My friend, there are things in this
world that seem ordinary to the natural
eye. Yet in the spirit, they carry heavy
meaning. Many people live unaware of how
the unseen realm interacts with what
they touch, what they wear, and yes,
[music] even what they eat.
Food is not just physical substance. It
is spiritual language. What you put into
your body can either strengthen your
spirit or open the gate for darkness to
drain you. The Bible is full of examples
where food was not just about hunger. In
Genesis, Eve ate something that changed
her destiny.
Esau ate something that cost him his birthright.

The Israelites ate something that caused
them to be rejected from the promised land.

What they consumed carried spiritual
consequences. The devil knows this. He
knows that what enters your mouth enters
your system. [music] And what enters
your system can influence your soul.
That is why in every culture, in every
kingdom, whether divine or demonic,
food has always been used for spiritual exchange.

When witches and warlocks want to weaken
a person's spiritual discernment, they
do not always come with candles or
charms. Sometimes they come through what
looks harmless,
meals, drinks, or delicacies that seem
innocent but carry spiritual poison.
Many of you are fighting fatigue in
prayer, confusion in decision-making, or
weakness in your spirit, not because you
lack faith, but because something you
are eating is quietly draining your anointing.

Let me show you five kinds of foods that
witches and dark powers often use to
weaken the spirit of men and women. I'm
not talking about the literal recipe in
your kitchen.
I'm talking about the spiritual
symbolism behind them.
things that when you consume them
physically or spiritually, [music] your
discernment begins to die. The first
kind of food is contaminated food. Food
that has been prepared with wrong hands
and wrong intentions. You see,
everything carries energy, both words
and actions.
When a person cooks with jealousy,
bitterness, hatred or manipulation in
their heart, that energy enters the
food. If you [music] eat it, you consume
their spirit. Have you ever eaten
something from someone and afterward you
felt uneasy, [music] heavy, or angry for
no reason? That's not just food. That's
[music] transfer. Witches understand
this principle well.
They cook not to feed you, but to bind you.

That's why you must pray over your
meals, not as a religious act, but as
spiritual protection.
Jesus blessed bread before breaking it.
He sanctified the meal because he
understood spiritual contamination.
Some of you need to start blessing every
plate before it touches your lips. Not
out of fear, but out of awareness. The
second type of food that weakens your
spirit is food offered to idols. This is
common in many places today. You go to
events, parties, and restaurants, and
food has been spiritually dedicated
before it is served.
Paul said in 1 Corinthians 10:20,
[music] "The sacrifices of pagans are
offered to demons, not to God. And I do
not want you to be participants with demons."

When you eat food that has been
sacrificed in another name, you enter
into a covenant you did not agree to.
Your body might enjoy it, but your
spirit begins to suffer. You wonder why
your dreams become polluted, why prayer
becomes difficult, why your confidence
in God fades.

You must be discerning about where your
food comes from.
Not every invitation deserves your
presence, and not every plate deserves
your appetite.
The third kind of food which is used to
weaken people is sweet deception.
Symbolically, this represents anything
that tastes good but poisons your
spiritual appetite.
In the natural, it's the sugar-filled
pleasures that satisfy the flesh but
destroy the body. In the spirit, it's
the things that feel good but draw you
away from holiness.
Sometimes the enemy [music] uses
spiritual sugar, pleasures,
distractions, fame, entertainment to
dull your hunger for God. You start
enjoying the sweetness of the world and
lose the strength of your spirit. The
devil knows he can't destroy you openly,
so he feeds you small doses of sweetness
until your prayer life collapses. Guard
your appetite because appetite is a weapon.

The devil didn't tempt Jesus with a
sword. He tempted him with [music]
bread. The fourth type of food is
unclean food. Now, this goes beyond Old
Testament dietary law. It's about
consuming things that spiritually defile
you. This could be media, music,
conversations, or even teachings that do
not glorify God. Jesus said, "Man shall
not live by bread alone, but by every
word that comes from the mouth of God."
So what are you feeding on daily? If the
majority of your intake is unclean, full
of fear, gossip, lust, and rebellion,
you are eating spiritual [music] filth.
Witches and demonic systems use this
constantly. They know if they can get
you to consume darkness,
they don't need to curse you. You will
curse yourself
through your appetite. [music]
The fifth and final kind of food is food
that represents covenant manipulation.
This is food shared during ungodly
unions or toxic relationships. [music]
Many people don't realize that eating
together is a spiritual transaction.
In biblical times, to eat with someone
meant to enter peace with them, to share
covenant. That is why the Bible warns
not to eat with those who live in
darkness. Not because God is cruel, but
because when you share a table, you
share a [music] spirit. How many people
have been bound to witchcraft through
the meals they shared with wrong people?
How many have eaten in the homes of
those who secretly hated them? You
thought it was kindness, but it was connection.

Be careful who feeds you and where you eat.

Not every meal is meant to be consumed.
Some are meant to be declined in wisdom.
Now hear me carefully. I am not saying
live in fear. I am saying live in
discernment. The devil thrives where
ignorance exists.
When you know the power of what you
consume, you take back authority.
Jesus said, "If you drink any deadly
thing, it shall not hurt you." But that
promise belongs to those who live under
the covering of awareness and prayer.
The danger is not the food. The danger
is the unguarded [music] spirit. So what
must you do? Begin to purify your
appetite. Sanctify what enters your body
and your mind. Pray before you eat
[music] and also before you watch,
before you listen, before you speak.
Your diet determines your discernment.
A polluted plate produces a polluted
perception, but a sanctified table
strengthens your spirit. If the devil
could use food to disconnect Adam and
Eve from God, God can use food to
reconnect you to him. When you eat in
gratitude, when you bless your meal,
when you feed your soul with truth,
your spirit becomes unbreakable. The
witches, the warlocks, the forces of darkness,
darkness,
they lose power
over the one who watches over his
appetite. [music] You are not weak
because you lack power. You are weak
because you've allowed your appetite to
decide your strength. But today, God is
calling you to guard your spiritual
diet. Stop eating what dulls your
vision. Stop consuming what corrupts
your discernment. Begin to eat what
nourishes your faith, his word, his
presence, [music] his truth. Because
when your appetite is holy, your spirit
becomes unstoppable.
The war against witchcraft is not fought
only in altars. It's fought in appetites.

Watch what you consume and you will
preserve your anointing.
Because sometimes the most dangerous
meal is not the one on your plate. It's
the one that enters your soul. You see,
the reason witches use food is because
food is the language of fellowship.
Every time you eat, you are saying yes
to something.
Eating is an act of agreement. When you
eat from the table of the Lord, you are
declaring covenant with heaven. But when
you eat from the table of darkness,
whether knowingly or ignorantly,
you are saying yes to another altar.
This is why the Bible says you cannot
drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of
demons too. In the realm of the spirit,
[music] food becomes a signature on a
covenant. Many people are struggling
under silent agreements they never
signed with their hands but confirmed
with their mouths.
Let me tell you something. Your body is
the temple of the Holy Spirit. Whatever
enters your temple must be holy, must be
pure, must be prayed over. But the enemy
knows if he cannot enter your temple
through your mind, he will come through
your appetite. That is why he tempted
Eve with fruit [music] and not with
fear. That's why he tempted Jesus with
bread and not with [music] bondage.
Satan always uses appetite to access
authority. [music]
The one who controls your appetite
controls your destiny. Think about how
many desties have been exchanged through
meals. Esau traded his inheritance for a
bowl of stew. He lost his blessing
because his stomach spoke louder than
his spirit.
When your hunger for pleasure, comfort,
or convenience becomes louder than your
hunger for God, you're already being
spiritually weakened.
That's why fasting is powerful. [music]
It disciplines the appetite and
strengthens the spirit. When you fast,
you silence the voice of your flesh so
the voice [music] of your spirit can
rise again. There are people who cannot
pray effectively because their spiritual
appetite has been compromised. Every
time they try to pray, [music] they feel
sleepy or distracted. Every time they
open the Bible, they lose focus. [music]
Every time they hear the word, it
doesn't penetrate. Why? Because their
system has been weakened by what they've
been consuming.
Spiritual energy comes from spiritual diet.
diet.
You cannot expect a powerful prayer life
[music] when your daily diet is full of
spiritual junk. You cannot walk in
revelation when [music] you feed on the
language of rebellion, lust, or gossip.
And witches know this. They understand
that if they can corrupt your appetite,
they don't need to curse you directly. A
corrupted appetite creates self-destruction.

Some of you are living in cycles of
confusion and emotional instability, not
because of external attacks, but because
your spirit is [music] starved of what
keeps it alive. The word of God is food
for the spirit. But you're feeding on
everything else except the word. You're
watching, scrolling, and listening, but
not eating from heaven's table. Now,
let's talk about another dangerous
category, seductive meals. These are
symbolic meals that come wrapped in
charm and attraction. Spiritually, this
could be anything that satisfies your
flesh while killing your spirit. It
looks [music] harmless. It feels
rewarding, but once you taste it, you
lose power to resist it. Witches use
seduction as seasoning. They know how to
prepare sin so beautifully [music] that
you won't recognize it until it's inside
you. The devil never presents sin as
ugly. He makes it delicious. He makes it
look like success, [music] comfort, or
pleasure. But behind that sweetness is slavery.

That's why the Bible says, [music]
"There is a way that seems right unto a
man, but the end thereof is death."
There are also dream meals. Many people
eat in their dreams, and they don't
realize that this is a spiritual trap.
When you eat in a dream, it often
represents a spiritual exchange. The
enemy uses that as an access point to
weaken your inner man. You wake up
feeling tired, disconnected or confused.
[music] Your prayer life suddenly drops.
Why? Because something entered you while
you were asleep. Whenever you dream of
eating strange food, you must pray
immediately. Cancel it in the name of
Jesus and reject every demonic covenant
sealed through that meal. Your dreams
are not just imaginations. They are
spiritual transactions. Another
dangerous food which is used
symbolically is rotting food. This
represents things that have expired
spiritually, but you keep consuming
them. Old habits, toxic friendships,
[music] dead seasons that you refuse to
let go of. You keep feeding on what no
longer carries life. And as a result,
your spirit begins to [music] rot. When
God says move, and you keep eating from
the old place, [music] you invite stagnation.

Some people are spiritually sick because
they're still eating from expired
tables. God is calling them higher, but
they are still feasting on old mana.
Remember, mana that was kept overnight
became worms. When you stay attached to
what God has moved away from, your
spirit begins to decay.
Then there's food that carries
manipulation energy, you know, when
someone feeds you not out of love, but
out of control, they want to tie your
loyalty through meals, gifts, and
generosity. It's witchcraft disguised as kindness.

In the Bible, Jezebel fed her prophets
at her table. Not because she cared
[music] for them, but because she
controlled them through what they ate.
The one who feeds you can influence how
you think. [music] That's why you must
ask God to show you the true intention
behind every plate served [music] to you.

Some people's hospitality is a snare.
They don't want your growth.
They want your dependence. Also beware
of foods connected to rituals. There are
places where people prepare meals mixed
with incantations, blood sacrifices or
enchantments. [music] When you eat such
food, you're not just eating calories,
you're eating covenants. You're
consuming words spoken over that dish.
You must understand that in witchcraft,
every ingredient can be used as a
spiritual symbol. Salt, oil, herbs,
[music] blood, or even water. That's why
the believer must walk in discernment.
[music] Pray that your spiritual senses
be sharpened.
Never assume every meal is innocent. The
reason why witches focus on the stomach
is because the stomach represents
satisfaction. If they can control your
satisfaction, they can control your
submission. Hunger drives behavior.
If the devil can make you crave what he
offers. He doesn't have to force you.
You walk into his trap willingly.
That's what happened to Adam and Eve.
The fruit looked good for food, pleasant
to the eyes, and desirable to make one
wise. Every temptation begins with
appetite. What you desire determines
what you accept. That's why Jesus, when
he fasted 40 days, confronted Satan in
the wilderness. The devil came with food
first. If you are the son of God, turn
these stones into bread. But Jesus
responded, "Man shall not live by bread
alone." He was saying, "My satisfaction
doesn't come from what's on the plate.
It comes from the word." That's the
mindset of spiritual strength. When your
appetite is governed by truth, not
temptation. Some of you need to reclaim
authority over your appetite. Today, you
need to say, "My hunger will not control
my holiness." [music] Because as long as
appetite rules, destiny suffers.
The devil doesn't need to steal your
anointing. He just needs to feed it the
wrong diet. Do you notice that when
people begin to backslide, the first
thing that changes is their appetite?
They lose hunger for prayer, for the
word, [music] for worship. Suddenly,
what used to feed them doesn't interest
them anymore. The spirit becomes weak
and the flesh begins to crave comfort
and pleasure. That is how witchcraft
operates subtly. It changes your
cravings. When your taste for
righteousness dies, your protection dies
with it. That is why you must pray
daily, "Lord, purify my appetite."
Because if your appetite is clean, no
witchcraft can dominate you. A
sanctified appetite is a sealed spirit.
When the devil sees that your hunger is
aligned with heaven, his meals lose
their power. That's why Daniel refused
the king's delicacies.
He knew that eating from the wrong table
would defile his spirit. [music] He
said, "I will not eat this food." And
God honored him with wisdom and
revelation. When you reject the enemy's
food, you attract divine insight. Now, I
want you to think, what have you been eating
eating
that's weakening your discernment? What
have you been consuming physically or
spiritually that's dulling your ability
to hear God? Some of you are not under
attack from outside. You're under attack
from within because your diet has
changed. [music] What you feed will live.
live.
What you starve will die. If you keep
feeding your flesh, your spirit will
die. But if you feed your spirit, your
flesh will submit. Food, my friend, is a
weapon in the hands of both God and
Satan. The devil feeds to control. God
feeds to empower.
The table you choose determines the
kingdom you align with. You cannot eat
from both and stay strong.
Choose your table wisely because the
table decides your strength. When you
begin to understand this, you will stop
treating meals as casual events. You'll
start to see that every plate carries
purpose. Every [music] spoonful has a
spirit behind it. That's why prayer
before eating is not superstition. It's protection.

When you say, "Father, I thank you for
this meal. I sanctify it in Jesus'
name." You are not reciting a tradition.
You are breaking any hidden covenant
tied to that food. You're declaring that
whatever was meant for harm will turn
for nourishment.
Prayer transforms what is ordinary into
something holy. And the same applies to
what you feed your mind because your
mind also eats. It feeds on thoughts,
conversations, and imaginations. Every
scroll, every headline, every lyric,
it's all a kind of food. If the enemy
can't poison your plate, he'll poison
your playlist. He'll feed your mind with
things that taste entertaining but carry
spiritual toxins. You laugh, you sing
along, but something within you starts
to shift. Your sensitivity to the Holy
Spirit grows dull.
You [music] stop feeling conviction and
soon darkness starts to feel normal.
That's how witches weaken your spirit
without ever touching you.
They feed you distractions [music] until
you stop feeding on truth. Many
believers have no idea that food is one
of the oldest spiritual systems for control.

When Balam couldn't curse Israel, he
used food. He taught Balac to invite
Israel to feast with Moabitete women.
[music] That meal opened the door for idolatry.

Israel fell not because of a sword, but
because of supper. The enemy doesn't
always attack with violence. He often
attacks with invitation.
The devil rarely knocks loudly. [music]
He waits until you sit at his table. Let
me tell you, there are some invitations
that look kind but are demonic.
Not every party is a celebration. Some
are ceremonies. [music]
Not every dinner is hospitality. Some
are initiation.
Witches know that if they can make you
eat from their table, your spirit will
begin to serve their altar. That's why
spiritual maturity requires discernment.
You cannot be polite at the expense of
your purity. When something in you says
don't eat, listen. That's the Holy
Spirit whispering a warning. [music] And
let's not forget food is the carrier of
memory. When you eat something, your
body remembers it. In the same way, when
you consume something spiritually, your
soul stores it.
Some people are still fighting memories
of things they spiritually ate years
ago. unholy images, ungodly music,
perverse jokes.
They consumed it long ago, but it still
lives inside them. That's why
deliverance is not just about casting
out demons. It's about cleansing the
diet of the soul. If you want your
spirit to regain its power, start
changing your diet. Replace gossip with
gratitude. Replace doubt with
declaration. Replace fear with faith. [music]

Replace the devil's delicacies with
divine discipline. The moment you start
feeding on light, darkness loses its
grip. Witches cannot manipulate a
well-fed soul. They thrive [music] in
hunger. Spiritual starvation gives them
access. When your spirit is nourished
with truth, prayer, and purity, their
spells bounce back like arrows against a
shield. This is why Jesus said, "My food
is to do the will of him who sent me."
He was showing us that true satisfaction
doesn't come from flavor. It comes from fulfillment.

When your life begins to feed on purpose,

the traps of appetite lose power. The

already full of destiny.
The reason many fall into spiritual
traps is because they are spiritually
hungry but feeding in the wrong places.

an empty soul. Even in the wilderness
when Israel complained about mana, they
were rejecting divine food. [music] They
craved the flavors of Egypt. The onions,
the garlic, the fish, those foods
represented bondage. God was feeding
them from heaven, but they longed for
what once enslaved them. That's how the
enemy still operates today. He makes you
crave what God already freed you from.
He makes old sins look delicious again.
He makes the past feel comforting, but
when you taste it again, you feel the
chains close around your heart. And
that's the subtle craft of witchcraft.
It uses appetite to bring agreement.
When you eat what the devil offers, you
give him authority over your
satisfaction. He becomes your provider
in that moment. That's why Jesus refused
Satan's bread. The moment he accepted it,
it,
he would have acknowledged the devil as
source. Never let the devil feed you.
Never let darkness become your provider.
Guard your gates. Your mouth, your mind,
your [music] emotions. Your plate is a
pulpit and your appetite is a preacher.
Every day something is feeding you.
Either heaven is nourishing your faith
or hell is feeding your flesh. What you
allow to feed you determines what grows
inside you. Some of you are tired, not
because life is heavy, but because your
spiritual nutrition is poor. You're
trying to fight with no fuel. The enemy
keeps feeding you lies and you've been
swallowing them without prayer. You
can't live in victory if you keep dining
with defeat. Start asking who cooked
this for me before you eat spiritually
or physically.
Not every meal deserves your mouth and
not every message deserves [music] your
mind. Some sermons, some songs, some
shows, they look delicious, but they
carry contamination.
Witches and dark spirits hide behind
content that seems harmless.
That's why you must ask the spirit of
God to purify your discernment.
Before you consume anything, whether
it's a meal or a message, pause and
bless it. When you bless something, you
bring it under God's authority. When you
ignore blessing, you leave it open to
any power that wants to claim it.
Your prayer before eating isn't a
ritual. It's warfare.
It's a declaration that this food, this
conversation, this information belongs
to God [music] and cannot be used
against you.
Every prayer before a meal is a wall of
fire around your spirit.
Now, think about this. Why did Jesus
choose the last supper to symbolize his
covenant? Because he understood that
meals seal destiny. He said, "This is my
body. Take and eat. [music] This is my
blood. Drink in remembrance of me."
He sanctified the act of eating and
drinking to restore what was lost
through food in the garden. Where Adam
ate and died, Jesus ate and gave life.
That shows you how sacred a meal truly
is. Witches may use food to curse, but
God uses food to redeem. Every time you
eat under the presence of the Holy
Spirit, you are renewing covenant with heaven.

Every time you feed on his word, your
inner man grows stronger. The more you
consume the truth, the more resistant
you become to the lies of witchcraft.
Because lies only thrive in the absence
of truth.

They mix lies into halftruths until you
can't taste the poison. But when your
spirit is sharp,
you can smell when something isn't pure.
So be intentional with your spiritual
diet. Feed your faith daily. Let your
meals be blessed, your media be pure,

What you eat is shaping your spiritual
future right now. Some of you need to
fast not just from food, but from
conversations, from negativity, from
toxic company. [music] Fast from
anything that feeds weakness and start
feasting on what strengthens you.
Because whatever you eat long enough,

you serve.
Guard your appetite with prayer. Guard
your mouth with wisdom.
Guard your table with discernment.
Because the same mouth that eats is the
same mouth that declares destiny.
Do not allow witches, warlocks, or the
world to feed your soul poison disguised
as pleasure. The power to stay strong,
to stay pure, to stay anointed [music]
is in the discipline of your appetite.
When you choose to eat from God's table,
you choose life. When you consume his
word, his presence, and his truth, you
become untouchable. You become a flame
that darkness cannot dim, a spirit that
witches cannot weaken, a soul that no
curse can bind. Your plate, your
appetite, and your spirit are sacred.
