they can click a button
1:23 simple concept but it's all a big scam
1:26 while people are spam clicking are often
1:27 using an auto clicker the pop byy prompt
1:29 making thousands of years actually
1:31 purchase an item and this actually is a
1:33 step further because the biggest problem
1:34 with this one is that you can see the
1:35 purchase button sub scammers have not
1:36 found a way to hide it behind a fake
1:37 prompt triing Mone to actually buy an
1:39 item again is this extremely messed up
1:42 yes but it is very smart let's be real
1:44 because and this wasn't just in purely
1:46 clicker games either you could find many
1:49 games that Implement something similar
1:51 for example they might pop up a purchase
1:52 screen when you're not paying attention
1:55 and quickly Mak some money but this scam
1:57 is absolutely nothing compared to the
1:59 next one because this is where it starts

2:11 crazy if you're involved in the Roblox
2:14 Community you might recognize the
2:16 developer named haam who's famous for
2:18 his game called please donate he's known
2:21 for giving away millions of Roo to many
2:23 Roo players and many call him the Mr
2:25 Beast of the Roblox Community but this
2:28 is exactly what makes the scam even more
2:30 effective you see since hasm has such a
2:33 great reputation for giving away tons of
2:35 Robo what's stopping someone from
2:37 impersonating him well it turns out that
2:40 this is exactly what happened and it
2:42 turns out that it wasn't just a couple
2:44 of people who got affected instead
2:46 people have estimated that around 1
2:48 million players have fallen victim to
2:50 the scam so you might be wondering what
2:53 is the scam and how did it get so many
2:55 people to understand this we have to go
2:58 back to when hasm launched a new game
2:59 game called dice when a user joined the
3:02 game they would roll a dice and would
3:04 get a robo code that they could redeem
3:06 in hm's game called please donate this
3:09 is the game right here it's called Dice
3:11 and as you can see the game is currently
3:13 shut down it was created in 2023 looks
3:16 like it was shut down 4 months ago or so
3:18 and what the game was was this shout out
3:20 to liway here this is his YouTube video
3:23 but whenever you join the game it was
3:24 called Dice and whenever you join it
3:25 you're presented with a dice you would
3:28 then roll the dice and depending on what
3:31 you got depending on what number your
3:33 dice rolled you would get a certain
3:35 amount of Robo so as we can see right
3:37 here he's rolling the dice it lands on a
3:39 six and it says since you got six your
3:42 20 Roo code will be multiplied by six so
3:45 he gets 120 free Robo just from rolling
3:48 the dice now you can only roll the dice
3:50 once once you roll the dice that was it
3:52 it was basically a onetime free Roo for
3:55 all kind of game which is why it's
3:57 currently set to private any Roblox
3:59 player could join in roll the dice one
4:01 time get a little bit of Robo not a lot
4:04 but you know 100 or so and then that
4:05 would be it the game shut down everyone
4:07 goes home with their free Roo everyone's
4:09 happy now as you can see the game shut
4:11 down pretty quickly because hm didn't
4:13 have infinite Roo to give away but what
4:16 started as a small Act of generosity
4:18 soon became a nightmare hundreds of
4:21 impersonators started creating replicas
4:23 of hm's game so much so that when you
4:25 searched up dice on Roblox the top
4:28 result would actually be one of the scam
4:30 Games The Genius part was that every
4:32 aspect of the game was recreated down to
4:35 the Last Detail to the point where it
4:37 was almost impossible to see that the
4:39 game was a copy and this is what led to
4:41 almost a million players getting scammed
4:44 because they thought the real hasm made
4:46 these fake games upon joining the game
4:49 it would ask the player if they wanted
4:50 to be notified by the game this was
4:52 obviously because they wanted to keep
4:54 players coming back so they could make
4:56 more money off of them a big red flag
4:58 about these games however was the fact
5:00 that they made you pay Roo to receive
5:02 the Roo codes yes after rolling the dice
5:06 they would make you pay 299 Roo to
5:09 actually see the code why on Earth would
5:12 someone do that let's go ahead let's um
5:14 let's roll the dice here it is we're
5:16 rolling the dice it looks legit right
5:18 this looks like the real game in fact it
5:20 might even look a little bit better than
5:21 the real game I don't know but here it
5:22 is nice here's your prize since you got
5:24 three your 300 reward will be multiplied
5:27 by three so I get 900 free Robux that's
5:30 awesome now you'll notice here that I
5:32 can pay 500 Roo to get 10 Roo codes I
5:37 can I can pay 500 Roo to get 10 Robo
5:42 codes why would I pay Roo to get robug
5:46 that doesn't really make a lot of sense
5:47 does it but I guess it works on kid
5:50 unfortunately many children fell right
5:52 into the Trap and as you might have
5:54 guessed the codes did absolutely nothing
5:57 even if you were stupid enough to
5:58 purchase them in the first place let's
6:00 go ahead and let's try redeeming this
6:02 now as we can see we got the right code

6:12 redeem and let's see what happens this
6:14 code is invalid look at ROBLOX
6:17 eventually took down a bunch of the
6:18 copycat games but the damage had already
6:21 been done and over a million innocent
6:23 players were affected honestly you know
6:25 the scam was bad when you have hm
6:27 himself scammed by the fake hm but if
6:30 you thought this scam was bad you'll be
6:32 surprised at how deep the next one goes
6:34 it was so bad that even some of the top
6:37 developers on Roblox fell right into
6:47 it now this scam also used the tactic of
6:51 impersonation but this time the scammers
6:53 weren't just impersonating one person
6:55 they were impersonating an entire
6:57 company script blocks and Studios and it
7:00 wasn't just players getting hacked this
7:01 time either it was also some very famous
7:03 Roblox developers as well but who is
7:06 script bloxian Studios well they are one
7:09 of the biggest game development Studios
7:10 on Roblox and have produced many of the
7:12 front- page games that you see every day
7:15 one of their most notable games being
7:17 ninja Legends they have a large
7:19 following on both Twitter and Roblox and
7:22 you can see that they're an established
7:23 entity in the Roblox
7:25 Community however there was only one
7:28 problem the group did did not have a
7:30 Discord server and this is when a group
7:32 of scammers decided to use this to their
7:34 advantage they quickly hopped on the
7:36 opportunity and created a Discord server
7:39 under the name of script blocks and
7:40 Studios so what happened is that when a
7:43 big YouTuber or game developer joined
7:45 the server the staff would begin their
7:47 operations and attempt to scam them
7:49 acting like the official staff for the
7:50 script Block in studios so that they
7:52 could be trusted what the scam group has
7:55 done is they've made the script bloxian
7:57 Studios Discord server build it up with
7:59 Bots to make it look legit and then
8:01 whenever top developers or YouTubers or
8:04 creators whenever they join the server
8:06 that's when they scam you but you might
8:08 be wondering how exactly they scam these
8:10 high-profile developers and YouTubers
8:13 after all it's not that easy to scam
8:14 someone like that here's how it worked
8:17 when a famous person joined the server
8:19 the mods would immediately message them
8:21 with a kind of issue this usually came
8:23 in the form of a small ban where one of
8:25 the admins of the server would message
8:27 them saying that they have been banned
8:28 from the server for some reason and then
8:31 they would make them verify their
8:32 identity by making them share their
8:34 two-step verification code or their
8:36 phone number or even something as simple
8:39 as clicking on a link this goes without
8:41 saying that you should never hand out
8:43 any personal information to any stranger
8:45 on the internet no matter who you think
8:47 they are but unfortunately there have
8:49 been multiple reports of Roblox
8:51 developers falling for this scam the
8:53 Roblox developers thought they were
8:55 giving their information to a trusted
8:56 moderator of a big Studio but in reality
8:59 they were just scammers hiding in
9:02 Disguise how exactly do you get scammed
9:04 you might be asking well let me show you
9:06 so this guy right here is one of their
9:07 victims his name is King Ru and well a
9:10 few days ago this gaming group actually
9:12 tried to hack him unsuccessfully
9:14 thankfully now over the past few days
9:15 we've been talking back and forth and
9:16 been trying to figure out what's going
9:18 on here and here's what happened about a
9:19 week ago he randomly got a message from
9:21 one of the moderators on the server this
9:23 is the moderator right here named Exodus
9:25 here's his Discord profile I'm sure
9:27 that'll come in handy later and anyway
9:28 he said I'm reaching out to you as
9:29 someone had us ban you in the script
9:31 blocks and Studio Discord server if you
9:33 think this is a mistake let us know so
9:35 we can handle this and then acus sent a
9:37 screenshot of apparently ruse scamming
9:40 someone apparently they stole their
9:42 Roblox account but why didn't these
9:44 scammers Target normal players why did
9:47 they only target high-profile players
9:49 the answer is quite simple because you
9:51 see famous players usually have very
9:53 expensive items on their accounts in
9:56 short their accounts are worth far more
9:58 than the average player and since these
10:00 scammers Target high-profile players
10:02 people have estimated that they have
10:04 stolen around 100 million Roo which is
10:07 mind-blowing but for our last scam I
10:10 will show you one of the most dangerous
10:12 and sophisticated scams I have ever seen

10:26 allude to it being light-hearted and
10:27 playful it is quite the opposite it on
10:30 the internet your cookies are small text
10:32 files that websites send to your browser
10:34 to remember information about your visit
10:37 these cookies allow you to stay signed
10:38 into your device so you don't have to
10:40 log in every time but this is precisely
10:43 what makes them so dangerous because if
10:45 a scammer gets their hands on your
10:47 cookies they will be able to bypass any
10:49 two-step verification and access your
10:52 account immediately you see ever since
10:54 Roblox added age restricted features
10:56 like voice chat kids have been searching
10:58 for ways to bypass it and this is when a
11:01 group of scammers took advantage of this
11:03 they started posting videos on YouTube
11:06 with steps on how to unlock voice chat
11:08 on Roblox without providing any kind of
11:10 ID as you might have guessed none of
11:12 these videos actually do what they say
11:14 and instead are just clever and twisted
11:16 ways to steal your cookies hello besties
11:20 today I'm going to show you how to get
11:22 your Roblox voice chat in this tutorial
11:24 you can you have a narrator and you have
11:26 text and you have music and if I keep on
11:28 going they actually have some pretty
11:30 fancy zooms as you can see here woo
11:32 crazy now these videos vary in
11:34 production quality like this one here is
11:35 my favorite hello guys today I'm going
11:37 to show you how to copy any Roblox games
11:39 in Roblox this is the most easy this is
11:42 serious by the way this is a video they
11:44 uploaded to try and scam people but
11:46 every single one of these videos had
11:48 exactly one thing in common and it was
11:50 the link in the description all of these
11:53 videos would link to the same website
11:54 called blockcard tocom when you join the
11:57 website it tells you to disable your
11:59 privacy settings which is the first red
12:01 flag as to why this is a scam it also
12:04 asks for access to your clipboard which
12:07 lets them see any texts or images that
12:09 you have copied on your computer this
12:11 specific website that we are
12:12 investigating supposedly allows you to
12:14 copy any game on Roblox essentially this
12:17 website makes you paste in the game ID
12:18 of the game you wish to copy but I go to
12:20 their website I copy in the game code I
12:22 need to start game copier now the scam
12:24 website's a little busted in a sense it
12:27 doesn't work exactly how it should
12:29 according to the video but it still at
12:30 the end of the day does scam you I'm
12:32 supposed to paste in the game ID and I
12:34 need to paste in the game ID again oh
12:35 it's just spamming me over and over then
12:37 I need to open games API and it opens
12:39 this little window and now this little
12:41 window here what they tell you to do is
12:43 they want you to right click on this
12:44 window inspect elements and it pops up
12:46 with you know your little console thing
12:48 here and it tells you to go to your
12:49 network and then it tells you to refresh
12:51 the page so I reload the page and as you
12:53 can see there's this game variable and
12:55 if we go back through the video and just
12:57 kind of scroll through their garbage you
12:58 will notice that they tell you to copy
13:00 the game variable because you are
13:02 copying the game so of course I need to
13:05 right click and copy the game and it
13:08 really depends on the scam they'll
13:09 either ask you to copy it as Powershell
13:11 or copy as literally any one of these
13:13 now the second you click copy as C URL
13:15 or copy as Powershell your account is
13:18 compromised now this is where the issue
13:20 begins this variable named game secretly
13:24 has your Roblox cookie inside of it and
13:26 as soon as you copy this to your
13:28 clipboard it has has already been sent
13:30 to the scammers because if you recall
13:32 when you first joined the website it had
13:34 prompted you to allow access to your
13:35 clipboard and when you copy a piece of
13:38 text it is sent straight to your
13:39 clipboard the reason the scam was so
13:42 effective is because it prays on the
13:44 desires of children wanting to unlock
13:45 voice chat or wanting to copy their
13:47 favorite Roblox game and become famous
13:50 so much so that they would obey any and
13:52 all instructions to achieve that and
13:54 there you have it some of the worst
13:56 scams in Roblox history that have
13:58 tricked millions of players and robbed
14:00 millions of robox from fake clicking
14:03 games to impersonation scams these
14:06 schemes show just how important it is to
14:08 always be alert but believe it or not
14:11 scams like these are nothing compared to
