The Ministry of Justice's order to delete the CourtsDesks reporting archive, a platform designed to enhance transparency in the UK judicial system, is viewed with suspicion and potentially linked to a broader effort to suppress information, particularly concerning sensitive inquiries like the exploitation and trafficking of British girls.

We could be witnessing one of the
largest and most controversial coverups
of all time as the Ministry of Justice
has just ordered the deletion of the
largest court reporting archive we've
ever known. So for more on this, please
do subscribe to the channel. Let's take
a look at this. So the Ministry of
Justice has ordered the deletion of
courts desks reporting archive. This is
a platform launched to improve media
access to magistrate's court data and
has been ordered to delete its archives
of records by David Lami's Ministry of
Justice. If I was cynical, I would say
that they are trying to remove all shred
of evidence of certain things happening.
And I am cynical and not just because
I'm a lawyer. This was Courtzes and I'm
taking this from Grochipedia which I
will link in the description below. This
was launched in 2020 as a digital court
reporting archive aimed at bridging gaps
in transparency within the UK judicial
system. Its initial goal was to empower
journalists and campaigners to track and
report on criminal cases in magistrate's
courts, thereby advancing principles of
open justice by making court data more
accessible and searchable. This
addressed long-standing challenges in
obtaining reliable advanced notice of
hearings and identified barriers to
public scrutiny of the courts. The
aggregation and analysis of magistrate's
court data highlighted profound systemic
failures in providing timely information
to the press, undermining open justice,
and the records indicated that
journalists received no advanced press
notice for 1.6 million criminal
hearings, preventing media oversight of
a substantial portion of proceedings. So
all of this was set up to enhance and
improve open transparency of our justice
system. But in November, HMTCS issued
this company a cessation notice. They
must stop what they are doing. They said
that this was an unauthorized sharing of
court data on the basis of a test
feature claiming that this was a data
protection issue. So what on earth are
they talking about? Well, it's unclear
as to what this test feature actually
is, but I happen to know a little bit
about it because I've been looking into
it for my Black Belt Barister Pro
system, which I will link below. You can
subscribe there because what I've done
there is take real court judgments and
decisions and tribunal decisions and uh
you know, parking adjudications and all
of these sort of things and I've trained
my AI system on it. Now, what my system
doesn't do, which is what I know is not
permitted, is it doesn't take all of
those and then take your situation and
give you advice based on what's happened
before. What it does do is point to
certain cases where your situation may
have come up. For example, waiting on
double yellow lines. One person, this
was in my testing, one person had said
that they were caught behind another car
on double yellow lines. They didn't mean
to be waiting there. They had no choice.
Were they still liable for the fine? And
in short, yes, they were because the
legislation and the regulations just
said waiting on those lines is what gets
you the fine. So what my system doesn't
do and what the systems cannot do is
train AI to give you advice based on
those systems. But that is possibly one
of the features that they are looking
at. But we're getting away from the real
point here, and that is transparency.
because this ties in very very neatly
with my petition to make all courts
transcripts and tribunal transcripts
available free of charge. This in
conjunction with Restore Britain and its
rape gang inquiry. This will greatly
enhance people's access to exactly what
happened, what was said throughout those
proceedings. And it makes me all the
more dubious and curious as to why this
is now being deleted. As Jonathan Wong
said here, it's no coincidence that the
Star government ordered the deletion of
the largest court archive the very same
week that Rert Low conducts an
independent grooming gang inquiry. And
Elon Musk says the actions of a tyrant.
This is in response to the under
secretary of state uh Sarah Rogers who
said transparency is an essential to
rule of law. Democracies should not
order court records to be purged. This
is basic and obvious. And as a lawyer,
as a barristister myself, I absolutely
agree. Every word that was spoken and
uttered during those proceedings is
absolutely crucial. That is why I thank
you all for signing and sharing. And now
my petition is going viral with the help
of Restore Britain. 41,000 signatures
and upwards. This hopefully will now get
up to 100,000. we should get a response
from government in response to my
request and also if we get to 100,000
then it will be debated in parliament.
How wonderful that would be for the
transparency to have this debated in
parliament for free transcripts for
every case. And testimony is absolutely
key here. If you take a look at this
post here from Rupert Low, he says he's
tabled a parliamentary motion based on
multiple witness statements that they've
heard at the inquiry about abused
British girls being trafficked to
Pakistan and elsewhere by their rapists.
He says, "I believe there are currently
countless British women being used as
slaves overseas." Uh, this may sound
insane. It is not. And I can pause there
and I can tell you from my personal
experience as a barristister. Um, this
is not a nice thing to talk about, but
I've been involved in multiple cases
where we've had to go to the high court
for an emergency application to prevent
the removal of a child to another
country. One example was Pakistan. This
girl was being removed from the UK to
Pakistan and it took an emergency
hearing which is done by telephone late
in the evening with a high court judge
to prevent that plane from taking off.
And as I focused on family law for a
number of years in practice, not just
with the parents and the child and who
gets them at the weekend and that kind
of thing. I dealt with and had to read
about and cross-examine people about the
most horrendous abuse you could possibly
imagine. And the court was tasked with
finding out who did it. Who did this to
this child? Obviously, family hearings
are inherently private, but that can
give you just an idea of just how
important it is to maintain a record of
all of these events and to obtain the
transcripts in case you want to appeal.
To give you an idea, you'll find this
link below, by the way, to give you an
idea. If you are involved in a small
claim, just a couple of hours, even that
will cost you in the region of £500 for
the transcript, which you absolutely
must have if you want to challenge that
by way of appeal. Now, think of that as
a whole day or multiple days or multiple
weeks if you want to challenge the
decision. And if you are found guilty,
but you want to examine that evidence
because you believe there is something
in there that is just absolutely wrong
or worse still, you are the victim of a
horrendous crime and the alleged
perpetrator has essentially got away
with it. But you need to dig through
those transcripts to find something that
can cost tens of thousands of pounds.
And I believe all of those should be
free, especially in the modern day when
most of this can be done by AI with a
very quick glance over it afterwards. I
think this absolutely should be
available for free. So, please do sign
the petition below. Make sure you share
that. And I'm very grateful to the
collaboration with Restore Britain to
get this off the ground and hopefully
we'll get this to 100,000 signatures.
All of this is all the more curious when
there is virtually zero coverage
whatsoever about Restore Britain's rape
gang inquiry. As they say here, still no
coverage on the BBC of the rape gang
inquiry. Nothing on the Telegraph, The
Sun, The Mail, ITV, Sky, The Express,
LBC, Guardian, The Times. Total silence.
It's disgusting, they say. And I have
even read people criticizing those who
are giving testimony at this inquiry,
saying that it is untested,
unchallenged, and unofficial. But
seriously, what is the difference when
you've got somebody coming in, they are
swearing to tell the truth, and they are
giving their experience, their account
of what actually happened. And yet there
is virtually zero coverage of this
across the media. A complete media
blackout. Thank goodness we have places
like YouTube and X where I can connect
with you. You can all connect with each
other on YouTube on X. And so thanks to
YouTube and Elon Musk for X, we can all
talk about these things and everybody
actually will know about it. And
speaking of being in the no, you might
remember that there was a complaint
levied against Rert Low, which he is
challenging in the high court by way of
judicial review. and you can attend, but
you need to tell them by 4:00 today. So,
I will link this here with an email in
the description. You'll need to email
the court and tell them that you would
like to attend remotely and they can
send you a link if they permit you to
attend. And as this order says here,
this may attract media attention. And
here we are. And as a brief outline,
Rupert Low MP is the claimant here. He's
an independent member of the UK
Parliament. The defendant, the
independent complaints and grievance
scheme investigates complaints against
members of parliament. And by this
claim, Rupert Lo challenges the decision
of this scheme to commence a formal
investigation into him. There is a
hearing fixed for 17th of March, but
there is also a hearing next week on the
17th of February. You can either turn up
because these are public hearings or you
can send an email to request to attend
virtually. Rert Low, I suspect, would
appreciate your support in this. And so
finally circling back to Rupert Loe's
motion here, he said he's tabled this
motion based on multiple witness
statements they've heard at the inquiry
on abused British girls being trafficked
to Pakistan. He said this may sound
insane, but it's not. Look at these
gangs. Nobody would have believed the
extent of the evil before it was
uncovered. This is very real. Our
inquiry believes that this is the
current reality for a terrifying number
of women. All MPs have been emailed
asking for their support. The Home
Office must act urgently. He says, and
here's the motion. He says that this the
motion is that this house expresses
grave concern and evidence presented
during recent independent hearings into
organized exploitation, indicating a
number of women and girls may have been
trafficked overseas to Pakistan and
elsewhere by those responsible for their
abuse. notes that the rape gang inquiry
has received multiple witness statements
alleging that the victims were
deliberately targeted to be removed from
the United Kingdom in order to maintain
control, prevent disclosure, and
obstruct investigation. Recognizes that
such allegations, if proven, would
constitute serious offenses, including
human trafficking and modern slavery.
further recognizes the profound
safeguarding failures that would be
implied if victims were to be taken
abroad without effective intervention by
public authorities and calls on the
government to initiate as a matter of
urgency a full and properly resourced
national investigation into the alleged
overseas trafficking of victims
connected to organized sexual
exploitation. So, as I said, to me,
court transcripts, court records,
historical records are all important and
absolutely critical to open justice. And
I think court transcripts should be
free. Again, the petition link is in the
description below. And please support
Rert Low in what he's doing here because
he is one of the few who is actually
pushing forward with these things. And
yet, none of the media seems to be
covering it. So, please share this video
so more people will hear about it. And
